  1. 0:00hello and welcome to the third video of
  2. 0:02the basic training program in this video
  3. 0:05we will discuss the importance of the
  4. 0:07anamnesis understanding the patient's
  5. 0:09history and look at how to put together
  6. 0:11a biochem therapy session according to
  7. 0:14the biochem therapy concept
  8. 0:23we will start by looking at some
  9. 0:25important definitions
  10. 0:27anamnesis means a patient's account of a
  11. 0:30medical history and comes from greek
  12. 0:32remembrance
  13. 0:33just to emphasize again this is the
  14. 0:35patient's account on his own as well as
  15. 0:38the patient's answers to questions as a
  16. 0:40therapist
  17. 0:42it is basically listening to what the
  18. 0:43patient has to say about his problems
  19. 0:46listen carefully because the patient
  20. 0:48will often point out the main areas for
  21. 0:51the therapeutic approach
  22. 0:53this is something we will look
  23. 0:55at in this video
  24. 0:57diagnosis
  25. 0:58means that identification of the nature
  26. 1:00of an illness or other problem by
  27. 1:03examination of the symptoms and signs
  28. 1:07comes from greek
  29. 1:08that means dia apart
  30. 1:11and ignore skein recognize or know
  31. 1:14therapists may use observational
  32. 1:16techniques laboratory tests as well as
  33. 1:19biophysical tests
  34. 1:21as in by resonance
  35. 1:23i would also like to clarify a
  36. 1:26difference between symptoms and signs as
  37. 1:28you the therapists are listener and
  38. 1:31observer
  39. 1:32symptom is a physical or mental feature
  40. 1:35which is regarded as indicating a
  41. 1:38condition of disease it is particularly
  42. 1:40such a feature that is apparent to the
  43. 1:43patient
  44. 1:44comes from greek
  45. 1:45meaning chance
  46. 1:47so where the patient is troubled by it
  47. 1:49talks about it
  48. 1:51it is therefore very very important for
  49. 1:53you to note this down as the patient is
  50. 1:55aware of that problem he will consider
  51. 1:58lessening
  52. 2:00or of future absence of some symptoms
  53. 2:02after biochem therapy to be telling of
  54. 2:05its success
  55. 2:07find out what troubles the patient has
  56. 2:09even circle those symptoms on your
  57. 2:11anonymistic sheet and follow the
  58. 2:13progress of those symptoms throughout
  59. 2:16the therapy sessions
  60. 2:18as in signs
  61. 2:20sign is an indication of a disease
  62. 2:23detectable by a medical practitioner
  63. 2:25even if not apparent to the patient
  64. 2:28comes from latin meaning mark
  65. 2:31here the patient is not necessarily
  66. 2:33aware of a problem but it is still
  67. 2:36important for you the therapist in order
  68. 2:38to decide upon the most appropriate
  69. 2:41biochem programs
  70. 2:43a symptom would be a headache and a sign
  71. 2:45would be tense neck muscles this is the
  72. 2:48difference
  73. 2:49we know that there are many reasons for
  74. 2:51a headache as a symptom
  75. 2:53so that is difficult to address but by
  76. 2:57observing also signs along with the
  77. 3:00symptom it is then very easy to choose
  78. 3:02the right program for biochem therapy
  79. 3:05remember biochem is a holistic therapy
  80. 3:08concept
  81. 3:09holistic means looking at the whole
  82. 3:11picture
  83. 3:12looking for patterns and using your
  84. 3:14skills as a therapist to determine them
  85. 3:21the first question
  86. 3:23in the anamnesis is finding out the
  87. 3:26patient's main problems first only
  88. 3:28listen and note everything down allow
  89. 3:30the patient to talk without interrupting
  90. 3:33them
  91. 3:34while listening you can already make a
  92. 3:37lot of your own impressions about their
  93. 3:39problems as well as their mental and
  94. 3:41physical state of health
  95. 3:43after listening you can start
  96. 3:45questioning further about their main
  97. 3:47problems as well as some seemingly
  98. 3:49unrelated topics that will be covered
  99. 3:52next
  100. 3:53what i like to do is circle those main
