  15. 0:31treating patients on your own
  16. 0:42now we are at the final step of the
  17. 0:45therapy concept we really start clearing
  18. 0:48the shed symbolically speaking of course
  19. 0:51the body is now ready to respond
  20. 0:53efficiently and intensely to biochem
  21. 0:55therapy we may use all sorts of
  22. 0:58sequences written here to only name few
  23. 1:01it is now time to use all the gain
  24. 1:04knowledge out of the basic training as
  25. 1:06well as patients and amnesia and
  26. 1:08diagnosis
  27. 1:11so let's start by getting back to our
  28. 1:13our acute patient
  29. 1:15as a reminder he is a 39 year old father
  30. 1:18of two children and suffers every may
  31. 1:20with severe hay fever
  32. 1:23he is allergic to grass pollen and
  33. 1:25despite antihistaminics he still suffers
  34. 1:27from nose running itchy eyes and mouth
  35. 1:30and by the end of the day he often
  36. 1:32develops a headache
  37. 1:34he does not take under his demeanings
  38. 1:36due to tiredness if he is taking them
  39. 1:39his body mass index is over 25 so he is
  40. 1:43overweighted and on no special diet
  41. 1:47he has no specific family history he
  42. 1:49takes no medications for chronic
  43. 1:51troubles he broke his leg once which we
  44. 1:54should take into account when treating
  45. 1:56blockages
  46. 1:58he is not aware of any dead teeth
  47. 2:01his digestion is very good on daily
  48. 2:04basis
  49. 2:05he has lots of stress at work as he is
  50. 2:08self-employed
  51. 2:12this is our therapy schematic for our
  52. 2:14acute patient example which we created
  53. 2:17in a previous video the steps of the
  54. 2:20first session basic therapy blockages
  55. 2:23and support of the eliminations was
  56. 2:26already covered in the previous videos
  57. 2:29in this video therefore we will learn
  58. 2:31more precisely about the steps of the
  59. 2:33second and third sessions feel free to
  60. 2:37stop video here and return back to the
  61. 2:39steps of the first session if you need
  62. 2:41to refresh or repeat them
  63. 2:45a therapist is able to treat a patient
  64. 2:48with help of program numbers
  65. 2:50circled purple here
  66. 2:53programs names orange circle
  67. 2:56or program sequences circled green
  68. 3:00these are different ways of finding
  69. 3:02programs in the bicom device
  70. 3:08whilst exploring indication related
  71. 3:10follow-up therapy we will also go
  72. 3:13through more options of the biker main
  73. 3:15menu
  74. 3:16here we see three different
  75. 3:18possibilities for finding and starting
  76. 3:20therapy in the bicom
  77. 3:22these are listed as three different
  78. 3:25options of the main menu of the bi-com
  79. 3:27device
  80. 3:29if you know the program number you can
  81. 3:31press 2 in the main menu
  82. 3:33this is how we found the programs for
  83. 3:35blockages and elimination organs as
  84. 3:38shown in the previous video
  85. 3:40if program numbers are however unknown
  86. 3:44it is also possible to search via menu
  87. 3:47item 3
  88. 3:48equals programs
  89. 3:51here we can search through the database
  90. 3:53according to program names and keywords
  91. 3:57searching by category is also possible
  92. 4:00where all programs related to a category
  93. 4:02are listed and can be called up
  94. 4:15you can find program numbers for
  95. 4:17different programs listed in the
  96. 4:19instructions for use but other resources
  97. 4:22will also often list the program number
  98. 4:25as you become more experienced with the
  99. 4:27bicom program numbers will become more
  100. 4:29familiar to you and it is a very fast
  101. 4:32way of searching for programs which you
  102. 4:35use often
  103. 4:40as a reminder we will go through the
  104. 4:42steps for program number once more it is
  105. 4:45recommended to follow these steps at the
  106. 4:47same time with your own vicom device
  107. 4:50if we know the program that we are going
  108. 4:53to use in the treatment we press number
  109. 4:55two in the main menu
  110. 4:58in presented acute patient we will look
  111. 5:00at this example with programmed benign
  112. 5:03to 2.3 tissue processes acute
  113. 5:07this program is a very good program to
  114. 5:09address acute inflammation processes in
  115. 5:11the tissue from allergies to viral
  116. 5:14sinusitis
  117. 5:19we enter the program number into the
  118. 5:21space as shown here then press button
  119. 5:24enter
