  1. 0:01Hi.
  2. 0:02Um
  3. 0:03greetings everybody. Um we're live now.
  4. 0:07Um I think
  5. 0:08quick quick sound check um and everyone
  6. 0:11can see me. Thank you
  7. 0:13um everyone for making the the time
  8. 0:15today.
  9. 0:16Um a lot of updates I'm going to walk
  10. 0:19you through
  11. 0:20um
  12. 0:21in uh in a moment. Uh I'll just give you
  13. 0:23an overview of what uh we plan to
  14. 0:25discuss today, but as I committed to you
  15. 0:27on the previous call and the time before
  16. 0:29that um I will I will be hosting these
  17. 0:33calls and giving updates as regularly,
  18. 0:36consistently, um and methodically as
  19. 0:38possible, giving you um transparent
  20. 0:41feedback, real-time updates uh when we
  21. 0:43can. We want to make sure that we um
  22. 0:47we keep keep everyone updated as
  23. 0:49frequently as possible. Obviously, I
  24. 0:51know we have a bunch of people reaching
  25. 0:52out, whether it's to uh myself, Ahmed,
  26. 0:55Brian, um and the crew. Ahmed actually
  27. 0:58uh was just messaging me earlier. He's
  28. 1:00He sends his um his greetings to
  29. 1:01everyone. Um and uh and obviously Ahmed
  30. 1:05is is completely as has always been
  31. 1:07leading the charge on the marketing
  32. 1:09front. I'll walk through in a little bit
  33. 1:11uh you know, what Brian is leading the
  34. 1:13charge on uh with regards to the um
  35. 1:16with with the the audit. But basically
  36. 1:18today, what I'm going to walk folks
  37. 1:21through is the road map in terms of how
  38. 1:23it looks for the remainder of August,
  39. 1:25uh for September, and for October. Um
  40. 1:28including uh including precisely when we
  41. 1:31will uh resume with partner withdrawals,
  42. 1:35um as well as the an upcoming event uh
  43. 1:38in Bali, which is pretty exciting. So,
  44. 1:40mixed news today, but you have the
  45. 1:41commitment from my side that as
  46. 1:43frequently
  47. 1:44as possible, we'll we'll have these
  48. 1:46calls, uh make sure that people have uh
  49. 1:49the correct information, the appropriate
  50. 1:51information uh as we navigate through
  51. 1:53this. And as I said before, you know,
  52. 1:56and you'll see with some of the things
  53. 1:57that that we're working on, uh the goal
  54. 1:59here is is is to come back stronger, uh
  55. 2:02come back better, uh come back more
  56. 2:04efficient, more structured, more
  57. 2:06institutionalized,
  58. 2:08and uh to truly be
  59. 2:10a a a best-in-class uh you know,
  60. 2:12operator and and and leader um
  61. 2:15on in on this uh frontier
  62. 2:17frontier edge technology
  63. 2:19uh system that we that we operate in.
  64. 2:22Before I kick off, uh you know, we have
  65. 2:24we have a full room today as as we
  66. 2:25always do and you know, genuinely I I go
  67. 2:28out to this company doesn't exist um
  68. 2:31without this community,
  69. 2:32without this network, um
  70. 2:34with what has been built.
  71. 2:36And so I say you uh from myself and
  72. 2:38behalf of the entire team here that uh
  73. 2:41you know, that is um
  74. 2:44incredibly important to us, it's
  75. 2:46incredibly critical to us,
  76. 2:47uh and our goal here again is to deliver
  77. 2:51timely results in a institutionalized
  78. 2:54manner and
  79. 2:55stronger [clears throat] than we've ever
  80. 2:56been before.
  81. 2:58So with that said, I'm going to walk you
  82. 3:00through a presentation now. As I
  83. 3:01mentioned, we'll have an update on the
  84. 3:03uh audit as well as how things will play
  85. 3:05out through the remainder of uh August
  86. 3:08into uh September and as well as
  87. 3:10October. So with that said, I'm just
  88. 3:12going to share my screen quickly here.
  89. 3:15Um
  90. 3:17All right. So, that should be good.
  91. 3:20All right. Uh with that said, let's jump
  92. 3:22uh let's jump straight into it. We've
  93. 3:24got a a full house here. I'll I'll be as
  94. 3:26thorough and um
  95. 3:28and and efficient as possible with the
  96. 3:30with specifically noting where where to
  97. 3:32pay special attention on some of the
  98. 3:34updates.
  99. 3:35Uh
  100. 3:36so, starting as I said before,
  101. 3:38uh Brian Brian Benson's obviously
  102. 3:40leading the charge here on the um on the
  103. 3:42audit uh and the recovery process side.
  104. 3:45Um he and his team are
  105. 3:48are executing and conducting an
  106. 3:49extremely um methodical uh and and
  107. 3:53comprehensive audit as as part of this.
  108. 3:55Again, this is a critical component in
  109. 3:58making sure that we can
  110. 4:00complete the recovery in a timely
  111. 4:01fashion, as well as come back, you know,
  112. 4:04better and stronger than we we we were
  113. 4:06before. Um
  114. 4:08obviously during this process, you know,
  115. 4:10some of the company accounts have been
  116. 4:12temporarily frozen. Again, I say
  117. 4:14temporarily frozen, so not permanently,
  118. 4:16but temporarily. Um you know, the the
  119. 4:19team is actively working day and night,
  120. 4:22Brian and his team to uh
  121. 4:25fully understand, review, um and
  122. 4:29again comprehensively analyze the
  123. 4:32situation,
  124. 4:33and produce the
  125. 4:36final results and and and a complete
  126. 4:38audit.
