- 0:00Hello to my good friends! I hope you
- 0:01are all doing well. Welcome back to
- 0:03another important video. The topic of
- 0:08this video is boundaries; why can't I
- 0:09stick to them even though I have them,
- 0:11or why can't I set boundaries at all?
- 0:21Setting boundaries has a first step,
- 0:23and if this step is missing, I won't be
- 0:25able to stick to any boundary I set;
- 0:27meaning if I prioritize my boundaries,
- 0:29but this step is missing, my priorities
- 0:31will shift. It means that what I have
- 0:40set as my boundary is unfortunately
- 0:42shaky, and in the situations,
- 0:43relationships, and life issues I
- 0:45encounter, I end up failing to stick to
- 0:47them again. And this first step is
- 0:52nothing but my love for myself. I love
- 0:56myself, and sometimes I even emphasize
- 0:58why I should love myself. I am in love
- 1:01with myself; I am madly in love with
- 1:03who I am. Why? Because this is the one
- 1:07that does everything for me, this is
- 1:09the one that is supposed to get me
- 1:10somewhere, no one else. So, it needs a
- 1:18lot of attention, energy must be put
- 1:20into it, and in short, if I am to love
- 1:22myself, this love I have for myself
- 1:24today, what process has it been the
- 1:26result of? Ania has had a series of
- 1:33actions that have led her to be in love
- 1:35with herself today. The first thing I
- 1:38can mention is being independent, and
- 1:40let me explain: independent in what
- 1:42aspects? Even if I have a wealthy
- 1:46husband, if I have a partner who
- 1:48provides financial support, if I have a
- 1:50rich father, it doesn't matter; it
- 1:51really doesn't matter. We are humans,
- 1:56and no matter how much we have or how
- 1:58much is provided for us, ultimately, I
- 2:00am in this state of: "What can I do?"
- 2:04And "I must be useful, I must be
- 2:06valuable." Because see, the fundamental
- 2:09essence of us humans is that we must be
- 2:11able to offer something from ourselves,
- 2:13and if we can't do that, we feel
- 2:15worthless in a way. So, having
- 2:22independence for a woman and every
- 2:24human being is not just financial; it's
- 2:26about me setting a goal where with this
- 2:28art, with this work, with this talent I
- 2:30have, with this ability, I can work on
- 2:32this ability and monetize this art of
- 2:34mine. It's not just about the money it
- 2:41gives me, but the experience I gain on
- 2:43the path to independence. The
- 2:45challenges it brings me give me
- 2:46self-confidence. It makes me brave. It
- 2:50takes away my fears. It makes me a
- 2:52useful and valuable person in my own
- 2:54eyes. First and foremost. It’s true
- 2:56that people, your family, your mother,
- 2:58your father see that you are working.
- 3:00They feel proud of you, and it gives
- 3:02them a sense of security too. But first
- 3:04and foremost, it’s my own back that
- 3:05feels supported by me. I trust myself.
- 3:08I trust in my abilities. I reach
- 3:11self-belief. That is why independence
- 3:15illuminates so many different aspects
- 3:17of my life. Realizing that I have a
- 3:23skill, that I can earn an income by
- 3:25working on this skill, and gaining so
- 3:27much experience along the way gives me
- 3:29my own line of thought. This line of
- 3:34thought brings me respect. See how many
- 3:39aspects it has, how much it brings to
- 3:40me and my character if I move toward
- 3:42independence. Why is a line of thought
- 3:46important? Because when I take an art,
- 3:51a talent, or an ability—whether I
- 3:52learn it or already have it—and I
- 3:54work on it to achieve something. Along
- 3:59this path, due to the challenges that
- 4:01arise, I see things for myself, I
- 4:03experience them myself. That’s why I
- 4:07can express my independent thoughts
- 4:08based on personal experiences, and
- 4:10others take my words seriously. Why?
