88. 3:58has never been charged or cled a suspect

90. 4:03stand defending herself in a civil suit

92. 4:09claims Betsy wanted her to have the life
93. 4:11insurance money because she was in love
94. 4:13with her and though she now denies an
95. 4:15intimate relationship earlier claimed

98. 4:21you and Betsy were having a sexual
99. 4:23relationship I did Pam har also claims
100. 4:26she once had the money in cash showed it
101. 4:28to prosecutor Le aski and defiantly told
102. 4:31the court she carried it around in a

119. 5:13during the murder investigation she said
120. 5:16Betsy who was dying of cancer wanted to
121. 5:19make sure her daughters got the
122. 5:22$150,000 just listen and she goes would

125. 5:30when they need it and now Pam Hup's
126. 5:33attorney is dropping this bombshell
127. 5:36claiming authorities told H to put the
128. 5:38money in a revocable trust so she
129. 5:41wouldn't be a suspect in the murder and
130. 5:43so they could keep the heat on Russ FIA
131. 5:46this was a criminal investigation that
132. 5:48was going on in the murder charge
133. 5:50against Russ Faria the prosecution's
134. 5:53concern was that Pam Hub just received
135. 5:57$150,000 on this life insurance policy
136. 6:00that's 150,000 reasons why she should
137. 6:03have been named in that jury trial as a
138. 6:06suspect keep in mind this is Pam Hup's
139. 6:09own defense attorney the trust was
140. 6:11nothing to do with Miss hup it wasn't
141. 6:13her
142. 6:14idea she was spoonfed that that idea by
143. 6:18the law enforcement in Lincoln County in
144. 6:21order to create the conviction the
145. 6:24Lincoln County Sheriff's Office is
146. 6:26responding to those allegations in the
147. 6:28St Louis Post Dispatch claiming they
148. 6:30never suggested facts to Pam hup saying
149. 6:33quote we've done everything we can to
150. 6:35know every fact and detail of this
151. 6:39case but Pam has her own explanation for
152. 6:42all the discrepancies in her statements
153. 6:44and her testimony she's now claiming she
154. 6:47suffers from a medical condition that
155. 6:49causes memory

161. 7:02pick up this case and it's also
162. 7:04important to remember there's no
163. 7:05physical evidence connecting H to the
164. 7:07murder solving this depends on leads
165. 7:10that have been ignored for years leads

167. 7:13police and prosecutors if another agency
168. 7:16investigates those leads could bring
169. 7:17answers about who killed Betsy Faria
