Astra Built Me an Entire Product Launch (UGC, Videos, and Website) — Transcript

1. 0:00So, I've always had this dream to build
2. 0:02a dumb phone where the entire interface
3. 0:04is just a single chat thread. The
4. 0:06phone's only feature is that it is an AI
5. 0:08agent that you can text to do anything
6. 0:10for you. And I'm actually going to build
7. 0:12it in 2027. But before I build the
8. 0:14phone, I want to know if I can market
9. 0:17it. So, today I'm going to use GPT-6
10. 0:19Astra, Blender, and Higgs Field to turn
11. 0:22one image into a cinematic commercial
12. 0:24for a product that doesn't exist yet.
13. 0:26And by the end of this video, I will
14. 0:27hopefully have a high-quality video that
15. 0:29I'll be able to use as marketing. Okay,
16. 0:31so yesterday I used Higgs Field to
17. 0:33generate an image of a phone. And I
18. 0:36wanted to turn it into a 3D model, and I
19. 0:39gave it to Codex to create this 3D asset
20. 0:42in Blender. And then 5 minutes later, I
21. 0:45had this 3D model of a phone that I want
22. 0:48to make. Okay, so look at this. We now
23. 0:50have the Dumb Agent Phone right here. We
24. 0:53have a 3D model. And the reason I'm
25. 0:56doing this is because Astra is really
26. 0:58good at using 3D models, and it can pass
27. 1:01in images of the 3D model and videos of
28. 1:04this 3D model into our AI video
29. 1:07generator. And to generate videos, we
30. 1:10are going to be using the Higgs Field
31. 1:13plugin. In order to use Higgs Field, all
32. 1:15you need to do is go up to plugins, and
33. 1:18then we're just going to type Higgs
34. 1:19Field,
35. 1:21and we're going to hit this plus button,
36. 1:24which will automatically install it.
37. 1:26Here, we'll be prompted to sign in. So,
38. 1:29we're going to hit allow,
39. 1:31and we're going to open ChatGPT. And now
40. 1:35we are signed into Higgs Field, and here
41. 1:37you should see Higgs Field plugin
42. 1:39installed. And so, all we have to do is
43. 1:40just tag it. And I'm going to go ahead
44. 1:42and say, "Hey, please use this plugin,
45. 1:46which is the Higgs Field plugin, to make
46. 1:48a 30-second high-quality ad for this
47. 1:53phone. Use Blender to get images and
48. 1:57videos to pass into the video generator.
49. 2:01Please think deeply about this and make
50. 2:06it great. Watch the videos and make any
51. 2:10improvements.
52. 2:12Go. All right, so let's see how it does
53. 2:15here. Okay, so it said, "I'll build the
54. 2:17ad around the phone's physical keyboard,
55. 2:19silver finish, and messaging screen, and
56. 2:21I'll render the source shots in Blender,
57. 2:24use Higgsfield to animate them, and
58. 2:26review and refine the footage into a
59. 2:2730-second cut." We can see that it's
60. 2:30actually recommending models because
61. 2:32Higgsfield has access to basically all
62. 2:34of the video models, and you can watch
63. 2:36it think in real time. And you can see
64. 2:39here it's passing in these photos that
65. 2:41it's taking inside Blender. It's using
66. 2:43Blender in the background to get photos,
67. 2:46and that's what's being sent into the
68. 2:48video generator, which is a really cool
69. 2:50workflow. And this is pretty cool. You
70. 2:52can actually see that it's generating.
71. 2:54It's generating something that's 30
72. 2:56seconds. Higgsfield's using Seed Dance
73. 2:592.5, and all of this is happening in
74. 3:01line. And I can actually see these image
75. 3:05references that are showing up right
76. 3:07here, and I can see that it's using this
77. 3:09in the sources. And so it's using
78. 3:11Higgsfield right now. And remember,
79. 3:13these models, these really high-quality
80. 3:15video models do take a little bit of
81. 3:17time. So, we just got to be patient and
82. 3:19wait a few minutes. All right, so it is
83. 3:22now done, and you can see that it's
84. 3:24showing all of these different frames
85. 3:25here. If we open up this side panel, you
86. 3:27can see that it created this 30-second
87. 3:31video here. Let's go ahead and give this
88. 3:34a watch. So, I can I'm going to go ahead
89. 3:37and just full screen this, close the
90. 3:39side view. Let's go ahead and give this
91. 3:41a watch.
92. 3:44Ooh.
93. 3:53That's a good shot right there.
94. 3:56Oh, nice.
95. 3:57Let's go. Look at that.
96. 4:00That's solid. And it's so consistent in
97. 4:02every frame.
98. 4:10Okay, so I think I would want to change
99. 4:13this last part. So, I really like
100. 4:16everything. I do want to change the last
101. 4:20section, though, that looks like this.
102. 4:24And so, I'm just going to take a
103. 4:25screenshot here.
104. 4:28And we're just going to drag this image
105. 4:29in right here. And I want this to
106. 4:32actually be longer. And I want you to
107. 4:36get a frame where the things on the
108. 4:40screen are a bit different. Like the UI
109. 4:44of the phone should be different for
110. 4:47different shots. Keep the beginning of
111. 4:49the video the same, and let's extend it.
112. 4:51Let's make this a total of 1 minute.
113. 4:54So, we'll fire off this prompt. Same
114. 4:56music stays the same. Use Higgsfield.
115. 5:00Okay, so I think it is done. I updated
116. 5:04with the poolside shot, outdoor glare,
117. 5:06clean clock screen. Let's go ahead and
118. 5:08take a look at see how this does here.

