  1. 0:00Every Reel we see these days is
  2. 0:01shouting that "Lootcode just destroyed
  3. 0:04every marketer.""You can build your own
  4. 0:06full-featured AI agent in three easy
  5. 0:08steps.""We just connected Claude to our
  6. 0:10Instagram account.""A new AI has been
  7. 0:12released that turns regular people into
  8. 0:14millionaires."
  9. 0:15It seems like everyone around us
  10. 0:17already has an AI agent that runs their
  11. 0:18blog, sells products, and is just
  12. 0:20raking in the cash. But when you try to
  13. 0:24apply this in practice, you end up with
  14. 0:26generic texts, creepy plastic avatars,
  15. 0:28and scripts like "five steps to get
  16. 0:30something" that get a grand total of 17
  17. 0:32views. The main result of using AI
  18. 0:35becomes that instead of having three
  19. 0:37shitty Reels a month, you now have 30
  20. 0:39shitty Reels a month, with roughly the
  21. 0:41same result. Nevertheless, neural
  22. 0:44networks can significantly simplify
  23. 0:46content creation at every stage if you
  24. 0:47know how to use them correctly. My name
  25. 0:50is Misha Timochka. I've been blogging
  26. 0:52for eight years. My job is to
  27. 0:53consistently create viral Reels and
  28. 0:56YouTube videos. And I’m pretty good
  29. 0:58at it, because this year alone I’ve
  30. 1:00gained over 150,000 Instagram followers
  31. 1:02from Reels, and in total, I have a
  32. 1:04million followers, and my Reels get
  33. 1:06these kinds of views. I’ve gained
  34. 1:08100,000 subscribers on this YouTube
  35. 1:09channel. And the most important thing
  36. 1:11is that these aren't just empty numbers
  37. 1:12. This content actually brings me
  38. 1:14clients. And right now, there are 6,800
  39. 1:17members in my Cashu subscription club
  40. 1:19paying me 3,000 rubles a month. And my
  41. 1:21club brings me 20 million rubles per
  42. 1:24month, every single month. And to grow
  43. 1:26this club, I haven't spent a single
  44. 1:27ruble on ads. All these clients came to
  45. 1:29me through content. So, I know how to
  46. 1:31create content that goes viral, gets
  47. 1:33views, and brings in clients. I now use
  48. 1:35AI at every stage of content creation;
  49. 1:38I do at least half the work with neural
  50. 1:40networks, and in some areas, they do
  51. 1:42the work for me. In this video, we will
  52. 1:45break down how to use AI to build a
  53. 1:47blog strategy from scratch, optimize
  54. 1:49your profile, find content ideas, write
  55. 1:52great scripts, create a copywriter that
  56. 1:54writes in your style, and overall grow
  57. 1:56your blog, gain followers, and earn
  58. 1:58money. Why did I even decide to make
  59. 2:00this video? Because we are all facing
  60. 2:02three problems right now. The first
  61. 2:04problem is that you have to create
  62. 2:06content. To make money, you need
  63. 2:08clients. Clients arrive when new people
  64. 2:10find out about your product. And right
  65. 2:13now, that is very difficult. Targeted
  66. 2:15ads on Instagram and Facebook were
  67. 2:16turned off a long time ago. Google is
  68. 2:19off, YouTube is off, influencer ads are
  69. 2:21off, and VK never really worked
  70. 2:22properly anyway. And Yandex and
  71. 2:25Telegram have become so saturated with
  72. 2:27advertisers that they’ve stopped
  73. 2:28being profitable. So, there really
  74. 2:30isn't much choice right now. And
  75. 2:32content is the main, if not the only,
  76. 2:35way to find clients. No matter what
  77. 2:38you're selling: psychology services,
  78. 2:40wedding videography, gym memberships,
  79. 2:42or tours to Bali. If you want to make
  80. 2:45money, you have to create content. But
  81. 2:48since you're watching this video, I
  82. 2:50assume you understand this problem.
  83. 2:52Moving on, the second problem. Creating
  84. 2:53content is hard. Always coming up with
  85. 2:56ideas, writing scripts, organizing
  86. 2:58shoots, filming, editing, and posting
  87. 3:00—it's a very laborious process. Or,
  88. 3:02in simple terms, it's a huge pain.
  89. 3:04Especially when you have a bunch of
  90. 3:06other tasks, clients, obligations, a
  91. 3:07team, taxes, contractors, and
  92. 3:09everything else. And this leads to a
  93. 3:11great demand among us all for simple
  94. 3:13solutions. Like, some AI taking your
  95. 3:16blog, boosting it, and bringing you
  96. 3:18clients. And, of course, thousands of
  97. 3:21questionable people have appeared who
  98. 3:23are ready to promise you anything for
  99. 3:26your money, like a magic ChatGPT prompt
  100. 3:28that you paste, and it takes your blog
  101. 3:30and gets you 10,000 followers. And this
  102. 3:33is, actually, the third problem.
  103. 3:35Charlatans with magic pills. One
  104. 3:37replaced all their SMM managers with AI
  105. 3:39, another creates 50 Reels an evening
  106. 3:41using Claude. A third has a spreadsheet
  107. 3:44where AIs consult: one is a strategist,
  108. 3:46another is a content maker, and
  109. 3:48together they create something. And the
  110. 3:50fourth handed over their blog entirely
  111. 3:51to ChatGPT. Everyone has different
  112. 3:53approaches to automation. They all
  113. 3:55speak very beautifully, but they have
  114. 3:57one thing in common. That all their
  115. 3:59content gets no more than 1,000 views
  116. 4:02and has practically zero effect. And
  117. 4:05the only Reels that go viral for them
  118. 4:07are the ones where they talk about how
  119. 4:09they create content using artificial
  120. 4:10intelligence. But their actual
  121. 4:13AI-generated content doesn't go viral
  122. 4:16at all. It’s always funny to look
  123. 4:18when you visit a page, there are 100
  124. 4:20Reels with 20 views, and then a Reel
  125. 4:23where a girl talks about how she made
  126. 4:25those stories using Claude. And that
  127. 4:27video has 150,000 views. And, well, it
  128. 4:30all becomes clear. Since I am a fairly
  129. 4:33large blogger, I have received dozens
  130. 4:35of similar offers to automate my
  131. 4:36content, create an avatar, and so on. I
  132. 4:40looked at what this content looks like,
  133. 4:42and in 100%of cases, it’s generic,
  134. 4:44assembly-line crap that I would be
  135. 4:46ashamed to post on my account.
  136. 4:49Therefore, the first conclusion is sad
  137. 4:50but honest. Only you can create your
  138. 4:53content and grow your blog. Period. And
  139. 4:56anyone who offers you an easy, magical
  140. 4:58way is screwing you over. Well, at
  141. 5:01least at the current level of AI
  142. 5:02development. If you lack expertise in
  143. 5:05your field and don't have a basic
  144. 5:06understanding of how to create content,
  145. 5:09AI won't help you. But conversely, if
  146. 5:11you know what content should look like
  147. 5:14and know how to use AI, it can simplify
  148. 5:17and speed up your work fivefold. And
  149. 5:20now, I will explain and show in detail
  150. 5:22how to apply AI at every stage of
  151. 5:24content creation. In total, we will
  152. 5:27have 12 real-world use cases. Seven of
  153. 5:29them are scenarios for Instagram,
  154. 5:31because that's where I’m most active
  155. 5:33—I have a whole million followers
  156. 5:35there—one will be for Telegram, and
  157. 5:36four more scenarios will be for YouTube
  158. 5:38. Let's go. So, the first scenario is
  159. 5:40creating a strategy for your blog. You
  160. 5:43could just post things chaotically and
  161. 5:44hope that something takes off and
  162. 5:46brings you results, but that, of course
  163. 5:47, doesn't work. Or, you can think
  164. 5:50through in advance what your blog will
  165. 5:52be about, who will watch it, why people
  166. 5:54will follow you, how exactly followers
  167. 5:55will come to you, and what they will
  168. 5:57buy. That is why you need to build a
  169. 5:59blog strategy. For this, we go to the
  170. 6:01AI called Claude. Actually, you can
  171. 6:03also use Gemini, ChatGPT, or even
  172. 6:05DeepSeek, depending on what you prefer.
