- 0:00Hi, I'm P Compila, and in this video,
- 0:02I'm going to show you how to make this
- 0:04type of presentation in PowerPoint.
- 0:07Well, to be able to create these types
- 0:09of presentations, as a requirement, we
- 0:11must have Office or PowerPoint 2019 or
- 0:13more recent versions, as they bring
- 0:15more options to create these kinds of
- 0:17presentations. It is also worth
- 0:20clarifying that the links to the
- 0:22websites used in this video will be
- 0:23found in the description in detail.
- 0:26Well, to be able to make the
- 0:27presentation in an orderly way, we are
- 0:29going to create a folder and we are
- 0:31going to call it, in this case,
- 0:32presentation. Then we are going to
- 0:35enter the presentation folder, since it
- 0:37will contain two things. First, it will
- 0:39contain a folder where all the images
- 0:41that we are going to use for the
- 0:43presentation will be. So, we are going
- 0:44to right-click and go to the new option
- 0:46. And finally, we select folder. In
- 0:49this case, we can call it images or
- 0:51simply img. The folder will also
- 0:55contain the PowerPoint presentation, so
- 0:57we are going to right-click, go to new
- 0:59and select the Microsoft PowerPoint
- 1:01presentation option. In this case, we
- 1:04are going to call it blue bird,
- 1:05although you can give it any name you
- 1:07want. Now, if we look closely, I have
- 1:10used two images in my presentation. One
- 1:12, that of a little bird, and the icon
- 1:14of a mountain. So, to obtain images
- 1:16similar to this little bird, we are
- 1:18going to open Google Chrome or any
- 1:20browser and in the search engine we are
- 1:22going to search for PNG. And we are
- 1:26going to click on the first option that
- 1:28the browser gives us. Now on the
- 1:30platform, at the top, we have a search
- 1:32engine. In this case, we are going to
- 1:34search for bird. And well, if we scroll
- 1:39down a little more, here we find the
- 1:41little bird that I used in my
- 1:42presentation. So we click on it and a
- 1:45tab will automatically open. If we go
- 1:48to the bottom, we will find a button
- 1:50that says free PNG download. We are
- 1:52going to click on it and it will
- 1:53download automatically in this case
- 1:54because I am using Google Chrome. If
- 1:57you are using another browser, perhaps
- 1:59a small window will appear here asking
- 2:01you to choose the file path. So you
- 2:03simply choose the IMG folder that we
- 2:05created previously, locate it, and save
- 2:08it here. In this case, since we are
- 2:10using Google Chrome, we are just going
- 2:12to drag the image to the IMG folder.
- 2:16Now for the mountain icon, we are going
- 2:18to open another new tab and we are
- 2:20going to type Icons 8. And we are going
- 2:24to click on the first option that
- 2:26Google Chrome gives us. Now, here in
- 2:28the browser, we are going to click and
- 2:30type "mountain," right, which refers to
- 2:32the mountain in English. Then we are
- 2:35going to click on the first image that
- 2:37appears. In this case, the mountain is
- 2:39black by default. To change its color,
- 2:42we go here to recolor, and in the
- 2:43palette section, we select the color
- 2:45white. Now, to better appreciate our
- 2:49mountain, we are going to click on
- 2:51download, and in the preview section,
- 2:52we will select dark so the background
- 2:54turns black and we can observe our
- 2:56little mountain. Now, in the format
- 3:00section, we'll leave it as PNG, and in
- 3:03the PNG size section, we will uncheck
- 3:05this 30x30 one and select custom size.
- 3:09In this case, we will set it to 100 and
- 3:11click on download. Likewise, we drag
- 3:15this icon to our img or images folder.
- 3:18And that's it. Now we go back to the
- 3:20main folder and open the little blue
- 3:22bird. Well, this will be the first
- 3:24screen that appears, so we're just
- 3:26going to click on it. Then we will
- 3:28proceed to delete these two boxes by
- 3:30selecting and deleting each one of them
- 3:32. Well, to make my presentations, I use
- 3:35two rulers, one horizontal and one
- 3:37vertical. I also use dotted lines and
- 3:40two axes, one horizontal and one
- 3:42vertical, to guide myself better. Now,
- 3:45to activate them, we are going to go to
- 3:47the top and look for the View option.
