  1. 0:00Now, if I woke up tomorrow with zero
  2. 0:01drop shipping knowledge, no winning
  3. 0:03product, no Shopify store making
  4. 0:05millions of dollars, and I had a gun to
  5. 0:07my head and I had [music] 60 days to
  6. 0:09make $100,000,
  7. 0:11this is exactly what I would do. I'm not
  8. 0:13going to be hiding anything or
  9. 0:14gatekeeping anything behind a paid
  10. 0:16course or anything. [music] I'm
  11. 0:18literally going to be breaking it down
  12. 0:19from the very beginning to the very end.
  13. 0:22And I've wrapped this all up into a
  14. 0:23comprehensive myra board that breaks
  15. 0:25down everything. And once we've hit the
  16. 0:27like goal of just 500 likes, you're
  17. 0:29going to get access [music] to the Myro
  18. 0:30board and all of the skills and assets
  19. 0:33that you're going to need. So, let's get
  20. 0:34straight into it. I'm in the Myro board
  21. 0:36and you guys are going to get access to
  22. 0:37this once we've hit the like goal. It'll
  23. 0:39be in the pin comment and in the
  24. 0:40description below. And you can see here
  25. 0:42the first section that I want to go over
  26. 0:43is a winner's mindset versus a scarcity
  27. 0:46mindset. Now, as this is a 60-day game
  28. 0:49plan, you need to make sure that your
  29. 0:51mind is in the right place because you
  30. 0:53can get all the doable steps right, but
  31. 0:55if your mind's not in the right place,
  32. 0:57once you launch the ads, once you go and
  33. 0:59do product research, you're going to be
  34. 1:01making many mistakes. So, a lot of
  35. 1:03people don't realize that it all starts
  36. 1:04in your mind first and then it comes out
  37. 1:06into actionable steps. Trust me, I've
  38. 1:08seen some of the smartest people, the
  39. 1:10most actionable people do drop shipping,
  40. 1:12but because their mindset wasn't in the
  41. 1:14right place, their mind killed their
  42. 1:16business. And that's why I'm going to be
  43. 1:17showing you two examples. Both are 23
  44. 1:20broke, no memory, no skills, no safety
  45. 1:23net. So you've got Marcus and you've got
  46. 1:25Dylan. So these are two different
  47. 1:26people. So Marcus is the one with the
  48. 1:28winners mindset and Dylan is the one
  49. 1:31with the scarcity mindset. Now I need
  50. 1:33you guys to identify when I go over this
  51. 1:35anything that you do that you need to
  52. 1:37stop doing because if you don't fix
  53. 1:39these now or you're not aware of them,
  54. 1:41you're going to fail very quickly. So
  55. 1:43let's go over what changes. So you've
  56. 1:45got these traits on the left. So we've
  57. 1:47got something here called shared traits.
  58. 1:49The thing they both have. Now number
  59. 1:51one, they both feel fear. Now it's
  60. 1:53completely normal to feel fear when
  61. 1:55you're doing a business or drop shipping
  62. 1:57because you're spending money. You're
  63. 1:58spending time. Has almost no money.
  64. 2:01Doesn't know how. Is on the clock 90
  65. 2:04days. Will fail at some point. Is
  66. 2:06surrounded by doubters and excuses.
  67. 2:09Wants certainty. Has the same 24 hours.
  68. 2:12Owns the outcome or doesn't. and starts
  69. 2:14at zero meaning as a complete beginner.
  70. 2:17So these are the same principles for
  71. 2:19both people. Now let's compare them by
  72. 2:22Marcus and then Dylan. So let's start
  73. 2:24with Dylan first. He has paralysis. I'm
  74. 2:27scared so I'll wait till I feel ready.
  75. 2:29So a lot of beginners will wait till
  76. 2:30they feel ready to do drop shipping or
  77. 2:32even attempt it. Now Marcus says fuels
  78. 2:35fear means it matters. Move on. So you
  79. 2:37got to understand that fear is a natural
  80. 2:39thing and you just got to move on with
  81. 2:40it. The next thing is I can't start
  82. 2:42until I have more money. Now Marcus
  83. 2:44looks at it as I only need $1,000 to
  84. 2:46test. Protect it. Spend it smart. So a
  85. 2:49lot of people will actually have a
  86. 2:50really good budget saved up, but they're
  87. 2:52not willing to spend it cuz they're
  88. 2:54scared and they're worried about losing
  89. 2:55that money. So they have this attachment
  90. 2:57to it which you have to let go. Now the
  91. 2:59next one is I need one more course
  92. 3:01before I begin. So I'll watch another
  93. 3:03course. I'll watch another YouTube
  94. 3:04video. I'll join another mentorship.
  95. 3:06Whereas Marcus says, "I'll learn by
  96. 3:08doing and figuring it out in the
  97. 3:10motion." That was basically me when I
  98. 3:12started. Then you've got the next one
  99. 3:13which is sees a death sentence freezes
  100. 3:16and stalls. You can see here it says
  101. 3:18seize a deadline, urgency, and focus.
  102. 3:20Now that's based on the 90-day window.
  103. 3:23So they panic about a 90-day window.
  104. 3:25I've got 90 days. I'm not going to be
  105. 3:27able to do it. The next one is it didn't
  106. 3:29work. See, I knew I couldn't do this. So
  107. 3:32in terms of you see your first failure,
  108. 3:34you see your first product not make
  109. 3:35money, you assume straight away it's
  110. 3:37fake, it doesn't work and you knew you
  111. 3:39were right. Whereas Marcus looks as it
  112. 3:41is fail fast, keep the lessons and try
  113. 3:43again tomorrow. Then you've got here on
  114. 3:45the scarcity one which says adopt them
  115. 3:48the algorithm, the niche, the economy is
  116. 3:50rigged. Whereas Marcus thinks tunes them
  117. 3:52out their opinion isn't my deadline. So
  118. 3:55these are coming down to outside
  119. 3:56opinions. You tell a friend, you tell a
  120. 3:58family member you're doing this
  121. 3:59e-commerce business, they give you lots
  122. 4:01of doubt. You've got to tunnel that out
  123. 4:03of your brain. The next one is wait for
  124. 4:05a guarantee that never comes. A lot of
  125. 4:07beginners are waiting for guarantees
  126. 4:08because they're so used to a monthly
  127. 4:10salary that they get paid from their
  128. 4:11job, which means they're looking for
  129. 4:12that guaranteed paycheck. Whereas when
  130. 4:14you do drop ship, guys, there's no such
  131. 4:16thing as a guaranteed paycheck. As
  132. 4:18Marcus looks at this as acts without a
  133. 4:20guarantee, bets on himself. Now that's
  134. 4:22for me the biggest reason why I'm
  135. 4:24successful is because I bet on myself
  136. 4:26the most in my whole life. The next one
  137. 4:28is scrolls researches and tells himself
  138. 4:30tomorrow. So he'll say oh I'll do
  139. 4:32product research tomorrow I will then do
  140. 4:34more product research and then tomorrow
  141. 4:36I'll do it and then tomorrow never
  142. 4:37comes. And then Marcus says up and early
  143. 4:39reps in every hour and aimed at the
  144. 4:42goal. Then you've got Dylan again here.
  145. 4:44It's on them so he stays stuck. Whereas
  146. 4:46Marcus says it's on me so he changes it.
  147. 4:49So what a lot of beginners do is they're
  148. 4:50in what we call a blame mindset. They're
  149. 4:52always blaming something else instead of
  150. 4:54themselves and they're always holding
  151. 4:55themselves not accountable and putting
  152. 4:57everyone else accountable when you
  153. 4:59should be the only one accountable. The
  154. 5:01next one is zero is proof it's hopeless
  155. 5:03whereas Marcus shows zero is a starting
  156. 5:06line. So I need you guys now to quickly
  157. 5:08ask yourselves what side are you
  158. 5:10majority on? So based on all of these
  159. 5:13questions or points which side are you
  160. 5:15majorly on? Are you on the winning side
  161. 5:17or the scarcity side? Now, you have to
  162. 5:18be very honest with yourself. Now, if
  163. 5:20you've admitted you're on the scarcity
  164. 5:22side, you can leave a comment on the
  165. 5:23video. We're all here to help each other
  166. 5:25out, but you've got to learn to start
  167. 5:26slowly putting yourself back onto the
  168. 5:28winner side. And because you guys are
  169. 5:29going to get access to this when you're
  170. 5:31going throughout your 60-day challenge,
  171. 5:32you're going to say to yourself whenever
  172. 5:34you feel a certain way, you're going to
  173. 5:35come back to this chart and say, "I'm on
  174. 5:37the loser side. I need to stop doing
  175. 5:39that and move myself over to the Marcus
  176. 5:41winning side." So, you can use this as
  177. 5:42like a reminder to stop yourself from
  178. 5:45pivoting over to the scarcity part. So,
  179. 5:47when you notice that you feel fear, you
  180. 5:49come back here. You know fear is normal.
  181. 5:51That way, you're going to be holding
  182. 5:52yourself accountable. Now, I've got some
  183. 5:54key takeaways here that you can read in
  184. 5:56your own time, but it's pretty
  185. 5:57self-explanatory. The things I'm going
  186. 5:59to quickly go over is fear is a normal
  187. 6:01thing in the human body. You've just got
  188. 6:02to acknowledge it, accept it, and use it
  189. 6:04to your advantage. Another thing is
  190. 6:06you're never going to learn by just
  191. 6:08watching. You have to actually do it
  192. 6:09yourself. And the other thing is, yes,
  193. 6:11you're going to need money to start this
  194. 6:13business. Don't try and start drop
  195. 6:14shipping, especially a 60-day challenge
  196. 6:16with a few hundred. It's just not going
  197. 6:18to work. You need a minimum of $1,000.
  198. 6:21Now, with the world that we live in
  199. 6:22today, making $1,000 by getting a few
  200. 6:25extra work gigs, a few extra hours is
  201. 6:27really a lot easier than it was before.
  202. 6:29Especially if you live in a first world
  203. 6:30country, there's really no excuse why
  204. 6:32you can't save up $1,000, especially
  205. 6:35with all the opportunities that we have
  206. 6:37in today's life. That's just me being
  207. 6:38dead honest with you guys. And the next
  208. 6:40one is owning it. If you have failed,
  209. 6:43you do not blame anyone. You just own up
  210. 6:45to it and say, "My ads were terrible. I
  211. 6:46should have made them better. I missed
  212. 6:47out on this. Don't keep blaming the
  213. 6:49outside factors because then you're just
  214. 6:51making yourself somebody that's a blamer
  215. 6:53instead of a doer." Okay, guys. So, now
  216. 6:54we got the mindset section out of the
  217. 6:56way. We can move on. Now, you're
  218. 6:58probably sat there thinking, "This road
  219. 7:00map to the 60-day challenge must be easy
  220. 7:02for you because you know how to do it."
  221. 7:03Now, I'm giving you guys literally a
  222. 7:05step-by-step blueprint on how to manage
  223. 7:08your time and how to manage the thought
  224. 7:10process of the business. Now, the first
  225. 7:13thing that you have to understand is
  226. 7:14funding the business. Now, your job is
  227. 7:16you're the investor. You pay for the
  228. 7:18products that you're testing. You pay
  229. 7:19for the ad spend. You don't need savings
  230. 7:21or a loan that you don't have. Now, the
  231. 7:23point that I want to make here is you
  232. 7:25shouldn't really be getting loans unless
  233. 7:27it's from your family that you can trust
  234. 7:29to fund your business. You should all be
  235. 7:31working jobs or picking up more hours to
  236. 7:33cash flow your business. Remember,
  237. 7:34you're the investor to your own
  238. 7:36business. Drop shipping is a business.
  239. 7:38It needs money. So, you invest into your
  240. 7:40own business. If it means you might have
  241. 7:41to dip into your savings, that's fair
  242. 7:43enough. But you shouldn't be going out
  243. 7:44there looking for loans unless it's from
  244. 7:46your family that you can trust. Then
  245. 7:48you've got kills desperation. When
  246. 7:50rent's already covered, losing $50 on a
  247. 7:52test is a shrug, not a panic. A calm
  248. 7:55mind makes winning decisions, and a
  249. 7:57desperate mind makes Dylan decision.
  250. 7:58Remember, Dylan's the guy that always
  251. 8:00loses. Then you've got the buy is the
  252. 8:02full 90 days. Most people quit at the
  253. 8:0430-day because they are bleeding money.
  254. 8:06Now, this will buy you the full 60 to 90
  255. 8:08days of this challenge. Most people quit
  256. 8:10at the 30-day mark because they burn too
  257. 8:13much money. And because they see
  258. 8:14bleeding money, they panic and stop.
  259. 8:16Now, steady income gives you the runway
  260. 8:18that you actually need for this to work.
  261. 8:19For drop shim to work, you need to give
  262. 8:21it a sustainable amount of time and a
  263. 8:23fair amount of effort. Effort means time
  264. 8:25and money. So, if you're seeing a bit of
  265. 8:27bleeding money, you've lost a few
  266. 8:28hundred dollars and you panic and you
  267. 8:29stop. I'm sorry, but that's not a real
  268. 8:31good go. Now, you've also got to be
  269. 8:33willing to track your time. Time is just
  270. 8:35as important as the money. You can't
  271. 8:37leverage what you can't see. Logging
  272. 8:39your hours for 21 days exposes the
  273. 8:41hidden 3 to four hours lost scrolling on
  274. 8:43Netflix, Tik Tok doom scrolling,
  275. 8:46business work days. That way, over the
  276. 8:48first 20 days, you know exactly where
  277. 8:50you're wasting your time. Because I'm
  278. 8:51going to be honest with you guys, you
  279. 8:52want to be giving this business more
  280. 8:53time and effort than ever, especially in
  281. 8:56its first 60 days. So, if you can track
  282. 8:58where you're losing hours to your own
  283. 9:00problems, that's going to be amazing.
