28. 1:06na trang which is a beach resort also in
29. 1:08vietnam annette and wilhelm had been
30. 1:11together for 13 years and they both
31. 1:13worked as bankers
32. 1:14they had planned a five-day romantic
33. 1:16getaway willem was very eager to enjoy
34. 1:19the trip and he had to actually persuade
35. 1:21annette to get on the plane however
36. 1:24annette was claustrophobic and william
37. 1:26knew this annette did eventually get on
38. 1:28the plane because she too wanted to
39. 1:30enjoy the trip willem told annette that
40. 1:32the flight would only be 20 minutes the
41. 1:35plane was holding 24 passengers and six
42. 1:37crew members and this is where things
43. 1:40took a turn for the worst as the plane
44. 1:42was flying over a mountain jungle it
45. 1:44suddenly dropped willem got nervous and
46. 1:46there was another drop and then a big
47. 1:48bang the plane was heading down and
48. 1:51people began screaming and yelling for
49. 1:53help meanwhile annette was holding it
50. 1:55willem's hand everything suddenly went
51. 1:57black the plane hit some trees then a
52. 2:00mountain and then it flipped upside down
53. 2:02for whatever reason at this time annette
54. 2:05was not wearing a seatbelt so she was
55. 2:07thrown around the plane as it was going
56. 2:09down that is when everything went black
57. 2:12and annette fell unconscious when she
58. 2:14awoke she found a seat on top of her she
59. 2:17pushed the seat off her only to find her
60. 2:19fiance willem sign it he was dead he
61. 2:22died instantly at age 36. annette made
62. 2:26friends with a businessman who was also
63. 2:28injured like many others annette heard
64. 2:30moaning and screaming some people were
65. 2:33in absolute shock but the noises would
66. 2:35eventually end and only silence would
67. 2:37remain as the crew and passengers would
68. 2:40die one by one the kind businessman who
69. 2:43annette had befriended actually gave her
70. 2:45some clothes to wear as hers were torn
71. 2:48and he sadly died leaving a net all
72. 2:51alone annette was also badly injured
73. 2:54having a fractured hip and leg a
74. 2:55collapsed lung
75. 2:57and a broken jaw with the bone visible
76. 3:00through the wound in her chin despite
77. 3:02her situation and that stayed calm
78. 3:04meditating in the jungle if it was me in
79. 3:07that situation the sole survivor of a
80. 3:09plane crash i'd be traumatized i'd be
81. 3:12shaking i'd be having a panic attack i'd
82. 3:14be crying i'd just be overall losing my
83. 3:17congratulations for annette for
84. 3:19actually staying calm in that situation
85. 3:22well done annette used yoga breathing
86. 3:24techniques to help her cope with her
87. 3:25collapsed lung leeches were all over her
88. 3:28hands her feet were swollen and her toes
89. 3:31were turning black annette remained in
90. 3:33the plane but soon the businessman's
91. 3:35body began to decompose so she pulled
92. 3:38herself to another part of the plane to
93. 3:40drink water annette used insulation in
94. 3:43the plane's wings to catch rain water
95. 3:45annette was starving and she actually
96. 3:48began looking at the other passengers as
97. 3:50potential food she even thought about
98. 3:53the 1972 and there's plane crash
99. 3:55survivors who ended up eating their own
100. 3:57passengers in order to survive i know

106. 4:10accepted the fact that the couple might
107. 4:12be dead a death notice soon emerged in
108. 4:15the newspaper but annette's friend jamie
109. 4:18refused to believe that she was dead so

119. 4:43survivors the group of men were carrying
120. 4:45body bags out of the wreckage and they
121. 4:47eventually found annette who incredibly
122. 4:50was still alive
