  1. 0:00if you want something you have to work
  2. 0:02for it and most people that think that
  3. 0:05the world is based off of luck have
  4. 0:06never truly worked for something I call
  5. 0:08it a game of possibilities the more you
  6. 0:11try something the more refined you
  7. 0:13become and the more refined you become
  8. 0:15the better you become everybody
  9. 0:17eventually will capitulate into crypto
  10. 0:19because it is an asset class that will
  11. 0:21exist and we go into a digital world you
  12. 0:24need digital money so from a logical
  13. 0:28standpoint it makes sense
  14. 0:30[Music]

  28. 1:09good uh last night I uh sat down with
  29. 1:12the former Governor of the Central Bank
  30. 1:14of Albania uh talked about monetary
  31. 1:17policy Bitcoin crypto Central Bank
  32. 1:19digital currencies and of course as you
  33. 1:22guys know uh I'm here in Amsterdam now
  34. 1:25going to sit down with a couple
  35. 1:26entrepreneurs and the opportunity uh
  36. 1:29arose to sit down with you gentlemen I
  37. 1:31was like let's talk money so great from
  38. 1:34Albania to Amsterdam in 24 hours great
  39. 1:37that's great man we love to talk about
  40. 1:39money we talk a lot about money and um I
  41. 1:44know that you know a lot of things you
  42. 1:47have been doing a lot of things you have
  43. 1:49been in the Ecom space um you have been
  44. 1:52in a crypto space you have are the owner
  45. 1:56of uh Capital Club uh networking space
  46. 2:00doing a lot of stuff but for the people
  47. 2:03that don't know you yet the Dutch people
  48. 2:05that are listening right now maybe some
  49. 2:07other people from for countries who is
  50. 2:10Luke
  51. 2:11Belmar well Luke Belmar uh is an
  52. 2:15immigrant from Argentina went to the
  53. 2:17United States at the age of 16 with $200
  54. 2:20in a suitcase with a lot of Ambitions a
  55. 2:22lot of goals a lot of dreams but with a
  56. 2:25very clear purpose and a very clear
  57. 2:27mission to make it out right to make it
  58. 2:29out of this thing that we call the
  59. 2:30system and as I drive through Amsterdam
  60. 2:33coming here you notice the system it's
  61. 2:35very prevalent you know how people live
  62. 2:37how people
  63. 2:38move and I always knew deep down that
  64. 2:41that wasn't what I wanted for my life I
  65. 2:43come from a small town 12 to 15,000
  66. 2:46people in the outskirts of buen atis I
  67. 2:49don't know how much Dutch people like
  68. 2:50Argentine since we keep schooling your
  69. 2:52guys' ass and football every World Cup
  70. 2:54but it's good yeah but our our King is
  71. 2:58piping down one of the hottest the
  72. 2:59Argentina woman so hey
  73. 3:02bro you you giveing you take you give
  74. 3:04you take you know what I mean but uh
  75. 3:07yeah at the age of 16 moved to the
  76. 3:08United States with $200 in the suitcase
  77. 3:11went from pressure washing basketball
  78. 3:13courts cleaning toilets flipping uh
  79. 3:16wings at a Buffalo Wild Wings sleeping
  80. 3:19in my car for for a time being it was
  81. 3:21about like four or five months to
  82. 3:23eventually getting exposed to bitcoin I
  83. 3:26heard of Bitcoin in 2015 for the first
  84. 3:28time and I when I when I often tell this
  85. 3:31story people are like what well Luke got
  86. 3:33lucky I'm
  87. 3:34like I don't think I got lucky I was
  88. 3:37exposed to information but that doesn't
  89. 3:39mean that you need to necessarily act on
  90. 3:41that information I remember watching a
  91. 3:43documentary on Netflix I forget exactly
  92. 3:46what the name I think it's called
  93. 3:47banking on bitcoin and the gentleman
  94. 3:50they would actually go out on the
  95. 3:52streets I think it was Wall Street and
  96. 3:54would tell people hey would you have a
  97. 3:56Bitcoin or would you take this $5 bill
  98. 3:58and everybody was like well take the $5
  99. 4:00bill because it's real and I can see it
  100. 4:02and I can touch it so a lot of people
  101. 4:05were exposed to the opportunity but not
  102. 4:07everybody capitalized on the opportunity
  103. 4:09I remember being in a situation whereby
  104. 4:12in the United States I don't know how it
  105. 4:13works in the Netherlands but if you wait
  106. 4:16tables or if you work in a restaurant
  107. 4:18you get your cash tips so in the United
  108. 4:21States it's a tip system but every day
  109. 4:23the restaurant gives you those tips that
  110. 4:25is your payday basically so I would get
  111. 4:28that cash tip I would drive to the ATM
  112. 4:32and I would deposit that money I had a
  113. 4:341998 Buick it was an old Buick it was
  114. 4:38like a mafia car I [ __ ] love that car
  115. 4:40I crashed it but eventually uh I had to
  116. 4:43upgrade but it was a nice vehicle
  117. 4:45nonetheless I remember depositing the
  118. 4:47money it was a Wells Fargo bank account
  119. 4:50and since it's a cash deposit you see
  120. 4:52the money instantly displayed in your
  121. 4:53bank account so I would instantly get on
  122. 4:55my
  123. 4:56computer and I would go to an exchange
  124. 4:58called bitstamp
  125. 5:00mhm and bitstamp was an OG exchange you
  126. 5:02know doesn't have a lot of liquidity or
  127. 5:04or popularity right now but back in the
  128. 5:06day you could use your debit card to
  129. 5:07actually purchase Bitcoin on that
  130. 5:09exchange so I would every single day use
  131. 5:1250% of my money that I would make that
  132. 5:14day to buy Bitcoin at that time it was
  133. 5:17couple hundred dollars 500 600 bucks
  134. 5:19this was the end of like 2015 2016 so
  135. 5:21pre the Bull Run of 2017 2016 I got
  136. 5:25exposed to uh e-commerce through a
  137. 5:28couple of buddies through the internet
  138. 5:30which it was pre popularity if you if
  139. 5:34you may call it it was pre uh before the
  140. 5:38hype preg Guru season pre all YouTube
  141. 5:41all over Drop Shipping this that and all
  142. 5:43so so there wasn't a lot of information
  143. 5:44there wasn't a lot of infrastructure and
  144. 5:46people on that side will be like well
  145. 5:47you got lucky about that as well you got
  146. 5:49access to e-commerce when it was fairly
  147. 5:51easy and once again what I say to that
  148. 5:53is just because it was accessible
  149. 5:56doesn't mean it was easy why because the
  150. 5:58infrastructure wasn't set in place
  151. 6:01whereby fulfillment centers were easy to
  152. 6:03access Payment Processing they screwed
  153. 6:06any sort of e-commerce or drop shipping
  154. 6:08because it was seen as high-risk so
  155. 6:10there was a lot of uphill battles but
  156. 6:12there are different uphill battles today
  157. 6:14the uphill battles are uh you have you
  158. 6:17know your advertisers like your
  159. 6:20advertising platforms like meta or
  160. 6:22SnapChat they don't like Drop shippers
  161. 6:24because they have a bad reputation
  162. 6:26they're high risk so you get a lot of
  163. 6:28bans on that side you still issues with
  164. 6:30payment processing and then you have
  165. 6:32competition when it comes to the barrier
  166. 6:35of Entry because the barrier of Entry is
  167. 6:37quite easy all you have to do is open up
  168. 6:38a store with Shopify back in the day
  169. 6:40Shopify didn't have all these crazy
  170. 6:42plugins I remember the the App Store was
  171. 6:44very new on Shopify and I remember I
  172. 6:46would have to learn the basics of coding
  173. 6:48to like code in my own this the own size
  174. 6:51of my checkout button the color of my
  175. 6:53checkout button it's pretty OG mhm uh
  176. 6:55did quite well in e-commerce I wrote the
  177. 6:58wave of crypto uh in 2017 up and down I
  178. 7:02wrote it down I didn't make a ton of
  179. 7:04money why because I didn't understand
  180. 7:06Market Cycles but I was like you know
  181. 7:07what I think I did 140x 140 to 160x on
  182. 7:11my portfolio I forget but I lost it all
  183. 7:13right I lost it all and a very simple
  184. 7:16number to evaluate whether that's true
  185. 7:18or not is look at cardano right cardano
  186. 7:21went from half a penny to $160 I rode
  187. 7:24that entire thing it was like two to
  188. 7:25three weeks same thing with uh Tron Tron
  189. 7:28I think went from like a penny to like
  190. 7:3030 cents or something like that and then
  191. 7:33xrp went from 13 cents all the way to
  192. 7:37$3.50 so I rode all of those tokens I
  193. 7:40remember buying Bitcoin again still I
  194. 7:42think I have some videos of it buying
  195. 7:44Bitcoin when it crashed at like $4,000
  196. 7:46and then a couple weeks later it was up
  197. 7:48at 15 so it was a great season but the
  198. 7:51issue was I didn't understand Market
  199. 7:52Cycles I was left holding the bag
  200. 7:55because everybody was it back in the day
  201. 7:58in 2017 it wasn't diamond in hands like
  202. 8:00like in 2020 that chant it was the hodal
  203. 8:03right yeah the hold on for dear life and
  204. 8:05I held on for dear life and I got focked
  205. 8:08so I sat down there I'm like okay what
  206. 8:10did I do wrong what did I do right what
  207. 8:12I did right was I allocated my money in
  208. 8:15an investment vehicle or what a lot of
  209. 8:18people like to call a high-risk
  210. 8:20investment vehicle and it played out why
  211. 8:24because money moves from different
  212. 8:27markets at different times and Bitcoin
  213. 8:29has its Cycles after the Bitcoin having
  214. 8:32one one and a half years later the
  215. 8:34market tends to have a really good uh
  216. 8:38season MH so I was like it's going to
  217. 8:40happen again and it did but this time I
  218. 8:43was prepared and in 2020 after doing $16
  219. 8:46million in e-commerce did quite well
  220. 8:48there had some money already saved up I
  221. 8:51put all of my money into crypto except
  222. 8:5310,000 bucks now my entire thesis from
  223. 8:56that it's not that I'm a genius but I
  224. 8:57was connected with really good people I
  225. 8:59was in the dii boom of 2019 so I saw
  226. 9:02Unis swap do extremely well I was like
  227. 9:04you know there's something interesting
  228. 9:06with defi this was prebe videos of Defi
  229. 9:08and everybody telling you how to open up
  230. 9:10a metamask account it wasn't very
  231. 9:12popular but that which is not popular is
  232. 9:15often a good idea and the reason it's a
  233. 9:18good idea is because you don't have the
  234. 9:20normies and the average individual as a
  235. 9:23part of the mix when the average
  236. 9:26individual is in the mix It's usually
  237. 9:29the end of the season when the taxi
  238. 9:31driver is talking about crypto when your
  239. 9:33grandmother's talking about crypto who
  240. 9:35else is left to buy truly because those
  241. 9:37are usually the most uneducated most
  242. 9:40uninformed usually the people that are
  243. 9:42getting the information the last the
  244. 9:44hedge funds are positioned the market
  245. 9:46makers are positioned The Venture
  246. 9:48capitalists are positioned smart money
  247. 9:50is already in the game and then what
  248. 9:52they do is very simple they'll go to
  249. 9:54CNBC they'll go to Fox News they'll go
  250. 9:56to Forbes and they'll pay the journalist
  251. 9:59to write articles on their behalf to do
  252. 10:03what increase eyeballs because the
  253. 10:06newbies they read these things and then
  254. 10:08the information gets dispersed gets
  255. 10:11disseminated and that information then
  256. 10:13leads to
  257. 10:14what liquidity yes and the liquidity is
  258. 10:18where the smart people get out they get
  259. 10:21out on the liquidity of the noobs so in
  260. 10:2420120 I think it was uh March of 2020 I
  261. 10:27remember using in exchange it was Kraken
  262. 10:30and uh binance before they were cracking
  263. 10:33down super heavy on it and I had my
  264. 10:35orders already placed so I had orders
  265. 10:38placed for ethereum sub
  266. 10:41$100 I had cardano a half a penny xrp at
  267. 10:4513 cents again and it was the covid
  268. 10:48crash you know it was the Big Black Swan
  269. 10:50event and all of these tokens uh and all
  270. 10:54these orders got filled right so I
  271. 10:55remember I was playing Call of Duty and
  272. 10:58I see my phone going off like the little
  273. 11:01vibration thing and you see the
  274. 11:02notifications all the shit's getting
  275. 11:03filled I'm like oh [ __ ] at that time I
  276. 11:05was kind of scared too in the sense of
  277. 11:08okay is this actually going to zero
  278. 11:09because mind you bro Bitcoin went from
  279. 11:1120,000 all the way to
  280. 11:133,500 that was scary right but it's
  281. 11:16usually in the fear that you have to buy
  282. 11:18into it and it's in the fear of missing
  283. 11:21out that you have to sell M and the
  284. 11:24markets are quite psychological and when
  285. 11:26you understand that the psychology
  286. 11:29manipulated by people you can in some
  287. 11:31way shape or form understand the cycle
  288. 11:34Now by no means am I perfect but it
  289. 11:36worked out pretty well I remember being
  290. 11:39on clubhouse I think 2020 and that's
  291. 11:42when the app was really popular in
  292. 11:44Poppin and CZ from binance hopped on
  293. 11:47there and he was giving a kind of like a
  294. 11:50clubhouse meeting with other crypto
  295. 11:52people I tuned in and I got the
  296. 11:55opportunity to ask him a question
  297. 11:57because I remember buying BMB in in
  298. 11:592017 for two bucks so the B&B token
  299. 12:03which went to $600 plus dollars I was
  300. 12:05one of the first people that was
  301. 12:07actually buying B&B for $2 when the
  302. 12:09exchange was extremely new I was a big
