  1. 0:01hello and welcome to the fourth video of
  2. 0:03the basic training program
  3. 0:05in this video we will talk about basic
  4. 0:08therapy we will learn about what basic
  5. 0:10therapy is
  6. 0:12why and when we use it and how we set up
  7. 0:14the patient and the device at the end of
  8. 0:17this lecture you will gain confidence in
  9. 0:19selecting the correct programs for basic
  10. 0:22therapies
  11. 0:23navigate through the menu of the biochem
  12. 0:25device and setting up the applicators
  13. 0:28and other accessories
  14. 0:35here we see our already known therapy
  15. 0:37concept scheme again
  16. 0:39basic therapy forms the first step of
  17. 0:42the therapy concept but always after a
  18. 0:44careful anamnesis and examination or
  19. 0:47observation of the patient
  20. 0:49the therapy concept prepares the body
  21. 0:52towards self-regulation step by step
  22. 0:55these steps may be done in one session
  23. 0:57or may be divided in several sessions
  24. 1:00sessions may be performed every one to
  25. 1:02three days if it is an acute patient or
  26. 1:06every 7 to 14 days with patients
  27. 1:09exhibiting chronic problems
  28. 1:11in the rest of this video we will look
  29. 1:14at basic therapy in more detail
  30. 1:21basic therapy is important because it
  31. 1:23prepares the patient for the rest of the
  32. 1:25therapy
  33. 1:26basic therapy with its corresponding
  34. 1:28basic programs adjusts the energy level
  35. 1:31of the body and that which is available
  36. 1:34to the patient
  37. 1:36this helps adjust energetic capacities
  38. 1:38with which the body can work with later
  39. 1:41on in further therapy steps
  40. 1:44in a basic therapy the patient receives
  41. 1:46their own physiologic
  42. 1:48and inverted pathological frequencies
  43. 1:51the aim is to improve the patient's
  44. 1:54general condition and the capacities of
  45. 1:56the body's own regulatory system
  46. 2:00the regulatory capacities are stimulated
  47. 2:02so that the regulation is improved for
  48. 2:04the more targeted follow
  49. 2:06therapies there are various basic
  50. 2:09therapy programs which can be selected
  51. 2:11for the patient
  52. 2:13basic programs are selecting depending
  53. 2:15on the patient's condition and their
  54. 2:18energy levels at the time of treatment
  55. 2:23chronic patients will typically have low
  56. 2:26energy levels
  57. 2:27acute patients and those in an
  58. 2:29inflammatory state will typically have
  59. 2:32high energy levels
  60. 2:33in order to be able to treat the
  61. 2:35patient's conditions more effectively it
  62. 2:38is useful to try to return the body's
  63. 2:40energetic levels to within the normal
  64. 2:42range
  65. 2:43it means that the regulatory system is
  66. 2:46in the best possible state to then deal
  67. 2:48with an action
  68. 2:49the later therapy steps
  69. 2:52here we see the different basic programs
  70. 2:55in the bicomb available for selection we
  71. 2:57see programs for normal energetic state
  72. 3:01young or
  73. 3:03energetic state
  74. 3:05yin or hypo energetic state and also
  75. 3:09programs for reaction blocked patients
  76. 3:11and exhausted patients
  77. 3:14in addition to the program descriptions
  78. 3:16we also see cv values
  79. 3:18cv stands for conductance value
  80. 3:22and this is a more accurate way of
  81. 3:25determining the patient's energetic
  82. 3:27state than simply observing the patient
  83. 3:30conductance value testing can be done
  84. 3:32easily with the bicom and we will look
  85. 3:35at this in more detail now
  86. 3:46here we see the natural energy levels of
  87. 3:49the body throughout the day along with
  88. 3:51the related conductance values
  89. 3:54by measuring the body's energy levels
  90. 3:57which we will discover more about very
  91. 3:59soon it was discovered that the body's
  92. 4:02energy levels are lower during the night
  93. 4:05reach a normal level between 8 in the
  94. 4:07morning and 8 in the evening and start
  95. 4:10to fall again after 10 in the evening
  96. 4:13this is the basis for the normal energy
  97. 4:16level values
  98. 4:17which are used in the conductance value
  99. 4:20scale from this picture it is also
  100. 4:22important to note that the best time to
  101. 4:24do therapies on a patient is from a in
  102. 4:27the morning to 8 in the evening
  103. 4:30in case you do therapies outside of that
  104. 4:32time frame
  105. 4:33this graph and body's energy levels
