  1. 0:00Believe it or not, everyone trying to
  2. 0:01make money with AI right now is making
  3. 0:04the exact same mistake. You see, most
  4. 0:06people think they have to build their
  5. 0:07own tool or some kind of AI startup, but
  6. 0:1099% of them will get demolished by the
  7. 0:13huge companies with millions in funding.
  8. 0:15Eman here is an investor and advisor to
  9. 0:17a multi-billion dollar AI company. So, I
  10. 0:20asked him to film this video with me to
  11. 0:22share his unique insight into where the
  12. 0:24industry is heading over the next few
  13. 0:26months. From what you're seeing, how are
  14. 0:28the people making serious money with AI
  15. 0:30doing it?
  16. 0:31>> Well, every business knows that they
  17. 0:32need to be using AI, but almost none of
  18. 0:35them know how to, which means that the
  19. 0:36real money goes to whoever can take
  20. 0:39these AI tools and put them to work for
  21. 0:41a business.
  22. 0:42>> And that's why today Eman and I are
  23. 0:43breaking down the proven ways to do just
  24. 0:46that. And we're going to be ranking them
  25. 0:47on this tier list. And as he's my guest,
  26. 0:50I'll let Eman [music] take the first
  27. 0:51one.
  28. 0:55>> So, this is all about getting paid to
  29. 0:56make [music] property listings look
  30. 0:58incredible. And you can use the AI to do
  31. 1:01all of the work for you. You see, every
  32. 1:03real estate agent and property owner
  33. 1:05knows that their photos are one of the
  34. 1:07first things that a buyer or a guest
  35. 1:09sees. And most of them are these rushed
  36. 1:12phone pictures with bad lighting and
  37. 1:14even worse angles. And most of them know
  38. 1:16that it's costing them inquiries, but
  39. 1:18they don't have the time or budget to
  40. 1:20hire a professional photographer to fix
  41. 1:22it. And that's where you come in.
  42. 1:24Because a few dollars in AI credits can
  43. 1:26turn these dodgy photos into something
  44. 1:28that looks like a professional shoot.
  45. 1:31And that's worth a lot more to them than
  46. 1:32what you charge. But, that's enough
  47. 1:34theory. How do you actually do this? So,
  48. 1:36you're going to start off by going to
  49. 1:37any property listing website. I'm here
  50. 1:40on Airbnb, but you can use Zillow,
  51. 1:42Property 24, or even booking.com. Look,
  52. 1:45it doesn't really matter. So, take some
  53. 1:47time to go look through all of the
  54. 1:48listings and photos, and I can
  55. 1:50immediately see there are some pretty
  56. 1:52bad ones here. So, your job, or in fact,
  57. 1:55I should say AI's job, is to fix that.
  58. 1:57So, the next step is you're going to
  59. 1:58take the photos here on the listing and
  60. 2:00then you're actually going to feed them
  61. 2:01into an AI image generation platform
  62. 2:04such as Hexfield. And then it's just a
  63. 2:05case of typing in a simple prompt like
  64. 2:07this in order to improve them.
  65. 2:11And there we go. Look at how much better
  66. 2:13these are already. But it doesn't stop
  67. 2:15there because the real opportunity is
  68. 2:17going one step further in creating a
  69. 2:19cinematic walk-through video generated
  70. 2:22from those same photos. Let me show you
  71. 2:23what I actually mean. So, I'm going to
  72. 2:25paste this prompt in here and see what
  73. 2:27it generates.
  74. 2:30>> [music]
  75. 2:34>> This is nuts you can do this from your
  76. 2:36laptop. And look, I get it from your
  77. 2:38perspective you're sat here and you're
  78. 2:39going, "Okay, well, why would a real
  79. 2:41estate agent or Airbnb host pay for
  80. 2:43this?" Well, it's quite simple. There
  81. 2:45are two main reasons. The first is
  82. 2:47rather obvious. Better photos and videos
  83. 2:49gets more inquiries and more inquiries
  84. 2:51means more bookings and more sales. But
  85. 2:53the second reason is the one that most
  86. 2:55people never think of. Time. I mean, a
  87. 2:58walk-through video actually does the
  88. 2:59first viewing for them because the
  89. 3:01buyers who don't like the layout, they
  90. 3:03filter themselves out at home. Okay? So,
  91. 3:05the agent only spends their weekend with
  92. 3:07people who actually want the place. So,
  93. 3:10if I wanted to offer this, how would I
  94. 3:11actually get my first client? Well,
  95. 3:13believe it or not, finding a list of
  96. 3:15potential clients is as easy as their
  97. 3:17names, emails, and phone numbers that
  98. 3:19are already sat here on online property
  99. 3:22listings. So, I'd pick a couple with
  100. 3:24terrible photos, I would improve them,
  101. 3:25and I would actually send them the
  102. 3:27before and afters as a free sample. This
  103. 3:30is pretty cheap and fast, so you can do
  104. 3:31lots of them for different agents. And
  105. 3:34then I would produce one walk-through
  106. 3:36video that you can use as an example of
  107. 3:38your work. Now, these are a little bit
  108. 3:39more expensive to generate, so I
  109. 3:41wouldn't waste money doing this for
  110. 3:43free. Then, when an agent bites on the
  111. 3:45photos, I would actually show them that
  112. 3:47example and offer the walk-through as
  113. 3:49the upsell. But how much money can you
  114. 3:51make? Look, I'm going to be honest.