125. 6:08Pretty solid agent phone. I guess I need
126. 6:10to come up with a name. Okay, so I had
127. 6:12Codex explain how this worked in a
128. 6:15flowchart. And you can just ask it. You
129. 6:17can say, "Can you tell me how the
130. 6:18flowchart works like with Higgs Field
131. 6:20Codex and Blender and make an inline
132. 6:22flowchart explaining it." That's all you
133. 6:23need to do. Say that I want an inline
134. 6:26flowchart explaining this. And here it
135. 6:28says, "I gave the direction of the
136. 6:30iPhone reference shot ideas and music.
137. 6:32Codex plans the ad scenes and timing
138. 6:34prompts. Blender builds the product 3D
139. 6:37phone." So, on Blender, we actually had
140. 6:40this right here. And this was used to
141. 6:43grab images of the phone from all
142. 6:45directions to keep it consistent. And
143. 6:47then Higgs Field creates scene images,
144. 6:50pool, cafe, outdoor, and background. And
145. 6:52here we see that Higgs Field generates
146. 6:54the video camera moves, reflections, and
147. 6:56people. Codex reviews the footage,
148. 6:58checks the phone shape, screen, hands,
149. 7:01etc. And if it needs fixing, it goes
150. 7:03back to the original Higgs Field step.
151. 7:06And then Codex assembles the edit uh
152. 7:08using FFmpeg in the Higgs Field sandbox.
153. 7:12And then it does some final checks. And
154. 7:13that's what we see right here.
155. 7:16And so that's when we see the final
156. 7:17video. And you know what? This is pretty
157. 7:19dang cool. I'm going to say, "Hey, I
158. 7:22want a landing page for this. Can you
159. 7:26create a landing page which puts the
160. 7:30video in the landing page so I can run
161. 7:34it like that." And now it should create
162. 7:37a landing page that I can see. All
163. 7:39right. So this is is pretty cool. We now
164. 7:41have landing page that is on the
165. 7:44internet
166. 7:46and it has the video.
167. 7:52And it even included some of the images
168. 7:54that were generated in Codex by Higgs
169. 7:57Field and you can see them down below
170. 8:00and we can very easily make changes all
171. 8:03of this directly inside Codex, which is
172. 8:04amazing. Now, I wonder,
173. 8:07hey, can you generate two uh videos? I
174. 8:09want two videos that can be used as UGC.
175. 8:12So, I want UGC videos that advertise it
176. 8:15to different people, one guy, one uh one
177. 8:17girl in the other video
178. 8:19um that's using the minimal phone and
179. 8:21the things that they should be talking
180. 8:22about are how like they should be short,
181. 8:2520 to 30 seconds each about how like,
182. 8:27"Oh my god, I just got this new phone.
183. 8:28All it is is I can talk to an AI agent
184. 8:31and it can do anything for me like my
185. 8:33emails, my texts, it can do my homework
186. 8:35and then come up with a few more ideas
187. 8:37or something and make some UGC videos."
188. 8:39And I can just say use that Higgs Field.
189. 8:42We're using the plugin once again and
190. 8:44now we'll wait for Astra to be done.
191. 8:46This will take another 5 to 10 minutes.

