  1. 0:00Let's break down eight completely free
  2. 0:02open-source GitHub repos that you can
  3. 0:04turn into a cash-flowing service
  4. 0:05business pretty much overnight because
  5. 0:08in this video what we're going to cover
  6. 0:09is
  7. 0:10each of these repos in detail. So we're
  8. 0:12going to look at eight different ones.
  9. 0:13We're going to look at the exact offer
  10. 0:14that you can create that you can sell to
  11. 0:16business owners. We're going to talk
  12. 0:17about how you can have Claude code
  13. 0:20basically run the business and how you
  14. 0:22can actually find clients, which is the
  15. 0:23hardest part for most people. So let's
  16. 0:25dive into the first repo in this case,
  17. 0:27which is called Voice Studio. So if we
  18. 0:29dive into the actual repo itself, here
  19. 0:31is the repo. It's called Voice Studio.
  20. 0:33It's got 92,500
  21. 0:35stars on GitHub. At one point it was a
  22. 0:38number one trending repository of the
  23. 0:40day. Now, what is Voice Studio? What
  24. 0:42does it actually do? So it's actually
  25. 0:44the hottest repo on GitHub this month,
  26. 0:46but you're the only person who's going
  27. 0:48to know how to turn it into a business.
  28. 0:49So what it does is that it's a free
  29. 0:51local alternative to something like 11
  30. 0:53Labs. Now, 11 Labs lets you clone
  31. 0:55voices. It's basically an AI voice
  32. 0:58platform. So what this allows us to do,
  33. 1:00the actual outcome that we're going to
  34. 1:02sell to a buyer is the buyer gets a
  35. 1:04Spanish channel in a box. So every one
  36. 1:07of their existing videos gets dubbed
  37. 1:09into Spanish or really any any language
  38. 1:11that they want, but Spanish is probably
  39. 1:13the second most common language next to
  40. 1:15English. It's in the creator's own voice
  41. 1:17and it's captioned and it's posted on
  42. 1:19their channel. So the the actual
  43. 1:22outcome that the buyer is getting is
  44. 1:24they get a brand new Spanish-speaking
  45. 1:25audience from the videos that they've
  46. 1:27already made. So again, if you've got a
  47. 1:29big audience of people who speak
  48. 1:30English, this is such an easy way to
  49. 1:32build a secondary audience by using AI
  50. 1:34tools to attract an audience that only
  51. 1:36speaks Spanish. So who are we actually
  52. 1:38going to sell this to? We're going to
  53. 1:39sell this to coaches, course creators,
  54. 1:41and YouTubers that have anywhere from
  55. 1:4310K to 250K subscribers in the niches of
  56. 1:46business, finance, or fitness because
  57. 1:48those tend to be higher value niches.
  58. 1:50Now, how are we actually going to price
  59. 1:52this offer? So we're going to charge a
  60. 1:53$1,000 setup fee and then we're going to
  61. 1:56charge $750 a month, which is going to
  62. 1:58get the creator up to eight videos per
  63. 2:01month. Now, your cost to actually set up
  64. 2:03and run this service is literally $0
  65. 2:06because this runs locally, and the repo
  66. 2:08itself is open source. Anybody can come
  67. 2:10in here to GitHub and fork this repo or
  68. 2:13clone it and set it up for themselves.
  69. 2:15So, how are we going to find the leads?
  70. 2:16We're going to use a tool called Treg.
  71. 2:18That tool is them in any way, but
  72. 2:23I've been using them a ton. It's
  73. 2:25basically open router for agent tools.
  74. 2:27So, instead of us having to pay a
  75. 2:28monthly subscription for like Apollo or
  76. 2:32Hunter or any of these tools that find
  77. 2:33verified contact information, we can pay
  78. 2:36per for at a usage basis with Treg. So,
  79. 2:39we're going to use Treg
  80. 2:41to find the YouTube creators. It's going
  81. 2:43to do this easily for like really
  82. 2:44pennies. We're going to filter to find
  83. 2:46the ones that don't have a Spanish
  84. 2:47channel yet. We're going to look for
  85. 2:49actual titles of like founder, creator,
  86. 2:52or host. And then, we're going to send
  87. 2:53them a 60-second clip of their top video
  88. 2:56in Spanish. And that clip is going to be
  89. 2:58what does the selling. And in order to
  90. 3:00do that, we're going to clone their real
  91. 3:01voice only after we get written consent,
  92. 3:03so that that video clip that we're
  93. 3:05sending is basically just a sample. If
  94. 3:07we can get their buy-in, then we'll
  95. 3:08start using their real voice. So, if we
  96. 3:10can get six clients on this offer,
  97. 3:12that's 4,500 a month plus 6K in setup
  98. 3:15fees.