  303. 12:11fan of binance I still am I think
  304. 12:13they're [ __ ] dope and that's no no no
  305. 12:17advice to put your money there because
  306. 12:18you never know how exchanges are but I
  307. 12:20was a big fan of it they've done a lot
  308. 12:22of good for the space and helping
  309. 12:23helping it
  310. 12:24grow but I said okay B&B it's Cor
  311. 12:29related to what the exchange so there
  312. 12:31needs to be more growth factors and more
  313. 12:34kind of coal to the fire to keep the
  314. 12:37engines running so at that point I asked
  315. 12:40CZ hey you know Unis swap has a
  316. 12:42competitor they have they're on they
  317. 12:45need a competitor they're on the
  318. 12:46ethereum chain and I just saw that you
  319. 12:48launch launched the binance smart chain
  320. 12:50extremely new there was no YouTube
  321. 12:52videos on it I think when I went to type
  322. 12:54on YouTube the binance smart chain there
  323. 12:56was one guy talking about it from India
  324. 12:59and then one guy from China there was
  325. 13:01like two or three videos so it was super
  326. 13:03small right it just had just gotten
  327. 13:05started just launched and then there was
  328. 13:07an old guy uh some European guy that
  329. 13:09made a video about it on how to like
  330. 13:11connect it with your metamask wallet
  331. 13:13because you look at metamask the default
  332. 13:15is ethereum and you have to increase
  333. 13:18different chains you have to do this
  334. 13:19whole like nonsense right so he said
  335. 13:23well you know we're trying to compete
  336. 13:24because the binance smart chain is going
  337. 13:26to increase the demand for what for B&B
  338. 13:29which is the native token of the
  339. 13:31platform therefore driving up the price
  340. 13:33most of the employees most of cz's
  341. 13:35wealth is attached to the B&B token this
  342. 13:37is just how it works so to increase
  343. 13:40demand you need to create demand so he
  344. 13:42was like yeah well uh there's other D5
  345. 13:45projects one of them being pancake Swap
  346. 13:47and I'm like well what do you know about
  347. 13:48pancake Swap and he stuttered a little
  348. 13:51bit and then he was like well I don't
  349. 13:52know they're they I think they're a team
  350. 13:54from turkey and he started giving me
  351. 13:56information I'm like well if you don't
  352. 13:58know this onymous team how is it that
  353. 14:00you know where they're from you know how
  354. 14:01much like how they're doing you know
  355. 14:04that they're that they're safe that
  356. 14:05they're uh well put together team that
  357. 14:07they're professionals and they are these
  358. 14:09guys absolutely crushed it so I went
  359. 14:11back and I was like dude like maybe I
  360. 14:14shouldn't be betting on projects maybe I
  361. 14:16should be betting on
  362. 14:17people and I bet on CZ so I purchased at
  363. 14:22that time pancake swap was $25 million
  364. 14:26market cap very small I purchased 1% of
  365. 14:29the supply for A4 million bucks and from
  366. 14:3225 million it went up to a $2.6 billion
  367. 14:35market cap I so I sold I think at about
  368. 14:38$36 but my selling point was uh one of
  369. 14:42the co-founders of
  370. 14:43fazeclan the gaming org he texted me and
  371. 14:46he said hey should I buy safe mooon and
  372. 14:48this was the week that uh safe Moon had
  373. 14:52migrated from the ethereum chain to the
  374. 14:54binance smart chain and I said I'm out
  375. 14:57I'm out cuz this guy he he's he's a
  376. 14:59gamer he's not a crypto guy and that's
  377. 15:02that's during the shitcoin season you
  378. 15:03guys remember when people are creating
  379. 15:05tokens out of thin air the ding coin and
  380. 15:07all the [ __ ] [ __ ] so I was like
  381. 15:08okay this is the end because people are
  382. 15:10just making [ __ ] up at that point I
  383. 15:12remember sitting in Mexico 36 bucks
  384. 15:15cashed out and it went up to I think 42
  385. 15:16$43 and I felt like ID missed out but
  386. 15:19thankfully I rode that wave pretty well
  387. 15:21I did quite well with that investment
  388. 15:23made some good money and the reason I
  389. 15:26got into crypto was in fact uh I had a
  390. 15:29buddy come and visit me at the time when
  391. 15:30I was making still money with e-commerce
  392. 15:33and we went to a restaurant well a fast
  393. 15:35food restaurant at the time I don't
  394. 15:36Endor seed oils anymore but it was
  395. 15:39called Chipotle I don't know it's like a
  396. 15:41Mexican fast food place and the bowls
  397. 15:44there are like $12 so I'm here with this
  398. 15:46crypto multimillionaire who's made a
  399. 15:48[ __ ] ton of money with crypto and he's
  400. 15:50like hey Luke like he like Whispers in
  401. 15:52my ear he's like hey can you pay for my
  402. 15:53for my lunch and I'm like what do you
  403. 15:55mean I thought you were like rich I
  404. 15:56thought you were inviting me to to to
  405. 15:58lunch you know what I mean and he's like
  406. 15:59no well I don't have any money I'm like
  407. 16:01what do you mean you don't have any
  408. 16:02money he's like yeah all my money's in
  409. 16:04crypto and I'm like what the [ __ ] bro
  410. 16:06like this guy knows something that I
  411. 16:07don't this guy like understands the game
  412. 16:10this guy plays well so I went back home
  413. 16:12put all my money in crypto and it worked
  414. 16:15out cashed out of Bitcoin at 55,000
  415. 16:17cashed out of ethereum of at
  416. 16:202,950 or something quite high and it
  417. 16:24worked great but you so you listen to
  418. 16:27the crypto crypto millionaire but do you
  419. 16:31think like like we talked about it
  420. 16:34before like it wasn't luck that you met
  421. 16:36up with a crypto millionaire and that he
  422. 16:39said that thing and that you listen and
  423. 16:41then think like okay now I have to go
  424. 16:43all in on that but with Bitcoin like
  425. 16:46okay when it's on like 55,000 right
  426. 16:50um what did you make how did you make
  427. 16:53the choice to get out on that moment not
  428. 16:56later on or earlier there was three
  429. 16:59reasons one is it was enough money that
  430. 17:02based on my expenses I would never have
  431. 17:04to work again so it was like okay yeah I
  432. 17:06can make more money it was uh in the
  433. 17:09multiple eight figures over $40 million
  434. 17:11in crypto and I was like okay like maybe
  435. 17:14it goes to 60 maybe it goes to 70
  436. 17:16Bitcoin each but like is it going to
  437. 17:19actually exponentially change my life
  438. 17:20but if the [ __ ] crashes right it's going
  439. 17:23to hurt so at this point it's not a
  440. 17:25multiples game it's a preservation game
  441. 17:28and I did not want to repeat the cycle
  442. 17:29of 2017 bro like that [ __ ] [ __ ] hurt
  443. 17:32that [ __ ] hurt in 2017 I became a a
  444. 17:35Millionaire on paper and lost it I was
  445. 17:37like okay like [ __ ] I don't want to do
  446. 17:39this again so in 2018 made my money with
  447. 17:41crypto became a millionaire again right
  448. 17:44and then eventually I was like I got to
  449. 17:45just multiply but then I have to
  450. 17:47preserve which is the motto and the
  451. 17:49premise of Capital Club to create
  452. 17:50multiply and preserve wealth because in
  453. 17:52every facet the ideology and the the
  454. 17:54processing has to change of how you
  455. 17:56think about information but the markets
  456. 17:59are completely tied to the policy of the
  457. 18:03FED right so when the FED decides to
  458. 18:05print money or they decide to buy assets
  459. 18:08that's when the market pumps and when
  460. 18:10they say hey we're no longer buying
  461. 18:13assets the market dumps and you need to
  462. 18:17correlate the people that work at the
  463. 18:19FED they they put out it was a big
  464. 18:22announcement they said hey we are
  465. 18:24selling all of our assets because it is
  466. 18:26a conflict of interest for us to be in
  467. 18:29the markets while the markets are still
  468. 18:31exist within 30 days that was the top
  469. 18:34mhm I sold when they put out that
  470. 18:36announcement yeah it only made sense and
  471. 18:40people can call it luck I call it a game
  472. 18:43of possibilities the more you try
  473. 18:45something the more refined you become
  474. 18:48and the more refined you become the
  475. 18:49better you become I could have easily
  476. 18:52been in a situation where somebody could
  477. 18:53have told me about Bitcoin I remember
  478. 18:54telling a buddy multi-millionaire stock
  479. 18:56Trader in 2017 by Bitcoin buy Bitcoin
  480. 18:59buy Bitcoin get into crypto get into no
  481. 19:01it's a scam it's a Ponzi no I'm going to
  482. 19:04trade my penny stocks I'm going to do my
  483. 19:06own
  484. 19:07thing
  485. 19:09and he ended up buying the top in
  486. 19:122021 you know what I mean
  487. 19:15so everybody eventually will capitulate
  488. 19:17into crypto because it is an asset class
  489. 19:21that will exist and we go into a digital
  490. 19:23world you need digital money so from
  491. 19:27a logical standpoint it makes sense
  492. 19:31crypto makes sense and what we need to
  493. 19:34understand is that there's es and flows
  494. 19:35of the market there's demand and at the
  495. 19:38end of the day there's also saturation
  496. 19:40at some point there is no more money for
  497. 19:43it to like continue going and I saw that
  498. 19:46with crypto maybe I got lucky selling at
  499. 19:4855,000 but does it really
  500. 19:51matter also do you notice that um not
  501. 19:55hesitating when you make choices is a
  502. 19:57really big part of the so even though
  503. 19:59you know you made a wrong choice you did
  504. 20:01it without hesitation because if you
  505. 20:02keep doing things without hesitation and
  506. 20:04start making better choices you start
  507. 20:06making the right choices while being
  508. 20:08sure because what I notice sometimes is
  509. 20:11you try and do something and even though
  510. 20:12you get better because you know there's
  511. 20:14more possibilities you start to hesitate
  512. 20:16about the choices you make and you don't
  513. 20:18fully commit did you have to go through
  514. 20:20the Journey of not hesitating about the
  515. 20:23choices or have you always been
  516. 20:24completely sure about all the choices
  517. 20:26you made I think it's about the
  518. 20:27information that you have and about the
  519. 20:29level of conviction because you have to
  520. 20:31be convicted about something right you
  521. 20:32have to put your chips on the table
  522. 20:34about something and the last thing you
  523. 20:36want to do is live the whatif game I can
  524. 20:38always make more money right I and I by
  525. 20:41no mean means am I advocating hey you
  526. 20:43have $5,000 in the bank go put all of
  527. 20:45your money in crypto no go learn how to
  528. 20:47make money go learn how to develop cash
  529. 20:50flow go learn how to build a business I
  530. 20:53had enough money whereby if I lost that
  531. 20:54money in crypto I knew I was going to
  532. 20:56make it again but it was a bet I was
  533. 20:58willing to take and I took the BET and
  534. 21:00it worked and I realized that if I lost
  535. 21:03that bet I was okay too why because I
  536. 21:06developed the skills to build and scale
  537. 21:08digital businesses so it wasn't a
  538. 21:10confidence on the decision it was a
  539. 21:12confidence in my ability to make
  540. 21:14decisions yeah based off of the skills
  541. 21:16that I had developed yeah and if the
  542. 21:18decision doesn't play out that's okay
  543. 21:20because I've have developed the skills
  544. 21:22and I have trust in who myself I'm going
  545. 21:25to [ __ ] up but it's all a game of
  546. 21:27probabilities it's not a game of luck
  547. 21:29and you have to increase your
  548. 21:30probabilities by increasing your skill
  549. 21:32set and that's what a lot of people
  550. 21:34don't do they don't work and they don't
  551. 21:36increase their skill set Leonardo da
  552. 21:38Vinci famously
  553. 21:41said God will sell you anything at the
  554. 21:44price of
  555. 21:45Labor and that is true so what you have
  556. 21:48to do is if you want something you have
  557. 21:50to work for it and most people that
  558. 21:53think that the world is based off of
  559. 21:55luck have never truly worked for
  560. 21:57something not enough to understand that
  561. 22:00luck does not exist it's merely a game
  562. 22:02of probabilities you work hard you work
  563. 22:05more you work longer and eventually you
  564. 22:07can increase your odds of success [ __ ] I
  565. 22:09wonder do you still drink tap water I do
  566. 22:12yeah you do every day there's a lot to
  567. 22:14do about tap water these days I know and
  568. 22:16I drink like two liters a day yeah me to
  569. 22:19I drink quite a lot of tap water but the
  570. 22:22more and more people are turning on tap
  571. 22:23water because it would be very bad for
  572. 22:25you and I think all the people that
  573. 22:27listen to this that are for example from
  574. 22:29America they've got a pretty good case
  575. 22:31to make about not drinking the tap water
  576. 22:34uh because there's a lot of fluoride in
  577. 22:36some of the waters and other [ __ ] and in
  578. 22:37the Netherlands more people are turning
  579. 22:39on top water tap water as well but the
  580. 22:41funny thing is that one of the biggest
  581. 22:43problems about the water but the food as
  582. 22:46well it's not about the fluoride or
  583. 22:47those shits it's about something