  127. 4:40Again, the completion of this audit will
  128. 4:42determine
  129. 4:43will assist in determining the next
  130. 4:45steps here
  131. 4:46in the recovery process, which I'll go
  132. 4:48through in in more slides covered, but
  133. 4:51again,
  134. 4:51in a nutshell,
  135. 4:53that process is undergoing.
  136. 4:55Brian is leading the charge. We want to
  137. 4:57be as comprehensive, as methodical, as
  138. 4:59institutionalized as possible to to
  139. 5:01execute that flawlessly and get things
  140. 5:03up and running here as
  141. 5:05smoothly and timely as possible. We we
  142. 5:08we realize, you know, time is of the
  143. 5:09essence for us,
  144. 5:10our partners, for the community.
  145. 5:13And so again, from from from my seat
  146. 5:15here, just to let you know that that on
  147. 5:16that front, Brian and his team are
  148. 5:19working extensively day and night to to
  149. 5:22move as
  150. 5:23quickly as humanly possible
  151. 5:25on that front.
  152. 5:28Moving on. Okay. So, I mentioned before
  153. 5:30I want to walk you through how things
  154. 5:32are going to look for August, how
  155. 5:33they're going to look for September and
  156. 5:35October and and beyond. So, again, if if
  157. 5:39I just sum up what August looks like,
  158. 5:40it's recovery and restorations, and we
  159. 5:43will also be having our
  160. 5:45Nera Labs IO
  161. 5:47release, and I'll go through what what
  162. 5:48products will
  163. 5:50will be encompassed on that. But again,
  164. 5:52we want to sum up
  165. 5:54August in in two words, I'll say
  166. 5:56recovery and restoration.
  167. 5:59So, here's some some dates to pay
  168. 6:01attention to. And again, when we we
  169. 6:03spend a lot of time guys, you know,
  170. 6:06obviously
  171. 6:07coming into these updates making sure
  172. 6:09that the dates we put you on ones that
  173. 6:11we can stand behind and ones that we can
  174. 6:13execute on. So,
  175. 6:15I'm going to say here now, um
  176. 6:17between August 10th and we've already
  177. 6:19started obviously.
  178. 6:20Now between August 10th and the 15th, so
  179. 6:23that's probably by
  180. 6:24the end of the weekend. Um we'll have
  181. 6:27NerroLabs beta and the initial back
  182. 6:29office um
  183. 6:32up and running.
  184. 6:33As I had mentioned on a previous call
  185. 6:34here, our goal here is to really have a
  186. 6:37best-in-class back office and support
  187. 6:39infrastructure um with the
  188. 6:42the renewed version of of NerroLabs.
  189. 6:45Again, just so you know that will be
  190. 6:47NerroLabs.io.
  191. 6:49A complete refresh
  192. 6:51as as I had mentioned before.
  193. 6:53But again, if I want to stress something
  194. 6:55on this that we're we're doing
  195. 6:58everything conceivably possible to make
  196. 7:00sure that the back office support
  197. 7:02infrastructure here is truly
  198. 7:05best-in-class and and marries with the
  199. 7:08um
  200. 7:09with the trading environment that we're
  201. 7:11able to to to provide. So, it's
  202. 7:13something I'm I'm I'm excited about. I
  203. 7:16believe it will be
  204. 7:17I sincerely believe it will be
  205. 7:19successful over the long term and we're
  206. 7:21making sure we do things right.
  207. 7:23And and and I have something that that
  208. 7:26folks will be really really not just
  209. 7:28proud of but can see profitable results
  210. 7:31from and and something that has
  211. 7:32longevity. Right? This is not about
  212. 7:34today or tomorrow. We want something
  213. 7:36here that will take us well into the
  214. 7:38future
  215. 7:39and beyond. So,
  216. 7:42obviously our Neural Labs dashboard will
  217. 7:45we will continue to evolve that, right?
  218. 7:46It's definitely not going to be a
  219. 7:48stagnant. It's not going to be, you
  220. 7:49know, a one-and-done.
  221. 7:51The goal there is to keep delivering
  222. 7:54new products, new features,
  223. 7:56new new new updates as we evolve and
  224. 7:58this will become this is already a
  225. 8:00primary focus of ours.
  226. 8:02So, we'll be adding updates to that
  227. 8:04following the
  228. 8:06beta of the August for the rest of
  229. 8:08August as well as then September and
  230. 8:10into October and then beyond. But again,
  231. 8:14as I'd
  232. 8:15said in one of the first first of these
  233. 8:17update calls,
  234. 8:19we have our support from our
  235. 8:20institutional partners and investors
  236. 8:22from our our venture partners
  237. 8:24and we are deploying a significant
  238. 8:26amount of
  239. 8:27of resources into making sure
  240. 8:29what we deliver here is truly
  241. 8:33ready for the world stage.
  242. 8:35So, let's
  243. 8:37talk about the Quantum Alpha
  244. 8:39restoration.
  245. 8:40Um so, you know, obviously as I
  246. 8:43mentioned on the
  247. 8:45the first slide and again, a lot of this
  248. 8:48revolves around
  249. 8:50our audit process
  250. 8:51and completing that in a timely and
  251. 8:54methodical manner. We expect
  252. 8:58excuse me, we expect our Quantum Alpha
  253. 9:00payouts, right? Will resume
  254. 9:03you know, as the as the recovery process
  255. 9:05continues.
  256. 9:06Again, and I've said this before, but
  257. 9:09I want to stress it again because this
  258. 9:10is critically important.