- 4:15Because they say, "Look, she has worked
- 4:17, she has experience, she has had her
- 4:20own path," so her opinion matters; but
- 4:22if I am idle, unemployed, doing nothing
- 4:24, and four people who are actually
- 4:26doing something are discussing a matter
- 4:28, is my opinion valuable there? No, it
- 4:32is not valuable. So, consequently, I
- 4:35can give this value to myself through
- 4:37independence. The second issue is my
- 4:39relationship with myself. I emphasize
- 4:43again, whether I am in a relationship
- 4:45or not makes no difference. My
- 4:48relationship with myself is more
- 4:50important than anything else. Meaning
- 4:53it takes priority over all my other
- 4:54connections. Look, when I enter a
- 4:58relationship, it is such that my
- 5:00priority is still myself; my own work
- 5:02and personal goals. If I don’t have
- 5:09these three, if I don’t do the tasks
- 5:11in my routine to reach my goals, I
- 5:12cannot handle that relationship, and I
- 5:14cannot feel good in it. Look, the
- 5:23problem people have is that as soon as
- 5:25they enter a relationship, they betray
- 5:27themselves; meaning as soon as they get
- 5:29into a relationship, they forget they
- 5:31had personal goals, a routine, their
- 5:33own lifestyle, self-care, their
- 5:34meditation, everything they were doing
- 5:36for themselves; they abandon all of
- 5:38that, they abandon themselves and their
- 5:40self-care, they go and cling to that
- 5:42person, and that person becomes the
- 5:44center of their life and attention, and
- 5:46they start to step into a position of
- 5:48servitude, trying to pour all that
- 5:49attention into that person. Understood?
- 6:00Something a successful girl, an
- 6:01independent girl, and a girl who has
- 6:03boundaries, will never, ever do is
- 6:05compromise or abandon this relationship
- 6:07she has with herself. Why? Because he
- 6:14knows these people might come and go in
- 6:16his life, and it's unclear what will
- 6:17happen in the future. No matter how
- 6:20good things are, or how good that
- 6:21person is, it doesn't really matter.
- 6:23The best version of me for me is, well,
- 6:25me. The one who is supposed to stay
- 6:28with me forever is me. Even if everyone
- 6:30else comes and goes, I’m the one who
- 6:31remains with myself. Therefore, my
- 6:33relationship with myself is very
- 6:35important. It’s important because in
- 6:40the events that happen in life, the
- 6:42challenges that arise, and the ups and
- 6:44downs of life, we undergo
- 6:46transformations; if my relationship
- 6:47with myself is good, I can pull myself
- 6:49together, not lose hope, get back on my
- 6:52feet, and manage my life. You've seen
- 7:00how some people, at the slightest
- 7:02incident, lose hope, withdraw, become
- 7:04isolated, get depressed, and think they
- 7:06are helpless; but my relationship with
- 7:08myself, the way I talk to myself, the
- 7:10self-love I give myself, the attention
- 7:12I pay to myself, and the routine I
- 7:14stick to no matter what happens, this
- 7:16is my relationship with myself that I
- 7:18won't change under any circumstances.
- 7:25If another person enters my life, our
- 7:27relationship has three dimensions: my
- 7:29relationship with myself, that person's
- 7:31relationship with themselves, and our
- 7:33relationship with each other. Meaning,
- 7:38I have a relationship with myself
- 7:39toward my personal goals; that person
- 7:41must be like me too; I don’t want to
- 7:43be this way while they are just
- 7:44clinging to me! They must also have
- 7:48their own personal goals; it's mutual,
- 7:49and they also have their relationship
- 7:51with themselves, and the third is our
- 7:53relationship with each other where we
- 7:55have shared goals. So, do not forget
- 7:57those two dimensions when you enter a
- 7:59relationship. And the third issue:
- 8:04wanting is important, but insisting is
- 8:06not; wanting to have goals, specifying
- 8:08that I’d like to reach certain things
- 8:11, reach a certain position, a career
- 8:13status, having such goals, wanting to
- 8:15be here or have this; all of these are
- 8:17very good. But the problem is, and I
- 8:28always explain this but people still
- 8:30misunderstand it, let me tell you: look
- 8:32, I have a desire, sure it's my goal;
- 8:34but I can't dictate how I want to reach
- 8:36it, at what time I reach it, or through
- 8:38which people I want to reach it. Don't
- 8:50set a method, don't set a time, just
- 8:52want something and move toward it, and
- 8:54be flexible enough to accept, receive,
- 8:56and embrace whatever comes along the
- 8:58way. Don't say "no, I don't like that,"
- 9:05"no, not this way or that way," maybe
- 9:07you don't know something that nature
- 9:09does. Sometimes I want something that
- 9:13nature doesn't want for me, because it
- 9:15isn't my true goal. It uses a series of
- 9:20events that might not seem pleasant to
- 9:21you at the moment, but it is putting
- 9:23you in the right direction and the
- 9:24right place. And on the path to
- 9:32reaching my goals, it’s not like
- 9:33I’ve chosen a goal, so I’m just
- 9:35going to move toward it beautifully
- 9:37today, tomorrow, and the next few
- 9:39months, with no challenging or—in my
- 9:40eyes—unfortunate events happening,
- 9:42and I’ll just cruise in a straight
- 9:44line to the peak I’ve imagined;
- 9:46it’s never like that. Things happen
- 9:53that don't look interesting or cool to
- 9:55me, and I think, "Oh, it's bitter, it's
- 9:57hard, I don't know what to do," and
- 9:58that state of mind emerges. But through
- 10:04all these situations that arise, nature
- 10:06is preparing me so that I can reach
- 10:08what I want. Readiness is very
- 10:12important. I’m sitting here having
- 10:14done nothing yet, and then I think to
- 10:15myself, "No, I am ready to become a
- 10:17millionaire right now"; but no,
- 10:19that’s not how it works. If I
- 10:22haven’t earned 1 million dollars yet,
- 10:24I can't just start a business and
- 10:26suddenly make 100,000 dollars a month.
