3. 0:08another little psychological day
4. 0:12um and today is honestly going to be
5. 0:15you're going to be kind of confused by
6. 0:17today's video also new setup does the
7. 0:20face cam look better for the face to
8. 0:22face stuff hopefully it does cuz or else
9. 0:25this [ __ ] was a waste of time I honestly
10. 0:26think the face the face cam is the
11. 0:30biggest benefit and the microphone um I
12. 0:32could honestly I could do without the
13. 0:34screen and the fancy stuff but um yeah
14. 0:38this is you know another video on
15. 0:40special little setup and we'll see how
16. 0:42this goes but essentially today's video
17. 0:45is going to be we had a video on how to
18. 0:47take a loss today's video is going to be
19. 0:50how to take a win um and you guys are
20. 0:53probably going to be confused by this uh
21. 0:55you know whether you're like well you
22. 0:58won you did everything right um um no
23. 1:01you didn't you know like a lot of you
24. 1:03guys think okay I I I took a win or I
25. 1:06won uh so everything was right so I
26. 1:08don't have to look back at the trade I
27. 1:10don't even have to think about it I did
28. 1:11everything right so I'm just going to
29. 1:13move on with my day and that's actually
30. 1:14the complete opposite so let's lock in
31. 1:17let's BR open up our journals and uh
32. 1:19let's focus up so yeah today we are
33. 1:22going to be talking about how to take a
34. 1:23win and if anything this is even more
35. 1:25important than how to take a loss
36. 1:27because you can get really really
37. 1:28carried away um with uh you know like
38. 1:32winning like
39. 1:34mistakenly I guess you could say um or
40. 1:37like winning accidentally and then
41. 1:39getting too much confidence um and then
42. 1:42you know spiraling out of control
43. 1:44leading into you know all the emotions
44. 1:45that we talk about greed overconfidence
45. 1:49um overleveraging over trading um you
46. 1:51know I talk about that all the time um
47. 1:53so with that being said whoa what's
48. 1:56going on um with that being
49. 1:58said how to take a win so first of all
50. 2:03when you win you should treat it no
51. 2:04different than a loss right you should
52. 2:05be emotionless right if I win
53. 2:08$20,000 um I'm like cool that's just a
54. 2:13percentage gain that's a probability
55. 2:15right I could very well lose $110,000
56. 2:17the next day like this morning lost
57. 2:20$144,000 okay what happened I was
58. 2:23emotionless I dude and it's it's really
59. 2:26really crazy to see people like in your
60. 2:29comments section or in like a YouTube
61. 2:31comment section saying like I can't
62. 2:34believe like you lost this much you suck
63. 2:37and it's
64. 2:38like really you see what I've
65. 2:42won you know like it it you need to
66. 2:45again the the most important part about
67. 2:48all of this is thinking in probabilities
68. 2:51okay if you can't think of probabilities
69. 2:52and percentages get the [ __ ] out if
70. 2:54you're just thinking purely about the
71. 2:55cold hard cash you're getting [ __ ] bro
72. 2:58you are going to get [ __ ] up and this
73. 3:00is why okay let's say I enter a trade
74. 3:03and I have a $10 million account okay
75. 3:07that's a [ __ ] massive account size
76. 3:09that means risking 1% is
77. 3:13100k 100K is a lot of money to most
78. 3:17people right that means that a one:1
79. 3:19risk reward ratio if it hits your one to
80. 3:21one you make a hundred
81. 3:24banss okay most people right me or you
82. 3:29if they even see like price get up to
83. 3:31like 50k they're close close close close
84. 3:34close I'm securing all that
85. 3:36bread what are you doing it didn't hit
86. 3:39your takeprofit it didn't hit your stop
87. 3:41loss why are you acting on emotion
88. 3:44you're acting based off money you cannot
89. 3:46act based off money okay and I see a lot
90. 3:48of people fall into this trap especially
91. 3:50when they start upping their account
92. 3:51size this honestly almost happened to me
93. 3:54when I started upping my account size
94. 3:56when even was that like three months ago
95. 3:58um and started upping my law sizes dude
96. 4:01I was having there was days where I had
97. 4:03$330,000 floating in profit where my
98. 4:07stop loss was at break even and I could
99. 4:09have closed it and I didn't because I
100. 4:11had to stick to my plan and this is
101. 4:14where you guys need to get at okay
102. 4:17so let's get to the point right when you
103. 4:22win don't think you are some hot shot
104. 4:25don't think you are going to win every
105. 4:27single trade because guess what I fell
106. 4:29into that same trap when I was beginning
107. 4:31right yeah maybe I learned and
108. 4:33understood how to trade at that point I
109. 4:35was winning trades and I was doing good
110. 4:37right because I had the strategy I had
111. 4:39all that stuff locked down what I didn't
112. 4:41have locked down was my emotions so when
113. 4:43I won I was like [ __ ] bet I'm I'm so
114. 4:47good at this let me do it again let me
115. 4:49take another trade because I just made
116. 4:51this much on this trade let me just take
