0:02progression guide. Immediately following
0:04the H Highle ball changes for 2026.
0:08Quite a bit has changed since the H
0:10Highle Ball here, and we have a ton of
0:12new rewards. So, in this guide, I'm
0:14going to teach you how to use every
0:15single reward they give you from the
0:17ball, walk you through all the new
0:18systems and exactly the way that you
0:20should be approaching your enhancements
0:22in the game and everything that has
0:24changed from this point forward. I'm
0:25going to keep it all timestamped down
0:27below, but please understand if you're
0:28watching this video about a month after
0:31it releases. I'm going to have to update
0:33it again for the new accessories that
0:35are going to be dropping in the middle
0:37of August of this year. So, make sure
0:39you check the video description if this
0:40guide is outdated. Regardless, let's get
0:43going.
0:45All right, so you're a new player in
0:48Black Desert Online. You don't know
0:50where to start. You don't know what to
0:51do. Okay, you spawn in. Some crazy [ __ ]
0:54is going to stab you in the back just
0:56like every ex-girlfriend you had in high
0:58school, okay? And then it's going to
0:59you're going to wake up. You're going to
1:00be all confused, but then this black
1:02thing that you can't get to go away is
1:04going to start following you around.
1:05It's going to ask you which of three
1:07quest lines you want to pick. You need
1:10to pick the ancient stone chamber. If
1:13you do not pick the ancient stone
1:14chamber, it is a mistake.
1:17It is rough. Okay, you can make up for
1:20this mistake, but it is a rough mistake.
1:22I don't even know why they give you the
1:23option anymore. You should start with
1:24ancient stone chamber. If you want to
1:26check the rest of like like, okay, well,
1:28I have other beginner questions. I do
1:30have a beginner guide that is linked in
1:31this video description uh that you can
1:33take a look at if you want those
1:34questions. This guide is specifically
1:36going to be looking at gear. But after
1:38you pick ancient stone chamber, you're
1:39going to spawn in. You're going to do
1:41something called the seasonal pass.
1:44Okay? You need to make a seasonal
1:46character. The game pushes you to make
1:48one, so hopefully you chose to make a
1:50seasonal character. If you didn't, you
1:52say, "Okay, well, blue, what if I didn't
1:53make a seasonal character?" Go back and
1:55make another character that is just like
1:57the one you have, but is seasonal. And
1:59then do it on that one. It's that
2:00important. Do seasonal. Okay. So, on
2:04your seasonal character, you're going to
2:05progress through the main story line.
2:06During the main story, it's going to
2:08give you something called tuvala.
2:10That's right. It's going to give you pen
2:12tuvala. Well, technically, it's going to
2:14give it to you at base, and it's going
2:15to teach you how to enhance it up to
2:17pen. You get it to try for free. Like
2:19literally it's a 100% enhancement rate
2:21all the way to try. Very very easy.
2:24Tetan pen might take you I don't know a
2:26few minutes. Okay. But really it's not
2:30that bad. But it the tuvala is really
2:32easy. You basically get it for finishing
2:34the main story all the way through the
2:36Madia quest line. So like you're going
2:38to get all the way through Balinos,
2:40Serendia, and Calfon. Uh and then you
2:43will move on to Madia. Okay. And once
2:46you're at the end of M Media, you should
2:48end up having all Pen Touvala, assuming
2:50of course, you know, you're just playing
2:52the game in a reasonable manner. Okay,
2:55so as you go through it, the main story
2:57is either going to give you like try to
3:00pen Tuvala as you go. Some of the
3:02seasonal pass rewards will also give you
3:04pen tuvala. Some of these Tuvala might
3:06be accessories, okay? But you're going
3:09to want to get all your Tuvala
3:10accessories also to pen. Okay, some of
3:14these again you're going to get through
3:15the season pass. Some of these the main
3:17story is going to give you uh etc. And
3:19some of these you're going to have to do
3:20just a wee bit of enhancing yourself. It
3:23is not particularly hard uh to get these
3:26things to pen. Maybe you might have to
3:28do one seasonal weekly and you you
3:30should have more than enough materials
3:32to basically get every single one of
3:34these up to pen.
3:37Okay. Um you're also going to get these
3:39things called artifacts. Usually the
3:41black spirit has these. Uh maybe you
3:43might get one from a grind zone early
3:45on. Artifacts are basically just
3:48augmented stats, so you just get more
3:49stats. Okay. Um the first artifact that
3:52you're going to get is an a extra AP
3:54against mobs. You're probably going to
3:56get that from your black spirit. The
3:57other one is going to give you a damage
3:59reduction against mobs or just damage
4:01reduction. It's like
4:04all damage reduction. It's like this
4:05one. It looks like that. Something like
4:07that. Okay. in these artifacts. It's
4:10very important that early on as a new
4:12player, you're trying to get as much exp
4:14as possible. I recommend going to the
4:17central marketplace
4:18and just going combat,
4:21combat,
4:25combat,
4:27and combat.
4:29Okay, so you just need to go to the
4:31central market,
4:36type combat in, hit enter, scroll down,
4:40not the amplified one. You don't need
4:41that. You can just buy four of these.
4:43You'll have the silver. It's a piece of
4:45cake. This is going to give you uh
4:47something in the ballpark of 300% more
4:50combat exp.
4:53Okay? So, just have that on. Now, after
4:56you're level 62 or so, you can
4:59transition these light stones. Like,
5:01what what are these things? These are
5:02light stones. They go in your artifacts.
5:05Two in each artifact. They basically
5:07have set effects that help you [music]
5:08get more stats. Okay? So, you need four
5:10of them. And depending on which four you
5:13buy, you have different stats. Okay? So,
5:15I'm just trying to keep things simple
5:16for you. Early on, just use the four
5:18combat [music] ones. You can't go wrong.
5:20After the four combat ones though, and
5:22you start transitioning off [music] of
5:23these, you're probably going to want to
5:25pick up the predations. This is just
5:27combat damage against monsters. [music]
5:29Okay, you can pick up four predations.
5:32Okay, now depending on whether or not
5:34your uh server has iridescent light
5:38stones for a reasonable price. Mine does
5:41not. These are really expensive, but you
5:44can basically just do four predations,
5:46okay? And this is a decent early light
5:48stone setup, but as you progress through
5:50your gear, you're going to want to
5:52update the light stones and artifacts
5:54that you use. Uh, and we're going to be
5:56talking about that later on when you
5:58should be making these shifts and stuff.
6:00But these are kind of the new artifacts
6:02that you're going to get right out of
6:03the gate as a brand new player. And this
6:05is kind of what you need to be focused
6:06on. But I would stay on the combat ones
6:08for a decent amount of time as a new
6:10player. [music]
6:10Now, this centers piece right here is
6:12called the alchemy stone slot. Okay? And
6:15in this slot, typically the end game,
6:17everybody talks about the Vel's heart.
6:20Can't really get that as a new player.
6:22The first alchemy stone you're going to
6:23get as a new player is called the
6:25Tacrosse Spirit Stone. It's going to
6:27give you this for seasonal, and you can
6:29use this, but I would be careful about
6:31the charges you use. It's really good
6:32for combat exp. It's great for grinding
6:34early on. So, make sure you're using
6:36these. You get a decent amount of these
6:38even from loyalties and stuff. So, this
6:40is what your gear should look like um by
6:43the end of seasonal. by the time you're
6:45ready to graduate. Okay. Um, and you
6:48will upgrade this a little bit later
6:50through the main story. Okay. Uh,
6:53honestly, I'll go over that right now.
6:55Since we're talking about the main
6:56story, at any point once you finish the
6:58main story and you're through Madaya and
7:00you're level 61 and you're working on
7:01level 62, um, there is another quest
7:04line in the game called the Ulukita
7:06quest line. You're like, "Oo, what?"
7:07Yeah, Uluka. You hit O as in octopusy.
7:10You go to your main story quests. Okay.
7:13And then there is an Oita quest line.
7:15Mine's already done. Okay. Um it's got
7:1867 uh no 76 quests in it. Um so you just
7:23want to bang through these. I understand
7:25you've probably done a lot of quests at
7:27this point. Uh but at the end of this
7:29quest line, you get something called the
7:31Ator Power Stone and it's familywide and
7:34it's abyss best in slot light stone at
7:37early AP levels. So it's actually got
7:41one AP. So your sheet AP will go up by
7:44one and it's got a better uh it's got
7:47better effects on it too. Okay, so this
7:49is really really good. It's BIS for new
7:51players. Absolutely fantastic. Okay, for
7:54analyzing your gear score, we talk about
7:56AP, we talk about DP. AP is offensive
7:58stats, DP is defensive stats. Okay, um
8:01you have two different types of AP. You
8:03have your main hand AP, which is normal
8:06AP. Then you have AAP, which is your
8:08awakening AP, which is your awakening
8:10weapon AP level. And then you have your
8:12DP, which is your defensive stats. Your