  99. 3:16Now, the second repo that we're going to
  100. 3:18look at in this case is one where we can
  101. 3:20run a security audit. So, this is
  102. 3:23something that we can sell to
  103. 3:24businesses. I'll get to what the actual
  104. 3:26offer is here in a second, but this is
  105. 3:27from Cloudflare. It's called Security
  106. 3:30Audit Skill. This is a repo that has
  107. 3:3251,200 stars. We can see what it does.
  108. 3:35It conducts a structured audit, a
  109. 3:38structured security audit of an app or
  110. 3:40of a SaaS or of a tool in six different
  111. 3:41phases.
  112. 3:43Now, why is this important? So,
  113. 3:45it's a free skill that turns cloud code
  114. 3:47into a security auditor with verified
  115. 3:50findings. So, what we're actually
  116. 3:51selling, the offer that we're selling,
  117. 3:53is a security audit for apps that are
  118. 3:55built with AI. So, like vibe coded apps
  119. 3:57are notoriously insecure. So, this is
  120. 4:00going to help us uncover any of those
  121. 4:01insecurities. And we're going to give
  122. 4:03the client a plain English report of
  123. 4:05every confirmed hole, plus a list of the
  124. 4:08actual fixes. So, what the buyer's
  125. 4:10getting is that the outcome they're
  126. 4:12getting is an exposed API key or an open
  127. 4:14database gets found before a hacker or
  128. 4:16customer finds it. So, you know, what
  129. 4:19they're paying you for the audit, they
  130. 4:20should make multiple times over in terms
  131. 4:22of a more secure product. So, we're
  132. 4:24going to sell this to non-technical
  133. 4:25founders who already have paying users,
  134. 4:28who built their tool on Lovable, Bolt,
  135. 4:30Replit, or Cursor. And you can even
  136. 4:31partner with dev shops to resell your
  137. 4:34audit as a service. So, we can charge
  138. 4:36$1,500 per audit, plus $300 a month to
  139. 4:39re-audit every new release. Now, the
  140. 4:41great thing about tech tools is they're
  141. 4:43constantly re-releasing, they're
  142. 4:45constantly adding new versions, they're
  143. 4:46constantly updating the tool. Every
  144. 4:49update they push is prone to bugs and
  145. 4:51prone to security flaws. So, we can
  146. 4:53basically charge them a retainer to
  147. 4:54continuously audit their product. And
  148. 4:56it's going to cost us anywhere from 20
  149. 4:58to $60 per audit in Claude usage in
  150. 5:01terms of token spend to do that. Now,
  151. 5:04how do we find these clients? Well,
  152. 5:06again, we're going to use Treg to find
  153. 5:08founders who launched in the last 12
  154. 5:10months. And Treg lets you get really
  155. 5:12granular with how you're actually
  156. 5:13searching for people. So, it can
  157. 5:15literally find people who launched in
  158. 5:16the last 12 months. Like, that is one of
  159. 5:18the abilities that Treg has. We're going
  160. 5:20to filter for companies that have
  161. 5:21anywhere from 1 to 10 staff who had a
  162. 5:23live app. We're going to look to the
  163. 5:26titles of founder, CEO, or CTO. And
  164. 5:29we're going to send them a free seven
  165. 5:31holes in AI-built apps checklist. So,
  166. 5:34this is kind of like a generic lead
  167. 5:35magnet, but it's very valuable to them
  168. 5:37because they're going to see it and
  169. 5:38think, "Oh, well, chances are my tool
  170. 5:41has one of these holes." And of course,
  171. 5:43we're never going to test a live app
  172. 5:45without their written permission, which
  173. 5:46is why we send them that checklist to
  174. 5:48get their interest, and then we set up a
  175. 5:50sales conversation from there. So, if we
  176. 5:52can do four audits a month, that's
  177. 5:53$6,000 plus five monthly retainers gives
  178. 5:56us 1,500 a month in recurring revenue. I
  179. 5:58really like this one because obviously
  180. 6:00there's been an explosion of vibe-coded
  181. 6:02tools and apps, and this is a very, very
  182. 6:05needed uh tool.