  173. 6:07But I like Claude more because, by many
  174. 6:09metrics, it is currently stronger than
  175. 6:11ChatGPT. And from a content creation
  176. 6:14standpoint, it is more suitable because
  177. 6:16it sounds more human. ChatGPT has many
  178. 6:20of those AI clichés that give away
  179. 6:22generated text, while Claude is more
  180. 6:24natural in that regard. I also like
  181. 6:28Claude because it doesn't always just
  182. 6:30nod along and say, "Yes, you're great,
  183. 6:32that's an excellent idea." It speaks
  184. 6:34honestly and directly, and even if it
  185. 6:35disagrees with you, it might object.
  186. 6:37And for many tasks, this is very useful
  187. 6:39and necessary. Also, Claude has a "
  188. 6:42computer use" mode where you don't just
  189. 6:44chat with it, but essentially give it a
  190. 6:46task that needs to be completed. It
  191. 6:48breaks the task down into steps and
  192. 6:50then works like an agent to execute it.
  193. 6:52In short, I really love Claude
  194. 6:54specifically, and that is exactly what
  195. 6:56I use. If you have trouble installing
  196. 6:58Claude, you can simply use its browser
  197. 7:00version. You can also just change the
  198. 7:03region in your App Store, for example,
  199. 7:04to Kazakhstan, and easily download
  200. 7:06Claude. I recently bought a new MacBook
  201. 7:09and couldn't install Claude on it.
  202. 7:11About a week ago, actually. And I
  203. 7:13remembered what the problem was: I
  204. 7:14needed to change my Apple ID region to
  205. 7:16Kazakhstan. I changed it, and I was
  206. 7:18able to easily download Claude to my
  207. 7:20computer. So, there you go. Use it from
  208. 7:21here on out. We won't be texting with
  209. 7:23Claude, because that is slow and very
  210. 7:24tedious. We will be talking with Claude
  211. 7:26. For this, I have a program called
  212. 7:28Aquavoice. This is what it looks like.
  213. 7:30I recommend you download it. It allows
  214. 7:32you to turn your voice into text. And
  215. 7:35that is why I always talk to Claude
  216. 7:37using my voice rather than texting. So,
  217. 7:39we are starting to build a strategy for
  218. 7:41our blog, so I give it a prompt roughly
  219. 7:43like this. I want to create a strategy
  220. 7:46for my blog now. Imagine you are an
  221. 7:48experienced Instagram marketer and
  222. 7:50strategist who helps with building a
  223. 7:52personal brand and strategy. Ask me 20
  224. 7:55questions like: "What is the blog about
  225. 7:57? Who is the audience? What are we
  226. 7:59going to sell? What are the audience's
  227. 8:01pain points?" And so on. The 20 most
  228. 8:03essential and important questions that
  229. 8:05I will answer for you. And after that,
  230. 8:07you will help me create a large, clear
  231. 8:09document, my entire brand strategy,
  232. 8:11personal brand development strategy,
  233. 8:13content strategy, and a strategy for
  234. 8:15gaining subscribers from zero to
  235. 8:17100,000. This is a very serious file,
  236. 8:20so approach it thoughtfully, ask me the
  237. 8:22necessary questions, and then analyze
  238. 8:24them. Basically, this is the kind of
  239. 8:27prompt I give. We have already moved
  240. 8:28past the era where you need to type in
  241. 8:30a specific, rigid prompt. Now, you can
  242. 8:32simply talk to neural networks. Just
  243. 8:33like talking to a person, exactly like
  244. 8:35I just dictated. Send it this prompt.
  245. 8:37Here it gives me 20 questions: "What is
  246. 8:38the blog about? Who are you in this
  247. 8:40niche? Tell me about yourself. What
  248. 8:41makes you different from others in the
  249. 8:43niche? What are the main pain points of
  250. 8:44the audience, what are their desires
  251. 8:45and dreams? Where are they now?
  252. 8:47Products, money, content, goals and
  253. 8:48metrics, market and experience,
  254. 8:50limitations, definition of success.
  255. 8:52Overall, these are really adequate,
  256. 8:53necessary questions. If you came to
  257. 8:55some SMM specialist for 100,000 rubles.
  258. 8:57, most likely, they would ask you these
  259. 8:59very 20 questions. And you would spend
  260. 9:01the entire first session answering
  261. 9:03these questions while they wrote it all
  262. 9:06down. So let's skip this stage right
  263. 9:08away and go through these 20 questions.
  264. 9:10How will I answer them? I will just
  265. 9:13turn on the voice mode again and go
  266. 9:14through each of the questions and
  267. 9:16comment on them. Such a voice note
  268. 9:19might take 20-30 minutes, maybe 40
  269. 9:21minutes, if I really have a lot to tell
  270. 9:22. And that is exactly how you should
  271. 9:24communicate with neural networks. Just
  272. 9:26tell them everything exactly like that.
  273. 9:27Claude is capable, yes, and ChatGPT and
  274. 9:29any other neural network is capable of
  275. 9:31digesting such a volume of text. They
  276. 9:33are capable of understanding 40 minutes
  277. 9:34of your conversation and extracting the
  278. 9:35most important parts. Anyway, we will
  279. 9:37probably speed up this part so you
  280. 9:38don't get bored, but I'm going to do it
  281. 9:40right now. My blog is about how to
  282. 9:42create content to grow an audience and
  283. 9:45attract clients. I have recorded this
  284. 9:50long message. We sped it up so as not
  285. 9:51to bore you. And then I send it off. So
  286. 9:54, as a result, it gave me a strategy on
  287. 9:56how I personally can grow from one
  288. 9:58million to two million. Well, it says
  289. 10:01I’m growing at 15%per year, so I
  290. 10:03won’t reach two million in a year.
  291. 10:05Three main ideas it suggests for me.
  292. 10:07Here is what it thinks I need to do
  293. 10:09regarding a brand platform. Here is my
  294. 10:11positioning. What are my problems right
  295. 10:13now? Who is my audience, how to
  296. 10:15identify the core, what is my current
  297. 10:17customer journey, and what products do
  298. 10:19I need to create now. And by the way,
  299. 10:21it’s an absolutely sound idea that
  300. 10:24besides the 2,990 club, I now need to
  301. 10:26create a flagship product, as well as
  302. 10:28high-ticket mentorship or a high-ticket
  303. 10:31mastergroup. Here is the content
  304. 10:33strategy it suggests, along with risks
  305. 10:35and a 90-day plan. Overall, a cool
  306. 10:37document. I just recorded that voice
  307. 10:39message as a trial, essentially. If I
  308. 10:42really wanted to get my strategy, I
  309. 10:44would have recorded a much longer voice
  310. 10:46message. I just didn't want to record
  311. 10:49for 40 minutes right now, but in real
  312. 10:50life, I would record for 40–50
  313. 10:51minutes. I would also attach a bunch of
  314. 10:54different files, such as transcripts of
  315. 10:56my Reels or account statistics.
  316. 10:57Basically, I’d throw everything I
  317. 10:59have in there and ask it to put
  318. 11:00together a strategy. But even from this
  319. 11:02ten-minute voice message, it
  320. 11:04highlighted some sound thoughts. And
  321. 11:07then it continues the dialogue, asks
  322. 11:08clarifying questions, identifies
  323. 11:10problems, and you can discuss these
  324. 11:12problems with it. And so, you can sit
  325. 11:14down, set aside an evening, record such
  326. 11:16a detailed voice message answering 20
  327. 11:19questions, see your problems, and then
  328. 11:21discuss them. And as a result, get a
  329. 11:23unified development strategy for your
  330. 11:26blog. What to film, what to film about,
  331. 11:27what your blog is, and where you should
  332. 11:29head next. That was the first scenario
  333. 11:31for using neural networks. The second
  334. 11:32scenario is blog packaging. Now we need
  335. 11:36to describe your blog somehow, so right
  336. 11:37in this chat I write:" Let’s package
  337. 11:39my blog now. "" Write me text for my
  338. 11:43profile bio and the names of the
  339. 11:46highlights I need to make. "This video
  340. 11:53teaches us patience. Now it has
  341. 11:56immediately written how to state the
  342. 11:57profile name. Mikhail Content and
  343. 11:59Launches or Mikhail Blog and Money. By
  344. 12:01the way, I like Blog and Money. I’ll
  345. 12:03probably set that for myself later.
  346. 12:05Here are a few options for the bio text
  347. 12:06. I like this one. Helping you reach
  348. 12:09200–300 k through content. I don’t
  349. 12:11like the anti-motivation system.
  350. 12:13That’s 17 years, a million dollars,
  351. 12:1450 launches. I really like it. This
  352. 12:16last option that it chose is the best
  353. 12:18one. Well, anyway, it’s basically
  354. 12:20fine. Next, what highlights did it
  355. 12:21suggest for me? Pinned stories. Start.
