- 0:00If you don't believe in scripting, or if
- 0:02you have any doubts like does scripting
- 0:04actually work or not, then this video is
- 0:08for you.
- 0:12I'm not joking. I manifested to move to
- 0:14a new city, my dream house that I'm
- 0:17currently living right now, my
- 0:18relationship, getting freedom from my
- 0:21toxic family, and also manifested many
- 0:25more little things using scripting.
- 0:28Everything that I wrote is my reality
- 0:31now. And I'm filming this video because
- 0:34I want you all live your dream life as
- 0:36well. I want you all get everything you
- 0:39want because you deserve it all.
- 0:43Many people think scripting is like
- 0:45magic, but there is science behind it.
- 0:47Scripting is a manifestation technique
- 0:50where you write your desired reality as
- 0:53it has already happened. Like instead of
- 0:56writing, I want my dream job, you write,
- 1:00I'm so grateful for working at my dream
- 1:03company, and I'm enjoying my work every
- 1:06single day. The goal isn't that the
- 1:08paper itself has a magical power, rather
- 1:11scripting can help you reinforce your
- 1:15focus, intention, emotions, and beliefs.
- 1:19It combines elements of journaling, goal
- 1:22visualization, positive self-talk, and
- 1:24mental rehearsal. Science behind
- 1:27scripting.
- 1:28It creates clarity. Instead of vaguely
- 1:31thinking, I want more money, you define
- 1:34what that exactly means by mentioning
- 1:37how much, from where, how would your
- 1:40life look. The clearer your goals are,
- 1:43the easier it becomes to notice
- 1:46opportunities that align with them. It
- 1:48keeps your attention on your goals. Your
- 1:51brain naturally pays more attention to
- 1:53the things that you repeatedly do about.
- 1:55So, when you script consistently, you're
- 1:58regularly reminding yourself what
- 2:00matters to you. It encourages positive
- 2:03emotional engagement. Writing in detail
- 2:06about your future you will like can
- 2:09create feelings of excitement,
- 2:11gratitude, and hope. And those emotions
- 2:14can make it easier to stay motivated and
- 2:17keep working towards your goal.
- 2:20It can influence your daily decisions.
- 2:23When you consistently focused on a goal,
- 2:25you're often more likely to notice
- 2:28relevant opportunities and take action
- 2:30that supports it. Different types of
- 2:33scripting.
- 2:34Future diary. Write as if 6 months from
- 2:38now. Like, today I celebrated getting
- 2:41accepted to my dream university.
- 2:44Like, describe everything. Where are
- 2:47you? What happened? How do you feel? Who
- 2:51congratulated you? Everything. Gratitude
- 2:54script. Scripting in gratitude way.
- 2:58Like, if you want to manifest a dream
- 3:01house, you're going to write as I'm so
- 3:03grateful for living in my dream house.
- 3:06Everything in grateful way. I'm so
- 3:09thankful for living in my dream house.
- 3:11Like this. Letter script.
- 3:13Write letter like, "Dear universe, dear
- 3:16God, dear future self, dear higher
- 3:19self." Like this. And the last one is
- 3:22daily manifestation journal. Like,
- 3:24every single day you're going to write
- 3:26like
- 3:28everything is perfectly working out for
- 3:30you and you're living your dream life.
- 3:32How to script like a pro. I'm going to
- 3:35revival my secret scripting ritual at
- 3:38the end. So,
- 3:40stay tuned.
- 3:41Step one. Relax. Take a few deep breath
- 3:45to remove distraction and relax your
- 3:48nervous system. Step two. Write in
- 3:52present tense as it has already
- 3:55happened. Step three, add emotions like
- 3:59I'm so happy, I'm so grateful in between
- 4:02the sentence to make it more powerful
- 4:05and to
- 4:06like emotionally get connected to it.
- 4:09Step four, be detailed and specific. You
- 4:13know what? Every little details that I
- 4:17mentioned in my scripting like when I
- 4:20scripted about my dream house, I
- 4:23manifested the exact dream house with
- 4:26those details. So, don't limit yourself.
- 4:30Add specific details if you want.