  183. 6:08Third one,
  184. 6:09uses the free Anthropic plugins. So,
  185. 6:12Anthropic uh and the the makers of
  186. 6:13Claude have tons of free uh plugins
  187. 6:17within Claude Claude Co-work, and they
  188. 6:19have customize What we can do is we can
  189. 6:20customize these for one department. So,
  190. 6:23Anthropic is a free plugin that turns
  191. 6:25Co-work into sales, support, legal, or
  192. 6:27finance specialist. If we look at the
  193. 6:29actual repo here, this is literally from
  194. 6:31Anthropic. It is again an open-source
  195. 6:33repo, 33,000 stars. Uh these are all the
  196. 6:37different skills and plugins it has. So,
  197. 6:39it's got productivity, sales, customer
  198. 6:41support, product management, marketing,
  199. 6:43legal, finance, etc. So, how do we
  200. 6:45actually turn this into an offer? Well,
  201. 6:47what we can do is we can sell a sales
  202. 6:49plugin wired into the client's CRM and
  203. 6:52playbook that's going to give them call
  204. 6:54prep, follow-up drafts, and a Monday
  205. 6:56pipeline review. So, the outcome that
  206. 6:59the buyer's paying for is
  207. 7:01now their sales reps get prepped for a
  208. 7:03call in 2 minutes instead of 20, and
  209. 7:06their follow-ups go out the same day,
  210. 7:08which leads to, you know, speed to lead,
  211. 7:10which I've talked about before on this
  212. 7:12channel. So, you actually make a lot
  213. 7:13more money the quicker you can respond
  214. 7:15to leads and the quicker you can
  215. 7:16progress deals down the field. So, if
  216. 7:19they're doing 20 sales calls a week,
  217. 7:21taking prep time from 20 minutes per
  218. 7:23call to 2 minutes per call, that's a 90%
  219. 7:27reduction
  220. 7:28times 20 per week times X number of reps
  221. 7:31that they have, that's a real big
  222. 7:32saving. So, we're going to sell this to
  223. 7:34B2B sales teams that have anywhere from
  224. 7:36three to 15 reps who are using either
  225. 7:38HubSpot or Close as their CRM. Uh we can
  226. 7:41also sell this to SaaS companies, MSPs,
  227. 7:43logistics companies, and staffing
  228. 7:45companies. What are we going to charge?
  229. 7:47Well, we're going to charge $2,500 setup
  230. 7:49fee per department plus $500 a month.
  231. 7:52Now, our cost for this one, this is
  232. 7:54another one that I really like because
  233. 7:55our cost here is $0 because our client
  234. 7:58is going to be paying for the actual
  235. 8:00Cloud seats, right? We're going to build
  236. 8:01this on top of their existing Cloud
  237. 8:03Teams plan or Cloud Enterprise plan. And
  238. 8:06this is a no-brainer for companies that
  239. 8:07don't want to set this stuff up
  240. 8:08themselves. So, again, we're going to
  241. 8:10use Tregg to find the leads. Tregg can
  242. 8:12actually find companies that use a
  243. 8:14specific tool stack. So, we can
  244. 8:17literally use Tregg to find companies
  245. 8:19that are using HubSpot as a CRM or to
  246. 8:22find companies that are using Close as a
  247. 8:23CRM. And then we can filter those
  248. 8:25companies to find ones that have
  249. 8:27anywhere from 20 to 200 staff.
