  1. 0:00Genuinely, legitimately, guys, I think
  2. 0:02I've solved it. I have chills all over
  3. 0:05my body right now. Going to put a full
  4. 0:07compilation of the last two days of
  5. 0:09videos of mine on my YT page, but I
  6. 0:12think I did it. I know I look completely
  7. 0:14insane right now, but you know what
  8. 0:15makes me insane? This case, cuz there's
  9. 0:17been something about the timeline that
  10. 0:19the boys presented that has bothered the
  11. 0:22hell out of me. And it seems like it
  12. 0:23would be insignificant, but it's not.
  13. 0:25the driving arrangements to put the
  14. 0:27boats in the water and to take them out
  15. 0:29because anybody who's ever had a boat
  16. 0:30knows you need at least two people to
  17. 0:32put a boat in the water, right? One
  18. 0:34person to drive the vehicle and one
  19. 0:36person to drive the boat. But going back
  20. 0:37and listening to those interviews again,
  21. 0:39I did a mini timeline just so I could
  22. 0:41understand what they were saying that
  23. 0:42the arrangements were and I have found
  24. 0:44holes. So in the morning they went and
  25. 0:46got breakfast at Mickey D's, right?
  26. 0:47Warren said that Wyatt's boat was hooked
  27. 0:49up to his truck. He also said that Wyatt
  28. 0:52went with him as well as somebody whose
  29. 0:54name was edited out clearly was either
  30. 0:56Brooks or Jax because of the last
  31. 0:58syllable we could hear in the edit. Now,
  32. 1:00I'm going to assume that it's Brooks
  33. 1:02because he shows up a lot in the driving
  34. 1:04stories later on. But then, according to
  35. 1:06Warren, Wyatt put the small boat, the
  36. 1:08Palm Beach, in the water, right? Then
  37. 1:10Warren drove the Palm Beach to Jax's
  38. 1:12house. So, that's one boat in the water,
  39. 1:14one person in that boat, and now we only
  40. 1:16have two people left. So now let's
  41. 1:18assume that Wyatt then put the boat in
  42. 1:20the water himself, the Triton, and that
  43. 1:22would leave Brooks left as the driver.
  44. 1:24So then Wyatt and Warren drove the
  45. 1:27boats, right? But now we're left with
  46. 1:28two vehicles at the boat launch and only
  47. 1:31one vehicle driver. Now, there's always
  48. 1:33the argument that they parked it at the
  49. 1:35boat launch all day and just left it
  50. 1:37while they went out. But there's not
  51. 1:38many parking spaces. Given it was Fourth
  52. 1:40of July, I seriously doubt that there
  53. 1:43were any spaces. Now, all of that was
  54. 1:45before they went out that day. So then
  55. 1:46according to the boys, the Palm Beach
  56. 1:48left first. No idea what happened with
  57. 1:50that. We've talked on that in other
  58. 1:52videos, so I'm going to kind of skip
  59. 1:53over it a little bit because remember
  60. 1:55the Palm Beach was not available to them
  61. 1:57when they wanted so desperately to go
  62. 1:59search for Nolan that night. Yet somehow
  63. 2:01the Palm Beach was still in the water in
  64. 2:03the morning. So Palm Beach is gone.
  65. 2:04We're taking that out of the equation.
  66. 2:06Now, supposedly after they were done
  67. 2:08fixing the build pump and all that
  68. 2:09everything. I just realized they never
  69. 2:12explain how they got all those people
  70. 2:14that were on that boat to someone else's
  71. 2:16house because at no point in their story
  72. 2:18did they ever mention dropping people
  73. 2:21off. According to them, at that point,
  74. 2:23there were eight people on board. So,
  75. 2:25how did all those people who were at
  76. 2:27your house being picked up on your boat
  77. 2:29get a ride somewhere else? Who went and
  78. 2:32picked up a vehicle to even come and get
  79. 2:34the boat out of the water? Because
  80. 2:36according to Warren, after they took the
  81. 2:37Triton out of the water, they went back
  82. 2:39to his buddy's house and had dinner and
  83. 2:41a nap. Remember, supposedly at this
  84. 2:43point when they're taking the boat out
  85. 2:44of the water, there's a ton of phones
  86. 2:46that were left on the boat that they
  87. 2:47couldn't figure out who they belonged
  88. 2:49to. Remember?