- 3:50We are going to click it, and in the
- 3:52show section, we have three things. In
- 3:54this case, we first have the ruler to
- 3:56guide ourselves. Then we have the grid
- 3:59lines to know where our workspace
- 4:01begins and ends. And finally, the
- 4:04guides, which are the vertical and
- 4:06horizontal axes to guide me and know
- 4:08where the center is. So, I recommend
- 4:11that you activate all three boxes. Now,
- 4:13regarding the colors we are going to
- 4:15use in our presentation, I recommend
- 4:17that you use color palettes. For this,
- 4:19we are going to go to Google Chrome,
- 4:21open a new tab, and search for Adobe
- 4:23Color. Then we will select the first
- 4:27option that appears. And well, inside
- 4:32Adobe Color, predefined palettes
- 4:34already appear, so you can use
- 4:36whichever you want, or you can also
- 4:37customize them in the custom section,
- 4:39just as you can open another tab and
- 4:41search for color palettes. We go to
- 4:47Google Images and several palettes
- 4:49appear that we can use for our
- 4:50presentations. For example, these
- 4:53palettes that are right here. Now, to
- 4:55be able to use the colors from these
- 4:57color palettes, we have two options.
- 4:59The first option is to right-click on
- 5:01this image and look for the copy image
- 5:03option. Then we go to PowerPoint and
- 5:06press the Control + V keys to paste the
- 5:08color palette. Well, we’ll make it a
- 5:11little bit smaller and leave it right
- 5:13here. The other option is to go to
- 5:15Adobe Color and take a screenshot of
- 5:17this screen. So, find the key that
- 5:20takes a screenshot and go to the
- 5:22PowerPoint presentation and paste it.
- 5:25So, in this way we can also use the
- 5:27colors from the color palette, but as
- 5:29we see, taking a screenshot brings too
- 5:31much information when we only wanted
- 5:33this small five-color palette. So, what
- 5:37we can do is go back to Adobe Color and
- 5:39press the Windows, Shift, and S keys,
- 5:41and a crosshair will appear as a cursor
- 5:44. So, we select only what we want,
- 5:47keeping the click pressed, and then
- 5:49release it. Then we go to our
- 5:51PowerPoint presentation. We are going
- 5:54to delete this because we don't need it
- 5:56anymore and we'll press Control + V to
- 5:58paste, and we would just have the color
- 5:59palette to be able to use those colors
- 6:01exclusively. Now, in the lower right
- 6:05corner, we have a small bar to zoom in
- 6:07or out of our workspace. So let's set
- 6:11it to about 57%to have more space. We
- 6:14are going to place these color palettes
- 6:16outside so they don't appear within our
- 6:18workspace. Now you should know
- 6:20something very important. Shapes in
- 6:21PowerPoint consist of two parts: one is
- 6:23the fill, which is the content, and two
- 6:26is the outline, which is the border. So
- 6:28, to explain it better, let's go to the
- 6:30Insert tab and in the illustrations
- 6:32section, click here on Shapes. And well
- 6:35, in this case, I am going to select
- 6:36the rectangle to perform the example.
- 6:40So, let's select the shape and go to
- 6:42Shape Format, and in the shape styles
- 6:44section, we have the Shape Fill option,
- 6:46which would be the content in this case
- 6:47. So, we are going to leave it with a
- 6:51white color to be able to appreciate
- 6:52the outline. And in this case, the
- 6:54outline would be the border as we can
- 6:56see in the image. So, now that we know
- 6:59the parts of a figure, we are going to
- 7:01delete this and go to the Insert tab.
- 7:03Then we are going to go to Shapes and,
- 7:05in this case, look for the
- 7:06parallelogram in the basic shapes
- 7:08section. We will click on it and draw
- 7:10the parallelogram shape here. So, the
- 7:14first thing we'll do is go to Shape
- 7:15Format, and under Shape Outline, we'll
- 7:17look for the "No Outline" option so we
- 7:19can work only with the content. Then,
- 7:23we'll give it an appropriate size, more
- 7:25or less the height of our workspace.