  250. 8:29We're going to filter further to find
  251. 8:31ones that are hiring SDRs or account
  252. 8:33executives right now. So, that way we
  253. 8:35know which ones are growing and which
  254. 8:36ones actually have a pain point as it
  255. 8:38relates to sales. We're going to target
  256. 8:40the titles of VP of sales, head of
  257. 8:43sales, revenue operations, and then we
  258. 8:45can even send them a sample call brief
  259. 8:47written about their company as our foot
  260. 8:50in the door. So, when we reach out via
  261. 8:51cold email, they're basically seeing a
  262. 8:54sample deliverable written about their
  263. 8:55company, which is going to pique their
  264. 8:57interest in wanting to talk to us.
  265. 8:59And then if they want us to set up, say
  266. 9:01the marketing department or the finance
  267. 9:03department on a similar setup, that's
  268. 9:05just going to be another setup fee. So,
  269. 9:06if we can land four clients and just do
  270. 9:08one department per client, that's two
  271. 9:10grand a month in recurring plus 10K in
  272. 9:13setup fees. Now, real quick, before we
  273. 9:15get to the next repo, I'm taking all
  274. 9:18eight of these repos, all the offers
  275. 9:20here, all the strategies around finding
  276. 9:22leads, and the prompts that you can use
  277. 9:24inside Tregg to pull the leads, the the
  278. 9:27templates that you can use to actually
  279. 9:29send cold emails to these clients, I'm
  280. 9:31taking all of that and putting it into a
  281. 9:33completely free playbook. I'm going to
  282. 9:35put the link to that in the description
  283. 9:36below. That playbook actually lives
  284. 9:38inside of our free school community. So
  285. 9:41the link is going to be to the free
  286. 9:42school community. If you join that,
  287. 9:44you'll get uh access to the free
  288. 9:46playbook there along with like a hundred
  289. 9:48plus of my other free resources.
  290. 9:50So next repo that we're looking at is
  291. 9:52called Agent Reach. Now this one's
  292. 9:54really interesting to me.
  293. 9:57So if we look at Agent Reach, this is
  294. 9:58has a hundred and five thousand stars.
  295. 10:00So this is a big one, right? Uh at one
  296. 10:02point it was number one trending GitHub
  297. 10:04repo of the day. At one point it was
  298. 10:06ranked a number one twenty-six in the
  299. 10:09global GitHub repo ranking. So like this
  300. 10:12one is legit. Now obviously this is in
  301. 10:15Chinese here, but it works for you the
  302. 10:17same way as it would if you were based
  303. 10:18in China. Now what does it actually do?
  304. 10:21So it lets Claude code or Codex or
  305. 10:24whatever tool you're using read Reddit,
  306. 10:26X, YouTube, LinkedIn jobs, etc. from one
  307. 10:29command with no API fees. Because to
  308. 10:32normally to scrape sites like that
  309. 10:34you're paying a bit of amount of money
  310. 10:35in API fees, and Agent Reach does it for
  311. 10:37free. So the offer that we're selling is
  312. 10:39a daily list of the five posts where
  313. 10:42someone is asking for what the client
  314. 10:44sells each with a reply drafted in their
  315. 10:47voice. So let's say what our client is a
  316. 10:49beauty company who sells a very specific
  317. 10:51type of skin care serum. Well, Agent
  318. 10:54Reach is going to go out on the internet
  319. 10:55and find people on Reddit or X or
  320. 10:58YouTube or LinkedIn talking about the
  321. 11:00fact that they need a they need the
  322. 11:02product that our client sells. It's
  323. 11:04going to send the post over to the
  324. 11:05client and draft a reply in their voice
  325. 11:07so that they can interact with their
  326. 11:09ideal client in real time based on the
  327. 11:11actual things that the clients are
  328. 11:13saying. So what is the outcome that the
  329. 11:15buyer gets? They get warm leads raising
  330. 11:17their hand in public every day plus what
  331. 11:20people hate about their competitors. So
  332. 11:22not only are they going to get access to
  333. 11:24a warm stream of clients, these same
  334. 11:26people are going to be able to share
  335. 11:27insight about what they don't like about
  336. 11:29competing tools and competing brands so
  337. 11:32they can model their offers accordingly.