8:15gear score is your highest AP plus your
8:19highest DP. All right. Now, some people
8:21say it's the average of these two
8:22numbers plus your DP. Most people can't
8:25do [ __ ] long division to save their
8:27lives. So, just use the highest AP plus
8:29the DP. That's your peer score. Okay,
8:31that's how you calculate that. Okay, so
8:34once you reach this level, you're going
8:35to want to try to start grinding in most
8:37cases if you haven't already. So, if you
8:39don't know what grind zones to go to,
8:41what a good grind zone looks like. I
8:43have a where to grind guide. It's
8:44located in the video description. You're
8:46trying to figure out, okay, well, how do
8:47I even figure out which monster zones
8:49are good for me. I have a where to grind
8:51guide that explains all that and exactly
8:52where you should be at at each and every
8:54AP level. So, I'm not going to get into
8:56that um during this gear guide, but what
8:58I am going to do is I'm basically going
9:00to make sure you hit certain thresholds
9:02for certain grind zones in the game as
9:04you push forward. There's a reason I'm
9:06telling you to get things in order uh
9:07the way that I'm going to do it. I'm
9:09just not going to explain it all
9:10necessarily in the nuances here. I'm
9:12just going to give you the TLDDR in an
9:13hour and a half guide.
9:16All right. Once you finish seasonal, you
9:19should graduate seasonal immediately.
9:22There is a debate whether or not oh
9:24should you stay on seasonal and keep
9:26using the seasonal tokens for loot
9:27scrolls and stuff. No, just graduate
9:31right away and move on. The reason is
9:33you're going to get to go to the Olia
9:35Academy and the amount of gear gains
9:37that you're going to get from the Olvia
9:38Academy is absolutely nutty. Okay? And
9:42you do not want to delay that process
9:43because you're trying to like get a few
9:46more loot scrolls out of the deal. It
9:48just doesn't work. Okay? So, we're gonna
9:49graduate seasonal. takes like two
9:51buttons and then you're going to run
9:53over to the Olvia Academy. Okay, the
9:54Olvia Academy is in the top right of
9:57your screen. You'll see this little icon
9:59here. All right, this is once you've
10:00enrolled in the academy and you can see
10:01all the different courses that you can
10:03take. Every single one of these courses
10:05I'm going to recommend that you do. You
10:07don't have to do them all right away,
10:08but this is the your next progress
10:10through the game. You're going to work
10:11your way through this. You can see all
10:13of these combat rewards. These are about
10:15to get buffed on this recent patch. So,
10:16there's going to be even more of these.
10:19Tens of thousands of crownstones, tons
10:21of hammers, free black stars, sovereign
10:23weapons, garth hearts, you name it. It's
10:26all in the Olia Academy. You say, "Blue,
10:29should I be doing the life skill ones,
10:30too?" Yes, for multiple reasons. Number
10:33one, each one of them gives, you know,
10:351,000 crownstones for like, I don't
10:37know, 30 minutes to to an hour of work
10:39in some cases, right? Or less, right?
10:42That's really good for a new player. And
10:43that's just the crownstones. the rest of
10:45this stuff. It also teaches you the
10:46systems of the game. And again, the
10:48rewards are goated. Okay, the rewards
10:51are goated. There's also this thing
10:53called a week or called weeklies. Okay,
10:55so there's like a quest board where you
10:56can do weeklies for the Ovia Academy.
10:58The Olvia Academy on your map is
11:00actually located in the top left by
11:02Olia. You're like, well, I haven't
11:03discovered that town. That's because
11:04it's useless. Uh no, most of you
11:08probably already have Velia discovered
11:09at this point at least. Okay, but Ovia
11:11Academy is actually just to the
11:12northwest of Velia up here in this top
11:14left corner up here. Um, and once you
11:17come up here and you enroll in a class,
11:19and again, there's guides for this, so
11:20I'm not going to get in. You enroll,
11:22you've got the icons, just follow
11:23through, just walk yourself through the
11:25steps. You should be good to go, okay?
11:27So, start working your way through the
11:28OLV Academy. Do the weeklies, all of the
11:32weeklies every week. Everything I'm
11:34about to tell you is like hinges on you
11:37doing those weeklies. All right? So,
11:39make sure you do them. Okay. In the
11:41Olvia Academy, and this is the big part
11:44of the guide that has changed. All
11:45right. We are no longer doing Jatinas
11:49for any reason. Any guide that tells you
11:51to do basically anything from [music]
11:53from Jatina. Outdated, worthless. Do not
11:56bother with it, okay? Do not do that
11:59stuff. We are also not bothering with uh
12:03Deck Tuvalla Fugar quests.
12:08We don't care about these either. Those
12:10are thrown out the door. We'll talk
12:12about them a little later and that
12:13they're optional, that you technically
12:15can do them, but they they just cost too
12:19much money for what they're giving you
12:20uh based on like just compared to what
12:23the Olvia Academy can present you. So
12:25again, I'm not going to tell you to do
12:26uh the any of the deck tuvala stuff
12:28anymore. That is just right out the
12:30window. Try Fallen God, right out the
12:32window. We'll talk about it here in a
12:33second. Okay.
12:36All right. So, in the Olvia Academy,
12:39you are going to progress through that
12:41system. All right. As you do this, it's
12:45called like hyperboost. Okay. And I'm
12:46going to have a patch note rundown that
12:48kind of explains this a little bit. As
12:50you do the rewards and things from the
12:53Olia Academy and you enroll in those
12:55courses and you learn the systems of the
12:56game, it's going to give you a lot of
12:58stuff. I'm going to start changing these
13:00gear pieces to the things um that
13:02they're going to give you. Number one,
13:04you're going to get full pen kerazod
13:09for free. I say free, but it's basically
13:12free. Okay, it's a little exchange quest
13:17from I believe Fugar. He's just going to
13:20you give him some essence of dawn.
13:24All right. Now, I know what you're
13:26thinking. A lot of the veteran players
13:27out there, oh my god, I just spent all
13:29this time um doing all of my Kerazod.
13:32What the hell? I just wasted all my
13:33time. Actually, you didn't because the
13:36Olia Academy rewards are going to give
13:38you hammers and special crystals that
13:40you can use to enhance Tuvala and stuff.
13:42And since you already have Pen Touvala,
13:44you can actually melt those hammers,
13:46melt those enhancing mats down for
13:48crownstones. Okay, so you did not waste
13:51your time. If you already are at the
13:53point where you have pen uh Kerazot
13:56right before this came out and you're
13:57like, "Ah, darn." Don't worry about it.
13:59You're going to get about 20,000
14:01extra crownstones from melting down all
14:04of the results from the Olvia Academy.
14:06So, you're going to be okay. Your time
14:08was not wasted. You will be fine. Okay.
14:10But to the rest of the new players,
14:12there's also this thing that you can do
14:14as you continue to get more AP and you
14:17continue to progress forward. It's going
14:18to give you a pen blackar. Okay? It's
14:22going to give you another pen black
14:24star. And it's going to give you, you
14:26guessed it, another pen black star.
14:29Okay, so you're like, three pen black
14:31stars? Yes, indeed you do. But wait,
14:33there's more. You're gonna get even more
14:35pen black stars. All right, so it's very
14:38difficult to mess this up. You're like,
14:40which pen black star should I take
14:42first? I'm going to be honest with you,
14:44you're going to get them so quickly, it
14:46doesn't matter if you mess this up too
14:48much anymore. Before it really did
14:50matter. You needed to take the right one
14:51first. [music] I'm just going to dumb
14:53this down so easy that a caveman could
14:55do it though. If you are a succession
14:57class,
15:03you take the main hand first. If you are
15:07an awakening class, you take the
15:09awakening
15:12first. Okay? As your second black star.
15:17Okay? If you're a succession player,
15:19your second black star should be your
15:22off hand.
15:24Okay. Actually, yeah. Off.
15:28I mean, you're going to get them so fast
15:29anyway. We just go the off hand. Off
15:32hand for both. Second black star is
15:33always the off hand. Doesn't matter.
15:35Doesn't matter. If you're an ascension
15:37class, and I've done this before, you
15:40need to take whichever weapon is
15:42critically used on your class. All
15:44right. Now, to be clear, you're going to
15:45get three black stars. very quickly. So,
15:48you're going to have all three black
15:49stars, so it's not the end of the world.
15:51But, I will explain to you which of your
15:54um the ascension classes specifically
15:56are different, and it varies based on
15:57class. So, I'm going to go through each
15:58of them very quickly here. Shai is a
16:00special case. Shai cannot take her
16:03awakening black star. So, you're going
16:05to take the main hand is always your
16:07priority. And then your off hand, your
16:09vitclari is your second priority. All
16:12right? So, like the main hand, I mean
16:14the awakening, the soul, you're going to
16:16have to transition the tuvala soul over