- 7:28And to give it a color from the color
- 7:29palette, we go to Shape Fill and look
- 7:31for the Eyedropper option. We click on
- 7:34it and locate the color we want to
- 7:36absorb. In this case, for example, this
- 7:38brownish color. We simply click on it,
- 7:40and it automatically adopts the color.
- 7:42And well, in this case, instead of
- 7:44using these color palettes, I'm going
- 7:46to use my presentation's palette. So,
- 7:49you can take a screenshot of this image
- 7:51or simply use Control + Shift + S to
- 7:53select this small image for the colors.
- 7:56Then, we copy this image and paste it
- 7:58into our PowerPoint. Well, we shrink it
- 8:00a little and place it on the right side
- 8:02. And we'll go ahead and delete the
- 8:04other palettes, since we won't use them
- 8:06because, as I said, we'll use the
- 8:08colors from my presentation. So, this
- 8:10parallelogram is the one that will be
- 8:12on the left side. So, we'll select it,
- 8:15go to Shape Format, and under Shape
- 8:17Fill, look for the Eyedropper again. We
- 8:19click on it, and in this case, I'll
- 8:21give it the color from the left side of
- 8:23my presentation. And as we can see, it
- 8:25automatically adopts the color from my
- 8:26presentation. Now, to know how my
- 8:28presentation will look, we can use the
- 8:30small squares on the left as a guide.
- 8:32Now, we must try to make this vertex of
- 8:34the parallelogram coincide with the
- 8:36vertex of our workspace. So, we'll
- 8:39place it more or less right here. Now,
- 8:42as we can see in my presentation, the
- 8:44left part is smaller than the right. So
- 8:46, we're going to shrink this
- 8:47parallelogram. Now, what we'll do is
- 8:51select this same parallelogram, press
- 8:53Ctrl + C, and then Ctrl + V to copy the
- 8:56parallelogram. Once copied, we go to
- 8:59Shape Format again, to Shape Fill, and
- 9:01look for the Eyedropper again. Then, we
- 9:04locate my presentation and click on the
- 9:07right side, and well, it automatically
- 9:09adopts the color from my presentation.
- 9:11Now this parallelogram should be a
- 9:13little bit bigger, so we'll enlarge it.
- 9:15Now we'll move my presentation a little
- 9:17bit lower and we'll start by placing
- 9:19the 01. So, we go to the Insert tab and
- 9:23look under Text for the Text Box option
- 9:25. We click on it and create a text box.
- 9:28In this case, we are going to add 01.
- 9:31Now I will zoom in a little more so it
- 9:33can be seen. And we are going to select
- 9:35this 01. Then in the font section,
- 9:38under text font where Calibri body is,
- 9:40for example, we will look for the
- 9:42Bodoni MT font and press enter. Then we
- 9:45are going to set the size to 286. Now,
- 9:50to color the 01, right here in font, we
- 9:52go to the font color option. Click the
- 9:55down arrow and look for the eyedropper.
- 9:59Click on it and in my presentation look
- 10:01for the 01 content and click on it to
- 10:03adopt that color. So, as we can see, we
- 10:07have the 01 here and we will place it
- 10:09more or less over here. Now we are
- 10:12going to insert the word bird. So, in
- 10:14the same way, we go to the insert tab
- 10:16and select text box. We create a text
- 10:19box and in this case we will put bird.