  356. 12:23Tell them who I am, my journey, and why
  357. 12:25they should follow me. I agree. Do one
  358. 12:27about" cashu, "add testimonials, a
  359. 12:29pinned content guide, how to make Reels
  360. 12:31, about launches, life, and some kind
  361. 12:34of guide. Well, in short, I'm
  362. 12:36completely happy with the bio. Now
  363. 12:38let's make some different highlights.
  364. 12:40Listen, these highlights turned out
  365. 12:42pretty basic. I would like the
  366. 12:45highlights to address people's pain
  367. 12:46points. I want the highlights to
  368. 12:49trigger topics that people are
  369. 12:50interested in and want to click on.
  370. 12:52Give me another version of the
  371. 12:53highlights. It made more highlights
  372. 12:55based on pain points. Highlight isn't
  373. 12:56getting views. Where are the clients?
  374. 12:58From zero to 300,000. Doesn't follow.
  375. 13:00Now that's cool. I would definitely
  376. 13:01take these highlights and make stories
  377. 13:03for them. Everything is okay. Good. We
  378. 13:05have a profile bio. We have highlights.
  379. 13:07We need to make a profile picture. The
  380. 13:09profile picture needs to be something
  381. 13:11bright. So I take photos from different
  382. 13:15angles. I took two photos. I go into
  383. 13:17ChatGPT. Say what? Well, GPT generates
  384. 13:19photos better. Then I take the profile
  385. 13:22picture of some blogger whose avatar I
  386. 13:24like. For example, Yan Stashkevich's.
  387. 13:26It's so red and bright. I screenshot
  388. 13:28that too. I upload my two photos and
  389. 13:30Yan's photo and say," Make me an
  390. 13:32Instagram profile picture. "" Use the
  391. 13:35first two photos as a base. "" They
  392. 13:37have my real face, but style them like
  393. 13:39the third photo. "I need a profile
  394. 13:42picture like the third photo, but with
  395. 13:44me in it. And we get a profile picture
  396. 13:46like this. It looks like me, my
  397. 13:48hairstyle, my face. It works, I can put
  398. 13:50it on Instagram. Or, I don't know, you
  399. 13:52can choose any other style of profile
  400. 13:54picture. ChatGPT generates photos with
  401. 13:56your face perfectly. That's it, our
  402. 13:58profile picture is ready. The bio
  403. 13:59description is ready, the highlights
  404. 14:01are ready. Now we'll do one more thing,
  405. 14:03let's test it out. But this is going to
  406. 14:06be pure magic now. I think you haven't
  407. 14:08seen this yet. Now go to Midjourney and
  408. 14:11generate nine photos for my feed in the
  409. 14:14style of an entrepreneur living a
  410. 14:16wealthy, expensive life, featuring
  411. 14:19travel and cars. But, you know, not in
  412. 14:23a tacky way—not like Gucci suits,
  413. 14:25Dubai, and flashy cars—but subtle and
  414. 14:27tasteful, while still showing that I
  415. 14:29have money, I earn well, and I'm a
  416. 14:31serious person. All photos should be a
  417. 14:35bit different, so it's not like I'm
  418. 14:36just standing straight from the waist
  419. 14:38up in every single one. Meaning, there
  420. 14:40should be different angles and
  421. 14:41different ideas. In some photos, I
  422. 14:43might not even be there at all. So, my
  423. 14:45task is to put together a beautiful
  424. 14:48nine-frame Instagram feed that conveys
  425. 14:50a moderate, sophisticated, and affluent
  426. 14:53vibe. Let me explain what's happening
  427. 14:56right now. There’s a Kazakh startup
  428. 14:58called Hixfield. It’s a site that
  429. 15:00brings together various models that
  430. 15:02generate images and videos. On this
  431. 15:05site, you can create characters,
  432. 15:08generate different photos, edit them,
  433. 15:10and so on. And Claude can connect
  434. 15:15directly to your Hixfield account via
  435. 15:17MCP and work within the application
  436. 15:20itself. Meaning I don’t need to go
  437. 15:22there and click all those buttons
  438. 15:24myself. I can just give Claude a
  439. 15:26command to create all these photos for
  440. 15:28me. And it will do the work on that
  441. 15:31site and compile these photos for me on
  442. 15:33its own. Also, Hixfield has a feature
  443. 15:36called" soul. "In simple terms, it's a
  444. 15:39character. You upload a bunch of your
  445. 15:42photos once, and it creates a" Misha
  446. 15:44Timochka. "I have this character, like
  447. 15:48a Misha Timochka persona. I uploaded
  448. 15:5020-30 different photos of myself so
  449. 15:52Hixfield could create this soul, this
  450. 15:54character of me, so I wouldn’t have
  451. 15:56to send photos every time I want to
  452. 15:58generate something. So I just say:"
  453. 16:00Yeah, generate this character,
  454. 16:01basically. "And it gives me a set of
  455. 16:04photos like these. Here I am sitting at
  456. 16:06the computer, doing something. Here I
  457. 16:08am walking through some sunny,
  458. 16:10beautiful city. Here I am, sitting in a
  459. 16:12cafe. And the quality, as you can see,
  460. 16:14is quite decent. Here I am standing at
  461. 16:16the airport. Standing by the sea,
  462. 16:18looking into the distance. Here are all
  463. 16:21sorts of beautiful elements: a nice
  464. 16:23villa, a car, and other things. At the
  465. 16:27very least, I can use these photos as
  466. 16:28covers for my Reels, and my blog will
  467. 16:30look stylish. I can also ask it to
  468. 16:33generate any number of other photos
  469. 16:34here. For example, I can task it with
  470. 16:37creating 50 different photos in various
  471. 16:40styles, connecting them, grouping them
  472. 16:42into a feed—anything I want. It’s
  473. 16:45just a matter of tokens. But if you
  474. 16:47compare the cost of tokens to the cost
  475. 16:49of hiring photographers and real people
  476. 16:51, like SMM managers to edit and process
  477. 16:53them, it’s incomparably, hundreds of
  478. 16:54times cheaper. That’s how I’m
  479. 16:57building my feed now. And as a result,
  480. 17:00right in this chat, we’ve created my
  481. 17:02profile header, an avatar, a bio,
  482. 17:04pinned posts, and put together this
  483. 17:06nice-looking feed. I can just post
  484. 17:09these photos or use them as Reels
  485. 17:11covers. Moving on. Third use case.
  486. 17:14Searching for ideas. Right in this same
  487. 17:16chat. Let's continue. Based on the blog
  488. 17:20strategy you created for me, write 100
  489. 17:22ideas for my Reels. Let’s make sure
  490. 17:27some are specifically about content and
  491. 17:30Reels, some about business in general,
  492. 17:33and some about self-development in a
  493. 17:36broad sense. You know, things like
  494. 17:39discipline, habits, mindset, and
  495. 17:42success in general. That’s the kind
  496. 17:44of 100 ideas I need. And so, we get a
  497. 17:46file like this with 100 ideas for Reels
  498. 17:48. It covers hooks, editing, content
  499. 17:51strategy, breakdowns and mistakes,
  500. 17:53growth and promotion, and launches.
  501. 17:56Let’s take a look at something real.
  502. 17:57Okay, yes," How I gained 150,000
  503. 17:59followers in a year using free traffic.
  504. 18:01"Personally, I think this is a good
  505. 18:02Reel. I would film that. Actually, I
  506. 18:04probably will film it." Why I don't buy
  507. 18:06ads. "That’s fine." Breaking down a
  508. 18:09failing Reel. "" Three mistakes of a
  509. 18:10failing Reel. "Actually, that’s cool.
  510. 18:12Also," Top five beginner mistakes. "
  511. 18:15It’s a bit cliché and basic, but if
  512. 18:16you figure out how to present it
  513. 18:18correctly, it’s a good topic. I mean,
  514. 18:21I once had a Reel about, like, three
  515. 18:23steps for a beginner to start, and it
  516. 18:25did really well." Five habits that made
  517. 18:27me more money than any course. "By the
  518. 18:29way, I have a Reel about the top five
  519. 18:30habits. It brought me 20,000 followers.
  520. 18:33It has these kinds of views. Again, the
  521. 18:35idea itself is fine; it’s basic,
  522. 18:38quite banal, I’d even say. But if you
  523. 18:41present it well, the idea itself is
  524. 18:42fine. We aren't talking about scripts
  525. 18:44here yet; we are just talking about
  526. 18:46topics you can film Reels on. By
  527. 18:47working through it like this, you
  528. 18:49already have 100 ideas. But there are
  529. 18:51other ways to find ideas that I use.
