2. 0:04it's impressing a lot of people and we
3. 0:05might have a new S tier over here. I'm
4. 0:08not even joking. We are doing insane
5. 0:11amounts of damage and there's a lot of
6. 0:14things that changed on the talent tree
7. 0:16and on the rotation. So, let's go
8. 0:18through everything that changed you guys
9. 0:19don't waste any time. We actually have a
10. 0:21lot to talk over here. We're going to
11. 0:23try to talk about this a little bit
12. 0:25quick, but there's some things that we
13. 0:27need to talk about here. So, the first
14. 0:29one it's this cursed builds that we are
15. 0:31seeing right now.
16. 0:33Uh we are not using the rank four on the
17. 0:36impeccable and instead of that we are
18. 0:38using Sudden Demise. And why is that? It
19. 0:42gives us 10% increased bleed damage and
20. 0:45empowering 10% on our Garrote and 10% on
21. 0:49Rupture. Okay, we can think about it
22. 0:51like it's 25% increased Rupture damage.
23. 0:55Okay, so even with this Garrote will
24. 0:57always do more damage than Rupture.
25. 1:00Because of course, we are still using
26. 1:02Shrouded Suffocation. So, Garrote will
27. 1:04always do a little bit more damage than
28. 1:06Rupture and supposedly 10% increase on
29. 1:10Garrote damage is is roughly about 15%
30. 1:13Rupture and we are still buffing Rupture
31. 1:16an additional 10%. So, it's basically
32. 1:17around the 25% increased damage. So,
33. 1:20which is a lot.
34. 1:22I haven't done these calculations
35. 1:24myself. This was Whisperer that did the
36. 1:27calculations. He is the goat of
37. 1:29assassination. So, you guys should check
38. 1:32his channel. The link for the channel is
39. 1:33going to be on the description down
40. 1:34below. Every credit for this calculation
41. 1:36is I'm going to give to him because I
42. 1:38cannot do this math by myself. And but
43. 1:40that's basically what happens here. By
44. 1:42taking Sudden Demise, we are empowering
45. 1:45Garrote and Rupture. This is why we are
46. 1:47not using the Impeccable. Gaining
47. 1:50basically 25% increased damage on
48. 1:52Garrote on on Rupture and 15% on Garrote
49. 1:56is just insane. So, we are not using
50. 1:58Unstable Toxin, and I'm going to explain
51. 2:01you why. The increased damage that we
52. 2:03gain from Envenom, being 18%, yeah, it's
53. 2:06good, but the reduced duration from the
54. 2:09Envenom aura, it's too much. We
55. 2:11basically lose around 30% uptime on
56. 2:14Envenom, and 30% reduced uptime on
57. 2:18Envenom just for 18% increased damage,
58. 2:21it's not worth it. So, we are not using
59. 2:23Unstable Toxin. Of course, we are using
60. 2:25Poison Bomb. Poison Bomb, it's very,
61. 2:27very good on AoE, and it's a must right
62. 2:30now to use. Then we have here Dashing
63. 2:32Scoundrel. So, if you talent the Dashing
64. 2:35Scoundrel, you basically gain two energy
65. 2:37per second.
66. 2:38And if you don't talent it, you gain
67. 2:42around 1.5 energy per second. So, talent
68. 2:45talenting this, it's not it's not going
69. 2:47to be really impactful. For single
70. 2:50target, it can be a little bit a little
71. 2:51bit better.
72. 2:52And you're going to basically have the
73. 2:54energy generation that we had before.
74. 2:56And since Dashing Scoundrel was
75. 2:58reworked, so before were was one energy
76. 3:01per poison crit, and with the Turn
77. 3:04Precision, as we are using Fan of Knives
78. 3:07every time to accumulate combo points,
79. 3:08we we're always applying our poisons,
80. 3:11and Dashing Scoundrel will basically
81. 3:13give a lot of energy regeneration
82. 3:15because of that. So, as it was reworked,
83. 3:18and it doesn't gain the energy
84. 3:20regeneration for poison application, we
85. 3:22are not using Dashing Scoundrel.
86. 3:25But that's everything that I wanted to
87. 3:27talk to you about talents. This is the
88. 3:29best build for M+ at the moment.
89. 3:31Everyone is using Fate's Bond. If you
90. 3:33want to use a Stalker, the best build
91. 3:35it's going to be this one. You just
92. 3:37change to the Stalker.
93. 3:40And the best raid build or single target
94. 3:43build at the moment is this one over
95. 3:45here.
96. 3:46Of course, every build is going to be on

99. 3:50always. And for the talents, that's
100. 3:52basically it. Okay, so for the rotation,
101. 3:56on the first part of the rotation, it
102. 3:58doesn't change anything until you send
103. 3:59the burst. After you send Death Mark and
104. 4:01Kingsbane, you want to spread the
105. 4:03bleeds, as always. And after that, you
106. 4:06want to spend as many of venoms as you
107. 4:08can inside of the burst window until
108. 4:11Death Mark
109. 4:12until Death Mark expires. And after
110. 4:15that, as we talked before, the only
111. 4:17thing that you need to do it's to chain
112. 4:18the venoms inside the Venom Aura window.