  584. 22:49completely different do you know what
  585. 22:51I'm hinting at I'm thinking that you are
  586. 22:55talking about the pest if I it good
  587. 22:59inates phades and edcs edcs which is
  588. 23:03short for endocrine disruptive chemicals
  589. 23:07like microplastics right yeah it's it's
  590. 23:09usually microplastics are are a big part
  591. 23:11of them uh BPA as well which used to be
  592. 23:14in a lot of plastic bottles you leave
  593. 23:16them out in your car after you drink the
  594. 23:18water you're drinking almost pure cancer
  595. 23:21is what they say but uh these endocrine
  596. 23:25disruptive uh chemicals let's just call
  597. 23:27them edcs uh nowadays they're in most of
  598. 23:30our food most of our water and they're a
  599. 23:33very big problem they're even this big
  600. 23:35that over the last 50 years the male
  601. 23:39testosterone levels dropped over 50%
  602. 23:43over 50% exactly over 50% even better
  603. 23:46there was a recent study as well which
  604. 23:48looked at 21 years old in the year of
  605. 23:502019 so it's a few years back uh they
  606. 23:53looked at their testosterone level and
  607. 23:55if you look at the testosterone level in
  608. 23:572019 of the 21y old meal and you look at
  609. 24:01the average testosterone level of the
  610. 24:03same 21y old meal 15 years back so when
  611. 24:07you were 21 15 years earlier so in 2004
  612. 24:11mhm they used to have a 36% higher
  613. 24:15testosterone levels on average so we are
  614. 24:19less masculine yeah than we're [ __ ]
  615. 24:23we're actually [ __ ] yeah we're [ __ ]
  616. 24:25just it's not getting better right no
  617. 24:27man it so it's dro by about 2% a year so
  618. 24:30if you're looking at a couple of decades
  619. 24:32down the down the line there's a chance
  620. 24:35that we're nearing z% male testosterone
  621. 24:38is that even possible I mean 0% is
  622. 24:40probably not possible because then you
  623. 24:42would be all out of whack and I don't
  624. 24:43think it's possible but levels are going
  625. 24:45to be very [ __ ] low yeah and the
  626. 24:48results are going to be uh of course not
  627. 24:51being able to reproduce so this uh what
  628. 24:55do you call it overpopulation problem
  629. 24:57well it's going to be fixed in a couple
  630. 24:59decades yeah we don't have to do
  631. 25:01anything about it be just keep eating
  632. 25:03the [ __ ] Plastics and drinking and
  633. 25:05eating the shitty food and let your
  634. 25:07testosterone levels go to [ __ ] but we
  635. 25:10recently start started using a
  636. 25:11supplement to upgrade our own
  637. 25:14testosterone levels which is pine pollen
  638. 25:16and pine pollen um we use on a daily
  639. 25:20basis we just add it to our supplement
  640. 25:21stack and it's very interesting because
  641. 25:24I've got it here because I've been using
  642. 25:26it but there are so many different good
  643. 25:28things about Pine POA that I had to
  644. 25:29write them down cuz I don't all know him
  645. 25:31but the main thing is uh being an
  646. 25:34entrepreneur Your vitality and energy
  647. 25:36levels are very important because you're
  648. 25:37vital and you have a lot of energy
  649. 25:39you're able to focus you're able to put
  650. 25:40in a lot of deep work and get [ __ ]
  651. 25:43done so it's crucial for successful days
  652. 25:47and since taking the pine polus because
  653. 25:49we've done it a couple of months now to
  654. 25:50perform our health um it doesn't only
  655. 25:53boost your testosterone but it also
  656. 25:54boosts your uh Focus reduces stress
  657. 25:57levels and I can read here because I
  658. 25:59don't know all the [ __ ] out of my head
  659. 26:00it's 100% natural figured that's much
  660. 26:03because it's just Pine poem uh and it
  661. 26:05contains over 200 active compounds okay
  662. 26:09um it's very readily absorbed by your
  663. 26:12body so it's very easy then there's a
  664. 26:14big question is the miracle cure no [ __ ]
  665. 26:17no uh your sleep needs to be good your
  666. 26:19nutrition needs to be right you need to
  667. 26:21uh exercise regularly because that's the
  668. 26:23[ __ ] Baseline if you're not doing
  669. 26:24that yeah of course your testosterone
  670. 26:26levels are going to be [ __ ] but just
  671. 26:28like taking creatine um there are extra
  672. 26:31things you can do and pine pollen is one
  673. 26:33of those things and what do a lot of
  674. 26:34people cuz we've been using it but there
  675. 26:36are hundreds of listeners that are using
  676. 26:38it as well and what have you been
  677. 26:40hearing from them uh higher energy level
  678. 26:42levels throughout the day increased
  679. 26:44Focus reduced brain fog um and improved
  680. 26:47Sexual Health with natural testosterone
  681. 26:49which is very nice but what makes the
  682. 26:51pine pollen so powerful do you
  683. 26:53know I I don't actually no I was looking
  684. 26:57into this a bit further cuz I've been
  685. 26:58using it for quite a while but I don't
  686. 27:01always take the time to go really deep
  687. 27:02in certain supplements but for this one
  688. 27:04I did because of course it's a partner
  689. 27:06of us as well and I've been using it for
  690. 27:08quite some time tell me it's speed with
  691. 27:10a lot of nutrients including amino acids
  692. 27:13vitamins a b complex c e a lot of
  693. 27:16minerals
  694. 27:17antioxidants um enzymes PL plant steril
  695. 27:22nucle acids and healthy fatty acids so
  696. 27:26it provides everything that your body
  697. 27:27needs for growth recovery and optimal
  698. 27:29function uh there's a lot of
  699. 27:32dhae in it as well from the top of my
  700. 27:35head whatever it's very good for you and
  701. 27:38I've been seeing a lot of improvement in
  702. 27:40my focus energy whatever and a lot of
  703. 27:42our listeners as well so what did we get
  704. 27:44we got a code Lot 10 you will see it in
  705. 27:47the screen here somewhere you can try it
  706. 27:49for less than one euro per day so that's
  707. 27:53$120 or something per day uh you can use
  708. 27:56the link down below use the code not to
  709. 27:5810 to get 10% off and get it for less
  710. 28:00than a EUR a day test it out for a month
  711. 28:03see what it does for you it's been doing
  712. 28:05wonders for me and just start using
  713. 28:09offense as your best defense so click
  714. 28:12the link down below and the Beautiful
  715. 28:14Thing is as well you can use the code as
  716. 28:16many times as you want on every repeat
  717. 28:18order then I really wonder how you look
  718. 28:20at like for example we spoken to some
  719. 28:22entrepreneurs that tried their whole
  720. 28:25life and had maybe a bit of success or
  721. 28:27touch their first Mill million then all
  722. 28:28lost it and then never got to the point
  723. 28:31of the success where they can die happy
  724. 28:33or die satisfied where do you think
  725. 28:36those types of people go wrong because
  726. 28:38they seem to be working hard or at least
  727. 28:40they think what is the thing that
  728. 28:43they're not doing correct or what's
  729. 28:44going wrong and them not succeeding in
  730. 28:46what they want to reach just because
  731. 28:48you're busy doesn't mean you're
  732. 28:49productive true and a lot of people
  733. 28:52think that because they're busy they're
  734. 28:53actually productive mhm I can see a lot
  735. 28:56of entrepreneurs see how they conduct
  736. 28:58their daily life look at their daily
  737. 28:59habits and realize if they're going to
  738. 29:01be successful or not why because the
  739. 29:03allocation of time which is one of the
  740. 29:06resources that you have the allocation
  741. 29:08of
  742. 29:09energy another resource that you have
  743. 29:11and the allocation of attention another
  744. 29:14resource that you have are disp dispar
  745. 29:18and they are dispersed everywhere there
  746. 29:20is no sort of focused attention towards
  747. 29:23an objective so everybody that says oh
  748. 29:25no I'm working hard I I keep try I'm
  749. 29:28always educating myself I'm I'm
  750. 29:31investing my time wisely if you actually
  751. 29:33evaluated these people's lives you would
  752. 29:35realize that it's [ __ ] because most
  753. 29:38people waste time they was waste energy
  754. 29:41and they waste attention but if you
  755. 29:43could focus energy time and tension in
  756. 29:45the development of your character in the
  757. 29:47development of your relationships in the
  758. 29:48development of money-making skills
  759. 29:50there's skills that help you make money
  760. 29:52MH money making money is a skill MH if
  761. 29:56you don't make money you have not
  762. 29:58develop the skill of making money and
  763. 30:00for you to consider that you have is a
  764. 30:03lie MH so if you look at your bank
  765. 30:05account and your bank account reflects x
  766. 30:08amount of balance it's a direct
  767. 30:10correlation on your level of skill when
  768. 30:14it comes to making money if it's low
  769. 30:16well my friend you don't know how to
  770. 30:18make money if it's high my friend you
  771. 30:20know how to make money and there's
  772. 30:22different proportions and different
  773. 30:23levels to that now there are instances
  774. 30:26of luck I'm not saying that luck doesn't
  775. 30:28exist but I also understand that I can
  776. 30:31create my own luck by increasing my odds
  777. 30:33of success who I surround myself with
  778. 30:36what I listen to how I educate myself
  779. 30:39who I listen to what I do with my daily
  780. 30:42habits and eventually I can turn this
  781. 30:47unlucky beginning or the cards that I've
  782. 30:49been dealt of being an immigrant having
  783. 30:51$200 flying from Argentina in the flight
  784. 30:54attendant chair because somebody I
  785. 30:56couldn't even get a coach
  786. 30:59right to becoming a
  787. 31:01multi-millionaire I'm pretty curious
  788. 31:04then a lot of people are talking these
  789. 31:07days about the energy that you have
  790. 31:09during the day you have 24 hours the
  791. 31:12time it's OB obviously very clear but
  792. 31:16your
  793. 31:17energy how do you give something your
  794. 31:20energy like on what places and what
  795. 31:23things how do you spend your energy well
  796. 31:26first you need to know what your goal is
  797. 31:28is M most people walk around with no
  798. 31:30goals no ambition they don't know where
  799. 31:32they're going it's like a ship with no
  800. 31:36destination if you don't know where
  801. 31:37you're going you'll never get there once
  802. 31:39you know where you want to go then you
  803. 31:41direct your time your energy and your
  804. 31:43attention to what to the execution and
  805. 31:46the achievement of that goal if you want
  806. 31:49to make money you will make money if you
  807. 31:53want a good Network you will have a good
  808. 31:55network if you want to build a great
  809. 31:57podcast with great hosts and great
  810. 31:59guests you will build a podcast in that
  811. 32:02way it's all about intention but most
  812. 32:05people walk around with in life thinking
  813. 32:07that life is just a big fat Lottery and
  814. 32:09it's just not that case those that live
  815. 32:11by the lottery of Life most likely end
  816. 32:14up losing because you're just gambling I
  817. 32:17don't want to gamble with my life so
  818. 32:18what I do is I set a goal and then I
  819. 32:20focus my time energy and attention which
  820. 32:22truly are the only assets that you have
  821. 32:24so when a lot of people come to me
  822. 32:25they're like Luke I have nothing brother
  823. 32:28you and I have the same exact thing time
  824. 32:29energy and
  825. 32:31attention but what you use your time for
  826. 32:33it doesn't yield a return what I use my
  827. 32:36time for yields a return you get paid in
  828. 32:39proportion to the difficulty of the
  829. 32:40problems that you solve Elon mus said
  830. 32:42that once you get paid in proportion to
  831. 32:45the difficulty of the problems that you
  832. 32:46solve most people that don't make money
  833. 32:48they don't solve problems MH they don't
  834. 32:50spot problems they don't capitalize on
  835. 32:53problems if you if you solve small
  836. 32:55problems you'll get paid very little the
  837. 32:57guy flipping the patties like Tate says
  838. 32:59somebody's got to flip the [ __ ]
  839. 33:01Burgers that's true but they solve very
  840. 33:04small problems they get paid in
  841. 33:06proportion to what solving that problem
  842. 33:08you put a man on Mars you'll get paid in
  843. 33:10proportion to solving that problem so
  844. 33:12you need to focus your time your energy
  845. 33:14and attention to solving big problems
  846. 33:17and hopefully your goal is to serve
  847. 33:18Humanity so you align your goal in a
  848. 33:23with a servant's heart of providing for
  849. 33:25Humanity and of course there's scammers
  850. 33:27out there there's people that aren't
  851. 33:29aren't good but I'm not talking about
  852. 33:31those I'm not talking to those people
  853. 33:32I'm talking about people I want to build
  854. 33:33real sustainable
  855. 33:36and scalable
  856. 33:39businesses that is going to require time
  857. 33:41energy and attention but you need to
  858. 33:43know where you're going what were the
  859. 33:45goals that you had when you came over to
  860. 33:47the states with the $200 and and did you
  861. 33:50have the big goals or did you have to
  862. 33:52figure them out yet or did you have a
  863. 33:53very clear goal as you have right now my
