- 0:00After power on, the temperature
- 0:02controller will display the current
- 0:03cabinet temperature and the buzzer will
- 0:06sound. Open the blast freezer and place
- 0:08food inside. You can use 1 and 1 over 1
- 0:11pans or 600 x 400 baking trays. If you
- 0:15need to control cooling with a free time
- 0:17probe, insert the probe into the food.
- 0:19Select the operating mode. Press briefly
- 0:22to choose between
- 0:24freezing or chilling. IF R for freezing,
- 0:27CH for chilling. Press briefly to choose
- 0:29between rapid mode and normal mode. HD
- 0:32for rapid mode, non-HD for normal mode.
- 0:36Press and hold to choose between time
- 0:38control and food temperature control.
- 0:41For time control, for food temperature
- 0:43control.
- 0:44The current mode is rapid freezing with
- 0:46time control, displaying the remaining
- 0:49operating time. To check temperatures,
- 0:52press and hold all until wrap appears,
- 0:54then press set to display cabinet
- 0:56temperature. Press set again to display
- 0:59EPP, then press set again to display
- 1:01evaporator temperature. Press set again
- 1:04to display NTP, then press set again to
- 1:06display the probe temperature.
- 1:09Select rapid freezing with food
- 1:11temperature control.
- 1:13The display shows HD, IF R, and
- 1:16the displayed temperature is the current
- 1:18food probe temperature. Select normal
- 1:20freezing with time control. The display
- 1:23shows IF R, and
- 1:25the displayed time is the remaining
- 1:27operating time. Select normal freezing
- 1:29with food temperature control. The
- 1:31display shows IF R, and
- 1:34the displayed temperature is the current
- 1:36food probe temperature.
- 1:38Select normal chilling with food
- 1:39temperature control. The display shows
- 1:41CH, and
- 1:43the displayed temperature is the current
- 1:45food probe temperature. Select rapid
- 1:47chilling with food temperature control.
- 1:50The display shows HD, CH, and the
- 1:53displayed temperature is the current
- 1:55food probe temperature. Select rapid
- 1:57chilling with time control. The display
- 1:59shows HD CH and the display time is the
- 2:03remaining operating time. Select normal
- 2:06chilling with time control. The display
- 2:08shows CH and the display time is the
- 2:11remaining operating time. During the
- 2:13blast freezing process, press briefly to
- 2:16pause the current mode.
- 2:17Press briefly again to resume the
- 2:19current mode.
- 2:21Press and hold to stop the current mode.
- 2:24After stopping, you can select another
- 2:26mode.
