109. 5:20what's equilibrium equilibrium is
110. 5:22essentially a um
111. 5:28equal lip

114. 5:38is essentially a retracement tool to
115. 5:41literally show you where big money is
116. 5:44likely to buy again
117. 5:46that's all it is okay equilibrium is
118. 5:48finding the premium

121. 5:53logically like you go into the grocery
122. 5:55store and you see a bag of Doritos
123. 5:58and it says guess what [ __ ]
124. 6:01it's gonna be
125. 6:03an extra five dollars this time
126. 6:05and you're like dog I'd rather pay the
127. 6:07regular price or get one that's on sale
128. 6:10banks are thinking the same [ __ ] when it
129. 6:12comes to the market and
130. 6:14the price
131. 6:15and the price okay so if they're looking
132. 6:17along they want a cheaper price if
133. 6:20they're looking to short they want a
134. 6:22higher price right pretty simple [ __ ]
135. 6:24and that's all equilibrium is that's all
136. 6:25equal equilibrium it allows us to
137. 6:27measure so with the equilibrium it's
138. 6:30hard to show while I'm explaining it but
139. 6:32essentially we're able to measure from
140. 6:35the high to a low or the low to a high
141. 6:38to measure the
142. 6:40the premium and the discount and
143. 6:42essentially all it is is measuring
144. 6:45literally the high from the low and
145. 6:47finding the 50 Mark right so if we're
146. 6:50going from a high to a low and we're
147. 6:52um in a in a downtrend right so we're in
148. 6:55a downtrend and we have our highs and we
149. 6:57have our high and our low right here and
150. 6:58equilibrium is right here when price
151. 7:00gets up to equal equilibrium above that
152. 7:0350 Mark of the distance from the high to
153. 7:06the low that is considered a discount to
154. 7:08go short why because it's at a high
155. 7:10price
156. 7:11right it's 50 it's it's above the it's
157. 7:14above the pretty much like break even
158. 7:16price it's above the 50 Mark meaning
159. 7:18it's at a discount for people to go
160. 7:20short it's a good price to go short it's
161. 7:23on sale
162. 7:24it's literally all equilibrium is like I
163. 7:26said today is going to be a pretty
164. 7:28[ __ ] easy day equally room is one of
165. 7:30the easiest Concepts that's why we saved
166. 7:31it for last that's why I did liquidity
167. 7:33first that's why I did
168. 7:36um you know fair value gaps or fair
169. 7:38value you have a second because like
170. 7:39most of the time those people like
171. 7:41people end up confusing those the most
172. 7:43and then
173. 7:44order Cox and then equilibrium
174. 7:47so yeah equilibrium is literally just
175. 7:50finding the premium and the discount of
176. 7:53a swing High to a swing low or a swing
177. 7:55low to a swing high so in the opposite
178. 7:57situation right we have a low we have a
179. 7:59high if we're in an uptrend and we find
180. 8:00that 50 Mark right as start as price
181. 8:03starts to retrace down from that high
182. 8:05coming down to the low and we're in an
183. 8:07uptrend already right we're finding
184. 8:09equilibrium which is right here and
185. 8:10anything below that 50 mark from the
186. 8:13swing low to the swing high is going to
187. 8:15be a discount for people to for these
188. 8:17big banks for these Market Movers to end
189. 8:19up placing more orders right and I like
190. 8:21to I like to use equilibrium not
191. 8:24necessarily as an entry point
192. 8:26but I like to use it as kind of like a
193. 8:28gauge of like okay this is a good this
194. 8:30is an area where people would like to
195. 8:31buy this price range is where people
196. 8:33would like to buy now let me find more
197. 8:35of a reason to get in whether that's an
198. 8:37order [ __ ] whether that's a fair value
199. 8:38Gap whether that's even just a break of
200. 8:40structure while in a discount that's
201. 8:43that's enough reason for me to get in
202. 8:45I'm not the type of person to enter
203. 8:46purely off equilibrium and and we'll
204. 8:48show a bunch of examples of that
205. 8:50um in two days when we go over it on the
206. 8:52chart
207. 8:53um but that's really essentially what
208. 8:55equilibrium is it's entering
209. 8:57um and finding the sale price the
210. 9:00discounted price
211. 9:01um to enter again for a retracement
212. 9:05um
213. 9:05so again right let's go over our tools
214. 9:08that we have liquidity sweep is
215. 9:10essentially the inducement the break of
216. 9:12structure is our first primary entry
217. 9:14right liquidity Suite breakthrough
218. 9:16structure that's an entry point you
219. 9:18missed that you have your first
220. 9:20retracement entry point which is an
221. 9:21order block right what's the order block
222. 9:23the actual move that causes the
223. 9:25liquidity sweep right if you see
224. 9:26liquidity Suite break of structure tap
225. 9:28into an order block reaction off of it
226. 9:30or even just like hitting the order
227. 9:31block enter off that right boom we
228. 9:33already have liquidity Suite breaker
229. 9:34structure that's already telling us
230. 9:35Market structure shift perfect we can
231. 9:37get in okay if we miss the liquidity
232. 9:40Suite break of structure perfect what
233. 9:41else do we have now we have fair value
234. 9:43gap which is a retracement tool right we
235. 9:45see it fill in imbalance and then we see
236. 9:47reaction off of it boom perfect enter
237. 9:49now we also have equilibrium which we
238. 9:51can pair together with a fair value gap
239. 9:53which is honestly the perfect tools to
240. 9:56combine
241. 9:58um for a [ __ ] retracement right if
242. 10:00you can find a fair value Gap that's
243. 10:03within a discounted price and then you
244. 10:05get a reaction bling blow boom
245. 10:10let's enter right
246. 10:12makes sense that's all equilibrium is
247. 10:16but it's just discount
248. 10:18um and and it's hard to kind of show I
249. 10:20mean I tried to do it with my hands but
250. 10:22um you'll understand a lot more about it
251. 10:25I mean this is again these these first
252. 10:27little parts of these Building Block
253. 10:28series are relatively easy because I can
254. 10:30just explain it to you guys
255. 10:32um and thank God I'm finally back in
256. 10:34Puerto Rico I can grind out all these

258. 10:38yeah that's that's essentially what the

269. 11:03discount for a re-entry

271. 11:07it's a discount for banks and Market
272. 11:09Movers to
273. 11:11find re-entry because it's on sale
274. 11:14it's a good price to enter
275. 11:16and on the contrary right they wouldn't
276. 11:18want to enter within a premium within
277. 11:20the market
278. 11:22um because right it's it's expensive no
279. 11:24one wants to buy a 10 bag of Doritos
280. 11:26they would rather buy a three dollar bag
281. 11:29right if the regular price is like five
282. 11:31dollars they wouldn't want to buy it for
283. 11:3410 they would rather buy it for like
284. 11:35three or two you know what I'm saying
285. 11:39um
286. 11:40uh so yeah that's pretty much it today

353. 14:04trade on the most recent trade that we
354. 14:06took
355. 14:08why didn't tjr [ __ ] enter off the
356. 14:11break of structure bad risk reward what
357. 14:13did he want to wait wait for one of our
358. 14:14re-entry tools he wanted to wait for our
359. 14:16order block and then also during that
360. 14:17time I was like yeah if it hits the fair
361. 14:19value Gap and it gives us a reaction off
362. 14:21of it I'll enter off that but if it hits
363. 14:23the order block I'm instantly entering
364. 14:25when that price point gets hit that's
365. 14:27some [ __ ] that you need to write down
366. 14:28and take note of bruh that's what you're
367. 14:30paying for you're not paying like sure