  864. 33:55goal was freedom
  865. 33:57mhm that's it mhm and I had freedom when
  866. 34:00I was living in my brother's apartment
  867. 34:03spending $200 a month in rent sleeping
  868. 34:05on his on his couch I had freedom now
  869. 34:10Freedom needs to be earned but it also
  870. 34:12needs to be maintained naal rant
  871. 34:15famously
  872. 34:16said people that live beyond their
  873. 34:21means do not experience
  874. 34:23peace then he says people that live
  875. 34:27below their means will experience a
  876. 34:29level of peace that those above their
  877. 34:30means will never experience so Freedom
  878. 34:33can be experienced you don't have to be
  879. 34:34making a ton of money so my objective
  880. 34:36was Freedom right and I achieved that by
  881. 34:39sleeping
  882. 34:41$200 uh a month on a on a on a couch to
  883. 34:44them Focus what my time energy and
  884. 34:47attention to making more money but a lot
  885. 34:49of [ __ ] live beyond their means
  886. 34:50their time and energy and focus is is
  887. 34:52what spent on paying their bills MH
  888. 34:54they're in a relationship that's toxic
  889. 34:57that is not supporting their Endeavors
  890. 34:58and their goals so they spend their time
  891. 35:00energy and attention supplying that
  892. 35:02person they're friends right they're not
  893. 35:05good friends so they spend their time
  894. 35:06energy and attention with people that
  895. 35:08are not Roi positive and their daily
  896. 35:11actions and their habits right they
  897. 35:13spend their time energy and attention on
  898. 35:15those things that yield no result I had
  899. 35:17good relationships good friendships good
  900. 35:20networking good habits and I live below
  901. 35:23my means so that I could focus my time
  902. 35:25energy and attention on making money how
  903. 35:28should one go about finding out for
  904. 35:30themselves if they're on the right path
  905. 35:32or no because if you say it like that
  906. 35:34it's very easy but I can imagine that
  907. 35:36there are people listening and thinking
  908. 35:38I really love my girl we fight sometimes
  909. 35:41but then she makes me happy sometimes as
  910. 35:42well do I need to skip her or do I need
  911. 35:45to stay with her so how do you go about
  912. 35:47finding out for yourself if you're
  913. 35:49allocating your time right if you're
  914. 35:50with the right person how do you figure
  915. 35:52it out you need to know your goal you
  916. 35:55need to establish your goal and then you
  917. 35:57need need to ask yourself if what you're
  918. 35:59doing is purposeful and beneficial to
  919. 36:03the achievement of your goal mhm a good
  920. 36:05thing at the wrong time can become a bad
  921. 36:10thing it's like giving a razor to a baby
  922. 36:14and expecting the baby not to cut
  923. 36:15himself but when you give the razor to a
  924. 36:18man MH the man knows how to use it so
  925. 36:21the issue may not be the relationship
  926. 36:22the issue may not be the girl the issue
  927. 36:24may be your inability to establish goals
  928. 36:26to establish balance boundaries and
  929. 36:28therefore to be in an environment where
  930. 36:31you can still pursue your goals
  931. 36:33effectively a good thing at the wrong
  932. 36:35time may be a bad thing the relationship
  933. 36:36may not be a bad thing it may just not
  934. 36:39be the right time MH so how does one go
  935. 36:42about setting goals because sometimes
  936. 36:44you hear about these things like set a
  937. 36:46date set a number uh make it conceive it
  938. 36:49see it every day how do you go go about
  939. 36:51making goals that that really give you a
  940. 36:54goal to work towards I often talk about
  941. 36:56the Symphony of success mhm what does
  942. 36:59succcess sound like to you not what
  943. 37:02success means to me not what success
  944. 37:04means to your parents to your friends to
  945. 37:07the system what does success sound like
  946. 37:11to you what is your Symphony of success
  947. 37:12when you hear successful living a
  948. 37:14successful life what comes to mind MH
  949. 37:17for a musician it may be be really good
  950. 37:20at playing an
  951. 37:22instrument for me it may be developing a
  952. 37:25phenomenal business mhm for an athlete
  953. 37:28it may be developing a great athletic
  954. 37:30career what is your Symphony of success
  955. 37:32it really depends on the individual
  956. 37:34that's why there's no one spectrum of
  957. 37:36success there is one number to achieve
  958. 37:38that defines success that is my
  959. 37:40definition of success but that is for me
  960. 37:43why because every person beautifully has
  961. 37:46been created to have their own
  962. 37:49specificity so you have your own dreams
  963. 37:52you have your own Ambitions you have
  964. 37:53your own Symphony of success you need to
  965. 37:55find that and how you find it from
  966. 37:58deprogramming from the [ __ ] that
  967. 38:01everybody else has told you of what it
  968. 38:03means to be successful mhm you need to
  969. 38:06stop listening to others and start
  970. 38:08listening to yourself but the problem is
  971. 38:10nobody knows how to listen to themselves
  972. 38:12they're scrolling on Tik Tok music gone
  973. 38:14loud every day when they're driving
  974. 38:16[ __ ] radio turned on when they're
  975. 38:18home scrolling on their phones when they
  976. 38:20ask for opinions they ask for opinions
  977. 38:22from other people they ain't even asking
  978. 38:23opinions from themselves they're going
  979. 38:25to a [ __ ] psychologist asking a
  980. 38:26psychologist just for wisdom and advice
  981. 38:29on how to live their lives and they're
  982. 38:31paying this [ __ ] money and all
  983. 38:33you are is a client so might as well
  984. 38:34keep this person sick as long as
  985. 38:36possible or deranged or in the loop of
  986. 38:38coming and sitting on the chair why
  987. 38:40because they're paying for the [ __ ]
  988. 38:42mortgage when is the last time you sat
  989. 38:44down and defined your Symphony of
  990. 38:45success what does success look like to
  991. 38:48you to me it's not having a ton of
  992. 38:50properties and living in a big fat box
  993. 38:52and having a ton of supercars no to me
  994. 38:55it's
  995. 38:55freedom and I found that early on now I
  996. 38:59just am able to experience a different
  997. 39:00level of Freedom with more toys and more
  998. 39:03things and I can bring people along that
  999. 39:05Journey with me to enjoy it that is my
1000. 39:07Symphony of success and if I was
1001. 39:10to cater or falter to what other people
1002. 39:14told me what success was then I have
  1003. 39:18gone from successful to
1004. 39:20unsuccessful okay but you say freedom
1005. 39:23when you come to America do you say you
1006. 39:26actually if experience that freedom
1007. 39:28right but then you already achieved your
1008. 39:31goal and then you want to maintain it
  1009. 39:34but it's like a happy person that wants
1010. 39:36to stay happy right he's going to do
1011. 39:39everything to keep his happiness but
1012. 39:41that actually makes him more sad because
1013. 39:44you cannot always stay happy all the
1014. 39:47time how does that go with freedom
  1015. 39:49because sometimes you have
1016. 39:52to maybe work like you said like you're
1017. 39:55sleeping on the couch and you have to
1018. 39:57work you have to do s uh door Todo sales
1019. 40:00you have to do other stuff that's not
1020. 40:02actually really Freedom right so what
1021. 40:04was your purpose then when you came to
1022. 40:07the US like you experienc freedom but
1023. 40:11what goal was next for you then well you
1024. 40:14defined two different things you the
1025. 40:16first thing you mentioned was happiness
1026. 40:19yeah happiness is an emotion so it comes
  1027. 40:21and goes so anybody that's pursuing
  1028. 40:23something that's
1029. 40:24fleeting will not be able to hold on to
1030. 40:27it why because you cannot be a happy
1031. 40:29person all the time so to pursue
1032. 40:32happiness is an unachievable goal but to
1033. 40:36pursue freedom freedom is a state of
1034. 40:39mind right freedom is a state of being
1035. 40:42it's not an emotion I can still be sad
  1036. 40:44and be
1037. 40:45free I can still be happy and be free so
  1038. 40:49if somebody that's like well I want to
1039. 40:50be a happy person well good luck bro
1040. 40:53good luck good luck being free right
1041. 40:55good luck being happy it's to different
1042. 40:57things this idea of being happy is this
1043. 41:01concept that people have been sold right
1044. 41:04that life is about happiness but what if
1045. 41:07life wasn't about happiness what if life
1046. 41:10is about experiencing every aspect and
1047. 41:12every emotion that life has wouldn't you
1048. 41:15want to experience the full set in range
  1049. 41:18of
1050. 41:18emotions that life has to offer you the
1051. 41:21sadness the heartbreaks The Joy right
  1052. 41:24you can't have happiness without sorrow
1053. 41:26mhm you you can't have pleasure without
1054. 41:28pain and to neglect one thing is to
  1055. 41:31neglect
1056. 41:32life so why would you neglect these
1057. 41:35things and in order for you to achieve
1058. 41:37Freedom you need to be able to
1059. 41:40understand that you need to be
1060. 41:41unwaveringly decided to enjoy every
1061. 41:45aspect of EX of the experience of life
1062. 41:47and the problem is most of the aspects
1063. 41:49of experiencing life fully are haltered
1064. 41:54or deterred or slowed down by the bus
1065. 41:57buiness of Life the unpr unproductive
1066. 42:00things of Life the 9 to5 MH the only
  1067. 42:03reason you have a 9 to5 people like well
  1068. 42:07I have
  1069. 42:08responsibilities you establish these
1070. 42:10responsibilities on yourself mhm you
1071. 42:13decided how much you were going to pay
1072. 42:14for rent you decided how much you were
1073. 42:17going to pay for that car you have a kid
  1074. 42:20you decide to [ __ ] that
  1075. 42:22[ __ ] it's your responsibility every
1076. 42:25every aspect of your life
1077. 42:28every responsibility that you have is
1078. 42:29self-imposed for the most part there are
1079. 42:32exceptions so your question is how much
1080. 42:34responsibility do you want look at a
  1081. 42:36[ __ ] dog bro zero responsibilities
1082. 42:39Liv is happy as hell yeah true true
  1083. 42:42there's a there's an ancient proverb
  1084. 42:45that
1085. 42:46says walk like a turtle sleep like a dog
  1086. 42:50and you'll be
1087. 42:52happy so I wonder it seems to me that
1088. 42:55you've on the one hand taken a lot of
1089. 42:57time to um develop yourself on the
  1090. 43:00business side you've made money you've
1091. 43:03had some very successful businesses
1092. 43:05which takes up quite a lot of time but
1093. 43:07you also seem to me to have a lot of
1094. 43:09knowledge or at least have a lot of have
  1095. 43:12done a a lot of self-reflection to
1096. 43:14understand more about the world as you
1097. 43:16see it and the world as you think it
1098. 43:20works did you have time in the time when
1099. 43:23you came to the US you started the grind
1100. 43:25as most people call it did you have time
1101. 43:28to reflect as well in that time to
1102. 43:29really get to know yourself or did this
1103. 43:31come at a later time when you had some
1104. 43:33money and took time to reflect in
1105. 43:35yourself because what I noticed is even
  1106. 43:38though I'm an entrepreneur and I try to
1107. 43:39be free as we all want to be freedom is
1108. 43:42the the name of the game I end up
1109. 43:45getting into my own red race which is
  1110. 43:47even though I'm not working 9 to5 the
1111. 43:49red race I created for myself which is
  1112. 43:51working 5 to n flipped it around and I
1113. 43:56end up not having time to reflect on
1114. 43:58what I really want or really want to do
1115. 44:00and things slowly start to become
1116. 44:02business goals instead of living out of
1117. 44:06purpose did you always have the time to
  1118. 44:08live from purpose and
1119. 44:10reflect or how did you position your
1120. 44:13time to be able to do that you're
1121. 44:15wearing a nice suit today thank you your
1122. 44:19hair looks good thank you did you look
  1123. 44:21in the
  1124. 44:22mirror I think I did yeah reflect comes
1125. 44:26from the reflection C of the mirror mhm
1126. 44:29you had time for the outer canvas you
1127. 44:32have time for the inner
  1128. 44:34canvas it's all what you deem a priority
  1129. 44:37my friend
1130. 44:39true how did you go about that when you
  1131. 44:41were for example uh doing e-commerce
1132. 44:44which I can imagine is quite a busy job
1133. 44:47or busy business to be engaged in how
1134. 44:50did you prision your time did you put in
1135. 44:53an hour every day to reflect on yourself
1136. 44:55or was it just a cons thing which you
1137. 44:57did whenever it came to you there's two
  1138. 45:00types of ways of
1139. 45:03meditating you can say hey I'm going to
1140. 45:06go sit on this yoga mat close my eyes
1141. 45:08and try to clear my mind or you can be
1142. 45:11in a state of meditation what this means
  1143. 45:14is that you're consciously aware you're
1144. 45:16always reflecting you talk bad to an
1145. 45:19employee you yell at the employee hm why
1146. 45:22did I do that where did that come from
  1147. 45:25oh I lost money on a trade why do I feel
1148. 45:28anxious why did I feel like I had to
  1149. 45:30place that
1150. 45:32trade you see somebody driving in a nice
1151. 45:34car you get a little bit jealous why am
1152. 45:37I jealous where is this where is this
