- 0:00greetings I'm Professor hobo and welcome
- 0:03to another hobo technos product review
- 0:08ever since bluetti discontinued the
- 0:10eb150 a few years back there's been a
- 0:12big gap in their product lineup in the
- 0:141,00 to 1500 wat hour range you have the
- 0:18700w hour eb70 and then this large jump
- 0:22all the way up to the 2,000 wat hour ac2
- 0:25200p finally after a lot of feedback
- 0:28from their customers bluetti has
- 0:30released their new back to the basics
- 0:32ac10 power station in the United States
- 0:36with 1152 wat hours of lithium iron
- 0:39phosphate a honken 1800 watt inverter
- 0:43and check it
- 0:44out no touchscreen but is it any good
- 0:49let's find out hot as for what's inside
- 0:52the ac10 it carries 1152 WS of lithium
- 0:56iron phosphate batteries rated at 3500
- 1:00Cycles to 80% capacity as for size and
- 1:02weight it's 13x 12x 10 in and only
- 1:06weighs 35 lbs as for the display it
- 1:09offers a color LCD that shows input and
- 1:12output Watts time to charge and
- 1:14discharge and battery percent with icon
- 1:16unlike a lot of other models in the
- 1:18upper end range of bluetti this does not
- 1:20have a touchscreen as for the output
- 1:22it's an 1800 wat pign inverter through
- 1:25four 15 amp Outlets as for ways to
- 1:28charge there are the standard three
- 1:30first from AC power at a maximum of 1440
- 1:34W good for a 0 to 80% charge and only 45
- 1:38minutes the ac10 supports 500 WTS of
- 1:41solar maximum at 10 amps from 12 to 60
- 1:45volts meaning up to two large solar
- 1:47panels in series for a full charge in
- 1:50about 3 hours not too shabby finally you
- 1:53can charge from 12 or 24 volts topping
- 1:56up in about 10 hours or 5 hours
- 1:58respectively as for 12 Vol outputs you
- 2:00get a single cigarette letter socket
- 2:03output good for 10 amps and that socket
- 2:06is regulated at 13.6 volts as for USB
- 2:10outputs you get four standard USB ports
- 2:13and a single 100 W USB power delivery
- 2:15output no you cannot charge this unit
- 2:18from USB now as for wireless charging
- 2:21luti does offer a 15 wat wireless
- 2:23charging pad up top as standard on most
- 2:26of their power stations now as a remote
- 2:28control you can remotely control the
- 2:31ac10 through blue Ed's bluetooth app and
- 2:34it does offer a 20 millisecond switching
- 2:36UPS feature meaning you can have
- 2:39sensitive devices plugged into this and
- 2:40if the power goes out what it's plugged
- 2:42in the battery will simply take over now
- 2:44as for the warranty blue edti does offer
- 2:47a class leing 5year manufacturers
- 2:49warranty on this product and of course I
- 2:52took the AC 180 here into my secret
- 2:54laboratory where I performed all kinds
- 2:56of crazy experiments on it including yes
- 2:59of course a double fisted bang bang
- 3:03battery capacity test
- 3:09[Applause]
- 3:12[Music]
- 3:20[Music]
- 3:28[Music]
- 3:29[Applause]
- 3:35as for the results of the DC battery
- 3:37capacity test it scored 1,39 wat hours
- 3:41out of 1152 for a whopping 90% the
- 3:45results of the AC battery capacity tests
- 3:47were pretty much identical it scored
- 3:501,030 wat hours out of 1152 or an
- 3:53amazing
- 3:5489% these are fantastic numbers and it
- 3:57seems as though blue Edd's latest off
- 3:59offerings are fairing much better on the
- 4:01capacity test than their older models
- 4:04one of the reasons for the better DC
- 4:05numbers on this device in particular is
- 4:08because they remove that high output DC
- 4:11circuitry and touchscreen interface that
- 4:14they have on the Aging ac2 200p that
- 4:17saves quite a bit of power no doubt
- 4:19they're also using a more efficient
- 4:21processor inside and they've had a few
- 4:23years now to really tweak that firmware
- 4:26pure sine wave check underload I have
- 4:28this running under a full 1,800 100 wat
- 4:30load let's look at the sine wave so the
- 4:32sine wave looks perfect and we're
- 4:33pulling 120 volts at 60 HZ now next is
- 4:37the inverter capacity test where we're
- 4:39going to push this 1800 wat pure sign