- 10:29Whereas what actually happens is that
- 10:31if I am at zero today, I must think
- 10:33about how I can make 5,000 dollars.
- 10:35Then think about how I can make 15,000
- 10:37dollars. Then move on to a higher
- 10:40financial system. Let’s not go from
- 10:44zero to 100 all at once, taking on a
- 10:46burden too heavy to manage. We must
- 10:51always take small steps to reach the
- 10:53point we desire. Now, in taking these
- 10:59small steps, we are actually dividing
- 11:01our time, our energy, and gradually
- 11:03unfolding our abilities to reach that
- 11:05ultimate potential. So, consequently,
- 11:12when you want something, just be
- 11:14relaxed. I do whatever is necessary for
- 11:17me to do in the process of achieving my
- 11:19goals. But I am open to receiving
- 11:24events that can help me on the path to
- 11:26self-improvement, to make me more
- 11:27prepared or prepare me faster. I am
- 11:31receptive to anyone who can come and
- 11:33take my hand along this way. Any flow
- 11:37that can make me better and unlock more
- 11:38of my potential so I can reach what I
- 11:40want. The fourth issue is about making
- 11:43mistakes. We make mistakes.
- 11:49Unfortunately, there is an issue
- 11:51regarding making mistakes, and we
- 11:52generally have a flawed culture where
- 11:54as soon as my child, my sister, my
- 11:56boyfriend, my partner, my husband, or
- 11:58my wife makes a mistake, we say, "No,
- 12:00you shouldn't have made this mistake;
- 12:02how could you have made this mistake?""
- 12:07How didn't you have the sense to know
- 12:08better?" Everyone knows what they
- 12:10should have done after a mistake has
- 12:12happened. A lot of times, I process
- 12:14things in my own mind. I get stuck
- 12:19between crossroads, stuck between
- 12:20choices, and then I make a choice that
- 12:22feels right at that moment, but after I
- 12:24do it, I realize that it wasn't the
- 12:26best choice, and that is exactly the
- 12:28story of a mistake. I had different
- 12:35options in my mind, but I chose this
- 12:36one, and it led me to this mistake or
- 12:38this challenge where I couldn't reach
- 12:40the answer I wanted. But the reason for
- 12:47this is that just one option was
- 12:48eliminated, and I know that in the path
- 12:50I am on, this option was not the right
- 12:52one, and this is an experience that was
- 12:54just added to my baggage of experiences
- 12:56. Look, when I haven't started a task,
- 13:06haven't done it, and haven't worked on
- 13:08it, I don't know what I'm going to face
- 13:10, so expecting me—or others expecting
- 13:12me—not to make mistakes when facing
- 13:14these things is the most foolish thing.
- 13:21Making mistakes is part of the process
- 13:23of succeeding. Meaning, if I don't make
- 13:25mistakes, I won't understand what is
- 13:27right and what is wrong. It is by
- 13:29making mistakes that I understand what
- 13:30the wrong options are. I gain
- 13:33experience, and this is absolutely
- 13:35necessary. The mindset of other people
- 13:40who lack this awareness, whether it's
- 13:42my family or anyone else around me who
- 13:44sees my falls, sees my falls as a sign
- 13:46of my weakness. To hell with them. I
- 13:51need to know. You need to know that I
- 13:53have the right to make mistakes, and
- 13:55mistakes must happen; if they don't, I
- 13:57won't reach my goal at all. It hasn't
- 13:59happened—you know what I mean? It's
- 14:03impossible to go on a journey and say
- 14:05I'll reach the summit without getting
- 14:06hurt; it's not possible. You get hurt,
- 14:12you fall, and we should enjoy the whole
- 14:14journey along with the mistakes. A
- 14:20mistake shouldn't make me sit down and
- 14:22stop; a mistake should motivate me to
- 14:24go and try the next options. I'll try
- 14:30so many times that I'll arrive; the
- 14:31issue of making mistakes is exactly
- 14:33that, because it’s been misunderstood
- 14:35in our minds, we think that we
- 14:36shouldn't make mistakes. Perfectionists
- 14:44, those who always got high grades in
- 14:46school, one of the reasons they are
- 14:48weak at taking risks in business or
- 14:49entrepreneurship or new situations is
- 14:51because they like to always get the
- 14:53good grade; they like to always go up a
- 14:55sure path where everything is perfect,
- 14:57move forward, everything is perfect,
- 14:59and make a decision to start something.