  106. 4:36should be taken into consideration
  107. 4:41here we see the conductance value scale
  108. 4:43which you will find also on your bicom
  109. 4:45optima device
  110. 4:47please note that with the biker mobile
  111. 4:49device there is no separate scale
  112. 4:51display and conductancy value
  113. 4:53measurements will show on the main
  114. 4:55screen only when conducting esting
  115. 4:59a conductance value of 80 to 89 is
  116. 5:03considered normal here on the scale it
  117. 5:05is highlighted in yellow
  118. 5:08it represents a patient with a normal
  119. 5:10energetic situation in the body
  120. 5:12a value below 80
  121. 5:15on scale it is highlighted in blue
  122. 5:18shows where the energetic capacities of
  123. 5:20the patient start to drop
  124. 5:22values below 80 are chronic conditions
  125. 5:26in chinese medicine that is a yin state
  126. 5:29of energy levels in the body
  127. 5:31medically we talk about osis conditions
  128. 5:34like arthrosis
  129. 5:36spondylosis sarcoidosis and so on
  130. 5:40we deal with situations that are
  131. 5:42prolonged and going on too long in the
  132. 5:44body it means that the body won't have
  133. 5:47enough energetic capacity to modulate
  134. 5:50and work with bio-resonance frequencies
  135. 5:53and to deal with extended bicone therapy
  136. 5:57such patients will need longer to
  137. 5:59respond to the treatment
  138. 6:01what we can do is increase the energy
  139. 6:04levels and regulatory capacities by
  140. 6:06means of basic therapy
  141. 6:09the lower the conductance value the
  142. 6:11stronger the energetic deficit is and
  143. 6:14the greater the need to help the body
  144. 6:16with basic therapies
  145. 6:19value above 90
  146. 6:22which is here highlighted in orange
  147. 6:25shows a strong energetic situation in
  148. 6:27the body
  149. 6:28such patients react hypersensitively to
  150. 6:32environmental stimuli it is like their
  151. 6:35bodies are on constant adrenaline and we
  152. 6:38have to calm them down by means of basic
  153. 6:40therapy
  154. 6:42too much energy in the body cannot
  155. 6:44produce good results
  156. 6:46it is like
  157. 6:48imagine a room which is equivalent to
  158. 6:51the body
  159. 6:52full of people who are in this case the
  160. 6:55body cells
  161. 6:56screaming one over the other total chaos
  162. 7:00one has to inflict a lot of order to
  163. 7:02calm the situation down in order to give
  164. 7:05further instructions
  165. 7:07and that is in our case further
  166. 7:09therapies
  167. 7:11our aim as therapists is to bring the
  168. 7:14patient into normal energetic state to
  169. 7:17be able to continue with further
  170. 7:19therapeutic steps
  171. 7:21during a conductancy value test we are
  172. 7:23measuring the conductivity of the skin
  173. 7:27inflammation and high energy levels are
  174. 7:30accompanied by exudates water retentions
  175. 7:33in the tissues lymph and immune cells
  176. 7:35activation and by the law of physics we
  177. 7:38know
  178. 7:39and that water conducts a current and
  179. 7:42consequently the conductance values are
  180. 7:44high for patients in this state as the
  181. 7:47body more easily conducts the electric
  182. 7:50current
  183. 7:51with chronic conditions and low energy
  184. 7:54levels the main factor is too little
  185. 7:56water but also lots of connective tissue
  186. 8:00consecutively the body does not conduct
  187. 8:03a current with ease therefore the
  188. 8:05conductance values are lower
  189. 8:09the bicom device includes all the
  190. 8:11equipment needed to perform a
  191. 8:13conductance value test this is the
  192. 8:15equipment that allows us to perform the
  193. 8:18conductance value measurement it
  194. 8:20consists of two parts the test and
  195. 8:22therapy still is connected to a dark
  196. 8:24blue cable with a light blue cable
  197. 8:27attached for connecting a cylindrical
  198. 8:29hand applicator
  199. 8:31a second hand applicator is also
  200. 8:33required but should not be connected to
  201. 8:36anything
  202. 8:37the test and therapy stillus cable is
  203. 8:40connected with a 7-pin plug to the
  204. 8:42connecting socket at the back
  205. 8:45or side of the bi-com optima device
  206. 8:48it should be screwed tight
  207. 8:51one cylindrical applicator is then
  208. 8:54attached to the free blue cable with the
  209. 8:57second cylindrical applicator left
  210. 8:59unconnected to anything
  211. 9:04now we will learn how to determine the