117. 4:52another trade and actually risk more so
118. 4:54I can make more you tend to get
119. 4:57overconfident okay right this is why
120. 4:59just taking one trade a day is so
121. 5:01beneficial it's like boom take one trade
122. 5:03and just go home right take one trade
123. 5:06whether it's a win or a loss you're done
124. 5:08you're just done for the day it makes
125. 5:10[ __ ] so much easier instead of saying
126. 5:12like well I want today I don't want to
127. 5:14give profits back or like oh I won today
128. 5:16and you know I bet I could win more and
129. 5:18that's greed talking and then you know
130. 5:20like I don't want to get profits back
131. 5:21that's fear talking right instead okay I
132. 5:23took my trade and I'm done whether it's
133. 5:25a win or a loss I don't give a [ __ ] and
134. 5:27I'm just done
135. 5:29okay should you be happy about a win no
136. 5:32you got to be emotionless as much as
137. 5:35it's great as great as it feels you're
138. 5:38going to feel good no matter what about
139. 5:41taking a win in the market but acting on
140. 5:43it is the biggest thing if you act on it
141. 5:45if you're jumping for joy if you're
142. 5:47telling everybody yo dude I just made
143. 5:50[ __ ] 100K or like I just made $1,000
144. 5:53on this on this one trade it was
145. 5:56insane that's emotions talking that's an
146. 5:59issue in and you have to and you have to
147. 6:00notice that immediately and cut that
148. 6:03out right if you are if if a trade is
149. 6:07running and you screenshot
150. 6:10it should probably close that [ __ ]
151. 6:14trade that like I I cannot tell you the
152. 6:17amount of times and the amount of
153. 6:19screenshots that I have in my camera
154. 6:21roll of running trades where at the
155. 6:24moment of my screenshot was the top and
156. 6:28then price came down atock me
157. 6:30out you have to understand when to take
158. 6:33profits when to
159. 6:37close and how to take a win taking a win
160. 6:40is the same as taking a
161. 6:43loss the sad part about trading is you
162. 6:45can make thousands and thousands of
163. 6:47dollars in one single
164. 6:50day and you can't care about it because
165. 6:53you you have to understand that you
166. 6:55could lose it all the next day you have
167. 6:57to understand that just two losing days
168. 6:59could wipe all that back
169. 7:01out it's the same
170. 7:03thing same thing we're playing off
171. 7:05probability so instead of focusing on oh
172. 7:09I made x amount of money today I'm going
173. 7:11to make x amount of money I just made
174. 7:13this amount of money focus on percent
175. 7:16how much percent did you make what was
176. 7:18your probability what's your win
177. 7:20rate focus on that okay and until you
178. 7:23can prove yourself that like literally
179. 7:26you should not give a [ __ ] about the
180. 7:27money you should be demo trading at at
181. 7:29that point right unless you can prove to
182. 7:32yourself that you're actually profitable
183. 7:34and you're probable within the market
184. 7:35why are you even caring about a win who
185. 7:39gives a [ __ ] if you won you're still a

482. 19:53started to look for Longs there was
483. 19:55equilibrium there was a fair value Gap
484. 19:57there was an order BL price moved into
485. 20:00it I saw Market structure shift I saw a
486. 20:02break of structure and I
487. 20:04entered I set my take profits based off
488. 20:07previous areas of liquidity since all my
489. 20:09biases were were aligned I think price
490. 20:11is going to go higher I set extended
491. 20:14take profits I managed my positions when
492. 20:16take profits were hit I moved my stop
493. 20:18loss to break even today was
494. 20:21good that is what you need to be
495. 20:25doing not not jumping around
496. 20:29act like you've been there before if
497. 20:31you're jumping around and celebrating
498. 20:34win it tells me something it tells me
499. 20:38that you have never made bread in this
500. 20:40[ __ ] before or or this is new to
501. 20:43you bro I lit like I literally made 60
502. 20:47bands in a day like what a month and a
503. 20:50half
504. 20:51ago 60 [ __ ] bands and I could have
505. 20:54and I could have made 100K that
506. 20:57day right should have could have would
507. 20:59have right I the rest of my position got
508. 21:02stopped out of Break Even guess what I
509. 21:03sucked to my [ __ ] trading
510. 21:05plan right what did I do on that day I
511. 21:09[ __ ] analyzed the [ __ ] out of that
512. 21:13trade and guess what it was literally
513. 21:15exactly what I described everything was
514. 21:16in line everything was perfect I
515. 21:18executed perfectly but guess what just
516. 21:20because I executed perfectly that
517. 21:21doesn't mean I can review why I did
518. 21:24everything perfectly that doesn't mean I
519. 21:26I I can't [ __ ] go back back and say
520. 21:29oh yeah I did this correctly I did this
521. 21:31flawlessly how can I repeat that process
522. 21:34that's what you have to be
523. 21:36seeking all right so hopefully you guys
524. 21:39gained something something valuable from
