10. 0:14do when you're bored first thing you can
11. 0:15do when you're board is to stretch and I
12. 0:17know what you're saying what are you
13. 0:18talking about stretching listen I know

16. 0:23neglect it if you're bored and you got
17. 0:24nothing else to do then use this time to
18. 0:26do something that's good for you which

21. 0:30start here hip flexors 30 seconds other
22. 0:33side now Take it Back Lean Forward 30
23. 0:36seconds other side feet together lean
24. 0:38down 30 seconds hold go in a wide
25. 0:41position like this onto one side stretch
26. 0:43it out 30 seconds other side and finish
27. 0:46it off with Bridges so start in this
28. 0:48position come under go upwards come back
29. 0:52down and repeat do that five times for
30. 0:54three sets number two is a push-up game

55. 1:43can then compare it to the average IQ
56. 1:44and see if you're above it or below it
57. 1:46then you can retake it if you want to
58. 1:48retest yourself and hopefully get a
59. 1:49better score and to put into perspective
60. 1:51the average IQ regardless of your age or
61. 1:54gender is 100 to try to get better than
62. 1:57100 number two under mental and this is
63. 1:59to develop your social skills is to go

79. 2:26basically treat it like a video game and
80. 2:28try to develop your social skills with

106. 3:18you're simply doing a voice over and
107. 3:20then adding overlay and post editing and
108. 3:23let's say you're posting on Tik Tok you
109. 3:24can either make it on a Tik Tok account
110. 3:25that you already have or you can make a
111. 3:27completely different private account if
112. 3:29you don't want your friends or family
113. 3:31knowing about it what's cool about this
114. 3:32is that it allows you to stay creative
115. 3:33you're making a piece of content which
116. 3:35either provides value or entertainment
117. 3:37and who knows something that simply
118. 3:38started as you being bored and making
119. 3:40videos might turn into something more
120. 3:43serious and full-time for you and it can
121. 3:45be absolutely anything if you have a
122. 3:46Lego set you can do a time lapse of you
123. 3:48building the Lego also if you saw the
124. 3:50last video I did on things to do in your
125. 3:51board I told you I had a Lego set that I
126. 3:53hadn't built yet well here it is I built

135. 4:10making a video filming editing and
136. 4:13posting the video the second thing you
137. 4:15can do under creative is learning a new
138. 4:17skill now which skill that is that's
139. 4:18completely up to you it can be a
140. 4:20physical skill like trying to learn a
141. 4:21new calisthenic skill such as a
142. 4:23handstand it can be learning editing
143. 4:25skills and relating that to filming your
144. 4:26piece of content it could be an
145. 4:28instrument let's say you had a guitar in
146. 4:29your house that you've never touched in
147. 4:31your life pick it up watch a YouTube
148. 4:32video and try to learn guitar or it
149. 4:35could be learning a new language and you
150. 4:36can do this with L goai you basically
151. 4:38pick which language you're interested in
152. 4:40learning your age your gender Etc then
153. 4:43it curates specific shows and movies you
154. 4:45can watch in that language and it
155. 4:47teaches you that language while you're
156. 4:49watching that show or movie so it shows

158. 4:52captions to learn the specific words you
159. 4:54can also join group classes where you're
160. 4:56learning from an instructor on how to
161. 4:57speak that language you're taking tests
162. 4:59you're improving with that language over
163. 5:01time was basically mixing in both fun
164. 5:03and entertainment with learning a new
165. 5:05skill which in this case is learning a