  530. 18:54For example, I really like the method
  531. 18:56of finding ideas through the customer
  532. 18:58journey, where you break down the
  533. 18:59entire path your client takes into
  534. 19:01steps and then think about what
  535. 19:03questions they have at each stage. Let
  536. 19:05me demonstrate right away how this
  537. 19:07works in Claude. Let’s look for ideas
  538. 19:09in a slightly different way. Let’s
  539. 19:12imagine my client’s journey. Let’s
  540. 19:15take someone who is starting their blog
  541. 19:17from scratch. They are an expert in
  542. 19:18some topic. They want to grow a blog
  543. 19:20from zero, gain 10,000 subscribers, and
  544. 19:23reach regular sales of 200,000 a month.
  545. 19:25They have the following steps to get
  546. 19:27there. They need to overcome fears,
  547. 19:30create a strategy, optimize their
  548. 19:33account, find content ideas, write
  549. 19:35scripts, film everything, build funnels
  550. 19:38, create a product line, and learn how
  551. 19:41to sell. These are the main steps as I
  552. 19:44see them. Maybe you can add some other
  553. 19:46steps. And let's have you write down
  554. 19:49what 10-15 questions they have at each
  555. 19:52step, and what content I can film based
  556. 19:56on that. Ideally, every question at
  557. 19:59each step is an idea for a reel. For
  558. 20:01example, like they don't know which
  559. 20:03niche to start filming in. And so,
  560. 20:05accordingly, how to choose a niche for
  561. 20:07a blog, or they don't know how to build
  562. 20:09a strategy. Like a reel showing how to
  563. 20:11create a blog strategy using Claude. So
  564. 20:14, there are 10 steps from zero to
  565. 20:16result, and 10 questions for each step.
  566. 20:19And let's turn these questions into
  567. 20:21reels, into reel ideas. I love this way
  568. 20:24of finding ideas because these ideas
  569. 20:27aren't abstract, like" here's more you
  570. 20:29can talk about. "These ideas are
  571. 20:32concrete, they're about people, about
  572. 20:34their journey. And when a person
  573. 20:37scrolls through reels and sees an
  574. 20:38answer to a question they are currently
  575. 20:40solving, which is relevant to them
  576. 20:42right now, they'll click and watch. So
  577. 20:44this is a very good category of ideas.
  578. 20:46This is another way you can look for
  579. 20:48them. Hello. Yes, hello. Have you
  580. 20:51arrived?
  581. 20:52Yes.
  582. 20:52Uh-huh. You'll be met now. Yes, I'll
  583. 20:54ask now, someone will meet you. This is
  584. 20:56what work looks like. You're busy
  585. 20:59letting in a courier while Claude
  586. 21:01writes ideas for you. God, what kind of
  587. 21:04future are we heading into? So, let's
  588. 21:06see what we got. It supplemented my
  589. 21:08customer journey, added niche selection
  590. 21:10, promotion, consistency, analytics,
  591. 21:12and scale. So, we ended up with 12
  592. 21:15steps like this. Then it actually threw
  593. 21:17out ideas for each step. For example,
  594. 21:19fear of the camera, three ways to film
  595. 21:21your first video when your hands are
  596. 21:23shaking. Cool. Perfectionism kills a
  597. 21:25blog faster than bad content. Cool. The
  598. 21:27perfectionism one is a good idea. I
  599. 21:29explained it. It's too late to start a
  600. 21:30blog. That's a very broad topic, by the
  601. 21:32way. Imposter syndrome. By the way,
  602. 21:35notice that these ideas from this
  603. 21:36method turned out much better than the
  604. 21:38ideas from the previous method. They
  605. 21:41are more concrete and more useful for
  606. 21:43real people. Anyway, here's a whole
  607. 21:46bunch more ideas. And I'll reveal one
  608. 21:48more way to find ideas for you, if
  609. 21:50that's still not enough. You can find
  610. 21:52content ideas through people's pain
  611. 21:53points and obstacles. Look, your
  612. 21:55potential target audience has pain
  613. 21:57points and obstacles. Pain points are
  614. 22:00the problems they face, and obstacles
  615. 22:02are the reasons why they can't solve
  616. 22:03those pain points. For example, the
  617. 22:07pain that I’ve gained weight, I
  618. 22:08don’t fit into my dress, my husband
  619. 22:11has stopped being interested in me
  620. 22:13sexually, I feel insecure, I’ve
  621. 22:15developed shortness of breath and
  622. 22:16health problems. These are pains
  623. 22:19related, yes, to losing weight. And are
  624. 22:21there obstacles as to why I can’t
  625. 22:22lose weight? An obstacle, for example,
  626. 22:24could be that I fall off diets, I
  627. 22:26don’t like restricting my food intake
  628. 22:28, I don’t like workouts, I don’t
  629. 22:29have money for the gym, I don’t have
  630. 22:31clothes, I don’t understand how to
  631. 22:33train properly, and so on, and so on,
  632. 22:34and so on. So, there is pain and there
  633. 22:36is an obstacle. When you take a pain
  634. 22:38and take an obstacle and explain how to
  635. 22:40overcome this obstacle, how to solve
  636. 22:42this pain, such a reel is also very
  637. 22:44valuable to a person and takes off. And
  638. 22:46now we will generate even more ideas
  639. 22:49with you using this method. Excellent.
  640. 22:52Let’s now generate ideas using
  641. 22:53another method through pains and
  642. 22:55obstacles. Pain is a person’s problem
  643. 22:57that they encounter. An obstacle is the
  644. 23:00reason why they cannot solve it.
  645. 23:03Let’s brainstorm, take one segment of
  646. 23:05my audience, write out 20 main pains
  647. 23:07they’ve encountered and 20 obstacles
  648. 23:09as to why they aren’t succeeding, and
  649. 23:12then from those obstacles and pains
  650. 23:14derive some ideas for reels on how to
  651. 23:16solve the pains and overcome the
  652. 23:17obstacles they’ve faced. Like that.
  653. 23:20Okay. Let’s see what we got here. 20
  654. 23:23pains that the audience encounters.
  655. 23:25Uh-huh. And 20 obstacles. And here,
  656. 23:28actually, are reel ideas where it takes
  657. 23:30a pain, takes an obstacle, the sort of
  658. 23:31true reason why it’s not working, and
  659. 23:33, essentially, also tosses out ideas.
  660. 23:35You can find another 20 ideas using
  661. 23:37this method, then ask it to throw out
  662. 23:3950 more ideas using the previous method
  663. 23:41. This is an endless amount of ideas.
  664. 23:43But the most important thing is that
  665. 23:45these ideas are raw. Claude gives you
  666. 23:49many different options, but choosing
  667. 23:51the best ones from them is your task.
  668. 23:55And you can watch hundreds of reels and
  669. 23:57from them select 5-10 topics that you
  670. 23:59understand best, that you think your
  671. 24:01audience will like, that you know how
  672. 24:03to expand on, that inspired you with
  673. 24:05some idea or thought; you already have
  674. 24:07a picture of how it can be presented.
  675. 24:10So you pick the 5-10 best, and go film
  676. 24:12them. Then you return to this list,
  677. 24:14generate again, and select again. And
  678. 24:16so, in essence, you already have an
  679. 24:18endless source of content ideas. And we
  680. 24:20move on. The fourth way to use neural
  681. 24:22networks in content creation. Once
  682. 24:25we’ve found the ideas, we need to
  683. 24:27write scripts for them. And AI can help
  684. 24:30us here, too. Specifically, we are now
  685. 24:33going to build a full AI screenwriter
  686. 24:35that will help you write Reels scripts.
  687. 24:38What do we need for this? For this,
  688. 24:40let's create a separate new chat. Here
  689. 24:43is how we do it. We choose a blogger
  690. 24:44whose scripts you like. Well, for
  691. 24:46example, you like my scripts. After
  692. 24:49that, you take their Reel, press this
  693. 24:52forward button, then copy the link.
  694. 24:56Next, go to Telegram to a" Save as Bot,
  695. 24:58"send this video—this link—to the
  696. 25:00Save As Bot, and download it. This bot
  697. 25:04allows you to download videos from
  698. 25:05Instagram using a link. That's it,
  699. 25:07you've downloaded it. Great. Now you
  700. 25:09have it as a file on your phone. Next,
  701. 25:11you go to a bot called Vox, for speech
  702. 25:13recognition, and upload this video.