- 15:07Whereas business, good money, and being
- 15:09an entrepreneur or doing something that
- 15:11leads to great success requires taking
- 15:13risks; it requires not being afraid; it
- 15:15requires making peace with making
- 15:17mistakes, holding the hand of the
- 15:19mistake, and saying, "I am going on
- 15:21this path, it's okay, it happens; this
- 15:23mistake is coming along with me." Stop
- 15:28fighting your mistakes; don't blame
- 15:29yourself, thinking, "Oh, I made a
- 15:31mistake." Whenever you make a mistake,
- 15:34clap for yourself. Clap, say you've
- 15:37eliminated an option; you're on the
- 15:39right path, and let's go turn on the
- 15:41next option. And I sit back and analyze
- 15:45again to see which better option I can
- 15:47choose from those now in mind. Who can
- 15:52I get help from to give me the best
- 15:54advice on this path? Someone who can
- 15:57help me choose a better option, and
- 15:59consequently, I move toward it. The
- 16:03next issue is the potential I have;
- 16:05sometimes we don't see our own maximum
- 16:07potential. These designers I was
- 16:11looking for, I wanted to find them
- 16:12among our own followers. I always try
- 16:16to use people from my own page for any
- 16:17work I have. Since most of them are
- 16:21girls, I love for girls to be
- 16:22independent, use their art, and I once
- 16:24announced regarding an admin and
- 16:26Instagram for fashion design that I was
- 16:28looking for some people. I provided my
- 16:34email so they could send me their work,
- 16:36and interestingly, many of them were
- 16:38truly talented, excellent, and you
- 16:39could clearly see that the person
- 16:41drawing could progress a lot and have a
- 16:43great future. Some were beginners, some
- 16:50intermediate, some very good, and some,
- 16:52even though they hadn't worked much,
- 16:54clearly had the talent. Meaning they
- 16:57hadn't studied it or taken classes, but
- 16:59some had that natural talent. For
- 17:01instance, their imagination in design
- 17:03was good, some were better at painting,
- 17:04and what's interesting is that they
- 17:06would share their stories in those
- 17:08emails, like, "Yes, I was like this,
- 17:09this happened, that happened, and now I
- 17:11want to do this." And you could see
- 17:14some had the ability but absolutely no
- 17:16self-confidence. Some didn't have as
- 17:20much ability, but their self-confidence
- 17:22was greater, and...Some had very strong
- 17:30hope for the future and a plan in mind,
- 17:32always seeking to challenge themselves
- 17:33and putting in the effort to learn.
- 17:41More and more, from the stories they
- 17:43told me—that "I want to do this, do
- 17:45it this way, so that it becomes this,
- 17:47and reaches that"—when I am a
- 17:48designer and today, I'm at home with
- 17:50the tools I have, even if the equipment
- 17:52isn't fully complete, and I'm painting.
- 17:57Now this is my passion, my art, or my
- 17:59talent. How much more can this become
- 18:03now? How much better can I be at what I
- 18:07am doing? How much stronger can I be?
- 18:13How much more precise, detailed, and
- 18:15stronger can I be in this design? How
- 18:20much more information can I gather
- 18:22about fabrics, mental imagery,
- 18:24designing, styling, fashion, and
- 18:26anything related to my work? How much
- 18:31further can I go, and how much can I
- 18:33add to myself? But it all starts from
- 18:36the first step. I start by recording
- 18:40podcasts, for instance, and sharing
- 18:42them for others to listen to. Then I
- 18:46open a YouTube channel, create videos
- 18:48from my home, and make them available
- 18:50to others. Next, I create podcasts, get
- 18:57invited to do them with more
- 18:58professional equipment, and then we
- 19:00move on to other tasks, programming,
- 19:02and a hundred other things happen, and
- 19:04then I keep expanding this and ask
- 19:06myself, "Well, how can I be better?"