  259. 9:12During this transition period, you know,
  260. 9:13Quantum Alpha will continue to earn the
  261. 9:15trading returns.
  262. 9:17You can continue submitting the
  263. 9:18withdrawal requests.
  264. 9:20Our temporary projected monthly returns
  265. 9:22as as we've said before approximately 2
  266. 9:24to 3%
  267. 9:26until things are are are are recovered
  268. 9:28and resumed and back up live up and
  269. 9:31running.
  270. 9:32And obviously, we have the restoration
  271. 9:34of the partner compensation structure
  272. 9:36associated with the with Quantum Alpha.
  273. 9:39So again,
  274. 9:40we expect our Quantum Alpha payouts to
  275. 9:42resume
  276. 9:43as soon as the recovery process not just
  277. 9:46continues but completes here alongside
  278. 9:48with the with the audit and we'll
  279. 9:49continue to provide
  280. 9:52as soon as we can
  281. 9:53specific very specific times around
  282. 9:56that. Again, Brian and his team are
  283. 9:58actively
  284. 10:00really
  285. 10:01putting a lot of time and resources into
  286. 10:03moving that along as quickly as humanly
  287. 10:06possible on that front. But
  288. 10:07that's the summary on the the Quantum
  289. 10:09Alpha restoration, the returns, the
  290. 10:12withdrawal requests,
  291. 10:13and the partner compensation structure.
  292. 10:17So
  293. 10:18let's [clears throat] talk, you know,
  294. 10:19the the last time we spoke
  295. 10:21we we really
  296. 10:23we jumped into
  297. 10:25talking about right obviously we have,
  298. 10:27you know, various products that are out
  299. 10:28there. We need to look at them not just
  300. 10:30in isolation but holistically.
  301. 10:33But I wanted to just tap now on
  302. 10:35you know, obviously our centralized
  303. 10:36product recovery. So again, we we really
  304. 10:39have to roll up our sleeves here and go
  305. 10:41through every single one
  306. 10:43of the engines,
  307. 10:45you know, where any exposure was, where
  308. 10:47any weaknesses were,
  309. 10:48and and it's a full audit on the system
  310. 10:50as a whole as well as each of the
  311. 10:53centralized product. So
  312. 10:55and as I've also previously mentioned,
  313. 10:58these audits are
  314. 10:59you know, they're both technical and
  315. 11:01security in nature.
  316. 11:03Our goal here is to be you know, fully
  317. 11:05transparent. We want to get up and
  318. 11:07running
  319. 11:08better and stronger than we were before
  320. 11:10and we're now doing everything in our
  321. 11:12power to make sure that we're taking the
  322. 11:14right steps at the right time and moving
  323. 11:16as quick as we can in a safe and
  324. 11:19controlled environment
  325. 11:21you know, on this front. So once we've
  326. 11:24completed our technical and security
  327. 11:27audits,
  328. 11:28we will then move forward with the
  329. 11:30restoration of the X AI
  330. 11:33the XAI Pro,
  331. 11:34the Zeus bot, and as well as our RWA.
  332. 11:38So, again,
  333. 11:39if if it wasn't clear, there's a
  334. 11:41sequencing here, right?
  335. 11:44Once Binance team have have completely
  336. 11:47have completed the audit, and we can
  337. 11:49begin with our recovery, we then move on
  338. 11:50to our centralized product recovery, and
  339. 11:53those products
  340. 11:55listed there.
  341. 11:56Um
  342. 11:58you know, and obviously the products
  343. 12:00sale will return progressively
  344. 12:02again as as as these required audits
  345. 12:05are complete, verified,
  346. 12:08we can produce the results,
  347. 12:10and we can feel that we're operating
  348. 12:13in a very transparent and structured,
  349. 12:16safe, and secure environment. Again, the
  350. 12:19goal here
  351. 12:20recover, restore, sorry, restore,
  352. 12:22recover,
  353. 12:24build, go stronger into the future,
  354. 12:26right? Each step, unfortunately, does
  355. 12:28take time, right? And we are working as
  356. 12:30quickly as we can to
  357. 12:33to do this as efficiently as possible.
  358. 12:36Again,
  359. 12:37appreciate everyone's patience. We we've
  360. 12:39we've all had a lot of people reaching
  361. 12:40out. This is this is the messaging here
  362. 12:43that I'll I'll delivering previously,
  363. 12:45that I'm delivering today, and that I'll
  364. 12:46continue to deliver on a consistent
  365. 12:48basis. And the moment we have, you know,
  366. 12:51specific dates, specific times,
  367. 12:54we will deliver those to the community
  368. 12:55immediately. Community has always and
  369. 12:58will always be the center of this
  370. 13:01company. We we appreciate that. We're
  371. 13:03aware of that, and our goal here is to
  372. 13:05is to honor that as we do this in a
  373. 13:07structured way.
  374. 13:09So, that covers August.
  375. 13:13What does What What does September hold?
  376. 13:16So, you know,
  377. 13:18as I've said
  378. 13:20I I keep saying as I said previously,
  379. 13:21but I'm stressing these messages because
  380. 13:23these are these are important things. A
  381. 13:25lot of investment, a lot of capital's
  382. 13:27going into the renewed uh narrow labs.
  383. 13:31And so September will bring along with
  384. 13:32that a
  385. 13:34dashboard expansion.
  386. 13:35Um so what will that look like? And this
  387. 13:38I mean I'm incredibly excited about. I
  388. 13:39think you will too. I'm also excited
  389. 13:41that it will be done in an institutional
  390. 13:43manner with the required back office
  391. 13:47support.
