22. 0:41refreshing drink that cools me down in
23. 0:42the heat. And the most important thing
24. 0:44is that it is guaranteed and 100%safe.
25. 0:45And it is allowed in our diet whenever
26. 0:47we need something sweet or are thirsty.
27. 0:49If we get bored, for example, with
28. 0:51water and sugar. Or we don't want to
29. 0:53drink canned beverages. Or those canned
30. 0:56juices might have excess citric acid
31. 0:58and affect us. So why not make this
32. 1:01drink? I also tried it when I am
33. 1:03fasting according to the Islamic fast.
34. 1:04I break my fast with three dates and a
35. 1:07glass of this black honey juice instead
36. 1:09of sugarcane juice. It keeps me full
37. 1:11for a very long time. Until I feel
38. 1:12hungry and have my main breakfast
39. 1:14allowed in the Tayyibat diet. Try it,