- 19:11How can I have better communication
- 19:13skills? Create higher-quality videos,
- 19:16have more information, and I keep
- 19:18trying by adding and putting in effort;
- 19:20meaning, if I had stayed right there on
- 19:22the first day and moved forward with
- 19:24that same initial knowledge, could my
- 19:25videos have been of better quality? No,
- 19:28they couldn't have. Along with the
- 19:31talent I have, I must keep working on
- 19:33that talent, that art, that skill I
- 19:35possess—make it more, make it better,
- 19:37make it more diverse, make it more
- 19:39attractive—and try to keep growing it
- 19:41and improving it so I can reach my
- 19:43ultimate potential. What do you see as
- 19:46your ultimate potential? Where do you
- 19:49see it in relation to your art? This is
- 19:54very important, and alongside this
- 19:55potential I have in my field of work,
- 19:57as I try to reach that ultimate
- 19:59potential, being prepared is crucial.
- 20:03Being prepared in what way, guys? Look,
- 20:10for example, when I recently announced
- 20:11that I needed a designer, many people
- 20:13probably knew long before that
- 20:15designing was their art and that they
- 20:16could work on it. And then, because of
- 20:23the excuses they had: "No, what am I
- 20:25supposed to do with design? I won't get
- 20:30anywhere, this won't work in Iran,
- 20:31there's no such thing there, my family
- 20:34is like this, I don't have money, and
- 20:36so on"—and all these were excuses,
- 20:38whether mental or due to environmental
- 20:40limitations; yes, these came up in the
- 20:42person's mind as excuses for why, two
- 20:44years ago, a year ago, or six months
- 20:46ago, when I had this ability, I didn't
- 20:48work on it. Now today, when Ania Nami
- 20:54or many other people who might cross my
- 20:56path say, "I need a designer," they
- 20:58realize to themselves: "Look, an
- 21:00opportunity could have been this easy
- 21:02to grab!""If I had pursued design
- 21:06professionally and seriously a year ago
- 21:08, today I could have had the chance to
- 21:10be one of the designers that Anya or
- 21:11anyone else would want to hire."
- 21:15Opportunities come that easily, and
- 21:17many people lose them. People lose them
- 21:20. I mean, I have people around me who I
- 21:24always think of first when I need a job
- 21:26done, and they can never do it, even
- 21:27though they have the ability. Why?
- 21:31Because they weren't prepared for it.
- 21:34Then someone else comes along, someone
- 21:36who was prepared, snatches the
- 21:38opportunity, does the job, reaches the
- 21:40result they want, and says, "See? This
- 21:44is it—being prepared is what matters.
- 21:46" The skill you have today, that talent
- 21:51you think you possess, stick to it
- 21:52without any expectations, without
- 21:54thinking of excuses or limitations.
- 22:01Work on it so hard that opportunities
- 22:03will come; they will come from the air,
- 22:05from the sky, and you can seize that
- 22:07moment and that opportunity because you
- 22:09were prepared for it. Many have the
- 22:15skill but are not prepared. That's why
- 22:18they let opportunities slip away. The
- 22:20next issue is about the past. The past
- 22:23is a very important issue. Why is it
- 22:26important? It is important in the sense
- 22:28that I cannot let it go. But the past
- 22:30itself is of no importance at all. The
- 22:37past, with all the things that happened
- 22:38to me, may have hurt me; a past that
- 22:40has overshadowed my current life, a
- 22:42past that follows me, and I worry about
- 22:44the mistakes I made and the things that
- 22:46happened to me. And the past just keeps
- 22:52swirling around in my mind with me. Do
- 22:56not live in the past; you should only
- 22:58learn from the past. Do you know what
- 23:02the true gift of the past is? It is
- 23:03learning how to let go of this past. I
- 23:07have told you before that who I was in
- 23:09the past is completely different from
- 23:11who I am today. Everything I talked
- 23:19about in my shadows—I had many of the
- 23:21bad traits that I dislike today or used
- 23:23to be defensive about, which is why I
- 23:25was sensitive to them. Meaning, if I
- 23:31dislike weak people, it's because I was
- 23:33weak one day myself. If I dislike