  392. 13:48Um
  393. 13:49so
  394. 13:50throughout September you will continue
  395. 13:52to see
  396. 13:53dashboard upgrades with new
  397. 13:55functionality and products added.
  398. 13:57Again here we we we want to be best in
  399. 13:59class. We want to be delivering the
  400. 14:02right tools, the right interface, the
  401. 14:04right experience both from the front and
  402. 14:06the back office perspective. Um
  403. 14:09>> [clears throat]
  404. 14:09>> to to our narrow labs.io infrastructure.
  405. 14:13So once we built on the initial once we
  406. 14:16have the beta release out, we will then
  407. 14:18obviously expand the dashboard.
  408. 14:20And we really want to we want to make
  409. 14:22these tools as as robust and as as
  410. 14:24cutting edge as possible. So whether
  411. 14:25it's new products, whether it's upgraded
  412. 14:27tools, whether it's additional ecosystem
  413. 14:29services, back office support, VIP
  414. 14:31support, whatever that whatever that
  415. 14:34looks like and I'll go into what some of
  416. 14:35those look like in a moment.
  417. 14:37But that's what you'll start to see
  418. 14:39pretty consistent development on and
  419. 14:42releases throughout September 2026.
  420. 14:46Again,
  421. 14:47our
  422. 14:48functionality will be introduced
  423. 14:50progressively once we feel things are
  424. 14:53safe, they tested, they trusted
  425. 14:55and and and we feel very good about
  426. 14:57them.
  427. 14:58And I think
  428. 15:00this is something that will
  429. 15:02truly make us bold back here
  430. 15:04better and stronger than we were before
  431. 15:06and and something that which is near and
  432. 15:09and dear to to to the whole team is the
  433. 15:11longevity here. We want something that
  434. 15:14will last us well into the future and
  435. 15:16remain a industry leader for many years
  436. 15:19to come.
  437. 15:22So
  438. 15:23as part of this um
  439. 15:25as part of this this upgrade in this
  440. 15:27renewed Neural Labs, what is the what is
  441. 15:30the trading infrastructure look like?
  442. 15:32What will we able to offer? So, we
  443. 15:34obviously will as I mentioned we will be
  444. 15:36expanding that beyond just a single
  445. 15:37product. We want to have
  446. 15:39truly a comprehensive and robust trading
  447. 15:42environment that will have you know
  448. 15:44multiple multiple solutions, multiple
  449. 15:47algos, multiple bots.
  450. 15:49It really is something that
  451. 15:51I would like to see here be a one-stop
  452. 15:53shop for both novice and professional
  453. 15:56traders alike. So, again from what you
  454. 15:59will see here is additional trading
  455. 16:00bots,
  456. 16:01integration of different trading algos,
  457. 16:04ability to introduce third-party trading
  458. 16:06solutions, which is
  459. 16:07which is which is incredibly exciting.
  460. 16:10And then, you know, there will be we
  461. 16:13want to create opportunities here for
  462. 16:16other companies and third part parties
  463. 16:18to
  464. 16:19to utilize our platform to launch their
  465. 16:21own trading products on. You know, this
  466. 16:24is this is something that there's been a
  467. 16:26lot of interest on from the more
  468. 16:28institutionalized folks who want to
  469. 16:31leverage our infrastructure
  470. 16:34and introduce third-party
  471. 16:37trading products onto the platform. So,
  472. 16:39again, the goal here is to create a
  473. 16:42best-in-class institutional-like
  474. 16:44decentralized trading platform at
  475. 16:46neurallabs.io
  476. 16:48and we are spending a significant amount
  477. 16:50of resources in in bringing that
  478. 16:53bringing that live.
  479. 16:54And so, September will be
  480. 16:56an incredibly exciting month for that.
  481. 16:57So, stay tuned. There will obviously be
  482. 16:59a lot more updates between now and then.
  483. 17:02I can assure you that.
  484. 17:04Um
  485. 17:06you know, what will some of these
  486. 17:07ecosystem opportunities look like? We're
  487. 17:09going to have things they'll be they'll
  488. 17:11be financing, they'll be new partner
  489. 17:13bonus models, they'll be strategic
  490. 17:15partnership opportunities.
  491. 17:17And and obviously this is all
  492. 17:18encompassed in the expansion of our
  493. 17:20narrow labs ecosystem. Um, and
  494. 17:24again, uh, the goal here we've got
  495. 17:26incredibly bright people working on
  496. 17:28things behind the scenes. We know what
  497. 17:30what will move the market. We know what
  498. 17:32people are looking for. Um,
  499. 17:34and we know the
  500. 17:36the infra that we've already got. And so
  501. 17:38the question here is, you know, how
  502. 17:42how much can we scale this? How
  503. 17:44efficiently and safely can we scale
  504. 17:46this? And and safety is a number one
  505. 17:49priority here. That's you know,
  506. 17:51that's that that'll be said now, it'll
  507. 17:53be said multiple times. Um, but again,
  508. 17:56all of this along with not just this
  509. 17:58ecosystem opportunities, but having
  510. 18:00truly a institutional level
  511. 18:03back office and support infrastructure
  512. 18:06to to line up with this next gen
  513. 18:09trading infrastructure.
  514. 18:11Uh, later on I'll walk through some of
  515. 18:13these what these financing opportunities
  516. 18:15will look like. Um, but again,
  517. 18:18I think September
  518. 18:19as you see some of these updates go
  519. 18:21live, you'll be incredibly excited about
  520. 18:24what we are what we are delivering.
