217. 10:19my health rapidly
218. 10:21deteriorated I overworked and over
219. 10:24studied and I know everyone tells me not
220. 10:26to overwork that I did it I did what I F
221. 10:30I have work I couldn't walk at one stage
222. 10:35um I really fatigued myself
223. 10:38and I'm pretty upset about it I admit
224. 10:42but ever since I moved back I've been a
225. 10:45of get on my feet more and get a bit
226. 10:48healthier like I think my diet's good
227. 10:51I've been exercising more been doing a
228. 10:52lot of I start a dance class actually
229. 10:54that's that's been a cool life thing um
230. 10:58but
231. 10:59despite that um all these tough stuff in
232. 11:02the back of the scenes or behind the
233. 11:05scenes everyone still showed up and
234. 11:07shared support for these
235. 11:09videos and that means a lot I mean I
236. 11:12wouldn't even have been able to move out
237. 11:14or attempt to without your support you
238. 11:18know um and the voice lessons have been
239. 11:21incredible so far um I know I get tied
240. 11:25sometimes but I try my best to make all
241. 11:27the voice lessons count and to all 30
242. 11:30something of the students that um take
243. 11:32voice lessons with me I'm very grateful
244. 11:34for her time together so far and I look
245. 11:37forward to our next lesson and I know
246. 11:40it's frustrating for people that um
247. 11:42aren't able to get lessons cuz my my
248. 11:45schedule's kind of booked um but keep an
249. 11:48eye on the patreon sometimes slots open
250. 11:50up I I took on more than I could Che
251. 11:54that's what led to a lot of
252. 11:55complications um a couple of videos ago
253. 11:58voice tutorial ago I kind of skyrocketed
254. 12:01in popularity like under under statement
255. 12:04of the century I think I went from like
256. 12:052,000 subscribers to like 20,000 in the
257. 12:09span of like a month right that's a big
258. 12:11jump for me maybe not for other people
259. 12:13but for me it was big and I don't think
260. 12:16I handled that explosion of growth very
261. 12:19well but now I'm in a state where I
262. 12:22can so I'm going to do my best in all
263. 12:26future projects to prioritize the best
264. 12:29stuff I can make and also being nice to
265. 12:32my body being kind to myself I mean it's
266. 12:35a bit ironic that I tell you to be kind
267. 12:37to yourself and I'm kind of mean to
268. 12:40myself so yeah that's the video sorry
269. 12:44this one was a bit shorter than the
270. 12:46previous entries to be honest if I made
271. 12:48this video longer I think it would have
272. 12:49been
273. 12:50padding um so I made sure it still had
274. 12:53the spectacle and the special effects
275. 12:55and explosions that you expect from a
276. 12:57Lucy video we have also the information
277. 12:59that's usually there I feels a good
278. 13:01balance I experimented bit with this one
279. 13:04I got some feedback that the past two
280. 13:05videos are too like blurted and too like
281. 13:09long granted this intro is getting this
282. 13:11outro is getting kind of long um so
283. 13:13maybe I should take some
284. 13:15advice so I'm going to depart and uh I
285. 13:19have a video to
286. 13:20edit so I hope it turns out
287. 13:23good um until then stay hydrated and
288. 13:27know the you're valid and thank you so