- 23:36jealous people, perhaps I was once
- 23:38jealous. If I dislike lazy people,
- 23:43perhaps I was a lazy person, and I had
- 23:45a character that I didn't like any of
- 23:47those traits in, and I wanted to build
- 23:49a new character that could lead me to
- 23:51the things I want. What traits should
- 23:58this new character have so that I can
- 23:59reach what I want? It requires order,
- 24:04it requires discipline, it requires
- 24:06letting go of the past, a new
- 24:07personality that can focus on what is
- 24:09good, what does it need? Every trait
- 24:15that, if I have a goal and a crappy
- 24:16personality, I tell myself that this
- 24:18crappy personality I have today is now
- 24:20in the past for me, but that’s no
- 24:22excuse. When I say "conscious woman,
- 24:26conscious woman, conscious woman," if
- 24:27you are not a conscious woman or a
- 24:29conscious girl, you are not a conscious
- 24:31person today, it’s no problem; but
- 24:33have you decided to become a conscious
- 24:35woman? Make a decision, make a decision
- 24:38, and move in the direction of that
- 24:40decision. Write down: "I am such a
- 24:43crappy personality." Okay, I have this
- 24:46goal, and I also have a talent. If I
- 24:50want to reach my full potential, to
- 24:51reach this goal I have, I must throw
- 24:53away this crappy personality and then
- 24:55enter a new personality. The crappy
- 24:59personality becomes my past personality
- 25:01, and the new personality I want to
- 25:03build, I must add to it. If I want to
- 25:06become a successful designer, if I want
- 25:08to become a successful painter, if I
- 25:09want to become, I don't know, a
- 25:11successful tailor, a successful
- 25:13entrepreneur, I don't know, become a
- 25:15professor of such and such, become a
- 25:16doctor, what do I need? What options do
- 25:19I need? What are the options you need
- 25:22to reach your goal? You add all those
- 25:26options to yourself slowly, slowly,
- 25:28slowly, slowly, little by little,
- 25:30little by little, and your personality
- 25:32transforms from the crappy past
- 25:34personality into the new current
- 25:35personality that can take you to what
- 25:37you want. Whatever you were in the past
- 25:41, it was broken, it was bad, it was
- 25:43mean-spirited, it was messy and sloppy,
- 25:46it was disorganized, it was lazy, it
- 25:48had no order, it had no discipline, it
- 25:50didn't understand, it was illiterate;
- 25:52okay, today I can fix all of this, I
- 25:55can fix all of this. Don't let the past
- 25:58come with you. If you are ashamed of
- 26:03who you are today or what you were in
- 26:05your past, if you've made the biggest
- 26:07mistakes or had the worst conditions,
- 26:09it's no problem. I can be healed. I can
- 26:15get better, and; by myself! Even if
- 26:17some people don't have the conditions
- 26:19to go to a therapist, or go do this or
- 26:21that, or get help from that person,
- 26:23that coach...no! There is so much out
- 26:26there today that if I search, if I want
- 26:29to, if I really want to change, to
- 26:31transform from my past personality to a
- 26:33new personality, I can; I can do it
- 26:35myself. I was a person who managed, all
- 26:40by myself, to turn a crappy personality
- 26:42into a good personality; I turned a bad
- 26:44past into a happy present for myself.
- 26:50So whatever the past was, it’s not
- 26:52worth a single hair on your head; let
- 26:54go of all the pains of the past. I said
- 27:01its love is that I am able to let go;
- 27:02letting go is the most important thing
- 27:04...it’s one of the most important
- 27:06things life must teach me. Meaning, I
- 27:11came here to learn it. Let go, don't
- 27:14cling, leave it be. Dwelling in the
- 27:17past only brings the flow of the past
- 27:19back to life for you. Meaning it builds
- 27:21the future just the way you experienced
- 27:23it in the past. So let it go. Let it go
- 27:26. If thoughts come, let them go, clear
- 27:29them out. Every negative thought, every
- 27:33embarrassing thought, every feeling of
- 27:35guilt, every feeling of hurt from the
- 27:37past, clear them all out, and you must
- 27:39see how much of this energy returns to
- 27:41you. Another important trait that I
- 27:47must have if I love myself is to think
- 27:49in a way that nature is working for me.