  521. 18:26And we will feel great because we know
  522. 18:29that it is something that we can we can
  523. 18:31trust.
  524. 18:32Uh, we want things to be completely
  525. 18:33transparent. We want things to be safe
  526. 18:35and secure for everyone in the in the
  527. 18:38ecosystem. Again, the goal here is not
  528. 18:40just to restore and recover, but to
  529. 18:42rebuild stronger, right? Rebuild better
  530. 18:45uh, and and rebuild with longevity in
  531. 18:47mind such positioning us well into the
  532. 18:49future.
  533. 18:51So, what have we covered so far? Just a
  534. 18:53quick recap.
  535. 18:55Brian and and co are continuing to put
  536. 18:57forward on the order front. We've gone
  537. 18:59through what what the road map will look
  538. 19:01like for August. I've gone through what
  539. 19:03what what we're planning to go live with
  540. 19:05in September and we'll have updates on
  541. 19:07that.
  542. 19:08And so then that brings us into October.
  543. 19:11And
  544. 19:12October will will result in even further
  545. 19:14ecosystem expansion. Again, here the
  546. 19:16goal is not to be static. The goal is to
  547. 19:18not have a one-hit wonder of a product,
  548. 19:21but to truly have a diversified,
  549. 19:24comprehensive, um
  550. 19:26institutionalized trading platform where
  551. 19:30different products can plug and play,
  552. 19:32different institutional partners can
  553. 19:33come on board, um and we can, you know,
  554. 19:38hopefully, and this is the goal here, to
  555. 19:39truly be right up there at the top as as
  556. 19:42as best-in-class trading infrastructure.
  557. 19:44So, in October,
  558. 19:47you'll see even a further upgrade um to
  559. 19:50our NeuroLabs dashboard.
  560. 19:52Um again, we will
  561. 19:55continue to add products as uh as
  562. 19:58frequently as makes sense, provided that
  563. 20:00they are going to be useful, impactful,
  564. 20:04um and uh
  565. 20:06and again, with the idea that there is
  566. 20:09they are accretive in nature to the
  567. 20:11ecosystem. We're not going to put
  568. 20:12something on just for the sake of it
  569. 20:14having it on. We want something that'll
  570. 20:15be accretive. Either has greater
  571. 20:17functionality, more tools, um greater
  572. 20:21exposure, uh
  573. 20:23deeper connectivity to various
  574. 20:24algorithms. So, whatever that would look
  575. 20:27like, the goal here is to really provide
  576. 20:29improved products, additional products,
  577. 20:32complementary products, and products
  578. 20:33that are accretive to uh to to Neuro as
  579. 20:36a whole. Bearing in mind, we want things
  580. 20:38to be convenient. We want them to be
  581. 20:41user-friendly.
  582. 20:43Um and we want we want, obviously, to
  583. 20:45drive drive engagement forward uh well
  584. 20:48into the future here. And so, again, a
  585. 20:50lot of time,
  586. 20:51a lot of capital is being deployed to uh
  587. 20:54to to bring these developments live in
  588. 20:56September and uh and October. So,
  589. 20:59definitely will be a lot of updates to
  590. 21:01come here in the coming weeks.
  591. 21:04One of those um one of those products uh
  592. 21:08that we'll see and this is something
  593. 21:09that you know there's there's other
  594. 21:11companies out there providing it.
  595. 21:13I think when we when we think of the use
  596. 21:15case for stable coins and we think about
  597. 21:17how crypto is more deeply ingrained in
  598. 21:20our financial ecosystems as a whole.
  599. 21:23Um
  600. 21:24having collateralized assets, having
  601. 21:26leasing platforms,
  602. 21:28having having these sort of tools
  603. 21:30available to our partners, to our
  604. 21:32community, to our users, to our
  605. 21:33institutional um partners is critical.
  606. 21:37And so
  607. 21:38our leasing platform is planned as an
  608. 21:40additional
  609. 21:41expansion within the ecosystem.
  610. 21:43And
  611. 21:45we have we will have a full suite of
  612. 21:47products and services around that.
  613. 21:49Again, this is
  614. 21:51by no means
  615. 21:53revolutionary
  616. 21:55in the crypto space, but it's something
  617. 21:56that in our perspective is a fantastic
  618. 22:00asset and functionality feature to have
  619. 22:04if you're truly going to have a best in
  620. 22:06class fully diversified and and
  621. 22:08functioning ecosystems.
  622. 22:11And so the leasing platform is one that
  623. 22:12we're incredibly excited about. And
  624. 22:14again, even outside of this as these um
  625. 22:18as these uh
  626. 22:20as these tools and functionality become
  627. 22:21available, we will be having real-time
  628. 22:24real-time calls, real-time updates.
  629. 22:27But again, leasing platform is
  630. 22:29is one that's near and dear and I think
  631. 22:31one that will put us on the map and will
  632. 22:33create a significant amount of
  633. 22:35of opportunity
  634. 22:37for our partners, for our community,
  635. 22:39for the ecosystem as a whole.
  636. 22:42Another one that
  637. 22:44I'm incredibly excited about here, but
  638. 22:46is is
  639. 22:47and and was something that
  640. 22:49has always has always been there.
  641. 22:52And
  642. 22:53I think it is so much room for for
  643. 22:56growth here and and room for expansion.
  644. 22:59And that's with regards to the neo bank.
  645. 23:01So
  646. 23:02neo bank we want we plan on expanding
  647. 23:04our financial infra. Again, we want to
  648. 23:06have new products here.