  284. 9:02Then this will actually kill the I don't
  285. 9:04have time excuse. A lot of people will
  286. 9:05say, "Oh, I don't have time. I can't do
  287. 9:07this cuz I don't have enough time." By
  288. 9:09using those 20 days to frame where
  289. 9:11you're wasting time, you can use a lot
  290. 9:13of apps these days to track your time
  291. 9:14management. You're going to be able to
  292. 9:16see that you waste 2, three hours a day
  293. 9:17very easily. And this creates honesty.
  294. 9:20This forces you to face whether you're
  295. 9:22really moving like a professional or
  296. 9:24you're moving like a Dylan. Then you've
  297. 9:26got to understand the skills that are
  298. 9:28involved. So removes the overwhelm when
  299. 9:30you understand this. Now e-commerce and
  300. 9:32drop shipping can feel like a mountain
  301. 9:34until you see it's just five skills.
  302. 9:35Product research, store page, and
  303. 9:37creative, copy, media buying. Now when
  304. 9:40you name these out, it becomes less
  305. 9:41scary. And the good thing is AI can do
  306. 9:43most of these. Now you just got to make
  307. 9:45sure you're prompting it correctly.
  308. 9:47Shows you where the work actually is.
  309. 9:49you stop spreading yourself thin and you
  310. 9:50know exactly what needs to be done. So
  311. 9:52when you identify what work tasks you
  312. 9:54got to do, you know which ones you're
  313. 9:56doing and which ones you're not. And
  314. 9:57this sets up a cheat code. Once you can
  315. 9:59name the five skills, you can see
  316. 10:01exactly which ones handtohand with AI.
  317. 10:04And that brings me on guys to leveraging
  318. 10:05AI throughout this next 60 days. So it
  319. 10:08turns years into days. You don't master
  320. 10:10the five skills anymore. You direct AI
  321. 10:12to do them. Winning Hunter for product
  322. 10:14research, Claude for page building,
  323. 10:16Higsfield for creative design. That's
  324. 10:18the only reasons why 90 days is even
  325. 10:20possible now makes you a director not a
  326. 10:23doer. Your job becomes giving an
  327. 10:25instructions to AI models and AI agents.
  328. 10:28So you're basically instructing them on
  329. 10:30how to do the work and it multiplies
  330. 10:32your 3 to four hours. So you can
  331. 10:34leverage 3 to four hours now and the
  332. 10:36work that gets done is worth 10 hours.
  333. 10:38And the last thing that I need you guys
  334. 10:39to do is track your output. Proves
  335. 10:41you're moving in the right direction. So
  336. 10:44one needle moving task per time blocked
  337. 10:46log daily so you can see the reps
  338. 10:48stacking instead of the guessing. It
  339. 10:50keeps you as a Marcus not as a Dylan.
  340. 10:52Dylan would say I felt busy. Marcus
  341. 10:54would say I had this output. I tracked
  342. 10:56everything and this is exactly what I
  343. 10:58did. There's a difference between
  344. 10:59feeling busy and actually doing good
  345. 11:01work and then it builds momentum.
  346. 11:03Visibly seeing daily wins keeps you
  347. 11:05going through the first 30 days which is
  348. 11:07the scariest. Now an achievement doesn't
  349. 11:10mean money. It means accomplishing
  350. 11:11tasks. So identify wins as not just
  351. 11:14money, but as accomplishing product
  352. 11:16research, building the store, coming up
  353. 11:18with a great offer bundle. These are
  354. 11:19what we call daily wins. So now we've
  355. 11:21got the mindset section out of the way
  356. 11:23and the accountability part. Now we're
  357. 11:25going to be talking about what tools
  358. 11:26we're going to be using, specifically AI
  359. 11:28tools to help us with the 60-day
  360. 11:31challenge. So the first AI tool that's
  361. 11:33going to be the priority is Claude AI.
  362. 11:35Now we're going to be using Clawude AI
  363. 11:37to do product research because it can
  364. 11:38connect to many tools now called an MCP.
  365. 11:41So it can connect to things like winning
  366. 11:43hunter that I use to do all my product
  367. 11:45research. Now the best way to look at
  368. 11:47claude is it's your agent that will do
  369. 11:49the work for you but it has to get
  370. 11:50connected to different work connections
  371. 11:53to be able to do that work. Now Claude's
  372. 11:55got a limited amount of inbuilt tools
  373. 11:57that it can use. For example, Claude
  374. 11:59can't make video content or image
  375. 12:01content. It's the best agentic agent at
  376. 12:03doing the work but it doesn't have
  377. 12:05native access to image models, video
  378. 12:08models or product research models. So
  379. 12:10when you connect the best models to
  380. 12:12Claude, it just becomes an absolute
  381. 12:14powerhouse. Whereas OpenAI has its own
  382. 12:16image models and it used to have its own
  383. 12:18video model, but it has the best brains
  384. 12:21at operating these tools. So we're going
  385. 12:23to be using Claude for product research,
  386. 12:25store creation, building the ads. So
  387. 12:28like the actual AI video ads. So
  388. 12:30Claude's going to handle pretty much all
  389. 12:32of the work. Then we've got Chat GBT.
  390. 12:34Now, ChatGBT is a handy side quick for
  391. 12:37quick brainstormers, quick
  392. 12:38cross-checking when Claude gives us an
  393. 12:40output. So, I do use Open AI or Chat GBT
  394. 12:44as like a second way to validate things.
  395. 12:46Then, we're going to be using Winning
  396. 12:47Hunter. I mentioned this before. This is
  397. 12:49the tool stack that we're going to be
  398. 12:50using to find the products. Now, Winning
  399. 12:52Hunter is a database that has all the
  400. 12:54ads from all the drop shipping stores,
  401. 12:56e-commerce stores, so we can validate
  402. 12:58what products are making money. Then,
  403. 13:00we're going to be using Higsfield. Now,
  404. 13:01Higsfield is the video model tool that
  405. 13:03has all access to all the latest video
  406. 13:05models, image models, so that it can
  407. 13:07create images and videos for us. And
  408. 13:10like I said, when you connect the best
  409. 13:11tools to Claude, it just becomes a
  410. 13:13powerhouse. So, now you can see the full
  411. 13:15stack that we're going to be using. So,
  412. 13:17now that moves us on to the first step,
  413. 13:19guys, in the challenge, which is product
  414. 13:20research. Now, before I show you guys
  415. 13:22how to do this with AI, I want to go
  416. 13:24over what a winning product criteria is,
  417. 13:26so that when the AI gives you the
  418. 13:28responses and the results, you know if
  419. 13:30it's true or not. Although AI is going
  420. 13:31to be doing the work, it can't mislead
  421. 13:33you into believing BS. Sometimes AI will
  422. 13:36just BS you. Now, the first criteria is
  423. 13:38it solves a real painful problem. Not a
  424. 13:41nice to have. That's not good enough.
  425. 13:43The stronger the pain, the easier it is
  426. 13:45to sell. Pain, vanity, and convenience.
  427. 13:48Now, you want to take a quick moment and
  428. 13:50think to yourself, when was it when I
  429. 13:51bought something because it was such a
  430. 13:53pain that I didn't mind paying the
  431. 13:54money. That kind of feeling is what you
  432. 13:56need your customers to have. The next
  433. 13:58one is a $35 plus profit margin per
  434. 14:01sale. So, at least a 3 to 5x. Now, I
  435. 14:03would actually say a four to 6x in 2026
  436. 14:07because the cost of ads are going up so
  437. 14:09much now where you need a massive room
  438. 14:11on your margins to be able to be
  439. 14:13profitable. Now, when you run Facebook
  440. 14:14ads, you're going to have something
  441. 14:15called a cost per acquisition, a cost
  442. 14:17per purchase. Now, if your product,
  443. 14:19you're selling it for, let's say, $29,
  444. 14:21it's costing you $10, you're making $19.
  445. 14:24Now, if your CPA, your cost per purchase
  446. 14:26on Facebook is $15 to $20, you're either
  447. 14:30breaking even or you're losing money.
  448. 14:32So, you need to give yourself a big
  449. 14:34enough range of a CPA. So, let's say
  450. 14:36your CPA on Facebook on average is $30.
  451. 14:39You need to be making $50 and then that
  452. 14:41$20 is roughly your profit. The bigger
  453. 14:44the margin, the more you can spend on
  454. 14:46your CPA, the cost it will occur to get
  455. 14:49the sale. Now, if you're going to be
  456. 14:50selling just to the USA, it will be very
  457. 14:53high. And the crazy part is I've seen
  458. 14:54drop shippers do really well, but
  459. 14:56they're just not profitable. So they
  460. 14:58they'll do $100,000 in sale, but then
  461. 15:00only make $2,000 or break even. And
  462. 15:03that's because they got this part all
  463. 15:04wrong. The next thing is proven demand.
  464. 15:06You want three to five active
  465. 15:08competitors running ads in the last 30
  466. 15:10days. So for example, that's why we're
  467. 15:12going to be using Wing Hunter because we
  468. 15:14want to find other brands selling the
  469. 15:15same product that are running them
  470. 15:17actively in the last 30 days and they're
  471. 15:19making money. because if it's making
  472. 15:21money for them, why would it not make
  473. 15:22money for you? The next one is rising,
  474. 15:25not dying. Now, this is so important. A
  475. 15:27lot of people will find a winning
  476. 15:29product when it's had its massive trend,
  477. 15:31but then try and sell it on the way
  478. 15:32down, basically to death. It's like with
  479. 15:35a lot of things in life, a lot of things
  480. 15:36peak and then come back down. Now, if
  481. 15:38you're trying to sell a product whilst
  482. 15:39it's coming back down, you're going
  483. 15:41against a trend. You want to try and
  484. 15:43find something that started to trend so
  485. 15:44you can ride it up. Now, trends can last
  486. 15:466 months, 12 months, 18 months, 24
  487. 15:49months. Now, usually in this space, it's
  488. 15:51between 12 and 18 months. The next thing
  489. 15:54is a strong Amazon review. So, we don't
  490. 15:57trust AliExpress reviews. We don't trust
  491. 15:59the Chinese reviews, as I like to call
  492. 16:01it. We trust whatever's on Amazon
  493. 16:03because to get an Amazon review, there's
  494. 16:05a lot more safety checks that are put in
  495. 16:07place. A lot of Chinese reviews are
  496. 16:09fake. They're not real. So, we want to
  497. 16:11make sure that we're selling a good
  498. 16:12quality product because the last thing
  499. 16:13that you want to do is sell a product.
  500. 16:15you're getting chargebacks and refunds
  501. 16:16and then you lose all the money on the
  502. 16:18store plus the ad spend. So then you
  503. 16:20lose whatever you spent extra on ad
  504. 16:22spend. So don't sell a product because
  505. 16:23it looks good but then it will cost you
  506. 16:25money because of refunds. Sell a product
  507. 16:27because you know you're not going to get
  508. 16:29chargebacks or refunds or a very small
  509. 16:31percent. It should be no more than 1 to
  510. 16:343%. Anything after that is classed as
  511. 16:36high risk. So here I've pulled up two
  512. 16:38examples. One is a winning product and
  513. 16:40one's not a winning product. Now, I want
  514. 16:42to show you this before we get into
  515. 16:44doing it with AI so you know how to
  516. 16:46identify what is a winning product in
  517. 16:48lifetime versus what isn't a winning
  518. 16:50product in lifetime. Now, AI is amazing,
  519. 16:52but it's not always right. So, when it
  520. 16:54gives you a list back, you need to be
  521. 16:56able to judge with your own eye, has it
  522. 16:58made a mistake? Do I need to double
  523. 17:00check its facts? If I do, I can correct
  524. 17:02it. So, the notwinning product is on the
  525. 17:04right, and it's these Bluetooth smart
  526. 17:06headphones. So, let's have a look.
  527. 17:08Solves a real painful problem. Verdict
  528. 17:10to me is no. It's just headphones, no
  529. 17:12pain. There is no I need this. It's just
  530. 17:14a commodity. It's just nice to have and
  531. 17:16it looks fancy. Then we go on to the
  532. 17:19profit margin. It's weak. You can mark
  533. 17:21it up, but buyers know roughly what
  534. 17:23cheap headphones cost. So most people
  535. 17:25now know in the headphone market to get
  536. 17:27a good pair of smart headphones, they
  537. 17:29can pay between $30 and $50. So to make
  538. 17:32$35 on this product, very unlikely. Then
  539. 17:34proven demand is misleading. It says the
  540. 17:37600 sold sounds okay, but it competes
  541. 17:40against Sony, Apple, JBL, Beats brands
  542. 17:43with infinite budgets that you can
  543. 17:44trust. So essentially though, although
  544. 17:46there is proven demand, the proven
  545. 17:48demand is coming from the biggest
  546. 17:50companies with the biggest budgets. So
  547. 17:52for us to compete with them with our
  548. 17:54$2,000 is very unlikely. Now, if you
  549. 17:56look for this exact product on Amazon,
  550. 17:58it's got a 4.2 star rating out of 105
  551. 18:02reviews. So, it's under the 4.3
  552. 18:05benchmark that I mentioned before. So,
  553. 18:07straight away, this product is not a
  554. 18:09winner. Whereas, we look at this
  555. 18:10sleeping head mask that helps you sleep.
  556. 18:12Does it solve a real painful problem?
  557. 18:14Earbuds hurt when you sleep with them
  558. 18:16in. They also fall out. There are many
  559. 18:18reasons why people can't sleep at night.