  101. 3:56problems that patient is most concerned
  102. 3:58about because later you see them
  103. 4:01immediately and you are able to ask the
  104. 4:03patient about them on your worksheets
  105. 4:07this is especially useful if with
  106. 4:10patients that keep coming to you with
  107. 4:12new symptoms
  108. 4:14ask them or better to say refer them to
  109. 4:17a previous symptom first often they will
  110. 4:19then realize it is gone and that is a
  111. 4:22success acknowledge this and
  112. 4:25acknowledge that to the patient
  113. 4:27only then note down and put attention to
  114. 4:30the new symptoms
  115. 4:35when we are interested as biochem
  116. 4:37therapists about other illnesses or past
  117. 4:40illnesses
  118. 4:41we are mainly interested to find out how
  119. 4:43was the development of the problems but
  120. 4:46mostly what pathogens and toxins the
  121. 4:49patient and their family was exposed to
  122. 4:52if you knew that symptoms occurred after
  123. 4:55a previous event
  124. 4:57this can be useful for development of
  125. 4:59the therapy plan
  126. 5:05did the patient have any injuries
  127. 5:07operations this is a very important
  128. 5:10question because we are extremely
  129. 5:11interested in finding out about tissue
  130. 5:14blockages as well as scars and adhesions
  131. 5:18not only due to operations but also
  132. 5:20inflammation in abdomen causes adhesions
  133. 5:23that are considered blockage of energy
  134. 5:25in the tissue
  135. 5:26it is important to clear blockages in
  136. 5:28the body's energy
  137. 5:31for more successful further biochem
  138. 5:33therapies
  139. 5:38also very important questions are which
  140. 5:41vaccination did the patient get
  141. 5:43did they get any other toxins like
  142. 5:45anesthetics
  143. 5:47etc
  144. 5:49which medications are they taking
  145. 5:51this way we get information about
  146. 5:53possible allopathic substances in the
  147. 5:56body and their electromagnetic
  148. 5:58interference
  149. 6:00we are also interested with supplements
  150. 6:02are they taking this is useful to
  151. 6:04support our treatments but also to know
  152. 6:06whether it is wise to continue taking
  153. 6:08them
  154. 6:10then did the patient take antibiotics in
  155. 6:12the last six months this is especially
  156. 6:14important to know due to possible
  157. 6:16candida overgrowth in the gut
  158. 6:19for many patients i recommend to include
  159. 6:22candida in one of the sessions in order
  160. 6:25to stabilize the gut microflora and
  161. 6:28support lymphatic cut system
  162. 6:33the following questions are also useful
  163. 6:36for gaining a general overview of the
  164. 6:38patient's health
  165. 6:39here we can also see how we might need
  166. 6:41to support the patient further
  167. 6:44so we are interested in how is patients
  168. 6:46stool and digestion with this question
  169. 6:48we get a very good idea about the
  170. 6:50patient's regular digestion if the
  171. 6:52patient is constipated we must help them
  172. 6:55with bicone programs to get regular
  173. 6:57daily stool elimination
  174. 6:59this is beneficial as other therapy
  175. 7:01steps will be more successful when this
  176. 7:04is done
  177. 7:06by asking what are their eating habits
  178. 7:09how many meals per day
  179. 7:11are they already on any diet
  180. 7:14we get useful information and
  181. 7:16orientation about a patient's habits and
  182. 7:18knowledge of the importance their
  183. 7:21importance of good and healthy food
  184. 7:23as well as their
  185. 7:25already known intolerances
  186. 7:28how is patients sleep and well-being how
  187. 7:31many hours per night do they sleep
  188. 7:35this is also good to know in order to
  189. 7:36help the patient in this area if they
  190. 7:38have troubles
  191. 7:40they will be very grateful to us
  192. 7:44does the patient smoke
  193. 7:46just to note down for overall picture
  194. 7:48about patients life and and detox