  212. 9:06conductance value with the mentioned
  213. 9:08equipment it is done like it is shown on
  214. 9:11the picture
  215. 9:13first we make sure that the hands are
  216. 9:15warm and not too dry nor too wet
  217. 9:19dry hands give falsely low value
  218. 9:23and sweaty hands give falsely higher
  219. 9:25values
  220. 9:26correspondingly we make them wet or we
  221. 9:29dry them
  222. 9:31the person to be tested holds in each
  223. 9:33hand a cylindrical hand applicator
  224. 9:36one of the hand applicators is connected
  225. 9:38to the blue cable of the test part
  226. 9:42the other is not connected to anything
  227. 9:44this forms a closed circuit with the
  228. 9:47patient in the middle
  229. 9:49the therapist presses the point of the
  230. 9:51test and therapy stillus to the whole of
  231. 9:53the cylindrical hand applicator that is
  232. 9:56not connected
  233. 9:58on the test scale the conductance value
  234. 10:00can then be read
  235. 10:02please note that
  236. 10:04with the biocom optima mobile device a
  237. 10:07measuring bar appears on the top left
  238. 10:10hand side of the main display
  239. 10:13the number that is reached on the scale
  240. 10:16is our conductance value and the value
  241. 10:18that will help us determine the basic
  242. 10:21program
  243. 10:22now we will look at a video
  244. 10:24demonstration
  245. 10:39[Music]
  246. 10:47now pause this training video and make
  247. 10:49these steps by yourself
  248. 10:57now we know the conductance value we can
  249. 10:59select the appropriate basic therapy in
  250. 11:02the bicom on the following slides we
  251. 11:04will learn how to navigate through the
  252. 11:06menus
  253. 11:07while you listen to this training video
  254. 11:09explore and apply the information
  255. 11:11already on your device
  256. 11:17the first menu that we see on the screen
  257. 11:20is the main menu we come to this screen
  258. 11:22when the device starts or if we press
  259. 11:25the button home
  260. 11:27so at this point we need to press number
  261. 11:29one which is basic programs i strongly
  262. 11:32advise you to apply these steps always
  263. 11:35with your device as we proceed with this
  264. 11:37video
  265. 11:42the next menu that opens describes
  266. 11:44different options for basic programs
  267. 11:47when we choose number one we go into
  268. 11:50standard basic programs
  269. 11:52which we will also do in this case
  270. 11:55number two represents extended basic
  271. 11:57programs that would develop according to
  272. 11:59my cell riffle and contain specific
  273. 12:02adjustments of parameters which prolong
  274. 12:05the basic therapy up to 30 minutes
  275. 12:09the programs are very efficient and can
  276. 12:11be chosen as alternative basic programs
  277. 12:14especially for chronic patients
  278. 12:17in some cases you may also see here an
  279. 12:19option for standardized basis systematic
  280. 12:23this is a protocol for chronic patients
  281. 12:25and will be explained in a separate
  282. 12:27video
  283. 12:28programs before the year 2009 are also
  284. 12:31listed and these are older versions of
  285. 12:34basic programs
  286. 12:36they might be still in use by some
  287. 12:38advanced and long-standing therapists
  288. 12:41who are used to their way of work
  289. 12:44for starting with biochem therapy it is
  290. 12:46however recommended to start with
  291. 12:48standard basic programs and that is
  292. 12:51under number one so press one
  293. 12:56next we reach a menu where the different
  294. 12:59energetic states are listed together
  295. 13:01with the conductance value
  296. 13:04which is of course shortened with
  297. 13:06capital letters cv
  298. 13:08the therapy selects the correct number
  299. 13:11according to the conductance value of
  300. 13:13the patient's energetic state
  301. 13:16if a patient continues to come for
  302. 13:18treatment has no change in physical
  303. 13:20condition whatsoever
  304. 13:22a therapist may run number four in this
  305. 13:25menu that is basic therapy for reaction
  306. 13:28blocked patients
  307. 13:30let's say our patient had a conductance
  308. 13:33value 78 so we press number three which
  309. 13:36is the corresponding basic program
  310. 13:44after pressing the correct program we
  311. 13:47enter the menu that describes the
  312. 13:49following
  313. 13:50the five-digit number represents the
  314. 13:52program sequence belonging to that basic
  315. 13:55program
