2. 0:02that means we've got brand new rankings
3. 0:04for you of the most difficult Lightning
4. 0:06Lanes to book at all four parks.
5. 0:14Hi-ho everybody, this is Rob with the
6. 0:16Ear Scouts coming to you from the Magic
7. 0:18Kingdom. I'm here today to reveal our
8. 0:21latest Lightning Lane Deck. So, if
9. 0:24you've never watched any of our
10. 0:25Lightning Lane videos before, I would
11. 0:27encourage you to check out at the very
12. 0:29least our Lightning Lane guide for 2026
13. 0:32because we explain to you why it is that
14. 0:35you want to book certain rides before
15. 0:37you book others just because they tend
16. 0:39to run out of Lightning Lanes earlier in
17. 0:41the day. And since a lot of folks don't
18. 0:43know which rides those are, we created
19. 0:46what we call the Lightning Lane Deck for
20. 0:49each park. It's just like a deck of
21. 0:51cards with the ace of the deck being the
22. 0:54most difficult Lightning Lane to book
23. 0:56and it goes all the way down to the two
24. 0:58in the deck, which is the easiest to
25. 1:00grab that pretty much anytime of the
26. 1:02day. You can always find the latest deck
27. 1:05at earscouts.com/deck,
28. 1:08but you don't need to bother with that
29. 1:09right now because we've got a brand new
30. 1:10update that we're going to share with
31. 1:11you right here. We're going to start
32. 1:14with Magic Kingdom. As you may know,
33. 1:16there are two attractions here at Magic
34. 1:18Kingdom that recently got a big refresh
35. 1:21and so it makes sense that those have
36. 1:23now become the two most popular
37. 1:25Lightning Lanes in this park. Coming in
38. 1:28in the A slot is Big Thunder Mountain.
39. 1:31This is a classic Magic Kingdom
40. 1:33attraction, but it's gotten a huge
41. 1:35facelift. There's a brand new Rainbow
42. 1:38Caverns scene and an exciting finale
43. 1:41finish that was added in. And best of
44. 1:43all for folks who don't like herky-jerky
45. 1:45roller coasters, this one is now silky
46. 1:47smooth, kind of like the track over at
47. 1:49Seven Dwarfs Mine Train. If you are
48. 1:50looking for the wildest ride in the
49. 1:52wilderness, however, you can sit farther
50. 1:54back in the train and you will get a
51. 1:56more exciting experience, but if you
52. 1:58want to chicken out, sit close to the
53. 2:00front and it is a pretty smooth ride.
54. 2:03The king in our deck is the other
55. 2:04recently refreshed attraction, Buzz
56. 2:07Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin. The ride
57. 2:09vehicles have gotten a complete upgrade.
58. 2:11You can now actually aim and point your
59. 2:13gun. It's not stuck to the ride vehicle.
60. 2:16The targets are actually a lot more fun
61. 2:17now too because when they glow green,
62. 2:19that means there's an extra bonus
63. 2:21attached to them. So, it's kind of a
64. 2:23whole new ride even though the bones of
65. 2:26it are more or less the same. People are
66. 2:28really loving this update and I am one
67. 2:30of them. So, I'm really excited to see
68. 2:32that it hit the king slot this time
69. 2:34around. The queen in the deck might come
70. 2:36as a surprise to long-time users of
71. 2:38Lightning Lane because it is The Many
72. 2:40Adventures of Winnie the Pooh. Now, this
73. 2:42attraction used to be relatively easy to
74. 2:44grab. I'm not sure what's been
75. 2:46happening, but the last several months
76. 2:48it has become increasingly difficult to
77. 2:50get. In fact, for a little bit there it
78. 2:53was the ace in our deck. I think with
79. 2:55this one is ever since they introduced
80. 2:57Lightning Lane Premiere Pass, there just
81. 2:59aren't as many Lightning Lanes available
82. 3:01with multi pass and this is a really
83. 3:04popular one with families with little
84. 3:05kids and they just can't get that many
85. 3:07folks on and off of this attraction. The
86. 3:09jack in our deck is less of a surprise.