  195. 7:51requirements
  196. 7:52do they have pets this is interesting
  197. 7:55information if there is suspicion of
  198. 7:57allergies or parasite infections
  199. 8:03these can also be very important in
  200. 8:05biochem by resonance together with
  201. 8:07traditional chinese medicine these are
  202. 8:09considered as an important blockage
  203. 8:11especially if the patient has a vital
  204. 8:14or so-called dead tooth teeth still in
  205. 8:17the mouth
  206. 8:18it is wise to get teeth status from the
  207. 8:21patient's dentist and treat every tooth
  208. 8:24that might be considered somehow blocked
  209. 8:26this is especially the case if there is
  210. 8:28a symptom in the body present that can
  211. 8:31relate to the tooth
  212. 8:33more about this is covered in advanced
  213. 8:35regulated seminars but it is some
  214. 8:38something still worth bearing in mind at
  215. 8:40this early stage
  216. 8:45most patients will come to a bicone
  217. 8:47therapist already with a diagnosis or if
  218. 8:51you are a doctor you may decide to
  219. 8:52perform one the following diagnostic
  220. 8:55tools can be used to help with creating
  221. 8:57the biochem therapy therapy plan if they
  222. 9:00are available
  223. 9:12after careful anamnesis observation and
  224. 9:15examination we prepare a therapy concept
  225. 9:18therapy concept are steps taken with the
  226. 9:21patient that bring about the end result
  227. 9:24improvement and cessation of symptoms
  228. 9:27and treating the cause
  229. 9:29is our aim
  230. 9:32they should be performed these steps as
  231. 9:34listed here in order to deliver the best
  232. 9:36results
  233. 9:38the therapy concept prepares the body
  234. 9:40towards self-regulation step by step
  235. 9:43these steps may be done in one session
  236. 9:46or may be divided in several sessions
  237. 9:49sessions may be performed every one to
  238. 9:51three days with acute patients or every
  239. 9:537 to 14 days with patients exhibiting
  240. 9:56chronic problems
  241. 9:58this is because chronic patients often
  242. 10:00need more time to react to the therapy
  243. 10:02and for their self-regulation to kick in
  244. 10:05in the next slides we will look into one
  245. 10:08acute patient and one example of a
  246. 10:10chronic patient and see how to prepare
  247. 10:12the therapy concept for each patient
  248. 10:14according to these steps
  249. 10:16but first let's look at these four steps
  250. 10:19of the therapy concept
  251. 10:21each step is also covered in more detail
  252. 10:23in separate videos
  253. 10:26first of all it is very important to
  254. 10:28prepare the body for therapy basic
  255. 10:30therapy helps to balance the body
  256. 10:32energetically
  257. 10:34this is necessary for the body to be
  258. 10:36able to deal with and react to the
  259. 10:39therapies that follow
  260. 10:40patients will come to you in all sorts
  261. 10:42of energetic states some are
  262. 10:45hyper-energetic and we need to calm them
  263. 10:47down and some are just too exhausted to
  264. 10:50even respond to any of our therapy
  265. 10:52efforts
  266. 10:53so we determine the basic program
  267. 10:55according to the patient's conductance
  268. 10:57value or a general assessment
  269. 11:00basic therapy is then always the first
  270. 11:02therapy program that we run on a patient
  271. 11:06more on this and how to determine and
  272. 11:08find the appropriate basic programs is
  273. 11:10explained in a separate video
  274. 11:14the second step is always to treat
  275. 11:16blockages
  276. 11:18blockages are like obstacles on our past
  277. 11:21the word optimum health
  278. 11:23blockages prevent the body from
  279. 11:25responding to bicone frequencies and can
  280. 11:27cause delays in the healing process
  281. 11:30from experience we have learned that
  282. 11:32there are some main blockages that
  283. 11:34should almost always be addressed for
  284. 11:37example geopathy electrosmog and scars