  89. 2:50>> Uh, well, I brought the boat to dock and
  90. 2:51that's when I had gotten out and got
  91. 2:54back in the car and I didn't I didn't
  92. 2:56even drive. A buddy of mine drove me and
  93. 2:59we went back to Jack's house. five other
  94. 3:03people that also left their phones on
  95. 3:05the boat and we had to wait at the boat
  96. 3:07launch for them to come and pick them
  97. 3:09up, including Javon. I mean, Javon left
  98. 3:12his phone on our boat.
  99. 3:13>> So, besides Nolan, five other people
  100. 3:15left their phone on their boat. Notice
  101. 3:18that Jack said our boat, even though he
  102. 3:20supposedly ran in on Bart's boat. So,
  103. 3:23was Bart also putting up his boat at the
  104. 3:26same boat launch at the same time? My
  105. 3:28real burning question is you waited
  106. 3:29around for five people to come pick up
  107. 3:32their phones, even though you say
  108. 3:34yourself that you weren't sure whose
  109. 3:36phone was which and you eventually get
  110. 3:37it all figured out. So my question is,
  111. 3:39why did you know to wait around for five
  112. 3:42people to come pick up their phones, but
  113. 3:44it was okay to leave before Nolan came
  114. 3:47and picked up his phone? And I'm curious
  115. 3:49if Nolan's phone had like a casing or
  116. 3:52something that made it identifiable
  117. 3:54because how did they know it was Nolan's
  118. 3:56phone to begin with? For Nolan's phone
  119. 3:58to end up in Wyatt's truck, one would
  120. 4:00assume that Wyatt was the one who came
  121. 4:03and picked up the Triton and docked it
  122. 4:05on his boat or his vehicle, right? But
  123. 4:07they took the Triton and they arrived at
  124. 4:10the grandfather/mom's
  125. 4:11house at 7:47. And according to
  126. 4:14Traston's story, an hour and a half
  127. 4:16later was when he got the first phone
  128. 4:18call from the group. So, I'm really
  129. 4:20curious, Warren, to know how you dropped
  130. 4:22off the boat, took a nap, ate dinner,
  131. 4:25then went to a party, went upstairs to
  132. 4:27talk to your girlfriend's dad instead
  133. 4:29of, you know, actually party partying.
  134. 4:31And Wyatt starts talking about how
  135. 4:33Nolan's not there. We've always known
  136. 4:35that this was the wonky part of the
  137. 4:37timeline for sure. And again, if you had
  138. 4:39all of these people on these boats,
  139. 4:41where did they get rides from? Then the
  140. 4:43question becomes, where is Warren's
  141. 4:45truck? Because Warren also says that
  142. 4:47Brooks dropped him off at his house that
  143. 4:49night. You know, after they barged in
  144. 4:51and demanded the phone, and Warren
  145. 4:53slipped up during the interview and said
  146. 4:54this,
  147. 4:55>> the keys on the boat with the phone.
  148. 4:56>> No, the keys were uh
  149. 4:58>> they're at my house
  150. 4:59>> at J's house. Uh cuz we all stayed there
  151. 5:02the night before. I'm sure if I would
  152. 5:03have left my truck at Jax's house, I
  153. 5:05would have left my keys there, too. If
  154. 5:07you would have left your truck at Jax's
  155. 5:09house, where the hell was your truck?
  156. 5:11Cuz your truck dropped off the boat in
  157. 5:13the morning. I mean, at this point, we
  158. 5:14know that that's a lie because we have
  159. 5:16the text message proof. But if your
  160. 5:17truck was the one to drop off the boat,
  161. 5:20where did you park your truck? So, we
  162. 5:21have two huge pieces of this puzzle to
  163. 5:23me. The Palm Beach and Warren's truck.
  164. 5:26Now, on its own, it might be nothing,
  165. 5:27but there is a clue hidden in the seat
  166. 5:30toe call that has led me to a framework
  167. 5:33of a theory.
  168. 5:34>> Who would you like it to, sir?
  169. 5:37and tow it to Ocean Springs or Fort
  170. 5:40Bayou launch.