16:18to a normal soul and then you're going
16:20to have to upgrade it. It's all this
16:21extra stuff. It's kind of frustrating,
16:23but like the main hand is your priority
16:26here. [music] Okay. Um, if you're an
16:28archer, the most important thing is your
16:31awakening weapon. Okay, the awakening
16:34weapon is the most important thing on
16:36archer. So, always upgrade awakening
16:38first on archer. Um, scholar. Scholar
16:42can go back and forth, but most of
16:44Scholar's damage is in her awakening.
16:46[music] You will see some people try to
16:48recommend the main hand because the main
16:50hand is important on Scholar. So, she's
16:52kind of a mix, both main hand and
16:54awakening, but most of her damage is on
16:56that sledgehammer. So, I would say that
16:58awakening on scholar is definitely the
17:01way to go. Wukong,
17:04if memory serves correctly, Wukong is
17:06mainhand. Can [music] Can back me up on
17:08this? Is it mainand on Wukong? Mainand.
17:11Okay, so Wukong always upgrades. Your
17:13main hand is a priority. As we go
17:15through this guide and I'm like, "Yo, if
17:17you're succession this, if you're
17:18awakening that, you just need to
17:19understand that as an ascension class,
17:22you're like, "Disregard that. I'm a I'm
17:23a Wukong, so I need to prioritize my
17:25main hand." When he says whatever you're
17:27prioritizing, this is what's important.
17:29Okay. Uh, what's another ascension
17:30class? Cha Sif is awakening.
17:35Okay. Some people are going to say main
17:36hand. That's because they're um uh most
17:41of Saraf's gameplay, especially in PvE,
17:43you will be using your black spirit
17:45rage. Okay? You will be in your
17:47transformed state most of the time in
17:50PvE, which means you need to be taking
17:52the awakening cuz that's where all the
17:54awakening damage is is in your is your
17:57um [music]
17:58uh
17:59your ascended state or whatever it's
18:01called. Uh, dead eyee.
18:05Dead eye is an interesting case. The
18:07awakening on dead eyee is actually the
18:09least important thing. Okay, the most
18:12important thing is your main hand
18:14followed by your offh hand. Dead eyes
18:16main hand, her revolvers are
18:18quintessentially important to the kit,
18:20doing damage, grinding, everything. So
18:21main hand before awakening, main hand,
18:24then offhand, then awakening. Okay. Uh,
18:27is the order that you kind of want to
18:29prioritize. Did I? Uh,
18:33I think I got them all. Sorc, sorcer,
18:35succession, and awakening. Okay, so
18:37that's the ascension classes there.
18:40All right, but you're going to get three
18:42black stars. One of them you're going to
18:44get, actually, you're going to get five
18:45black stars. You're going to get one for
18:46hitting level 61.
18:49It'll be in your achievement tab. You
18:51your Y menu, your challenge tab. It'll
18:53be in there. The second one will also be
18:56in your Y menu and you will get it for
18:57completing Olia Academy stuff.
19:03Okay, so two pen black stars just from
19:06your Y menu there. Uh then you will get
19:09one for doing the Ovia Academy. In the
19:11Ovia Academy rewards themselves, not in
19:13the Y menu. In the Ovia Academy rewards,
19:16you're going to get one of your choice.
19:21Okay, you're like, "What does that
19:23mean?" Wait, what? In the Olvia Academy
19:24rewards.
19:29Right here.
19:32Okay, this is going to enhance one black
19:34star from TT to pen for free. And it
19:36gives you a T one right here. So,
19:37obviously, you just take the T one.
19:39Guaranteed enhance it to pen. Bada bing,
19:41bada boom, bada bing, bada boom. Okay.
19:44Uh,
19:46then at the very end of your rewards
19:49here, there's another pen black star.
19:51Okay. So, okay, that's four. The fifth
19:56one,
19:59Tet to pen enhancing. Tet to pen
20:03hammers. You're like, what does Tet to
20:04pen hammers mean? As you do the Ovia
20:07Academy, it's going to give you pitying
20:09a pen blackar takes 15 attempts. And you
20:11might get it before the 15 attempts.
20:13That's totally fine, okay? But as you go
20:15through, you're going to get these
20:16things called obsidian hammers. You're
20:18going to use these hammers to take one
20:19of the Tet black stars the game is going
20:21to give you for free from your Y tab.
20:23It's a challenge in your Y menu. Okay.
20:26And you're just going to tap it to pen.
20:27They give you 15 hammers. It's
20:29guaranteed. You can't go wrong.
20:35Okay. So, five pin black stars. This
20:40means that you get and technically there
20:43is a sixth that we will talk about in a
20:46moment. This means you get two sovereign
20:48weapons out of the gate. The third
20:50sovereign weapon is also basically
20:52guaranteed. All right,
20:56the sixth pen blackar is technically a
21:00dectalla quest line,
21:03but it is usually not worth it to do.
21:07Now you're like, okay, well, which
21:10you're like, well, why do I need six
21:11weapons if I only have three weapon
21:13slots? because black stars are not the
21:15endgame uh weapons anymore. They're
21:19technically sovereign weapons are the
21:20endgame weapons. It's technically black
21:23it's you go from tuvala
21:25to blackar
21:27to sovereign. Okay. And so we need to
21:31get you to sovereign. And in order to
21:33get to sovereign you need two pen black
21:35stars and then it turns into a sovereign
21:38weapon. Okay. Now, this is not
21:41necessarily the case for the offhand,
21:43but we're going to get to that. All
21:45right, so you need to have two pen black
21:47star main hands in order to get to your
21:49sovereign main hand.
21:52All right, and it turns purple or
21:54whatever, which is why I'm talking you
21:56technically you get six black stars.
21:59Technically, you get six black stars.
22:01Okay, so every time you get a second
22:04main hand, you need to go make it into a
22:06sovereign weapon. It's really easy. You
22:07just go to a little shrine thing and you
22:09talk to the you talk to the big shrine
22:12in land of the morning light. It's over
22:14at like northwest land of the morning
22:15light. And you just talk to the thing.
22:17It puts it together. It's a cool
22:18animation. Boom. Gives you the seven. Ba
22:19bing boom. Okay.
22:22You need to do the main hand and
22:24awakening first.
22:28Okay. And I know that sounds crazy. It's
22:30like I thought you said prioritize the
22:31offh hand.
22:35Because of how stats in the game works,
22:37there are hidden brackets for AP. As you
22:40reach certain sheet AP brackets in the
22:43game, you also get some hidden AP as
22:46well. So, there are hidden AP brackets
22:47that look like this. Hold on. These are
22:50the hidden brackets for BDO. All right.
22:52So, as you reach the sheet AP level of
22:55245 AP, you will have 48 bonus AP. Okay.
23:00As you reach 257 AP, you'll have 83 AP.
23:04You'll notice that as you continue, you
23:06hit 261. Holy crud, now you have 101 AP,
23:10right? So, there's these hidden brackets
23:11that you need to reach in order to get
23:13this stuff. The critical hidden brackets
23:16are all the way to the 309 bracket. You
23:18really should not be going for your
23:20sovereign offhand until you can hit 309
23:24AP. There's about eight different
23:26reasons for this, but the sovereign
23:27offhand does not have a crazy amount of
23:29monster damage on it. The black star
23:31offhand does have a lot of monster
23:33damage on it and you need to keep that
23:35monster damage early on as a new player
23:37because you will have more monster
23:39damage until you hit 309 AP because
23:41after 309 every single one AP you get
23:45past 309 sheet AP you're 310 sheet AP
23:49311 312 and so on you get plus
23:53eight monster damage. Okay, you get plus
23:57eight I'm sorry not monster damage plus
23:58eight hidden AP. So instead of having
24:00these random brackets that are just
24:02going up or whatever, you're getting
24:03plus eight at every single level.
24:06Technically, it's plus 9 if you include
24:09the sheet AP that you're getting as
24:10well. But I'm saying that eight non
24:12eight hidden one sheet AP. Okay?
24:16So you need to be 309 before you get
24:18that off hand. That's why I'm telling
24:20you you need to also as you get your
24:22sovereign weapon, you can put five
24:24crystals in your sovereign weapon each
24:26of them. which is why it's important to
24:28go ahead and grab your main hand and
24:30your awakening right away as soon as you
24:31can. Except for shy. Nobody cares about
24:33that class anyway though. Uh just
24:35kidding. The there are four crystals,
24:37technically three that you kind of have
24:39to put in there because they're biss.
24:41They're best in slot. Then you get two
24:43optional ones and I will suggest and you
24:45can choose. Okay. The three absolutely
24:49quintessentially important critical hit
24:51damage.
24:52Um not critical hit rate, critical hit
24:54damage. Okay. Um,
24:57where is my
25:00back attack damage
25:02and all AP?
25:05These three things are quintessentially
25:07important on every class and spec in the
25:09entire game. No matter how you grind in
25:11PvE or whether or not you're doing PvP,
25:14this is what you want. Okay,
25:16technically, if you're over caps in PvP,
25:18blah blah blah blah blah, you can take
25:19the APF, whatever. This is what you
25:21want. You need these three. These last
25:23two are optional. Okay, but I recommend
25:26for PvE players, even some PvPers, Black
25:29Spirit Rage Recovery is a super