- 10:23Similarly, we select the word and here
- 10:25in front we look for Rage Italic. Then
- 10:31we give it a size of 60 and for the
- 10:32color we go here again and click on the
- 10:34eyedropper. We locate my presentation
- 10:38and find the color for bird. Now, if we
- 10:41look closely at my presentation, the
- 10:43word bird has a small shadow. So, we
- 10:45have two options to add a shadow to the
- 10:47text. The first option is simply to
- 10:50click here on text shadow or we can
- 10:52also select the word, go to shape
- 10:54format and go to shape effects. We
- 10:58select the shadow option and in the
- 11:00outer section we select the second
- 11:01option, which is offset down. I
- 11:04recommend this second option because it
- 11:06gives it a bit more realism. And well,
- 11:09then we place the word bird more or
- 11:11less over here. Then for the word
- 11:15bluebird, we go to the insert tab again
- 11:17and select text box. We generate a text
- 11:21box and in this case we will put
- 11:23bluebird. Then we select the word
- 11:25bluebird and in font we are going to
- 11:27click on this down arrow. And in this
- 11:29case we will locate the Bahnschrift
- 11:31SemiBold Condensed option. Then we go
- 11:35to colors and choose white, and for the
- 11:37font size we will set it to 96. Now for
- 11:43the shadow, we are going to go to shape
- 11:45format, go to shape effects, go to
- 11:47shadow, and finally under outer we
- 11:48select the second option, which is
- 11:50offset down, and then place it more or
- 11:52less here. Now, if you notice, the word
- 11:57"azulejo" is on top of "pájaro," but
- 12:00we want "pájaro" to be on top of "
- 12:02azulejo." So, we are going to select
- 12:04the border of the "pájaro" text box.
- 12:06In this case, these four arrows should
- 12:08appear. And we are going to right-click
- 12:09. Then we go to the "bring to front"
- 12:11option, and that's it. The word "
- 12:13pájaro" is now on top of the word "
- 12:15azulejo." Next, if we look at my
- 12:17presentation, there are some small
- 12:18rectangles. So, we are going to start
- 12:20inserting those rectangles. We go to
- 12:22the "insert" section, then we go to "
- 12:24shapes" and look for the rectangle. We
- 12:27click on it and create a small
- 12:29rectangle. Now, for this rectangle,
- 12:31under "shape format," we go to "shape
- 12:34fill" and set it to white. And for "
- 12:36shape outline," we are going to set it
- 12:38to "no outline." Now we will reduce its
- 12:42size a little and place it around here.
- 12:45And well, we are going to make it a bit
- 12:47smaller. Now we are going to copy this
- 12:49rectangle by pressing Control + C and
- 12:51paste it with Control + V. Now we will
- 12:54place this small rectangle under the
- 12:56word "azulejo," more or less where the
- 12:58letter J starts, and we will lengthen
- 13:00it a little more. And finally, we are
- 13:03missing this small rectangle that is at
- 13:05the bottom. So, we take the rectangle,
- 13:07copy it, and paste it again. And we are
- 13:10going to place it around here. But,
- 13:12well, this rectangle has a much smaller
- 13:14thickness, so we will leave it like
- 13:16that. Now we are going to click on this
- 13:20slide and press Control + C, then we
- 13:22will click outside the presentation,
- 13:24and a ruler should appear like this,
- 13:25and we will press Control + V to paste
- 13:27the slide. Now, on this second slide,
- 13:31we are going to place the species of
- 13:33the "azulejo" bird here. Now, to be
- 13:36able to make that scrolling effect, we
- 13:37must know what transitions are. But to
- 13:40explain it better, I am going to do it
- 13:41with an example. And in this case, I
- 13:43will do it with the text that goes in
- 13:45this little box, which is the species
- 13:46of the "azulejo" bird. So we go to the
- 13:49"insert" section and insert a text box
- 13:51again. In this case, we are going to
- 13:55put "Thraupis episcopus." Now we are
- 13:59going to select the text and go to "
- 14:01font" and look for the "Bahnschrift
- 14:02Light Condensed" font. We click on it.
- 14:06Then, here in "font," we apply the
- 14:08italics style, and to give it color, we
- 14:10go to "font color" and select this
- 14:12option here that says "Light Gray,
- 14:14Background 2, Darker 50%." Click it,
- 14:18then place it inside the white box. And
- 14:21well, we'll reduce the size of the text
- 14:23box. Now, to see how our presentation
- 14:26is turning out, we'll click on the
- 14:28first slide and look for the slideshow
- 14:30icon at the bottom. We click it, and
- 14:34well, this is my first slide, this is
- 14:36my second, but as you can see, the text
- 14:38appears too abruptly. That is where
- 14:41transitions come into play. So, we
- 14:44select the second slide, go to
- 14:46transitions, and choose the morph
- 14:48option. But if we present the slide
- 14:51again and click next, it still doesn't
- 14:53give us that scrolling effect we wanted
- 14:55. So, how do we do it? We'll select
- 14:58this text and copy it with Ctrl + C.