  171. 5:41>> Well, now wait a second. Why did he
  172. 5:43start to say a completely different boat
  173. 5:46launch? Cuz remember this is the Fort
  174. 5:47Bayou one. This is the one that the GPS
  175. 5:50tells us about, but the Ocean Springs
  176. 5:52Harbor boat launch is right here, which
  177. 5:54is right next to the yacht club and that
  178. 5:57fishing dock that they turn around at,
  179. 5:59remember? So, it would make sense that
  180. 6:02these people all parked over at the
  181. 6:03yacht club. And that's why we got that
  182. 6:06fun little loop toloop turnaround there
  183. 6:08for no reason. That has been explained.
  184. 6:10But it gets even better, folks, because
  185. 6:12right here, like I said, is the Ocean
  186. 6:14Springs boat launch. Now, what if I tell
  187. 6:16you that Warren's mom and his stepdad
  188. 6:19right over here, right there? Right over
  189. 6:22here. I won't tell you where, but right
  190. 6:24in here. And yes, there is another boat
  191. 6:26parked by their house. and what looks to
  192. 6:28be like a full-on yacht. Now, I don't
  193. 6:31really know what any of this means. I
  194. 6:33don't know how this puzzle fits
  195. 6:35together, but it just feels significant.
  196. 6:39I went back and I listened to Traston's
  197. 6:41story about how the fight happened. And
  198. 6:43I realized it doesn't make sense. Like,
  199. 6:45if you actually put it on paper and
  200. 6:47listen to the timeline,
  201. 6:49>> my girlfriend, we were I wouldn't even
  202. 6:52call it an argument. She was upset that
  203. 6:54I lost the lid to her koozie. I dropped
  204. 6:57it in the water.
  205. 6:58>> Okay, so step one of this story, drop
  206. 7:00the koozie in the water and lost it. So
  207. 7:02clearly they had to have been on a boat
  208. 7:04or in the water when that happened.
  209. 7:06>> So she started to
  210. 7:08let me hear it and basically told me I
  211. 7:11was paying for it and she was really
  212. 7:13upset with me and mad about it and I
  213. 7:15needed to kind of sober up a little bit.
  214. 7:18And um so we're walking back and during
  215. 7:20that time this guy that I'm not I'm not
  216. 7:23friends with. I know of him. I don't
  217. 7:25know him. I didn't even recognize him
  218. 7:27when I got in original fight. He had
  219. 7:30buted himself into my conversation.
  220. 7:32>> Okay. So then he says that they were
  221. 7:34walking back. So first off, that implies
  222. 7:36that you went from the water onto the
  223. 7:39shore because obviously you weren't
  224. 7:40walking on the beach when you lost her
  225. 7:42koozie in the water. And walking back
  226. 7:44implies that you were hanging out with
  227. 7:46the other group of friends when you
  228. 7:48dropped this cozy in the water. Then
  229. 7:50that's when this guy that he recognized
  230. 7:51but didn't really know but budded into
  231. 7:54their conversation. mean that this
  232. 7:55person either had to have followed you
  233. 7:57and your girlfriend from the water onto
  234. 7:59the shore to butt into your conversation
  235. 8:01or he was on the shore when you were
  236. 8:04walking by and you guys were having an
  237. 8:05argument.
  238. 8:06>> Basically was telling me how I needed to
  239. 8:09handle or address the situation with my
  240. 8:12girlfriend.
  241. 8:13And man, we weren't we weren't even
  242. 8:16yelling at each other. We weren't
  243. 8:18arguing. It was more along the lines of
  244. 8:20I literally told her I was like, "Man, I
  245. 8:21just want a beer." And she was like, she
  246. 8:24was like, "Well, go get him." Blah,
  247. 8:25blah, blah. Well, when I said that, she
  248. 8:28um she ducked her head under water and
  249. 8:30he had walked up and he told me,
  250. 8:31>> "Okay, so you weren't fighting. It was
  251. 8:33just like conversations." And then you
  252. 8:36wanted a beer after she said that you
  253. 8:38needed to sober up and she told you to
  254. 8:40go get one and then ducked her head
  255. 8:42underwater. So now you are saying that
  256. 8:44you are back in the water enough for her
  257. 8:47to duck under it.
  258. 8:48>> Her head under water and he had walked
  259. 8:49up and he told me.
  260. 8:50>> Okay. So now her head is underwater and
  261. 8:52he walks up to you. So again, was he
  262. 8:54supposedly following you guys around?
  263. 8:57>> And after I came out, he swam. He threw
  264. 9:00the first punch.
  265. 9:01>> Okay. So you guys are supposedly in the
  266. 9:02water and he threw the first punch.