- 4:41inverter to its absolute limit so right
- 4:43now I'm pulling about 1,760 watt let's
- 4:46just keep cranking it up until the thing
- 4:48shuts off all right there we have it
- 4:501980 watt almost 2,000 watt 2200 watt
- 4:552400 watt and it shuts down so 2400
- 4:59Watts for a few seconds not too bad so
- 5:02let's go ahead and move on to the
- 5:03sustain cooling or heat soak test where
- 5:05we run this thing at or above its limit
- 5:07for at least 5 minutes to find out does
- 5:10it do anything crazy does it start
- 5:11smoking or drinking or making funny
- 5:13smells or calling its mother names or
- 5:15throwing rocks or tping your neighbors
- 5:17don't expect any of that from the blue
- 5:18edti but we have to test it anyway so
- 5:20I'm going to go ahead and start this
- 5:21test at 2,000 Watts even though it's
- 5:23only 1800 watt inverter to see can it
- 5:25make it to 5 minutes now the worst thing
- 5:27that could happen is it should just shut
- 5:28down and say over load and then we try
- 5:30it again at 1800 WT and there we go
- 5:332,000 WT let's go ahead and start the
- 5:34timer and we'll come back in 5 minutes
- 5:36and see is it still running all right
- 5:38we're back we made it exactly 2 minutes
- 5:40at 2,000 Watts before it shut down okay
- 5:43so I'm going to back it down 100 Watts
- 5:45down to 1900 and perform the same test
- 5:47and see if we can make it to 5 minutes
- 5:49all right crazy enough exactly at the
- 5:512-minute mark it shut down at 1900 watt
- 5:53so we're going to back it down to 1,800
- 5:56and reset and make sure can at least
- 5:57handle it's rated 1800 watts okay we
- 6:00reset the clock we're running at 1800
- 6:02WTS let's see if it's going to finish
- 6:04all right here we are the magic 5 minute
- 6:06Mark running at 1800 watt it passed that
- 6:09test with no problems at all so while we
- 6:11have the inverter at maximum let's go
- 6:13ahead and test to see what the deciel
- 6:16level is of the inverter fans we're
- 6:17doing this from about a meter
- 6:20away so it looks like 55 DB it is a
- 6:24little on the loud side but it's not too
- 6:26bad it's not an unpleasant sound it's
- 6:28just a little loud I'm afraid you're
- 6:30just too darn
- 6:32loud next
- 6:35place Max charge rate test this is where
- 6:38we determine how much power can we push
- 6:39Into the Blue Ed ac150 now this via AC
- 6:43DC solar and USB if it supported it now
- 6:47I go into the app and it says there is
- 6:50standard turbo and silent mode I do have
- 6:52this on turbo mode so the fastest
- 6:54charging mode possible makes the most
- 6:56noise uses the most power but we're
- 6:59getting a prettyy impressive 1450 W into
- 7:03the ac80 see right there
- 7:051450 W okay next we're going to do DC
- 7:08charging so we're going to start with 12
- 7:11volts we just plug in the 8 mm and I
- 7:13have an adapter here going to this
- 7:14variable voltage charger this charger
- 7:17can output 20 amps and you'll see here
- 7:20like most power stations that limits the
- 7:22input to 8 amps so you don't blow the
- 7:25fuse in your car know it looks like it's
- 7:27charging at around 90 wats so that's
- 7:29fine for 12 VT so at 22 volts we're
- 7:32still pulling 8 amps for 162 WT let's
- 7:36take it out to 24 volts now let's assume
- 7:38that you have a 24 volt system in a
- 7:41vehicle how fast could you expect to
- 7:43have this thing charge it's still
- 7:45limiting itself to 8 amps and you're now
- 7:48able to charge at about 185 Watts okay
- 7:52let's take this up to two solar panels
- 7:55in series now I'm doing a reset on this
- 7:57cuz once in a while if you don't reset
- 7:59that it doesn't tell the mppt controller
- 8:01to reset so basically I want to make
- 8:04sure that we're getting accurate results
- 8:06it's Now 46 volts at 9.6 amps for 433
- 8:10Watts that sounds a lot better I was
- 8:11getting concerned there for a moment so
- 8:13you got two solar panels in series you
- 8:16can expect it to charge somewhere
- 8:17between 400 and 450 Watts now let's go
- 8:21ahead and crank this up to the maximum
