  1. 0:00I used to play games on my phone and
  2. 0:01earn only 70 won in two hours. Around
  3. 0:03that same time, however, there was a
  4. 0:05side hustle that generated over 7
  5. 0:06million won in monthly revenue. Even if
  6. 0:07you invest the same amount of time, if
  7. 0:09you don't choose the right side hustle,
  8. 0:10you might end up wasting time or it
  9. 0:11could become a turning point in your
  10. 0:13life. Having run the "Bunbil S" channel
  11. 0:15for six years introducing side jobs, I
  12. 0:17would like to present a tier ranking of
  13. 0:19AI-powered side jobs that I have tried
  14. 0:21in 2026. I will grade them in a single
  15. 0:23table, so you can check out my videos
  16. 0:25to see which one suits you best and
  17. 0:27give it a try. Let's begin. I graded
  18. 0:30them based on just three criteria.
  19. 0:32First, how fast is it to receive your
  20. 0:33first payout? Second, can you reduce
  21. 0:35the time to about 30 minutes a day once
  22. 0:36you get used to it? Third, does what
  23. 0:37you create continue to generate income?
  24. 0:39I considered these to be the most
  25. 0:40important factors. A side hustle is
  26. 0:41about turning time into money. However,
  27. 0:43if you only earn as much as the time
  28. 0:45you put in, it is not a side hustle; it
  29. 0:46is a second job. So, I posted this for
  30. 0:48side hustles where, even if you earn
  31. 0:49the same amount of money, the items you
  32. 0:50create keep selling. Let's start with
  33. 0:53Tier 5. The first is making money
  34. 0:54through app tech and games. I took on a
  35. 0:56challenge to survive for seven days
  36. 0:57using just one app that pays you for
  37. 0:58playing games. I was thrilled to
  38. 0:59receive a 5,000 won bonus as soon as I
  39. 1:01signed up. However, after playing for
  40. 1:03two more hours, I checked and found my
  41. 1:04balance had increased by only 70 won.
  42. 1:06There were times when I completed
  43. 1:07missions but didn't receive points, and
  44. 1:09some games required me to pay cash to
  45. 1:10advance to the next level. The money I
  46. 1:12accumulated over seven days was about
  47. 1:1330,000 won. However, most of that
  48. 1:15wasn't from the game itself, but from
  49. 1:17referring family and friends. Earning
  50. 1:19enough for a cup of coffee just for fun
  51. 1:21is fine. However, you only get paid for
  52. 1:22the time you invest, and even that
  53. 1:23amounts to only a few tens of won per
  54. 1:25hour. That is why it is Tier 5. The
  55. 1:26second is the Carrot Market side hustle
  56. 1:28. The method I introduced involved
  57. 1:29diligently applying for events and
  58. 1:30product testing groups to receive items
  59. 1:32, writing reviews for them, and then
  60. 1:33selling them on Carrot Market. If you
  61. 1:35enter 10 to 20 entries a day, you win
  62. 1:36more often than you might expect. The
  63. 1:38problem is that this ultimately relies
  64. 1:40solely on diligence. If you stop
  65. 1:41entering, your income stops as well.
  66. 1:43You don't have a single item created in
  67. 1:44advance. That is why it is Tier 5. Now,
  68. 1:46let's move up one level to Tier 4. This
  69. 1:47involves creating presentation slides
  70. 1:49and presentation documents. Since there
  71. 1:50are many places that require
  72. 1:51presentation materials—from companies
  73. 1:52and academies to instructors and
  74. 1:53hospitals—there are definitely people
  75. 1:55willing to pay for them. The time spent
  76. 1:56reading materials and arranging slides
  77. 1:57using AI has also been drastically
  78. 1:59reduced. However, there is a reason why
  79. 2:00it is Tier 4: revisions. Requests like
  80. 2:02"Please enlarge the font a little" or "
  81. 2:04I think a previous version was released
  82. 2:05" require human time to handle them, no
  83. 2:07matter how fast the AI is. And once
  84. 2:08that is finished, you have to find the
  85. 2:10next customer. This is the sale of
  86. 2:11digital files generated by AI, also in
  87. 2:13Tier 4. It involves creating 100 items
  88. 2:15—such as planners, checklists, or
  89. 2:16pretty diary templates—using AI and
  90. 2:18uploading them all at once to a large
  91. 2:19marketplace. The mindset is that at
  92. 2:21least one out of the 100 will sell.