  560. 18:20They might have stress, anxiety, so they
  561. 18:22might need really soothing noises to put
  562. 18:24them to sleep. They might have a partner
  563. 18:26that really snores. So, there's many
  564. 18:28painful problems to wanting to buy this
  565. 18:31product. And sleep is a massive
  566. 18:32important part of your life. So people
  567. 18:34are more likely to buy it. Then we go to
  568. 18:36does it have a 35% margin? Yeah. It cost
  569. 18:39$5 to buy these and you could easily
  570. 18:41market up to $49. Remember you're
  571. 18:44solving somebody's sleep here. People
  572. 18:46will pay a good amount of money to solve
  573. 18:47that problem. Does it have proven
  574. 18:49demand? $10,000 sold and there's a lot
  575. 18:52of DTOC brands, direct to consumer
  576. 18:54brands selling this. White label drop
  577. 18:55shipping brands selling this product.
  578. 18:57They've not got infinite budgets like
  579. 18:58the other big brands like Sony. You're
  580. 19:00competing with realistic brands here.
  581. 19:02Then rising, not dying. Evergreen, but
  582. 19:05mature. So, this product is what we call
  583. 19:06evergreen. It's a very well-known
  584. 19:08product. It's mature, but it doesn't
  585. 19:10mean it can trend. The trend's already
  586. 19:12been gone, but it's technically
  587. 19:14evergreen. So, that's why I put a yellow
  588. 19:15moderation mark there. Then you've got
  589. 19:17reviews. Yes, on Amazon based on 1,734
  590. 19:21reviews, this has got 4.5 stars. It's
  591. 19:24above the minimum for you to sell it.
  592. 19:25So, now I've shown you guys two real
  593. 19:27examples. Now, when we do the product
  594. 19:29research with AI, you should be in a
  595. 19:31position where you can spot the good
  596. 19:32ones and the bad ones. Okay? So, now
  597. 19:35we're doing the practical side. We're
  598. 19:36actually doing the product research.
  599. 19:38Now, remember, don't be fearful. Don't
  600. 19:40panic. Don't overthink it. We're just
  601. 19:42going to do this together now. And I'm
  602. 19:44going to do a real example with you guys
  603. 19:45now live. And I've done most of the hard
  604. 19:47work for you because I've given you a
  605. 19:49prompt now to be able to do the product
  606. 19:50research the correct way. Now, this is
  607. 19:52the correct way because we're using
  608. 19:53different data stacks to make sure that
  609. 19:55we're using the highest concentrated
  610. 19:57products based on the demand and all the
  611. 20:00other criterias that I've given you. You
  612. 20:02are really eliminating the majority of
  613. 20:03chances of failure by doing this. Stack
  614. 20:06one is getting Winning Hunter. So, once
  615. 20:08you've created a winning hunter account,
  616. 20:09there is a link in the description and
  617. 20:10in the pin comment. I've been using
  618. 20:12Winning Hunter now for years on this
  619. 20:14channel. And most of the biggest guys
  620. 20:15doing huge numbers with ecom and drop
  621. 20:17shipping all use winning hunter or they
  622. 20:19use some form of ad spy tool that allows
  623. 20:21you to see all the ads on the database
  624. 20:24just like this. That is just a proven
  625. 20:26fact. So once you've got Winning Hunter
  626. 20:27created, you're then going to want to
  627. 20:29get Claude. Now if you haven't already,
  628. 20:31go over to claude.ai. You're going to
  629. 20:33need to be on the $20 subscription.
  630. 20:35Honestly, for $20, you get so much. I'm
  631. 20:37not affiliated or endorsed by Claude. I
  632. 20:39wish I was, but I'm not. But you will
  633. 20:41need clawed subscription to be able to
  634. 20:43do this. Now, once you've got a clawed
  635. 20:45subscription, you're going to come to
  636. 20:46the bottom and you're going to see here
  637. 20:47where it says get apps and extensions.
  638. 20:49You're going to scroll down and what
  639. 20:50you're going to want to do is download
  640. 20:51the desktop version. Now, I've
  641. 20:53downloaded this for my Mac OS. Then once
  642. 20:55you've done that, guys, you're going to
  643. 20:56see it in your toolbar. So, I can see
  644. 20:58Claude here. And the reason why we want
  645. 21:00Claude on our laptop, not in the web
  646. 21:02browser, is because you're going to get
  647. 21:03access to their co-work. You can see
  648. 21:05chat and co-work. Now, co-work is the
  649. 21:08feature that enables you to let Claude
  650. 21:10get multiple agents and work on that
  651. 21:13task at the same time. It means it's
  652. 21:15going to be faster and better quality.
  653. 21:17Now, you can only do this based on
  654. 21:19getting the desktop version. So, once
  655. 21:21you've got Claude Co logged in and
  656. 21:23you've got Opus 4.8 turned on, which is
  657. 21:26the best model at the moment, you're
  658. 21:27going to want to do act without asking.
  659. 21:29That way, it'll complete tasks without
  660. 21:31you having to tell it or ask it. Then
  661. 21:33you're going to come over to the top
  662. 21:34left, which is got your toolbar, and
  663. 21:36you're going to go over to where it says
  664. 21:37customize. You're then going to go to
  665. 21:38connectors, and you're then going to
  666. 21:40click plus here, and you're going to go
  667. 21:41to where it says add custom connector.
  668. 21:43You're then going to go back to Winning
  669. 21:44Hunter, and you're going to go to your
  670. 21:45profile icon in the top right, and
  671. 21:47you're going to go down to where it says
  672. 21:48connect to AI. You're then going to see
  673. 21:50where it says Claude recommend. Click
  674. 21:52this and then you're going to get the
  675. 21:53MCP URL. You're going to copy this.
  676. 21:56You're going to go back to Claude.
  677. 21:57You're going to call it Winning Hunter.
  678. 21:59And then you're going to paste the MCP
  679. 22:00there. And then you're going to click
  680. 22:02add. And then it will take you to the
  681. 22:03Winning Hunter website to authenticate
  682. 22:05it. And once you have, you're going to
  683. 22:07see Winning Hunter appear here. And then
  684. 22:09what you're going to want to do is
  685. 22:10you're going to want to make sure where
  686. 22:11it shows tool permission. You're going
  687. 22:13to want to make sure that it's on always
  688. 22:14allow. That way it can access all the
  689. 22:16tools on demand without asking for them.
  690. 22:19Then whilst you're in this place guys,
  691. 22:20you're going to go back to the plus
  692. 22:22symbol. Go to where it says browse
  693. 22:23connectors and you're just going to add
  694. 22:25Shopify. Now yes, we are doing product
  695. 22:27research, but whilst we're in this
  696. 22:28section of claude, you might as well add
  697. 22:30Shopify. And once you've add Shopify, it
  698. 22:32will either take you to authenticate
  699. 22:33your store. If you haven't already got
  700. 22:34one, go and get a Shopify store using my
  701. 22:36link in the description because you'll
  702. 22:38get three months for $3 instead of
  703. 22:40paying $29 a month. So for your first
  704. 22:42three months, you'll only spend $3. So
  705. 22:44$1 each month and then it will go to the
  706. 22:46basic rate of $29. You only need the
  707. 22:48basic plan. And by using my affiliate
  708. 22:50link, guys, it does support the YouTube
  709. 22:52channel by me giving you out all this
  710. 22:54crazy good content. So make sure you
  711. 22:56check out the link for Shopify in the
  712. 22:58description wherever you need to build a
  713. 22:59new store or you've not used Shopify
  714. 23:01before. So once you've got your Shopify
  715. 23:03and Winning Hunter connected, we can go
  716. 23:05back to the chat and you're going to see
  717. 23:06that I've given you guys a prompt in the
  718. 23:08myro board. So you can see here now on
  719. 23:10step three the prompt. Now we've done
  720. 23:12step one and two together. So you're
  721. 23:14going to copy the prompt and what you're
  722. 23:15going to do is you're going to paste it
  723. 23:16inside of this Claude Coat and you're
  724. 23:19simply just going to click send and then
  725. 23:21you can see here it says working on it
  726. 23:22and then you can see thought process.
  727. 23:24You can see here it says I pulled the
  728. 23:25live data from winning hunter. Let me
  729. 23:27load up the connector tools and set up
  730. 23:29the task list. Now you know when this is
  731. 23:31working correctly when on the right hand
  732. 23:33side where it shows context, winning
  733. 23:34hunter shows up and then it has a
  734. 23:36progress bar. So now it shows all the
  735. 23:39progress of what it's going to do. Once
  736. 23:40it shows both of these guys, the tool is
  737. 23:43working and it's just going to do the
  738. 23:44job. And this can take around about five
  739. 23:46to 10 minutes. But what you're expecting
  740. 23:48to see is Claude give you basically an
  741. 23:50overview and a list of products. Okay
  742. 23:52guys, so after around about 10 minutes,
  743. 23:54it's come back with the list. So number
  744. 23:56one is the Cure Trend, the Cure 8 Trend
  745. 23:594 in-one produce storage containers. So
  746. 24:02you can see here it says, "What is a
  747. 24:03threepack set is already stackable
  748. 24:05fridge containers for fruit and veg.
  749. 24:07Paying solves stops produce wilting and
  750. 24:09rotting. Price $39. Proof of demand
  751. 24:123,600 active ads. Then it shows the
  752. 24:15competitor. And then it shows massive ad
  753. 24:18volume. Then it goes over number two,
  754. 24:19which is a luxurious cozy car bed for
  755. 24:22dogs. Then number three is it goes over
  756. 24:24the Hudian holster breakout 2.0. Then it
  757. 24:28goes over the Zimmer dental invisashine
  758. 24:30ultrasonic retainer cleaner. Then it
  759. 24:32goes over the Mag Back wireless car
  760. 24:35charger. And then it goes over the
  761. 24:37reason why it chose number one as its
  762. 24:39favorite pick. And it even gave all of
  763. 24:41the references at the bottom. So I can
  764. 24:43click this, click open link, and you can
  765. 24:44see it's given us the link to the store.
  766. 24:47Now, this is exactly why having your own
  767. 24:49knowledge and me going over the product
  768. 24:50criteria and real examples kicks into
  769. 24:53play because although Claude's given me
  770. 24:55this amazing list, I would argue that
  771. 24:57product number one is terrible. Like, it
  772. 25:00genuinely is an old product and it makes
  773. 25:02no sense. Whereas, product number two
  774. 25:04and product number four are the best
  775. 25:07products on this list and they are
  776. 25:08legitimately very good drop shipping
  777. 25:11products. Now, I know this because I've
  778. 25:12been doing drop shipping for so long and
  779. 25:14I just know straight away which ones are
  780. 25:16good and which ones are bad from gut
  781. 25:18feeling. But that just shows you that
  782. 25:19out of all of these products, only two
  783. 25:22were actually good. And when I say good,
  784. 25:23I mean very good. But if you didn't have
  785. 25:25the eye for it or the knowledge, then
  786. 25:27you would have just gone for number one
  787. 25:28cuz Claude would have told you. Now, the
  788. 25:30first product that Claude gave me was
  789. 25:32this product here, which is these
  790. 25:33containers to store food. Now, this
  791. 25:36isn't a bad product, but you can buy
  792. 25:37these from Walmart, so why the hell
  793. 25:39would you buy them online? So, this one
  794. 25:41really makes no sense. Whereas, we look
  795. 25:43at product number two and number four.
  796. 25:44This is number two, which is the calm
  797. 25:46cozy dog bed. And the reason why I love
  798. 25:48this product is because look at how easy
  799. 25:50it is to add it inside the car. You tie
  800. 25:52it behind the car seat head and it looks
  801. 25:54like a real bed for dogs. So, this is
  802. 25:57really a good product. And look at the
  803. 25:58way you can advertise this. People love
  804. 26:01their dogs just as much as they love
  805. 26:02their children, maybe more. And it's an
  806. 26:04instant win to get their dogs
  807. 26:06comfortable in the car. And look at how
  808. 26:08viral and tick-tocky this kind of video
  809. 26:11or gy is. It instantly grabs people's
  810. 26:14attention. Whereas we look at number
  811. 26:15four, which is the ultrasonic retainer
  812. 26:18cleaner. This has got a really high
  813. 26:20perceived value kind of product. Like
  814. 26:22look at the landing page. It's just an
  815. 26:24ultra cleaner just for your aligners or
  816. 26:26mouth guards. But look at how cool this
  817. 26:28product looks. And when we scroll down,
  818. 26:30product is around about $100. But it
  819. 26:32serves a serious problem, which is
  820. 26:34people's retainers and guards get really
  821. 26:37dirty and people want to keep them
  822. 26:39clean. But the way this brand's built
  823. 26:41this landing page out, it feels like a
  824. 26:43huge dental clinic brand. It looks like
  825. 26:45a real big brand when it's probably a
  826. 26:48very small white label drop shipping
  827. 26:50store. Then once you found the products
  828. 26:52that you like within the list, you just
  829. 26:53want to validate quickly that the facts
  830. 26:55are correct. Now this should only take a
  831. 26:57few minutes. So, for example, I've gone
  832. 26:58back to Winning Hunter manually, and
  833. 27:00I've typed in the name of the product,
  834. 27:01ultrasonic retainer cleaner, and I've
  835. 27:03filtered it by English as the language,
  836. 27:05and I filtered it by ad rank. That way,
  837. 27:07it shows you the best ads. And you can
  838. 27:09see I found a few different brands
  839. 27:10selling the same product, but just a
  840. 27:12different design. So, I found the Zimmer
  841. 27:14dental brand. So, you can see they're
  842. 27:16running ads here, and they're getting
  843. 27:1854,000 views on this ad. They've got
  844. 27:211,152
  845. 27:23active ads running at this current time.
  846. 27:25Then you can see this other brand here
  847. 27:26called Dentistry Reviews, but you can
  848. 27:28see quite a lot of different brands that
  849. 27:30are competing for this kind of product.