  703. 25:17Upload it in low quality so you don't
  704. 25:19hit limits and have to pay money. So I
  705. 25:23uploaded this video, and the Vox bot
  706. 25:26recognizes the speech in this video and
  707. 25:29turns it into text. Then I copy this
  708. 25:32text, put it in my notes, and that,
  709. 25:35essentially, is the script for this
  710. 25:37Reel. And we, well, basically just
  711. 25:39break it down into paragraphs so you
  712. 25:41can read it yourself. And, by the way,
  713. 25:43this is a very useful exercise for
  714. 25:44learning to write scripts yourself.
  715. 25:46When you see Reels at a text level,
  716. 25:48learning to recognize the essence
  717. 25:50itself, you understand how the scripts
  718. 25:52are structured and can then write in
  719. 25:53that style yourself. So, it's a cool
  720. 25:57exercise if you want to learn how to
  721. 25:58write great Reels scripts: transcribe
  722. 26:0010-15 Reels from your favorite blogger
  723. 26:02this way and understand what style they
  724. 26:04write in and what their structure is.
  725. 26:07But here in this video, we aren't
  726. 26:09teaching you; we are teaching your AI
  727. 26:11employee in Claude. Therefore, we
  728. 26:13upload this entire script. Yes, there's
  729. 26:15a second part here too. Let's add that
  730. 26:17here. And we repeat this with another
  731. 26:2010 to 15 videos from this blogger. Well
  732. 26:23, let's do this so we don't get lost:
  733. 26:25here will be our first video. Scroll
  734. 26:27down, put a number two here, and upload
  735. 26:29another transcription. And again, and
  736. 26:31again, and again. And in the end, you
  737. 26:34will have a file containing 10 text
  738. 26:36scripts from a blogger whose script
  739. 26:38style you like and whose style you want
  740. 26:40to learn to imitate. After that, you go
  741. 26:43to Claude and upload this file. You can
  742. 26:46save it in Word format. Basically, any
  743. 26:49text document. Upload this text file
  744. 26:52and then say:" I have sent you many
  745. 26:54scripts from the blogger Misha Timochko
  746. 26:57. "Well, meaning me." And I want you to
  747. 27:00learn how to write scripts in my style
  748. 27:03now. "I want you to analyze the hooks I
  749. 27:07use in my reels, my delivery style,
  750. 27:10patterns, sentence length, pace, rhythm
  751. 27:12, how simple the sentences are, and the
  752. 27:15structure of my reels—how they start
  753. 27:17and what follows. Identify any key
  754. 27:21recurring patterns; for example, if
  755. 27:23there are certain reel formats that are
  756. 27:26almost identical or very similar in
  757. 27:28some ways. In short, I want you to
  758. 27:31study these scripts very carefully and
  759. 27:34become a screenwriter yourself who
  760. 27:35knows how to write just like me. Create
  761. 27:39a detailed instruction manual on how to
  762. 27:41write scripts in Misha Timochko’s
  763. 27:43style, which we will then integrate
  764. 27:45into your skills so you can write like
  765. 27:47me. So, I uploaded the file. With the
  766. 27:50text-based storyboard. And I recorded
  767. 27:52this voice message. And as a result, it
  768. 27:54put together this kind of instruction.
  769. 27:56Rhythm, sentence length, script
  770. 27:58archetypes, the anatomy of any video,
  771. 28:00the body, the CTA, the visual layer,
  772. 28:02the output format, a checklist,
  773. 28:04mini-templates—basically, all of that
  774. 28:06. After which, we can click" Save Skill
  775. 28:09. "There. Great. And from then on, when
  776. 28:13I want to write a script, I can just
  777. 28:15dictate an idea via voice and say:"
  778. 28:17Write this script in the style of Misha
  779. 28:19Timochko. "And it can draft a rough
  780. 28:22version of the script. It usually needs
  781. 28:25editing later, but it’s much better
  782. 28:27than nothing, because starting from
  783. 28:29scratch is harder than seeing an
  784. 28:31initial idea and polishing it. To show
  785. 28:34you how much I’ve obsessed over this,
  786. 28:37I tasked a live assistant with turning
  787. 28:39all my reels into this format: reel
  788. 28:42text and shot. Meaning, what was shown
  789. 28:45and what was said—what was shown,
  790. 28:46what was said, what was shown. And
  791. 28:49that’s how we transcribed 33 reels in
  792. 28:51that style—a long 52-page document.
  793. 28:55And that is exactly the document I just
  794. 28:57uploaded to Claude so it could create
  795. 28:59the instruction for me. And let's do
  796. 29:01this. If you DM me the word" script "on
  797. 29:04Instagram, I’ll send you the file
  798. 29:07with all my transcripts, which you can
  799. 29:10use to train your own AI models to
  800. 29:13write scripts just like I do. And
  801. 29:16secondly, I’ll send you the
  802. 29:18instruction itself—the one we just
  803. 29:20generated—on how to write scripts in
  804. 29:22my style for an AI. In Claude, this is
  805. 29:24called a" Skill. "You’ll be able to
  806. 29:26install this skill, and you’ll have a
  807. 29:28screenwriter who writes scripts in my
  808. 29:30style. Great. Let’s move on. The
  809. 29:32fifth use case is reel covers. Let’s
  810. 29:35imagine I need to make a cover like
  811. 29:37that quickly. At the same time, I’m
  812. 29:39not a designer, I don’t know how to
  813. 29:41use Figma, and I don’t have a contact
  814. 29:42for someone who can design this for me
  815. 29:44quickly and for free. So, what do I do?
  816. 29:46I go to Claude again and send him a few
  817. 29:49screenshots of my covers. So, I say:"
  818. 29:52This is what my Instagram covers for
  819. 29:54Reels look like. And I want you to
  820. 29:57generate a frame where I’m lying in a
  821. 30:00bathtub. "Filled with lemons. Do it in
  822. 30:04Flux, and overlay the text 'Million
  823. 30:07Secret' in my style, that
  824. 30:09white-and-yellow one. And make sure the
  825. 30:12font is the same and the size is the
  826. 30:13same. Basically, analyze this style
  827. 30:15carefully and figure out what it is.
  828. 30:16And then, in Flux, generate this kind
  829. 30:19of cover for me. Get to work. It’s
  830. 30:23pure magic, right? Oops. So, these are
  831. 30:26the covers he generated for me. I’m
  832. 30:28just not sure why he inserted some
  833. 30:29small text at the bottom here. I need
  834. 30:31to ask him to remove it, but otherwise,
  835. 30:33it's good. And so, you can generate
  836. 30:35these kinds of covers for your Reels,
  837. 30:36too. More vibrant, more clickable than
  838. 30:39just a regular, boring photo. The sixth
  839. 30:42use case for AI in content is creating
  840. 30:44unique shots that are either expensive,
  841. 30:47difficult, or physically impossible to
  842. 30:49film. This, this, this, and this shot
  843. 30:53—we naturally didn't film them for
  844. 30:55real. We generated all of this using AI
  845. 30:58. And these kinds of shots look very
  846. 31:01bright and cool, they grab attention
  847. 31:03and increase the watch time of a Reel,
  848. 31:04which helps it go viral. And now, in a
  849. 31:07lot of Reels, we use these kinds of AI
  850. 31:09effects. This is done in Flux, and you
  851. 31:12need to set aside several hours just to
  852. 31:14learn it separately. By the way, in my
  853. 31:17CashU club, we have a big masterclass
  854. 31:20where we create a film like this using
  855. 31:23AI. And we learn to make different
  856. 31:53shots and animations in Flux. In short,
  857. 31:55if you liked all these effects I showed
  858. 31:57, you can learn how to make them at our
  859. 31:59CashU club too. This, by the way, is
  860. 32:00becoming very popular right now. There
  861. 32:02are a lot of orders for this. You can
  862. 32:03sell this as a service and make money,
  863. 32:05especially if you are involved in SMM
  864. 32:07or want to get into it. Anyway, come
  865. 32:09join us, learn how to make these things
  866. 32:10, sell them and earn money, or at the
  867. 32:12very least, make them for yourself. The
  868. 32:14seventh use case for AI is creating
  869. 32:16carousels. Carousels are those
  870. 32:17swipeable posts on Instagram that have
  871. 32:19recently been getting into
  872. 32:20recommendations very well and also
  873. 32:21bringing in followers. And before, you
  874. 32:23had to write them out manually. Then
  875. 32:25you needed a designer to put them
  876. 32:27together beautifully for you. But now,
  877. 32:29you can do this using Claude too. To do
  878. 32:31this, I go into Instagram and choose a
  879. 32:34carousel design that I like. Here, for
  880. 32:36example, this guy's look is very
  881. 32:38stylish. Then, I just take screenshots
  882. 32:40of all the slides. Next, I upload them
  883. 32:42to Claude and ask it to do the
  884. 32:44following. I’ve sent you screenshots
  885. 32:46of a carousel. I want you to analyze
  886. 32:49them carefully and learn to create
  887. 32:51carousels in the same style so that, in
  888. 32:53the future, I can assign you to create
  889. 32:55a similar carousel and you’ll be able
  890. 32:57to do it. In short, we are training
  891. 32:59Claude to make carousels for us in the
  892. 33:01same style. It analyzed this carousel
  893. 33:03and identified its logic, narrative
  894. 33:05structure, design system, and basically
  895. 33:07all the techniques, copywriting, and so
  896. 33:08on. Now, I will ask it to create the
  897. 33:11same kind of carousel for me. Make a
  898. 33:13carousel about five habits that have
  899. 33:15had the biggest impact on my life. And
  900. 33:19those habits are as follows: working
  901. 33:22out, planning, sleep schedule, blogging
  902. 33:25, and keeping a checklist. If you need
  903. 33:29any visuals somewhere, you can generate
  904. 33:32them in Flux. Actually, I’ll tell you
  905. 33:35this: I want there to be visuals, so
  906. 33:38that periodically some slides feature
  907. 33:40my photos. Just like in the example
  908. 33:42there. And for everything else, use the
  909. 33:45exact carousel model you just learned.
