  13. 0:28hundreds of thousands of dollars to buy
  14. 0:30stolen documents from criminals this

  19. 0:43including his own teammate for using
  20. 0:45peds to make himself seem less guilty
  21. 0:48one created an entirely fake website to
  22. 0:51prove his innocence and one player even
  23. 0:53claimed the drug tester purposely
  24. 0:55tainted his sample because he was
  25. 0:57anti-semitic and this entire controversy
  26. 1:01created a war between alex rodriguez and
  27. 1:03mlb in which both sides accuse the other
  28. 1:06of multiple crimes which got people
  29. 1:08fired and even sent to prison and
  30. 1:11concluded with a legendary courtroom
  31. 1:13showdown which allegedly featured a fake
  32. 1:15protest an altercation between lawyers
  33. 1:18and reporters an altercation between
  34. 1:20lawyers and other lawyers and concluded
  35. 1:22with someone having a severe courtroom

  39. 1:33star alex rodriguez prescribed to
  40. 1:35address ramirez's erectile dysfunction
  41. 1:38the most despicable liar in the history
  42. 1:41of baseball alex rodriguez and or his
  43. 1:44associates were involved in threatening
  44. 1:46to kill tony bosch
  45. 1:49[Music]
  46. 1:54on january 12 2014 mlb orchestrated a
  47. 1:58segment on 60 minutes with one goal make
  48. 2:01alex rodriguez look as guilty as
  49. 2:04possible tonight you are going to hear
  50. 2:07details of the evidence for the first
  51. 2:09time his actions
  52. 2:11were
  53. 2:14beyond comprehension the most important
  54. 2:16and controversial interview on this
  55. 2:18segment was done by tony bosch he says
  56. 2:20that when he got there he had drugs and
  57. 2:22alcohol waiting for him in his dressing
  58. 2:24room to make him feel more comfortable
  59. 2:26they were put there as a gift but he
  60. 2:28still doesn't really know who the gift
  61. 2:30was from mlb wanted him to go on 60
  62. 2:33minutes and tell the world a-rod took
  63. 2:36performance-enhancing drugs and that he
  64. 2:38as a-rod's personal doctor supplied them
  65. 2:41but tony bosch wasn't even a real doctor
  66. 2:44he did however know a ton of doctors and
  67. 2:47many of them were his family members the
  68. 2:49most famous one was his cousin orlando
  69. 2:52love him or hate him or ladobosh is
  70. 2:54tonight released from prison who
  71. 2:56according to the justice department
  72. 2:58committed 30 acts of sabotage was
  73. 3:00convicted for firing a homemade rocket
  74. 3:03at a cargo ship and mastermind a plan to
  75. 3:06destroy a commercial airplane with 76
  76. 3:09passengers on it and after all of this
  77. 3:11he was also officially given his own day
  78. 3:14by the city of miami for his
  79. 3:16anti-communist cause tony bash's parents
  80. 3:19were a lot less controversial they
  81. 3:21migrated to the u.s from cuba and became
  82. 3:24successful physicians and were able to
  83. 3:26give tony an upper class upbringing
  84. 3:28according to tony brosh this did not
  85. 3:30stop him from getting into trouble in
  86. 3:32high school he was kicked off the
  87. 3:33baseball team for doing drugs and not
  88. 3:35showing up to practice and his lack of
  89. 3:37discipline may have stopped tony from
  90. 3:39achieving his goal of being a doctor
  91. 3:41however it did not stop him from
  92. 3:43becoming a fake doctor tony bosch was
  93. 3:45already in his 40s but went back to
  94. 3:47school and got his degree from central
  95. 3:49america health sciences university a
  96. 3:52school in belize with less than 500
  97. 3:55students at this point tony bosch had
  98. 3:57already been divorced had been sued for
  99. 3:59unpaid child support had to foreclose on
  100. 4:01a home had multiple failed medical
  101. 4:04businesses and had been sued by his
  102. 4:06investors the degree he got from belize
  103. 4:08by no means makes it legal for him to
  104. 4:09call himself a doctor but this did not
  105. 4:12stop him he framed his diploma bought a
  106. 4:14lab coat with dr bosh stitched on it and
