18. 0:41I don't think I've done that in a while
19. 0:43okay so we're just gonna jump right in
20. 0:45here this is posted in the group if
21. 0:46you're in my group you can read this or
22. 0:48you might have already read this but yes
23. 0:50here are appearance change success

25. 0:56even if you are skeptical
26. 1:00of if these things are true it's up to
27. 1:04you
28. 1:05as to whether it's actually achievable
29. 1:07or not you hear a success story and
30. 1:10you're like oh my God that's totally
31. 1:11unbelievable like there's no freaking
32. 1:13way then yeah for you there's no
33. 1:15freaking way because that is your
34. 1:17mindset and that is what you have chosen
35. 1:19to believe
36. 1:20but what you're not gonna do
37. 1:22is knock the people who chose to believe
38. 1:24in the unbelievable and manifest these
39. 1:28things for themselves plus it doesn't
40. 1:30matter anyway even if you see a success
41. 1:32story somewhere and you think that
42. 1:36they're lying
43. 1:38if you were to still believe it's true
44. 1:40even if they were lying
45. 1:42even if the person is lying if you were
46. 1:44to believe it's true
47. 1:46just from reading it you could manifest
48. 1:49it for yourself even if they really
49. 1:50didn't you know what I'm saying
50. 1:53it's law of assumption whatever you
51. 1:55assume is
52. 1:57true and y'all have got to stop being so
53. 2:00fucking dependent on what other people
54. 2:03can do to determine what you can do we
55. 2:05need to stop being afraid to be the
56. 2:07first at something stop looking for

61. 2:19on the things you're looking for or if
62. 2:21you see success stories and you don't
63. 2:23believe this shit is true or whatever