- 15:01Then we go to the first slide and paste
- 15:03the text here. Now we'll move a little
- 15:06bit to the left and drag this text
- 15:07outside the workspace, more or less
- 15:09over here. Now we'll present the screen
- 15:13again, click next, and there we have
- 15:15that
- 15:16scrolling effect.
- 15:52Now, if we want the movement to be a
- 15:54bit faster, we go to transitions and in
- 15:56the timing section, look for duration
- 15:58and reduce it, in this case to 01.00.
- 16:02Now if we present the screen, we see
- 16:04that the movement is much faster than
- 16:06before. Now, to make this circle, we'll
- 16:09go to insert and again to shapes. Click
- 16:12it and select ellipse. Click, and while
- 16:16holding down the shift key and the
- 16:17mouse button, we'll shape it into a
- 16:19circle. It is important to keep the
- 16:22shift key pressed, otherwise it would
- 16:24deform like this. So, we go to insert
- 16:28again, to shapes, select the ellipse
- 16:30shape, and holding shift down, we give
- 16:32it a circular shape like this. Then we
- 16:36place it more or less over here. And
- 16:39well, in this case, we'll make it a bit
- 16:41bigger; you know, keep holding shift
- 16:43and the click, more or less like that,
- 16:45and move it a bit to the right. Now,
- 16:49the first thing we'll do here in shape
- 16:51format is go to shape outline and
- 16:53select no outline. And now, to create
- 16:55this gradient, we go to the shape fill
- 16:57option. Then in gradient, we go to the
- 17:00last option that says more gradients,
- 17:02and a small panel will automatically
- 17:04appear here. Well, we are going to
- 17:08click on gradient fill, and then in the
- 17:10gradient stops section, if four of
- 17:11these appear, we will click on one and
- 17:13select remove gradient stop so we can
- 17:15have only
- 17:17three.
- 17:30Now, this gradient stop refers to the
- 17:32top part of the circle. This one here
- 17:34to the middle, and this point to the
- 17:36bottom part of the circle. So, if we
- 17:38select this gradient stop and give it,
- 17:40for example, green, we can observe that
- 17:42the color green is located at the top.
- 17:45So, let's locate our presentation and
- 17:47click on the first gradient stop. We go
- 17:50to color and look for the eyedropper.
- 17:52We click it and locate my circle. And
- 17:55we click on the top part of the circle
- 17:57to adopt that color. Then, for the
- 17:58second gradient stop, we do the same:
- 18:00go to color, select eyedropper, and
- 18:02position ourselves more or less in the
- 18:04middle of the circle. And finally, this
- 18:06gradient stop. Likewise, we go to color
- 18:08, select eyedropper, and position
- 18:10ourselves at the bottom part of the
- 18:12circle in my presentation, and there we
- 18:14will have the gradient. Now, if we look
- 18:17closely at my presentation, my circle
- 18:19has a small shadow. So, to be able to
- 18:21add a shadow to my shape, we go to
- 18:23shape format, then to shape effects. We
- 18:26go to shadow and go to the last option
- 18:28that says shadow options. Then, under
- 18:32presets, we are going to select this
- 18:34one here, offset left. Then, we will
- 18:37leave the transparency at 60%, the size
- 18:40likewise at 100%, and we will change
- 18:42the blur from 4 to 21. Then, we change
- 18:46the angle to 228 and finally, we change
- 18:49the distance from 3 to 35, and we will
- 18:51have the shadow for our circle. Now, to
- 18:55be able to send the circle behind this
- 18:57word "azulejo" and the little square of
- 18:59its species, we are going to
- 19:00right-click, and in the send to back
- 19:02option, a small arrow to the right
- 19:04appears. The first option to send to
- 19:07back means sending it as far back as
- 19:09possible, since every element we add in
- 19:11PowerPoint is a layer. So, by sending
- 19:13to back, we would be sending this
- 19:15circle behind all existing layers, and
- 19:17that is not what we want. So, we are
- 19:19only going to click send backward so
- 19:21that it can move down just one layer.
