18. 0:29people already happy with that one um,
19. 0:31if that's actually true.

21. 0:35uh, Basecamp was actually talking about
22. 0:36this very specific problem on The
23. 0:38Founders Podcast. Uh, I would encourage
24. 0:40you to listen that pod- listen to that
25. 0:41podcast uh, episode because he literally
26. 0:43talks about this where he had four
27. 0:45versions of Basecamp and he said one of
28. 0:47the big mistakes a lot of software
29. 0:48companies make is that they force all
30. 0:50users to up- to take the new version
31. 0:52when they were very happy with the old
32. 0:54version just because the founder wants
33. 0:56something new not the customer. And so
34. 0:58if you want to do this new thing, that's
35. 1:01fine. Your customers might not and
36. 1:02they're already paying you so just let
37. 1:03them pay you and then start something
38. 1:05else.