1153. 45:39feeling coming from MH so you can either
1154. 45:43meditate upon things or you can live in
1155. 45:46a state of meditation whereby you are
1156. 45:48always reflecting on who you are and
1157. 45:51what is being displayed because the
1158. 45:53World shows you who you are if you watch
1159. 45:56and pay attention why because you are a
1160. 45:58reflection of it so what you see in the
  1161. 46:00exterior is a reflection of what's
1162. 46:02Happening inside but you can change
1163. 46:04what's inside so this idea of not having
  1164. 46:06any time it's most likely a Time
1165. 46:09allocation thing of time energy and
1166. 46:12attention if you have time energy and
1167. 46:14attention to reflect on the internal
  1168. 46:16then you'll look extremely nice we
1169. 46:18interrupt this episode because you are
1170. 46:20wasting time and if you're not wasting
  1171. 46:23time then you're probably wasting money
1172. 46:26these days if you quickly want to find
  1173. 46:28something on YouTube you're probably
1174. 46:31spending one to two or 3 minutes just
  1175. 46:33watching non-skippable ads because I
1176. 46:35guess YouTube is got to get their ad
1177. 46:37rates up so a lot of people started
1178. 46:40using YouTube premium but YouTube
1179. 46:42premium these days is expensive as hell
  1180. 46:44because you're in the Netherlands paying
  1181. 46:46€1 a month and in the states I think $12
  1182. 46:49or $13 a month so quite expensive I
1183. 46:53recently found out that in Turkey
1184. 46:56YouTube premium is 1/10th of the price
1185. 46:58in Turkey you pay about €150 a month but
1186. 47:02how do I get my Ure premium from Turkey
1187. 47:06do I have to move there do I have to
1188. 47:08speak Turkish no none of that is needed
1189. 47:10because of the sponsor of this episode
1190. 47:12nor VPN with North VPN you can change
1191. 47:14your IP location to different places
1192. 47:17around the world and turkey is one of
1193. 47:19those places so what are we going to do
1194. 47:21we're going to set our IP location to
1195. 47:24Turkey set up a YouTube account and get
1196. 47:27a ual premium subscription this
1197. 47:29subscription will be in Lera and will be
1198. 47:32way cheaper than if you set it up in the
1199. 47:33Netherlands the states or in
  1200. 47:35Canada you will be paying only €150 a
1201. 47:39month just change your location back to
1202. 47:41wherever you're at and you will be able
1203. 47:44to use your YouTube account just as
1204. 47:47normal no changes the only changes are
1205. 47:50the price so stop being a thief of your
1206. 47:53own wallet and set up your cheap you
1207. 47:57your premium account and the best thing
  1208. 47:59is if you get a n VPN subscription
1209. 48:02through the link in our description you
1210. 48:03can get it for just a couple coffee a
1211. 48:05month and with your North VPN
1212. 48:07subscription and the new Turkish yoube
1213. 48:10premium subscription you will still be
1214. 48:12about 50% cheaper off than if you were
  1215. 48:15to get a YouTube's premium account in
  1216. 48:18your own country
1217. 48:19so get nor VPN get all the other
1218. 48:23benefits so you can safely use the
1219. 48:24internet you can watch movies on n or
1220. 48:27HBO from other countries around the
1221. 48:28world because you can change your IP
1222. 48:30location get it now click the link in
  1223. 48:33the description we've got a 30-day money
1224. 48:35back guarantee so if it's not working or
1225. 48:37you're not satisfied you can get your
1226. 48:39money back click the link in the
1227. 48:40description and we're going to get back
1228. 48:42to the episode also said like earlier in
1229. 48:45this conversation that someone has to
1230. 48:48look at him or herself and ask what or
1231. 48:53who they want to become like what is the
1232. 48:55person uh in three years and who do how
1233. 48:58do you want to look who who want you to
1234. 49:01be um and I'm really curious like when
1235. 49:05you were like 16 or 18 now you are like
  1236. 49:08how old are you 20 28 28 so 10 years ago
  1237. 49:12when you were like
1238. 49:1518 who do you want to be like what kind
1239. 49:18of person the best version of myself and
1240. 49:22who was that for you I have yet to tell
1241. 49:23you brother I'll let you know when I die
  1242. 49:27a work in progress I can't tell you
  1243. 49:29whether I'm successful successful or not
1244. 49:31now I I'll tell you on my deathbed why
  1245. 49:34because it's a progressive realization
  1246. 49:36of yourself you're consistently
1247. 49:39realizing that you can become better and
1248. 49:41better and better it's like going to one
1249. 49:45skyscraper and being able to see the
  1250. 49:47surroundings versus seeing something
1251. 49:49from the floor level you can't see what
1252. 49:51you can't see so my goal is just to
1253. 49:53become better and better and better not
  1254. 49:55self-sabotage
1255. 49:57not be a liar not be a hypocrite be
1256. 50:01authentic and in the authenticity I can
1257. 50:04climb levels become better and the more
1258. 50:07I can see right the clearer life becomes
1259. 50:11so maybe in 10 years my definition of
1260. 50:13success completely changes who knows bro
1261. 50:16that's the beauty of Life yeah is
1262. 50:18Everything Changes consistently as you
1263. 50:19Garden more information so 10 years ago
1264. 50:22I was like dude I just want to be free
  1265. 50:24today I'll tell you the same thing I'm a
  1266. 50:26free man
1267. 50:27mhm right but I get to enjoy things
1268. 50:30pretty nicely I get to build my
  1269. 50:33character I get to spend time reading I
1270. 50:35get to spend time hanging out with you
1271. 50:37guys hanging out with friends I get to
1272. 50:39build businesses that are no longer
1273. 50:41based off of just money I was talking
1274. 50:42with a buddy who drove me here uh
1275. 50:45Alexander and he was basically telling
1276. 50:47me hey like what have you been working
1277. 50:49on the last two years I'm like the same
  1278. 50:50thing I've been I've been working on
1279. 50:52Capital Club and to a lot of
  1280. 50:54entrepreneurs that's a shock cuz it's
  1281. 50:55like how's Capital Club Club making
  1282. 50:57money I like I don't have to make money
1283. 50:58every day I've already made money if all
1284. 51:02my life is built around making money
  1285. 51:05then I'm just like you mentioned a rat
1286. 51:07in my own race MH I do not want to be a
1287. 51:10fat rat in the race of life it doesn't
  1288. 51:13matter because I'm still a [ __ ] rat
  1289. 51:15you know what I mean
1290. 51:16so sometimes you do things for
1291. 51:19money sometimes you do them for get to
1292. 51:21get paid sometimes you do them for
1293. 51:23pleasure sometimes you do them for
1294. 51:25profit sometimes you do them for passion
1295. 51:27and it's in the beauty of doing these
1296. 51:28things and evolving and experiencing
1297. 51:30different things of life that you get to
  1298. 51:32become well-rounded and my objective is
1299. 51:35to become the best version of myself I
1300. 51:37don't know what the best version of
  1301. 51:38myself is I just know the sky's the
1302. 51:41limit yeah and when you ask those
  1303. 51:43questions right like you're reflecting
1304. 51:46on yourself and you ask the questions
1305. 51:48why I'm doing this or why am I getting
1306. 51:51mad or why am am I feeling these
1307. 51:54emotions a lot of times we have a lot of
1308. 51:57conversations about this you can ask the
1309. 52:00question why and you can have the answer
1310. 52:04but then you have to do something with
1311. 52:06that answer and when you have like a
1312. 52:09busy life you have a lot of not a lot of
1313. 52:12energy left not a lot of attention or
1314. 52:14time left and to then like change your
1315. 52:19character because you ask a lot of why
1316. 52:21questions so you know that you can
1317. 52:23become better right maybe you want to
1318. 52:25quit smoking maybe you want want to
1319. 52:27exercise more maybe you want to eat more
1320. 52:29healthier but it's not always the time
1321. 52:33to do that right or do you think that
1322. 52:35when you have the realization that you
1323. 52:37can do better you have to do better how
1324. 52:39do you think about that I think that
1325. 52:41there's a season in life for everything
  1326. 52:44mhm there's a season for money there's a
  1327. 52:47season for fun there's a season for hard
1328. 52:50work you have to determine that season
1329. 52:53based on your goals right so for me
1330. 52:57at some point right I realized that my
1331. 53:00health was more important than the money
1332. 53:02why because I began to understand what
1333. 53:04wealth was by definition wealth people
1334. 53:07are like oh this person's wealthy well
1335. 53:08what does it mean to be wealthy what
1336. 53:11does it mean is it just money MH that's
  1337. 53:13what everybody's told us oh this
  1338. 53:14person's wealthy you know they're a
  1339. 53:16billionaire they're wealthy but are they
1340. 53:18will really wealthy or they are they
  1341. 53:19just a person that has
1342. 53:21money wealth by definition my friend is
  1343. 53:23not money it's
1344. 53:25abundance abundance do you live an
1345. 53:27Abundant Life are you healthy do people
1346. 53:30love you do you love people do you walk
1347. 53:33around with joy and gratitude are you
1348. 53:36financially stable are you are you free
1349. 53:39do you have the ability to do what you
1350. 53:40want wherever you want however you want
1351. 53:43MH This Is wealth wealth is abundance so
1352. 53:47if you're lacking in an area of your
1353. 53:49life to create true wealth you should
1354. 53:52focus on those things right so at some
1355. 53:54point it's okay to make less money so
1356. 53:56you can spend more time developing your
1357. 53:59health at some point I was talking with
  1358. 54:01a with a guy out of
  1359. 54:04Singapore we had a conversation for
  1360. 54:06Capitol Club it's coming this
  1361. 54:09summer and he he's done over $700
1362. 54:12million in real estate development and
  1363. 54:14just sold that right like a [ __ ] ton of
1364. 54:16money and he said people spend 20,000
1365. 54:19hours developing their business skills
  1366. 54:23but they don't spend a single hour
  1367. 54:25developing their family
  1368. 54:28skills and he's like isn't that
  1369. 54:32important and I'm like yeah bro it's
  1370. 54:34[ __ ] important he's like yeah so I
1371. 54:36already put in my 20,000 hours in
  1372. 54:38business I'm going to spend 20,000 hours
  1373. 54:40with my
1374. 54:41family to develop how to be a good
1375. 54:44husband and how to be a good father and
1376. 54:46how to be a good man why because he
1377. 54:49understands what wealth means abundance
  1378. 54:52and it's in understanding these
1379. 54:54conversations and then speaking with
1380. 54:55different people that your goals begin
1381. 54:57to be realigned mhm right that's the the
1382. 55:00entire premise of playing the game but
1383. 55:02if you're in the rat race it's the same
  1384. 55:04Loop and the same [ __ ] time and time
1385. 55:06again day and day again no wonder you
  1386. 55:09live a life of misery because you're not
  1387. 55:11living your fullest potential you're not
1388. 55:13living and being and having a life of
  1389. 55:16abundance you're merely a cog in the
1390. 55:18machine of life because you have
1391. 55:22surrendered to the dreams and Ambitions
  1392. 55:24of other men MH
1393. 55:27through social media pushed upon you
1394. 55:29probably the system brother so who's the
1395. 55:32person you look at saying they're truly
1396. 55:33wealthy in the way you describe
  1397. 55:37it I don't know because I don't know the
  1398. 55:40intricacies of people's lives true yeah
1399. 55:43all I can ask myself is am I living
  1400. 55:45authentically and am I pursuing a life
  1401. 55:48of well-rounded balanced wealth and
  1402. 55:51right now I think I am there's always
1403. 55:54areas to work on but uh when we do a
1404. 55:57second podcast I think uh you guys will
1405. 56:00be able to see some improvements on my
1406. 56:02end as well so cool so what's your focus
1407. 56:05right now because you said everything is
1408. 56:06in a season usually what season are you
1409. 56:09in at the moment I'm in the season of
1410. 56:11building Capital Club you know in
1411. 56:132019 I had gotten scammed pretty big
1412. 56:16scam uh in in an investment it was
  1413. 56:19almost a million dollars
1414. 56:21900,000 and I was like dang you know I'm
1415. 56:24a poor person with money that's what
1416. 56:27I was like I got money but I'm kind of
1417. 56:28stupid yeah nice okay you know you know
1418. 56:31you've seen those crypto guys you know
1419. 56:33they make they make some money but
  1420. 56:34they're dumb we've been to Dubai
  1421. 56:36before they're all over brother they're
1422. 56:38in Miami as well they're in La okay
1423. 56:40haven't been there yet but we'll find
1424. 56:42out so there's this saying if if you
  1425. 56:44make a million dollars you best become a
1426. 56:46millionaire if not you will lose it yeah
  1427. 56:49so I realized in 2019 I was a poor
1428. 56:51person with money I had no network I had
  1429. 56:53no
  1430. 56:54connections I didn't really have much
1431. 56:56than more than just money and I said if
  1432. 56:58money is all I have then I don't have
1433. 56:59much and I know that may sound difficult
1434. 57:01for people that don't have money because
1435. 57:02money is such an important thing MH but
1436. 57:05once you have money you need to be able
1437. 57:07to develop the skills to what maintain
  1438. 57:09money so in my bedroom 2019 I launched
1439. 57:11Capital Club why because I wanted to
1440. 57:13create a network and an environment for