  107. 4:17opened up an anti-aging clinic in
  108. 4:19florida his business model was basically
  109. 4:21to prescribe patients with things like
  110. 4:22synthetic testosterone human growth
  111. 4:24hormone hgc and peptides to basically
  112. 4:28anybody who wanted it these substances
  113. 4:30are legal to prescribe for several rare
  114. 4:32medical conditions and it's safe to
  115. 4:34assume that bosch's patients mostly
  116. 4:37didn't have these conditions and even if
  117. 4:39they did he's not even a doctor so he
  118. 4:42can't write a prescription but luckily
  119. 4:44for bosch there are a ton of retired
  120. 4:46doctors in florida who are willing to
  121. 4:48rent out their prescription pads to fake
  122. 4:50doctors like bosh if they give him a cut
  123. 4:52of the profits bosch's father was one of
  124. 4:55them he used his name and several other
  125. 4:58doctors to prescribe medications to
  126. 5:00basically anybody who wanted it at one
  127. 5:02point fosh was writing prescriptions
  128. 5:05with the name of a doctor who had been
  129. 5:07dead for years and didn't even notice i
  130. 5:10thought he was still alive
  131. 5:12and yeah but yet and then and then the
  132. 5:14other his partner told me no he he died
  133. 5:16pretty much everything about this is
  134. 5:18illegal but in florida not really in
  135. 5:21large part due to a man named rick scott
  136. 5:23remember me the handsome bald guy who
  137. 5:25oversaw one of the largest health care
  138. 5:27frauds in history he was the ceo of a
  139. 5:30company that was fined 1.7 billion
  140. 5:33dollars for giving patients tests they
  141. 5:35didn't need giving fake diagnosis and
  142. 5:38health care visits to people who didn't
  143. 5:40qualify for them all in order to receive
  144. 5:42hundreds of millions of dollars from the
  145. 5:45government and in 2011 this man also
  146. 5:47became the governor of
  147. 5:51you're an florida
  148. 5:52to our state
  149. 5:54sweet
  150. 5:55[Music]
  151. 5:56rick scott passed legislation that took
  152. 5:58away millions of dollars in funding to
  153. 6:00the department of health which was meant
  154. 6:02to investigate illegal medical
  155. 6:04operations like the one tony bosh ran
  156. 6:07according to the miami new times over a
  157. 6:09four year span the department of health
  158. 6:11investigated and referred 206 cases of
  159. 6:14unlicensed practitioners to florida law
  160. 6:17enforcement only four of those cases led
  161. 6:20to convictions this has created a
  162. 6:22massive anti-aging market in florida
  163. 6:24where people basically just sell hgh and
  164. 6:27testosterone out of a doctor's office to
  165. 6:29anybody who wants it this type of gray
  166. 6:32market attracts criminals from across
  167. 6:34the world it also attracts athletes and
  168. 6:36in 2007 tony bosch was introduced to his
  169. 6:39most famous client not named alex
  170. 6:42rodriguez he was tony bosh's first major
  171. 6:44league client and he just so happened to
  172. 6:46be one of the best and most outlandish
  173. 6:49baseball players of all time manny
  174. 6:52ramirez became tony bosh's first vip
  175. 6:55client meaning he traveled with him
  176. 6:57everywhere to give him a specific
  177. 6:59protocol of peds that would change
  178. 7:02constantly according to bosch his job
  179. 7:04description also meant recruiting women
  180. 7:07for manny and sleeping in the same room
  181. 7:09with him on the road saying he was asked
  182. 7:11to read manny bedtime stories because
  183. 7:14ramirez had trouble falling asleep by
  184. 7:16himself bosh's protocol required him to
  185. 7:18give players small doses of banned
  186. 7:20substances at different times throughout
  187. 7:22the day to maximize their energy
  188. 7:24recovery and performance he used things
  189. 7:26like hgh testosterone peptides and
  190. 7:28various other substances all banned by
  191. 7:31mlb mixed with other legal substances
  192. 7:33like zinc melatonin and amino acids all