  93. 2:22However, quickly producing 100 unsold
  94. 2:24items is not business. If I can make a
  95. 2:26planner in one minute, others can make
  96. 2:28one in one minute as well. Please keep
  97. 2:29one thing in mind here. Selling these
  98. 2:31files is Tier 4, but there are
  99. 2:32templates in Tier 1, which will appear
  100. 2:34a little later. I will explain why the
  101. 2:35grades differ so much even though they
  102. 2:36are the same templates when I cover
  103. 2:38Tier 1. Now, let's move on to the
  104. 2:39middle, Tier 3. This is a side hustle
  105. 2:40where you source goods through Smart
  106. 2:41Store. This is a side job I have done
  107. 2:43for a very long time. I started this as
  108. 2:45an investment while working my regular
  109. 2:46job. I would buy unbranded items from
  110. 2:48grocery stores or 1,000-won shops to
  111. 2:49try selling them; if they sold well, I
  112. 2:51would look at the stickers on the
  113. 2:52products, contact the factories
  114. 2:54directly, and secure a contract. I
  115. 2:55failed more than ten times. Then, after
  116. 2:57about six months, I started earning
  117. 2:59around 1 to 2 million won a month. It
  118. 3:01is definitely profitable. However,
  119. 3:03there is a reason why it is still Tier
  120. 3:043. You have to buy inventory, package,
  121. 3:06ship, and handle inquiries and returns.
  122. 3:08It absolutely won't work with just 30
  123. 3:09minutes a day. Also, if a product sells
  124. 3:11well, someone will quickly copy it
  125. 3:13exactly. It is a side hustle that can
  126. 3:14make money but keeps you tied down
  127. 3:15physically. It is the same Tier 3 job
  128. 3:17as website creation. In the past, you
  129. 3:19had to learn coding, but now, if you
  130. 3:21ask an AI to build a hair salon
  131. 3:22reservation website, a decent one comes
  132. 3:24out in a day. It is a great experience
  133. 3:26for receiving money for the first time.
  134. 3:27However, once a website is built, that
  135. 3:29is often the end of it. You rarely get
  136. 3:32paid again the following month. That is
  137. 3:34why it is Tier 3. The last Tier 3 job
  138. 3:35is blog post automation. It is a method
  139. 3:37where you use AI to write posts, upload
  140. 3:39them to a blog, and receive advertising
  141. 3:40revenue as visitor numbers increase. It
  142. 3:41just needs to be done properly. However
  143. 3:43, automatically uploading posts is not
  144. 3:45automation; it is mass-producing
  145. 3:46garbage. The right direction is to use
  146. 3:48AI to reduce the time it takes to
  147. 3:49create content that people actually
  148. 3:50want to read. However, writing a post
  149. 3:52doesn't guarantee immediate exposure,
  150. 3:53and it takes a long time to earn your
  151. 3:54first revenue. That is why it is Tier
  152. 3:573. Now, right below Tier 1 is Tier 2.
  153. 3:59The first is PDF sales. While growing
  154. 4:01my blog, I tried selling a diary-style
  155. 4:03record of the process of reaching 1,000
  156. 4:05daily visitors. It sold better than
  157. 4:06expected, and the motivation and
  158. 4:07experience from that time became the
  159. 4:08foundation of my current business. The
  160. 4:10important point here is that you are
  161. 4:12not simply asking an AI to write an
  162. 4:13e-book to sell. Instead, you use AI to
  163. 4:15organize the actual process you went
  164. 4:16through and turn it into a product.
  165. 4:18Once created, you can sell it to 10 or
  166. 4:20even 100 people. However, there is a
  167. 4:22reason why you cannot reach Tier 1. It
  168. 4:23is because there must be people willing
  169. 4:24to buy it first. A PDF written by
  170. 4:26someone nobody knows will not sell, no
  171. 4:27matter how good it is. This is a method
  172. 4:29of making money by creating a Tier 2
  173. 4:31website. I used Vibe Coding to build a
  174. 4:33site that organizes uploaded receipts
  175. 4:35onto a single A4 page and calculates
  176. 4:37the total cost. With just this one site
  177. 4:38, I generated an average of over
  178. 4:40100,000 won per month. 100,000 won
  179. 4:41might seem small, but this money comes
  180. 4:43in without me doing anything. It is a
  181. 4:45structure where creating ten of these
  182. 4:47100,000-won items results in 1 million
  183. 4:48won. However, there is a reason why you
  184. 4:50cannot reach Tier 1. It takes time to
  185. 4:52get people to find you, and out of ten
  186. 4:54videos, no one uses them. The third
  187. 4:56Tier is YouTube Shopping Shorts. This
  188. 4:58method involves creating a short video
  189. 4:59using a single product photo and
  190. 5:00earning a commission when a sale is
  191. 5:02made via the shopping link below the
  192. 5:03video. While view-based ad revenue is
  193. 5:05shared among countless videos, Shopping
  194. 5:06Shorts generates a commission
  195. 5:07immediately for every single purchase.