25:32underrated gem. You will have your Black
25:34Spirit Rage more. This is your ultimate
25:36ability, okay? You'll have your ultimate
25:38ability more, which means you will grind
25:40faster because you'll get your black
25:41you'll get your ultimate more
25:42frequently. Okay? And so you'll have
25:44that one minute buff way more frequently
25:46and you'll do a lot more damage. All
25:48right? So, strongly recommend that one.
25:50The very last one is entirely up to you.
25:53Well, I usually go for a more defensive
25:55stone or I chose D I'm a I'm a DK main.
25:59I'm a dark knight main or an awakening
26:01witch main. Down attack damage really
26:04good in PvP. Also, if you can down
26:07attack mobs, it's in PvE, too. So, I put
26:10down attack damage here, but you can
26:12kind of go DR or evasion or whatever you
26:14want to go for. Accuracy if you feel
26:15like you need it, whatever. But these
26:17are the five that I would recommend
26:19going for. And you're like, "Okay, well,
26:21what do I do for this one?" the same
26:22five.
26:25Okay, you can mix it up, but always
26:27critical hit, back attack, and AP. Okay,
26:31now these two again, you can choose, but
26:34I'm doing black spirit rage recovery,
26:36and I'm doing down attack damage. Okay,
26:39now when you get the sovereign, you'll
26:41get it to try probably for free
26:44completely. Like, like you just click it
26:45and it'll go. You know, you have 50
26:47stacks, 60 stacks, whatever. You get
26:49plenty of fail stacks. The game throws
26:50fail stacks at you. So you give it a try
26:52for free. Once you're at try, you should
26:54probably start using crownstones. Do not
26:56crown it until it's try. You're crowning
26:59for try. You're griefing. Okay,
27:03some people go all the way to Tet
27:04without crowning it. That's what I did,
27:05but I have a lot more resources than
27:07you. All right, but this is what you do.
27:09Okay, so you're going to have two tri
27:10sovereigns and then your last black
27:12star. It's going to take you a little
27:13bit to get that sixth black star, but
27:16you will acquire it. All right. Now, a
27:18new benefit that they gave you just
27:21right out of the Olia Academy is they're
27:24going to allow you to have this gem. So,
27:26they're going to give you this gem, this
27:28orange looking gem of Twilight. This is
27:30a super important. Do not throw this
27:33away. This is worth 20,000 coffer
27:37stones, which is you're like, what are
27:38coffer stones? Little yellow eggs that
27:40are worth like a million silver a piece.
27:42It's a lot of silver. Okay, that's what
27:43you need to understand. You need this
27:45gem and two black stars. Okay, you need
27:49this gem and two black star. Actually,
27:51I'm sorry. You need this gem and one
27:52black star
27:54and then a flame to get your sovereign
27:57off hand.
27:59Okay, so you need this thing which the
28:02Ov Academy is going to give you. Then
28:04you need a flame and then you need one
28:06black star to get your sovereign
28:09offhand. There are multiple recipes for
28:12the sovereign offhand though. The reason
28:14I don't recommend going for deck touvala
28:16is that before we used to tell people to
28:17get two pen black stars and 20,000
28:19coffer stones and that's how they got
28:21their off hand. Now it's way easier. So
28:24now you only need just the one black
28:26star. Okay, the gem of twilight which
28:29you get for the Olvia Academy now and
28:31you need the flame. You're like, "How do
28:33I get the flame?" Blue, do you remember
28:34earlier when I said you need to be doing
28:36all of your weeklys for the Olia
28:37Academy?
28:41Okay, the Olvia Academy is going to give
28:43you 180 uh Olvia Academy coins as you
28:48complete different courses and you do
28:50the weeklies every week. The Olvia
28:52Academy coins look like this. Okay,
28:56you're going to get about 180 coins
28:59every week from the Olia Academy, right,
29:01as you do it. All right, and you're
29:03going to use these coins to cash in for
29:07these [music] embers right here.
29:10Okay, now you're saying, "Oh, well, it's
29:12only got five." This is about to change
29:14on this coming patch here. So, you're
29:16going to see a lot more redeems for
29:17this. It's going to cost a lot less uh
29:20coins and stuff. It's going to be really
29:22easy to get 50 embers. You will get f 50
29:25embers from this with your coins. It's
29:28important that you grab these. Okay, you
29:31need 100 embers to make the [music]
29:33flame that you need for the offhand. So
29:3750 of them come from these coins that
29:39you get for doing the weeklies and
29:40completing the OVI Academy. All right,
29:42the other 50 you have to do one world
29:45boss and land the morning light, which
29:47is super easy. Just pick one, attend it,
29:50hit them, complete the quest. There's
29:52your other 50. There's your flame, and
29:54you're done. And you're done. Okay, so
29:57you don't really need to worry about it.
29:59You're going to get the flame. You're
30:00going to get the gem. You already have
30:02the pen black star. At that point,
30:04you're going to just put it together and
30:06make your your sovereign off.
30:09Okay? And you're going to put this at
30:10least try. You're going to put this at
30:12at least try when you get it. Same basic
30:14principles of pry. You can put five
30:17stones in this. Critical hit damage,
30:19back attack damage, AP, black spirit
30:23rage recovery, and down attack damage.
30:25Okay. So, you're looking This is We're
30:28still not done, by the way. We're still
30:30on the the I'm still not done with what
30:33you're getting from the Ovia Academy
30:34just for doing the Olvia Academy. All
30:36right. The next thing that you will get
30:39from the Olia Academy are all of your
30:42fallen gods. Okay. As you start getting
30:46your sovereigns together, there will be
30:48a weekly quest which you can well not
30:49weekly, there will be a one-time family
30:51quest to do these black shrines. Okay.
30:54You'll be able to do Calamity 8 Black
30:56Shrine. Okay.
30:58Long last the light of commil.
31:02>> That's cool. Um anyway, uh Calamity 8
31:06Black Shrine is being reworked so you
31:08can do it at 301 AP or it's like 305 AP
31:10or something, but once you have your
31:11sovereign weapons, you should be there.
31:13Okay, so you come in here, you do the
31:15Calamity 8 like quests that they guide
31:17you through and and they tell you to do
31:19and it's going to give you you have to
31:21do four of them. Okay, there's four of
31:23these types of quests. All right. It's
31:25going to give you fallen god armor.
31:29All right. I know what you're going to
31:31ask me. Blue. Do I take the green or do
31:35I take the blue?
31:37You're going to take the blue one. Okay.
31:39I'm just going to make it easy. Everyone
31:41is taking the blue one. This is the
31:43damage reduction one. Even if your class
31:45is evasion at this point, all
31:48everybody's just going to go get the the
31:50same stuff at the end anyway. Okay. It
31:53used to be that there was a debate
31:54between evasion and DR and some classes
31:56are damage reduction. Some are evasion.
31:59Now everyone is the same. Everyone
32:01eventually gets the same gear anyway. So
32:03I'm standardizing it cuz we're all we're
32:05all headed to the same path anyway, so
32:07it doesn't matter. Take the blue one.
32:09Okay. Uh all right. So at this point,
32:12these are all at base. Now you need to
32:14tap these to Duo when you get them. Duo
32:17is super free. As chat would agree with
32:20me. So free. Now, they did, memes aside,
32:26they did decrease the amount of pity it
32:28takes to hit duo and prime. So, it
32:31unironically is easier to get. Okay, so
32:33they decrease the pity it takes on all
32:35of this stuff. Um, Tet from try to t
32:38used to be 50 pity attempts. If you
32:40fail, you could fail it 50 times and
32:42then it finally pity. Now, it's only 20.
32:44Okay, try I think is like 15. Duo is
32:48like nine or 10. Pry is like eight. It's
32:50It's a piece of cake now. Okay. So, like
32:53this should be relatively easy to hit
32:55most of your your Fallen gods to duo.
32:58All right. All right. So, at this point,
33:01you're reaching the end of what the
33:03Olvia Academy rewards are giving you. I
33:05strongly recommend not graduating the
33:08Olia Academy ever for any reason. As a
33:12new player, you keep doing the weeklies,
33:14keep getting those tokens, keep cashing
33:16them in for more stuff. It will enhance
33:18your help you enhance fallen god. It
33:20will help you get other stuff. There's
33:22all kinds of things that you can get
33:24from those coins. Just keep farming
33:25them. They are so useful as new players.
33:28At the very end of the academy, if
33:30you've gotten most of the rewards that
33:31you want, you can graduate and it will
33:34give you 300 more coins and then you can
33:36use those on whatever the hell you want.
33:38Okay? But don't graduate until you've
33:41gotten at least this far because
33:42otherwise you're griefing yourself. All
33:44right? At this point, you're still doing
33:46the OV Academy, but you've claimed most
33:48of the rewards. The next thing I'm going
33:50to tell you to do is your Bartali log.
33:53This used to be a godamn nightmare.
33:56Okay? It used to take forever. Now, I
33:59understand it's more questing, but it
34:02can be a little fun, right, guys? A
34:04little fun. That's okay. It's a little