  338. 11:34Now, who can we sell this to? We can
  339. 11:36sell this to SaaS companies that have
  340. 11:38anywhere from five to 50 staff so that
  341. 11:40we know they're big enough to actually
  342. 11:42have product market fit. We can sell
  343. 11:43this to agencies and then niche
  344. 11:45e-commerce brands. So for this, we can
  345. 11:47easily charge a $500 setup fee plus $400
  346. 11:51a month. And our cost to run this is
  347. 11:53going to be roughly $10 a month in
  348. 11:55hosting fees.
  349. 11:56So to find the leads, as always, we're
  350. 11:58going to use Tregg to find SaaS
  351. 12:00companies that have five to 50 staff.
  352. 12:02We're going to look for the titles of
  353. 12:03founder, head of growth, or marketing.
  354. 12:06We're going to pull five real threads
  355. 12:08from the last seven days asking for what
  356. 12:10they sell, and we're going to send them
  357. 12:12those threads as the hook. So again,
  358. 12:14they get to basically see the
  359. 12:15deliverable tailored to their product or
  360. 12:17service as your introduction, as your
  361. 12:20foot in the door.
  362. 12:21And if we can get 10 clients, that's
  363. 12:23$4,000 a month recurring plus five grand
  364. 12:26in setup fees.
  365. 12:28Next one, Metabase. So this is going to
  366. 12:30be a repo that allows us to create an
  367. 12:32owner dashboard. So if we look at
  368. 12:34Metabase on GitHub, almost 50,000 stars.
  369. 12:37Very robust repo here. Um this just kind
  370. 12:40of shows you what a dashboard that you
  371. 12:43can build on top of Metabase looks like.
  372. 12:44So it looks very good. Like this is very
  373. 12:46professional. Most business owners would
  374. 12:49kill for this type of solution because
  375. 12:50most business owners don't know their
  376. 12:52numbers. So what it is is it is a free
  377. 12:54open-source business intelligence tool.
  378. 12:57It can connect to the client data
  379. 12:58sources and turn that data into
  380. 13:00dashboards. So the offer that we're
  381. 13:02selling is
  382. 13:04basically taking their QuickBooks, their
  383. 13:05CRM, their ad accounts, and putting them
  384. 13:08into one dashboard of anywhere from five
  385. 13:11to 10 of their key numbers, plus a
  386. 13:13Monday email basically giving them the
  387. 13:15weekly overview of their main KPIs. So
  388. 13:18the outcome the buyer is getting in this
  389. 13:20case is the owner is allowed to is able
  390. 13:23to run their business on actual numbers
  391. 13:26and actual data instead of gut feel. So,
  392. 13:29they'll know their actual cash, they'll
  393. 13:30know their close rate, they'll know
  394. 13:31their margin. They can start running on
  395. 13:33the numbers versus running on feeling.
  396. 13:35And 99% of business owners are running
  397. 13:38based on a gut feeling, which is why
  398. 13:39most businesses fail.
  399. 13:42So, who can we sell this to? We can sell
  400. 13:43this to businesses doing anywhere from
  401. 13:45two to 20 million dollars a year in
  402. 13:47revenue that have anywhere from 20 to
  403. 13:49100 staff because these are companies
  404. 13:51that are large enough to need to know
  405. 13:53their numbers at a granular level to be
  406. 13:55able to make decisions. So, these are
  407. 13:57going to be contractors, multi-location
  408. 13:59clinics, distributors, manufacturers,
  409. 14:01etc.
  410. 14:02We're going to charge a $2,500 setup fee
  411. 14:04plus $400 a month to maintain it, and
  412. 14:07it's going to cost us roughly $20 a
  413. 14:09month to host a server to basically for
  414. 14:12their dashboards to sit on.
  415. 14:14So, we're going to use Traackr as always
  416. 14:16to find job posts of companies looking
  417. 14:18for a reporting analyst because that is
  418. 14:20the exact role that this solution
  419. 14:23replaces. We're going to filter those
  420. 14:24leads to find ones that have anywhere
  421. 14:26from 20 to 100 staff. We're going to
  422. 14:28look for the titles of owner, CEO, COO,
  423. 14:30or controller. We're going to ask them
  424. 14:32for the five numbers that they check
  425. 14:34every Monday, and then we're going to
  426. 14:35mock up their dashboard for free. So,
  427. 14:38we're basically going to send them a
  428. 14:39free deliverable so that they understand
  429. 14:41what it looks like to work with us, and
  430. 14:43that's going to get them a lot more
  431. 14:44interested than us asking them just to
  432. 14:46get on a call.