- 19:23And as we can see, it is now behind the
- 19:25text of the bird's species. We are
- 19:28going to click on send to back again
- 19:29and click send backward once more.
- 19:32Let's click on send to back, and now we
- 19:34can see it's behind the little bird
- 19:36species square. Once again, let's
- 19:38right-click and send to back. Again,
- 19:42send to back, and we'll click send to
- 19:44back once more, and as you can see,
- 19:46it's now behind the word "azulejo" and
- 19:48the bird species square. Now, let's go
- 19:52back to PPT1 and click on present. And
- 19:55when we click next, we see the circle
- 19:57appear out of nowhere, when we actually
- 19:59want the circle to slide upwards. So,
- 20:03what we need to do is simply copy this
- 20:05circle into slide number one and place
- 20:07it outside our workspace, about here.
- 20:12So, now let's click present again, and
- 20:14if we click next, we can see it now has
- 20:16a slide-up effect. Now we go to our IMG
- 20:21folder, take the bird image, and drag
- 20:23it into our PowerPoint presentation.
- 20:26Okay, here we are going to reduce its
- 20:28size a little bit, about so. Like this.
- 20:34And we place it further to the left,
- 20:36around here, always making sure the
- 20:38branch is at the edge of the workspace
- 20:40to make it look more realistic. Now, to
- 20:44add a shadow to the bird, we go to
- 20:46picture format, then to picture effects
- 20:48, shadow, and finally to the last
- 20:50option, shadow options. Now, under
- 20:53presets, we select the third option,
- 20:55which is offset bottom left. Then, we
- 20:58reduce the transparency to 56%and
- 21:01increase the size to 113%. Then, we
- 21:05change the blur from 4 to 35. Then, we
- 21:09change the angle from 135 to 107. And
- 21:12finally, for the distance, we change it
- 21:14from three to five. So, we now have the
- 21:17bird's shadow. Now, if we present our
- 21:19screen again and click next, we see the
- 21:21bird appears automatically. So, we copy
- 21:26the bird image and paste it here on the
- 21:28first PPT and place it about here. So,
- 21:33if we go to slideshow again and click
- 21:35next, we can see the bird now slides
- 21:37into place. Now, on this second PPT,
- 21:40we'll move this square out of the way
- 21:42to add a shadow to these two rectangles
- 21:44. To select both rectangles at once,
- 21:47hold down the control key and click on
- 21:49the other rectangle. Then we go to
- 21:53shape format, shape effects, shadow,
- 21:55and click on shadow options. And in
- 21:58presets, we will select the second
- 22:00option for this one. Then we move the
- 22:02bird species text back into its little
- 22:04rectangle. Then we select the second
- 22:07PPT. We are going to copy it, then
- 22:10click outside the boxes and paste it
- 22:12into the PPT. Now, on this third slide,
- 22:15we will select the word "bird," the
- 22:17word "blue-grey tanager," and the two
- 22:19small rectangles with the bird's
- 22:21species name, *Thraupis episcopus*, and
- 22:23place them around here. Then we will
- 22:28select the "01" and move it a little
- 22:29further to the right. Next, we select
- 22:32the circle and shrink it while holding
- 22:34down the Shift key. And then we will
- 22:38place it around here. Then we select
- 22:42the bird, make it a little larger, and
- 22:44move it around here. Next, we make this
- 22:49bottom rectangle a little longer and
- 22:51thinner, and move it to the right. Then
- 22:56we go to our IMG folder and drag the
- 22:57mountain into our PowerPoint
- 22:59presentation. We place it around here,
- 23:03enlarge the image a bit, and leave it
- 23:05about here. Then, for the small circles
- 23:09, we go to Insert again, go to Shapes,
- 23:11and choose the ellipse. And likewise,
- 23:14while holding down the Shift key, we
- 23:16form the small circle. Then we place it
- 23:19around here, go to Shape Format, and in
- 23:21Shape Outline, we select No Outline.