  193. 7:36of them serve their own unique purpose
  194. 7:38the banned substances were taken in such
  195. 7:40low doses and at strategic times if
  196. 7:42taken correctly they would not show up
  197. 7:44on random drug tests bosch's clients
  198. 7:46would be able to take a testosterone
  199. 7:48pill that they would call gummies
  200. 7:50moments before a game began and by the
  201. 7:52time the game ended it would be
  202. 7:53completely out of their system bosch may
  203. 7:56have been a fake doctor but his protocol
  204. 7:58seemed to work in 2007 manny ramirez
  205. 8:00only hit 20 home runs the lowest total
  206. 8:03of his career the next year under
  207. 8:05bosch's protocol he hit 37 home runs had
  208. 8:08an ops above a thousand and finished
  209. 8:10fourth in mvp boating he was 36 years
  210. 8:14old but in 2009 after getting traded to
  211. 8:16the dodgers i'm back
  212. 8:18and being one of the best players in the
  213. 8:20world while being there manny tested
  214. 8:22positive according to bosh manny
  215. 8:25accidentally took a testosterone cream
  216. 8:27that was supposed to be taken on off
  217. 8:29days on the day of the game and randomly
  218. 8:32got drug tested manny ramirez publicly
  219. 8:34claimed he was prescribed a pad from a
  220. 8:36doctor but thought it was legal and a
  221. 8:38source close to manny even told the
  222. 8:40media that his drug test was due to
  223. 8:42medicine he took for erectile
  224. 8:44dysfunction tony bosch and his father's
  225. 8:46names were made public as the people
  226. 8:48responsible for supplying manny and soon
  227. 8:50the dea was investigating them both this
  228. 8:53seemed like it could be the end of tony
  229. 8:55bosh's clinic but in reality it only
  230. 8:57made his business more popular bosch
  231. 9:00laid low and was never charged according
  232. 9:02to him once everybody found out he was
  233. 9:04supplying manny ramirez he went from
  234. 9:06seeing five to seven patients a week to
  235. 9:09seeing around 60 patients a week bosch
  236. 9:11is mostly known for supplying major
  237. 9:13leaguers but a large part of his clients
  238. 9:15were either regular professional workers
  239. 9:17or amateur athletes and a lot of these
  240. 9:20amateur athletes came with their parents
  241. 9:23in 2013 a survey found that hgh use
  242. 9:26amongst teenagers had doubled in only
  243. 9:28one year the survey also found that 11
  244. 9:31percent of high school students had
  245. 9:34tried hgh before and an even crazier
  246. 9:36stat found that hga's prescriptions for
  247. 9:39teens in palm beach county florida from
  248. 9:412003 to 2011 rose
  249. 9:45376 percent the same county tony bosch's
  250. 9:49clinic was located in according to bosch
  251. 9:51a man named laser would help him recruit
  252. 9:54high school players to his clinic he was
  253. 9:56a pitching coach for the university of
  254. 9:57miami but left after he let high school
  255. 9:59players use the miami facility and took
  256. 10:01recruits on boat rides he was also fired
  257. 10:04from another coaching job after dropping
  258. 10:06his pants in front of the whole team and
  259. 10:08asking them if they quote unquote had a
  260. 10:10pair of these however the school says
  261. 10:13other than that he was a good leader and
  262. 10:14administrator laser was accused of
  263. 10:16recruiting high school players and even
  264. 10:18taking his own sons to bosch's clinic
  265. 10:21for testosterone he was even supposed to
  266. 10:23be arrested for distribution of the
  267. 10:25substance but never was because he was
  268. 10:27in the hospital after breaking up a
  269. 10:29fight between two dogs however laser
  270. 10:32took a plea deal and was only punished
  271. 10:34for possession of testosterone it is not
  272. 10:36clear if laser or anybody actually
  273. 10:38actively recruited high school players
  274. 10:40to the clinic but bosch admits that he
  275. 10:42gave at least 18 kids as young as 15
  276. 10:45years old peds because sadly tony bosch