34:48piece of cake. One of these you just get
34:49hit for like hitting level 61 or
34:50something. Um, these are a piece of
34:52cake. These should be completed
34:54basically as you go. These are minutes.

35:00these logs. Okay. So, you're going to do
35:01your adventure logs right after you

37:38either allout attack, uh some sort of
37:40species damage, whether it's commilia

37:49Shadows is technically best in slot if
37:51you meet the AP cap for a grindstoneone.
37:54Uh, and I'll let you look up all these
37:55different light stone options. Okay, all
37:57out attack is a great generalized light
37:59stone setup if you can afford it. Uh, it
38:02requires two strikes
38:06and two predations.
38:08Okay, it will make you a little bit less
38:10tanky, but the solution is to just have
38:12fingers and be good at the game. Okay,
38:15so I'm just going to leave these in
38:16here. Okay, so now we're on Kabooas with
38:19a solid light stone setup. As you're
38:21transitioning the Kabooas and the light
38:24stone setups, you should also transition
38:26your gender. Wait, no, your crystals.
38:29Your crystals should be transitioned at
38:31this point. Okay, so I have a crystal
38:33guide. It talks about like the budget
38:35crystals, the midame crystals, and then
38:37the endgame crystals. All right, you
38:40should be moving from early game

39:17this gear guide, you need to be taking
39:19the Kerazod. If you do not have deck
39:20Kerazod, if you have full deck Kerazod,
39:23you can go ahead and take the sovereign
39:24one. Always Kerazod. This may change,
39:28and you need to look in the video
39:29description to see if this guide is out
39:30of date because I'm going to make a new
39:31one when the new accessories come out.
39:33This may change with an upcoming patch
39:35in the middle of August, and if it does,
39:37I will have a new guide out for you uh
39:39at that time. But bear in mind, as of
39:41the making of this guide, you need to
39:43make sure you're taking the Kazad
39:45hammers. Uh I would not start using
39:47hammers until you're at least at hex.

39:57Academy, the Ovia Academy is going to be
40:00guaranteed to give you two Octaraz

40:13necklace levels up, it will give you two
40:15AP at every level instead of one AP.
40:18Okay? And every other thing only gives
40:20you one AP at every level. But what I'm
40:23about to tell you is going to sound
40:24controversial, but I promise you I'm
40:26trying to guide you the correct way,
40:28okay? So, just hear me out. The two
40:31octed kerazods that you need to select
40:33from this are the belt and one of your
40:36rings.
40:37But blue, what what about the necklace?
40:40It will guaranteed So, the
40:45Ovia Academy gives you hex for free on
40:48all of your Kerazad, but with like
40:50enhancing mats. Okay. So, you're going
40:52to put the necklace at hex. You're going
40:54to put the ring at hex. You're going to
40:55put the earrings at hex. Okay. With just
40:58the the stuff in the Ovia Academy. Then
41:00it's going to allow you to get one of
41:02them to Sept and two of them to Oct.
41:05This the other ring should go to Sept.
41:07The belt should go to Oct. You leave the
41:10necklace at Hex because you're at this
41:11point you have not spent a single dime
41:14on this necklace
41:16because the new accessories are about to
41:18come out and because of the events going
41:20on and the way the game is currently
41:21structured.
41:26Pandeo necklaces are going to plummet.
41:28Currently they're sitting you can get
41:30them for almost 68 billion and they are
41:32still going down. They are still going
41:36down. So, you're looking at, and I know
41:39that seems like a like a crazy amount of
41:41money, but at this stage, you're
41:42grinding Yazrred Highlands. This is not
41:45a crazy amount of time. This is not
41:47going to take you a crazy amount of
41:48effort. You're looking at maybe 50 bill
41:50probably for a pendo necklace. Piece of
41:53cake. 44 bill on EU right now. Yeah.
41:55See, there you go. Now, the other ones,
41:58not so much. This is a little bit
41:59different. So, you can see it's a lot
42:01more expensive to get any of the other
42:03ones, which is why I'm telling you this.
42:04Okay. Um, you should never Taylor Swift
42:08ever buy Tet Debos. They are worthless
42:12because you're getting Ben pen Kerazod
42:14for free. Don't even look at Tet Debos.
42:17The Pen Debo necklace is absolutely
42:19worth it because you can take a Pendo
42:21necklace and trade it with a quest one
42:23for one exchange for a nove necklace.

42:32or doing anything.

42:37but in fairness, you're grinding for 2
42:401/2 to 3 billion silver an hour at this
42:42point, and you're getting rewards from
42:44events. This is going to take you 2
42:46weeks, maybe. Maybe. Like, if you're
42:49grinding actively, a week, okay, not
42:53very much time. Not very much time. All
42:55right. Now, before you do that, uh, but
42:59like that's the explanation for why I
43:01want you to do oct oct sept. Before you
43:04do this, I want you to cup your
43:06accessories. All right? So, there's
43:08these, uh, we call them cups, cu. If you
43:11type in cup on the marketplace,
43:17okay, these right here, these are used
43:20to enhance your
43:22your accessories and give them extra
43:24augmented stats. Okay, you need to buy
43:27each of these and put them on your
43:30accessories at this stage. So you really
43:33should not be using your hammers like
43:36your kerazod hammers unless it's on like
43:38a nove or a deck accessory. Okay. So
43:42once you get your kerazod hammers that
43:43you got from the ball, you should use
43:45them either on the octed kerazod that
43:48you got for free. Okay, like the ring or
43:52the belt, right? Alternatively, you can
43:54wait and hold them if you're very
43:56patient until you get that deck necklace
43:57or until you get your um your pen debo
44:00neck and you trade it for the nove. Then
44:03you can use all the hammers on the nov
44:04or the deck necklace which honestly
44:06would be. Uh but like you want to try to
44:08use it on as highenhancing kerazod as
44:10possible. And if you're already deck
44:12kerazod, obviously you're taking the
44:14sovereign like I said before

45:58pump your sovereign weapons to pen.

46:08it, you're still going to have about
46:1050,000 to 60,000 crownstones left at

