  2. 0:01estate works. For example, here the
  3. 0:02Rialto building, built in the 1920s, is
  4. 0:05up for lease here in the heart of the
  5. 0:07Garment District. But, what makes this
  6. 0:09such a prime location?
  7. 0:10the Times Square 42nd Street stations on
  8. 0:12this block and on this block, on 7th
  9. 0:13Avenue where there's really, really
  10. 0:15amazing foot traffic and a business area
  11. 0:17where there's a lot of need for these
  12. 0:18office uses.
  13. 0:19Let's check it out inside.
  14. 0:20Let's go. Look at this lobby. They
  15. 0:22really decorated this in style back in
  16. 0:24the 1920s.
  17. 0:25Beautifully kept marble. All right, so
  18. 0:27now we're heading to the fourth floor.
  19. 0:29What would people use this space for?
  20. 0:30You can use this anywhere from business
  21. 0:32as law firms, accounting, really, really
  22. 0:34prime due to the, you know, exposed
  23. 0:36brick, hardwood floor, and the 7th
  24. 0:37Avenue street traffic and foot traffic.
  25. 0:39arrange the space any way they want to?
  26. 0:41They would be able to accommodate. The
  27. 0:43landlord is willing to help out as well.
  28. 0:44Oh, fantastic.
  29. 0:45Um we can build offices, we can make a
  30. 0:46conference room, a bathroom in the
  31. 0:48shared space by the staircase, and
  32. 0:50another private restroom over here. It's
  33. 0:51a full floor, 5,700 square feet, very
  34. 0:54open layout.
  35. 0:55of envision here a cafe. I would love to
  36. 0:58do that.