  277. 10:48would pretty much work with anybody
  278. 10:51including criminals and the most
  279. 10:52noticeable one was a man named oogie
  280. 10:55he's been arrested for grand theft drug
  281. 10:57offenses burglary and was charged with
  282. 10:59domestic violence and battery he also
  283. 11:02somehow happened to be an acquaintance
  284. 11:04with alex rodriguez oogie became tony
  285. 11:07bosch's black market testosterone
  286. 11:08supplier because bosch had so many
  287. 11:10clients he couldn't get all the
  288. 11:12substances he needed through
  289. 11:14prescriptions oogie also helped tony
  290. 11:16bosch open up a new clinic called boca
  291. 11:18body which was a clinic located in a
  292. 11:21boca tanning salon
  293. 11:30and this is where tony bosch met a guy
  294. 11:32named porter fisher bosch put porter
  295. 11:35fischer on one of his protocols and soon
  296. 11:38fisher surrounded himself with bosch
  297. 11:40anytime he could porter fisher is just a
  298. 11:43random guy who likes tanning and
  299. 11:45testosterone but he would go on to
  300. 11:47become a lot more because he would do
  301. 11:50something to get back at tony bosch that
  302. 11:52would ruin bosch's life put his own life
  303. 11:54in serious serious danger and basically
  304. 11:57caused the biggest ped scandal in
  305. 12:00baseball history bosch's new
  306. 12:02testosterone dealer oogie would go on to
  307. 12:04introduce him to alex rodriguez who told
  308. 12:06him right away that he wanted whatever
  309. 12:09manny ramirez was taking tony bosch did
  310. 12:11and within a week awot hit three home
  311. 12:13runs in a single game he was immediately
  312. 12:16bosh's newest and biggest vip client but
  313. 12:20at this point he was one of many it
  314. 12:22seems like bosch was extremely busy
  315. 12:24giving players across the league his
  316. 12:26attention he claims he injected one
  317. 12:28player at a gas station one player told
  318. 12:31him hours before a game he needed help
  319. 12:32with an injection so he drove to marlins
  320. 12:35park picked up the player who was in
  321. 12:37full uniform went to a local polio
  322. 12:39tropical and injected him in the
  323. 12:41bathroom he even says he once had to
  324. 12:44take a blood sample from a-rod in a
  325. 12:46miami nightclub the two continued
  326. 12:48partying and bosch ended up losing the
  327. 12:50vial of blood the two literally crawled
  328. 12:53on the ground in the crowded club trying
  329. 12:55to find it bosch's laundry list of major
  330. 12:57leaguers included several all-stars mvps
  331. 13:00and players who seemed like locks to be
  332. 13:02hall of famers but today the chances
  333. 13:04that any of these players are going to
  334. 13:05make the hall of fame have decreased
  335. 13:07significantly because starting in 2011
  336. 13:10bosch's clients began testing positive
  337. 13:12and other than alex rodriguez the first
  338. 13:14one of them to fall went as far as
  339. 13:17anybody to clear his name including
  340. 13:19making up accusations against an
  341. 13:21innocent man which completely ruined his
  342. 13:23reputation all in order to make the
  343. 13:25player seem like he was clean and this
  344. 13:28actually worked in october 2011 ryan
  345. 13:32braun set a record for having the
  346. 13:34highest testosterone ever recorded in a
  347. 13:36major league drug test and according to
  348. 13:38the daily news it was twice as high as
  349. 13:40the person who previously held the
  350. 13:42record this was the same season braun
  351. 13:45won nl mvp and up to that point he had a
  352. 13:48start to his career that rivaled
  353. 13:49anyone's after news of his positive
  354. 13:51tests went public braun went into
  355. 13:53full-on denial he blamed the person who
  356. 13:56handled his sample for not following
  357. 13:58protocol braun publicly hinted that he
  358. 14:00discovered some quote unquote suspicious
  359. 14:02things about the man taking the sample
