  9. 0:19angenehm zu gestalten doch leider hat
  10. 0:21sich das Gegenteil
  11. 0:23gezeigt bei der Buchung auf ihrer
  12. 0:25Website war ich von den angebotenen
  13. 0:27Leistungen insbesondere vom intern

  15. 0:31beeindruckt leider war dieses Angebot
  16. 0:34nicht verfügbar und als ich nachfragte
  17. 0:37wurde mir mitgeteilt dass es aufgrund
  18. 0:39von Personalmangel nicht möglich sei
  19. 0:42solche Antworten sind schwer
  20. 0:43nachvollziehbar insbesondere wenn man
  21. 0:46einen hohen Betrag bezahlt der