  285. 11:41so now that we have overcome the
  286. 11:43obstacles we are ready to unlock the
  287. 11:45doors
  288. 11:46step three is to support the elimination
  289. 11:49organs in order to get the body ready
  290. 11:51for self-regulation
  291. 11:54in the theory video we saw already the
  292. 11:56importance of the elimination organs as
  293. 11:58part of the regulatory system
  294. 12:03and then in final step four
  295. 12:05we clear out the shed
  296. 12:07this is where we start to treat the
  297. 12:09problems which the patient has come to
  298. 12:12us for here we help the body to clean
  299. 12:14out allergies pathogens or whatever is
  300. 12:17troubling it we call this step
  301. 12:19indication related follow-up therapy
  302. 12:23for optimum biochem therapy it is
  303. 12:25important to follow these steps each
  304. 12:27step will be covered further in a
  305. 12:29separate videos in addition there are a
  306. 12:32number of biochem therapy protocols for
  307. 12:34different conditions based on these
  308. 12:37four-step therapy concept which can be
  309. 12:39used for structuring the therapy
  310. 12:41especially in the beginning
  311. 12:46in order to help bring this information
  312. 12:49together in a practical way we will now
  313. 12:51look at two case studies together we
  314. 12:53will go through the patient history and
  315. 12:55as aspect the anamnesis and then look at
  316. 12:58the therapy concept plan which was
  317. 13:00implemented for the patient
  318. 13:03here we have an example of an acute
  319. 13:05allergy patient
  320. 13:07main problem
  321. 13:10with
  322. 13:11this patient she
  323. 13:13he is 39 year old father of two children
  324. 13:16suffers with severe hay fever every may
  325. 13:20the allergen is grass and despite
  326. 13:22antihistamines he still suffers from a
  327. 13:25runny nose itchy eyes and mouth by the
  328. 13:27end of the day he often develops a
  329. 13:29headache he does not take antihistamines
  330. 13:32due to tiredness when taking them
  331. 13:36he has no real previous problems except
  332. 13:39that he is overweighted
  333. 13:43family history is unknown he takes no
  334. 13:46medications
  335. 13:48he has only one operation broken leg in
  336. 13:51the past
  337. 13:52no has good teeth no
  338. 13:55dead teeth his digestion is very good
  339. 13:58has no special diet
  340. 14:00sleep is very good
  341. 14:02and he is self-employed meaning he has
  342. 14:05lots of stress
  343. 14:11here we see the therapy concept
  344. 14:14because we treat an acute problem the
  345. 14:16sessions may be done every one to three
  346. 14:17days
  347. 14:18in the first session we focus on basic
  348. 14:21therapy then treating the blockages and
  349. 14:23elimination organs
  350. 14:25in the second and third session we focus
  351. 14:28on the indication related follow-up
  352. 14:30therapy
  353. 14:31here
  354. 14:32acute tissue processes and program
  355. 14:34sequence for acute polynomials
  356. 14:38in session one the patient received the
  357. 14:39basic program 1-3-1 for patients in
  358. 14:42young state meaning
  359. 14:45hypoenergetic state which the patient
  360. 14:48was in
  361. 14:49the next was
  362. 14:51910.3
  363. 14:53eliminates car interference
  364. 14:55in order to eliminate the scar
  365. 14:57interference on the side of the past
  366. 14:59broken leg
  367. 15:00third step was activating elimination
  368. 15:03organs here we
  369. 15:05can use program sequence 10046
  370. 15:08[Music]
  371. 15:09which is made up of three programs
  372. 15:12that is
  373. 15:14430.2 which presents liver detox
  374. 15:18480.1 is kidney detox and
  375. 15:22930.3 is lymph activation
  376. 15:25all of these steps were done during his
  377. 15:27first visit
  378. 15:29after three days we started with
  379. 15:31treating acute tissue processes due to
  380. 15:33inflammation and then moved on to
  381. 15:36allergy therapy for acute patients with