  433. 14:47So, if we can get five clients, that's
  434. 14:49two grand a month uh in recurring
  435. 14:51revenue plus 12,500 in setup fees.
  436. 14:55The next repo is called Paperless NGX.
  437. 14:58So, this is what can turn your office of
  438. 15:01paper records and cluttered uh paper
  439. 15:04records into one that's completely
  440. 15:06paperless, and you'd be shocked to know
  441. 15:07how many companies, doctors' offices,
  442. 15:10property managers, title companies that
  443. 15:12exist out there that still use so many
  444. 15:15paper documents. So, what this actually
  445. 15:18does, again, if we look at Paperless
  446. 15:19NGX, 47,200
  447. 15:22stars on GitHub, uh transforms your
  448. 15:25physical documents into a searchable
  449. 15:26online archive, so you can keep less
  450. 15:29paper. Very simple value prop. So, it's
  451. 15:32a free document system that scans,
  452. 15:34reads, auto tags, and allows for full
  453. 15:37text searching of every document in your
  454. 15:39database. So, the offer that we're
  455. 15:41selling is their old files digitized,
  456. 15:44any new files auto filed, and then a
  457. 15:47Claude Q&A over the whole archive within
  458. 15:5030 days. So, imagine that company being
  459. 15:52able to literally ask questions of their
  460. 15:55entire archive via Claude. That's what
  461. 15:57we're giving them the ability to do.
  462. 15:59So, what does that actually mean for the
  463. 16:01business owner? What outcome are they
  464. 16:02getting? Well, that means that now they
  465. 16:04can find any file in 10 seconds. They
  466. 16:07get rid of their file cabinets and any
  467. 16:09backups survive after a fire or a flood.
  468. 16:12Because if their office catches on fire,
  469. 16:13if there's a flood, they lose all their
  470. 16:15records without this solution here.
  471. 16:18So, we can sell this to CPA firms, law
  472. 16:20firms, property managers, and title
  473. 16:22companies that have anywhere from 5 to
  474. 16:2450 staff.
  475. 16:25So, the pricing here we're going to
  476. 16:26charge a $2,000 setup fee plus $200 a
  477. 16:29month, and then we can bill them at cost
  478. 16:32for bulk scanning. Now, we don't have to
  479. 16:34be the ones physically in the office
  480. 16:36doing the scanning. We could literally
  481. 16:38hire someone to go in the office and do
  482. 16:39that for them. Now, it's going to cost
  483. 16:41us roughly $15 a month to host the
  484. 16:45documents for them. We can always charge
  485. 16:48that back to them if we want.
  486. 16:50So, we're going to use Traackr to find
  487. 16:51job postings for file clerk roles, use
  488. 16:54Google Maps to find CPAs, law firms, and
  489. 16:56property managers, look for the job
  490. 16:58titles of managing partner or office
  491. 17:01manager, and literally just ask the
  492. 17:03question as our hook, "How long does it
  493. 17:05take to find a file from 2021?"
  494. 17:07And chances are it's multiple minutes.
  495. 17:09When they reply, we can send them a Loom
  496. 17:11video searching a demo archive so that
  497. 17:14they can understand what the solution
  498. 17:16would look like in practice inside their
  499. 17:18business. So, we can land six clients,
  500. 17:20that's 1,200 a month in recurring
  501. 17:22revenue, plus $12,000 in setup fees.
  502. 17:27All right, this next one, InvoiceNinja,
  503. 17:29super super powerful. I really like this
  504. 17:31one. We look at this repo, 10,300 stars.
  505. 17:35Again, if we scroll down, it's on
  506. 17:37version five. So, this is one that has
  507. 17:39been updated multiple times. It's been
  508. 17:41kept up to date. You can pay them to
  509. 17:43host it for you, or you can self-host
  510. 17:45it. Again, that's going to be the open
  511. 17:46source repo version. Now, what it
  512. 17:49actually does is it offers a free
  513. 17:51self-hosted platform for self-hosting
  514. 17:53your invoices, quotes, and online
  515. 17:54payments.