- 4:34Nothing is impossible, okay? And nothing
- 4:37is too much. Step five, finish it with
- 4:41gratitude or love. For me, after I done
- 4:44my scripting, at the end, I like to
- 4:47write like, "Thank you, universe." or "I
- 4:51love you, universe." like this. So, now
- 4:53I'm going to reveal all the secret
- 4:56scripting ritual that I do is listening
- 5:00to scripting subliminal while I do my
- 5:03scripting. If you check my YouTube
- 5:06channel or if you know me, you know that
- 5:09I'm such a subliminal junkie. Listening
- 5:11to subliminals is a part of my daily
- 5:14routine. So, this is like my very
- 5:17personal belief that listening to
- 5:19subliminals while scripting can actually
- 5:22help me to boost up the results. I feel
- 5:25like it kind of like help me to manifest
- 5:29things faster. This is my personal
- 5:32belief, okay?
- 5:34So, if you want to try, you can try it
- 5:37as well. There are some subliminals
- 5:39available in the YouTube. Try this one
- 5:42only if you want. If you want to try my
- 5:45subliminals, you can check out my
- 5:48website where I upload free and premium
- 5:51subliminals.
- 5:53And if you want to know if my
- 5:54subliminals really work or not, then
- 5:56check out my Instagram where I upload
- 6:00the results people get from my
- 6:02subliminals.
- 6:03And if you want to get customized
- 6:05subliminals from me, then you can DM me
- 6:08on Instagram. Now, answering to few
- 6:11questions that I constantly getting
- 6:13about scripting.
- 6:15How often should I script? There is no
- 6:19universal rule for this.
- 6:21Some people script every day and others
- 6:24prefer once or twice a week.
- 6:27Consistency matters more than writing
- 6:31for hours.
- 6:33Do you need specific notebook?
- 6:35No. You can use any notebook, any
- 6:39journal, or even a piece of paper and
- 6:42pen. Should you script on paper or
- 6:45digitally? This is the most asked
- 6:47question. The truth is there isn't a
- 6:50right or wrong answer for this. Use
- 6:54which method helps you to stay
- 6:56consistent. Personally, I prefer writing
- 6:59in a notebook with pen. For me, it feels
- 7:02more intentional and allows me to
- 7:04connect with what I'm writing without
- 7:06the distractions that I often get
- 7:10by using phone or laptop.
- 7:13I write in notebook. I feel like I'm
- 7:15having conversation with my future self.
- 7:18At the end of the day, the best
- 7:20scripting method is the one you will
- 7:23actually stick with consistently.
- 7:27Whether it's a beautiful journal, simple
- 7:29notebook, or your notes app.
- 7:32Consistency far more matters than the
- 7:34tool that you use.
- 7:36Do I need to use a specific color pen?
- 7:40This is the another question you guys
- 7:42ask me all the time.
- 7:44The answer is no.
- 7:47You guys ask me, do I need a red pen,
- 7:50black pen, or blue pen, or green pen to
- 7:52make it more powerful?
- 7:54I know you came across people online
- 7:57saying that specific color pen are more
- 8:01powerful than others, but honestly, it's
- 8:04a personal belief. If you personally
- 8:07believe that red pen can help you to
- 8:11manifest things faster, and it is more
- 8:14powerful, then go for it. You can do it.
- 8:17Nothing wrong with it. Personally, I use
- 8:20whatever the pen that I have nearby. The
- 8:23last question is, does my journal have
- 8:27to look aesthetic?
- 8:29The short answer is no. Your scripting
- 8:34journal doesn't have to look like
- 8:36straight out of Pinterest. If you love
- 8:39decorating your scripting journal with
- 8:42stickers, colorful headings, or cute
- 8:46doodles, because it makes the experience
- 8:50more enjoyable, that's amazing. Have fun
- 8:54with it. But, if your journal looks
- 8:57simple, have the crossed out words, or
- 9:02imperfect handwriting, that's absolutely
- 9:05okay, too. Mine isn't perfectly
- 9:08aesthetic, either.
- 9:09I will show the picture here.
- 9:12Some pages are neat, some pages are a
- 9:14little messy, and that never stopped me
- 9:17from manifesting the things that I want.
- 9:20Literally, I manifested everything that
- 9:22I wrote. So, script as you want, as you
- 9:26like.