  382. 15:38program sequence 10121
  383. 15:43named acute polynosis
  384. 15:46this was then repeated every three days
  385. 15:49until his symptoms diminished after that
  386. 15:52you may treat the patient on longer
  387. 15:54interval to keep him in stable states
  388. 16:00here we have an example of a more
  389. 16:01chronic nature
  390. 16:03this is a 36 year old mother with
  391. 16:06thyroid problem also suffering due to
  392. 16:08milk intolerance
  393. 16:10she gets intestine cramps when drinking
  394. 16:12milk but she also has very often
  395. 16:14headaches and occasional 4.1 tooth pain
  396. 16:19she has two children and her pregnancies
  397. 16:22and births were normal although she did
  398. 16:24have episiotomy during the birth she has
  399. 16:27no special history of other problems and
  400. 16:30does not take medications her digestion
  401. 16:32is good she doesn't like to drink milk
  402. 16:34she sleeps well and she works in the
  403. 16:36office at the computer eight hours five
  404. 16:40days a week
  405. 16:44here we see the therapy concept
  406. 16:47as here we treat the chronic problem the
  407. 16:49session should be planned at 7 to 14 day
  408. 16:52intervals
  409. 16:54a chronic patient will also need more
  410. 16:56sessions the reason for that is that the
  411. 16:58body needs more time to manifest the
  412. 17:01energy received during the therapy
  413. 17:04in first session we only address the
  414. 17:06body with basic therapy for chronic
  415. 17:09patients the extended basic therapies
  416. 17:11can also be valuable as they are longer
  417. 17:15in the second session we focus on
  418. 17:17treating the blockages
  419. 17:19scars as she had an episiotomy at birth
  420. 17:23then electrosmog as she works eight
  421. 17:25hours a day on the computer at work and
  422. 17:28we did also tooth organ related program
  423. 17:31interestingly interestingly enough that
  424. 17:34program and that tooth that she has
  425. 17:37problems with is related with small
  426. 17:40intestine
  427. 17:42according to anamnesis she gets cramps
  428. 17:45in the belly and here we found one of
  429. 17:47the blockages that also need to be
  430. 17:49relieved in order to bring back the
  431. 17:51patient's self-regulation
  432. 17:53the third session then focused on the
  433. 17:56elimination organs with program sequence
  434. 17:59one zero zero four six which is made up
  435. 18:02of three programs
  436. 18:04four three zero point two presents liver
  437. 18:06detox
  438. 18:07four eight zero point one is kidney
  439. 18:10detox and nine three zero point three is
  440. 18:13lymph activation
  441. 18:14and also starts to address the thyroid
  442. 18:17problems in this session
  443. 18:19in the fourth session we start with
  444. 18:21thera with allergy therapy
  445. 18:24only now is the body ready for the
  446. 18:26allergy therapy in this case milk here
  447. 18:29we use sequence one zero three two five
  448. 18:32and add an ample milk from the small
  449. 18:35ampoule kit into the input cup
  450. 18:38in addition you can use native
  451. 18:40substances for treating allergies so in
  452. 18:43this case prepare a small vial with milk
  453. 18:46inside
  454. 18:47it is likely that such a patient will
  455. 18:49also need further sessions for treating
  456. 18:52both the thyroid and the allergy but
  457. 18:54exactly number
  458. 18:56will depend on the patient
  459. 18:58typically chronic allergies require six
  460. 19:01to eight weeks of therapy
  461. 19:04like with treating acute allergies there
  462. 19:06are also protocols for treating chronic
  463. 19:08allergies which provides a good template
  464. 19:11for treating your patients
  465. 19:12there is also a protocol
  466. 19:14called standardized basic systematic for
  467. 19:16treating chronic allergy patients which
  468. 19:19will be covered in a subsequent video
  469. 19:22again this is a very useful protocol for
  470. 19:24beginners