199. 9:06talked to an AI agent. It can draft my
200. 9:08emails, write my texts, and help me with
201. 9:12with homework. Like explain the problem,
202. 9:15don't just give me the answer.

204. 9:18this one in the browser as well.
205. 9:20>> Okay, I just got this tiny phone and I
206. 9:23need to show you. It's called Agent.
207. 9:26I tell the AI what I need. Draft that
208. 9:29email, help me reply to a text, break
209. 9:32down my homework.
210. 9:33Then plan my week, make a grocery list,
211. 9:37find somewhere for dinner all in one
212. 9:39conversation. Plus, this little
213. 9:41keyboard, honestly,
214. 9:43I love it.
215. 9:45>> That's pretty good. This looks super
216. 9:47realistic. I would not have guessed that
217. 9:50this was AI. I mean, maybe if I really
218. 9:53squint at it, but this is like a really
219. 9:55good two really good UGC videos. I think
220. 9:58we could definitely run these as ads,
221. 10:00which is crazy. All right, guys. So, I
222. 10:01spent another 30 minutes to an hour
223. 10:04refining all of these different
224. 10:06deliverables like these UGC videos and
225. 10:09the launch video. This one was created
226. 10:11with Seed Dance 2.5.
227. 10:14>> This is my new phone,
228. 10:16real keyboard, and there's an assistant
229. 10:18built into it like in the phone, not an
230. 10:21app. You just tell it what you need and
231. 10:23it handles it. Calendar, messages, book
232. 10:26>> I mean, look at how realistic he looks
233. 10:27in the phone like the way he's holding
234. 10:29it. Very realistic.

238. 10:37easiest thing I own.
239. 10:38>> All right, I like it. And then, this is
240. 10:41another one that kind of I wanted to go
241. 10:43for like a casual vibe in the car, and
242. 10:46it's actually a moving car. So, that
243. 10:48makes it even harder, and check this one
244. 10:50out.
245. 10:52>> So, this is the phone I've been going on
246. 10:53about.
247. 10:55Keyboard, yeah?
248. 10:56But, the thing is the assistant. It's in
249. 10:58the phone itself.
250. 11:00I don't open anything anymore. I just
251. 11:01tell it and it's done.
252. 11:03Calendar, texts, all of that.

254. 11:06>> Haven't thought about my phone once this
255. 11:07week.
256. 11:08>> That is a really good UGC ad. And then,
257. 11:10the original video that I made that was
258. 11:11a minute long was more like a
259. 11:12commercial, and I iterated on it and
260. 11:15created a new version which looks more
261. 11:16like a launch video. Check this one out.

265. 11:40Seed Dancers 2.5. And then here's the
266. 11:43final version of the website design.
267. 11:46Look at this. This was only like a three
268. 11:48additional prompts. It created this
269. 11:50animation here. The phone pops out.

272. 11:59scroll, the video plays.
273. 12:02Which I thought was a really nice touch.
274. 12:05And we have this really nice website.
275. 12:07Okay, so let's think about what we did
276. 12:09today, right? We used Codex, my AI agent
277. 12:12platform of choice. We then used Blender
278. 12:15to create a 3D model of my idea for a
279. 12:17dumb phone. And then we basically
280. 12:19allowed Codex to pass images of this 3D
281. 12:23model in different formats to Higgs
282. 12:25Field, where Higgs Field was able to use
283. 12:27agentic video generation through its
284. 12:29plugin directly inside Codex. It used
285. 12:32the best models, mostly Seed Dancers
286. 12:332.5, and we generated a commercial. We
287. 12:37generated two UGC videos. We created a
288. 12:39launch video. And then we created a
289. 12:41website that kind of incorporated all of
290. 12:43the different assets that we generated.
291. 12:46And this only took a few hours. And by
292. 12:48the way, there's a link in my