  196. 5:09Furthermore, a video uploaded once
  197. 5:10continues to generate sales even months
  198. 5:12later. However, you must clearly label
  199. 5:13it as an advertisement, and if the
  200. 5:14video is AI-generated, you must
  201. 5:16disclose that as well. Also, instead of
  202. 5:17creating videos identical to everyone
  203. 5:18else's, you need to include your own
  204. 5:19one-line review to ensure longevity.
  205. 5:20The final Tier is AI Shorts Automation.
  206. 5:23I consider this to be the side hustle
  207. 5:25closest to Tier 1 among the Tier 2
  208. 5:26options. I attempted a challenge to run
  209. 5:28Shorts for a week and managed to create
  210. 5:30a video with 1 million views in just 10
  211. 5:32days. Shorts allows you to achieve
  212. 5:34results much faster than expected.
  213. 5:36Currently, I have used the know-how
  214. 5:37gained from this experience to create
  215. 5:38an automated editor, which I am
  216. 5:39utilizing to manage various channels.
  217. 5:41The more I tried this side hustle, the
  218. 5:43more I realized its immense merit. Many
  219. 5:46people think they can just use AI to
  220. 5:48churn out 20 random videos a day. That
  221. 5:50doesn't work. Similar videos flood the
  222. 5:52market every day, and YouTube doesn't
  223. 5:54pay for mass-produced content. The real
  224. 5:55method involves the reverse order.
  225. 5:57First, you find a framework that people
  226. 5:58watch until the end and share—in
  227. 6:00other words, a format that goes viral.
  228. 6:01Then, you automate the process of
  229. 6:03filling that format with fresh content
  230. 6:04every time. Once this is established,
  231. 6:06uploading every day becomes a system
  232. 6:08rather than a chore. As videos
  233. 6:09accumulate, the channel grows along
  234. 6:11with them. That is why the benefits are
  235. 6:12truly high. However, there is a reason
  236. 6:14why it is difficult to reach Tier 1.
  237. 6:16Finding a viral format is difficult,
  238. 6:17but building a system to make that
  239. 6:19format run automatically is even harder
  240. 6:21. Most people get exhausted at this
  241. 6:22point and quit. I also spent a very
  242. 6:24long time working on that system.
  243. 6:26Initially, I created a shorts editor
  244. 6:28for my own use, but since many people
  245. 6:29share the same concerns, I am now
  246. 6:31selling it to those who want it. I am
  247. 6:33not saying you must use mine. Whether
  248. 6:35you create them yourself or use
  249. 6:36pre-made ones, having automation tools
  250. 6:37in place first allows you to focus
  251. 6:39solely on finding the right items. Then
  252. 6:40, this side hustle will reach the
  253. 6:42threshold of Tier 1. Finally, we are at
  254. 6:44Tier 1. The first side hustle involves
  255. 6:45creating and selling templates and
  256. 6:47designs. Wait a minute. There were
  257. 6:48templates in Tier 4 earlier as well.
  258. 6:50They are the same templates, yet one is
  259. 6:52in Tier 4 and the other is in Tier 1.
  260. 6:53The difference lies in exactly two
  261. 6:55things: what kind of template it is and
  262. 6:56where it is sold. First, what kind of
  263. 6:58template? Anyone can now create a
  264. 7:00pretty planner in just one minute using
  265. 7:01AI. However, templates that do this for
  266. 7:03you are different. For example, a
  267. 7:05Notion template that allows a small
  268. 7:07shop owner to manage reservations,
  269. 7:08inventory, and sales on a single screen
  270. 7:10, or an AI skill template like Claude
  271. 7:12that writes detail page text or
  272. 7:13organizes tax data simply by inputting
  273. 7:15the data—these save the buyer's time,
  274. 7:16so the very standard for generating
  275. 7:18revenue is different. I also created
  276. 7:20and sold review sticker designs for
  277. 7:22delivery business owners. What the
  278. 7:24business owners needed wasn't the
  279. 7:25design file, but the stickers to attach
  280. 7:26to their delivery envelopes the next
  281. 7:28day. So, once a design was selected, I
  282. 7:29would print it and send it to them, and
  283. 7:31I have even earned over 1 million won a
  284. 7:32month from this side hustle alone. Next
  285. 7:34, where do you sell it? Even with the
  286. 7:35exact same template, if you upload it
  287. 7:36to a large marketplace flooded with
  288. 7:37tens of thousands of items, you will
  289. 7:38eventually get into a price war and
  290. 7:40drop to Tier 4. However, if you sell it
  291. 7:41in places where people who truly need
  292. 7:42that template gather—such as a
  293. 7:43community of business owners in your
  294. 7:44industry, or on your own blog, YouTube,
  295. 7:46or website—the same file sells for
  296. 7:47hundreds of thousands of won. And
  297. 7:48people will buy the next version right
  298. 7:50away. If you just generate 100 random
  299. 7:51planners using AI and upload them to a
  300. 7:53large marketplace, you'll be Tier 4.