  850. 27:32Now, it could be the same brand, but
  851. 27:33they're running it off different pages,
  852. 27:35which is a common thing now, or it could
  853. 27:37just be different brands. But now I can
  854. 27:38click on Zimma Dental, and I can filter
  855. 27:41this from last scene to ad rank. So now
  856. 27:43I'm seeing their best ads that they're
  857. 27:45running, and you can see that these are
  858. 27:46a top 1% of ads being ran, which means
  859. 27:50these ads are making a lot of money and
  860. 27:52performing exceptionally well. So, I've
  861. 27:54just verified that this product is
  862. 27:56genuine. Now, the next thing that I'm
  863. 27:58going to want to do manually myself is
  864. 27:59go to Amazon, and I'm going to want to
  865. 28:01type in the name of the product,
  866. 28:03ultrasonic cleaner. There's this option
  867. 28:05here, which we saw on the ads. Now,
  868. 28:07although it's not the exact same one
  869. 28:09from the store, it does the same thing.
  870. 28:11And their reviews is between 4.2, 4.2,
  871. 28:14and 4.9. Now, the one that we actually
  872. 28:17saw on the website's got a 4.8 star
  873. 28:20review. This one's got a 4.6. So on
  874. 28:23average when you look at combined on the
  875. 28:25product reviews it's coming out to
  876. 28:26around about 4.4 to 4.6. So now I've
  877. 28:29verified that the reviews are good for
  878. 28:31the product. I need to check if I can
  879. 28:33find it on my drop shipping suppliers
  880. 28:36website because a lot of these products
  881. 28:37sometimes you might not be able to find
  882. 28:39you might have to source them. That
  883. 28:41happens quite a lot. So you're going to
  884. 28:42want to head over to USA Drop because
  885. 28:44USA Drop is the best drop shipping
  886. 28:46supplier right now to use. And I've been
  887. 28:48using USA Drop since 2022 on this
  888. 28:51YouTube channel. And it's completely
  889. 28:53free to sign up and make an account. And
  890. 28:55the benefits of using USA Drop is you're
  891. 28:57going to get fast processing times, very
  892. 28:59fast shipping times between 5 and 12
  893. 29:02days. And you're going to get really
  894. 29:03good communication. And most of the
  895. 29:05products are all ready to be shipped
  896. 29:06from their warehouse. Most drop shipping
  897. 29:08suppliers actually drop ship you and end
  898. 29:10up going to another drop shipping
  899. 29:11supplier to get the product and then get
  900. 29:13it sent to their warehouse and then send
  901. 29:15it to your customer. So you can see I'm
  902. 29:17on USA Drop again linked in the
  903. 29:18description and in the pin comment. And
  904. 29:20you can see if you go over to where it
  905. 29:21says find products, I searched for
  906. 29:23retainer cleaner and I found the exact
  907. 29:25same version here. So at least I know
  908. 29:28now that I can source the product and
  909. 29:30add it to my Shopify store without any
  910. 29:32issues. Now if you can't find the
  911. 29:34product on USA Drop because it's a very
  912. 29:36hard to find product, you can go over to
  913. 29:38where it says sourcing and you can go to
  914. 29:40source products. You can provide the
  915. 29:42AliExpress link or the Amazon link and
  916. 29:45then upload an image here and then you
  917. 29:47could submit your sourcing. And then
  918. 29:49once you've done that, you're going to
  919. 29:50see that once you've submitted your
  920. 29:52sourcing request, it will show here
  921. 29:54quoted. So you can click view details
  922. 29:55and it shows you how much it's going to
  923. 29:57cost to source the product, where you
  924. 29:59can ship to, and the different sizes
  925. 30:01that they have ready if it's a sizable
  926. 30:03product. So don't worry if they don't
  927. 30:05have it ready to ship now. They can
  928. 30:06source the product. And they've got this
  929. 30:08really cool new feature now where if you
  930. 30:10go over to the left, you're going to see
  931. 30:11private agent. So you can see here once
  932. 30:13you've reached five daily orders, you'll
  933. 30:15become eligible for a dedicated agent
  934. 30:17that will look after all of your
  935. 30:19business in terms of the inventory side
  936. 30:21and the logistics. You're going to get
  937. 30:22better rates, better communication. Now,
  938. 30:24you don't need to pay to upgrade to
  939. 30:26this. You just need to get the sales and
  940. 30:28then you'll be eligible for it. Now,
  941. 30:30usually to get a private agent, you'd
  942. 30:31have to pay a monthly subscription or
  943. 30:33you'd have to do thousands a month in
  944. 30:35volume. So, USA Drops made the barrier
  945. 30:37to entry so easy. So, when it comes to
  946. 30:39using a drop shipping supplier, guys,
  947. 30:41please make sure you use USA Drop
  948. 30:43because you can be verified to know that
  949. 30:45your shipping orders are going to be
  950. 30:46sent on time. If there is any reason for
  951. 30:48a refund or a partial refund, you're
  952. 30:51going to get it. And some of the biggest
  953. 30:52drop shippers and e-commerce guys in the
  954. 30:54world use Drop. Now, for today's video
  955. 30:57example, I'm actually going to carry on
  956. 30:58with the ultrasonic cleaner as the
  957. 31:00product that I want to sell for my drop
  958. 31:03shipping store. Now, before we go deeper
  959. 31:04into the 60-day game plan, I want to
  960. 31:07quickly show you something that fits
  961. 31:08perfectly into this workflow. And that's
  962. 31:10Omnisense's new GPTMCP
  963. 31:13feature. Because when you're running a
  964. 31:15drop shipping or e-commerce store, it's
  965. 31:17not just about finding the winning
  966. 31:18product. You also need systems that turn
  967. 31:21visitors into customers, recover
  968. 31:23abandoned carts, bring people back after
  969. 31:26they buy, and help you understand what's
  970. 31:28actually making you money. That's where
  971. 31:30Omnisense comes in. Omnisend already
  972. 31:32helps with your email and SMS marketing.
  973. 31:35So things like welcome flows, abandoned
  974. 31:37cart emails, product follow-ups,
  975. 31:39campaigns, and customer segments. But
  976. 31:42now with their new MCP feature, you can
  977. 31:44connect Omnisend directly into Chat GPT,
  978. 31:48which basically adds an AI marketing
  979. 31:50assistant into your workflow. So instead
  980. 31:52of manually digging through reports and
  981. 31:54guessing what to do next, you can ask
  982. 31:56things like, "Which campaign performed
  983. 31:58best this week?" What automation is
  984. 32:00underperforming? Which customers should
  985. 32:02I target next? Or give me a campaign
  986. 32:05idea for people who viewed products but
  987. 32:07didn't buy? For drop shippers, this is
  988. 32:09massive because most beginners don't
  989. 32:11know what to look at inside their email
  990. 32:14marketing dashboard. But now with AI
  991. 32:16connected to your omnisend data, it can
  992. 32:18help you spot opportunities, fix weak
  993. 32:21points, and plan better campaigns
  994. 32:22faster. You can start for free with your
  995. 32:25first 250 email recipients, which is
  996. 32:27perfect if you're launching your store
  997. 32:29and want to set up your core email flows
  998. 32:31without paying straight away. And if
  999. 32:33you're a larger e-commerce brand,
1000. 32:35Omnison can also be a much more
  1001. 32:37cost-effective option compared to a lot
1002. 32:40of the alternatives when scaling email
1003. 32:42and SMS. So, click the link below, try
1004. 32:45Omniscent, and start building the
1005. 32:47marketing system behind your store. Now,
1006. 32:48there's nothing wrong with a cozy car
  1007. 32:50bed. I think it's also a really good
1008. 32:52product. And if this one failed or I
1009. 32:54wasn't able to scale it or sell it, I'd
1010. 32:56probably sell this as a second option.
1011. 32:58So whenever you've got to choose between
1012. 32:59one product the other, just think of it
1013. 33:01in the back of your mind as if one
1014. 33:02fails, I can move on to the other one
1015. 33:04really easily. So for now, I'm just
1016. 33:06going to carry on with the ultrasonic
1017. 33:08cleaner. Okay, so now we've picked our
1018. 33:09product, we need to do our avatar
1019. 33:11research. Now, this is a crucial part
1020. 33:14that most if not all beginners miss to
1021. 33:17do. Now, avatar research is
  1022. 33:19understanding the people that you're
1023. 33:21going to sell your product to. Who are
1024. 33:23they? Where are they? And why would they
1025. 33:25want to buy the product? Instead of you
1026. 33:27guessing, you're going to find out who
1027. 33:29now are we selling this product to. So,
1028. 33:32this is called the avatar research part.
1029. 33:34And this is essential that you don't
1030. 33:35skip. Now, I've given you guys an
1031. 33:37example of one of my prompts that I've
1032. 33:38used in one of my stores that we can
1033. 33:40reuse for your own product. So, what
1034. 33:42you're going to want to do is copy this
1035. 33:44whole prompt. Open up chat GBT or Open
1036. 33:47AI. Change it to the high model. Paste
1037. 33:49this prompt in. You can see here I put
1038. 33:51remake this prompt but for this product.
1039. 33:53And then you're just going to click
1040. 33:54send. And then what it will do is it'll
1041. 33:55read the prompt, understand the context,
1042. 33:58and reformat it for your product. So you
1043. 34:00can see here it's clearly found out that
  1044. 34:02this is a completely different product
1045. 34:03to the one in the original prompt. And
1046. 34:05now you can see as you look, it's
1047. 34:07completely reformatted it for our
1048. 34:10product. So you can see here it all
1049. 34:12makes sense. This prompt now is purely
1050. 34:14for the product that I want it to check.
1051. 34:16Now, I would recommend that you double
  1052. 34:17check what it's writing because if it's
1053. 34:19missed any parts out, and then you give
1054. 34:20it to Claude after, you're giving Claude
1055. 34:22a bad prompt, which most beginners don't
  1056. 34:24realize that they're doing. Now, I've
1057. 34:25double checked this now, guys, and I
  1058. 34:27know this is a legitimate prompt. So, I
1059. 34:29can actually copy it, go back to Claude
1060. 34:31in the original chat that did the
  1061. 34:32product research because that's where
1062. 34:34the context is. And now, what I can do
1063. 34:35is I can paste the prompt in and click
1064. 34:37send. So now this prompt is going to
1065. 34:39come up with all of the avatar research
1066. 34:41for us. Okay. So the avatar research has
1067. 34:44been done. Now Claude will open up this
1068. 34:46document on the right hand side as an MD
1069. 34:48file. You can just read it here. And you
1070. 34:50can see it says here they love dental
1071. 34:52pod pro customer avatar and direct
1072. 34:54response language bank. So you can see
1073. 34:56here part one the four buckets daily
1074. 34:58pains. What annoys embarrasses or
1075. 35:00frustrates them. So you can see it's
1076. 35:01listed out all of the pain points which
1077. 35:04is morning smells, retainers going moldy
  1078. 35:06or cloudy. So you can see there's a
1079. 35:08massive list of different pain points.
1080. 35:11Then if we go over to number two, we've
1081. 35:13got the dream outcome. Crystal clear
1082. 35:15retainer. Open the case and it smells
  1083. 35:17nice. Then we've got doubts and
1084. 35:18objections. Is this just an overpriced
1085. 35:21vibrating water bowl? Then we've got the
1086. 35:23exact customer language, the way that
1087. 35:25they talk and the way they feel. Now, if
  1088. 35:27you haven't already guessed why we've
1089. 35:28got this information is because now when
1090. 35:30we build the landing page, we know
1091. 35:32exactly what information to put on the
1092. 35:35landing page to address these objections
1093. 35:37that people might know about because
1094. 35:39we've got them right in our face. So, if
1095. 35:41we don't address them, then people are
1096. 35:43going to start thinking them. This is
1097. 35:45invaluable kind of data. So, then we got
1098. 35:47in part two the avatar. So, we've got,
  1099. 35:49for example, Chloe who's a 29year-old.
1100. 35:52So, that's roughly who our audience is
1101. 35:54going to be, 25 to around about 50 year
  1102. 35:56olds. So, we got a really good in-depth
1103. 35:58breakdown on our avatar. Then in part
1104. 36:00three, the pressure test, one specific
1105. 36:02person, daily real pains, objections,
1106. 36:05language, and compliance. All of them
1107. 36:07have come back green. And then part
1108. 36:09four, so we can reuse all of this
1109. 36:11information in our landing pages and in
1110. 36:13our ads. Okay, so now we've got this
1111. 36:15guys, we can actually start building our
1112. 36:17landing page out for the store. Now,
1113. 36:19what you're going to want to do is go
1114. 36:20back to OpenAI chat GBT. Go to the same
1115. 36:23chat that you use to reprompt it. That
1116. 36:25way it's got some context of what the
1117. 36:27product is. And you're going to go back
1118. 36:29to the maro board and you're going to
1119. 36:30copy this prompt here. So where it says
1120. 36:33prompt, you're just going to copy it. Go
1121. 36:34back to the chat, paste it in here. Put
1122. 36:37your competitor's URL or product page in
1123. 36:39here. So I'm going to copy it. I'm going
1124. 36:41to paste it here. Now if you've got a
1125. 36:43few competitors that have really good
1126. 36:44landing pages, like this landing page
1127. 36:46here is not too bad either, then what
1128. 36:48you can do is copy it as well and add it
1129. 36:50to the chat. But only add good landing
1130. 36:52pages to the chat. Now, once you've done
1131. 36:54that, guys, you can click send. Then the
1132. 36:56next thing that we're going to do in the
1133. 36:58meantime is go back to Claude, open up
1134. 37:00the sidebar, and in the bottom left,
1135. 37:02you're going to see Claude design. So,
1136. 37:04in the bottom here where the paint icon
1137. 37:06is, you're going to click design, and
1138. 37:07it's going to open up this Claude design
1139. 37:09tab. Make sure you're using Cloud Opus
1140. 37:114.8. Where it says design system, that's
1141. 37:14fine. And then where it says templates,
1142. 37:16you don't need to add any if you don't
1143. 37:18want to. But usually, if you will want
1144. 37:20to add a template, it would be wired
  1145. 37:22frame. Now, whilst we're waiting for
  1146. 37:23that prompt to generate, you're actually
  1147. 37:25going to want to send it a follow-up
1148. 37:26prompt saying, "Also, this is the avatar
1149. 37:28research that was done on my product to
1150. 37:30help with the landing page copy and the
1151. 37:32section." So, what we're going to do is
1152. 37:33we're going to go back to Claude and
1153. 37:35we're going to go back to that MD file
1154. 37:36and we're just going to copy all of the
1155. 37:38text. So, all of this text, guys, we're
1156. 37:40going to copy it. And you're going to
1157. 37:41want to copy it to part the end of part
1158. 37:44two. You don't need part three and part
1159. 37:46four. We're going to go back to the Open
1160. 37:48AI chat. We're going to paste it in.