  120. 5:28the next menu gives you recommendations
  121. 5:30of how to fill the input and output cup
  122. 5:33and memory device per the information we
  123. 5:35have just covered
  124. 5:37here we see to add saliva and or stool
  125. 5:41to the input cup
  126. 5:47we already looked at filling the input
  127. 5:49cup in detail for the elimination organs
  128. 5:52but we should now also broaden this to
  129. 5:55secretions excretions for indication
  130. 5:57related follow-up therapies
  131. 6:00like with the elimination organs
  132. 6:02different sample materials are
  133. 6:04recommended depending on what indication
  134. 6:07is being treated
  135. 6:09again the rule of thumb is logical and
  136. 6:11simple if we know the basic
  137. 6:13physiological functions of the body
  138. 6:17when the patient suffers from symptoms
  139. 6:19connected to liver heart lungs or lymph
  140. 6:24therapists should think of including the
  141. 6:27blood sample in the input cup
  142. 6:30once again i recommend to take blood
  143. 6:32from the tip of the finger
  144. 6:34the finger is desenetized with alcohol
  145. 6:37some seconds should pass for alcohol to
  146. 6:40dry on the skin
  147. 6:42then you prick the finger and swipe and
  148. 6:44throw away the first blood drop as it
  149. 6:47still may contain samples of alcohol
  150. 6:51use the second blood drop
  151. 6:54when there are joint problems or kidney
  152. 6:57and bladder troubles or patient
  153. 6:59complaints over lymph skin problems has
  154. 7:02genital symptoms
  155. 7:04use the first morning urine sample
  156. 7:07if it is impossible for patient to bring
  157. 7:09the morning urine have the patient
  158. 7:12provide the urine sample just before the
  159. 7:14therapy
  160. 7:16the easiest way is to urinate on a
  161. 7:18cotton swab then put the swab into glass
  162. 7:21ampoule and close it tight
  163. 7:24as it will happen the patients will
  164. 7:27bring two large glasses that will not
  165. 7:29fit into your input cups
  166. 7:33all intestine problems including stomach
  167. 7:36and pancreas and mucosal troubles plus
  168. 7:39hat and joints troubles can have a
  169. 7:41saliva in the input cup
  170. 7:45when there is intestine related problem
  171. 7:47a stool sample may be very useful
  172. 7:50especially when parasites or mycosis
  173. 7:53fungi are known from the anamnesis
  174. 7:56but there is one very important factor
  175. 8:00to know never use blood and urine
  176. 8:03together in the input cup
  177. 8:06saliva might be put together with stool
  178. 8:08but blood should be used on its own
  179. 8:16in our example with 9 to 2.3 program
  180. 8:20i recommend to take the sample of saliva
  181. 8:23with cotton swab place it into glass
  182. 8:26ampoule or insertion cup then it is
  183. 8:29placed into the input cap of the device
  184. 8:33when all is set press enter
  185. 8:38the next step is to place the input
  186. 8:41applicators as shown per device display
  187. 8:43instructions
  188. 8:46in the case of this program the input
  189. 8:48applicator is on the right shoulder
  190. 8:51when this is set press enter
  191. 8:59the output is usually or almost always
  192. 9:02the modulation map placed on the back as
  193. 9:04in our case as the input is on the front
  194. 9:08the modulation back is on the back
  195. 9:12if the input applicator would be on the
  196. 9:14back then the modulation med would be
  197. 9:17put on the front of the body
  198. 9:20when this is set press enter
  199. 9:25here is again the overview of program
  200. 9:27parameters when using preset programs
  201. 9:30all parameters have been tested out and
  202. 9:33nothing must be changed this is a great
  203. 9:35thing about working with the biker in
  204. 9:37this menu step just press start
  205. 9:43and start again
  206. 9:45because this display is a last reminder
  207. 9:47to a therapist about all important
  208. 9:49points of setting up the patient for the
  209. 9:51therapy
  210. 9:52so far we have placed applicators
  211. 9:54correctly and filled the input and
  212. 9:57output cup we also inserted the chip the
  213. 10:00last point is still missing but we will
  214. 10:02have a more thorough look into this
  215. 10:04topic in next video channel 2 and dmi
  216. 10:08modules explained
  217. 10:13the program is now running you may
  218. 10:15observe the time counting down as well
  219. 10:18as the start button lit up