1441. 57:15me what did I need as an entrepreneur I
1442. 57:17haven't created Capital Club for other
  1443. 57:19people I created Capital Club knowing
1444. 57:21what I needed as an entrepreneur and it
1445. 57:23just happens to resonate with everybody
1446. 57:25else cuz guess what we're all human
1447. 57:26so maybe we need all similar things we
1448. 57:30need good relationships good networks
1449. 57:32trusted mentors trusted mentees trusted
1450. 57:36peers right that you can be authentic
  1451. 57:39with I mean Alexander's here watching
  1452. 57:41from backstage he's been to every
1453. 57:43Capitol Club event and the reason
1454. 57:46members continue coming back and back
  1455. 57:47again is because there's an environment
  1456. 57:49of
  1457. 57:49authenticity giving without expecting
1458. 57:52and my entire premise was to create that
  1459. 57:56so I created that in 2019 and that's
1460. 57:58kind of what I've been working on for
1461. 57:59the last couple years but I was working
1462. 58:01on it from the elite perspective right
1463. 58:03it was the membership was
  1464. 58:05$15,000 uh a a very famous gamer just
1465. 58:08messaged me today to join Capitol Club
  1466. 58:11his name's I think it's pronounced
1467. 58:13Mongrel and uh he's a big guy from FaZe
1468. 58:17Clan okay uh and he actually has made
1469. 58:20millions of dollars gaming and he
  1470. 58:22messaged me he's like hey can I join
  1471. 58:24Capital Club that guy has 15 ,000 to
1472. 58:26join a yearly membership and that make
  1473. 58:28that guy makes a [ __ ] ton of
1474. 58:29money but on the other hand what could I
  1475. 58:32do for the percents making $5,000 a
  1476. 58:34month that's making $10,000 a month
  1477. 58:37that's an aspiring entrepreneur so I
1478. 58:39decided to create the Capital Club
  1479. 58:40membership and that is a dollar a day
1480. 58:43right dollar a day and the reason was
  1481. 58:46very simple when I was waiting tables I
1482. 58:49had the opportunity once to wait tables
1483. 58:50for Jeff Bezos he left me 15% tip I
  1484. 58:53still remember he didn't interact with
  1485. 58:55me didn't interact with him but I was
1486. 58:57working in an environment where a lot of
  1487. 58:59entrepreneurs came a lot of businessmen
1488. 59:01came a lot of people that work for the
1489. 59:02government there was a lot of important
1490. 59:04people and once you know I caught the
1491. 59:07attention of this one guy and I said hey
1492. 59:09can I take you out for coffee and he
1493. 59:11said yes why because we had a background
1494. 59:14you know he used to do sales I love
1495. 59:16sales things of this nature so he was
1496. 59:18like hey yeah let's sit down and talk
1497. 59:20and I paid for that coffee because
1498. 59:22that's all I could afford MH so my
1499. 59:24entire premise of building this
1500. 59:26membership for entrepreneurs to join
  1501. 59:28that are aspiring entrepreneurs
  1502. 59:29developing entrepreneurs was I want
  1503. 59:31people to have a network mentors
1504. 59:34relationship and Academy and experience
1505. 59:36to develop for less than the price of a
  1506. 59:38[ __ ] cup of coffee great and that's
  1507. 59:41the entire premise for a dollar a day
1508. 59:44nice and how big is
  1509. 59:46it well right
  1510. 59:49now it's not open it's not open and
1511. 59:53that's because we well by the time the
  1512. 59:56this podcast release it'll probably be
1513. 59:57open but our weight list is about 40,000
  1514. 59:59people 40,000 40,000 people is the
1515. 1:00:02weight list and the weight list has been
1516. 1:00:04building for a long time our our high
1517. 1:00:06tier membership our weight my weight
  1518. 1:00:08list is about 400 people there's only
1519. 1:00:10150 that actually are part of the
1520. 1:00:13network because quality matters more
1521. 1:00:16than quantity it does I learned this
  1522. 1:00:19from
1523. 1:00:20leonitis leonitis in the 300 mhm they
1524. 1:00:24yeah they lost to Persia but they one
1525. 1:00:26hell of a battle and sometimes you just
  1526. 1:00:28need 300 bad [ __ ] in your
1527. 1:00:30circle that are all about protecting the
1528. 1:00:33circle and are about integrity and unity
1529. 1:00:36and authenticity and vulnerability and
1530. 1:00:40really care about each other to do big
1531. 1:00:43things but if I can translate this to
1532. 1:00:46tens of thousands and hundred thousands
1533. 1:00:47of people potentially we can change the
1534. 1:00:52world part of the side quest pretty cool
  1535. 1:00:56crazy man okay that's that's insane so
1536. 1:00:58how do you go about helping that many
  1537. 1:01:00people cuz they've got I think pretty
1538. 1:01:03different goals maybe so what are couple
1539. 1:01:05of the things that you think
1540. 1:01:07entrepreneurs should know or should
1541. 1:01:09develop in that all those thousands of
1542. 1:01:12people got in common that they need to
1543. 1:01:14develop to become their wealthy self I
1544. 1:01:18often tell people that every man needs
1545. 1:01:20three relationships in their life in
1546. 1:01:21order for you to have Balanced Life as a
1547. 1:01:24man you need three relationship ships
1548. 1:01:26first you need a mentor somebody that
1549. 1:01:28has gone the path that you want to go
1550. 1:01:30that can instruct you and take you down
1551. 1:01:32the road avoiding the pitfalls and
1552. 1:01:35avoiding the mistakes and avoiding the
1553. 1:01:37troubles that come that way you need a
1554. 1:01:40peer somebody that is at your level at
1555. 1:01:42your equal that you can Mastermind with
1556. 1:01:44that you can build a think tank that you
1557. 1:01:46can go back and forth and discuss and
1558. 1:01:48argue and develop business and then you
  1559. 1:01:51need a mentee whether it's your young
1560. 1:01:53brother or somebody that you bring into
1561. 1:01:56your business or an employee somebody
1562. 1:01:58that you pour yourself into why because
1563. 1:02:00those people keep you accountable those
1564. 1:02:02people are the ones that check you you
1565. 1:02:03know you often have your little sibling
  1566. 1:02:05He he'll ask you questions and he'll
1567. 1:02:07check you with with authenticity and
  1568. 1:02:09honesty and ask you [ __ ] you're like oh
  1569. 1:02:10whoa like this this kid's paying
1570. 1:02:12attention right so every man in his life
1571. 1:02:15needs three relationships and under
1572. 1:02:16those three relationships Capital Cod
1573. 1:02:17has been built mentors peers and mentees
1574. 1:02:22that's why we have different tiers of
1575. 1:02:24Capital Club because the goal isn't just
1576. 1:02:26to receive but it's to give right who
1577. 1:02:29you give to who you network with and who
1578. 1:02:31do you listen to and you can have these
  1579. 1:02:33three relationship in check which I
1580. 1:02:35believe every man needs your goals will
1581. 1:02:38be pursuable regardless of how different
1582. 1:02:41they are can you take us
1583. 1:02:43back to your first event that you did
  1584. 1:02:46with Capital
1585. 1:02:47Club my first event was actually
  1586. 1:02:512000 my first physical
  1587. 1:02:53event whoa 2
1588. 1:02:5719 it was a free event in Los Angeles
  1589. 1:03:00California with a a good buddy of mine
1590. 1:03:04and business partner name is Luca
  1591. 1:03:06Nets uh he's very successful
1592. 1:03:08entrepreneur good friend and we just did
  1593. 1:03:11a free e-commerce event for
1594. 1:03:13entrepreneurs to come and learn no no CH
1595. 1:03:16no charge anything and it was the
  1596. 1:03:18concept of the pop-ups that I've built
1597. 1:03:20worldwide that are attracting literally
  1598. 1:03:22thousands of people it's [ __ ] crazy
1599. 1:03:24it's giving with no expect just creating
  1600. 1:03:26an environment of
  1601. 1:03:28authenticity teaching people allowing
1602. 1:03:31people to hang out free food free
1603. 1:03:34environment come and chill so that was
1604. 1:03:37the first kind of experience then 2020
1605. 1:03:40had my first Elite Mastermind in Mexico
  1606. 1:03:45and that's when we had about 30
  1607. 1:03:47entrepreneurs come out pa a mul th000
1608. 1:03:50ticket to come and that was the first
1609. 1:03:52physical kind of paid event but ever
1610. 1:03:55since then do pop-ups all over the world
1611. 1:03:57Amsterdam Paris New York Miami Los
  1612. 1:04:01Angeles Bali Singapore
1613. 1:04:04Dubai and I create an environment where
  1614. 1:04:07entrepreneurs or aspiring entrepreneurs
1615. 1:04:08can come and hang out right no no no
1616. 1:04:12strings attached just come and chill
1617. 1:04:14these events cost me tens of thousands
1618. 1:04:16of dollars but at the at the sake of
1619. 1:04:19what at the exchange of what people
  1620. 1:04:21having a great time people networking
  1621. 1:04:22people connecting like I mentioned
1622. 1:04:24before at some point when you have money
1623. 1:04:26money is not the most important thing
1624. 1:04:29yeah I would like to have a private jet
  1625. 1:04:30yeah I could buy a private jet but do I
  1626. 1:04:32need a private jet no do I need 10 super
1627. 1:04:36cars they'd be cool do I need them no do
1628. 1:04:39I need a bigger box I just got done
  1629. 1:04:40selling my home it was a $4 million
  1630. 1:04:42house why because I don't need that [ __ ]
1631. 1:04:44MH I had people in my house all day I
  1632. 1:04:46had a gardener I had the [ __ ]
1633. 1:04:47cleaners I had the pool guy I had the
  1634. 1:04:49maintenance guy I had the air
1635. 1:04:51conditioning uh people that would come
1636. 1:04:53when the AC was leaking cuz I live in
1637. 1:04:55Puerto Rico with a mess right so I had
  1638. 1:04:57all these people I'm like
1639. 1:04:59whoa where's my freedom mhm to walk
1640. 1:05:02around in my boxers in my own home you
1641. 1:05:04know what I mean just like normal things
1642. 1:05:07so my entire premise was to create an
1643. 1:05:09environment for entrepreneurs to level
1644. 1:05:11up to ask questions to be themselves
1645. 1:05:16I'll ask a person when they come up to
1646. 1:05:17me first thing hey how much money do you
1647. 1:05:19make you know what do you do for a
1648. 1:05:21living uh where are you currently at in
  1649. 1:05:23your stage and I'll tell them don't lie
1650. 1:05:24to me mhm why because I'm creating this
1651. 1:05:26environment for people to be themselves
1652. 1:05:29because once you know who you are and
1653. 1:05:31you're authentic with yourself and you
1654. 1:05:33don't lie and you don't try to impress
1655. 1:05:34people then you can work on becoming
1656. 1:05:36better so I think Capital Club is net
1657. 1:05:38positive for the world and I think uh
1658. 1:05:41it's going to do great things that's Co
1659. 1:05:43very cool we talk talked about
  1660. 1:05:46wealth I'm very very curious um I think
1661. 1:05:50you maybe later in life want to have
1662. 1:05:53children how do you look at generational
1663. 1:05:57wealth are you do you want to build that
1664. 1:06:00and if it the answer is yes how are you
  1665. 1:06:03going to do
  1666. 1:06:04that
1667. 1:06:06H Finance is the language of the
  1668. 1:06:11elite mentioned this in a podcast
  1669. 1:06:13previously Back In The
  1670. 1:06:15Day The
1671. 1:06:18Peasants they were educated with the
  1672. 1:06:21language of the peasants they didn't
1673. 1:06:22know how to read or write or speak they
1674. 1:06:25just worked in the fields the
1675. 1:06:27Kings the people that ran Society the
1676. 1:06:31feudal Lords they spoke Latin why
1677. 1:06:35because Latin was the language of the
1678. 1:06:38elite at the time the peasants they
1679. 1:06:40would go to the priest to have the
1680. 1:06:44priests read them the Bible why because
1681. 1:06:46well the Bible was written in Latin up
1682. 1:06:48until it was translated in English so
1683. 1:06:51the source of information came from what
1684. 1:06:53the elite today we no longer have Latin
1685. 1:06:56as a language of the elite we have
1686. 1:06:59finances so more instructing people
1687. 1:07:01instead of this transfer of wealth this
1688. 1:07:03this transfer of knowledge of how the
  1689. 1:07:04world Works
1690. 1:07:06MH and whether I have children or not
  1691. 1:07:09it's more
  1692. 1:07:10so I I'm I'm passionate about orphans
  1693. 1:07:13you know there's a lot of children with
1694. 1:07:16no parents uh that have no opportunity
  1695. 1:07:20so once I take care of I I sponsor 38
  1696. 1:07:22orphans right now really it's a it's a
  1697. 1:07:25great Endeavor it's really nice I one of
1698. 1:07:27my Capitol club events uh I'm going to
1699. 1:07:30take my members to um to Thailand where
1700. 1:07:34I actually have uh a lot of orphans that
1701. 1:07:37I take care of to see if they sponsor a
1702. 1:07:39couple orphans themselves do some good
  1703. 1:07:40[ __ ] with their
1704. 1:07:41money and whether I have kids or not
1705. 1:07:45it's about teaching people how to go
1706. 1:07:47from peasant to King how to go from Zero
1707. 1:07:49to Hero how to level up how to break the
1708. 1:07:52cycle of poverty and mental poverty and
1709. 1:07:54these Frameworks works of limitation of
  1710. 1:07:56how the world
  1711. 1:07:57works and you don't need to become a
1712. 1:08:00multi-millionaire in order to understand
1713. 1:08:02these things in order to learn these
1714. 1:08:03truths right as long as you are honest
1715. 1:08:07with yourself as long as your life is
1716. 1:08:10well balanced I have met people that are
1717. 1:08:12more joyful in enjoying life with very
1718. 1:08:15little you know they go out and they
1719. 1:08:17fish for their food every day I remember
1720. 1:08:19in Bali the guy didn't know anything
  1721. 1:08:21about
1722. 1:08:22money but the guy would go fish his own
1723. 1:08:25stuff on his little boat come back smile