- 8:2260 volts because that is the maximum
- 8:24that the blue Edie supports and there it
- 8:26is it hard caps you at 500 watts so
- 8:29let's go ahead and see can it take any
- 8:31more volts it's not going to hurt it if
- 8:33you go over slightly we do it slowly
- 8:36we're waiting for this number to go to
- 8:37zero so we can do 62 volts three there
- 8:41we go it's 64 volts it drops out that's
- 8:44what you expect little bit of leeway not
- 8:46too much so if you go a little bit over
- 8:48the 60 volts vocc on your solar panels
- 8:51it's not a big deal okay now the next
- 8:53question is going to be since it
- 8:54overloaded we put too much voltage Into
- 8:56the Blue edti it shut down saying hey
- 8:59that's too much solar voltage it's
- 9:01blinking DC and it says overload will it
- 9:04automatically reset itself or do you
- 9:06have to manually reset it now modern
- 9:08Power Station should automatically reset
- 9:10so let's bring it down to under 60 volts
- 9:13I just heard a click and there we go
- 9:15it's actually solar charging you can see
- 9:16it's pulling powered it's going right
- 9:18back to charging so that's very good to
- 9:20know if you go a little bit over on the
- 9:22voltage on your solar panels it will
- 9:24shut off automatically reset as when the
- 9:26voltage comes back down and go ahead and
- 9:28charge again so it's completely
- 9:30hands-off situation so what about noise
- 9:32levels while charging now the AC
- 9:34definitely makes noise we're on turbo
- 9:36mode Let's see how loud it is it doesn't
- 9:38seem as loud as the inverter running but
- 9:41let's see how loud it
- 9:44is so 49 DB in turbo mode now let's go
- 9:47ahead and switch this to silent mode and
- 9:49see if the fans actually completely turn
- 9:51off or not okay I now have the blue Ed
- 9:53on silent mode and it's actually not
- 9:55silent the fans are still running
- 9:56they're just running in a reduced
- 9:58capacity
- 10:01so 44 DB significantly quieter but not
- 10:04actually silent now let's try the solar
- 10:06charging does it make noise while you're
- 10:08charging it with solar all right we're
- 10:10going to test this on maximum solar so
- 10:11we're going to pump 500 wats of solar
- 10:13into it and we'll see does it make any
- 10:15noise all right see as we found silent
- 10:18mode I am pushing 500 watts in on turbo
- 10:20mode via solar and the fans are not
- 10:23running at all it is absolutely silent
- 10:25making no noise
- 10:26whatsoever so when you're charging with
- 10:28solar you won't hear a thing next test
- 10:31is going to be simultaneous charging can
- 10:32you charge it from AC and DC at the same
- 10:35time in other words can you charge it
- 10:36from wall or grid power and solar at the
- 10:39same time for a faster speed some of
- 10:41these will let you charge them faster if
- 10:43you plug them into two charging sources
- 10:46at the same time so let's go ahead and
- 10:48plug this into AC power first we'll L it
- 10:52max out at it's 1460 watts and then
- 10:55we're going to go ahead and pump 500
- 10:56watts of solar in now when I say solar I
- 10:59mean virtual solar this simulates solar
- 11:02cuz all solar panel is is a basically a
- 11:05power supply now again I'm doing this on
- 11:07turbo mode so it's going to provide the
- 11:09fastest charging possible we're at 1460
- 11:12WS let's plug the solar in and see what
- 11:13happens now this is the amount of amps
- 11:15coming out so right now it's zero cuz
- 11:16obviously I'm not plugged in when I plug
- 11:19this in watch this number and you'll get
- 11:21to see how much solar is actually going
- 11:23into this while AC is going in at the
- 11:25same time so I hear a click I see the
- 11:27solar panel icon come up
- 11:29it's doing a little recalibration here
- 11:32but it's doing 60 volts at 8 amps and 60
- 11:35volts time 8.3 amps is 500 WT so it is
- 11:38accepting 500 watts of solar but very
- 11:41interestingly it's not charging any
- 11:43faster it says 1480 WT so it's not
- 11:46really doing anything to help the speed