  910. 33:49Make it exactly the same as it is there
  911. 33:50. And so, we get a perfectly identical
  912. 33:52carousel in that style. What I don't
  913. 33:54like. I don't like that the image
  914. 33:56overlapped here. That’s an error.
  915. 33:58This slide will need to be fixed. But
  916. 34:00the other text slides he did well,
  917. 34:02handled them perfectly, and managed to
  918. 34:05copy this entire style one-to-one. And
  919. 34:07I like the last slide too. On the
  920. 34:10second slide, the image overlapped. Fix
  921. 34:13it. And it will fix it. Anyway, now you
  922. 34:15know how to create carousels using
  923. 34:16Claude too. That’s it, we’ve
  924. 34:18learned how to do everything possible
  925. 34:19with Instagram. Moving on to Telegram.
  926. 34:22Telegram is a text-based platform, and
  927. 34:24the main content format there is text.
  928. 34:27This means we now need to create a
  929. 34:28copywriter who will write posts for you
  930. 34:30. And I suggest creating it not from
  931. 34:33scratch, but by using the channels you
  932. 34:35already like as a base. To do this, we
  933. 34:38need to download Telegram Desktop, the
  934. 34:40specific application for the computer,
  935. 34:42because you can download the history of
  936. 34:44other Telegram channels there. We
  937. 34:46select a channel that we like. For
  938. 34:49example, I like producer Kartoz’s
  939. 34:51channel. He writes incredibly well; he
  940. 34:54has a very sophisticated authorial
  941. 34:56writing style. Next, we click this
  942. 34:58button and download the entire history
  943. 35:00of his channel as an archive. Then we
  944. 35:04go into Claude, upload the entire
  945. 35:06channel archive, and ask it to learn
  946. 35:08how to write. I also send him the
  947. 35:11transcript of this channel and write:"
  948. 35:12I'm sending you a full dump of all
  949. 35:13messages. Learn to write. "He also
  950. 35:17analyzed 517 text posts in this channel
  951. 35:19, understood how this person writes,
  952. 35:21and formed instructions on how to write
  953. 35:23in the same style. Of course, it won't
  954. 35:27replicate the author's unique voice
  955. 35:29perfectly, because, well, only a human
  956. 35:31can write like a human for now. But
  957. 35:33it's so similar and so cool that I'm
  958. 35:36just in shock. And most likely, even if
  959. 35:39I showed you a few original posts by
  960. 35:41the author and a few made in their
  961. 35:43style, you wouldn't find the difference
  962. 35:45. Anyway, I got this instruction. And
  963. 35:47then I can add it to the skills again.
  964. 35:50And now Claude knows how to write in
  965. 35:51this style. And then I ask him to write
  966. 35:53a post. For example, I let him watch my
  967. 35:56YouTube video where I talk about how I
  968. 35:58quit smoking. And here he writes a text
  969. 36:01in Kartoz's style. The last puff for
  970. 36:03100 million. 23:55. Uglishi pyat. The
  971. 36:06screen on my phone is fogging up. Sales
  972. 36:08dashboard. The number 97,300,000. 5
  973. 36:10minutes left until sales close. And my
  974. 36:12big launch isn't quite hitting a
  975. 36:13hundred yet. For 2 years leading up to
  976. 36:15this moment, I smoked hookah. Two a day
  977. 36:16, no days off, holidays, or valid
  978. 36:18excuses. How cool is that. No days off,
  979. 36:20holidays, or valid excuses. Right in
  980. 36:22that style. My wife, then my girlfriend
  981. 36:24, watched this methodical work like a
  982. 36:26mother watching her son systematically
  983. 36:28become an alcoholic: with quiet horror
  984. 36:29and no illusions. I understood it all
  985. 36:31myself, I needed to quit, but not right
  986. 36:32now." Amalia, "I told her a month
  987. 36:34before the night described." I have a
  988. 36:35choice. Either I quit right now and
  989. 36:37push the launch formula to the finish
  990. 36:38on my last legs, or I polish this
  991. 36:40launch and quit hookah later. "I choose
  992. 36:42the latter. I finished smoking with
  993. 36:44pleasure, with a sense of deep
  994. 36:45professional duty to my own lungs. Just
  995. 36:48check how lively this text is, how
  996. 36:51creative it is. It has these catchy
  997. 36:54phrases, funny and ironic. And it
  998. 36:57doesn't sound like AI-generated text at
  999. 36:59all. Now I can write any thought in the
1000. 37:02style of the producer Kartoz. For
1001. 37:05example, I did the same with another
  1002. 37:06Telegram channel, specifically Timur
1003. 37:08Kadyrov's channel, and extracted his
1004. 37:10style too. And this is how he would
1005. 37:12have written this post in his style.
  1006. 37:13The last puff. For 2 years, I smoked
1007. 37:15two hookahs a day. Every day, without
1008. 37:17fail. Hookah in the morning, hookah in
1009. 37:18the evening. Work in between. My wife
1010. 37:20asked me to quit. I wanted to quit
  1011. 37:21myself, mentally I understood
  1012. 37:22everything. But during that period, I
1013. 37:24was doing the most difficult launch of
  1014. 37:25my life, a 100 million course. And at
1015. 37:26some point, I sat down, looked at
1016. 37:27myself, and honestly told her something
  1017. 37:29like this:" Listen, either I quit
1018. 37:30smoking hookah right now, and then I
1019. 37:31don't know what strength I'll have left
1020. 37:33to carry through this launch, or I
1021. 37:34finish the launch, smoke my two hookahs
1022. 37:35a day with pleasure, and then I'll quit
  1023. 37:37. "I choose the latter. I can't handle
1024. 37:38both things at the same time." And I
1025. 37:40smoked calmly, without any guilt,
1026. 37:42because I knew I had the energy. And so
1027. 37:45, in short, in a slightly simpler, more
1028. 37:47street-smart style, but also with some
  1029. 37:49signature phrases and jokes, it's
1030. 37:51really, really cool and fun. You can
1031. 37:54train your copywriter this way, and
1032. 37:56they will write all your posts for you.
1033. 37:59And moreover, I'll say that in some
1034. 38:00places, the level of copywriting is
1035. 38:02noticeably higher than my own.
1036. 38:05Sometimes it writes better than I would
  1037. 38:06have written myself. It's a gift, take
  1038. 38:08it. I just saved you 100,000 rubles. on
1039. 38:10a copywriter. Moving on. YouTube.