1161. 37:49You're going to see it's going to open
1162. 37:50it as a txt file here. and we're going
1163. 37:52to send that through. So, it's made the
1164. 37:54mockup design here as a prompt, but now
1165. 37:56we've given it our avatar research in
1166. 37:58terms of the language, who we're trying
1167. 38:00to sell it to. So, now it'll update that
  1168. 38:02prompt with a better information. So,
1169. 38:04you can see here it says it'll enhance
1170. 38:05the prompt. You can see here it says
1171. 38:06this research was really strong. So, now
  1172. 38:08you can see that it's improved
1173. 38:10everything else. So, now you can see
1174. 38:12it's generated this massive prompt that
1175. 38:14we can now copy. We can go back to
1176. 38:16Claude Claude design and you can see now
1177. 38:18we're going to paste the prompt here and
1178. 38:20we're going to click send. So you can
1179. 38:22see it's opened it up now in this design
1180. 38:24canvas and we're going to wait for
1181. 38:25Claude to now build out the landing
  1182. 38:27page. Now whilst we're waiting for
1183. 38:29Claude to build the landing page design
1184. 38:31out, what we're going to want to do is
1185. 38:34get everything ready to build the page
1186. 38:36once it's ready. So if you go back to
1187. 38:38your other Claude tab, so you can see
1188. 38:40I've got the design tab here and I've
1189. 38:41got the normal Claude here. You're going
1190. 38:43to want to go back to your chat and
1191. 38:44we're going to add two skills in that
1192. 38:46you're going to need so that it can
1193. 38:48clone the page onetoone on Shopify
1194. 38:50because essentially what claude design
1195. 38:52does is it makes the HTML version and
  1196. 38:54then we're going to convert it into a
1197. 38:55Shopify liquid page. So to do this guys,
1198. 38:58if you come back over to where it says
  1199. 39:00customize skills, you're going to click
1200. 39:02add and you're going to go to where it
1201. 39:03says upload a skill. Now there will be
1202. 39:05three skill files available in the cheat
1203. 39:08sheet and in the drive. And the first
1204. 39:10one that you're going to need is this
1205. 39:11one here called clone link to my
1206. 39:13Shopify. This tells Claude how to clone
1207. 39:15the HTML file into Shopify as liquid. So
1208. 39:18that one's essential for you guys to
1209. 39:20have. You're then going to need the DTOC
1210. 39:23infographic generator skill. Now this
1211. 39:25skill is designed to tell Claude how to
1212. 39:27make images for the product and on the
1213. 39:30landing page. So it's essential that you
1214. 39:32have this one as well if you want Claude
1215. 39:34to make all the images for your landing
  1216. 39:36page. lifestyle images, infographic
1217. 39:39images, etc. Now, remember, Claude does
1218. 39:41not have access to video models or image
1219. 39:44models. So, although I've given you guys
1220. 39:45the image model skill, you do need to
1221. 39:48add a creative tool to Claude. Now, the
1222. 39:51one that I'm using guys is Higsfield.
1223. 39:54So, this is the one I'm using. I'm not
1224. 39:55paid or sponsored to say this. Now, once
1225. 39:57you have created an account on
1226. 39:58Higsfield, you've got access to all of
1227. 40:00the video and image models. You're going
1228. 40:02to want to go over to where it says MCP
1229. 40:03and CLI. You're going to select MCP and
1230. 40:06then you're going to see here Claude and
1231. 40:08then you're going to want to copy the
1232. 40:09MCP URL like you did with Winning
1233. 40:11Hunter. You're going to want to come
1234. 40:13back, go back to customize, go to where
1235. 40:15it says connectors, click plus, add
1236. 40:17custom connector, call it Higsfield,
  1237. 40:19paste the URL here. It'll authenticate
1238. 40:21your account and then you're going to
1239. 40:22see Higsfield here. Now, once Higsfield
1240. 40:25here, you can turn it on to always allow
1241. 40:27and always allow. Now, if you want to
  1242. 40:29use a different company instead of
1243. 40:30Higsfield that connects to Claude, be my
1244. 40:33guest and do that. I'm just telling you
1245. 40:34the one that I use all the time. But if
1246. 40:36you've got one that you know about that
1247. 40:37you like to use, then use theirs if they
1248. 40:39have an MCP. So now I've got that
1249. 40:41connected. I can go back to my chat. And
1250. 40:43when I give Claude the next prompt to
1251. 40:45build the store and the images, it has
1252. 40:47all the tools that it needs to do the
  1253. 40:49work. Now, whilst we're still waiting
1254. 40:50for Claude Design to build up the page,
1255. 40:52you're going to want to go to your
1256. 40:53Shopify store. Make sure that you go to
1257. 40:55your settings, go to general, and make
1258. 40:57sure you've got your URL, your Shopify
1259. 40:59URL, because you're going to need to
1260. 41:01give it to Claude in the next prompt. so
1261. 41:03it knows which store to connect to and
1262. 41:06to actually build the store on. So just
1263. 41:08make sure you know what your Shopify URL
1264. 41:10what your Shopify URL is. It's copied
1265. 41:12and it's ready to use. Now the next
1266. 41:14thing that you're going to want to make
1267. 41:14sure you do now and not later is make
1268. 41:16sure you've connected USA Drop to your
  1269. 41:18Shopify store and you've imported the
1270. 41:21product to your store. Because what will
1271. 41:22happen if you don't do this now is
1272. 41:24Claude will add another product which
  1273. 41:26isn't your supplier's product and then
1274. 41:28build the landing page. You want to make
1275. 41:30sure it's building the landing page for
1276. 41:32the product that's already on your store
1277. 41:34that's been sourced through USA Drop.
1278. 41:36All right, guys. So, after 5 minutes,
1279. 41:38Claude Design has built the landing page
  1280. 41:40design. Remember, this isn't the landing
1281. 41:42page. This is just the design. So, you
1282. 41:45can check it out here. It looks amazing.
1283. 41:47Look at how good and look at how good
1284. 41:49the text is. So, the copywriting is
  1285. 41:52perfect. Everything that it's talking
1286. 41:53about, the step by step, the people that
1287. 41:55want it verse don't want it. Cloudy
1288. 41:57retainer, feeding fresh is covered
  1289. 41:59everything in a really high-end looking
1290. 42:02website design. Now remember, imagine
1291. 42:04doing this all yourself. Before, guys,
1292. 42:06you would have had to pay for an
  1293. 42:07expensive paid theme or hire a
  1294. 42:09developer. Now, once you're happy with
  1295. 42:11the landing page, remember we're going
1296. 42:12to add the placeholder images in, so we
1297. 42:14can do that later. But for now, the
1298. 42:16actual landing page design itself is
1299. 42:19fine. What you're going to want to do is
1300. 42:20click share in the top right. You're
1301. 42:21going to go to where it says export and
1302. 42:23you're going to do standalone HTML and
1303. 42:25you're going to click download. And then
1304. 42:27in the lefth hand side of the chat, you
1305. 42:28can see Claude preparing the HTML file.
1306. 42:31And just like that guys, the
1307. 42:32downloadable HTML file is there. So we
1308. 42:35can click it and we can click save. And
1309. 42:36then what we're going to want to do is
1310. 42:38actually open up the HTML file because
1311. 42:40we got to check it in the HTML version
1312. 42:41to make sure it's correct. So you can
1313. 42:43see it opens up in full browser. So now
1314. 42:45we can see what it would look like in a
1315. 42:46full window. We just want to make sure
1316. 42:48everything's correct here because as
1317. 42:50soon as we give this to Claude to build
1318. 42:52in Shopify, if there is any mistakes,
1319. 42:54then it will just copy them over. So,
1320. 42:56we've got to make sure that there's no
  1321. 42:58mistakes because if there is, we're
1322. 42:59going to waste a lot of time in credits
1323. 43:01copying it over. Now, on the web
  1324. 43:03version, there's absolutely no mistakes.
1325. 43:05I'm just going to go to inspect, change
1326. 43:07it to the mobile version, and now I can
1327. 43:09check the product on the mobile version.
1328. 43:11So, I've just noticed something on the
1329. 43:12mobile version that would need fixing.
1330. 43:15So, you can see how the image is at the
1331. 43:17bottom here. Now, the image on the
1332. 43:18mobile version should be at the top. So,
  1333. 43:20that's one thing I've noticed that I'm
1334. 43:22glad I checked. Now, so I need to tell
  1335. 43:24Claude in a follow-up prompt to move the
1336. 43:26mobile image in the hero section at the
1337. 43:28top. But, apart from that, that's one
1338. 43:30issue I found. And by the looks of it,
1339. 43:32guys, that is the only issue that I've
1340. 43:34got on the mobile version that needs
1341. 43:36fixing. So, yeah, that is literally the
1342. 43:37only issue on the mobile version.
  1343. 43:40Everything else works. So, that's one
1344. 43:42prompt that I need to send it to fix
1345. 43:43that issue. And the landing page is
1346. 43:45ready to be used on Shopify. Now, just
  1347. 43:47to save a little bit of time, I won't do
1348. 43:48it now. I'll do it a little bit later,
1349. 43:50but once you're happy with your design,
1350. 43:52you've checked it on mobile and web
1351. 43:54version, you're going to go back to
1352. 43:55Claude and you're going to give it this
1353. 43:56prompt and everything will be available
1354. 43:58in the cheat sheet. I need you to build
1355. 44:00the Shopify store using the correct
1356. 44:01methods. My Shopify store URL is
1357. 44:03remember I told you to go Shopify. Check
1358. 44:05your URL. Use the Shopify connector to
1359. 44:08do this. I have added my HTML design so
1360. 44:10you can remake it. Then you can see I've
1361. 44:12added the skill clone link to my
1362. 44:14Shopify. To add the skill, you just
1363. 44:15click plus skills and then you add it.
1364. 44:17This will tell Claude to clone the store
1365. 44:19without any issues. And then what you're
1366. 44:21going to do is you're going to use this
1367. 44:23prompt as well. So this gives it the
1368. 44:25link to how to build sections using
1369. 44:27liquid. So you literally just need to
1370. 44:29copy the prompt here. Now, what you're
1371. 44:31also going to want to do is go back to
1372. 44:32Claude design. And you're going to go to
1373. 44:34share, export, send to, and you're going
1374. 44:37to see here where it says you're going
1375. 44:39to go to send to Claude code, send. And
1376. 44:42then you're going to get this prompt.
1377. 44:43You're going to copy the prompt and
1378. 44:45you're going to paste your prompt in
1379. 44:47here. Now, you need to read your Clawude
  1380. 44:49prompt really carefully because I've
1381. 44:51already added mine in here. So, you can
1382. 44:53see here where I've added mine in. So,
1383. 44:56you need to remove mine and paste yours
1384. 44:58in. And then you need to upload your
1385. 45:00HTML file. So we can go to HTML, add it
1386. 45:02here. So now it's got the HTML file and
1387. 45:05then you're going to click send. Now
1388. 45:06once you've clicked send, this is the
1389. 45:08biggest, longest task Claude will take
1390. 45:10to do. It will take around about 15 to
1391. 45:1230 minutes. Now during this time, it's
1392. 45:15going to try and connect to Shopify.
1393. 45:17You'll see Shopify in your context
1394. 45:19window. It will ask you to connect to
1395. 45:21Shopify. You will log in to your Shopify
1396. 45:24store. It will ask you to download the
1397. 45:25Shopify connector app. You need to
1398. 45:27download it and then it will tell you to
1399. 45:29come back to Claude and then it will
1400. 45:30start working on it. Now once you've
  1401. 45:32successfully done this guys after 30
1402. 45:35minutes it would have built the full
1403. 45:37page. It will tell you that it's built
1404. 45:39on a duplicated theme on your store. So
1405. 45:41if you've got Horizon on your store it
1406. 45:43would have duplicated the theme. It
1407. 45:44would have made the page on that theme.
1408. 45:46And then once you've done that you can
1409. 45:47click edit and you can see all the
1410. 45:49content is there and you can edit all of
1411. 45:51it. So all the sections can be changed
  1412. 45:53edited. It's not hardcoded HTML. Then
  1413. 45:56once you've done that guys, you're going
1414. 45:58to need images for the landing page.
1415. 46:00It's built out the hard shell of the
1416. 46:02layout, but it now needs to add images.