1724. 1:08:27have a good time time went time passed
1725. 1:08:30slow would hang out in the hammock some
  1726. 1:08:32people be like a this guy's a bum he's
  1727. 1:08:35enjoying himself so if he's enjoying
1728. 1:08:37himself and the guy at the Mansion the
1729. 1:08:38skyscraper is out here scrolling on
1730. 1:08:40Twitter feeling anxious and bitter and
  1731. 1:08:43upset who's living a better life
1732. 1:08:46honestly speaking because at some point
1733. 1:08:49you have a roof over your head you have
1734. 1:08:51food in your mouth you have shelter you
1735. 1:08:53have people that love you everything
1736. 1:08:56else is a commodity and an extra
  1737. 1:08:59so I'll let you know when I have
  1738. 1:09:01children brother hopefully we're at a
1739. 1:09:03place where they can hang out together
1740. 1:09:05yours and mine man it would be great so
1741. 1:09:08I wonder what I notice in a lot of
1742. 1:09:10entrepreneurs and people across the
1743. 1:09:12board is if they strive for something
1744. 1:09:15bigger it may be money or maybe in
  1745. 1:09:18sports there something there's a part of
1746. 1:09:21them that's not content with the place
  1747. 1:09:23they're at right now so I don't have
1748. 1:09:25money right now and I want to be a
1749. 1:09:26millionaire or I'm not the number one in
1750. 1:09:29the world right now but I want to be and
1751. 1:09:32you start working and you have to find
1752. 1:09:34the balance between being content with
1753. 1:09:36the things you do and
1754. 1:09:38achieve all the well staying not content
1755. 1:09:42to keep the fuel to keep working and
1756. 1:09:46developing do you think there is a way
  1757. 1:09:48for people
1758. 1:09:49to be content but all the well be
1759. 1:09:53working to something greater and if yes
1760. 1:09:55how do you go about that because if a
1761. 1:09:57lot of my goals come from some sort of
1762. 1:10:00not being content with where I'm at
1763. 1:10:02right now may it be the money I have the
  1764. 1:10:06body I have a lot of things and if I
1765. 1:10:08would be content I would be like well
  1766. 1:10:10[ __ ] it it's fine I'm good like this
1767. 1:10:12just like the Fisher I'm happy why
  1768. 1:10:13should I do it contentment and
1769. 1:10:16satisfaction are two different things
1770. 1:10:18mhm you can be satisfied with your
  1771. 1:10:21achievements
  1772. 1:10:23but content
1773. 1:10:25at the same time you could be
1774. 1:10:27unsatisfied with your achievements still
1775. 1:10:30content right content is state of being
1776. 1:10:33or you could be unsatisfied with your
1777. 1:10:36achievements and look at the future what
  1778. 1:10:38you haven't accomplished and be
1779. 1:10:40uncontent with your current situations
1780. 1:10:42or your achievements instead of looking
  1781. 1:10:44at the
1782. 1:10:45future right what you haven't been able
1783. 1:10:48to achieve looking into a future that
1784. 1:10:50you haven't created look into the past
  1785. 1:10:53and realize how much progress R you've
1786. 1:10:56made how much better you are today than
1787. 1:10:59you were before and let that progress
1788. 1:11:00fuel you to continue working towards
1789. 1:11:03becoming the next version of yourself
  1790. 1:11:05brother it's the [ __ ] journey of life
1791. 1:11:08it's the it's the the journey the
1792. 1:11:10process is the prize the prize isn't the
  1793. 1:11:13destination it's the process it's who
1794. 1:11:15you become you want to achieve that
1795. 1:11:17perfect you achieve it pull the sing the
1796. 1:11:19Silver Thread have you heard the story
  1797. 1:11:21of the Silver
  1798. 1:11:22Thread there's this tale about the
1799. 1:11:24Silver Thread this small boy he's about
1800. 1:11:27to go to school and he's not content he
1801. 1:11:29doesn't want to go to school as he goes
1802. 1:11:31to school he uh encounters an old lady
1803. 1:11:35right and the old lady says well if you
1804. 1:11:37pull from this ball of yarn that's
1805. 1:11:40silver you can pull it and time will
1806. 1:11:43pass so he's like well I'm going to pull
  1807. 1:11:45it because you know I don't want to I
1808. 1:11:46don't want to I don't want to go to
  1809. 1:11:47summer I just I don't want to be in
1810. 1:11:49school I just want to go to summer so
1811. 1:11:51the little boy says okay I'm going to
1812. 1:11:53take this and the old lady says hey but
1813. 1:11:55there's a catch right once you pull the
1814. 1:11:57thread you can never go back you can
1815. 1:12:00never go back you can only go forward
1816. 1:12:03but you can pull the thread as many
1817. 1:12:05times or as little times as you want so
1818. 1:12:08the little boy pulls the thread boom
1819. 1:12:12summertime he says oh well this is a
  1820. 1:12:14great thing you know I I had I was able
1821. 1:12:17to skip the entire year of school he's
1822. 1:12:19like well what if I skip all of the
1823. 1:12:20years of school so he tugs again boom
1824. 1:12:26University oh well University is tough
1825. 1:12:29you know and uh maybe University isn't
1826. 1:12:32for me what if I can just get straight
1827. 1:12:33to work boom tugs the little ball of
1828. 1:12:37yarn slowly turning from Silver to
1829. 1:12:40Copper decaying in color because it
  1830. 1:12:42represents
1831. 1:12:45time he says you know what I'm in the
  1832. 1:12:47workforce but I'm unhappy because I'm
1833. 1:12:50alone let me pull this thread eventually
1834. 1:12:53to be in a relationship pulls the thread
  1835. 1:12:54boom
  1836. 1:12:56married oh what happened I'm married I
1837. 1:12:58missed my wedding day oh well it's okay
1838. 1:13:01it's not a big deal let me just never
1839. 1:13:02pull this thread again so little time
1840. 1:13:05goes by eventually his wife gets
1841. 1:13:08pregnant the wife gets pregnant has the
1842. 1:13:11baby but then the baby begins to yell
1843. 1:13:13and scream oh man it's I have to deal
1844. 1:13:17with this baby let me pull the thread
  1845. 1:13:19till the baby's grown up a little bit
1846. 1:13:20pulls the thread the child grew
  1847. 1:13:23up eventually
1848. 1:13:25he realizes at an old age that what
1849. 1:13:28happened that he wanted to fast forward
1850. 1:13:31all of his life that he wasn't able to
1851. 1:13:32experience it now the story continues
1852. 1:13:35but the premise is very simple to live
1853. 1:13:38in the future is your inability to live
1854. 1:13:42in the present and people that live in
  1855. 1:13:44the future are often
1856. 1:13:46unhappy why because they want to be
1857. 1:13:49something that they're not look at the
1858. 1:13:52past look at who you've become the
1859. 1:13:54progress that you've made and if you
1860. 1:13:55haven't made a lot of progress just be
  1861. 1:13:57happy at the fact that you're [ __ ]
1862. 1:13:58alive because you have the chance to
1863. 1:14:00make progress and live in the present
1864. 1:14:02moment here now and use your time energy
1865. 1:14:06and attention my friend to pursue your
1866. 1:14:10goal interesting great answer man great
  1867. 1:14:13advice I like the story yeah I'm I'm
1868. 1:14:15wondering as well listening to you
1869. 1:14:17recite some of these stories and have
  1870. 1:14:19some I think very great
1871. 1:14:21quotes how do you go about having these
1872. 1:14:25stories or quotes stored somewhere in
1873. 1:14:28your mind do you go about writing them
1874. 1:14:29down and and remembering them or how do
1875. 1:14:31you have all these this knowledge just
1876. 1:14:34to scoop up and tell when you're in a
  1877. 1:14:36podcast you're I think you're a great
1878. 1:14:38Storyteller did you train that or have
  1879. 1:14:41you always been a great
1880. 1:14:43Storyteller the more you know the more
1881. 1:14:45you know true so just spend time
1882. 1:14:47focusing on knowing more things mhm an
1883. 1:14:50idle mind is the devil's workshop that
1884. 1:14:52means that an empty mind is open for
1885. 1:14:55mischief and doing bad things when you
1886. 1:14:57occupy your time in developing your mind
1887. 1:14:59your spirit your soul then that is what
  1888. 1:15:01reflects there's a verse in the Bible
1889. 1:15:03that says out of the abundance of the
1890. 1:15:06heart the mouth speaks right so when you
  1891. 1:15:09see people talking and it's a reflection
1892. 1:15:12of what's inside right so the question
1893. 1:15:14is how do you change your heart how do
1894. 1:15:16you change your mind well it's the
1895. 1:15:19sources of information that you listen
1896. 1:15:20to the truth that you believe what you
1897. 1:15:24spend your time energy and attention
1898. 1:15:25focused on learning and leveling up and
1899. 1:15:29discovering so focus on developing self
1900. 1:15:33and self will develop if you want to be
1901. 1:15:36the best podcast host do many podcasts
1902. 1:15:39it's the only way if I want to be a
1903. 1:15:42great uh podcast guest well I have to be
  1904. 1:15:46in many podcasts I remember doing
1905. 1:15:49Instagram lives you know back in the day
1906. 1:15:51with people that would listen to me
  1907. 1:15:53there was 14 people right now I'll turn
1908. 1:15:55on my Instagram I do an Instagram live
  1909. 1:15:57I'll have 3,000 2 500 5,000 at
1910. 1:16:01times but like I mentioned before the
1911. 1:16:06destination everybody looks at right
1912. 1:16:08nobody looks at the process but when you
1913. 1:16:11look at the process that's the prize and
  1914. 1:16:14the truth
1915. 1:16:15is the price of progress is
1916. 1:16:19pain the price of progress is pain most
1917. 1:16:22people do not want to experience pain
1918. 1:16:24they like comfort so if you want
1919. 1:16:27progress you must be willing to in the
  1920. 1:16:29process experience
1921. 1:16:31pain so that you may achieve your goal
1922. 1:16:36what is pain for you then because it is
1923. 1:16:38like mental pain right most of the time
1924. 1:16:40of course you can have like physical
1925. 1:16:41pain but if we talk about mental pain
1926. 1:16:46can you give some examples for you like
1927. 1:16:49what are some mental pains that you have
1928. 1:16:53now during the days that you are here or
  1929. 1:16:56when you're working I mean they're human
1930. 1:16:58things you know you can live in the
1931. 1:17:00future you can compare yourself to other
1932. 1:17:02people you know I I was walking in Dubai
1933. 1:17:05and there was a a guy that was walking
1934. 1:17:08and he goes to a bench right and he
  1935. 1:17:10starts doing push-ups you know arms
1936. 1:17:12against the the bench and he does four
1937. 1:17:14and he gets up and he walks past me I'm
1938. 1:17:16like bro you only did four you're super
1939. 1:17:18weak and he's like and he started giving
1940. 1:17:20me reason no I only did four the bench
1941. 1:17:22was broken I'm like and I looked at and
1942. 1:17:24I looked at my you see I said even
  1943. 1:17:26people that are strangers they're always
1944. 1:17:28trying to justify their actions to to
1945. 1:17:30others MH so you always have the pain of
  1946. 1:17:33comparison you it's easy to compare
1947. 1:17:35yourself in the age of the internet to
1948. 1:17:36other people I'm human uh the pain of
1949. 1:17:41living in the future right the pain of
1950. 1:17:43we talked about this of speaking down on
1951. 1:17:46your past achievements and what you
1952. 1:17:47could be you should be but you aren't
1953. 1:17:50mhm there are many pains that I
1954. 1:17:52experience but I think you can liberate
1955. 1:17:56yourself from a lot of these things by
1956. 1:17:58living in the Present Moment by being
1957. 1:18:01here right now because when you were a
  1958. 1:18:02kid you didn't experience like yeah
1959. 1:18:05there's people that have bad childhoods
  1960. 1:18:07I'm talking in
  1961. 1:18:08general let's say you live a decent
1962. 1:18:11childhood most children they live in the
  1963. 1:18:13present moment right whatever they're
  1964. 1:18:14doing at that time that's what they're
1965. 1:18:16doing this idea of living in your head
  1966. 1:18:19right doesn't exist you know I have my
1967. 1:18:21team sometimes they're like oh well they
1968. 1:18:23see me like looking at out into the into
1969. 1:18:25the into the sky or whatever looking
  1970. 1:18:28like blank and they're like well you're
  1971. 1:18:30thinking about everything aren't you
  1972. 1:18:32like yeah bro I'm [ __ ] thinking about
1973. 1:18:33everything right so sometimes I have to
1974. 1:18:34catch myself living in a state of pain
1975. 1:18:38but often like the Buddha
1976. 1:18:40says being in a state of pain or living
  1977. 1:18:44in a state
1978. 1:18:45of anxiety or in a state of suffering
1979. 1:18:49comes from attachment right so when
1980. 1:18:51you're attached to things attached to
1981. 1:18:53people attached to Identity attached to
1982. 1:18:55philosophies attached to all these
1983. 1:18:57things then you end up being in a
  1984. 1:18:59situation where you experience
1985. 1:19:01pain but you don't have to experience
1986. 1:19:04suffering if you live in a state of
  1987. 1:19:07what no expectation where you're just
1988. 1:19:09living life taking it day by day step by
1989. 1:19:13step and enjoying yourself the Buddha
1990. 1:19:16taught this so it's his wisdom not mine
  1991. 1:19:18yeah it's it's quite a lot of stoic
1992. 1:19:21thoughts as well right a bit of
1993. 1:19:23the interesting so have you ever been
1994. 1:19:26into stuff like uh mushrooms or stuff so
1995. 1:19:29psychedelics cuz a lot of people that
1996. 1:19:31are have found themselves have done so
1997. 1:19:34through using some psychedelics as well
1998. 1:19:36as meditating whatever have you done
  1999. 1:19:38such things many
2000. 1:19:41many yeah I uh if if you have a sober
  2001. 1:19:45mind and uh you're clinically well I
  2002. 1:19:49recommend everybody uh go through a