- 11:48but what it's doing is called solar
- 11:50priority mode so a lot of these power
- 11:52stations try to be eco-friendly so when
- 11:55you have it plugged into an AC Source
- 11:56let's assume that there's a gas
- 11:58generator or something on the other side
- 12:01instead of wall power say you're running
- 12:03a gas generator and you want to save as
- 12:04much fuel as possible so you plug this
- 12:06into your gas generator the gas
- 12:09generator will put less power in cuz
- 12:11it's allowing solar priority it's
- 12:13pumping 500 watts in from solar and the
- 12:16rest is coming in from AC power so it
- 12:18lowers the amount of power that you use
- 12:21from the wall or the amount of power
- 12:23that you use from say a gas or propane
- 12:26generator so it's like just an Eco thing
- 12:28it's not really allowing you to charge
- 12:30it any faster but it does allow you to
- 12:32at least prioritize solar so what about
- 12:3412vt output now the ac10 only offers a
- 12:37single 12vt cigarette lighter socket
- 12:40output with no other outputs really so
- 12:42let's test that and make sure you can at
- 12:44least get 10 amps out of it which is
- 12:45what it's rated for now you can see here
- 12:47the voltage is 13.6 volts I know it's
- 12:49rounded down a little bit but it's
- 12:51outputting 13.6 volts I have it set at
- 12:5410 amps if I hit on so you can see it's
- 12:58pulling 10 amps at 12.4 volt so it
- 13:01definitely passes this test okay so what
- 13:03about wireless charging I do have my
- 13:05cell phone up here which supports fast
- 13:07wireless charging which is up to 15
- 13:09watts okay so all you have to do is turn
- 13:11on the DC and that turns on the wireless
- 13:16charging now interestingly it is not
- 13:19fast wireless charging it's actually
- 13:21slow wireless charging it says it's
- 13:22going to take like 2 hours to charge my
- 13:24phone so the wireless charger that's
- 13:26built into this does not support fast
- 13:28charging even though it does say it's a
- 13:2915 watt wireless charger it is pulling
- 13:3210 watts now I've used other fast
- 13:35charging power stations and it'll pull
- 13:3714 15 watts it'll say on my phone fast
- 13:40charging right now it just says charging
- 13:42it doesn't say anything about being fast
- 13:44in 2 hours really isn't that fast but
- 13:46it's better than a lot of the
- 13:47competition it doesn't have a wireless
- 13:48charger at all now what about USB
- 13:51charging this does offer a 100 wat power
- 13:53delivery output it's output only you
- 13:55can't send power into the USB ports on
- 13:58this I do have a power Bend hooked up
- 14:00here which can accept 100 wats of power
- 14:03delivery charging from a USB Source you
- 14:06can see right here it's actually
- 14:08outputting 94 watts into the Power Band
- 14:11now there's always a couple Watts loss
- 14:13so it does support 100 watt charging and
- 14:15why this is important is a lot of
- 14:17MacBooks high-end laptops do require at
- 14:20least 60 watts sometimes 100 watts of
- 14:22power delivery charging in fact this is
- 14:25my favorite way to charge my laptop it's
- 14:27super efficient going from d C to DC
- 14:29instead of using your brick that comes
- 14:31with your laptop to plug it into say
- 14:34this so when you plug it into this you
- 14:35actually lose a lot of extra power
- 14:37charging your laptop than you would just
- 14:39charging it with a USB cable so if your
- 14:41laptop supports USB charging absolutely
- 14:44use it and that goes for any mobile
- 14:46device really always use the DC option
- 14:49if you can it saves power rather than
- 14:51plugging your Apple charger in here plug
- 14:54it into the DC Port the USB port and
- 14:56it's way more efficient so what about
- 14:58pass through charging can you charge it
- 14:59while you use it it's 2023 of course you
- 15:02can of course I'm going to prove it now
- 15:04bluetti does include what's called a UPS
- 15:06feature basically they use a UPS relay a
- 15:08switching relay to allow you to take
- 15:10power from the wall pass it through the