1417. 46:04So the best way to get images made for
1418. 46:06your landing page is actually to go back
1419. 46:07to Winning Hunter, go back to the ads
1420. 46:09that you use to find the product. Now
1421. 46:11when you filter it by images, you're
1422. 46:13going to see now all the ads that are
1423. 46:15shown are just image ads. So for
1424. 46:17example, this image there is really
1425. 46:19good. So I can go to where it says view
1426. 46:21details and I can download the image. So
1427. 46:24all of these images that you can see
1428. 46:25that you think are really good. For
  1429. 46:27example, this one's really good. A
1430. 46:28comparison image. Here we got a review
  1431. 46:30image. Here we've got the retainer's new
1432. 46:32best friend image. So there's so many
1433. 46:34good styles of images that are coming up
1434. 46:36here. All of these are exceptionally
1435. 46:38good. So what I can do is I can download
  1436. 46:40these images. Once I've downloaded all
1437. 46:42of these images, I can go back to
1438. 46:44Claude. I can then give it the skill by
1439. 46:46clicking plus skills DTOC infographic
1440. 46:49generator. And then I can give it this
1441. 46:51prompt. I need you to make one one ratio
  1442. 46:54images for my landing page. I've
1443. 46:56uploaded some concept ideas based on my
1444. 46:58competitor. So you upload all the images
1445. 47:01and then Claude will activate whichever
  1446. 47:03MCP you connected. I connected Higsfield
1447. 47:05and recommended you guys did and then
1448. 47:07you're going to say use GBT image 2 as
1449. 47:10the model to make these images. But make
1450. 47:12sure you use my brand colors and my
  1451. 47:14brand logo. Now if you don't have a
1452. 47:16brand logo, you're best just making that
1453. 47:18now using Higsfield as well. So
1454. 47:20Higsfield's got a recraft model. So if
1455. 47:22you go to Higsfield directly and go to
1456. 47:25images, use recraft and just give it a
1457. 47:28small prompt like I need a logo for my
1458. 47:30teeth brand that sells retainers. Give
1459. 47:31it your brand name. Tell it to make it
1460. 47:33in typography and then it will make you
1461. 47:35a logo. Once you've got the logo, come
1462. 47:37back and tell Claude this is your logo.
1463. 47:40This is your brand colors. The brand
1464. 47:42colors are based on your landing page.
1465. 47:43So mine were blue, black, and white.
1466. 47:46Then you can tell it all of those things
1467. 47:47and it will make all the images so that
1468. 47:49it matches your brand layout and design.
1469. 47:52Then once you've done that guys, your
1470. 47:53landing page is ready to go. So what I
1471. 47:56want to show you guys is the final
1472. 47:57landing page that I made. So I'll put it
1473. 47:59on the screen. So this is the one that I
1474. 48:00was able to finish off on my own after
1475. 48:02around about 45 minutes. And you can see
1476. 48:04the landing page looks absolutely
1477. 48:06amazing. Looks like a real DTOC drop
1478. 48:09shipping brand that goes over all of our
1479. 48:12avatar research that we did. Now I'm
1480. 48:13going to be honest with you guys. When
1481. 48:14you do the Shopify store for your first
1482. 48:16time using Claude, it can be a little
1483. 48:18bit difficult or a little bit fiddly,
1484. 48:20but after you've done it once, it
1485. 48:21becomes really easy. So, just like that,
  1486. 48:23guys, the proof's there. The store's
1487. 48:24been built and it looks amazing. Okay,
1488. 48:27so now we move on to making the video
1489. 48:29ads, the ads that we're going to run on
1490. 48:31Facebook and on Tik Tok. Now, to do
1491. 48:33this, it's extremely easy now with AI
1492. 48:36and the best video models that have come
1493. 48:38out. The only thing that we need to do
1494. 48:39is make sure the scripting and the story
  1495. 48:41line is really good. Although it's
1496. 48:43really easy to make AI video ads and
1497. 48:45video ads in general, the issue with
1498. 48:47most of them is they just sound
1499. 48:49terrible. The storyline makes no sense.
  1500. 48:52And that's because people are just
1501. 48:53solely relying on AI to do everything.
1502. 48:56So, this is where you're going to want
1503. 48:58to come over back to the Maro board and
1504. 48:59you're going to see that I give you guys
1505. 49:01a master prompt for scripting ads. Now,
1506. 49:04you can do this inside of a clawed
1507. 49:05project or you can do it in OpenAI. Now,
1508. 49:08in my past experience, I find that Open
1509. 49:11AI has better thinking when it comes to
1510. 49:14ad creation. I just prefer the way Open
1511. 49:16AI gives me scripts or storylines versus
  1512. 49:20Claude. I just feel like it's better.
1513. 49:21That's just based on my own test. If you
1514. 49:23want to stick to using Claude, you can.
1515. 49:25But this this part, I'm actually going
1516. 49:27to use Open AI. So, what you're going to
1517. 49:29want to do is you're going to want to go
1518. 49:30back to the Myro board and you're going
1519. 49:31to want to copy the prompt. So, you're
1520. 49:33going to copy it down to where it says
  1521. 49:35once you've got a winner, just ask. Then
  1522. 49:37what you're going to do is you're going
1523. 49:38to paste it here. You're going to scroll
1524. 49:40all the way back to the top and you're
1525. 49:42going to say at the bottom, remake this
1526. 49:44prompt, but for my product. Now, whilst
1527. 49:47we're waiting for the prompt to be made,
1528. 49:49I want you guys to go back to Higsfield
1529. 49:51and we're going to go to where it says
1530. 49:53marketing studio. Now, I'm going to be
1531. 49:54honest with you guys. Marketing Studio
  1532. 49:56is Higsfield's in-house tool to build
1533. 49:58out video ads. So, it'll build the video
1534. 50:00ads for you just by simply giving it a
1535. 50:03small prompt, a reference, and it does
1536. 50:05the rest. And I just find the marketing
1537. 50:07studio is one of the most powerful tools
1538. 50:09to do this with because they have so
1539. 50:11many examples, creations that you can
1540. 50:13mimic. Now, you can connect this to
1541. 50:14Claude and get Claude to do the
1542. 50:16marketing studio for you. I just find it
1543. 50:18burns lots of credits and it just takes
1544. 50:20up a lot more time. So, I'd rather just
1545. 50:22do it myself. Now, to be able to do
1546. 50:23this, guys, we've actually got to add
1547. 50:25our product. So, what you're going to
1548. 50:26want to do is you're going to want to
1549. 50:27come over to where it says product in
1550. 50:28the right hand side, and we're going to
1551. 50:30upload our product by pasting the URL.
1552. 50:32So you paste your URL and you click this
1553. 50:34little pink icon and you'll see that it
1554. 50:37will add your product here. So it'll
1555. 50:38pull out all the information that's on
1556. 50:40your landing page and what your product
1557. 50:42is. So you can see there it's got the
1558. 50:44products. We can select it and then
1559. 50:46you're going to see avatar. So you can
1560. 50:48see here I've got all the avatars that
1561. 50:49Higsfield gives me. So these are all
  1562. 50:51their own in-house avatars. Now I feel
1563. 50:54like this avatar here is probably best
1564. 50:56suited for my product. Remember we said
1565. 50:58the custom avatars around about 29 years
1566. 51:00old. and this woman fits perfectly in
1567. 51:03that niche. And the reason why I'm using
1568. 51:05women is because women buy more products
1569. 51:06online. So, I will target this to
1570. 51:08majority women. Now, if you feel like
1571. 51:10there's no avatars that suit your
1572. 51:12product, you can go over to my avatars,
1573. 51:14create a custom avatar, and you can
1574. 51:15either give it a prompt or an image, and
1575. 51:17it will remake the avatar. But in this
  1576. 51:19instance, there's already an avatar that
1577. 51:21looks good for my product. So, I can
1578. 51:22just select it. And then you can see
1579. 51:24here where it says UGC tryon hall. You
1580. 51:27can change these. So, for example, you
1581. 51:29can do Tik Tok. So this is a new feature
1582. 51:31where you can use the ones that Tik Tok
1583. 51:32do or you've got UGC. So these are the
1584. 51:35UGC style ads. Now in this one guys, I'm
1585. 51:38going to be using UGC as the option. And
1586. 51:40then under settings and then in
1587. 51:42settings, I can choose the kind of scene
1588. 51:44that she's going to be in. So I'm going
1589. 51:45to use bathroom because my product is a
1590. 51:48dental product. And then I can filter
1591. 51:50this again by aspect ratio being 9x6.
  1592. 51:53Quality being 1080p. Just to save a bit
1593. 51:55of time, I'm going to do 720p for the
1594. 51:57video, but you're going to want it on
1595. 51:591080p and the duration 15 seconds. And
1596. 52:02then once we've got all these settings
1597. 52:04ready, guys, we're just going to go back
1598. 52:05to OpenAI and we're going to paste the
1599. 52:07prompt in here that it's given us back
1600. 52:09and we're going to say, now before we
1601. 52:10paste the prompt back, now what we're
1602. 52:12going to do is we're going to say I have
1603. 52:14also added a few of my competitors best
1604. 52:19ad transcripts. So this is where we're
1605. 52:21going to add the transcripts. So then
1606. 52:23what we're going to want to do is go
1607. 52:24back to winning hunter and you're going
1608. 52:26to want to filter this now by media type
1609. 52:28being video ad rank and then you're
1610. 52:30going to see all of these ads. So we can
1611. 52:32play these ads makes that cloudy layer
  1612. 52:34you see it's not just bacteria it's
1613. 52:36plaque bop including candida albocans
1614. 52:39when retain is a tea with brushing
1615. 52:40peniples or rinsing this yeast te up
1616. 52:43with harmful streptocus bacteria. One of
1617. 52:45my patients even sent me this video. She
1618. 52:47thought cleaning her retainer with
1619. 52:48alcohol was fine. 6 weeks later she was
1620. 52:50back in my chair. These are the three
1621. 52:52cleaning methods patients miss the most.
  1622. 52:54>> And they're the one.
1623. 52:54>> Now, you're going to want to listen to
1624. 52:55these ads cuz this ad is made by a
  1625. 52:57dentist or it's made to look like it's
  1626. 52:59from a dentist.
1627. 53:00>> Let me show you just how disgusting your
1628. 53:02retainer is. This dental pod cleaning
1629. 53:04machine has tap water in it. I'm placing
1630. 53:06this cloudy retainer in and can see that
1631. 53:08the years thick start to get removed.
1632. 53:11>> To see how the dental port cleans
1633. 53:13invisers, I've got one of my patients
1634. 53:15dirty trays here at the touch of a
1635. 53:17button. over six years ago
1636. 53:19>> our team video. So I got him straight
1637. 53:21into the practice and he had the most
  1638. 53:23stained retainer.
1639. 53:24>> So what we can do guys is we can copy
1640. 53:26the transcripts that are UGC style
  1641. 53:30brush retainer.
1642. 53:31>> If you brush your retainer for an
1643. 53:33effortless more hygienic claim of your
1644. 53:36oral clients fill your device with
  1645. 53:38water.
1646. 53:40>> And what we can do guys is we can go
1647. 53:41over to where it says view details and
1648. 53:43we can go to transcribe with AI. And
1649. 53:46then you can see here guys. Then once
1650. 53:48you transcribe them using Winning
1651. 53:49Hunter, you can just paste them here.
1652. 53:51But you want to give it context. So for
1653. 53:52example, these were made by a doctor or
1654. 53:54a dentist. So I'm going to have to say
1655. 53:56these are made from a dentist point of
1656. 53:58view. Our actor will be a UGC actor. So
1657. 54:00it can't say the same things, but it
1658. 54:02understands the kind of wording and
1659. 54:04style it's using. So you can see here it
1660. 54:06says I just put at the bottom now I need
1661. 54:08you to make the prompts to give to and
1662. 54:10then I give it the Higsfield Marketing
  1663. 54:12Studio URL. I will be using a 15 second
1664. 54:15per video. I need three clips which
  1665. 54:17makes one ad because 15 seconds add 15
1666. 54:20seconds and 15 seconds is around about
1667. 54:2245 seconds. And then you said that I
1668. 54:24also need three to four B-roll shots of
1669. 54:26the actor using the product. I just need
1670. 54:28you to come up with the prompts for all
1671. 54:30the shots. So then you click send. Just
1672. 54:32like that guys, chat GBT has given us
1673. 54:34the full board. So you can see here clip
1674. 54:37one hook problem. So now what we're
1675. 54:39going to do is we're going to create
1676. 54:40we're going to go to prompt one and
1677. 54:41we're going to copy this prompt. We're
1678. 54:43going to go back to Higwood Marketing
1679. 54:45Studio and we're going to paste that
1680. 54:46prompt in there. And then we're going to
  1681. 54:48click generate. And then what we're
1682. 54:49going to do, guys, we're going to go
1683. 54:51back to Open AI and we're going to get
1684. 54:52the follow-up prompt. You can see clip
1685. 54:54number two, the reveal. So, we're going
1686. 54:57to grab the prompt again and we're going
1687. 54:59to go back to Higsfield and we're going
1688. 55:01to paste the new prompt in. Now, what
1689. 55:03you might want to do is change it from
1690. 55:04UGC to tutorial. So, now we can actually
1691. 55:07change it from UGC to tutorial. And then
1692. 55:10we can click generate. And then on the
1693. 55:12last prompt, it's the call to action.
1694. 55:14So, we're going to copy this one over.
1695. 55:16We're going to go back to Higsfield and
1696. 55:18we're going to paste this one in. And
1697. 55:19then we can go back to where it says
1698. 55:21tutorial. And we can check to see if
1699. 55:23there's a better option for us to
1700. 55:24choose. I would probably say go back to
1701. 55:26UGC is the better option. And then click
1702. 55:28generate. And then if we go back to
  1703. 55:30OpenAI, we've got our B-roll shots here.
1704. 55:33So, what we can do here is we can copy
1705. 55:34the prompt and we can paste the new
1706. 55:36prompt for the B- rolls in here. Now,
1707. 55:38with B-roll shots, guys, you can change
1708. 55:40it from 15 seconds to 10 seconds to save
1709. 55:43credits. And then you can click
1710. 55:45generate. And if we go back to our chat,
1711. 55:47we got B-roll shot number two. We can
1712. 55:49copy this. Go back to Higsfield. Paste
1713. 55:52that in and click generate. And the
1714. 55:53final one we've got is this one. We can
1715. 55:55copy this again, go back to Higsfield,
1716. 55:58and just paste this in and click
1717. 55:59generate. So now we've got all the clips
1718. 56:01being generated at the same time. Now,
  1719. 56:03because this uses Sedance 2.0 O in terms
1720. 56:05of the marketing studio uses that as a
1721. 56:08video model, it can take a while for it
1722. 56:10to generate the clips. For all of these
1723. 56:12clips to be generated, we're looking at
  1724. 56:13around about 10 to 15 minutes. Now, I
1725. 56:16want to show you guys another really
1726. 56:17good trick to making viral ads. Now, if
  1727. 56:19you find a competitor's ad that's doing
1728. 56:21really well, for example, this one's in
1729. 56:22the top 1%, what we can do is we can go
1730. 56:24to view details. We can download the ad.
