5. 0:12days of editing time per year seriously
6. 0:16this thing is awesome for context I've
7. 0:19created and edited over 600 videos for
8. 0:23this YouTube channel I've tried out so
9. 0:26many AI video editing apps and this is
10. 0:29the one that I keep coming back to again
11. 0:32and again just a few weeks ago I used it
12. 0:35to automate most of the editing on this
13. 0:37200,000 viewed video which cut my
14. 0:40editing time down by hours so let's jump
15. 0:44in first off the AI video editor I'm
16. 0:47talking about is called gling g l i n g
17. 0:51and you can start using it for free

20. 0:57today I'm going to cover five editing
21. 1:01tasks that gling can do automatically
22. 1:04for you which I think make it the best
23. 1:07AI video editor available today I find
24. 1:10it so useful and hopefully you do too
25. 1:12the first editing task that gling
26. 1:14automates is mistake removal the problem
27. 1:18with editing is when you first open up a
28. 1:21new recording there's tons of mistakes
29. 1:24to be removed we're talking about
30. 1:26unwanted silences filler words so the m
31. 1:31and as that people say when they're
32. 1:33thinking and thirdly the sentences that
33. 1:36had to be repeated because the person
34. 1:38speaking got them wrong on the first
35. 1:40attempt but in gling those three types
36. 1:43of mistakes can be removed from your
37. 1:44edit automatically let me show you how
38. 1:47so when you bring a new recording into
39. 1:48gling you'll see this screen at the
40. 1:50start here and you'll be able to click
41. 1:52these three buttons to cut silences
42. 1:54remove bad takes and remove filler words
43. 1:57automatically it's a really easy process
44. 2:00and then next we can just press this
45. 2:01button down here enhance and edit to let
46. 2:03gling do its thing on our original
47. 2:05recording you then just have to wait
48. 2:07through this loading screen where we can
49. 2:09see that the AI is transcribing the
50. 2:11video to understand what was said in the
51. 2:14original recording and then the AI will
52. 2:16do its thing and automatically remove
53. 2:18those three mistakes so check it out
54. 2:20we'll see this in a second so that just
55. 2:22took a couple of minutes for gling to
56. 2:24automatically find those three types of
57. 2:26mistakes remove them from that recording
58. 2:28for me and take to this screen where I
59. 2:31can see those results so we can see a
60. 2:34preview of the recording that I imported
61. 2:38over here in this window and on my left
62. 2:41we can see that everything that was said
63. 2:43in that original recording was converted
64. 2:46into text and if I scroll back to the
65. 2:49top to show you this we can easily see
66. 2:51all the mistakes that were taken out of
67. 2:53the recording because the text has been
68. 2:56grayed out and striked through like here
69. 2:59here and here the start of the video I
70. 3:01repeated the word I here and here back
71. 3:04to back and it removed the first I we
72. 3:07can see a filler word here where I said
73. 3:09the word uh and it's automatically got
74. 3:11rid of that if we look down at the
75. 3:13Timeline here we can see all the
76. 3:14mistakes that were removed because they
77. 3:16are light gray in color whereas the
78. 3:19footage that is being left in is normal
79. 3:22color so by clicking these words appear
80. 3:24it jumps to this point in the recording
81. 3:27and let's press play now and watch it go
82. 3:30through the recording and skip over
83. 3:32these mistakes that were removed
84. 3:34something off my chest I hate video
85. 3:37editing like I really hate it and okay I
86. 3:43think being able to automate the removal
87. 3:45of those three types of mistakes and
88. 3:47just a single click is so powerful that
89. 3:51shaves hours alone off my editing
90. 3:54workflow engling has the best AI in
91. 3:57terms of accurately finding what is a
92. 3:59mistake and what's not and deciding what
93. 4:01to take out of the recording and what to
94. 4:02leave in so that mistake remove
95. 4:04automation alone is great and there's
96. 4:06still four more to go the next editing
97. 4:09task that GL can automate is adding Boll
98. 4:12into your edits you'll probably know
99. 4:14already the problem with adding ball
100. 4:16into edits is it's a manual and slow
101. 4:19process you have to decide what points
102. 4:22in the video you want to add b-roll to
103. 4:25go to a website find the right Boll