- 15:12power station without touching the
- 15:14batteries pass it through to your load
- 15:16which in this case is a laptop with no
- 15:18battery in it there's no battery in the
- 15:20bottom you can see this is where the
- 15:21battery is supposed to go it's powered
- 15:23directly from this power supply you can
- 15:25see the little green light this is
- 15:26actually plugged into the inverter on
- 15:29the ac10 and then the power coming in
- 15:31from the wall going into this is going
- 15:34through the switch box so I could
- 15:35quickly switch it on and off so I don't
- 15:36have to keep plugging and unplugging so
- 15:38what we're going to do here is I'm going
- 15:40to show you what happens if you're on
- 15:42your computer now it's could be a PC it
- 15:44could be any kind of appliance that you
- 15:46have plugged into this does the ac180
- 15:48switch over fast enough to keep a
- 15:50computer going during a blackend that's
- 15:52a very important test because the UPS
- 15:54relay if it's not fast enough and your
- 15:56computer dies you can corrupt your data
- 15:59should switch fast enough if it's 20
- 16:01milliseconds or less so we'll have to
- 16:04see I'm not sure what blue 8's claim is
- 16:06cuz it doesn't say anything in the book
- 16:07about this feature so place your bets
- 16:10I'm going to go ahe and hit the switch
- 16:11that's going to cut off the power from
- 16:12the wall let's see if the laptop stays
- 16:13on or not I don't know I've never done
- 16:15this yet so let's let's place our bets
- 16:17ready 3 2
- 16:221 guess what folks the laptop's still
- 16:24running you can see that the power from
- 16:25the wall is now zero the laptop is
- 16:28taking 20 26 wats let's turn the power
- 16:31back on okay and it's now charging from
- 16:33the grid again laptop is still on let's
- 16:36go ahead and just repeat the test real
- 16:38quick 3 2
- 16:391 okay no problem so the laptop is
- 16:42staying on now just to prove to you that
- 16:45the laptop is plugged into the power
- 16:47station I'll go ahead and unplug it so
- 16:49what about pass through with solar let's
- 16:51go ahead and charge it with solar so
- 16:53here we are charging with our simulated
- 16:54solar DC turns on AC turns on so you can
- 16:57use DC USB and AC all at the same time
- 17:01if you're charging from solar now now
- 17:02you have to understand it because you
- 17:04can only input 500 WTS into this port
- 17:07you can't pull more than 500 WTS in the
- 17:09power station without it using the
- 17:12battery now don't confuse pass through
- 17:13with the UPS feature the UPS feature can
- 17:15actually handle 1,800 Watts which is the
- 17:18inverter that's built in so once you
- 17:20exceed 1,800 Watts it's going to shut
- 17:23down the inverter and knock your laptops
- 17:26or computers or whatever else you have
- 17:28offline so you don't to exceed 1,800
- 17:30Watts using the UPS feature musician's
- 17:33favorite amp interference test this is
- 17:35where we determine is the inverter on
- 17:37the bluetti clean enough to power a
- 17:39power amp without making weird Buzzy
- 17:41clicky noises so go ahead and place your
- 17:44bets will it or will it not Buzz 3 two
- 17:51[Music]
- 17:561 that's so annoying I got to turn it
- 17:58off
- 17:59so yeah that's a big fail from the
- 18:02inverter now you have to remember this
- 18:03is a budget product they're using budget
- 18:05Parts they have a budget inverter in
- 18:07here they're trying to keep the cost as
- 18:09low as possible for you guys cuz we are
- 18:11in a financial situation and a lot of
- 18:14people don't want to spend $2 or $3,000
- 18:16on a power station you're spending way
- 18:18less than 1,000 bucks on this and I do
- 18:20have those iron fite things I got two
- 18:22here two on the other side they don't
- 18:24really do anything when it comes to
- 18:26interference through the core but I know
- 18:27if I don't have them on here I get a
- 18:29million complaints that you got to put
- 18:30the iron ferite on here otherwise it's