  649. 23:08Uh but this is truly
  650. 23:09our products here are not something that
  651. 23:11we are going to be creating in a vacuum.
  652. 23:13These are products that are going to be
  653. 23:15built out of the needs
  654. 23:18from users and partner networks, right?
  655. 23:20We we we know the requests, we know what
  656. 23:22people want, we know what they need, we
  657. 23:23know what potential competitors are
  658. 23:24doing.
  659. 23:25And we know what it will take to push
  660. 23:27the nearbank
  661. 23:29forward into a market-leading
  662. 23:32leading position. So,
  663. 23:34again, we're going to have a
  664. 23:36a
  665. 23:36pretty heavy suite here of financial
  666. 23:39products.
  667. 23:40A reintroduction of a newly completely
  668. 23:42newly developed card.
  669. 23:44Um
  670. 23:45one thing important to note here, the
  671. 23:47card here will have a limit of up to
  672. 23:48$50,000
  673. 23:50per month, which is quite substantial
  674. 23:53and in my opinion far beyond anything
  675. 23:55else at least that I've seen out there
  676. 23:57from a competitor perspective. Um and
  677. 24:00obviously all this is in
  678. 24:02while while still maintaining the
  679. 24:03preservation of our
  680. 24:04existing partner network within the
  681. 24:06nearbank. So,
  682. 24:09again, just taking a step back here, if
  683. 24:11we if you look at between the nearbank
  684. 24:14expansion with the the products and
  685. 24:16services we'll bring on board there as
  686. 24:17well as leasing,
  687. 24:19I think you can see what I've what I've
  688. 24:20been the message I've been trying to
  689. 24:22deliver along the way here and that is
  690. 24:24to build back stronger, better features,
  691. 24:26expand in all the areas that we we know
  692. 24:30we can drive growth, we know we can
  693. 24:32drive change, and we know we can deliver
  694. 24:35products and services that are
  695. 24:36needs-based
  696. 24:38and and and and ones that we know our
  697. 24:40community will truly relish the
  698. 24:42opportunity to have. So, again,
  699. 24:45outside of the when I started I said
  700. 24:47when we talk about August we talk about
  701. 24:49restoration recovery, when we talk about
  702. 24:50September and October we're talking
  703. 24:52about development, we're talking about
  704. 24:54products, and we're talking about
  705. 24:55growth, and these are just some of the
  706. 24:57the highlights to flag there. Again,
  707. 24:59uh there will be very regular updates,
  708. 25:03especially as we as we go live with
  709. 25:05certain things.
  710. 25:07So,
  711. 25:08>> [clears throat]
  712. 25:09>> next uh on on the agenda, um which is
  713. 25:12incredibly exciting, um
  714. 25:16I'll try and do this with the same uh
  715. 25:18the the the same uh energy uh that that
  716. 25:20Shane delivers, but he is he's one of a
  717. 25:22kind. Um but incredibly excited to
  718. 25:25announce here that uh
  719. 25:27our Bali event for for 2026 uh will be
  720. 25:31October 16 to October 18. Um you know,
  721. 25:35and and the goal here is obviously we
  722. 25:37should be uh by that time in our
  723. 25:40position that is restored, recovered,
  724. 25:42and rebuilding stronger. And so, the
  725. 25:44dovetailing effect uh
  726. 25:46is really something we're we're aiming
  727. 25:48to get then get get folks really
  728. 25:49excited, rejuvenated. Um and and uh
  729. 25:53you'll obviously be seeing a lot of
  730. 25:54updates, a lot of developments, a lot of
  731. 25:56new products, new features by that
  732. 25:57point. Um and so,
  733. 26:00this will be an exclusive Aurum event.
  734. 26:02As always, uh we'll bring up to around
  735. 26:04250 partners and leaders uh again from
  736. 26:07around the world.
  737. 26:08Um and truly just creating uh an
  738. 26:11unforgettable experience and and and
  739. 26:13rewarding the folks that have worked so
  740. 26:14hard. Again, I've I've said this before,
  741. 26:17I'll say it again, and I'll continue to
  742. 26:18say it as many times as necessary. This
  743. 26:20company does not exist without the
  744. 26:21network, it does not exist without the
  745. 26:23community, right? And that is why our
  746. 26:26priorities are restoration, recovery,
  747. 26:28safety, security,
  748. 26:30new products, new features, continue to
  749. 26:32deliver to you,
  750. 26:34uh and make our community stronger, more
  751. 26:36profitable,
  752. 26:37um so we can build something well into
  753. 26:40the future here.
  754. 26:41So, again,
  755. 26:42that'll be Bali, October 16 to 18, 2026.
  756. 26:46So, it's about 2 months away.
  757. 26:50Um a little bit more on the on the Bali
  758. 26:53event. um
  759. 26:55Just with the some nice nice palm trees
  760. 26:58on the back of this one.
  761. 27:00Um, I think what what
  762. 27:03the goal here is well will really to
  763. 27:05to to to bring to the conclusion like I
  764. 27:08just said on
  765. 27:09previously right. It'll it'll be the
  766. 27:12inflection point of this
  767. 27:14restoration recovery in August,
  768. 27:16rebuilding redeveloping of September,
  769. 27:19development progression in October. So
  770. 27:21the dovetailing and the marriage of of
  771. 27:24those things we want to celebrate that
  772. 27:26with the leaders. Um, and with the
  773. 27:28community in in Bali and really this
  774. 27:31will be the final stage of our recovery
  775. 27:35and
  776. 27:36and the step forward into our
  777. 27:38ecosystem development and growth. So
  778. 27:41whether it's the launch of Orbit One,
  779. 27:43our narrow labs dashboard with expanded
  780. 27:46products, what we hope will have been
  781. 27:48placed on the near bank side. Um,
  782. 27:50all the additional tools and features.