  301. 7:54But if you sell a single template that
  302. 7:55reduces someone's workload to the
  303. 7:56people who need it, you'll be Tier 1.
  304. 7:58Even with the same template, the
  305. 7:59ranking is determined like this. The
  306. 8:00second Tier 1 option is program
  307. 8:01development outsourcing. It might seem
  308. 8:03absurd to create programs for others
  309. 8:05when you can't even code. But it is
  310. 8:07possible now. I am not a developer
  311. 8:08myself, but I use AI like Claude to
  312. 8:10personally build and use business
  313. 8:11programs and websites for my company. I
  314. 8:13am not building grandiose apps. For
  315. 8:15example, if an online store owner
  316. 8:16spends 30 minutes every day organizing
  317. 8:18order Excel spreadsheets, we create a
  318. 8:19small program that handles everything
  319. 8:21from organization to sales calculation
  320. 8:22simply by inputting the file. When
  321. 8:24selling this, you shouldn't say, "We
  322. 8:25will build you an AI program." Instead,
  323. 8:27you should say, "We will finish the
  324. 8:29Excel work that used to take 30 minutes
  325. 8:30a day with just one click." The owner
  326. 8:32isn't curious about what programming
  327. 8:33language was used; they should only be
  328. 8:35interested in how their next day will
  329. 8:36be easier. Furthermore, a program isn't
  330. 8:38a one-time process. If the Excel format
  331. 8:39changes, you have to make corrections.
  332. 8:41It may seem tedious, but this becomes a
  333. 8:42monthly maintenance fee. This is Tier
  334. 8:441. Finally, there is business
  335. 8:46automation outsourcing. While program
  336. 8:48support involves creating a small tool,
  337. 8:50business automation reduces the entire
  338. 8:52workflow of the company. For instance,
  339. 8:54if an employee spends three hours a
  340. 8:55week researching competitor prices and
  341. 8:57transferring them to Excel, we reduce
  342. 8:58that time to 30 minutes. Instead of
  343. 9:00trying to make it 100%automated from
  344. 9:02the start, it is much more realistic to
  345. 9:04have AI handle 80%of the work and have
  346. 9:05a human verify the final 20%. It isn't
  347. 9:07a one-time setup; instead, you build a
  348. 9:09relationship where you fix things
  349. 9:10together whenever the company's work
  350. 9:11changes. This generates recurring
  351. 9:13revenue. Now, the table is fully filled
  352. 9:15. However, please look at the table
  353. 9:16again. The three items in Tier 1 have
  354. 9:18something in common. They all solve
  355. 9:19someone else's problem on their behalf,
  356. 9:21and that relationship continues into
  357. 9:22the following month. In fact, I also
  358. 9:24climbed up from Tier 5. While earning
  359. 9:2670 won through app tech, I saw why
  360. 9:27people spend their time on these apps,
  361. 9:29and while running a Smart Store, I
  362. 9:30learned what business owners find
  363. 9:32bothersome. That led to delivery
  364. 9:33stickers, and now it has become
  365. 9:35websites and programs created using AI.
  366. 9:37The most important thing in today's
  367. 9:38table isn't the rank. It is taking what
  368. 9:39you learned from the bottom and using
  369. 9:41it to climb up. So, please try just one
  370. 9:43thing. Choose either Tier 2 or Tier 1,
  371. 9:45and find a bothersome task for a
  372. 9:47business owner you know. Then, solve it
  373. 9:49using AI and try to earn at least
  374. 9:5150,000 won for the first time. The
  375. 9:52moment you shift your question from "
  376. 9:54What can I make with AI?" to "Who is
  377. 9:57paying for this and why?", your real
  378. 9:58side hustle begins. I will post this
  379. 10:00table in the See More section.