65. 2:29okay with being the first to manifest it

69. 2:37became a model changed my eye color from
70. 2:39brown to Hazel and my thyroid illness is
71. 2:42gone I was supposed to have it for life
72. 2:46that's wild that's cool
73. 2:48that's freaking amazing from five seven
74. 2:51to five five in less than two days
75. 2:54um I manifested growing taller without
76. 2:55even realizing it I started saying wow I
77. 2:57do look a lot taller don't I and a
78. 2:59couple of months later I realized I had
79. 3:01Chrome
80. 3:03Okay this may be gross but I had a
81. 3:05really painful pimple and it was
82. 3:06literally not miscible like it was so
83. 3:09red and big right on my chin I started
84. 3:12affirming my skin is so clear I'm not a
85. 3:14person who gets pimples not even an hour
86. 3:16later I walk by the mirror and it
87. 3:18literally wasn't there anymore which is
88. 3:20impossible because those things take
89. 3:21days to go away yes unless you switch to
90. 3:24reality where you did not have a pimple
91. 3:27um I manifested that I am irresistible
92. 3:29and beautiful I fully saw it materialize
93. 3:32at a party a couple of weeks ago Five
94. 3:34Guys literally were fighting over me on
95. 3:36the spot they were trying to talk to me
96. 3:38even though I made it clear to all of
97. 3:40them that I was not interested in any of
98. 3:41them today a random man tried to stop me
99. 3:44on the street to tell me you're so
100. 3:45pretty last week I was at the airport
101. 3:47and a pilot started talking to me and
102. 3:49tried to give me his number in case I
103. 3:51wanted to hang out the same day another
104. 3:53guy approached me outside of my office
105. 3:54and asked me for my number guys asked me
106. 3:57out on dates left and right and always
107. 3:59talk about how beautiful they think I am
108. 4:01even my man constantly tells me that I
109. 4:04look like a model and that all his
110. 4:05friends think I'm hot it's crazy it's
111. 4:07like all of a sudden I'm a magnet for
112. 4:09men
113. 4:10um I can see a profile picture and yeah
114. 4:12I can see why
115. 4:13I lost 20 pounds by saying everything I
116. 4:15put in my mouth helps me lose weight I
117. 4:18still eat whatever I want
118. 4:20I was an introverted shy High School
119. 4:22student I don't really have confidence
120. 4:24in myself and I don't know about any
121. 4:27beauty products I borrowed a book from a
122. 4:29friend it was the secret at the time it
123. 4:31was my first time learning these
124. 4:32manifestation things for me but unlike
125. 4:34law of assumption law of attraction is
126. 4:35something you easily forget or too bored
127. 4:38to do because you need to be 24 7 High
128. 4:40vibration LOL as someone who has
129. 4:44clinical depression I didn't really
130. 4:45commit to the book at the time and I
131. 4:48still didn't know about Sammy nor the
132. 4:50law of assumption because that was 2014.
133. 4:51but I told myself that before I enter
134. 4:53College I need to have the ultimate
135. 4:55transformation I always look at myself
136. 4:57in the mirror every morning smile like
137. 4:59the book The Secret
138. 5:01and tell myself that I'm the prettiest
139. 5:03girl this became like a mantra like
140. 5:05every time I prefer I prepare for my
141. 5:08classes I do it years go by and yes I
142. 5:11became so popular that everyone calls me
143. 5:13the queen bee became the president in
144. 5:15our society and even managed confidence
145. 5:17to join contests before that I never had
146. 5:20the guts to do I kid you not I can count
147. 5:22I can't count how many guys were asking
148. 5:25for my number but I have had like four
149. 5:27stalkers that were really aggressive at
150. 5:29the time in college they were all
151. 5:30different people and I'm just creeped
152. 5:32out but good things aside I gained
153. 5:34confidence and College
154. 5:36was way more fun than I expected I
155. 5:39didn't realize what I was doing every
156. 5:41morning was a mantra that has affected
157. 5:43my physical features every time I look
158. 5:45at my old photos I mean we still look
159. 5:47the same but my today look is more
160. 5:50brighter and pretty
161. 5:52the pass was like dull and we had the
162. 5:55same features so I don't so I didn't
163. 5:57think a lot about it after learning
164. 5:59about Sammy I began to manifest more
165. 6:01things like money relationship and just
166. 6:03a happy life I don't really like to
167. 6:05change my face or body right now but
168. 6:06realizing it back then I didn't have I
169. 6:09was super tired and I didn't have high
170. 6:11vibrations but I still did my Mantra I'm
171. 6:13the prettiest girl without emotions and
172. 6:15doing it robotically it was really the
173. 6:17law of assumption I fell down hard on
174. 6:19both of my knees and they were swollen
175. 6:21as fuck and huge ugly bruises were
176. 6:23getting worse and worse and the swelling
177. 6:24was so bad that my pants were tight on
178. 6:26my knees so I firmed and affirmed that I
179. 6:29didn't fall that my knees were okay and
180. 6:31that there was no bruising and no
181. 6:32swelling my bruises usually last for
182. 6:34weeks and go through all kinds of stages
183. 6:36and it was the worst bruising and
184. 6:38swelling I'd ever had but the bruises
185. 6:39and swelling and the pain were gone in a
186. 6:42week
187. 6:43I completely cleared up my terrible
188. 6:45chronic chest acne defined curvy body
189. 6:48bigger and rounder and perkier boobs
190. 6:50went from a 36C to specifically a 34 D
191. 6:55so I changed my body's bandwidth five
192. 6:58eight two five seven I am probably five
193. 7:03eight to five seven and a half but I'm
194. 7:04probably down to five foot seven now
195. 7:07I manifested losing 160 pounds I used to
196. 7:10tell myself that I wear the same size as
197. 7:12Britney Spears a year and a half later I
198. 7:14was the same weight she was said to be
199. 7:16now I also manifested gaining my weight
200. 7:18back by continually telling everyone who
201. 7:21complimented me that I'd just gained it
202. 7:23all back why did you say that and I did
203. 7:26we what we tell ourselves matters
204. 7:30I'm trans and I started testosterone in
205. 7:32December I started affirming right away
206. 7:34that my face looks different my voice is
207. 7:36dropped and I look more masculine
208. 7:38almost a few weeks into hormones people
209. 7:40started telling me they noticed
210. 7:41differences and told me how handsome I
211. 7:44was
212. 7:45I didn't think about that using it for
213. 7:46that that was a great idea affirm for
214. 7:49sets going to bed and woke up 30 pounds
215. 7:52lighter
216. 7:53oh affirmed set insats going to bed and
217. 7:56woke up 30 pounds lighter my husband was
218. 7:59actually a little freaked out
219. 8:02um someone asked her how do you affirm
220. 8:04in sets I got ready for bed made sure I
221. 8:06was feeling cozy and did the longest
222. 8:07version of my nighttime skincare found a
223. 8:10comfortable spot and started falling
224. 8:11asleep one affirmation and it was I can
225. 8:14see that I've lost weight because I was
226. 8:16tired of others telling me that they
227. 8:17could see it but I couldn't tell a
228. 8:18difference in the mirror I woke up and
229. 8:20my husband noticed and also my abs kind
230. 8:23of felt like I had done an insane
231. 8:24workout check the scale and I was 30
232. 8:26pounds lighter
233. 8:28damn
234. 8:29that's a lot
235. 8:31so I've been manifesting that I look
236. 8:33like my favorite singer I looked up to
237. 8:34her since I was around 14 so for a while
238. 8:38now ever since 2019 people everywhere
239. 8:40tell me I resemble her or I give her
240. 8:42vibe oh my God I used to have the worst
241. 8:45strawberry skin I used to complain about
242. 8:47the holes first thing in the morning I
243. 8:49started affirming I have beautiful glass
244. 8:50skin every morning and girl my skin
245. 8:53healed so smooth I took inspired action
246. 8:56and bought skin gummies and no more
247. 8:58holes and oh my God I aged backwards
248. 9:00okay so this person manifested siren
249. 9:02Beauty
250. 9:03longer hair change the type and texture
251. 9:05healthy pair hourglass body like the
252. 9:10comic Catwoman smaller forehead neat
253. 9:12eyebrows longer lashes clear skin with
254. 9:15zero flaws permanently hairless body
255. 9:16slim face defined and feminine jawline
256. 9:20and many more I did all of this by just
257. 9:22affirming and listening to subliminals

