- 0:01Real life is different.
- 0:04Real life is messy. You try, you learn,
- 0:09you change something. You discover what
- 0:12your first idea wasn't quite right. You
- 0:17grow.
- 0:19And for many people, the familiar life
- 0:22feels safer than the unknowing one. Even
- 0:26then the familiar life doesn't make them
- 0:29happy anymore.
- 0:32This is why I don't always agree when
- 0:35people say you just need more
- 0:37motivation.
- 0:39No,
- 0:41you can watch 20 motivations video say
- 0:4650 quotes
- 0:48writing
- 0:50this is my year in very beautiful
- 0:54capture letters.
- 0:56and still
- 0:58do nothing on next Monday
- 1:03because information isn't always the
- 1:07missing piece. Sometimes you need
- 1:10understand that is holding your foot on
- 1:14the brake where another part of you
- 1:17still trying to move forward. That's the
- 1:20work I found fascinating as a coach. Not
- 1:25telling a woman come on try harder but
- 1:30helping her see ah
- 1:33that is what I'm doing.
- 1:37This is why I keep stopping my here.
- 1:42This is the decisions I will been
- 1:44avoiding.
- 1:46And when you can see the pattern you
- 1:50have something to work with.
- 1:53So let me make this
- 1:57practical.
- 1:58You already choose one things you will
- 2:01been postponing. Remember my previous
- 2:03question. Now I want you to ask yourself
- 2:07three questions. You know in each time I
- 2:11like you keep something for yourself
- 2:14after you listen it.
- 2:18Just relax, open your mind and answer
- 2:22honestly to these questions. Why does
- 2:25this
- 2:27matter to me? These things what you
- 2:30postponded, why is matter to me?
- 2:34Not to Instagram,
- 2:36not to your mother, not because somebody
- 2:39told you successful woman should do
- 2:42that. Why does it matter to you?
- 2:51And second question,
- 2:54what I'm really waiting for?
- 2:58What is actually stopping you to do it
- 3:00right now? But specific
- 3:04time, permission,
- 3:06certainly support, confidence, a perfect
- 3:09moment.
- 3:12And the third question is
- 3:17what is one decision I can make about
- 3:20this? Now
- 3:24notice that I said decision not how I
- 3:28completely changed my life before
- 3:30dinner.
- 3:33A decision.
- 3:36You could find the course information.
- 3:39You can book the appointment,
- 3:42write the first page, ask one question,
- 3:46have the conversation,
- 3:48open the document you will been
- 3:49avoiding.
- 3:51Put one hour into your calendar. Tell
- 3:55someone this is matter to me.
- 4:00Small does not meanless.
- 4:04A small decision can change your
- 4:07directions and directions actions that
- 4:10matters.
- 4:12One of the most interesting things I
- 4:14will notice in through my coaching is
- 4:17that women often don't need more to give
- 4:20them a dream. They already have
- 4:24thoughts, ideas, abilities, things they
- 4:28they are wanted to explore
- 4:32sometimes for years. The problem is that
- 4:35all of these gets mixed together with
- 4:39responsibilities, other people needs,
- 4:42tiredness, and constant interruptions.
- 4:47Everything ends up in one big mental
- 4:51drawer.
- 4:53And when we start working together, we
- 4:56open this drawer. Not literally. I don't
- 4:59come to your house and organize your
- 5:02furniture.
- 5:03We look at that is actually happened.
- 5:07What matters now?
- 5:10What is taking your energy?
- 5:13Where do you keep stopping? What are you
- 5:16trying to solve all in once?
- 5:20And very often woman starts seeing
- 5:24possibility she couldn't see before. Not
- 5:28because I magically create a new life
- 5:30for her. Because clarity change what you
- 5:35notice.
- 5:36This is why I say clarity create calm.
- 5:42When you can see your next step, you
- 5:46don't need to fight this the whole
- 5:49future today.
- 5:51And this is also why one should
- 5:53conversation can sometimes open
- 5:57something.
- 5:59But lasting change needs a way to
- 6:02continue, a structure, a practice,
- 6:06support. Someone who noticing then you
- 6:09quietly return to the same old pattern
- 6:13and says, "Wait,
- 6:15we have been there before. What are you
- 6:18choosing this time?"
- 6:21And that is a very different
- 6:23relationship from someone simply
- 6:26motivate you.
- 6:30Sometimes people only change when life
- 6:33forces them. Relationship ends, health
- 6:37change, a job disappears, the children
- 6:40leaves the home sometimes happens and
- 6:44suddenly we have to ask who I am now.
- 6:50But I don't believe you need to wait for
- 6:56your life to break
- 7:00before you allowed to look at it. You
- 7:04don't need a dramatic story. You don't
- 7:08need to reach completely exhausting.
- 7:11You don't need to prove that things are
- 7:14bad enough.
- 7:17You are allowed to notice
- 7:21this part of my life doesn't fit me
- 7:25anymore.
- 7:29You know like your favorite shoes or
- 7:32outfits sometimes they just don't fit
- 7:35anymore.
- 7:37you know to allow yourself to say I want
- 7:40to grow or even I don't know exactly
- 7:45what I want but I want to find out
- 7:50that's enough to begin a conversation.
- 7:56So before we finish today I want to
- 7:59return to word later.
- 8:03What have you been sending there to
- 8:06later? Your health, your ideas, your
- 8:10voice, your confidence, your next
- 8:12chapter. And how long has it been
- 8:15waiting? I'm not asking you to change
- 8:18your whole life. Today I'm asking you to
- 8:21notice
- 8:23because sometimes the first change is
- 8:26not an actions. It's the moment you stop
- 8:30automatically saying later
- 8:34and start asking why why not now.
- 8:41Not everything, not all in once, just
- 8:44the next honest decision.
- 8:49And if today's episode made you recon
- 8:53recognize your own later, you can send
- 8:56me just one word later a t e r to my
- 9:02b.dana
- 9:04coach Facebook or on Instagram.
- 9:07He don't need to explain it your whole
- 9:09life in the message. You don't need to
- 9:11write me an easier
- 9:15just word later.
- 9:19allowed yourself to start conversation
- 9:22and I will know exactly which episode
- 9:26you listen to right
- 9:31and like always I want to highlight in
- 9:34some of the local events