48:11possibly can. For some players, they put

48:18extremely hard to get this. You can
48:19attend Veil and pray to the to the Veil
48:21gods to try to get one. Okay. Um, you
48:25can put the order down in the
48:27marketplace. I recommend putting an
48:29order down on Veil's concentrated magic.
48:32There's currently an event going on
48:34right now. Um, where a lot more Velar
48:36are being handed out. Put the order down
48:39on this. There's actually only 117
48:41orders. I would say two or three of
48:43these sell typically every single day.
48:45So, like you're looking at a 2 or 3%
48:46chance a day to get one. Uh, it's it's
48:49kind of rough. I'm not going to lie.
48:51Every once in a while, you can put it
48:52down on this. You see it's got more
48:54orders and less sell. Okay. Well, 18,000
48:58of those have been sold. 23,000 of these
49:00have been sold and there's less orders,
49:01so you have a higher chance of getting
49:02the concentrated. Okay. Maybe you have
49:05orders on both if you're really rich,
49:06but yeah, there is one other alchemy
49:10stone that we can talk about. If you're
49:11in an active guild that does guild
49:13bosses, all right, and hopefully you are
49:16because they're changing it with the
49:17ball. Um, you can get a Vel's I mean a
49:21Khan's heart by doing Khan, the guild
49:24boss, three times. Three times. All
49:27right. But it takes three weeks to do
49:29this because you can only do con once a
49:32week and then you if you do the maximum
49:33level, you can three weeks and you're
49:36guaranteed to get a con's heart. All
49:38right. I don't necessarily recommend you
49:42to do this though. This is technically
49:44one more AP than you had previously, but
49:47this doesn't help you very much. Okay,
49:49the thing that's keeping you from
49:50getting to the next content in the game
49:52is not your AP currently. It's actually
49:54your DP. This is not helping you. And to
49:57be honest with you, it kind of griefs
49:58you a little bit because there's a con
50:00heart of life.
50:03This is the only way to get this stone
50:05for free in the game. Otherwise, you're
50:07going to have to spend silver to get
50:08this conart of life. This is the best
50:10alchemy stone in the game for life
50:12skilling with the notable exception.
50:14There's technically an exception, but
50:16it's like a super endgame stone. Um, but
50:18this is the best alchemy stone in the
50:19game for life skill iter for the vast
50:20majority of life skillers in the game
50:22and you can get it for free. I would
50:24typically typically recommend getting
50:25the con's heart of life and just staying
50:27on the eource power stone. If you're
50:29really struggling to get your veil's
50:31heart, do not fret, okay? Because you
50:33can just put cups on. you can exalt your
50:37Atorus power stone which sucks and I
50:40don't recommend doing unless you
50:41actually just cannot get a velart and
50:44you need to get to jordine. Okay, you
50:46can exalt your your power stone which is
50:49totally fine because you can take the
50:52cups out of your power stone eventually
50:55when you do get your Vevelart you can
50:56rip the cups out of this put it back
50:58down to base and you can put those cups
51:00directly in the Velart so you're really
51:01not losing anything by exalting this
51:04early. Okay, so I'm going to pretend
51:06that you've gotten really unlucky. You
51:08don't have a Veil's heart at this point,
51:09but you do need to try to put this order
51:11down on this Vevel Heart as early on as
51:13you can as you're doing the OV Academy.
51:15If you've got a bunch of like 20 bill
51:17laying around, 16 20 bill laying around,
51:19put it on that uh pre-order, put it on
51:22that concentrated magic and just pretend
51:24like you don't have that silver anymore.
51:25Let it sit there because if you can get
51:27the Vel's heart, you're huge, right? But
51:29for now, I'm going to pretend that you
51:30had to get really unlucky and you're
51:31suck and it sucks. All right. So, at
51:34this point, I'm assuming that you're
51:35either out of crownstones or low on
51:37crownstones. Okay. Uh getting all of
51:41your gear to try and then exalting this.
51:43This exaltingness is just a cup that you
51:46buy on the marketplace. Little
51:47crystallized despairs
51:49I think that they're called. Uh and you
51:51basically upgrade it twice. The the
51:53first one gets you blessed. The next one
51:54gets you exalted. Piece of cake. It's
51:56like 15 bill or something uh total for
51:59for both of them. Maybe it's 20. I don't
52:00know. But like it gives you the DP that
52:02you need for the endgame boss that I'm
52:04about to talk about next. All that
52:06matters in the end game of Black Desert
52:09Online is
52:11these Adonia bosses that you can do
52:13[music] weekly. Eventually, not now, but
52:16eventually you end up in a position with
52:19your gear where you physically cannot
52:21progress your gear because you are gated
52:23by a weekly gate content. So, I am
52:26trying to get you to the weekly gated
52:28content as quickly as possible so that
52:30you can start doing those weeklys so you
52:32can get past it because initially it's
52:34kind of a slog to try to get those first
52:36few stones under your belt. Okay. Uh,
52:40Jordine is the first Adonia boss. In
52:43order to reach these bosses, you must
52:45reach very specific sheet AP and sheet
52:49DP stats. Jordine, which is the first
52:51boss, requires you to be 350 AP and 427
52:55DP. You will notice that we are sitting
52:57just over those stats right now. And the
53:00reason I'm telling you to exalt this
53:01stone is because it puts you at 427 DP.
53:05Now, you're like, "Well, blue, I'm
53:06already at Jardine. What should I do to
53:08get to the next one?" You always, as a
53:11general rule, enhance your AP to the
53:14next cap and then enhance your DP to the
53:18next cap. AP first, then DP. Sadly for
53:21you, Rousulka is the next boss and she
53:24requires 365 AP and 300 [music] and or 4
53:30and I think 40
53:3440 DP.
53:37440. Yeah. Or is it 375? It's 375. Okay.
53:41So, she's 375 AP and 440 DP. So,
53:46understand that everything I'm going to
53:48walk you through next is going to get
53:49you to that AP and then we're going to
53:51get the DP. All right? But you need to
53:54be doing your Jordine weekly every
53:56single week. Even if you can't use the
53:58stone right away, you need to be using
53:59those Jordine weeklies every single
54:01week. Start stockpiling them. Just start
54:03building them up because you're going to
54:05need them. Also, there's these uh
54:07there's this one-time family quest you
54:09can do to get five of the stones right
54:10away. That's a big deal and you should
54:13do those right away. Okay. So, do those
54:16once you kind of reach the Adonia
54:18bosses. All right.
54:21Sometimes there's events as well that
54:22will give you some more stones and
54:24stuff. So, that's good and it helps
54:25alleviate that weekly pressure. All
54:27right. But at this point, you're
54:30starting to do Jordine. All right. And
54:33I'm assuming that maybe you're going to
54:35have some more crownstones. You're going
54:36to have more access to silver. Things
54:38are going to start going your way. I
54:40want every single enhancement that you
54:43got. Oh, actually we're going to turn
54:44around here.
54:46Right now, we talked about the necklace.
54:49This is when I want you to go get a pen
54:51demo.
54:53This is when you would go get your pendo
54:54necklace, okay? Cuz before you can kind
54:56of just put it off because we didn't
54:57need as much AP. We needed the DP
54:59before. They give you AP so quickly.
55:01You're going to be grinding Yazerid
55:03Highlands immediately or tongue red
55:04ruins or whatever you feel is the best
55:06Corenza. You're going to be grinding
55:07that right away. The necklace isn't
55:09going to help you quite as much right

55:14so you're gonna just buy a pen. You're
55:17not going to enhance your kerazod.
55:19You're just going to buy a pen demo
55:20necklace. Okay, it's like it'll be 50 to
55:2360 bill. Might even be below 50 bill.

55:28no kerazod.

