10. 0:30talking about Jodi not just me my name

12. 0:36nearly three weeks on the stand telling
13. 0:38jurors she thought Jodi arias was the
14. 0:40victim of domestic violence after a few
15. 0:42days she says the attacks began on
16. 0:45social media and with nasty emails and
17. 0:47voice messages I hope you choke on a
18. 0:50chicken bone you fat bastard I hope you
19. 0:54get hit in the face with a baseball bat
20. 0:5798% of America hates you and hopes you
21. 1:00die she also received several death
22. 1:02threats I know where your office is and
23. 1:05if Jodi arias doesn't get the death
24. 1:08penalty or life without you will get the
25. 1:10death penalty make no mistake as her
26. 1:13testimony continued so did the attacks
27. 1:15an online petition was started to get
28. 1:18her fired from a scheduled speaking
29. 1:20engagement Plus people wrote horrible
30. 1:22reviews about her book on Amazon it got
31. 1:24so bad that halfway through her
32. 1:26testimony she had an anxiety attack I
33. 1:29woke up and I was crying and I was
34. 1:30shaking and I'm not like that I mean I
35. 1:33have never had anxiety in my life in the
36. 1:36end Laviolette was successful in
37. 1:38convincing some jurors including the
38. 1:39jury foreman that Jodi arias was a
39. 1:41victim of abuse which resulted in a hung
40. 1:44jury for the death penalty phase but
41. 1:46Laviolette says she is not going back
42. 1:49the retrial why don't you want to go
43. 1:51back threats to my life threats to my
44. 1:54family um my family doesn't want me to
45. 1:58go back Patricia Womack a friend of Jodi
46. 2:01arias backed out of testifying after
47. 2:03receiving the same types of threats
48. 2:05according to the arias defense team now
49. 2:07they say they're having problems getting
50. 2:09witnesses for the retrial guilty
51. 2:11Jodi arias was found guilty of
52. 2:13first-degree murder her retrial will
53. 2:15determine whether she gets the death
54. 2:16penalty or life in prison at this point
55. 2:19it's unclear who if anyone will be
56. 2:21willing to testify on her behalf