259. 9:28I manifested changing my hair from 4C to
260. 9:314A
261. 9:33manifested wider hips and a fat ass in a
262. 9:35week going from 31 inches to 34.

265. 9:43used to be a diamond shaped face I
266. 9:44affirmed to be oval face I said my
267. 9:46affirmations aloud when looking in the
268. 9:48mirror eye shape I use celebrity as my
269. 9:51reference every time I see her picture I
270. 9:52remind myself we have the same eyes my
271. 9:55eyes are even more beautiful than hers I
272. 9:57woke up in the morning and found my eyes
273. 9:58seemed to do a certain
274. 10:00my eyes seem to do a certain surgery
275. 10:02called lower corner
276. 10:05weight loss ideal body type I just
277. 10:07affirmed my perfect body type and took
278. 10:09reference from an influencer and guess
279. 10:12what my waist shrunk and my flabby arms
280. 10:14were gone I am not that surprised though
281. 10:17everything is possible affirmation my
282. 10:19body is literally the carbon copy of
283. 10:22blank
284. 10:24that's a great idea
285. 10:26I posted this already in the group but I
286. 10:28got rid of inflamed acne overnight with
287. 10:31robotic affirming I was so sure that
288. 10:33I'll wake up without any zits on my face
289. 10:35since then my skin has progressively
290. 10:37been getting better and better I'll post
291. 10:38the pics again under this comment now
292. 10:40even the dark spots are gone my skin is
293. 10:42literally perfect wow that is a huge
294. 10:45difference if you want to see it again

297. 10:50I manifested that every time I brush my
298. 10:52teeth my hair grows a fourth of an inch
299. 10:54and it gets more silky I don't know if

320. 11:38really new to all this and only
321. 11:39discovered Sammy about a month ago so I
322. 11:41binge watched as many videos as I could
323. 11:42and really resonated with the placebo
324. 11:44one I'm 43 and had yes past tense a few
325. 11:48small patches of gray hair at the roots
326. 11:49and I really hated it they were really
327. 11:52visible and I used to apply root touch
328. 11:54up spray after every wash I take a daily
329. 11:57hair vitamin pill and started affirming
330. 11:59two weeks ago that it is in fact a pill
331. 12:00that eliminates gray hair it's crazy I
332. 12:04mean crazy but no more gray haven't had
333. 12:06to apply the root spray in the last week
334. 12:09like I used to always need to reapply it
335. 12:11after I washed they faded gradually and
336. 12:13now I can't see any at all it's amazing
337. 12:16and next I plan to manifest darker hair
338. 12:18let's see how it goes I'm sure it's
339. 12:20going to go wonderfully just like that

341. 12:244B and I had a bloated stomach before
342. 12:26and now it's so flat I had a double chin
343. 12:28and now it's really reduced I had

355. 12:53long update oh and height I'm getting
356. 12:56taller every day my starting height was
357. 12:58five two and now I'm close to five eight
358. 13:00and I'm not stopping there
359. 13:03nothing is unchangeable
360. 13:05nothing is permanent
361. 13:08you don't even have to look the way you
362. 13:10look you can change the way you look you
363. 13:12can look like anything you want to look

365. 13:15start practicing if you don't believe it