  783. 27:53Again here as I as I talk to this as I
  784. 27:55talk to you guys here and you know, I
  785. 27:58love doing these things live where I can
  786. 27:59see everyone and and feel the energy but
  787. 28:01it is here and again we did not come up
  788. 28:03with this date lightly.
  789. 28:06This is not just you know, October seems
  790. 28:08like a good month.
  791. 28:09This really is the the focal point
  792. 28:13where we want to uh
  793. 28:15have the past truly behind us and the
  794. 28:18future truly in front of us. All
  795. 28:21together better and stronger than we
  796. 28:23have ever been before. So again
  797. 28:26October 16th to 18th in in Bali.
  798. 28:30It will will be the
  799. 28:32the the
  800. 28:34the truly the I don't want to say the
  801. 28:35Independence Day or the the the the next
  802. 28:37stage but it will mark the the the the
  803. 28:40end of an era and the start of a of a
  804. 28:42brand new incredibly exciting chapter uh
  805. 28:45in in in in our history.
  806. 28:48So,
  807. 28:49>> [clears throat]
  808. 28:50>> to
  809. 28:51uh to just then
  810. 28:52go through some of the details for those
  811. 28:54of you aren't familiar
  812. 28:56or or or new, um but you will have the
  813. 28:59um achiever level,
  814. 29:01which uh we have obviously a leader
  815. 29:03level and our VIP level.
  816. 29:05Each one of these is a qualification for
  817. 29:07two, with achiever being um $50,000
  818. 29:10uh USDT in direct sales,
  819. 29:13$75,000 for the leader level, and
  820. 29:15$125,000
  821. 29:17uh for the direct sales level.
  822. 29:19For each one of those, obviously, you
  823. 29:21receive um an invitation for two
  824. 29:24um to the event, which is three nights
  825. 29:26at um
  826. 29:28at uh
  827. 29:29and I don't know where where it's truly
  828. 29:30a premium resort, and uh I'm sure one
  829. 29:33that goes will will be able to have a
  830. 29:34pretty phenomenal It's going to be a
  831. 29:36phenomenal experience, a phenomenal time
  832. 29:38uh for everyone's there. You know,
  833. 29:40there'll be full flight compensation, um
  834. 29:43and uh and and so on. So, October 16th
  835. 29:46to 18th, um next chapter in in our
  836. 29:50history, one that uh I'm excited about.
  837. 29:52I'm excited to again put the past behind
  838. 29:54us and do it in a methodical, structured
  839. 29:56way.
  840. 29:57August, recovery, restoration,
  841. 30:00September,
  842. 30:01development and growth, October, uh
  843. 30:05adding on adding on new features,
  844. 30:07continuing to build well into the
  845. 30:08future, celebrating the company,
  846. 30:10celebrating the community, celebrating
  847. 30:12the partners all together in Bali,
  848. 30:15right? August, August, September,
  849. 30:17October.
  850. 30:19Now, um
  851. 30:21following the completion of the audit,
  852. 30:22and, you know, hopefully by um
  853. 30:25by our next call or or very soon, uh
  854. 30:27we'll be able to to hear from Brian and
  855. 30:29the team on and maybe get some more
  856. 30:31specifics around uh around those dates
  857. 30:33and get a get a comprehensive update on
  858. 30:36where that stands. Again, as I'd said at
  859. 30:38the start of the call, he's Brian and
  860. 30:40his team are working uh tirelessly on
  861. 30:42that front to make sure that things are
  862. 30:44executed flawlessly and we can rebuild
  863. 30:46stronger.
  864. 30:48Hopefully we soon we will be able to
  865. 30:49provide really specific
  866. 30:53timing around the completion of that.
  867. 30:55But following the completion
  868. 30:57of the audit right we will then commence
  869. 31:00with the
  870. 31:01partner compensation withdrawals.
  871. 31:03Again I I know there might have been
  872. 31:06some
  873. 31:07>> [clears throat]
  874. 31:08>> mixed messaging on on exactly when that
  875. 31:10was going to be. I can now safely say it
  876. 31:11will be exactly when that is completed.
  877. 31:14And hopefully soon we'll be able to
  878. 31:16provide you some more specifics at least
  879. 31:18within a very tight time range on when
  880. 31:20that will be. But this will be once that
  881. 31:23is completed with withdrawals will
  882. 31:25resume
  883. 31:26with these temporary daily limits that
  884. 31:29that we're familiar with going from Orme
  885. 31:30Nexus all the way to Pantheon $50 to
  886. 31:33$500.
  887. 31:34And those will be daily limits they will
  888. 31:36be temporary
  889. 31:38and then they will obviously ramp up
  890. 31:39pretty quickly thereafter until things
  891. 31:42are are
  892. 31:44covered restored operating smoothly
  893. 31:48and and rebuilding stronger than we were
  894. 31:50before. So again
  895. 31:52partner compensation withdrawals will
  896. 31:54commence immediately
  897. 31:56once the audit is completed. And
  898. 31:59hopefully soon we'll be able to give you
  899. 32:01some specifics around exactly when that
  900. 32:02will be so folks can can manage
  901. 32:04effectively around that.
  902. 32:08I'll just quickly speak about the
  903. 32:10Orbit One trading bot that we had with
  904. 32:12spoke through last time.
  905. 32:14Something I'm incredibly excited about.