- 18:32going to buz well telling you it's never
- 18:34made any difference and I've done this
- 18:36test 50 times now unfortunately it fails
- 18:39the amp interference test that means do
- 18:41not buy the AC 180 if you plan to rock
- 18:43out in your band or use it for a PA
- 18:45system or ham radio use this probably is
- 18:48not going to be the product for you
- 18:50unless you just don't mind that buzzing
- 18:52noise so what about the app I've shown
- 18:53the blue ID app several times but we do
- 18:55a quick 30se second run through you can
- 18:57see input output SPS solar AC DC uh you
- 19:02can turn on and off the inverter and the
- 19:04DC Source down here does have battery
- 19:06pack of course the ac180 doesn't support
- 19:08external batteries when you go into the
- 19:10settings it allows you to share device
- 19:12turn on and off Eco modes which
- 19:14basically all that does is it Powers the
- 19:17the unit down after so many hours I I
- 19:19leave that crap off you can see here
- 19:20charging mode this is where you set it
- 19:22to Turbo normal or silent now
- 19:27powerlifting is the feature that allows
- 19:28ows you to run a higher wattage
- 19:30Appliance and lowers the voltage it can
- 19:33actually destroy appliances so I leave
- 19:34it off you can use this feature for like
- 19:37coffee pots and things that just have a
- 19:39heating element but never use this for
- 19:40anything that's got like a compressor in
- 19:42it like a refrigerator or an air
- 19:44conditioner because you could seriously
- 19:46ruin your Appliance this is where you do
- 19:48the firmware upgrade now I do have the
- 19:50upgrade done on this and I always do the
- 19:53firmware upgrade before I test any of
- 19:56these things and that's all she wrote so
- 19:58what do I I think about the
- 20:00ac10 I have to say that I applaud blue
- 20:03EDI for getting back to its roots the
- 20:06recent ac60 release which is a super
- 20:09fancy waterproof battery expandable
- 20:11power station is a fantastic Innovative
- 20:14product however the biggest complaint
- 20:16that I got on that review was that it's
- 20:19just too darn expensive here we have a
- 20:21back to the basics good oldfashioned
- 20:23Power Station without all the bells and
- 20:25whistles that the rest of the lineup has
- 20:28it's also in the perfect goldilock sweet
- 20:31zone of 1200 wat hours pair with an
- 20:3418800 WT inverter it means it'll run
- 20:36virtually any 110 volt kitchen appliance
- 20:39including refrigerators air conditioners
- 20:41heaters instant pot Skillets and even
- 20:43large microwave ovens without a sweat
- 20:46it's also still very tossable at this
- 20:49size and weight since it's well under 40
- 20:51lbs you can virtually take it anywhere
- 20:53so I think BL really hid it out of the
- 20:55park with this model and this thing is
- 20:57going to sell like hot cakes let's not
- 20:58forget it does offer that 20 millisecond
- 21:01switching UPS relay which is fast enough
- 21:04to keep a computer and other
- 21:05computerized electronic equipment going
- 21:07in a blackout which is something their
- 21:09aging ac2 200p just can't do that being
- 21:12said it's not a perfect offering I'm
- 21:14sure some folks are going to miss that
- 21:1625 amp dc output that's offered on the
- 21:19ac200 series and that 30 amp RV hookup
- 21:22on the ac200 Max and notice they didn't
- 21:25include an RV hookup on this they
- 21:27certainly could have squeez it in but
- 21:29again cost cutting features there's also
- 21:32only one USBC port and no Quick Charge
- 21:35ports again save a few bucks here pass
- 21:38it on to the customer but that's exactly
- 21:41what the ac80 is all about it's about
- 21:43keeping that price as low as possible so
- 21:46more people like you can afford it just
- 21:48think of this as the Big Mac of power
- 21:50stations now every single video people
- 21:52ask me how long certain appliances will
- 21:54run on these power stations and I really
- 21:57can't answer that question because every
- 21:59Appliance is different but let's say
