- 0:00Welcome to Amazon Marketing Cloud or
- 0:03AMC. If you're new here, let's take a
- 0:06quick tour of the homepage and show you
- 0:09how to get started.
- 0:12AMC is a privacy focused analytic and
- 0:15audience building platform from Amazon
- 0:17Ads. It lets advertisers and brands
- 0:20explore the full customer journey,
- 0:22measure media performance, and build
- 0:24audiences for smarter strategies. More
- 0:27advanced use cases include combining
- 0:30Amazon's event level data with
- 0:32firstparty data. This home screen has
- 0:35three distinct sections: insights, use
- 0:39cases, and where you left off.
- 0:42Starting with the insights at the top,
- 0:44which currently has nine insight
- 0:46templates that you can customize that
- 0:49show data over the last 7 days and will
- 0:52automatically refresh with new data
- 0:54every Sunday. These provide quick visual
- 0:58analysis of common use cases like the
- 1:01path to conversion which shows how
- 1:03different campaign types lead to a
- 1:05purchase, time to conversion which
- 1:08highlights how long it takes for
- 1:10customers to buy after seeing an ad, and
- 1:13overlap by campaign groups which helps
- 1:16you understand how different channels
- 1:17work together. My recommendation would
- 1:20be to start with the Amazon DSP
- 1:23impression frequency and conversions if
- 1:26you're running DSP campaigns and new to
- 1:29brand gateway as to unlock full new to
- 1:32brand data within sponsored ads. With a
- 1:34few clicks, customize these use cases
- 1:38for deeper insights, replacing the
- 1:40sample data in the widgets.
- 1:43Further down, you'll see the use cases
- 1:45section. Here, AMC surfaces recommended
- 1:49solutions like optimal frequency, which
- 1:52is a pre-built dashboard, or use cases
- 1:55like sponsored ads and DSP overlap that
- 1:58can be fully customized with your own
- 2:01dates and campaigns. These act as quick
- 2:04entry points into pre-built queries and
- 2:07solutions tailored to your instance.
- 2:10Finally,
- 2:12where you left off. It gives the latest
- 2:15AMC news direct from Amazon ads and all
- 2:18of the recent projects you've created.
- 2:20These can either be an AMC audience or
- 2:23an insight.
- 2:25You can also see your projects in the
- 2:27top navigation.
- 2:29With the new AMC homepage, you can jump
- 2:32straight into insights, explore curated
- 2:35solutions, and easily continue your
- 2:37ongoing analysis, all from a streamlined
- 2:40view.