  115. 3:53You're not going to be charging
  116. 3:54thousands per video here. A walk-through
  117. 3:56and some improved images can be priced
  118. 3:58about 100 bucks, but it only costs you a
  119. 4:01few dollars in credits to make. So, the
  120. 4:03profit margins are great. And as you
  121. 4:05land more clients with more listings,
  122. 4:07you can actually start charging monthly
  123. 4:08retainers. At that point, this can make
  124. 4:10you anywhere from 5 to 10,000 dollars a
  125. 4:12month. Look, it's not going to make you
  126. 4:14a millionaire overnight, but it's a
  127. 4:16pretty solid start. So, how quickly can
  128. 4:19you get started? Well, all you need is a
  129. 4:20laptop and a subscription to a platform
  130. 4:22like Higgsfield. You can land your first
  131. 4:24client this week and your first paid job
  132. 4:27can pay for the tool 10 times over. So,
  133. 4:30how competitive is it? I'd say this is
  134. 4:32low, well, at least for now. Most people
  135. 4:35haven't realized how good AI photo and
  136. 4:37video generation has become, but that
  137. 4:39window will close as the word gets out.
  138. 4:41So, being early here counts for a lot.
  139. 4:43The only thing holding it back is that
  140. 4:46it's a service, which means your time is
  141. 4:47the product. The more money you make,
  142. 4:49the more time it takes to fulfill the
  143. 4:51work. So, for that reason, I'm actually
  144. 4:53going to go ahead and put this in
  145. 4:56B tier. But, let's see if Mark's next
  146. 4:58one can beat it.
  147. 5:02>> Every creator [music] has a goldmine
  148. 5:04sitting in their back catalog, and most
  149. 5:06of them don't even realize. This idea is
  150. 5:09all about getting paid to dig it out.
  151. 5:10You see, loads of creators, podcasters,
  152. 5:13and business owners already putting out
  153. 5:15long-form content, such as a weekly
  154. 5:17podcast or a YouTube video, and they
  155. 5:19know they should be turning that into
  156. 5:21newsletters, short clips, X posts, and
  157. 5:24LinkedIn posts, because that's how you
  158. 5:26get in front of new audiences. Now, you
  159. 5:28might be wondering, why wouldn't they
  160. 5:30just paste it into ChatGPT themselves?
  161. 5:32The thing is, there's a bit more to it
  162. 5:34than that. You see, if you don't tell
  163. 5:36the AI how the creator actually talks,
  164. 5:39you just get a generic robotic post that
  165. 5:41nobody wants to read, and busy people
  166. 5:44don't have time to set that up properly.
  167. 5:46That's what they're paying you for. So,
  168. 5:48here's exactly how I'd do it. Step one,
  169. 5:51pick a creator or business that already
  170. 5:53makes long-form content. Now, for this
  171. 5:55demo, I'm going to use one of my videos
  172. 5:58from my new economics channel. This one
  173. 6:01here will do nicely, but
  174. 6:05you can use YouTube, Spotify, or any
  175. 6:07podcast. Step two, get the transcript.
  176. 6:11So, you can easily get this by heading
  177. 6:13over to an AI transcribing platform such
  178. 6:16as this one. It's pretty cheap to get
  179. 6:19the full transcript. Step three is where
  180. 6:21the magic happens. You need to set up a
  181. 6:23dedicated AI workspace for your client.
  182. 6:26Now, to do this, I'm going to sign into
  183. 6:29Claude and then new project.
