1. 0:01Hello, Today I will show you what can you do when Screen in Astra is broken
2. 0:15It may not be turning on or it can blink. You can do it easily yourself.
3. 0:27Firstly we must take all the plastics
4. 0:35To do it I used plastic keys for bicycle wheel change.
5. 0:37You can use plastics for phones maintenance.
6. 0:40I have taken it of earlier, so to just show you how. You need to get it from the bottom.
7. 0:52Slowly take it off. It's very firm so you need to use strenght, but be causious not to break.
8. 1:00Don't use anything metalic (screwdrivers) to not breake plastics
9. 1:30Once done You need to dismount the screen. Two screws and take it off
10. 2:01Remember to detach two cables.
11. 2:10Let's go home and reaplce the screen
12. 2:2211 screws to release.
13. 2:50Take off the screen
14. 3:04Remove wiring to screen and digitiser ( this one below the green printed circuit board)
15. 3:50You can buy on aliexpres the screen with digitiser (150$) , or only LCD screen (50$)
16. 4:35Take off additoinal plastic from the top
17. 4:54This is the screen with digitiser (150$ on aliexpress)
18. 5:05If you want to remove digitser, then use a hot air dryer and a knife to cut digitiser from the screen. It's glued with standard tape
19. 5:30This is a new screen. Lokks a bit differen, but not to worry.
20. 5:55Wiring comes from top.
21. 6:10to properly set the screen mount both screen and digitiser and check if everything is proper
22. 7:05Gluing the double sided 3M tape
23. 7:30Mount the digitiser to the screen
24. 8:50Mount it back. Firstly digitiser, attach it firmly. After that mount the screen
25. 9:50Mount the screws back
26. 10:12Firstly, connect the screen and check if it's working properly!
27. 10:34Mount back, Screen (two screws), then all the plastics as shwon in the video