- 22:00you're going to plug in a standard
- 22:02medium-size energy star rated household
- 22:04refrigerator that consumes about 700 W
- 22:07hours a day and that's pretty standard
- 22:09you can simply use some basic math to
- 22:10take the wat hours of the power station
- 22:12divided by 700 W hours and that basic
- 22:14math gives us 1.6 days of run time now
- 22:17let's take an example of a standard
- 22:18microwave that uses 1,800 Watts you can
- 22:21expect about a half hour runtime on this
- 22:24a 1,000 WT Skillet or instant pot you
- 22:26can expect about an hour a 15 00 wat Cur
- 22:29coffee machine will run for about 45
- 22:31minutes straight which should give you
- 22:33enough coffee to keep you away from now
- 22:35until you actually receive your AC 180
- 22:38in the mail so hopefully this answers
- 22:40your questions about runtime product
- 22:42price and this is where things get good
- 22:46the ac10 is launching today at the
- 22:49stupid low price of only
- 22:52$7.99 this is for 1152 W hours and an
- 22:551,800 wat inverter now this stupid price
- 22:59is only good through the month of June
- 23:00and then it's going to bump up to the
- 23:02mid 800 Buck range for a short time then
- 23:04finally land around 950 bucks which I
- 23:07think is still a fair price considering
- 23:09this does have an 1800 watt inverter
- 23:11that can run virtually anything in your
- 23:13house but wait there is more because
- 23:15bluetti of course offered me a discount
- 23:18code that will knock a few more bucks
- 23:19off but that codee's only going to be
- 23:21good through the month of June and then
- 23:23they're going to Nix it and you're going
- 23:25to be paying whatever you got to pay so
- 23:27if you're waffling on getting the ac10
- 23:30don't find yourself disintegrating in a
- 23:32vat of syrup while you make up your mind
- 23:35because that 799 price is only good for
- 23:38a very short time now what about the
- 23:40competition uh obviously if I don't
- 23:42mention the Eco flow Delta 2 I'll get
- 23:44flamed in the comments that is the
- 23:46direct competitor to the AC 180 and they
- 23:49offer a smaller 1 KW hour battery but
- 23:52does match the 1800 watt inverter
- 23:55however the ecof flow is selling for 200
- 23:57bucks more that's a big deal when you're
- 23:59only paying $7.99 while the Delta 2 does
- 24:02offer an expandable battery not
- 24:04everybody wants to use that feature and
- 24:06that costs a lot of money to implement
- 24:08and the ecoflow battery is so overly
- 24:11expensive and it can't even be charged
- 24:13on its own making the whole battery
- 24:15expansion thing virtually moot you
- 24:17essentially get better USB support on
- 24:20the Ecco flow and trade for the wireless
- 24:22charging on the bluetti and another 200
- 24:24bucks in your pocket that makes the ac10
- 24:27the clear winner here now as for
- 24:29recommended solar I do recommend
- 24:31sticking with bluetti panels especially
- 24:33if you're on the move if you're always
- 24:35traveling with this running it around
- 24:36setting it up just spend the extra money
- 24:38on the good folding panels they're high
- 24:41quality high output and I've had no
- 24:43problems with mine and I actually use
- 24:45mine in the rain dirt and dust of the
- 24:48desert now you can either get a pair of
- 24:50their pv200 panels and put them in
- 24:52series that will charge this really fast
- 24:54or just get a single PV 350 it really
- 24:57depends on how much you want to spend
- 24:59however if you want a more permanent
- 25:01solution that's actually lower cost I
- 25:04would recommend the B RV 180 wat or 200
- 25:07watt solar panels or the Renegy 300 watt
- 25:10glass panels which can be found on hobot
- 25:12tech. tv/ Amazon under solar kits of
- 25:16course I have that link in the
- 25:17description of this video so if you're
- 25:19interested in the ac10 the link and
- 25:22discount code will be in the description
- 25:24of this video below I'm also going to
- 25:26put a link right here at the bottom of

- 26:20launch and that means of course lots and