113. 4:22That's the only thing that you need to
114. 4:23do to maintain the energy. Of course,
115. 4:26when you don't have thistle teas, you
116. 4:27have to wait and play a little bit
117. 4:29slower.
118. 4:30Blizzard is meant
119. 4:32to making assassination meant to play
120. 4:35slower, and that's why they are doing
121. 4:37everything to take out
122. 4:39every bit of energy regeneration that we
123. 4:41have, and they're managing to do it. So,

134. 5:05a lot of damage outside of the burst
135. 5:07window. As you can see, the single
136. 5:09target it's actually very, very good.
137. 5:12The only problem of the single target
138. 5:13it's after the burst,
139. 5:16we don't actually have any way to
140. 5:18maintain the damage.
141. 5:20The damage drop off a little bit quick
142. 5:23and a little bit too much, in my
143. 5:25opinion. I still believe they need to
144. 5:27buff a little bit of the of the bleeds.
145. 5:30If we had a little bit more bleed
146. 5:32damage, we could do a little bit more
147. 5:34damage outside of the burst,
148. 5:36or they need to find a way to make
149. 5:38disable toxin more usable on M plus.
150. 5:41Because without that, we're not going to
151. 5:43have a lot of burst damage outside of
152. 5:45the burst window.
153. 5:47As you can see, the single target it's
154. 5:48not bad. Can be one of the best specs
155. 5:51for raids, but it will depend a lot on
156. 5:54the damage outside of the burst window.
157. 5:56We can check here the rotation for the
158. 5:58stalker and again it doesn't doesn't
159. 6:00change literally anything from
160. 6:03the fate one one.
161. 6:05The damage profile from the two of them
162. 6:07are almost the same. Fate bound it's a
163. 6:09little bit ahead and I believe there's
164. 6:11not much we can talk about here on on
165. 6:13the stalker. The prior damage is a
166. 6:14little bit better because of the the
167. 6:17stalker mark. But that was the same on
168. 6:20subtlety. So the stalker always has the
169. 6:22best prior damage. And but for the UE
170. 6:27it's a little bit worse. As we can see
171. 6:29over here, it takes a lot longer to to
172. 6:33make damage. But the sustain here on the
173. 6:36stalker it's not bad as well. The
174. 6:38stalker is it's viable to play.
175. 6:40I'm not sure if we're going to see a lot
176. 6:42of people play the stalker or not. The
177. 6:44two hero talents have a lot of a lot of
178. 6:47damage outside of the burst window. You
179. 6:49just need to spread the bleeds and as we
180. 6:52always have King's Bane outside of the
181. 6:55burst window, we can do a lot of damage
182. 6:58outside of the burst. Of course, if the
183. 7:00mobs die a little bit quick, subtlety is
184. 7:03going to be the best choice. I believe
185. 7:05until 10th 12th. After that I believe
186. 7:08assassination takes the lead. Outlaw
187. 7:11I wanted to try a little bit more of
188. 7:12outlaw but the lag is just insane when
189. 7:14it plays bleeds well. I don't know
190. 7:16what's happening but it's been this
191. 7:18since the the PTR started. Let's hope
192. 7:20that changed.
193. 7:22But for the single target here on
194. 7:25the stalker it's actually a little bit
195. 7:27worse than fate bound. As we can see, we
196. 7:30are a lot dependent on the darkest night
197. 7:32and I don't know why darkest night it's
198. 7:34not doing the most damage.
199. 7:37And I don't understand why that's
200. 7:39happening but it's not doing the most
201. 7:41damage, unfortunately. Until they fix
202. 7:43that, I believe
203. 7:45Fate bound might be the best choice for
204. 7:47single target. The prior damage, yeah,
205. 7:50it's better on
206. 7:52the stalker, but the single target
207. 7:54damage on bosses and everything, it's
208. 7:56still better on Fate bound. All right,
209. 7:59guys. So, we can all see the stats. And
210. 8:01for assassination, what you want,
211. 8:04it doesn't change from what I believe. I
212. 8:06don't want to say anything that's wrong.
213. 8:08But, from what I understand, I don't see
214. 8:10anyone changing changing their stats.
215. 8:13So, I believe everything stays the same.
216. 8:16So, I have 45% mastery, 42% crit, and 18
217. 8:2119% haste.
218. 8:22You don't need that much haste. You want
219. 8:24haste because of the energy regen, but
220. 8:27I believe 19 to 20% is the perfect
221. 8:30amount.
222. 8:31So, for the stats, that's what you want.