  184. 6:33I'm going to name it after the client,
  185. 6:35something like Mark's
  186. 6:37economics.
  187. 6:39Then comes the important bit. Click here
  188. 6:42to add files and drop in everything you
  189. 6:45can find on them. Then I'll click set
  190. 6:48project instructions, and this is where
  191. 6:50you tell Claude exactly what you want.
  192. 6:55Now, as you can see, I've been really
  193. 6:58specific here, so it sounds like the
  194. 7:00client and not some generic robot. Step
  195. 7:03four, paste the transcript and let
  196. 7:05Claude get to work. There we go, and
  197. 7:07then I'll press enter.
  198. 7:12Look at that. From one video, we've got
  199. 7:15a newsletter, short-form scripts, X
  200. 7:18post, and LinkedIn post, all in the
  201. 7:20client's voice, and all in a couple of
  202. 7:22minutes. So, how would I get my first
  203. 7:24client? Well, as I said, there are
  204. 7:26thousands of creators and podcasters
  205. 7:29posting long-form content every week,
  206. 7:31and you can see exactly who's active.
  207. 7:34So, I'd pick a few who post a lot on one
  208. 7:36platform, but nowhere else. Someone with
  209. 7:39a great podcast, but no newsletter, for
  210. 7:41example. Then, I'll take one of their
  211. 7:44recent episodes, repurpose it, and send
  212. 7:47them the finished content as a free
  213. 7:48sample. But, before I send it off, I'll
  214. 7:51make sure to give everything a proper
  215. 7:52read-through, tweak anything that
  216. 7:54doesn't sound right, and check that it's
  217. 7:56accurate. After all, this quality
  218. 7:58control is what they'll end up paying
  219. 7:59you for. If they're impressed, you can
  220. 8:01then offer to do it on a paid basis.
  221. 8:03But, how much can you make? This one is
  222. 8:06great as most clients pay monthly based
  223. 8:08on how many pieces of content you
  224. 8:10produce each month. Which means you can
  225. 8:11make a few hundred to a couple of
  226. 8:13thousand dollars a month per client,
  227. 8:15depending on the volume and quality.
  228. 8:17That means you only need to land a
  229. 8:19handful of clients, and this can become
  230. 8:21a proper income. Your main costs are a
  231. 8:23QuillBot subscription and a
  232. 8:24transcription tool, but you'll easily
  233. 8:27pay for that with just one client. So,
  234. 8:29how quickly can you start? If you can
  235. 8:32read and can tell good writing from
  236. 8:33boring writing, you can be up and
  237. 8:35running within a few days. So, how
  238. 8:37competitive is it? I'd say there's a
  239. 8:39decent amount of competition as there
  240. 8:41are already agencies and freelancers
  241. 8:43doing this, and more people are catching
  242. 8:45on because the tools are so accessible.
  243. 8:48But, saying this, most of them just
  244. 8:49paste a transcript into an AI and send
  245. 8:51back whatever comes out. The ones who
  246. 8:54set it up properly and match the
  247. 8:55client's voice stand out. The only
  248. 8:57downside, just like Iman's first idea,
  249. 8:59is it's a service, so your time is still
  250. 9:02the product. But, as it's so simple,
  251. 9:04I've got to put it
  252. 9:06in the A tier. Actually, quickly before
  253. 9:08I hand back to Iman. Before we started
  254. 9:11filming, we both agreed on one idea that
  255. 9:13we believe is the biggest opportunity
  256. 9:16right now. But, it's so big that we
  257. 9:18couldn't do it justice in just one
  258. 9:20video. I mean, we can tell you the idea
  259. 9:22itself, but that's pretty useless
  260. 9:24without a plan on how to actually do it.
  261. 9:27So, we're doing something completely
  262. 9:28different. On November the 7th, we're
  263. 9:30hosting a free five-day event called the
  264. 9:33AI Income Challenge, where we won't just
  265. 9:35reveal this idea, we'll show you exactly
  266. 9:38how to build it step-by-step from
  267. 9:40scratch. I'll drop the link in the
  268. 9:41description, so go and save your spot
  269. 9:43right now because the people who move
  270. 9:45first on an opportunity like this are
  271. 9:47the ones who win. And the ones who wait
  272. 9:49until everyone else knows about it are
  273. 9:51the ones that get left behind. Right,
  274. 9:53over to you for the next [music] one,
  275. 9:54E-man.
  276. 9:57>> Every business has [music] a list of
  277. 9:59people who once said, "I'm interested."