  360. 14:05braun even reportedly told players
  361. 14:07across the league that the man was a
  362. 14:09cubs fan and was anti-semitic ryan braun
  363. 14:13is jewish and claimed this could be why
  364. 14:15his test came up positive but in reality
  365. 14:17ron was extremely aware his hgh and
  366. 14:20testosterone use probably had more to do
  367. 14:22with the positive test the man who took
  368. 14:24bronze sample was supposed to give it to
  369. 14:26fedex to be shipped but since fedex was
  370. 14:28closing soon and the sample wouldn't be
  371. 14:30shipped until the next day he waited to
  372. 14:32avoid the risk that the sample would be
  373. 14:34tampered or broken in the hands of fedex
  374. 14:36and apparently this was enough to
  375. 14:38overturn ryan braun's suspension the
  376. 14:41investigators found that the sample seal
  377. 14:43was never broken or tampered with but
  378. 14:46still waiting that extra day was
  379. 14:48technically against the rules and made
  380. 14:50the test invalid few months later the
  381. 14:52man who decided to reverse the
  382. 14:54suspension was fired commissioner bud
  383. 14:56selig wanted ryan braun and anyone else
  384. 14:59doing peds suspended and soon he would
  385. 15:02get his wish because about a year later
  386. 15:04tony bosh's empire began to crumble in
  387. 15:072012 two of tony bash's clients tested
  388. 15:10positive in one week bartolo colon
  389. 15:12tested positive and was suspended 50
  390. 15:15games bosch served cologne and
  391. 15:17exclusively referred to him by the
  392. 15:18nickname dui when he tested positive he
  393. 15:22was 39 years old and was putting up his
  394. 15:24best era in 10 years that same week
  395. 15:27melky cabrera tested positive as well
  396. 15:30only one week after winning the all-star
  397. 15:32game mvp award who were these lovely
  398. 15:34ladies i'm thank you they're fine we got
  399. 15:37mom here who else is here with you thank
  400. 15:38you thank you
  401. 15:40he also made an extremely insane attempt
  402. 15:44to plead his innocence melki claimed he
  403. 15:46took a supplement that he saw advertised
  404. 15:48online that was fraudulently spiked with
  405. 15:51testosterone this was a complete lie but
  406. 15:53to back it up melky bought a website
  407. 15:55from a company for ten thousand dollars
  408. 15:58then created a fake supplement with fake
  409. 16:00advertisements to convince mlb he had
  410. 16:03accidentally bought it online they
  411. 16:05quickly discovered it was a fraud and
  412. 16:06suspended him 50 games at this point
  413. 16:09bosch was in huge trouble he knew this
  414. 16:11would likely lead to another dea
  415. 16:13investigation and three of his biggest
  416. 16:15clients were suspended and no longer
  417. 16:17wanted his service so bosch needed money
  418. 16:21to keep his business alive and this is
  419. 16:23where porter fisher comes in porter
  420. 16:25fisher was still some random guy who
  421. 16:27liked tanning and testosterone but
  422. 16:29around this time he was hit by a car
  423. 16:32while riding his bike and was rewarded a
  424. 16:34large amount of insurance money tony
  425. 16:36bosch found out about this and convinced
  426. 16:39him to invest four thousand dollars of
  427. 16:41this money into the clinic an investment
  428. 16:44bosch never planned to pay back as time
  429. 16:47went on porter fischer became insanely
  430. 16:50upset about this he stole all of bosch's
  431. 16:52files called a miami newspaper and
  432. 16:54exposed tony bosch and all the athletes
  433. 16:57he worked with the miami new times used
  434. 16:59the files porter fisher stole to link
  435. 17:01melky cabrera bartolo colon yasmani
  436. 17:04grandahl nelson cruz and alex rodriguez
  437. 17:07to tony bosch most people are unaware
  438. 17:09that mlb has something called the
  439. 17:11department of investigations a group of
  440. 17:14former high-level ex-law enforcement and
  441. 17:16intelligence agents which is essentially