1040. 38:12You're going to be absolutely blown
  1041. 38:14away by how this works. Let's build a
  1042. 38:15development strategy for a YouTube
  1043. 38:17channel. I'm showing you a real example
1044. 38:18of how I did it for myself. I go into
1045. 38:20Claude Code. Why there, and not just
1046. 38:22the regular chat? Because Claude Code
1047. 38:24can work on your computer. While chat
1048. 38:27works in the cloud, Claude Code can
1049. 38:29access your browser, perform various
1050. 38:31tasks, program, and create applications
1051. 38:33. Basically, it's like an octopus that
1052. 38:36gets into your computer and browser,
1053. 38:38and knows how to work there and
1054. 38:40complete tasks. So, I go into Claude
1055. 38:42Code, send the link to my channel, and
  1056. 38:43say: "Study my YouTube channel.""Create
1057. 38:46a separate folder and upload the text
1058. 38:48transcripts of all my videos on the
1059. 38:50channel." And I have 60 of them on this
  1060. 38:53channel. Second. Create a popularity
1061. 38:55table for my videos with all the
1062. 38:56statistics. Figure out what works best
1063. 38:58in which video, and based on that,
1064. 39:00create a PDF file with an analysis of
1065. 39:02my channel. And I get this separate
1066. 39:05folder that it creates on my computer,
  1067. 39:08containing 60 transcripts of my videos
1068. 39:10in plain text. And just so you
  1069. 39:13understand, this isn't for me, it's for
1070. 39:14it. Now it has this. Now it can work
1071. 39:16with it. It has the text of 60 scripts
1072. 39:19for my YouTube videos. Next, I download
1073. 39:22all my YouTube statistics for it. To do
1074. 39:25this, I go to the Analytics tab, select
1075. 39:26'lifetime', select 'download', and send
1076. 39:28that to it as well. And now it has all
1077. 39:31the analytics of my YouTube channel.
1078. 39:34Such a big, complex table with a ton of
  1079. 39:36data that I, as a human, am simply
1080. 39:38incapable of processing and reading.
1081. 39:40But it can take all this data into
1082. 39:41account. All stats for the entire time.
1083. 39:43Plus transcriptions of all my videos. I
1084. 39:45say: "Okay, now you fully know my
1085. 39:47channel and all my videos. Recommend
1086. 39:49how I should grow it." And it puts
  1087. 39:52together this 14-page guide for me:
1088. 39:54with best and worst videos by retention
1089. 39:56, top scripts, tips on what works well
1090. 39:58and what doesn't, stats on where people
1091. 40:01dropped off, what they watched more,
1092. 40:03which videos get more views, which
1093. 40:05topics perform better, data, hooks,
1094. 40:07patterns, script analysis, trends, and
  1095. 40:09recommendations—in short, it throws
1096. 40:11all of this at me, and I get a super
1097. 40:13valuable file on developing my YouTube
  1098. 40:15channel. But that's not all. Next, I
1099. 40:18make a long list of all my competitors,
1100. 40:20both Russian and foreign. I just browse
1101. 40:22YouTube like this, copy the link, and
  1102. 40:24add a note. I browse YouTube, copy the
1103. 40:26link, and add a note. I ended up with
1104. 40:28around thirty different Russian and
  1105. 40:30foreign competitors. I send him all
1106. 40:32these competitors and write this prompt
1107. 40:33. Now study my main competitors,
1108. 40:35identify the 20 most popular videos for
1109. 40:37each, and create a table for each one.
1110. 40:40Include the publication date, video
1111. 40:41title, number of likes, video length,
1112. 40:43number of comments, and highlight the
  1113. 40:44main principles of what’s trending in
1114. 40:46my market. Russia. And overall, watch
1115. 40:49what it does. It analyzes 20 channels
  1116. 40:51and creates a table of 600 videos for
  1117. 40:53me. 30 channels, 20 videos each. It
1118. 40:57looked at the 600 most popular videos
1119. 40:59and created a table summarizing all of
1120. 41:02them. Can you imagine a person doing
1121. 41:05that kind of work? Can you imagine
  1122. 41:08forcing a real person to analyze 30
  1123. 41:09competitors and find 600 videos—how
1124. 41:11much money would they ask for that?
1125. 41:14Anyway, it compiled this table and
  1126. 41:16found what’s working for whom. And
  1127. 41:18then I say: "Now, considering
1128. 41:19everything you know about my channel
  1129. 41:21and my competitors 'channels, create a
1130. 41:23comprehensive growth strategy for my
  1131. 41:24Telegram channel and write 100 video
1132. 41:26ideas with titles and brief
  1133. 41:27descriptions." And it puts together a
  1134. 41:31huge file with a content matrix,
  1135. 41:33headline formulas, script structures,
1136. 41:35and 100 concrete ideas. And this file
1137. 41:38is the best thing I've ever received
1138. 41:39regarding YouTube. To give you an idea,
1139. 41:41when I was first starting out on
1140. 41:43YouTube and wanted to learn, I paid an
  1141. 41:45agency 350,000 rubles. per month. They
1142. 41:47didn't even come close to doing this
1143. 41:48kind of work. They would have charged
  1144. 41:50about 2 million rubles for this.
  1145. 41:51probably, back then. I mean, it's an
1146. 41:53incomparable level, and here, Claude
1147. 41:54just does it all. This is how you can
1148. 41:57upgrade any existing YouTube channel or
1149. 41:59start one from scratch, based on what
1150. 42:01is already working. In other words, you
  1151. 42:04can take the 600,000 most successful
1152. 42:06videos in your niche, compare and
1153. 42:08analyze them, and film what is
  1154. 42:10currently trending. Mind-blowing.
1155. 42:13Let’s move on. Tenth use case. We are
  1156. 42:16creating a YouTube scriptwriter that
1157. 42:18will write scripts for your videos in
1158. 42:20your style, or in any other style for
1159. 42:22that matter. For example, you want it
1160. 42:24to write in my style. To do this, you
1161. 42:26need to export the transcripts of my
1162. 42:28videos. You can do this manually. In
1163. 42:30Google Chrome, install the plugin
1164. 42:32called exactly this. Glasp. Add it to
1165. 42:36Google Chrome. Add to Chrome. It's free
1166. 42:39. Install. Install. And now, from any
1167. 42:42YouTube video, I can extract the text.
1168. 42:45Just like this. A little tab appears at
  1169. 42:47the top. I open the transcript. I can
1170. 42:50copy it and then toss it somewhere. For
  1171. 42:52example, I can put it into a note.
  1172. 42:54There. That's it. Now I have this
  1173. 42:56entire transcript. And, naturally, I
1174. 42:58can just create a file and manually
1175. 42:59dump all these scripts in. Or, if you
  1176. 43:02are a slightly more advanced Claude
1177. 43:04user, just go to Claude Code and paste
1178. 43:06the link to my YouTube channel. Here it
1179. 43:08is. Copy it and ask: "Transcribe all
1180. 43:12videos from this YouTube channel and
1181. 43:15save them to a separate folder on my
1182. 43:18computer." So, I sent the message with
1183. 43:22my YouTube channel link, asking to
1184. 43:23transcribe all videos from the channel
1185. 43:25into a separate folder on my computer.