1731. 56:27And then once the ad's downloaded, we
1732. 56:29can go back to Higsfield, go to where it
1733. 56:30says URL to ad. We can go to where it
1734. 56:33says add reference and we can click add
1735. 56:35reference and we can upload the ad that
1736. 56:38we just downloaded and you can see here
1737. 56:40now it's uploading it and it can
1738. 56:42recreate an ad based on this one. So we
1739. 56:44can now select the ad. We can choose
1740. 56:46what portion it will remake. Now
1741. 56:48unfortunately you can only do 15 seconds
1742. 56:49at a time. So every time you do this you
  1743. 56:52have to move it 15 seconds. We'll do
1744. 56:53that first. We'll click save. So you
1745. 56:55have to do this three more times but
1746. 56:57change the 15 seconds to the middle part
1747. 56:58and then the end. And then you can
1748. 57:00select your product. So, for example,
1749. 57:01that's my product. And then I can select
1750. 57:03the avatar again, and then I can click
1751. 57:05continue. So, after 20 minutes, all the
1752. 57:07videos have been made in Higsfield. So,
1753. 57:09you can see here, all of the videos have
1754. 57:11all been made for the product. So, we've
  1755. 57:13got three B-roll shots here, and we've
1756. 57:15got three ad shots. So, if we take a
1757. 57:17look at some of these shots,
  1758. 57:18>> and no, it's not just a fancy bowl. It's
  1759. 57:19nonabbrasive. It's made with retainers,
1760. 57:21aligners, night guards, and dentures.
1761. 57:22You can use it with just water. Now, it
1762. 57:24actually feels fresh enough to put back
1763. 57:25in without that gross little hesitation.
1764. 57:27$979 instead of $20.99. Here you can
  1765. 57:30pretend 12 month warranty. Stop
  1766. 57:31pretending it's being just a busy brush.
  1767. 57:33And no, it's not just a fancy bulb. It's
  1768. 57:35nonabbrasive. It's made with retainers,
1769. 57:36aligners, night guards, and dentures.
1770. 57:38And can use it with just water. Now it
  1771. 57:39actually feels fresh.
1772. 57:40>> Yeah. So these ads look really, really
1773. 57:42good. Even the B-roll shots look good.
  1774. 57:44So let's take a look.
1775. 57:47>> Yeah. So I stopped doing that. Dental
1776. 57:49cloud uses ultrasonic waves. It pulls
1777. 57:51the biomone off without touching it. 5
  1778. 57:53minutes. Done.
1779. 57:56>> Yeah. So that looks really, really good,
1780. 57:58guys. So, what we can do is we can
1781. 58:00download all of these ads by selecting
1782. 58:02them. So, you can see you can just
1783. 58:03select all of these and then we can
  1784. 58:04download these in a zip file. So, we're
1785. 58:06going to click download and you can see
1786. 58:08it's just zipped the file and then all
1787. 58:10of our video ads are all here. So, now
1788. 58:12what we can do is we can head over to
1789. 58:13Cap Cut. We can click create new 9x16.
1790. 58:17And what we can do is we can upload the
1791. 58:19media, upload files. We can go into this
1792. 58:22folder and just add them in. And you can
1793. 58:24see they're all being added here. We
1794. 58:25still have to put them all together and
1795. 58:27make it sound good. Now, although we've
1796. 58:29made the correct amount of ads, you
1797. 58:31might need to go back and create another
1798. 58:33video clip because there might be small
1799. 58:34mistakes in some of these. So, you'll
1800. 58:36have to create one more. But, we won't
1801. 58:38know till we start stitching it
1802. 58:39together. So, now what we can do is we
1803. 58:40can start adding these to the timeline
1804. 58:42by just dragging them in because what
1805. 58:44we're trying to do is we're trying to
1806. 58:45figure out what we want in the video in
1807. 58:47what series or what scenario section.
1808. 58:50So, we can play this first clip here.
1809. 58:52>> I brush my retainer every single day.
1810. 58:54tablets soaping still had that cloudy
  1811. 58:56film.
1812. 59:00>> I spent thousands fixing my smile and
1813. 59:02somehow this was still the grossest part
  1814. 59:04of my whole routine.
1815. 59:05>> Okay, so that is the first part of the
  1816. 59:07video, but she's really slow. So, we're
1817. 59:09going to speed this up to around about
  1818. 59:111.2.
1819. 59:12>> I brush my retainer every single day.
1820. 59:14>> Okay, we're actually going to change it
1821. 59:15to 1.1, but we're going to just crop the
1822. 59:17first section where she smells it.
  1823. 59:19>> I brush my
1824. 59:20>> Okay, so we need to make that section
1825. 59:22quicker. Okay, so there we can cut it.
1826. 59:24We can go back to the original section.
1827. 59:26We can speed this up now by let's say
1828. 59:281.5. And now play it.
1829. 59:29>> I've retainer every single day. Tablets
1830. 59:32still have that fabric bomb.
1831. 59:37I sent thousands missing my smile and
1832. 59:39somehow this gross is part of my full
1833. 59:41routine. So I started using this the
  1834. 59:43dental.
1835. 59:44>> Okay, so the second clip's right. So we
1836. 59:45can go back to speed and we can make
1837. 59:47this 1.1 and we can watch this again. So
1838. 59:50I started using this dente. You add
1839. 59:53water, drop your retainer in, press
1840. 59:54start, and it runs at 42,000 heats at
1841. 59:57sonic meaning to get into every spot
1842. 59:58your toothbrush. It lists that cloudy,
1843. 1:00:01the odor, all the buildups of bruise
1844. 1:00:03every single day. So I started using
  1845. 1:00:05this. It's made. And no, it's not just a
  1846. 1:00:07fancy bold. It's not abrasive. It's
  1847. 1:00:09made.
1848. 1:00:09>> Then we've added the sec third clip in.
  1849. 1:00:11We're going to do 1.1 again. And we're
1850. 1:00:13going to watch this now.
1851. 1:00:15>> Odor, all the buildup sitting every
  1852. 1:00:18single day.
  1853. 1:00:18>> No, it's not just a pants and bald. It's
  1854. 1:00:20nonabbrasive. It's made with retainers,
1855. 1:00:21aligners, night guards, and dents. You
1856. 1:00:23can use it with just water. That
1857. 1:00:24actually scratch enough to put back
  1858. 1:00:25without woritation. $79.
1859. 1:00:32>> Okay, so for this one, I'm actually
1860. 1:00:33going to maybe slow. I'm going to
  1861. 1:00:35actually keep her slow. She's already
1862. 1:00:36talking really fast, so I'm going to try
  1863. 1:00:38this again.
1864. 1:00:43>> Okay, so the only issue is this clip,
1865. 1:00:45she's got a British accent. This clip,
1866. 1:00:47she's got an American accent. So, I'd
1867. 1:00:49have to go back to the AI and remake the
  1868. 1:00:51clip because she's speaking in a British
1869. 1:00:53accent. But, just to save a bit of time,
1870. 1:00:55I'm just going to get on with it. Now,
  1871. 1:00:56the reason why we've got B-roll is to
1872. 1:00:58cover the sections where things look a
1873. 1:01:00little bit AI. So, the bits where we can
1874. 1:01:02see mistakes is where we add B-roll. So,
  1875. 1:01:04you can see I've got some B-roll footage
1876. 1:01:06here. So, if we watch the original clip,
  1877. 1:01:08let's have a look.
1878. 1:01:08>> I brush my hair every single day with
  1879. 1:01:11tablets. still have.
  1880. 1:01:15>> So that B-roll there I don't like.
1881. 1:01:17That's not very that footage there. I
1882. 1:01:19don't like. So maybe I add this one in.
  1883. 1:01:25>> I said thousand.
1884. 1:01:26>> Okay. So that's not the right B-roll. So
  1885. 1:01:27we can move on to a different B-roll
1886. 1:01:29shot, which is this one here.
1887. 1:01:34>> So that's where we want it.
1888. 1:01:37>> So we're going to do cloudy film.
1889. 1:01:40Then we're going to put audio on to zero
1890. 1:01:42and watch it again. So then what we're
1891. 1:01:44going to do is we're going to speed this
  1892. 1:01:45up to 1.5. Let's watch it again.
1893. 1:01:50>> And that's where we're going to cut it
1894. 1:01:51where she then looks like she's going to
1895. 1:01:53want to start talking. So we're going to
  1896. 1:01:54cut it there.
1897. 1:02:01>> I sent thousands in my smile and somehow
1898. 1:02:03this is so deceive part of my whole
  1899. 1:02:05routine.
1900. 1:02:05>> I started using this toy. You add water,
  1901. 1:02:08drop your retainer in.
1902. 1:02:09>> See here, you can see a mistake. If you
1903. 1:02:12look here, it looks like she's facing
1904. 1:02:14the wrong way around. So, somebody would
1905. 1:02:16notice that this isn't real because if
1906. 1:02:18she's putting her hands there, her body
1907. 1:02:20should be this side of the camera. So,
1908. 1:02:22this is where we can use the B-roll to
  1909. 1:02:23fix this.
1910. 1:02:24>> You add water, drop.
1911. 1:02:25>> So, where she says add water, we can do
  1912. 1:02:28it here.
  1913. 1:02:32>> You add water.
1914. 1:02:37So, we can add it there. And what we can
1915. 1:02:38do is we can go back to speed and we can
1916. 1:02:40speed this up by 1.5. And we can change
  1917. 1:02:44the audio to none. Let's have a look.
1918. 1:02:47>> You add water, drop your retainer in,
1919. 1:02:49press start, and it runs at 42,000
  1920. 1:02:52ultim.
  1921. 1:02:59And no, it's not just a fancy B. So,
1922. 1:03:00just like that, guys, by adding that B-
1923. 1:03:02roll, it gets rid of the it gets rid of
1924. 1:03:05the video section where you can clearly
  1925. 1:03:07tell it's AI because she's not facing
1926. 1:03:09the right way. So, we fixed that section
  1927. 1:03:11there.
1928. 1:03:12>> Add water, drop a retainer in, press
  1929. 1:03:13start, and it runs at 42,000
1930. 1:03:16cleaning to get into every spot your
  1931. 1:03:18toothbrush.
  1932. 1:03:20>> Then, we've got this B-roll shot here
  1933. 1:03:21that we can use. Let's have a look.
  1934. 1:03:24>> It's nonabbrasive. It's making
  1935. 1:03:29fresh
1936. 1:03:35every spot your toothbrush at least that
  1937. 1:03:37the odor
  1938. 1:03:42I spent thousands
  1939. 1:03:45still
  1940. 1:03:51I spent thousands.
1941. 1:03:53So, for example, this third B-roll clip
1942. 1:03:55that I've got, I really like the clip as
1943. 1:03:57a main ad. So, I'm actually going to cut
1944. 1:03:59this section out because I'm still not
1945. 1:04:01convinced by this part. It just seems a
1946. 1:04:03bit off. So, I'm actually going to cut
1947. 1:04:04it there and I'm going to delete this
1948. 1:04:06and I'm actually going to add this part
  1949. 1:04:08in. So, let's have a look.
1950. 1:04:13>> Yeah. So, I stopped doing that.
1951. 1:04:15>> Okay. So, where she says I stopped doing
  1952. 1:04:16that.
  1953. 1:04:18So, here, let's have a look.
1954. 1:04:22>> Yeah. So I stopped doing that. Dental
1955. 1:04:24pod uses ultrasonic waves. It cools the
1956. 1:04:26biomone off without me touching it. 5
1957. 1:04:28minutes done. So I started using this
1958. 1:04:31the dental pod. You add So I started
1959. 1:04:34using this the dimple pod. Yeah.
1960. 1:04:36>> So here we go. You she start So I now
1961. 1:04:38need to change this clip because she's
  1962. 1:04:40introing the product again when she's
1963. 1:04:42already introed it in this section.
  1964. 1:04:44>> I started using this.
  1965. 1:04:46I started using this.
1966. 1:04:49So where she says you add is where I now
1967. 1:04:51need to crop it. There we go. And we can
  1968. 1:04:53add this here.
1969. 1:04:54>> 5 minutes done. Drop your lat.
1970. 1:04:585 minutes. Done. Water. Drop it.
1971. 1:05:00>> Okay. I just need to make that a little
1972. 1:05:01bit longer. Okay. And let's try again.
1973. 1:05:05>> Done. You add water. Drop your retainer
1974. 1:05:07in. Press start. And it runs.
1975. 1:05:08>> Perfect. So let's watch that again from
1976. 1:05:10the start. This is way better.
1977. 1:05:12>> I brush my retainer every single day.
1978. 1:05:14Tablets. So still have body.
1979. 1:05:18Yeah. So, I stopped doing that. Dental
1980. 1:05:20pod uses ultrasonic waves. It cools the
1981. 1:05:22biomone off without them touching it. 5
1982. 1:05:24minutes done. You add water, drop your
1983. 1:05:26retainer in, press start, and it runs at
1984. 1:05:2842,000 H ultrasonic feeding to get into
  1985. 1:05:31every spot your toothbrush.
1986. 1:05:32>> It lists that residue, the odor, all the
  1987. 1:05:34buildup.