87. 3:12Peter Pan's Flight is pretty much always
88. 3:14one of the face cards. This is one of
89. 3:16the most popular attractions in
90. 3:18Fantasyland. It tends to have a really
91. 3:20long wait and much like Winnie the Pooh,
92. 3:23it just can't get a whole bunch of
93. 3:24people on and off of that attraction
94. 3:26really quickly. So, this one does become
95. 3:28much more difficult to book especially
96. 3:30as the day goes on. The 10 is Haunted
97. 3:33Mansion and the reason I think this one
98. 3:35has risen so much is because it's a tier
99. 3:37two Lightning Lane, meaning that folks
100. 3:40can start their day with two tier twos
101. 3:42whereas they can only have one tier one.
102. 3:45That means that the most popular tier
103. 3:47twos like Haunted Mansion are going to
104. 3:49rise above even some of those tier one
105. 3:52rides. And one of the Tier One rides I'm
106. 3:54referring to is Tiana's Bayou Adventure.
107. 3:57It's really surprising to me that Tiana
108. 4:00is no longer a face card, but I think
109. 4:02that has more to do with the fact that
110. 4:04the attraction's having really good
111. 4:05uptime right now. They're able to get
112. 4:07lots of people on and off, and I think
113. 4:10it's more that than the fact that it's
114. 4:11become less popular. Number eight is
115. 4:14also a little bit surprising. It is
116. 4:16Jungle Cruise. Now, this used to be the
117. 4:19ace in the deck, especially right after
118. 4:21the Jungle Cruise movie came out. This
119. 4:22attraction had a huge resurgence in
120. 4:24popularity, but as you can see, it's
121. 4:27falling back down to Earth a little bit.
122. 4:29Really, from here on down in the deck,
123. 4:31these are easier to grab later in the
124. 4:34day, so you don't have to worry so much
125. 4:35about them uh when you first get to the
126. 4:37park. The seven is now Pirates of the
127. 4:40Caribbean, followed by a surprising six,
128. 4:43Space Mountain. This one has become the
129. 4:45least popular of the Tier One
130. 4:47attractions, and I think that's why it's
131. 4:49falling so low in the deck now, but you
132. 4:51can pretty easily grab a Lightning Lane
133. 4:53for Space Mountain even later in the
134. 4:56day. Tied for six is The Barnstormer
135. 4:58featuring Goofy over in Storybook
136. 5:00Circus. There's also a tie in the five
137. 5:02spot with Magic Carpets of Aladdin and
138. 5:05Under the Sea Journey of The Little
139. 5:07Mermaid both coming in as fives. The tie
140. 5:10for number four is going to be
141. 5:11Tomorrowland Speedway and It's a Small
142. 5:14World. Number three, Mad Tea Party and
143. 5:17Dumbo the Flying Elephant. And finally,
144. 5:20at the bottom of our deck are the two
145. 5:22deuces. We've got Mickey's PhilharMagic
146. 5:25and Monsters Inc. Laugh Floor. We are
147. 5:28heading off to our next park, but if you
148. 5:30want more details about using Lightning

156. 5:51>> Our next stop is Epcot, and we actually
157. 5:53just put out our brand new Lightning
158. 5:56Lane guide for Epcot. If you haven't
159. 5:58seen that yet, we'll put a link to it in
160. 5:59the description down below. But, if you
161. 6:02did see that video, [music]
162. 6:03this list is going to sound very
163. 6:05familiar to you because it is completely
164. 6:07unchanged from when we made that video.
165. 6:10And that was actually way back in April
166. 6:12that we filmed it. Now, the reason
167. 6:14that's kind of a surprise is because
168. 6:16there's one attraction on this list that
169. 6:18we even said in that video
170. 6:20to see it rise once it got its update
171. 6:23for the summer. That is Soarin, which
172. 6:25went from Soarin Around the World to its
173. 6:27new version, Soarin Across America, in
174. 6:30celebration of the semi-quincentennial
175. 6:33of the United States. I love this new
176. 6:36version. I think it definitely deserves
177. 6:38to rise in the rankings. However, as of
178. 6:41right now, it hasn't. [music]
179. 6:42So, we'll keep an eye on it and let you
180. 6:45know in a future update if it does rise
181. 6:48in the rankings. But, as it stands now,
182. 6:50the ace in this park is still Test
183. 6:52Track. The king is Frozen Ever After.