  267. 9:04First off, I don't think any of us are
  268. 9:06believing that he threw the first punch
  269. 9:08because according to you, he approached
  270. 9:10you in the water. And that is not in an
  271. 9:12ideal place to start a fist fight. What
  272. 9:14does sound more likely is a drunk
  273. 9:16jackass who's upset with his girlfriend
  274. 9:18and now upset that someone doesn't like
  275. 9:20the way that he's speaking to his
  276. 9:21girlfriend would take the first swing.
  277. 9:23>> Um, I look over and I see my uncle and
  278. 9:26my uncle's yelling at me to get in the
  279. 9:27boat. I stopped fighting. As soon as me
  280. 9:30and him made eye contact, I got an
  281. 9:32uncle. I got in the boat.
  282. 9:33>> All right. So now the uncle is telling
  283. 9:35him to get in the boat. So clearly he
  284. 9:37was now in the water by his uncle's
  285. 9:39boat.
  286. 9:40>> I was getting there. So when I'm on the
  287. 9:42boat and I'm trying to they're trying to
  288. 9:43cool me down. I'm trying to get back off
  289. 9:45the boat. So I I see the crowd forming
  290. 9:48up on the island.
  291. 9:49>> Okay. So he's on the boat. They're
  292. 9:50trying to cool him down. He wants to get
  293. 9:52off the boat, but they aren't letting
  294. 9:53him. And then that's when the crowd
  295. 9:55starts to form.
  296. 9:56>> My my little brother and Carter are like
  297. 9:58really good friends. Like best friends,
  298. 10:00I would say. He's over at our house all
  299. 10:02the time.
  300. 10:04Carter heard him still talking crap as
  301. 10:07he's getting out of the water and I'm on
  302. 10:08the boat and the situation is like done
  303. 10:11and over with, right? Well, he sees him
  304. 10:13talking crap. So Carter gets up and more
  305. 10:16along the lines of defending me and for
  306. 10:19what? He was like, "Well, if you got a
  307. 10:20problem with Tristan, we can handle it
  308. 10:22right here."
  309. 10:22>> Okay, so now you're on the boat. The guy
  310. 10:24you just had a fight with is getting out
  311. 10:26of the water. Talking crap about Tristan
  312. 10:28as he's getting out of the water. But
  313. 10:30then Tracan said Carter got up and said,
  314. 10:34"You know, we if you have a problem with
  315. 10:35him, let's handle this now." Now, what
  316. 10:37did he mean by Carter got up? Was Carter
  317. 10:40on the boat? Was Carter on shore sitting
  318. 10:42somewhere? I
  319. 10:43>> I remember getting off the boat. I got
  320. 10:45off the boat and I walked up to the
  321. 10:47island. I told I was telling people I
  322. 10:48was like, "Hey, like I just need to cool
  323. 10:49off. Like, let me be. This is after
  324. 10:51everything is dispersed. There was no
  325. 10:53crowd anymore." When I walked off the
  326. 10:55boat and I was like, "Let me be." Well,
  327. 10:57again, my uncle yelled at me and I was
  328. 10:58like, "I don't care what you're doing.
  329. 10:59get back on the boat. We're leaving.
  330. 11:00>> So now, supposedly the crowd had
  331. 11:02dispersed. Your uncle doesn't see you
  332. 11:04get off the boat or go up to the island
  333. 11:06because you clearly had to do that. But
  334. 11:09for some reason, you get off the boat,
  335. 11:10go back up to the island to tell
  336. 11:12everybody to leave you alone to let you
  337. 11:14cool off. Cuz to me, it sounds like you
  338. 11:16went back on the shore to rejoin the
  339. 11:18fight to help out Carter, which prompted
  340. 11:20your uncle to tell you to get back on
  341. 11:22the boat again. Now it's time for one of
  342. 11:24my now famous midv video discoveries.