2003. 1:19:52journey of the medicine of mushrooms
  2004. 1:19:55mushrooms it's also tried like LSD I
  2005. 1:19:58haven't tried anything synthetic
  2006. 1:19:59everything that I've tried comes from
2007. 1:20:01the earth and the reason I'll explain it
2008. 1:20:02why may sound a little pseudoscience or
2009. 1:20:04crazy but the melium network right the
2010. 1:20:07network of the mushrooms it carries data
2011. 1:20:09and information carries information and
2012. 1:20:12data on the earth the history of the
2013. 1:20:15Earth the people that have interacted
2014. 1:20:16and walked on the earth it carries data
2015. 1:20:19that's why I use the word data sets
2016. 1:20:21right you download data sets from the
2017. 1:20:22universe it comes from the mycelium
  2018. 1:20:24Network
2019. 1:20:25MH because sometimes you get an idea but
2020. 1:20:28how do you know people are like I'm a
2021. 1:20:30genius well how do you know that that
  2022. 1:20:32idea is
  2023. 1:20:34yours maybe you're not a genius maybe
2024. 1:20:37you were in the right place at the right
2025. 1:20:38time to capture that idea and that
2026. 1:20:40thought so what the melium network does
2027. 1:20:42when you consume mushrooms is it gives
2028. 1:20:44you access to a different frequency to
2029. 1:20:46tap into what the data sets and you get
2030. 1:20:49downloads of information right like
2031. 1:20:51software into your brain that radically
2032. 1:20:53change your life they give you a persp
2033. 1:20:54perspective of reality that you have not
2034. 1:20:55experienced they reroute your neural
2035. 1:20:57networks they teach you how to think
2036. 1:20:59differently this has been proven in
2037. 1:21:01science has a lot recently right uh
2038. 1:21:04huberman Dr huberman he did a podcast on
2039. 1:21:06siloc cybin and and the issue is you
  2040. 1:21:09know um there's a lot of religion
2041. 1:21:12attached to not using these things and I
2042. 1:21:15talk to Muslim friends or I talk to
2043. 1:21:17Christian friends and I'm like hey but
2044. 1:21:19you should try it too I'm like well I
  2045. 1:21:21don't I can't get high I'm like okay
  2046. 1:21:22perfect I completely understand maybe
  2047. 1:21:23you can micro do
2048. 1:21:25right micro do because you don't have to
2049. 1:21:27be out here blasted seeing aliens and
2050. 1:21:30living in the metaverse to still
2051. 1:21:32experience the benefits of medicine
  2052. 1:21:33right yeah because once
2053. 1:21:36again a this idea of abusing things can
2054. 1:21:39often happen right but you can't be
2055. 1:21:42afraid of not experiencing life right
2056. 1:21:46and that's what it goes back to
  2057. 1:21:47experiencing life that doesn't mean go
2058. 1:21:49out here and do crack cocaine and do all
  2059. 1:21:51this crazy [ __ ] right what it means is
2060. 1:21:53you still have to be intelligent and you
2061. 1:21:55still have to be sober minded and you
2062. 1:21:57can micro do why because psilocybin is
  2063. 1:22:01known to increased
2064. 1:22:04neuroplasticity right which is the
2065. 1:22:06creation of new neurons in your brain
  2066. 1:22:09which we we've we've heard this thing
2067. 1:22:11back in the day if you got hit in the
2068. 1:22:13head your neurons would die and they
2069. 1:22:15would never regrow right you would never
2070. 1:22:16get more neurons you would always get
2071. 1:22:18stupid well psilocybin has proven that
  2072. 1:22:22you can actually create
  2073. 1:22:25neurogenesis
2074. 1:22:27neuroplasticity and finally creating new
2075. 1:22:29neural networks in your pathway on how
  2076. 1:22:31your brain processes
  2077. 1:22:33information when you're on mushrooms you
  2078. 1:22:35process information completely different
2079. 1:22:37than when you're in this state of mind
  2080. 1:22:39MH so I recommend them I've done that I
2081. 1:22:41haven't done them in in a couple years
2082. 1:22:43but I've had a good time with them yeah
2083. 1:22:45they've been cool cool with did you had
2084. 1:22:47like a certain kind of Purpose with it a
2085. 1:22:50goal uh to when when you were like time
2086. 1:22:54no the first time no the first time well
2087. 1:22:57the first time it was my brother my
2088. 1:22:58brother Mr belar Nate he was like bro
2089. 1:23:01like you have to try this and I was like
2090. 1:23:03okay like sounds good and my Epiphany
2091. 1:23:06I'll share it this is the first time I
  2092. 1:23:08shared my Epiphany I started
2093. 1:23:10crying on my first mushroom trip and I
  2094. 1:23:14cried because I felt sorry for people I
2095. 1:23:17felt sorry that people were living sad
2096. 1:23:19lives and that was the entire mushroom
2097. 1:23:21trip that was eight hours but I was in
2098. 1:23:23that mental Loop of sorry for people I'm
2099. 1:23:26like dude like most people are sad most
  2100. 1:23:29people are
2101. 1:23:31unhappy like this sucks and I could feel
2102. 1:23:34for people right because when you're on
  2103. 1:23:36your phone you're you're so
  2104. 1:23:37self-absorbed you're so focused on you I
2105. 1:23:40did this mushroom show I was like dude I
2106. 1:23:42feel sorry for people I feel empathetic
  2107. 1:23:45and ever since then I I actually haveen
2108. 1:23:48it recorded on my phone you know I
2109. 1:23:50record that entire trip I record every
2110. 1:23:52single one of my my psychedelic trips
2111. 1:23:54like just audio or also audio I'm not
2112. 1:23:56going to record the visual I'm probably
  2113. 1:23:58doing some crazy
  2114. 1:24:00[ __ ] would be great yeah facts
  2115. 1:24:05bro damn but yeah bro it's a it's it's a
2116. 1:24:08good time just experiencing life but uh
2117. 1:24:11to talk on the other side of the coin
2118. 1:24:13you know you spend you see a lot of
2119. 1:24:14mushroom heads or people that spend too
2120. 1:24:16much time doing these things and it's
2121. 1:24:19like uh Alan Watts used to say Alan
2122. 1:24:21Watts said to look through the
2123. 1:24:23microscope is important but sometimes
2124. 1:24:26you have to stop looking through the
2125. 1:24:28microscope and realize and spend time
2126. 1:24:32thinking about what you saw right and
2127. 1:24:34people live in a psychedelic State they
2128. 1:24:36have no time to sober up and really
2129. 1:24:39spend time meditating upon that which
  2130. 1:24:41they've seen yeah that's great man
  2131. 1:24:45interesting I've never done like
  2132. 1:24:47mushrooms or anything well you're an
2133. 1:24:49Amsterdam brother so uh yeah man might
2134. 1:24:51be a good City for that I mean yeah
  2135. 1:24:53there's enough opportunity
2136. 1:24:55I've had some bad experiences with
2137. 1:24:56smoking weed or actually one and after
2138. 1:24:58that I just quit everything but hearing
2139. 1:25:01these things we've got another friend as
2140. 1:25:02well who used to have a company in
2141. 1:25:04mushrooms as well so he really got into
2142. 1:25:06it and he had some of the same very
2143. 1:25:08interesting stories as well just opening
2144. 1:25:11up Windows or clearing out windows with
2145. 1:25:14visions that he had never had before so
2146. 1:25:16got some great insights yeah I think
2147. 1:25:17it's uh I think it's all about how you
  2148. 1:25:20position yourself who you're with the
2149. 1:25:22environment your age knowledge you know
2150. 1:25:25I I I did mushrooms one time with one
2151. 1:25:27kid that peed his pants and uh like he
  2152. 1:25:30was throwing [ __ ] around the house and
2153. 1:25:31things of this nature and I was like
  2154. 1:25:33okay clearly this person's immature they
2155. 1:25:34weren't prepared for this experience
2156. 1:25:36right so you have to be in a state of
  2157. 1:25:37maturity because it's medicine it's not
2158. 1:25:40a toy uh it's powerful and it should be
2159. 1:25:42treated that way yeah yeah you also
  2160. 1:25:45talked about
2161. 1:25:46frequency um can you describe that for
2162. 1:25:50us like how can it affect your how can
2163. 1:25:53it affect your life when you have like a
  2164. 1:25:56low frequency or a high
  2165. 1:25:59frequency
2166. 1:26:01so everything is in motion everything
2167. 1:26:05vibrates MH everything is constantly
2168. 1:26:08moving the only reason why I can sit on
2169. 1:26:10this couch is because my atoms are
2170. 1:26:12interacting with the couch in a certain
2171. 1:26:14vibration whereby I'm not going to go
2172. 1:26:16right through it but the reason you can
2173. 1:26:18interact with the air and it doesn't
2174. 1:26:20feel dense right or you can kind of go
2175. 1:26:23through it my atoms are interacting with
  2176. 1:26:25it because they're vibrating at a
  2177. 1:26:27different frequency vibrational
2178. 1:26:28frequency is real and you have to start
2179. 1:26:32studying in my opinion without going too
2180. 1:26:34deep down the rabbit hole on how
  2181. 1:26:37vibrational frequency impacts reality
2182. 1:26:40energy is frequency and frequency is
2183. 1:26:44vibration because everything vibrates so
2184. 1:26:47to increase your vibrational State you
2185. 1:26:49need to do things that increase your
2186. 1:26:52vibration so who you spend your time
2187. 1:26:54with with who you share your energy with
2188. 1:26:56uh you can have low vibrational
2189. 1:26:59frequency uh habits you look at the the
2190. 1:27:03yoga or the Buddhist spectrum
2191. 1:27:07of of vibrational frequency on on the
2192. 1:27:10Lower Side you have lust and you have
2193. 1:27:14UNG gratitude or you have
2194. 1:27:17self-pity or shame this is on the lower
2195. 1:27:20spectrum of the vibration so if you're
2196. 1:27:22feeling these states you are vibrating
2197. 1:27:24at a lower frequency on the higher
  2198. 1:27:26frequency you have love gratitude isn't
2199. 1:27:29that the best time you feel yourself to
  2200. 1:27:31be right so you're vibrating at a higher
2201. 1:27:33frequency so people would say oh The
2202. 1:27:34Vibes are right what does that mean and
2203. 1:27:36how can you control the Vibes how can
2204. 1:27:38you control the vibration in the room so
2205. 1:27:40without going super sciency into that uh
  2206. 1:27:44it's important as you're telling that I
  2207. 1:27:46just
  2208. 1:27:47realized you're saying it and I'm just
2209. 1:27:49trying to like wrap my hand around it or
2210. 1:27:51find examples in my own life sometimes
2211. 1:27:54when I choose to sleep in even though I
2212. 1:27:57know I should get out be active have
2213. 1:27:59things to do you're very well rested but
2214. 1:28:03you feel very shitty so your frequently
2215. 1:28:05frequency seems to be low and sometimes
2216. 1:28:08I get done with like for example kickbox
  2217. 1:28:10training and I'm completely exhausted
2218. 1:28:13but I feel very good so I seem to be on
  2219. 1:28:15a high frequency
2220. 1:28:17so sometimes I think people think the
2221. 1:28:20frequency has to do with the amount of
2222. 1:28:21energy you have but it's not the energy
2223. 1:28:23as we know it right like it's not that
2224. 1:28:25I'm exhausted energy it's more of the
2225. 1:28:28how do I feel connected with everything
2226. 1:28:30around me is that right or am I
  2227. 1:28:33understanding it wrong I'll answer this
  2228. 1:28:35as the last question because we're it's
  2229. 1:28:36already 10 o'cl that's problem
2230. 1:28:50yeah energy input is extremely important
2231. 1:28:54so what you input as the energy source
2232. 1:28:57or as the fuel for your body right will
2233. 1:29:01dictate the output of that energy so if
2234. 1:29:04you're feeling lethargic slow tired not
2235. 1:29:07after a kickboxing workout but in the
2236. 1:29:09morning when you should in fact be
  2237. 1:29:11feeling rested there's something in the
2238. 1:29:13energy input that is causing that
  2239. 1:29:15malfunction maybe it's the foods that
  2240. 1:29:17you eat maybe it's what you're watching
2241. 1:29:20before you go to sleep maybe it's the
2242. 1:29:22fact that you're on your phone before
2243. 1:29:24before you go to sleep maybe it's the
2244. 1:29:25fact that you had a terrible argument
2245. 1:29:27before you went to bed maybe it's the
2246. 1:29:29fact that you went to bed out of
2247. 1:29:30schedule right so all these things they
2248. 1:29:33are bad energy inputs low vibrational
2249. 1:29:36energy inputs so the output will be in
2250. 1:29:39direct proportion what to the input
2251. 1:29:43Newton right Sir Isaac Newton said it
2252. 1:29:44best he said for every action there's an
  2253. 1:29:48equal and opposite
2254. 1:29:51reaction so you get to control the input
2255. 1:29:55you have to pay the consequences of the
2256. 1:29:58output and that's the beauty of life you
  2257. 1:30:02control what you
2258. 1:30:04seow but what you reap will inevitably
2259. 1:30:07happen so if you wake up tired well it's
2260. 1:30:09most likely something in your life that
2261. 1:30:12you can control yeah if you have a bad
  2262. 1:30:15relationship there's most likely
2263. 1:30:17something there that you can control if
2264. 1:30:19you don't have money well my friend
2265. 1:30:22there's most likely something there that
  2266. 1:30:24you can
2267. 1:30:25control what you sow you will reap for
  2268. 1:30:28every action there's an equal and
2269. 1:30:30opposite reaction gentlemen amazing Luke
2270. 1:30:34let's end it on that thank you so much
2271. 1:30:36thank you gentl for having me yeah man
2272. 1:30:37I've thoroughly enjoyed uh listening to
2273. 1:30:39you talk and uh would love to have you
  2274. 1:30:42back sometime uh if you've developed
2275. 1:30:43even further and for everybody watching
2276. 1:30:46uh the Capital Club just check it out uh
  2277. 1:30:48if it's open already we'll just put a
2278. 1:30:49link down below and uh they can check it
2279. 1:30:51out themselves thank you boys thanks for
2280. 1:30:53having thank you thank you man ch