  316. 13:56it also contains its name which is basic
  317. 13:59program for patients in in-state with a
  318. 14:01cv of
  319. 14:0272-79
  320. 14:04this menu also offers information about
  321. 14:06therapy mode which is
  322. 14:09h d i in this case
  323. 14:12next we have the option to learn how to
  324. 14:14place the applicators to do that scroll
  325. 14:17with the arrow button
  326. 14:19to the option show applicators and then
  327. 14:21press e for enter
  328. 14:23this menu also offers all the programs
  329. 14:26that are contained in this program
  330. 14:28sequence
  331. 14:29those are three one three two this is
  332. 14:32four digit number that represents low
  333. 14:34frequency program
  334. 14:36and one three two program that is a
  335. 14:38three digit program that presents normal
  336. 14:41frequency
  337. 14:43and now let's go back to the option show
  338. 14:45applicators to see what it off or what
  339. 14:48it offers us so we scroll to show
  340. 14:50applicators and press e
  341. 14:55the next menu gives us the information
  342. 14:57about where to place the input
  343. 15:00applicators
  344. 15:01as a short reminder input applicator
  345. 15:03sends the frequency waves from the body
  346. 15:06into the biocom device and is connected
  347. 15:08with black cable
  348. 15:11while doing the basic program the
  349. 15:13patient has their left hand on the
  350. 15:15multi-layer hand applicator connected
  351. 15:18with black cable to see the output press
  352. 15:21enter again
  353. 15:25the next menu shows where to put the
  354. 15:27output applicator here the output output
  355. 15:30is the modulation mat and should be
  356. 15:32placed as shown that is on the back
  357. 15:35this is how the therapeutic frequencies
  358. 15:37are transferred to the patient to
  359. 15:39continue just press enter
  360. 15:44now we come to the final steps of
  361. 15:46setting up our basic therapy what is
  362. 15:49still needed and is considered a very
  363. 15:51important part is to fill the input and
  364. 15:53output cups and add a chip to the memory
  365. 15:56device if desired
  366. 16:02here the input cup should be filled with
  367. 16:05a secretion or excretion from the
  368. 16:07patient saliva is an optimum sample
  369. 16:09material and is recommended for basic
  370. 16:12therapy as saliva is basic and easily
  371. 16:15available
  372. 16:16for obtaining the patient saliva sample
  373. 16:19it is best to use a cotton swab or small
  374. 16:22cotton pad the patient can spit on the
  375. 16:25pad or rub the swab around the mouth and
  376. 16:27put it into the glass insert by
  377. 16:29themselves
  378. 16:31then the therapist inserts the glass
  379. 16:33into the input cup make sure to not put
  380. 16:38patient samples into the cups without
  381. 16:40the use of the glass inserts in general
  382. 16:43the more patient's frequency information
  383. 16:45we include into the virus and circle the
  384. 16:48better
  385. 16:49so for many programs multiple sample
  386. 16:51mediums may be recommended
  387. 16:54on this display we we are also reminded
  388. 16:56to put a chip into the memory device as
  389. 16:59well as bicone trace elements or oil
  390. 17:02into the output curve
  391. 17:03the more support we include to the
  392. 17:06patient after the therapy the better the
  393. 17:08result
  394. 17:11now we are all set to run the basic
  395. 17:14program therefore you have to press
  396. 17:16enter
  397. 17:20and after
  398. 17:21that you see an overview again and press
  399. 17:24the button start to continue
  400. 17:29on the display you will be reminded if
  401. 17:32you did all of the activities sofa
  402. 17:34mentioned that is did you place the
  403. 17:36applicators are the input and output
  404. 17:38cups filled is chip inserted you will
  405. 17:42also be asked about channel 2 which we
  406. 17:44will cover in one of the next webinars
  407. 17:47but have in mind that channel 2 is
  408. 17:49filled and activated prior to starting
  409. 17:52the program so if all of the answers are
  410. 17:55yes press the start button again
  411. 18:00the basic program starts to run and this
  412. 18:03menu shows the green colored program
  413. 18:05number is the one that is running at
  414. 18:08that time below are all the
  415. 18:10specifications of that program including
  416. 18:13the remaining time left for that program
  417. 18:16at the upper right corner the remaining
  418. 18:19time is shown for the whole program
