- 0:16oh and I ran out to the bone and it's
- 0:22rather odd to see it floating like this
- 0:25in honesty

- 0:46we had just finished TV program showing
- 0:51everybody the lunar module with like a
- 0:53TV cameras and it was being sent down
- 0:55five to Lordsburg way down to Houston to
- 1:00the control center
- 1:12he's not in the food locker
- 1:28beeping imitating
- 1:37that's all I was all the way down when I
- 1:39heard the noise and so what I find when
- 1:42I got down the game had much only notice
- 1:44that the red lights were on had a couple
- 1:47of fuel cells fuel cell develops
- 1:51electrical power that we need to utilize
- 1:54the oxygen and hydrogen by and look at
- 1:58the bar on which kind of bad news
- 2:07because electricity 13 we've got one
- 2:10more item for you when you get a chance
- 2:11so we'd like it there stir up your cryo
- 2:13tanks okay okay standby a 13 we're
- 2:38looking at it we may have had an
- 2:40imitation problem plane garage you got
- 2:43can we review our status here sigh and
- 2:45see what we've got from a standpoint of
- 2:47status what do you think we got in a
- 2:49spacecraft that's good well at first we
- 2:53didn't know what caused the noise as a
- 2:57matter of fact in our training in in the
- 3:01spacecraft prior to us take them off
- 3:04there was a an oxidative repress valve
- 3:07in the lunar module that that Fred liked
- 3:11a fire and bit of noise and he always
- 3:14liked to do that because they're scared
- 3:16or what was that - Jack funny I thought
- 3:39maybe that was living here he was just
- 3:40trying to be you know I don't want to
- 3:44try to be enough
- 3:45I looked up by 11:00 I can tell from his
- 3:47expression that he had no idea what
- 3:51caused that noise but then when I looked
- 3:53out the window the side window I saw xkp
- 3:56never a rather high rate of speed sort
- 3:59of a boom like this of gas and it didn't
- 4:03take much intelligence to my present the
- 4:05gas that was escaping from the rear of
- 4:08my spacecraft happened to be oxygen and
- 4:11I confirmed that when I looked at the
- 4:13Kalani gauge on the instrument panel and
- 4:15sure enough that we had two tanks
- 4:39okay let's everybody think of the kind
- 4:41of things we'd be vetting G&C you get
- 4:43anything that looks abnormal in your
- 4:45system negative like how about you we
- 4:48come you see anything that with the
- 4:50instrumentation you got that could be
- 4:51betting let me look at the system for
- 4:53the vending is concerned
- 4:55okay let's start scanning okay now let's
- 4:58everybody keep cool we got LEM still
- 5:01attached the lens spacecraft's good so
- 5:03if we need to get back home we got 11 to
- 5:06do a good portion of it with okay let's
- 5:09make sure that we don't do anything
- 5:11that's going to blow our CSM electrical
- 5:14power with the batteries or that will
- 5:16cause us to lose the main or the fuel
- 5:18cell number two okay we want to keep the
- 5:22o2 and that kind of stuff working we'd
- 5:24like to have RCS but we got the command
- 5:26module system so we're in good shape if
- 5:29we need to get home let's solve the
- 5:31problem but let's not make it any worse
- 5:32by guessing Sao Paolo Control Houston
- 5:39this rapid exchange of conversation
- 5:42you've heard may the main beep bus is
- 5:45off the line fuel cells 1 & 3 also off
- 5:50the line fuel cell 2 is presently on the
- 5:53line we now show 13 at an altitude of
- 5:57one hundred and seventy eight thousand
- 5:58six hundred and forty three nautical
- 6:00miles we're at fifty six hours 12
- 6:04minutes into the flight