  220. 10:21to stop the therapy earlier press start
  221. 10:35at this point we have learned how to
  222. 10:37start a program with a known number of
  223. 10:39the program now we will look at the menu
  224. 10:42steps of starting a program via program
  225. 10:45name
  226. 10:46here circled orange
  227. 10:48that is with a known name of an
  228. 10:50indication therapy or keywords
  229. 10:53authentication for example we search
  230. 10:55with keywords acute or tissue or process
  231. 11:03if you decide to proceed with therapy
  232. 11:05through the program name you should
  233. 11:07press number three on the main menu
  234. 11:15on the next menu there are then several
  235. 11:17options to search from categories
  236. 11:19alphabetical or with specialist fields
  237. 11:22in this case we can to search for all
  238. 11:25relevant programs alphabetically so we
  239. 11:27press number 2 on the menu
  240. 11:34in the space enter first couple of
  241. 11:37letters of a word or illness you are
  242. 11:39searching for and press the dot button
  243. 11:42in our example that would be anything to
  244. 11:45do with acute
  245. 11:46you may also immediately press the dot
  246. 11:49to call up the alphabetical list of all
  247. 11:52programs
  248. 11:59look through the list to find what you
  249. 12:01would like by using the arrows
  250. 12:03when you have found your choice that is
  251. 12:06nine to two point three tissue process
  252. 12:08accout as our example
  253. 12:11it will be highlighted blue
  254. 12:13then you may press enter
  255. 12:19immediately we get a display with all
  256. 12:21information about the chosen program
  257. 12:23therapy mode use duration of the program
  258. 12:26as well as the already known
  259. 12:28recommendations for input and output
  260. 12:30carbs and memory device
  261. 12:32with this program it is advised to put
  262. 12:34into the input cup whether saliva and or
  263. 12:37stool use cotton swabs
  264. 12:40or pads and place them first in a glass
  265. 12:43cup only then into the input cup
  266. 12:47glass cups may be used more often but
  267. 12:49need to be de-sanitized or sterilized
  268. 12:51between patients
  269. 12:53you may also use glass ampoules that can
  270. 12:56be purchased with regulate
  271. 12:58so after the treatment is over you throw
  272. 13:00them away together with the sample
  273. 13:06when all curves are filled press enter
  274. 13:13the display then shows
  275. 13:16how to place input applicators when set
  276. 13:19press enter
  277. 13:24place modulation mat on the back and
  278. 13:26press enter
  279. 13:33is set so now you may press start button
  280. 13:41the display gives you a last reminder
  281. 13:43whether you settle up correctly and now
  282. 13:46you may press start
  283. 13:51the program is running which you know by
  284. 13:54the remaining time counting down as well
  285. 13:56as the start button lit up
  286. 13:59to stop the therapy earlier you may
  287. 14:02press start again
  288. 14:14with our acute patient we still have
  289. 14:16another step to do the allergy therapy
  290. 14:19called acute polynosis to be precise
  291. 14:23so next we will look at the menu steps
  292. 14:26in regards to program sequences
  293. 14:30remember a program sequence is a number
  294. 14:32of individual programs which have been
  295. 14:34put together in a sequence
  296. 14:37program sequences can be identified by
  297. 14:39their digit number which is not
  298. 14:41separated by a dot
  299. 14:44when selecting a program sequence the
  300. 14:46biogram therapy will automatically move
  301. 14:48from one program to the next
  302. 14:50sequences are based on the findings and
  303. 14:53results of experienced therapists over
  304. 14:55the decades
  305. 14:57in some cases it may be necessary to
  306. 14:59change the applicator placement or
  307. 15:01contents of the input card between
  308. 15:03programs included in the sequence
  309. 15:06but the bicone will automatically pause
  310. 15:08and alert you to do this if it is
  311. 15:10required
  312. 15:14we can see the options for program
  313. 15:16sequence
  314. 15:17by pressing 4 from the main menu
  315. 15:23here we have different options
  316. 15:25but let's select number 2 for sequences
  317. 15:28related to humans if you already know
  318. 15:30the number of the program sequence you
  319. 15:33are searching for you can search by
  320. 15:34pressing 8.