  343. 11:27That's right. So, remember yesterday how
  344. 11:29I found this boat at Warren's parents
  345. 11:32house? Well, naturally, I thought to
  346. 11:33myself, if you've got this boat, why
  347. 11:36aren't you taking this boat out for
  348. 11:38Fourth of July? So, I went to the other
  349. 11:40videos. You know, the ones that were
  350. 11:41taken around the time of the fight and
  351. 11:42they pan around. And in the background,
  352. 11:44I saw this boat. In the other video, I
  353. 11:47found this boat. Very clearly the same
  354. 11:49boat. And I started to ask myself, could
  355. 11:52this be the same boat? It has a lot of
  356. 11:53similar characteristics, but not enough
  357. 11:55for me to think that yes, that's
  358. 11:57definitely the same boat. Until I went
  359. 12:00looking for this picture. I wanted to
  360. 12:01find this picture because this girl,
  361. 12:03Caitlyn Brochard, the one who said that
  362. 12:05Nolan was nowhere in sight when they
  363. 12:07left at 7:30, well, she's mutuals with
  364. 12:09Traca
  365. 12:11Moore, who was responsible for this
  366. 12:12video with Dr. Details. But that's not
  367. 12:14the point. The point is, look in the
  368. 12:16background there. Oh, now wait a minute.
  369. 12:18From this angle that seems very clearly
  370. 12:22to me the exact same effing boat from
  371. 12:26this cabin deck area in the back from
  372. 12:29the bertrram at the top shape of the
  373. 12:31windows shape of the bow in my opinion
  374. 12:34is absolutely the boat that clearly
  375. 12:36belongs to Warren's mom and his stepdad.
  376. 12:39And look what's now missing. This little
  377. 12:41black boat. this little black boat that
  378. 12:43clearly is not a full-on boat and also
  379. 12:46not one of the two boats that belong to
  380. 12:48the Hudson family. Which brings me back
  381. 12:50to the very first thing in this case
  382. 12:52that made me stop and go, "Wait a
  383. 12:54minute." From the literal first day I
  384. 12:57looked at this report, looked at this
  385. 12:59case. The first thing I noticed was that
  386. 13:02there was a different boat listed on
  387. 13:04this report than what the boys claimed
  388. 13:07was out there. Because a tide craft is a
  389. 13:09lot effing different than a tide line.
  390. 13:12Cuz my whole thing about this report
  391. 13:14that I didn't understand was why the
  392. 13:16MDMR wrote down the wrong boat. It's
  393. 13:19literally these people's jobs to know
  394. 13:22boats to know what kind of boats to look
  395. 13:24for like on a search mission trying to
  396. 13:26tell me that the professional water boat
  397. 13:28people don't know the difference between
  398. 13:30a tide craft and a tide line. Now, don't
  399. 13:33get me wrong. I don't know if that's a
  400. 13:34tide craft in the background, but a
  401. 13:36tidecraft would make sense because
  402. 13:38they're literally designed to usually be
  403. 13:40like inflatable. Inflatable. It's
  404. 13:43usually inflatable and it goes back and
  405. 13:44forth from a bigger boat to land because
  406. 13:47bigger boats can't go that far up. So,
  407. 13:48if this video had some boat next to the
  408. 13:52big boat right after the fight, then
  409. 13:54seemingly is turning around to leave
  410. 13:56during this picture where people look
  411. 13:58like they're getting ready to leave on
  412. 14:00this boat, too. It's safe to assume that
  413. 14:02this boat in the background is suddenly
  414. 14:04taking off after the fight. Oh my god,
  415. 14:07that's when it happened. I bet that is
  416. 14:09when it happened, y'all. Carter was
  417. 14:11drunk. He was fighting on the shore.
  418. 14:13They were dragging his ass out into the
  419. 14:16water to go back to mom and dad's boat.
  420. 14:18Nolan, the peacekeeper, probably went
  421. 14:22with Carter. And Trump Carter was still
  422. 14:24looking for a fight and Nolan was trying
  423. 14:26to CALM HIM DOWN. OH, THIS IS this is
  424. 14:28fitting in some puzzle pieces, folks.
  425. 14:30That's why Wyatt and Brooks went back to
  426. 14:34his house when they found out they were
  427. 14:35going to go search that boat and Warren
  428. 14:38got dropped off at his parents' place
  429. 14:41where the body was actually at. That's
  430. 14:44why Wyatt said they don't know anything
  431. 14:46about this. Oh yes. That's how Jerry
  432. 14:49canceled the SETO beforehand. That's how
  433. 14:51this plan was so much smarter than these
  434. 14:53drunk dumbass teenagers are. And that's
  435. 14:56why this whole thing started is because
  436. 14:57the parents knew that they would be
  437. 14:59liable for Nolan's death from the
  438. 15:01beginning. All allegedly.