  442. 17:18the fbi of mlb so if there's any
  443. 17:22problems like a steroid scandal the
  444. 17:24league can look into the matter
  445. 17:25themselves mlb immediately sent this
  446. 17:27department to investigate every player
  447. 17:30and person involved in the scandal and
  448. 17:32their main target was alex rodriguez
  449. 17:35he'd already been busted for peds once
  450. 17:37and many within mlb wanted to see him
  451. 17:39banned for life so a-rod used his
  452. 17:42millions and basically set up his own
  453. 17:44department of investigations to combat
  454. 17:46mlb's department of investigations and
  455. 17:48over the next year the two squared off
  456. 17:51and broke many laws while doing so mlb
  457. 17:54and a-rod's first priority was to obtain
  458. 17:56tony bosh's records and the only person
  459. 17:59in the world who had these original
  460. 18:01files was porter fisher abroad's camp
  461. 18:03offered him ten thousand dollars porter
  462. 18:06fisher was scared oogie might kill him
  463. 18:08if he didn't give them the files so he
  464. 18:10did a-rod took these files and leaked
  465. 18:12the names of ryan braun and his own
  466. 18:15teammate francisco cervelli just to take
  467. 18:18some of the media attention off himself
  468. 18:20ryan braun was suspended 65 games and
  469. 18:23said sorry for lying and ruining the
  470. 18:25urine collector's reputation i wish that
  471. 18:27i could go back and change things but i
  472. 18:29don't have that opportunity to do that
  473. 18:30so
  474. 18:31i'm just going to do everything mlb also
  475. 18:33desperately wanted these files but
  476. 18:35porter fisher knew that giving these
  477. 18:36files would put his life in great danger
  478. 18:39from a-rod's camp mlb offered to make
  479. 18:41porter fischer a full-time employee
  480. 18:44paying him a thousand dollars a week he
  481. 18:46said no they offered him an additional
  482. 18:48ten thousand dollars he said no then
  483. 18:51they offered him 125 grand he said no
  484. 18:54again so they went a different more
  485. 18:57illegal route one day porter fischer was
  486. 18:59going to take these original files to
  487. 19:01the florida health department for
  488. 19:02evidence but before he went he stopped
  489. 19:05by the tanning salon while porter fisher
  490. 19:07was in the tanning bed somebody broke
  491. 19:10into his car and stole the files they
  492. 19:13then took these stolen files and sold
  493. 19:15them to mlb for a hundred and twenty
  494. 19:17five thousand dollars buying storm files
  495. 19:20that were meant to go to the state of
  496. 19:21florida for an active investigation
  497. 19:24seems pretty illegal so the people who
  498. 19:26sold them these files filmed the
  499. 19:28transaction and then sold the footage to
  500. 19:31a-rod so he could have more dirt on mlb
  501. 19:34but when a-rod got the hard drive it was
  502. 19:36blank so they basically sold a-rod a
  503. 19:39blank hard drive for literally hundreds
  504. 19:42of thousands of dollars at this point
  505. 19:44a-rod and mlb both have copies of tony
  506. 19:47bosch's files mlb plan to use them as
  507. 19:49evidence to give a-rod an extremely long
  508. 19:52suspension but needed tony bosch to
  509. 19:54cooperate and confirm to a third party
  510. 19:57that the files were real to convince him
  511. 19:59to cooperate mlb investigators bought
  512. 20:02bosch's girlfriend flowers and shoes
  513. 20:05they also sued him and said if he did
  514. 20:07cooperate they would drop the lawsuit
  515. 20:09average camp did not want this to happen
  516. 20:11so they offered tony bosch 25 000 a
  517. 20:14month until the scandal blew over they
  518. 20:17also were willing to pay him an
  519. 20:18additional 50 grand to flee the country
  520. 20:22and live in colombia so there was
  521. 20:24absolutely no risk of mlb getting him to
  522. 20:27cooperate a-rod's camp also leaked
  523. 20:29information to the media that the head