104. 4:28download it bring it into your editing
105. 4:30software it takes ages not in gling let
106. 4:32me show you to add B in gling you can
107. 4:35just head to this button up here enhance
108. 4:37and press this toggle for b-rolls right
109. 4:40here gling is going to take a little
110. 4:42while to think and find the perfect
111. 4:44moments add b-roll to and if we zoom out
112. 4:46while this is doing this we can see
113. 4:49points on the timeline where these
114. 4:51purple bars are where glink is inserting
115. 4:54Boll into this footage and after around
116. 4:5730 seconds that's finished and we can
117. 4:59scroll down and click through the
118. 5:00timeline and see the separate ball
119. 5:03that's being added at different points
120. 5:05in the video if you don't quite like the
121. 5:07ball that has been chosen automatically
122. 5:09by gling we can just click on this
123. 5:10purple bar here we'll see the prompts
124. 5:13that was used to find this ball and we
125. 5:15can just scroll through and just choose
126. 5:17any other footage that we want so let's
127. 5:19add this one in
128. 5:22instead and there we go that's been
129. 5:24switched the next thing gling automates
130. 5:26is sound enhancement most people don't
131. 5:29have professional quality microphones
132. 5:31and when we come to edit their
133. 5:33recordings the sound could be a lot
134. 5:35better by clicking this enhance button
135. 5:38up here and then heading to enhance
136. 5:40audio we can bring the quality of any
137. 5:43recording up to professional level
138. 5:45automatically so let's click on this
139. 5:47sentence here and see what that sounds
140. 5:50like now the speech has been enhanced I
141. 5:51hate video editing and if we click on
142. 5:54the clip and turn off speech enhancement
143. 5:57we can now hear what it sounded like
144. 5:58before so let's hear before I hate video
145. 6:02editing and one more time we'll turn
146. 6:04that back on I hate video editing
147. 6:08there's clearly been a huge Improvement
148. 6:09to that audio by just flicking one
149. 6:12switch gling can also automate adding
150. 6:14animated subtitles to your video you'll
151. 6:17know that it takes ages to type in
152. 6:18subtitles yourself but if you head back
153. 6:20to enhance in gling and press this
154. 6:23toggle here for smart captions and let
155. 6:26the AI do its thing then just press all
156. 6:28to make sure your whole video is
157. 6:30captioned and you'll see here that
158. 6:31captions has been added to the video
159. 6:33automatically we'll just press play and
160. 6:35check that out all right so today I just
161. 6:38need to get something so as you would
162. 6:39have seen there that green box is moving
163. 6:42along with the captions as I'm saying
164. 6:44each word making them animated so far
165. 6:47more standout already than some of the
166. 6:49other editors give you and if we click
167. 6:51on any of the captions down here in the
168. 6:54timeline we can actually change the
169. 6:56style to any of these different animated
170. 7:00Styles down here and just press apply to
171. 7:03all and if we now skip through the video
172. 7:05we'll see that that animated caption has
173. 7:07been updated for every single moment and
174. 7:11the fifth automation that gling does
175. 7:13that I wanted to point out is automation
176. 7:15for YouTubers by clicking chapters up
177. 7:18here and then clicking this generate
178. 7:21chapters button let's do that now gling
179. 7:23then studies what is said in your video
180. 7:26finds like the clearly separate sections
181. 7:29like the separate topics that was in
182. 7:31that video and gives that chapter a name
183. 7:34and gives you the time stamps of each
184. 7:36chapter so check this out we have the
185. 7:38name that gling has given each chapter
186. 7:41over here on the right in black and the
187. 7:43time stamp that each chapter starts up
188. 7:45in Blue on the left and I can just press
189. 7:47this copy button here to copy this paste
190. 7:50it all into YouTube and my edited video
191. 7:53will automatically have chapters set up
192. 7:56awesome and those five editing
193. 7:58automations that can do especially the
194. 8:01mistake removal like I said I think it's
195. 8:03the best at accurately removing mistakes
196. 8:05that I've seen out there there five
197. 8:07automations coupled with just the clean
198. 8:09easy to use interface in my opinion