1988. 1:05:36>> So, she's on about where it where your
  1989. 1:05:38toothbrush can't get hold of. So, I need
1990. 1:05:40to add the toothbrush section back into
  1991. 1:05:42the video.
  1992. 1:05:44So, that's where I'm going to now use
1993. 1:05:46that front section of the clip.
1994. 1:05:49>> Now, remember, you've paid for these
1995. 1:05:51clips, guys. You're going to want to
  1996. 1:05:52make maximize the footage that you've
  1997. 1:05:53got. So, look, let's do this.
  1998. 1:05:55>> 42,000
1999. 1:05:56ultrasonic cleaning to get into your
  2000. 1:05:59toothbrush.
2001. 1:06:00>> So, every spot your toothbrush can't.
2002. 1:06:02So, I would need to move it there.
2003. 1:06:05>> There we go. Perfect. 14,000 ft
2004. 1:06:07ultrasonic cleaning to get insecor.
  2005. 1:06:14And no, it's not just a fancy bulb. It's
  2006. 1:06:16not abrasive. It's made for retainers,
  2007. 1:06:17aligners.
2008. 1:06:18>> So, perfect. That's my ad finished,
2009. 1:06:20guys. You saw all the editing that I
2010. 1:06:21did. I used all the footage that I used.
2011. 1:06:23So, I didn't have to go and make more
  2012. 1:06:25footage. I recycled a lot of the stuff
2013. 1:06:27that I already had. Now, again, before
2014. 1:06:29people start blasting me in the
2015. 1:06:30comments, the last clip needs to be
2016. 1:06:32remade with an American accent because
2017. 1:06:34she's speaking in a British accent. But
2018. 1:06:36if she was speaking in an American
2019. 1:06:37accent, that ad would be dumb. Now, to
2020. 1:06:39save time and save money, I'm not going
2021. 1:06:40to redo that section. But what I'll do
  2022. 1:06:42is I'll play the final ad here. I'm
2023. 1:06:44going to add a little bit of background
2024. 1:06:45music to make it sound nicer, and I'm
2025. 1:06:47going to add full captions, and you'll
2026. 1:06:49see that it makes a massive difference.
2027. 1:06:50But this is the final ad, and you saw
2028. 1:06:52how quick it was for me to make it.
2029. 1:06:55>> I brush my retainer every single day.
2030. 1:06:57tablets [music] soaking. Still had that
  2031. 1:06:59cloudy film.
2032. 1:07:01Yeah. So, I stopped doing that. Dental
2033. 1:07:03Pod uses ultrasonic waves. [music] It
2034. 1:07:04pulls the Biomil off without me touching
2035. 1:07:06it. 5 minutes, done. You add water, drop
2036. 1:07:09your retainer in, press start, and
  2037. 1:07:10[music] it runs at 42,000 hates
2038. 1:07:12ultrasonic cleaning to get into every
2039. 1:07:14spot your toothbrush can. It lifts that
2040. 1:07:15cloudy residue, the odor, all the
2041. 1:07:17buildup sitting in the tiny grooves
2042. 1:07:19every single day. And no, it's not just
  2043. 1:07:20[music] a fancy bowl. It's
  2044. 1:07:21non-abbrasive. It's made for retainers,
2045. 1:07:23aligners, night guards, and dentures.
2046. 1:07:24You can use it with just water. Now it
2047. 1:07:26actually feels fresh enough to put back
2048. 1:07:27in without that gross little hesitation.
  2049. 1:07:29It's currently $79 instead of $29.99.
  2050. 1:07:31Free UK [music] shipping, 30-day
  2051. 1:07:32returns, 12-month warranty. Stop
  2052. 1:07:33pretending it's clean just because you
  2053. 1:07:34brushed it.
2054. 1:07:35>> So, you just saw the final ad for
  2055. 1:07:36yourself, guys. And it's really
2056. 1:07:37impressive what you can do with AI now,
2057. 1:07:39especially when you give the AI the
2058. 1:07:41prompts to build the custom avatar and
2059. 1:07:43to understand who it's trying to build
2060. 1:07:45the ad for. This perfectly hits the
  2061. 1:07:48demographic that I'm after who's 29
2062. 1:07:51years old that cares about all the
2063. 1:07:53things that I just mentioned. So, with
2064. 1:07:54that being said, guys, that is the ad
2065. 1:07:56created, and you can do this as many ads
2066. 1:07:58and angles that you're going to want.
2067. 1:08:00So, now we've built out the ad. I want
2068. 1:08:02to go over the testing strategy. So, if
2069. 1:08:05we go to Facebook, now I'm not going to
2070. 1:08:06go over Tik Tok in this video because I
2071. 1:08:08actually recommend Facebook solely at
2072. 1:08:10the moment. So, just stick to Facebook.
2073. 1:08:12This is the way your Facebook campaign's
2074. 1:08:14going to be set up. So, you're going to
  2075. 1:08:15have a CBO campaign, which is a campaign
  2076. 1:08:17budget optimization. You're going to
  2077. 1:08:18have it as $50 a day. You're going to
2078. 1:08:20have three adsets, broad, broad, and
2079. 1:08:23broad. Broad basically just means you
2080. 1:08:25add the countries, you leave the rest.
  2081. 1:08:27Then what you're going to have is you're
2082. 1:08:28going to have three ads under each ad
2083. 1:08:30set. So each ad set has three ads. Now
2084. 1:08:33the way you're going to want to do this
2085. 1:08:34to keep in line with Andromeda's update.
2086. 1:08:37Each ad set, the ads that go under it
2087. 1:08:39are like type one. These would be type
2088. 1:08:41two. These would be type three. Now for
2089. 1:08:44type one, this is the angle or the pain
2090. 1:08:47point that you're trying to solve. So,
2091. 1:08:49let's say I want to help people that
2092. 1:08:50care about bad breath or they're worried
2093. 1:08:52about their breath smiling. I could make
2094. 1:08:54the ads for this ad set all about that.
2095. 1:08:57And then the next ad set, I could make
2096. 1:08:59all the ads for here talking about how
2097. 1:09:01you get bacterial infections if you
2098. 1:09:03don't clean them properly. So, these ads
2099. 1:09:06could be about bacterial infections and
2100. 1:09:08people having to go back to their
2101. 1:09:09dentist. Then the third ad set and the
2102. 1:09:11third angle could potentially be about
2103. 1:09:14saving money by not having to go back to
2104. 1:09:16the dentist because you got dirty
2105. 1:09:18mouthguards. This is just an example,
2106. 1:09:20but essentially each adset should have a
2107. 1:09:22different angle when it comes to the
  2108. 1:09:24video that's being presented. Now for
2109. 1:09:26each video you can just change the hook.
2110. 1:09:28So for example, if I'm doing worried
2111. 1:09:30about having a bad breath, it could just
2112. 1:09:32be the intro in each ad that's different
2113. 1:09:34here and here. You don't need to remake
2114. 1:09:37a whole new ad, just the intros for each
2115. 1:09:40one. Then once you've done that, guys,
2116. 1:09:42that is the settings that you're going
2117. 1:09:44to be on. Now, you're going to let your
2118. 1:09:45campaign run for at least 3 days, and
2119. 1:09:47you're going to be following the certain
2120. 1:09:49criteria list that I'll leave in the
  2121. 1:09:50cheat sheet. I'm also going to leave a
2122. 1:09:52link to my full Facebook ad strategy, so
2123. 1:09:54it goes more in depth than this, but I
2124. 1:09:56want to show you guys some real
  2125. 1:09:57examples. So, here's a real example of a
2126. 1:10:00Facebook campaign that we launched, and
  2127. 1:10:02we spent $1,000 here, guys. This is a
2128. 1:10:04really good example on a new product.
2129. 1:10:06And these are the kind of metrics that
2130. 1:10:07you're going to want to look for. So you
2131. 1:10:09can see here I've got hold rate, CPM,
2132. 1:10:11CTR, CPC, CPC, link clicks, add to cart,
2133. 1:10:14checkouts initiated, and purchases. Now
2134. 1:10:17this was for a brand new product that we
2135. 1:10:18were testing. And let's go over the
2136. 1:10:20metrics. So metric number one is what it
  2137. 1:10:23measures. So good benchmark. So you've
2138. 1:10:26got something called the hook rate. So
2139. 1:10:27did the first 3 seconds stop and they
2140. 1:10:30scroll off? So, did the person watch
2141. 1:10:31your first 3 seconds of your ad or did
2142. 1:10:33they stop and scroll? Now, for it to be
2143. 1:10:36a good hook rate, you want it to be 30%
2144. 1:10:39plus. Now, if we go back to this
  2145. 1:10:40campaign, you can see hours 38, 33, 49,
2146. 1:10:4541. So, on average, it's really good.
2147. 1:10:48Then the next one is the hold rate. Did
2148. 1:10:50they keep watching? So, if it's plus
2149. 1:10:5210%, that means you kept them even
2150. 1:10:54longer. Again, if I go back to my hold
  2151. 1:10:57rate, you can see 11%, 23%,
2152. 1:11:0017%, so most of the ads were good. Then
2153. 1:11:03you've got CTR. Did they click through
2154. 1:11:05to your website? You're going to want it
  2155. 1:11:06to be 1.5 to 2%. CPC, how cheap is a
2156. 1:11:10click? You want it roughly under a
2157. 1:11:12dollar. And add to carts, are they
2158. 1:11:14actually money funnels? Are you actually
2159. 1:11:15getting people that want to buy or
2160. 1:11:17they're just curious and nosy? Now,
2161. 1:11:20here's how to spot the winner. point at
  2162. 1:11:22this row, the $670
2163. 1:11:25row. So, I'm going to show you the $670
2164. 1:11:27row, which is here. So, this is the row
2165. 1:11:29that I want you guys to pay close
  2166. 1:11:31attention to. This exact row, 67055.
2167. 1:11:35Now, if we go back, you're going to see
2168. 1:11:37here. Now, this is the obvious winner
2169. 1:11:40from them all. So, these are all of
2170. 1:11:42them. These are all of them. This is the
2171. 1:11:43clear winner. Now, why is it the clear
  2172. 1:11:45winner? It has 928 link clicks, a $7
  2173. 1:11:49CPM, and a 0.72
  2174. 1:11:51CPC. It has 59 ad to carts, 26
  2175. 1:11:55checkouts, and 13 purchases. So, they're
2176. 1:11:57all the way down the funnel. It earned
2177. 1:11:5913 out of 19 total sales. So, Facebook
2178. 1:12:02poured the budget into it because it
2179. 1:12:04converts. So, this is what a winning
2180. 1:12:07campaign looks like. Then, how to spot
2181. 1:12:10the losers. Okay, if we look at the 181
2182. 1:12:12row, which is this one right here at the
2183. 1:12:15bottom. If we now look at these metrics,
2184. 1:12:17you can look at them yourselves. You can
2185. 1:12:19see a completely different story. So, we
  2186. 1:12:21had amazing creative, so it had a 41%
2187. 1:12:24hook rate, which is amazing. The hold
2188. 1:12:27rate was 17%, which is really, really
2189. 1:12:29good. The CTR was 5.7% which is really,
2190. 1:12:33really good. But we only had one sale on
  2191. 1:12:37$181
2192. 1:12:39spent. So the lesson here is it was a
2193. 1:12:41great hook, great creative, but people
2194. 1:12:44stopped to watch it. They were paying
2195. 1:12:46attention and being nosy, but they
2196. 1:12:49weren't buying the product. So this is
2197. 1:12:51where people go wrong. They look at
2198. 1:12:53their metrics, they look really good,
2199. 1:12:54but the problem is they don't have
2200. 1:12:56sales. That means you just got curious,
2201. 1:12:58nosy people looking at your ads. They're
2202. 1:13:00not people looking to buy with
  2203. 1:13:02intention.
2204. 1:13:03Then the last one that I want you guys
2205. 1:13:05to look at is the $93 row, which is
2206. 1:13:08here, second from bottom. Now, if we
  2207. 1:13:10look at those metrics,
2208. 1:13:12you can see we had a weak hook, it was
2209. 1:13:1412%, the hole was 3%. So, this is the
2210. 1:13:17opposite side. This was terrible. So,
2211. 1:13:20just based on those two metrics and the
2212. 1:13:22amount of money spent, we knew it was a
2213. 1:13:24completely dead ad. So, this is an
2214. 1:13:27example of of a way that we read our
2215. 1:13:29metrics when we launch campaigns. So,
2216. 1:13:32this is a similar way that you want to
2217. 1:13:33read your metrics and your campaigns.
  2218. 1:13:36Now, I will be leaving a full Facebook
2219. 1:13:38ad tutorial in the description so you
2220. 1:13:40can watch it. I made the video a few
2221. 1:13:41months ago. It's still current and up to
2222. 1:13:43date. So, just make sure you watch it.
2223. 1:13:46Now, I'll also leave another video in
2224. 1:13:48that in the description. So, I've got my
2225. 1:13:49testing strategy and my scaling
  2226. 1:13:51strategy. So, I'll leave them both
2227. 1:13:52linked in the description and in the pin
2228. 1:13:55comment. So, with that being said, guys,
2229. 1:13:57this is the exact formula and step by
  2230. 1:13:59step that I would follow if I had a gun
  2231. 1:14:01to my head and I had 60 days to make a
2232. 1:14:03$100,000 drop shipping with AI. I just
2233. 1:14:06want to say quickly on the Myro board, I
2234. 1:14:08didn't cover everything because the
2235. 1:14:10video would be way too long. So, you can
  2236. 1:14:11see here I give you ad breakdowns. I'll
2237. 1:14:13give you product page breakdowns. So,
2238. 1:14:15you guys getting access to this is super
2239. 1:14:18important. So, with that being said,
  2240. 1:14:19guys, I hope you've got a lot of value
2241. 1:14:21from this video. I hope it helps you
  2242. 1:14:22with your 60-day challenge to make
2243. 1:14:24$100,000. And with that being said, let