  906. 32:16I think the results are going to speak
  907. 32:17for themselves.
  908. 32:19Again here this will come alongside
  909. 32:22some really institutional level back
  910. 32:24office infra and support. Um
  911. 32:28but this will be again one of the first
  912. 32:31major milestones and can go for our
  913. 32:33narrow ecosystem targeting returns there
  914. 32:36as I've said before between 15 and 20%
  915. 32:38Um and it'll be powered by our Orbit One
  916. 32:41trading engine. Uh again, I think the I
  917. 32:44think the critical thing here is it's
  918. 32:45going to be through a single
  919. 32:47decentralized liquidity pool.
  920. 32:49Be fully transparent. Um which I know is
  921. 32:52critical. We want um
  922. 32:53we we want something that is is
  923. 32:55completely transparent with our on-chain
  924. 32:57trading activity so that folks can
  925. 33:00can feel safe, can feel secure, can can
  926. 33:03can see everything that's happening. Uh
  927. 33:05those are the parameters under which it
  928. 33:07will operate. Obviously, be a share pool
  929. 33:10participation as well as existing uh
  930. 33:13partner compensation structure. So,
  931. 33:15again, we've touched on this before only
  932. 33:17because it's uh it's an uh truly will
  933. 33:20will really blow your mind.
  934. 33:22Uh I for one am incredibly excited
  935. 33:24around the transparency uh on that
  936. 33:26nature. And uh and and and the fact that
  937. 33:29it'll be a flagship product uh for the
  938. 33:31NEAR ecosystem. So, excited around Orbit
  939. 33:34One.
  940. 33:36Um and again, then uh in closing here,
  941. 33:39so
  942. 33:40I'll just go through what I've what I've
  943. 33:41said before. We think about August, we
  944. 33:43think about um restoration and recovery,
  945. 33:46we think about September and October.
  946. 33:48It's uh new releases, it's upgrades,
  947. 33:50it's development, it's moving things
  948. 33:52forward.
  949. 33:53Um as regards to Orbit One, incredibly
  950. 33:55excited about it. I think the fully
  951. 33:57transparent nature of that that trade
  952. 33:59body is something that be um
  953. 34:03ex- exciting ex- exciting and necessary
  954. 34:06uh for everyone.
  955. 34:07But um
  956. 34:08and then obviously, you know, coming
  957. 34:10together as a community in person in
  958. 34:12October um in Bali is uh really that
  959. 34:16that focal, that pinnacle, that that
  960. 34:18that that that timeline event. Um so, at
  961. 34:21least everyone on this call knows
  962. 34:23exactly the timeline that we're working
  963. 34:24towards.
  964. 34:25And uh and and we can look back one day
  965. 34:28at this chapter as something that
  966. 34:29brought us even closer as a community.
  967. 34:31Uh
  968. 34:32made us uh
  969. 34:33more resilient as a company
  970. 34:36um and when we are successful in the
  971. 34:39future
  972. 34:40uh it will be something that we will
  973. 34:42look and said, you know, not uh
  974. 34:45that that which doesn't kill you makes
  975. 34:46you stronger and this will most
  976. 34:48certainly not kill us. We are going to
  977. 34:50come back stronger than ever before.
  978. 34:53Newer products, better products, safer
  979. 34:55environment, more transparency, better
  980. 34:57institutional back office support uh
  981. 35:00and you know, goal here is to
  982. 35:02truly make a best-in-class decentralized
  983. 35:05infrastructure, put Mirror and Aurum on
  984. 35:07the map as an industry leader um silence
  985. 35:10the naysayers and continue to deliver
  986. 35:12stellar returns uh for our partners and
  987. 35:15for our community.
  988. 35:16So, everyone on this call and at large
  989. 35:19truly uh your your trust, um your
  990. 35:22patience, your support um
  991. 35:26it all means a lot and the only way we
  992. 35:27can say thank you is by delivering the
  993. 35:29results within those time frames that
  994. 35:32I'd lined up. That is our way of
  995. 35:33supporting you the way you support us,
  996. 35:35right?
  997. 35:36I'll do everything in my effort as I
  998. 35:38always said to provide consistent,
  999. 35:40methodical uh real-time feedbacks on on
  1000. 35:43calls like this. Um
1001. 35:45obviously a lot of people reaching out
1002. 35:46and I only want to give information that
1003. 35:48is transparent, that is accurate
1004. 35:51um and timelines that I know that we can
  1005. 35:52hit.
  1006. 35:54And again, um
1007. 35:56I think uh October mark your calendars
1008. 35:58for October 16th to 18th as uh as as as
1009. 36:01the next chapter here uh in our in our
1010. 36:03future which looks bright which looks
  1011. 36:06strong uh
1012. 36:07and uh once once we get through there, I
1013. 36:10truly believe there is nothing that can
  1014. 36:11stop us as a company, there's nothing
  1015. 36:13that can stop us as a team, there's
1016. 36:15nothing that can stop us as a community.
  1017. 36:18Appreciate everyone's time today.
1018. 36:20Hopefully this addressed a lot of the
1019. 36:22questions um and we look forward to
1020. 36:24getting you updates regarding the audits
1021. 36:26uh as well as, you know, stay tuned for
  1022. 36:28updates on the uh
1023. 36:30on the new features and the upgrades and
1024. 36:32the releases that we're going to be
  1025. 36:33making to narwhalabs.io.
  1026. 36:36So,
1027. 36:37good morning, good evening, good night.
1028. 36:39Thank you everybody for your time today.
  1029. 36:42Cheers.