55:35stage, if you have extra crownstones, I
55:37recommend enhancing your kerazod at a
55:40minimum to sept. Okay, at the point when
55:43you're full Sept and you've got a nove
55:45necklace and you've got an octed, you
55:47got an octed ring and an octed belt, I
55:49think that you need to look at
55:50potentially pushing um your sovereign
55:53weapons to hex.
55:55Okay, these are plus two AP at every
55:58level. And to be clear, if you're an
55:59awakening class, you don't really need
56:01to worry about your main hand. You
56:03don't. Okay, and likewise, if you're an
56:06awakening class, you don't really need
56:08to worry about your main hand. All
56:10right? So, just worry about the two
56:12weapons that are important to you. We
56:13talked about the priority list before.
56:15Okay, we're going to pretend that I'm an
56:16awakening warrior here. Okay, you're
56:18going to leave your main hand at or at
56:20pin and you're going to push this to
56:22hex. You're going to push this one to
56:23hex.
56:25Okay, this is going to be give you plus
56:26one AP, plus one DP. This one's going to
56:28give you plus 2 DP, plus 2 AP. Okay, at
56:32this stage, I would look at trying to
56:34get your last Garmoth heart. This is
56:35when I would look at getting your last
56:37Garmoth heart. You're almost 800 gear
56:39score. The extra AP is HP is really
56:41good, useful to you. 1,000 HP is nothing
56:43to slouch at. Okay. Uh
56:47I'm going to assume that at this stage
56:49you've gotten your Veil's heart. I'm
56:50going to be honest with you. We're just
56:52going to assume that you've gotten your
56:53Veils Heart and you've exalted it and
56:55you've got this stuff going. All right.
56:57So now we're 368 AP 427 DP. All right.
57:02Now we're going to turn back around and
57:04guess what? We're going to look at AP
57:06again. All right. So, we're going to
57:08enhance all of [music] our Kerazad to
57:10Oct. It doesn't really matter what order
57:12you do these in because they all give
57:14you one AP at a time at each of the
57:16levels. It used to be different for the
57:18the earrings, but it's not like that
57:20anymore. Uh, so you're getting one at
57:23every level. So, just get everything to
57:25Oct. Okay. Your necklace stays at nove.
57:27Your necklace should always be at least
57:28two enhancement levels in front of the
57:30rest of your stuff. Well, one to two
57:32enhancement levels in front of the rest
57:33of [music] your Kerazod. Okay. So,
57:34you're sitting in a good spot right
57:35here. Your sovereign should be sitting
57:38about two enhancement levels behind what
57:40your Kerazad is currently at. So, we're
57:42at Hex Sovereign right now and we're at
57:44Oct Kerazod. Now, you have another
57:46choice. You can go ahead and get Sept
57:49Sovereign. Okay. Um and then go back and
57:52get Nov Kerazod or you can get Nov
57:54Kerazod first and then go back and get
57:56Oct Sovereign. I would argue the Kerazod
57:58are probably a little bit easier uh to
58:00get. cept starts getting a little bit
58:02dicey, but if you have a really nice
58:04fail stack, it's not the worst idea in
58:06the entire world. [music] I also would
58:08caution you that Kerazod is something
58:10that if you're somebody that likes to
58:11tag a lot of classes, [music] uh, and
58:13you have like like I like to play
58:15awakening, I like to play succession, I
58:16like to bounce back and forth, you
58:18should always do the Kerazod first
58:20because Kerasad is going to give you AP
58:21in both your pre- awakening and your
58:23awakening. And if you enhance your
58:24sovereign, you're basically going to
58:26stick yourself to awakening. All right,
58:28if that makes sense. Or to succession or
58:30whatever. All right, so if you're
58:32chronic rroller, know yourself. All
58:34right, I usually tend to say, okay, go
58:36with the go with the sovereign first.
58:39This is going to put you all the way to
58:41375 AP.
58:45Okay, all the way to 375 AP.
58:49Technically, you can deck your necklace
58:51first two. So, you can no one Kerazod
58:55and you can just deck your necklace.
58:57piece of cake. Not that hard, especially
59:00since you'll have a lot of Dawn's
59:01Blackstones from doing your dark rifts
59:02every week. Um, so like ideally you
59:06would just hit deck on the necklace and
59:08nove one Kerazod. This is kind of what
59:10you should do. All right, this is where
59:12I think that you should be at this
59:14stage. So now we're at 375 AP. Now it's
59:18time to turn around and get your DP
59:19done. All right, at this point you've
59:21been doing Jordine every single week.
59:23You're stocking up stones. You've got
59:24those weekly stones, those onetime
59:26family ones. Maybe you've got some from
59:27the event quest, too. You're going to
59:29turn around and you're going to turn one
59:31of your fallen gods into a Tet fallen
59:33god. Okay.
59:37Okay. Chest piece. Going to hit that to
59:40Tet. All right. I recommend enhancing
59:42the chest piece to Tet. It used to be
59:45that people would leaprog or there was
59:46like, oh, you could buy it blah blah
59:47blah. The market has not adjusted for
59:50these. the new pity system. You can pity
59:53one of these and still spend less money
59:55on it uh than you will spend on the
59:57marketplace currently. But at some
59:59point, the market should adjust on price
1:00:02and come back [music] down. At that
1:00:04stage, you can go ahead and just buy it.
1:00:06Okay? You need to just look at the
1:00:08market prices uh [music] and see if it's
1:00:10available or if it's good for you.
1:00:13Currently, the market is sitting at
1:00:14about 172 billion.
1:00:19Okay. How much does it take? Can
1:00:21somebody tell me right now how many
1:00:22crronstones does it take to click your
1:00:24fallen god? All right, so that's 54,000
1:00:28crownstones. And that's if you get no
1:00:30free attempts, which you will uh through
1:00:33various rewards in the game uh and
1:00:35various other things. If you pity it in
1:00:38the worstc case scenario, it'll be
1:00:4154,000 crownstones, which is if you
1:00:44bought every single one of those
1:00:46crownstones from the vendor, about 160
1:00:49billion, which [music] you'll notice is
1:00:51still less. If you bought every single
1:00:53crown for the vendor and and pied it,
1:00:56it's still less money than it is to buy
1:00:58it right now. Okay? And you could get
1:01:01lucky. Who knows? And also a lot of the
1:01:04crownstones you get from events and
1:01:05stuff, you're not going to have to buy
1:01:06through the venue vendor. You're going
1:01:08to get these through in-game events and
1:01:09other stuff like that. So the cost is
1:01:11going to come down dramatically. This is
1:01:13why I'm telling you, don't buy your
1:01:15fallen god. The price will adjust for
1:01:17this. It will adjust. So you should look
1:01:19at the market and make your best
1:01:21judgment. All right. Uh it's cheaper to
1:01:23buy silent stones. Okay. Yeah. There's
1:01:25also the silent stones that you can use
1:01:27to enhance. We talked about those a
1:01:29little bit before. Just type in silent
1:01:30on the marketplace. you just buy those.
1:01:32If you have a lot of raw silver, you can
1:01:34use those. Again, use your best
1:01:36judgment. I recommend enhancing this. If
1:01:38you have crownstones, you can use those.
1:01:40If you want to use the silent stones and
1:01:42you want to grind out all that liquid
1:01:43silver, you can do that, too. All right.
1:01:46All right. So, you need to get one of
1:01:48your armor pieces to Tet.
1:01:50Once your armor is Tet, you can trade it
1:01:52in one for one with the endgame armor. A
1:01:56lot like you did for Sovereign. It's
1:01:57just a different quest line. You're
1:01:59going to get the Adonia Abyssal Armor.
1:02:01Then I want you to hit this thing to try
1:02:03with the stones that you get. Okay. The
1:02:06reason that the end game is weekly gated
1:02:08is because you only get a certain amount
1:02:10of the enhancing stones every week.
1:02:13Jordine gives you one stone a week. All
1:02:16right? So like if you fail,
1:02:20it's going to be kind of brutal. You
1:02:21just lost a week. It's rough. Okay? But
1:02:23I need you to get this to try. As long
1:02:25as you're using like 250 to 300 stacks,
1:02:28you should be good. You should get it
1:02:29pretty quickly. Try is reasonable.
1:02:32Okay. I strongly recommend getting yet
1:02:36another T fallen god before like you're
1:02:40going to spend a lot of stones trying to
1:02:42get this to pin and it's not really
1:02:43going to be super worth it. I recommend
1:02:45hitting your um helmet to tet and then
1:02:49getting that to try as well. Now we're
1:02:51at 439 DP. We are one DP off of
1:02:54greatness. Okay. Okay. You need one more
1:02:57DP. How in the hell are we going to get
1:02:59that DP to happen? Well, probably just
1:03:02hit one of these to Tet. I'm going to be
1:03:03honest. Technically, you can enhance
1:03:06your offhand to Decept, but that is
1:03:08stupid. You should really never enhance
1:03:10your offhand before you enhance either
1:03:12your main or your awakening. Okay, you
1:03:14should that AP first, DP second. Okay,
1:03:17so you just hit that to T. So, you're
1:03:19going to need one try and one T. This is
1:03:21not super difficult, but it will take
1:03:22you some time. Okay. All right. Now,
1:03:25you're at Rousulka. Congratulations. You
1:03:28are officially pushing through the mid
1:03:30game of BDO. Once you hit Jordine, I
1:03:33would say that that is officially, hey,
1:03:34you're a midame player. Once you're at
1:03:36Rousulka, you're pushing to try to get
1:03:38to endame. You're you're you're you're
1:03:40cooking. You're cooking. You're cooking
1:03:42with gas. All right. You're almost
1:03:43there. You're pushing to try to get to
1:03:45your endame gear. Again, we go back to
1:03:48the basics. You need to go for AP first,
1:03:50then DP. I believe chat, correct me if
1:03:54I'm wrong. Enselar
1:03:57is 380
1:04:01or is it 385? 385. 385. So the next boss
1:04:05you need to reach is 385 AP and then
1:04:09it's 445 DP. So again, basic principles,
1:04:14AP first, then DP. All right, AP first,
1:04:16then DP. So we're looking at our gear
1:04:18right now. All right, we've got some
1:04:20nove accessories. I think it's time.
1:04:22You're going to have to hit this thing
1:04:23decept at this point. Bam. Sept. That's
1:04:26377.