1186. 43:27And Claude Code created a folder on my
1187. 43:30computer. It named it "Timochka
  1188. 43:32Transcripts." And it actually
1189. 43:34transcribed my YouTube videos into this
1190. 43:37format. And then, accordingly, having
1191. 43:39all these transcripts, we feed them
1192. 43:40back into Claude. We ask Claude to
1193. 43:43carefully analyze and study them, and
1194. 43:45learn to write scripts in that exact
1195. 43:46same style. And you get a scriptwriter
1196. 43:50who can write a YouTube video just the
1197. 43:52way I write them, for example, if you
1198. 43:54based it on my videos. Or you can also
  1199. 43:57transcribe another person's videos and
  1200. 43:59create a separate staff member, a
1201. 44:00separate skill, that will know how to
  1202. 44:02write in a different style, getting
  1203. 44:04yourself a YouTube scriptwriter like
1204. 44:06that. Eleventh use case for neural
1205. 44:08networks: having them write timestamps
1206. 44:10for your YouTube videos. Usually, this
1207. 44:12is such a tedious, painful task where
1208. 44:14you have to watch the video and then
  1209. 44:16write "00:52.""Started talking about
1210. 44:19this, then about that." You have to
  1211. 44:21write the description. Anyway, a
1212. 44:22separate person in our team used to do
1213. 44:24this; now, Claude does it. To do this,
  1214. 44:26we create a separate project. Right
1215. 44:27here, Projects, New Project. I named it
1216. 44:29"Video Description." And in this
  1217. 44:31project, I set the following
1218. 44:32instructions. Your task is to write
1219. 44:34descriptions and timecodes for my
1220. 44:36YouTube videos, based on examples of
  1221. 44:37how I did it before. I have uploaded
1222. 44:39the examples to your database. Also,
  1223. 44:41follow this structure: a brief summary
1224. 44:42of the video’s essence, plus what is
1225. 44:44in it. Timecodes and a note at the end
1226. 44:46that Instagram belongs to Meta. And
1227. 44:48then I send him an example of one video
  1228. 44:50description. I just sent the example,
1229. 44:52and that's it. And from then on, every
  1230. 44:54time I need to make timecodes and a
  1231. 44:56description for a new YouTube video, I
1232. 44:58just go to my video, extract the text
1233. 45:00via GL, drop it here like this, and
  1234. 45:02write: "Create a description according
1235. 45:04to the instructions." Look at how
1236. 45:07quickly and coolly he does it. And here
1237. 45:10he writes the description: boom,
1238. 45:11perfect timecodes, everything is super
1239. 45:13clear, perfect titles for the timecodes
1240. 45:15. In general, if you used to do this
1241. 45:18manually, don't you dare do it that way
1242. 45:20anymore. Always create timecodes using
1243. 45:22a project like this. This is an
1244. 45:24employee who is the simplest and pays
1245. 45:25for themselves very easily. And the
1246. 45:27last, twelfth use case is creating
  1247. 45:29presentations for your speeches,
1248. 45:30lessons, or YouTube videos. If you are
  1249. 45:33not a designer, you likely have
1250. 45:35problems with this. Either you do it
1251. 45:37yourself, but poorly, or you have to
1252. 45:39pay someone. There is an alternative
1253. 45:41option to create presentations, again,
1254. 45:42through Claude. To do this, we do the
  1255. 45:44following. We take a presentation whose
1256. 45:47style you like. For example, I am
1257. 45:49taking a presentation in my style right
1258. 45:52now. Here is what a presentation in my
1259. 45:53style looks like. There is a specific
1260. 45:55design code. After that, I upload it to
1261. 45:57Claude, hit the "add files" plus sign,
  1262. 46:00upload this presentation, and say: "
  1263. 46:03Analyze this presentation and create a
1264. 46:06design code, a design system, so that
1265. 46:08you can create presentations identical
1266. 46:11in this style, so that I could give you
1267. 46:14a task to draft a presentation and you
1268. 46:17could create and design it for me
  1269. 46:20exactly in this style." Create a
1270. 46:22detailed instruction so I can add it to
1271. 46:24my skills. And he learns to do this
1272. 46:27design. Claude reads this entire
  1273. 46:29presentation, understands what
1274. 46:31techniques we usually have, what we do,
  1275. 46:33and creates a general instruction. Now,
1276. 46:36let's ask him to create a presentation
1277. 46:38as an example. We will do it like this.
1278. 46:41I will take one of my simple, short
  1279. 46:43videos, for example, about
  1280. 46:44perfectionism. I will copy its text,
1281. 46:47drop it here, and say: "Create a
1282. 46:49presentation based on this video." He
1283. 46:51can make any presentation. I could just
1284. 46:54dictate the idea to it right now, but
  1285. 46:56that would take a long time, so let's
1286. 46:57use my video as a base and ask it to
  1287. 46:59create a presentation for this video.
1288. 47:01And this is the presentation we get.
1289. 47:04But if you want an even more
  1290. 47:06professional, beautiful, and
  1291. 47:07customizable design, Claude has a
  1292. 47:09separate sub-application called Claude
1293. 47:11Design. You upload examples, define
1294. 47:15your own style, and it generates
  1295. 47:18presentations exactly like this. I mean
1296. 47:21, just look at the quality. In
1297. 47:22principle, it looks a lot like how it
1298. 47:25should ideally be. Of course, there are
  1299. 47:28some small micro-errors and minor
1300. 47:30details here and there, but
1301. 47:31nevertheless, with Claude Design, you
1302. 47:33can really make good basic
  1303. 47:35presentations, and most importantly,
  1304. 47:37it's free and fast. Well, "free"—of
1305. 47:40course, it costs tokens and money, but
  1306. 47:42compared to hiring a designer, it's
1307. 47:44free. And that's it. We have gone over
1308. 47:4612 real ways to use neural networks to
1309. 47:49speed up and simplify your work. I
1310. 47:51spent a very long time and put a lot of
1311. 47:52effort into creating this video. If you
1312. 47:54found it useful, please write something
1313. 47:56in the comments. I would be happy to
1314. 47:58see your feedback. Also, if you want to
1315. 48:00dive deeper into the topic of neural
1316. 48:02networks and content, I invite you to
1317. 48:04my CashU club. There, for 2,990 rubles.
  1318. 48:07a month, I publish entire comprehensive
  1319. 48:09courses. We already have a large
1320. 48:11content course there called "Content
  1321. 48:13Formula." It contains 20 lessons where
1322. 48:16we analyze how to build a blog strategy
1323. 48:18, find content ideas, shoot viral reels
1324. 48:21, edit, set up funnels, make sales,
  1325. 48:23create warm-ups, and acquire clients.
1326. 48:26In short, the entire foundation for how
1327. 48:28to run a blog effectively so you can
1328. 48:30earn money from it. Everything that
  1329. 48:33allowed me to gain a million
  1330. 48:34subscribers on Instagram and earn a
1331. 48:36total of over 700 million rubles. in
1332. 48:38revenue. And regarding how to use
1333. 48:41Claude more advancedly, how to
1334. 48:42wipe-code, how to install Claude Code,
1335. 48:43and how else you can interact and work
1336. 48:45with it, we have a separate large
1337. 48:47course on neural networks. It also has
1338. 48:4920 lessons, and in it, you will learn
1339. 48:51to work with Claude more deeply and
  1340. 48:52professionally. We also have a big
  1341. 48:55masterclass on generating visual
1342. 48:57content, both photos and videos. So, if
1343. 49:00you want to master all these skills,
1344. 49:02come to CashU. These courses
1345. 49:04individually could cost hundreds of
1346. 49:06thousands of rubles, but you get them
1347. 49:08all together inside my CashU club. For
  1348. 49:10only 2,990 rubles. A month. We already
1349. 49:12have over 6,000 members in the club.
1350. 49:14And they write that this club is more
1351. 49:16valuable than many paid courses they
1352. 49:17have taken for hundreds of thousands of
1353. 49:19rubles. We have many great results
1354. 49:21where people started from scratch and
  1355. 49:23gained their first 5, 10, 20, and some
  1356. 49:25even 70,000 to 1,000,000 followers,
1357. 49:27pulled off successful launches, made
1358. 49:29sales, and found clients. Our record
1359. 49:31launch so far has been 20 million
1360. 49:33rubles. We also have many people
  1361. 49:35working behind the scenes who don't
1362. 49:37want to be influencers, don't want to
1363. 49:39share their own expertise or launch
1364. 49:40products, but want to work in a team or
1365. 49:42as freelancers and get paid for it.
1366. 49:45They master the skill of content
1367. 49:47creation, know how to make cool Reels,
1368. 49:48work with neural networks, sell their
1369. 49:49services, and earn good money from it.
1370. 49:52In short, if you want to master content
1371. 49:54and neural networks, come join the CASW
  1372. 49:56club, you're risking nothing. 2,990
1373. 49:58rubles. per month is really not much at
1374. 49:59all. Check it out, and if you don't
1375. 50:01like it, you can leave. But statistics
1376. 50:02show that 85%of our members renew their
  1377. 50:04subscription every month. That's also a
  1378. 50:06good indicator, because people won't
  1379. 50:08renew something that isn't useful to
1380. 50:10them. And we also hold big meetups in
1381. 50:12various cities from time to time. Plus,
1382. 50:14there are Q&A sessions with me every
1383. 50:15Monday where we hop on Zoom and I give
1384. 50:17you feedback. There is also a review of
1385. 50:19your Reels by a mentor. And there is a
1386. 50:21big platform where you can look for
1387. 50:22clients within CASW. There is also a
1388. 50:24division into groups of ten for team
  1389. 50:26work. In general, it’s a really cool
1390. 50:27club where for 3,000 rubles. you get
  1391. 50:30courses, a community, pre-configured AI
  1392. 50:32assistants, the platform, and
1393. 50:33everything you need for your growth.
1394. 50:36Come join us, I've left the link to the
1395. 50:37club below. I also wrote this entire
1396. 50:40book about how to grow a blog and get
1397. 50:42clients through content. It has a lot
1398. 50:45of illustrations, pictures, and various
  1399. 50:48diagrams. It’s written in such a
1400. 50:51bright style and is very easy to read.
  1401. 50:57It's quite a heavy, substantial book.
1402. 50:59You can also get it inside our club.
1403. 51:02That’s all for now, and see you in
  1404. 51:03the next episodes.