- 27:56Everything is falling into place. This
- 28:03nature and these energies are helping
- 28:04me so that if I am moving in this
- 28:06direction and this is my goal,
- 28:08everything will cause me to reach what
- 28:10I want in the best possible way; to
- 28:11prepare for it in the best possible way
- 28:13; events will unfold in the best
- 28:15possible way so that even if they seem
- 28:17bad on the surface, an event happens
- 28:19that I don’t like, I didn't enjoy, it
- 28:21seems bad. But I have this mindset that
- 28:30it’s okay, if this happened, I don't
- 28:32know why it happened, and there is
- 28:33surely something behind the story that
- 28:35I don’t know, and nature is arranging
- 28:37this in a way that I reach what I want,
- 28:39and there is a benefit for me in this
- 28:41very event, you will see! And I have
- 28:48used this mindset time and time again
- 28:50in my life, and thousands of times it
- 28:51has happened that something came up
- 28:53that I didn’t like, asking why did it
- 28:55happen this way? Instead of grumbling
- 28:58in that moment, I said: Thank God,
- 29:00thank you that this happened. Because I
- 29:05am sure that this challenge that has
- 29:06arisen definitely has something good in
- 29:08it for me; it has definitely been for
- 29:10my benefit, or it is preparing me, or
- 29:12there is something behind it that I
- 29:13don’t know, and this event is going
- 29:15to change the path for me in a better
- 29:17way. So if I have this mindset in every
- 29:23challenge in life and every event that
- 29:25happens to me, that it is for my
- 29:27benefit that it happened this way and
- 29:28that something is going to come out of
- 29:30this event for my benefit and the best
- 29:32will be pulled out of this story, this
- 29:33mindset becomes the mindset of someone
- 29:35who has this love and affection for
- 29:37themselves. The next issue is that I
- 29:42must protect my energy. Protecting my
- 29:45energy is very important, very, very,
- 29:47very important. Listen up, guys! We are
- 29:52all trying to raise our energy; we
- 29:54talked about parameters, we talked
- 29:56about vibrations, about how I can
- 29:57change my energy level. So, this energy
- 30:02rises, right? When this energy rises,
- 30:07I’ve recharged myself; I’ve raised
- 30:09my vibration and energy levels. Now I
- 30:14have to choose what I want to spend
- 30:16this energy on; it’s like I have an
- 30:18energy capital, my energy is my asset.
- 30:22Because it’s very important; if this
- 30:24energy is high, wherever I go and
- 30:26whatever I do, throughout the day—
- 30:28today, tomorrow, the next—this energy
- 30:30can attract good things for me. Right?
- 30:33The flow of life and the wheel of life
- 30:35turn more beautifully for me. But if I
- 30:40take this energy I’ve gathered—
- 30:42through meditation, visualization,
- 30:44having a routine, working on myself,
- 30:46studying—and I’ve raised it, yet I
- 30:48thoughtlessly spend this capital on
- 30:50nonsense, then this energy drops again,
- 30:52runs out quickly, and I’m stuck again
- 30:54, attracting bad things and bad people
- 30:56once more. So when you ask yourself, "I
- 31:02meditate, I do all this work, I've
- 31:04worked on myself, so why?" Why? "Why
- 31:06don't I find good people?""Why do these
- 31:10things keep..." It’s because of how
- 31:12you are spending it and where you are
- 31:13spending it. Sometimes, the energy I've
- 31:23gathered—I've meditated, I feel good
- 31:25—suddenly hits zero from an argument;
- 31:28it’s wasted from one bad look at
- 31:30someone; someone insults me, and my
- 31:32energy is lost; or I get involved in
- 31:34some drama, or I gossip, or in my
- 31:35relationship someone does something and
- 31:38I start a fight with them—that's the
- 31:40energy. Or I socialize with a friend I
- 31:50shouldn't; or someone keeps talking
- 31:52about their misery, and instead of not
- 31:54letting it happen and blocking them the
- 31:56moment they start talking, or not
- 31:57letting them continue or drag me into
- 31:59side issues—this is an energy drainer
- 32:01; or I don't spend time with a person
- 32:03who is an energy vampire and isn't
- 32:04worth a connection with me; I shouldn't
- 32:06do that. Who are the people around me?
- 32:12It is very important; who are the
- 32:13people around me? What kind of people
- 32:15do I socialize with? Some think that
- 32:18the more people they have around them,
- 32:19the better. Let's assume I have a job,
- 32:24a business, a goal; in line with this
- 32:26goal, I need to connect with a specific
- 32:28group of people who lead me toward that
- 32:30goal; I need to have good associations
- 32:32regarding my work, my goals, and
- 32:33everything else. On the other hand, I
- 32:38have other people who enter my privacy,
- 32:40my close friends, and I have close
- 32:42interactions with them. First, examine
- 32:45who those friends are that you interact
- 32:47closely with, who enter your privacy,
- 32:48and with whom you discuss your life
- 32:50issues. And then take a look at the
- 32:54people you work with and who are of
- 32:56business benefit to you; you must have
- 32:57these interactions; who are they?