- 23:25Then for the color, we go to Shape Fill
- 23:27and select Eyedropper. Then we locate
- 23:30my presentation and pick the circle's
- 23:32color. Once we have the circle with the
- 23:34color, we are going to copy and paste
- 23:36it. And we will place this other one
- 23:39around here. Then, for the "2000 m"
- 23:42text, we are going to go to Insert and
- 23:44insert a text box. And here we will
- 23:47type 2000 MT. We will select this text
- 23:51and change its color to white. Then,
- 23:54under Font, we will select the
- 23:56Bahnschrift SemiBold SemiCondensed
- 23:58option. And then we will set the size
- 24:02to 28. We reduce the text size and
- 24:06place it around here. Now, for the text
- 24:10describing the blue-grey tanager, we
- 24:12will go to Insert again and insert a
- 24:14text box. And here we will write that
- 24:18it is a species of passerine bird in
- 24:20the Thraupidae family. Now we select
- 24:27this text, go to Font, and look for
- 24:30Eras Medium ITC, which is located here.
- 24:34Then we will set the size to 26. And
- 24:38finally, for colors, we will go to the
- 24:40More Colors option. Next, we go to the
- 24:43custom section, and at the bottom where
- 24:45it says X, we are going to delete those
- 24:48zeros and enter 00 a E c0. We hit enter
- 24:52and the text automatically takes on the
- 24:54color. Then we are going to select all
- 24:57the text and in the paragraph section,
- 24:59we will select the last option, which
- 25:00is justify. And well, we are going to
- 25:03make it a little bit larger and place
- 25:04it right here. Now, if we go to the
- 25:07first slide and present again,
- 25:12the text appears automatically, but we
- 25:14want it to scroll from right to left.
- 25:18So, on the third slide, we copy the
- 25:20text box and paste it onto the second
- 25:22slide, positioning it off our workspace
- 25:24, around here. So, if we go to the
- 25:29first slide, start the presentation,
- 25:31and click next, it will now have the
- 25:33movement we want. Now, if we look
- 25:36closely, the transition from the first
- 25:38slide is still quite abrupt. So, we
- 25:41select the first slide and go to
- 25:43transitions. Then we click on morph and
- 25:46set the duration to 00.25. Then, for it
- 25:50to move from slide 1 to slide 2
- 25:52automatically, in the advance slide
- 25:54section, we uncheck this box here. and
- 25:57we check the box for after 00 2.00.00.
- 26:01We'll leave it just like that. So, now
- 26:04if we start the presentation, the bird
- 26:06appears automatically without me
- 26:08needing to press the next arrow or
- 26:10click. I would only click to move to
- 26:14this slide. Now, to further improve how
- 26:18the elements on the first slide appear,
- 26:20we will select the two parallelograms
- 26:22in the background, the word bird, and
- 26:24the word blue, while holding down the
- 26:26control key. Then we go to the
- 26:29animations tab and select the fade
- 26:31option. Next, we click here on
- 26:36animation pane. We are going to close
- 26:39the format background pane and select
- 26:41all the animations in the same way,
- 26:42while holding down the control key.
- 26:44Then, in the duration section, we are
- 26:46going to increase it to 75. Next, we go
- 26:50to slide number three, and for some
- 26:52people, the mountain, the two circles,
- 26:54and the 200 m will appear abruptly. So
- 26:58we are going to select each of those
- 27:00elements, go to animations, and click
- 27:02fade. Now if we go to the first slide
- 27:06and present again
- 27:07the screen,
- 27:11if I click next, the mountain, the two
- 27:13circles, and the 200 m do not appear.
- 27:16So, for this to generate automatically,
- 27:18we go to slide number three, click on
- 27:20any of the animations, and select all
- 27:22of them here. Then we click on any of
- 27:26them and select the "Start with
- 27:28Previous" option. And well, that would
- 27:30be it. As for the transition duration,
- 27:32that’s up to you. You can make it
- 27:34much faster or much slower, it depends
- 27:36on you. We just have to delete these
- 27:39animations on each slide, as we won't
- 27:40need them. And well, now we go to slide
- 27:46number one and click on slideshow, and
- 27:48there the bird, the ball, and
- 27:49everything else appear automatically,
- 27:51right? We click next, and the mountain
- 27:55appears automatically along with the
- 27:57two balls and the 200m. And well, that
- 27:59would be it.