  516. 17:56It's essentially an open source version
  517. 17:58of FreshBooks. If anybody's used
  518. 17:59FreshBooks, that is a paid tool, this is
  519. 18:01a free version of that that you can
  520. 18:03self-host. So, what we're selling, the
  521. 18:05actual offer, is payment link invoices,
  522. 18:08reminders that go out to people that
  523. 18:10haven't paid at 3, 7, 14, and 30 days,
  524. 18:14escalation emails that Claude drafts to
  525. 18:17the people that haven't paid, and then a
  526. 18:19weekly report of who owes you money.
  527. 18:22So, what is the outcome that the buyer
  528. 18:23gets? Very simply put, the buyer gets
  529. 18:26more cash coming in faster, and the
  530. 18:28owner stops chasing invoices. This is a
  531. 18:31massive issue in companies that that
  532. 18:33operate on um you know, an accounts
  533. 18:35payable or accounts receivable model.
  534. 18:37So, like distribution companies and
  535. 18:39manufacturing companies, their their
  536. 18:41customers typically don't pay for 15,
  537. 18:4330, 60, 90 plus days, and this helps
  538. 18:46them collect that cash a lot sooner. So,
  539. 18:48we can sell that to contractors, B2B
  540. 18:50service firms, manufacturers,
  541. 18:51distributors, any company that's going
  542. 18:53to have $50,000 or more in invoices that
  543. 18:56are more than 30 days late.
  544. 18:59So, we can easily justify a $1,000 setup
  545. 19:02fee plus $300 a month to maintain this
  546. 19:06system for them, and our cost is going
  547. 19:08to be about a $10 per month server to
  548. 19:10host this for them. So, again, to find
  549. 19:13the leads, we're going to use Treg to
  550. 19:15search job postings for billing
  551. 19:17coordinator across those industries that
  552. 19:19I just mentioned. We're going to filter
  553. 19:20to find ones that have anywhere from 10
  554. 19:22to 100 staff. We're going to look for
  555. 19:24the titles of owner, controller, or
  556. 19:27office manager. And we're going to reach
  557. 19:29out to them and ask, "What's your
  558. 19:30accounts receivable over 60 days right
  559. 19:32now?" Chances are it's significant, and
  560. 19:35then we're going to send them a sample
  561. 19:37reminder sequence tailored to their
  562. 19:39industry once they respond. So, again,
  563. 19:41they can see firsthand what the
  564. 19:44deliverable or one of the deliverables
  565. 19:45looks like if they were to use our
  566. 19:47service. So, if we can land eight
  567. 19:49clients, that's 2,400 a month recurring
  568. 19:52plus $8,000 in setup fees.
  569. 19:55Now, the eighth repo in this case is
  570. 19:58called Dub. So, this is an offline
  571. 20:00marketing scorecard. Now, the reason I
  572. 20:02really like this one, it's one, it's got
  573. 20:0425,000 stars.
  574. 20:06Um really robust open-source link
  575. 20:08attribution platform. The reason I like
  576. 20:10this one is I think a lot more marketing
  577. 20:12is going to go offline, especially as AI
  578. 20:14starts to spam a lot of channels, people
  579. 20:17are going to go back to
  580. 20:18sending out mailers and yard signs and
  581. 20:21wrapping their trucks. And Dub lets you
  582. 20:22figure out which of those campaigns are
  583. 20:24actually effective. So, what does it
  584. 20:26actually do? It offers open-source short
  585. 20:29links with QR codes that allow you to
  586. 20:32track clicks and conversion. So, most
  587. 20:34people just go and like wrap their truck
  588. 20:36and put their phone number on it. And
  589. 20:38when their phone rings, they have no
  590. 20:39idea if that call is coming from
  591. 20:41somebody who saw their truck, somebody
  592. 20:43who got a a letter in the mail, somebody
  593. 20:44who saw their ad online. They have no
  594. 20:46idea which marketing channels are
  595. 20:48actually working. So, Dub helps them
  596. 20:50understand what marketing channels are
  597. 20:51working. So, what are we selling? A
  598. 20:53unique QR code or link on every mailer,
  599. 20:57yard sign, and truck wrap, plus a
  600. 20:59monthly report on which of their
  601. 21:01marketing channels is actually working.