184. 6:56The queen is Remy's Ratatouille
185. 6:58Adventure. And there, holding the spot
186. 7:01of the jack, is Soarin Across America.
187. 7:04In that 10 slot is still Mission Space.
188. 7:07And really, this is kind of the cutoff
189. 7:10point here at Epcot. Once you get
190. 7:11Mission Space booked, everything that
191. 7:13follows below that in the deck is pretty
192. 7:16easy to book even later in the day.
193. 7:18Those rides are number nine, Spaceship
194. 7:21Earth. In the eighth slot, Journey into
195. 7:24Imagination with Figment. Seven is
196. 7:26Turtle Talk with Crush. Six is Living
197. 7:29with the Land. Five is The Seas with
198. 7:32Nemo and Friends. And finally, in the
199. 7:35number four slot, is the Disney Pixar
200. 7:38Short Film Festival [music]
201. 7:40over at the Magic Eye Theater. While I
202. 7:42certainly hope Soarin rises a little bit
203. 7:44in the rankings, I [music] actually
204. 7:46don't expect to see much change here at
205. 7:48Epcot until we reach the holidays.
206. 7:50That's [music] when Living with the Land
207. 7:52gets its glimmering greenhouses
208. 7:54makeover, and I expect we'll see it rise
209. 7:57a little bit in the rankings then. But,
210. 7:58other than that, I'm thinking things are
211. 8:00probably going to hold pretty steady
212. 8:02here at Epcot.

214. 8:10>> Our next stop is Hollywood Studios,
215. 8:13where we've got two new ride refreshes
216. 8:15and two pretty big surprises. The first
217. 8:19surprise [music] was that for a brief
218. 8:21moment, Rock 'n' Roller Coaster Starring
219. 8:24[music] the Muppets was the most
220. 8:26challenging Lightning Lane to book in
221. 8:29all of Walt Disney World. [music] So,
222. 8:31ever since we've been covering Lightning
223. 8:32Lanes, Slinky Dog Dash here at Hollywood
224. 8:35Studios has been [music] the most
225. 8:37difficult Lightning Lane to book across
226. 8:39all the parks. And for about a week
227. 8:42[music] there, right when it reopened,
228. 8:44Rock 'n' Roller Coaster Starring the
229. 8:46Muppets took the ace. Unfortunately, it
230. 8:50did slip down a little bit since then.
231. 8:52It has settled in to the king slot, but
232. 8:55it is a solid king. I think it's going
233. 8:57to stay in that slot for a while, and of
234. 8:59course that means the ace is once again
235. 9:02Slinky Dog Dash. The queen of the deck
236. 9:05is Toy Story Mania. This is one of those
237. 9:08things where it's a tier two attraction,
238. 9:10and it's the most popular tier two,
239. 9:12which gives it a pretty premium position
240. 9:14in the deck. The jack is Twilight Zone
241. 9:17Tower of Terror, which is the same
242. 9:18story. It's the other really popular
243. 9:20tier two attraction in this park. The 10
244. 9:24is a right here behind me, Mickey and
245. 9:25Minnie's Runaway Railway. And this is
246. 9:28actually the big surprise, because that
247. 9:30means that the refresh of Millennium
248. 9:33Falcon Smugglers Run, where there are
249. 9:35three brand [music] new missions that
250. 9:37are really cool. That ride didn't even
251. 9:41crack the face cards of this park. It is
252. 9:43still the number nine in this deck. And
253. 9:47to me, that's just crazy because this
254. 9:50refresh is amazing. It's so much more
255. 9:52exciting. There's so much
256. 9:54re-rideability. You can have three
257. 9:56different adventures. There's Grogu, who
258. 9:58is absolutely adorable. I love this
259. 10:01refresh, and I'm just shocked that it
260. 10:04only made it to be the nine in the deck
261. 10:06this time around. I'm hoping that when
262. 10:08we refresh this again, it'll be a little
263. 10:09bit higher. But for right now, it's
264. 10:11still the nine. Take advantage of this
265. 10:14easy-to-grab lightning lane because it
266. 10:16is, in my opinion, a must-do. Rounding
267. 10:18out the rest of the deck, the eight is
268. 10:21Alien Swirling Saucers. The seven is the
269. 10:23updated Little Mermaid show, The Little
270. 10:25Mermaid: A Musical Adventure. Six is
271. 10:29Beauty and the Beast Live on Stage.