1:04:32378. 441. All right. At this point, nove

1:04:53The OT gives you a super special glow in
1:04:57your weapon. Like like some people love
1:04:59that RP. Okay, I'm gonna be honest.
1:05:03You're probably going to have to hit
1:05:04this to Oct in order to realistically
1:05:06get to Enselor. Okay, technically you
1:05:10can deck all of your Kerazod and be and
1:05:14get there, but realistically speaking,
1:05:16you're probably just going to want to
1:05:17oct this and then you can deck two
1:05:19Keraz.
1:05:22Okay.
1:05:24All once you hit 385 AP,
1:05:29you now can turn around and say, "Okay,
1:05:30now I need four more DP." You have been
1:05:33saving stones. I assume that you want to
1:05:34hit this to Tet. Keep these at T. Don't
1:05:37push them any further than Tet. Leave
1:05:39them. Save the stones. Again, this is
1:05:42about efficiency. It's weekly gated, so
1:05:44you need to be efficient about this. So,
1:05:46get them to T, then wait. Okay. Then
1:05:49you're going to upgrade yet another
1:05:50armor piece to tet. All right, you're
1:05:53going to get your Adonia gloves. You're
1:05:54going to put this one at try. You should
1:05:56actually you should What is it? 445. I
1:05:59think it's 445. All right, you should be
1:06:02fine.
1:06:06Yeah, honestly, it's just going to give
1:06:07it to you. It's just going to give it to
1:06:09you. So, you should hit this to It
1:06:11doesn't seem efficient. You can
1:06:13technically just hit these to like hex
1:06:15and this one to pen, but you're going to
1:06:17waste a lot of stones doing that. And
1:06:19I'm telling you, it's not you could be
1:06:21getting more stones more quickly if you
1:06:22just do it my way. Hit this toing tet.
1:06:25All right. And just have this at base.
1:06:27Bada bing, bada boom, you're there. Now
1:06:29you're at Enselar. Now you're at
1:06:32Enselar. And to be clear, you can start
1:06:33dumping your stones into this. Just just
1:06:36do that every just just dump your stones
1:06:39because you're getting three stones a
1:06:40week now instead of one. So you can dump
1:06:42your stones into this to get this
1:06:43detach. Then save all your stones again.
1:06:45All right, there's a pattern here. Very
1:06:47quickly,
1:06:49when you're doing Rousulka, you should
1:06:51be upgrading your artifacts to the Decia
1:06:53artifacts. All right, if you have not
1:06:55done this already, you should do this.
1:06:57Okay, you can do this sooner and you're
1:06:59just a good student. That's amazing. But
1:07:01at the latest possible moment, if you're
1:07:03doing Rousulka and you don't have your
1:07:05deck your artifacts done, you're behind.
1:07:07You need to get that done. All right,
1:07:09you should have all your endgame
1:07:10crystals done. You should have endgame
1:07:12light stone setups. Decia artifacts good
1:07:14to go. Not Decia. It's called flawless
1:07:17heralds crystal. You need two of these.
1:07:19Put them on your Kabooas. It's five
1:07:20bill. It's a joke. You should have
1:07:22already done this by the time you really
1:07:24do jordine, but a lot of people put this
1:07:26off forever. It's not a tremendous deal.
1:07:28It's like I don't know 12 monster
1:07:30damage, but it is kind of a it it it's
1:07:32kind of a lot. It's five bill for like
1:07:3412 monster damage. Get it. Get it. Now,
1:07:36the fourth boss is 390
1:07:40AP and 450 DP. 390 450. Same principles
1:07:48apply. You need to hit AP first, then
1:07:51DP. But at this point, you welcome. You
1:07:54are an endgame player. This is like if
1:07:56you have octed weapons on, you're
1:07:58pushing into the end game of Black
1:07:59Desert Online. This is where enhancing
1:08:02is going to be hard. This is going to be
1:08:03tough. All right, we're decking all of
1:08:05this.
1:08:07Okay, you're decking all of those. All
1:08:10right, we're still not 390. Technically,
1:08:13welcome. Yeah, guys, you can deck all
1:08:17your Kerazod and then you need to no
1:08:19your weapon. There's no way around it.
1:08:22You must no your weapon.
1:08:25Even though your off hand is still
1:08:26technically sept at this point, you have
1:08:28to get to 390 AP. The only way to get AP
1:08:30is to hit your weapon. It's chocked.
1:08:32It's cooked. So now we're 390 DP. All
1:08:36you need to hit is 450 uh DP to do the
1:08:40next boss. So you still can technically
1:08:42just use a stone. Boom. We're there.
1:08:47Right. So now we're at 390450.
1:08:51I'm pretty sure the fifth boss of
1:08:53Adonia, this is as of you know the new
1:08:55Adonni new Adonni expansion has not
1:08:57technically come out yet. And if it has
1:08:58come out, there's another gear guide you
1:09:00should be watching. Not this one. Um,
1:09:03okay. As of this, this is the second
1:09:06highest boss you can do in the game. The
1:09:07final boss requires 460 DP, which is
1:09:10significantly higher. Significantly
1:09:12higher. So, technically at this stage,
1:09:16you should be honestly,
1:09:20I would just tap this to Ted. I know I
1:09:22always said AP before DP. This is pain
1:09:25and suffering. I'm not going to lie.
1:09:27trying to tell you to get the the only
1:09:29way to get AP going to be right here,
1:09:30brother.
1:09:33You're going to it's going to be rough
1:09:34out there. It's going to be rough and
1:09:36tough. And also this. Okay. So, I'm
1:09:39going to tell you to get your shoesies.
1:09:41Okay. You're going to put your Nikes on.

1:09:44T. All right. And then as you go, you
1:09:47will enhance these to pen pen pen.
1:09:49You'll get to 460. This will not be
1:09:51difficult. This will not be hard. This
1:09:54will happen naturally as you go. You
1:09:56don't really need to worry about it
1:09:57because it's weakly gated. Hit it at
1:10:00your leisure.

1:10:05going to lock in on these weapons,

1:11:35time I would go ahead and upgrade this
1:11:37to exalted
1:11:40or to the um
1:11:43blessed splendid or this this thing.
1:11:47Okay, the exalted splendid velart.
1:11:50Okay, when you're at nove, I would go to
1:11:53this personally. It is like 150 billion,
1:11:55but I'll be honest with you, that's a
1:11:57drop in the bucket for trying to hit
1:11:58deck. Drop in the bucket. Nove is
1:12:01obtainable, but it's going to take you
1:12:02some time. Deck is kind of a [ __ ] I'm
1:12:05not going to lie. Once you have the
1:12:07exalted, I would turn around and go
1:12:08ahead and deck your stuff.
1:12:12All right.
1:12:13Once all three weapons, okay, cuz then
1:12:16you're going to come back and you got to
1:12:17deck the last one cuz you got nothing
1:12:18better to do with your life. Okay,
1:12:20you're going to deck the last one. Once
1:12:22you're sitting here, you've probably
1:12:25been unemployed for at least the last 6
1:12:27months. So, I'm going to tell you to go
1:12:29get a job and contribute to society. But
1:12:32on the off chance that you still don't
1:12:34want to do that, the only real thing
1:12:36that you have left at this point is to
1:12:38go to shining. Tada! your maximum
1:12:42possible gear score.

1:12:54enhance the armor. And I'm going to tell
1:12:55you the tech for enhancing your armor.
1:12:57Okay? You want to leave the armor at pen
1:13:02and then one at a time, pump them to
1:13:05oct. I pumped mine to to hex first. I
1:13:08put them all at hex and now I'm pumping
1:13:10them to oct. Okay, but as you go, all
1:13:13right, and at your own pace, you want to
1:13:16try to go from pen or hex straight to
1:13:18oct on one piece, leave the rest of them
1:13:20at pen or hex, then do the next piece,
1:13:23then do the next piece, then do the next
1:13:24piece. That's how you enhance it. Okay?
1:13:27And I'll be honest with you, you're
1:13:28weekly gated at this point. So, you're
1:13:29kind of just five clicks a week it.
1:13:33We're just we're just going to town. All
1:13:35right. I would honestly do octed armors
1:13:38before I got the uh shining velart, but
1:13:41you can choose to do either one. A lot
1:13:43of people like to do AP. They're big
1:13:45fans of the AP and they don't like the
1:13:46weekly gated stuff. So, what at this
1:13:48stage, what a lot of people do is they
1:13:50stock up a lot of stones for their like
1:13:53armor enhancing. They just let it they
1:13:54let the weekly acrewue every week. They
1:13:57stock up a lot of stones and they kind
1:13:58of hit their veil's heart in the
1:13:59meantime and then they just enhance all
1:14:02their stones at the same time. depends
1:14:05on how you want to do it, right? But
1:14:08hey, at this stage, again, the only
1:14:10thing you have left to do is deck your
1:14:12armors. Okay? And if you're asking for
1:14:15help at this stage, um, how much was
1:14:17your account exactly that you pay for
1:14:19it? Also, you're a [ __ ] Okay? We've
1:14:23we've landed at the end game. All right.
1:14:26You're asking, "What do you do when you
1:14:28get to this stage and you have nothing
1:14:30else better to do?
1:14:34We call these things Skittles.
1:14:38Okay, these um AP stones for your
1:14:41crystals. There are a lot of these.

1:14:46right, there's a DR gin DR. There's Jin
1:14:49Evasion. All of this stuff. Some of them
1:14:52are very expensive. You can get three to
1:14:54six of each of them. You're looking at
1:14:56like 50 billion at 45 bill a piece. Good
1:15:00luck.
1:15:04But realistically speaking, none of you
1:15:06will reach this part of the guide
1:15:07because it's going to be a new guide
1:15:08coming out before this happens. And then
1:15:11you're going to have to upgrade all your
1:15:12stuff. So, it is what it is, right? All