  602. 21:03So, the outcome the buyer gets is they
  603. 21:05stop paying for marketing channels that
  604. 21:07aren't working, and they can double down
  605. 21:09on the ones that do. It's very simple.
  606. 21:11It is a very easy sell. So, who are we
  607. 21:13selling this to? We're selling this to
  608. 21:15home service companies that are spending
  609. 21:17three grand or more per month on offline
  610. 21:19marketing and real estate teams. Those
  611. 21:22are going to be the two lowest hanging
  612. 21:24fruit industries that could use this
  613. 21:25type of service and you could even go to
  614. 21:27print shops, brick and mortar print
  615. 21:29shops and have them resell your service.
  616. 21:32So, we could have them white label this
  617. 21:33service. So,
  618. 21:35what are we going to charge? We're going
  619. 21:36to charge a $500 setup fee plus $250 a
  620. 21:40month and our only cost is Dubs Cloud
  621. 21:44plan. So, this is the one repo that
  622. 21:46costs us a little bit of money. It's not
  623. 21:48even that much at all, especially
  624. 21:49compared to what you can charge. You
  625. 21:51could self-host it, but it's and it's
  626. 21:53going to end up um probably costing a
  627. 21:55little more than the actual hosted
  628. 21:56version. So, to find leads, we're going
  629. 21:58to use Treg to do a Google Maps scrape
  630. 22:01for HVAC, roofing, and plumbing
  631. 22:02companies. We're going to look for ones
  632. 22:04that have anywhere from 10 to 50 staff.
  633. 22:06We're going to look for the job titles
  634. 22:07of owner or marketing manager and we're
  635. 22:10going to simply ask them which of your
  636. 22:11last three mailers made money. And I
  637. 22:13guarantee you they're not going to have
  638. 22:15an answer for you and that is where we
  639. 22:17can come in and explain our solution to
  640. 22:19know, "Well, if you did know which ones
  641. 22:21made money for you, would that allow you
  642. 22:23to double down on the ones that did and
  643. 22:24cut the ones that didn't, would you make
  644. 22:26more money from that, yes or no?" And if
  645. 22:28they know what they're doing, if they're
  646. 22:29smart, they're going to say yes. So, if
  647. 22:31we can land 10 clients on this service,
  648. 22:33that's $2,500 a month plus $5,000 in
  649. 22:37setup fees. Now, if we look at all these
  650. 22:39services side by side by side,
  651. 22:42so, if we wanted to run every single one
  652. 22:44of these offers in parallel, which I
  653. 22:45don't recommend, I recommend just
  654. 22:47choosing one and going deep, but if we
  655. 22:49wanted to run all of these, if we just
  656. 22:52got two clients on each of these offers,
  657. 22:55that's going to be $23,000
  658. 22:57in upfront revenue plus $6,200 a month
  659. 23:00in recurring revenue at a 99% net
  660. 23:03margin. You don't need a team, you don't
  661. 23:05need some crazy infrastructure to run
  662. 23:08these offers. These are all very
  663. 23:09solopreneur friendly offers. Now, which
  664. 23:11one would I start with? I would probably
  665. 23:13start with the one that uses Agent
  666. 23:16Reach. The buying intent alerts, that
  667. 23:18was the fourth one that we covered. Go
  668. 23:20sell that to SaaS and to agencies
  669. 23:21because that is the one that can
  670. 23:23literally get your client a new customer
  671. 23:26tomorrow because we're sending them the
  672. 23:28information of people who already raised
  673. 23:30their hands saying they want their
  674. 23:31product or service. So, those are the
  675. 23:34eight GitHub repos. Again, if you want
  676. 23:35everything I covered in this video plus
  677. 23:38templates, plus prompts, plus literally
  678. 23:41everything that you need turnkey to run
  679. 23:42these offers from scratch.
  680. 23:45Link in the the description to join our
  681. 23:47free school. We've got the full playbook
  682. 23:49inside the classroom of school breaking
  683. 23:51this down in detail. It's completely
  684. 23:52free. Thank you so much for watching.
  685. 23:54I'll be back soon.