272. 10:31Number five is Indiana Jones Epic Stunt
273. 10:34Spectacular. Number four is, for the
274. 10:36first time in forever, a Frozen
275. 10:38Sing-Along Celebration. And finally, at
276. 10:41the bottom of the deck, is Star Tours.
277. 10:45Old reliable Star Tours. I don't know
278. 10:47why that one's always at the bottom of
279. 10:48the deck cuz I really do enjoy that
280. 10:50ride. And it also has a lot of
281. 10:52re-rideability. For our final deck
282. 10:54update, we're headed over to Animal
283. 10:56Kingdom, and I will see you there.

285. 11:03>> We have arrived at our final park of the
286. 11:06day, Animal Kingdom, and this deck has
287. 11:09basically just gone back to normal
288. 11:12because the last deck that we had for
289. 11:14Animal Kingdom was very strange. Uh some
290. 11:16of the most popular attractions here,
291. 11:18like Kilimanjaro Safaris and Expedition
292. 11:20Everest, had fallen pretty far [music]
293. 11:22down in the rankings, and there were
294. 11:24strange things in the top of the list,
295. 11:26like Festival of the Lion King, which,
296. 11:29while it's a great show and my favorite
297. 11:31show in any of the parks. It's also
298. 11:33usually pretty easy to get that
299. 11:34lightning lane. So, it was surprising to
300. 11:37see that one rank [music] so high, but
301. 11:39things are now back to normal. The ace,
302. 11:42as always, is Na'vi River Journey. This
303. 11:45has pretty much been the ace as long as
304. 11:47we've been tracking lightning lanes here
305. 11:49at Animal Kingdom, so that [music] is no
306. 11:51surprise. The king is Kali River Rapids,
307. 11:54and because it's summer [music] and it's
308. 11:56hot outside, you would expect the water
309. 11:58ride where you may or may not get
310. 12:00completely drenched to be popular
311. 12:02[music] this time of year. The queen is
312. 12:05Kilimanjaro Safaris, back where she
313. 12:07belongs in the face cards. Below that,
314. 12:10in the jack spot, is my favorite ride in
315. 12:12this park, [music] Expedition Everest,
316. 12:14and the 10 was definitely the biggest
317. 12:17surprise this time around. It was
318. 12:19Feathered Friends in Flight. Now, even
319. 12:22though this is listed as a face card,
320. 12:23[music]
321. 12:24you do not need to book Feathered
322. 12:25Friends in Flight. This attraction, you
323. 12:28never need a lightning lane for it, and
324. 12:30honestly, I think the only reason that
325. 12:31it made it into the 10 spot here [music]
326. 12:34is just because there are so few
327. 12:35attractions here at Animal Kingdom, and
328. 12:37that show does end pretty early in the
329. 12:39day. So, [music]
330. 12:41by virtue of the fact that there are no
331. 12:42more shows available for that, it does
332. 12:44run out of lightning lanes earlier, but
333. 12:47you really don't need to worry about
334. 12:48booking that one. In [music] fact,
335. 12:50everything that's going to follow, you
336. 12:51don't really need to worry about
337. 12:52booking. Number nine is Finding Nemo:
338. 12:55The Big Blue and Beyond. Coming in at
339. 12:58number eight, which is a spot where we
340. 12:59would expect to find it, is Festival of
341. 13:02the Lion King. Rounding out the deck,
342. 13:04this one is maybe a little bit of a
343. 13:06surprise. Zootopia is now at the bottom
344. 13:08of the pack, but really, when you think
345. 13:10about it, it does make sense. This is a
346. 13:13show that just repeats constantly
347. 13:15throughout the day. It has a huge
348. 13:17capacity, so they can get a lot of
349. 13:19lightning lanes through that line, and
350. 13:21it makes sense that it would be easy to
351. 13:23grab it, and it would continue to be
352. 13:25available all day long. Well, I hope you