  524. 20:31of mlb's investigation slept with one of
  525. 20:34tony bosh's nurses she was a potential
  526. 20:38witness and this was not a good look and
  527. 20:40caused mlb to later fire him but before
  528. 20:44he was fired he was able to get tony
  529. 20:46bosch to cooperate with mlb bosch turned
  530. 20:49down all of a rod's money and because of
  531. 20:52this tony says he received a text most
  532. 20:55likely from a-rod's camp that said he
  533. 20:57wouldn't live to see the end of the year
  534. 21:00tony bosch then basically went on a
  535. 21:02full-out media tour giving his tell-all
  536. 21:04story under the direction of mlb he most
  537. 21:07famously went on outside the lines where
  538. 21:09he was visibly intoxicated no comment
  539. 21:13i'm a nutritionist
  540. 21:15i don't know anything about the
  541. 21:16performance enhancing drugs i had no
  542. 21:18idea what i was saying in that interview
  543. 21:20to be quite honest with you he also did
  544. 21:2260 minutes and said he had drugs and
  545. 21:24alcohol waiting for him when he got to
  546. 21:26his dressing room mlb suspended a-rod
  547. 21:28211 games the biggest suspension in
  548. 21:31baseball history but a-rod was not done
  549. 21:34fighting he appealed continued to play
  550. 21:37got booed
  551. 21:40and got hit by pitches that offseason
  552. 21:42a-rod and mlb went into an arbitration
  553. 21:45meeting where the two camps would tell
  554. 21:46their side of the story and an
  555. 21:48independent party would decide the
  556. 21:50suspension throughout the hearing up to
  557. 21:52150 people gathered to protest and even
  558. 21:55held a candlelight vigil in a-rod's
  559. 21:57defense the signs were all written in
  560. 21:59the same black marker and apparently the
  561. 22:02protest was organized by hispanics
  562. 22:04across america an organization that
  563. 22:06reportedly received an anonymous
  564. 22:08donation for a hundred thousand dollars
  565. 22:11to protest leading many to speculate
  566. 22:13that a-rod paid people to show up to
  567. 22:16support his fight against mlb which
  568. 22:18didn't go particularly well according to
  569. 22:20tony bosch a-rod told the arbitrator he
  570. 22:22thought he was taking an erectile
  571. 22:24dysfunction medication other reports say
  572. 22:26his lawyer almost got into a brawl with
  573. 22:27reporters and got into an altercation
  574. 22:30with tony bosh's lawyers a-rod was asked
  575. 22:32to stop after making weird faces towards
  576. 22:35tony bosch while he was talking and
  577. 22:37eventually stormed out of the meeting
  578. 22:39told rob manford he was full of bs went
  579. 22:42to wfan and famously said this and today
  580. 22:45i just
  581. 22:46i lost my mind i banged the table and
  582. 22:48kicked
  583. 22:50a briefcase and slammed out of the room
  584. 22:52and and he doesn't have the courage
  585. 22:54to come look at me in the eye and tell
  586. 22:56me
  587. 22:57this is why i did 211 i shouldn't serve
  588. 22:59one inning
  589. 23:01and this guy should come to my he would
  590. 23:03end up getting his suspension lowered to
  591. 23:05162 games which is still an mlb record
  592. 23:09in the end over 15 players would be
  593. 23:11suspended in relation to tony bosch
  594. 23:14three of mlb's top investigators were
  595. 23:16later fired likely because of what they
  596. 23:18did during this scandal tony bosch
  597. 23:20himself only received a five thousand
  598. 23:22dollar fine from the state of florida
  599. 23:24but then the dea stepped in his chemist
  600. 23:26and his supplier oogie were sentenced to
  601. 23:28prison and tony bosch was given four
  602. 23:30years his sentence has since been
  603. 23:32reduced and he is now a free man
  604. 23:34currently he is back in the industry
  605. 23:36owning a business which he describes as
  606. 23:38a technology company educating other
  607. 23:41anti-aging clinics but promises he will
  608. 23:44never work with another professional
  609. 23:46athlete again