- 33:02It’s not supposed to be that those I
- 33:04work with enter my privacy system, or
- 33:06those in my privacy (my close friends)
- 33:08enter my work system. Separate the
- 33:12categories; just because they are close
- 33:13friends, should they be everywhere? No,
- 33:16not at all, it’s harmful. Especially
- 33:20when it comes to business, you
- 33:21shouldn't bring close friends into
- 33:23business or become partners, for
- 33:24reasons I will explain later. And
- 33:27regarding the work system, those you
- 33:29work for should not enter your privacy
- 33:31system; don't talk about your personal
- 33:33issues with someone you work with. The
- 33:35person you are friends with doesn't
- 33:37need to know about your work issues, so
- 33:39do an evaluation. See, with the friends
- 33:41you discuss your life issues with, if
- 33:43there is one quality person, talk only
- 33:45to that one person; don’t tell 10
- 33:47people. Know who you tell what, where
- 33:52you go with whom, who you spend time
- 33:53with, and who you invest energy in; do
- 33:55those people give you good or bad
- 33:57energy as friends? Are they giving you
- 34:00bad energy? Will you cut off those
- 34:02friendships? Maybe you are the toxic
- 34:05person; you are the one who sits there
- 34:07draining others 'energy, complaining,
- 34:09and talking about your relationship
- 34:11miseries. Don't do it! And finally, I
- 34:14must be committed to myself. My
- 34:18commitment to myself is very important.
- 34:20How can I be committed to myself?
- 34:24Throughout this entire path, it is very
- 34:26important that I do everything I say.
- 34:31Try to follow through on the things you
- 34:33say. I want to start a certain task. I
- 34:37want to achieve a certain goal. Study a
- 34:40certain subject. See a certain person.
- 34:45Study a certain business to see what it
- 34:47is. Go exercise and change my routine.
- 34:51I want to change this personality trait
- 34:52or my personal character. Whatever it
- 34:58is, from small to big, it doesn’t
- 35:00matter; but the point is that starting
- 35:02small, always bit by bit, bit by bit, I
- 35:04can change myself, or change my routine
- 35:06, or change my situation. The more
- 35:15committed I am to what I say and
- 35:16actually do it, my commitment to myself
- 35:18, my self-trust, and consequently my
- 35:20self-respect and the transformation in
- 35:22my life, will happen in the best way
- 35:24and much faster. So let’s start from
- 35:32here: if we say something to ourselves,
- 35:34we do it; if we make a promise to
- 35:36ourselves, we keep it. This makes you
- 35:42believe in your abilities, gain
- 35:43self-confidence, and become respectable
- 35:45and lovable in your own eyes. Now, you,
- 35:50having gone through this whole process,
- 35:52are able to love yourself. Knowing
- 35:56where to spend your energy, you try to
- 35:58reach your full potential. You have let
- 36:01go of the past, built a new personality
- 36:03, are committed to yourself, possess
- 36:05independence as I mentioned, and have a
- 36:07good relationship with yourself. Can
- 36:14such a person set boundaries and then
- 36:16not stick to them? In short, having
- 36:22worked on all these details and stages
- 36:24on myself and put them into practice, I
- 36:26will no longer easily lower my
- 36:27standards and boundaries. And if
- 36:34someone comes along who treats me below
- 36:36those standards and boundaries, I
- 36:38prefer them not to be there; I turn
- 36:39away and change my path, because I want
- 36:41to be treated the way I treat myself,
- 36:43when I treat myself in the most
- 36:45beautiful way possible. So, I will only
- 36:50accept someone who treats me that way.
- 36:58When I am bad to myself, I don't love
- 37:00myself, I don't see myself as worthy,
- 37:02I'm not committed to myself, and I
- 37:04can't get my life together; I see
- 37:05everything so perfectly in that person
- 37:07who has entered my life that I settle
- 37:09for bad behavior, I settle for less, I
- 37:11settle; even though I don't want it,
- 37:13don't like it, don't feel good, and am
- 37:15bothered by it, I still settle. So,
- 37:23realize that the most important thing
- 37:24you have in life is yourself, and learn
- 37:26to work on yourself, because I am the
- 37:28one who will always remain with myself.
- 37:34And don't be like those people who, two
- 37:36weeks before the New Year, start losing
- 37:38weight, exercising, and dieting to shed
- 37:40ten or twenty kilos. No, don't be like
- 37:44that. Start from now, get ready for
- 37:47good things, for good opportunities,
- 37:49and for entering the new year. Prepare
- 37:54yourself, build yourself, and I hope
- 37:56this video has helped you. Guys, I love
- 37:58you very, very much, take care of
- 38:00yourselves. Make sure to write your
- 38:01comments for me. Until another video,
- 38:03goodbye.