  321. 15:40in the space we enter the first couple
  322. 15:43of letters of a word or indication you
  323. 15:45are searching for and press the dots
  324. 15:48in our example that would be anything to
  325. 15:51do with polynosis allergy to pollen
  326. 15:59look through the list of sequences to
  327. 16:01find what you would like to use by using
  328. 16:03the arrows
  329. 16:04when you have found your choice it will
  330. 16:06be highlighted blue
  331. 16:08then you may press enter
  332. 16:14the display gives you a list of programs
  333. 16:16that are pre-saved under the allergy
  334. 16:18polynozy sequence
  335. 16:20we see here that two different
  336. 16:23applicator settings show which means we
  337. 16:25have to change the application
  338. 16:27applicator replacement once
  339. 16:29first we should view the applicator
  340. 16:31setting for the first program so scroll
  341. 16:33to show applicators by using the arrow
  342. 16:36and then press enter
  343. 16:40place the input applicator as shown on
  344. 16:42the display and press enter with some of
  345. 16:45the programs in this sequence there is
  346. 16:47no input applicator used in such
  347. 16:50instance just follow the display and do
  348. 16:52not place an input on the body
  349. 16:57place the modulation mat on the back and
  350. 17:00press enter
  351. 17:05fill the needed cups or memory device
  352. 17:07with appropriate secretion excretions as
  353. 17:10we have already discussed we also see
  354. 17:12here advice for placement of the chip
  355. 17:15after the therapy also advised for the
  356. 17:17oils and trace elements
  357. 17:22press enter when all is set
  358. 17:27this takes us back to the overview
  359. 17:29screen
  360. 17:30now we can also look at the second
  361. 17:33applicator placement so we know in
  362. 17:35advance the change
  363. 17:37which needs to be made the patient
  364. 17:39should be kept in first applicator
  365. 17:41placement setup
  366. 17:42so this is just so we know what change
  367. 17:45will be required later so scroll down to
  368. 17:48the second applicator placement and
  369. 17:50press enter
  370. 17:53here we see no input applicator will be
  371. 17:56required
  372. 17:58press enter
  373. 18:01and here we see that we can
  374. 18:03possibly add the eye applicator as an
  375. 18:06additional output applicator for the
  376. 18:09second part of the sequence
  377. 18:13press enter
  378. 18:17here we have the overview and should pay
  379. 18:19attention if input cap content should
  380. 18:22also be changed in this case we must
  381. 18:25change the input content part a way
  382. 18:27through the therapy in this case we are
  383. 18:30recommended to fill the input gap with
  384. 18:32pollen or rainwater which likely
  385. 18:35includes pollen
  386. 18:42using native substances is another way
  387. 18:45of incorporating useful frequency
  388. 18:47information into the therapeutic loop
  389. 18:49which will then be used for
  390. 18:51individualized therapy
  391. 18:53including pollen from local area means
  392. 18:55that the allergy therapy will be very
  393. 18:58specific for the patient at the exact
  394. 19:00time
  395. 19:01for pollen allergies it is recommended
  396. 19:03to ask the patient to collect a sample
  397. 19:06of pollen from the windowsill for pet
  398. 19:09allergies it is recommended to include a
  399. 19:11hair from the exact pad that the patient
  400. 19:13is exposed to
  401. 19:15using native substances specific to the
  402. 19:18patient increases the individualized
  403. 19:20nature of the therapy
  404. 19:23native substance samples should be
  405. 19:25collected in the same way as secretions
  406. 19:27excretions and always placed in a small
  407. 19:30glass ampoule or insertion glass before
  408. 19:33putting the sample into the input cup
  409. 19:37ampoules are an additional alternative
  410. 19:40to using native substances they contain
  411. 19:43the frequency information of various
  412. 19:45substances and can also be placed in the
  413. 19:48input cap for incorporating these
  414. 19:50frequencies into the therapy
  415. 19:54frequency amples are typically run with