  278. 10:02and were never followed up with. So,
  279. 10:04this idea is all about getting paid to
  280. 10:06go back and turn them into customers.
  281. 10:08You see, every time someone fills out a
  282. 10:10form or sends a message or calls a
  283. 10:11business asking about prices, they
  284. 10:14become something called a lead. But most
  285. 10:16of them never buy. So, all of these
  286. 10:18leads just sit there in a spreadsheet. A
  287. 10:20dentist, a gym, a roofer, a med spa,
  288. 10:23they've all got hundreds, sometimes even
  289. 10:24[clears throat] thousands of them just
  290. 10:26sat there gathering dust. And that's
  291. 10:28crazy because these are people who
  292. 10:30already showed interest. So, the hardest
  293. 10:32and most expensive part, which is
  294. 10:34actually getting them interested in the
  295. 10:36first place, has already happened. So,
  296. 10:38these dead leads are money just laying
  297. 10:40on the floor. Your job? Well, I guess in
  298. 10:43this case the AI's job is just to go
  299. 10:45ahead and pick it up. And do you
  300. 10:46remember how both of mine and Mark's
  301. 10:48last ideas were services? So, the more
  302. 10:50you earn, the more time it takes. Well,
  303. 10:52this one solves that because the AI does
  304. 10:54the heavy lifting. The first step is
  305. 10:56rather easy. You're going to take that
  306. 10:58list of old leads and load it into an AI
  307. 11:00tool that can actually text them. Now,
  308. 11:02for this case, I'm actually using a
  309. 11:03platform called HighLevel. For the
  310. 11:05purpose of this video, I've made a fake
  311. 11:07list of old leads for a dental clinic,
  312. 11:09so let's go ahead and import it. All
  313. 11:11you're going to do is click contacts and
  314. 11:13then import and upload the list. And
  315. 11:15there we go. There are all of our old
  316. 11:18leads ready to go. Now, in real life,
  317. 11:20this would be the list that the business
  318. 11:22already has sitting in their CRM or a
  319. 11:24spreadsheet. Step two is just to get the
  320. 11:27AI to write some natural-sounding
  321. 11:29messages. Now, I was just going ahead
  322. 11:31and playing around with Claude for a bit
  323. 11:33and it spat this out. Hey Sarah, it's
  324. 11:34Bright Smiles Dental. We came across
  325. 11:36your details from a while back. Are you
  326. 11:38still interested to get that checkup
  327. 11:40sorted? Step three, when Sarah replies,
  328. 11:42we're going to use AI to actually handle
  329. 11:44the conversation and there are lots of
  330. 11:46apps that have an AI bot for this.
  331. 11:48HighLevel's version is called the
  332. 11:50conversation AI. Just set one up and
  333. 11:52tell it what business it works for, what
  334. 11:54the services are, what the prices are,
  335. 11:57and its goals, which in this case will
  336. 11:59be booking an appointment. But why would
  337. 12:00a business pay you for this? Well, if
  338. 12:02you think about it, why wouldn't they?
  339. 12:04You're not asking them to spend any more
  340. 12:06money as you only get paid when an old
  341. 12:09lead turns into a customer. So, think
  342. 12:11about that from the owner's side.
  343. 12:12They're not paying for another piece of
  344. 12:13software that they might never use. They
  345. 12:16only pay when they also get paid. So,
  346. 12:18it's a win-win. Now, there's one rule
  347. 12:20that you need to stick to with this one
  348. 12:22and that is only messaging people who
  349. 12:24have previously opted in to hear from
  350. 12:26that business, which means their own old
  351. 12:29leads. You never run a list that you
  352. 12:31bought online. Also, you have to
  353. 12:33remember the rules on texting vary by
  354. 12:35country. So, just check what applies
  355. 12:37wherever you're operating and always
  356. 12:39give people an easy way to opt out. So,
  357. 12:42how much can you make? Well, because
  358. 12:44you're charging based on results, you
  359. 12:46can charge very handsomely, anywhere
  360. 12:47from 50 to a couple hundred dollars for
  361. 12:49each appointment that gets booked and
  362. 12:51shows up, depending on what the business
  363. 12:54actually sells. If you land a handful of
  364. 12:56clients, you could get to around $10,000
  365. 12:58a month. And because the AI handles the
  366. 12:59conversations, taking on more clients
  367. 13:01doesn't automatically mean that you
  368. 13:03spend every hour of your day working.
  369. 13:06But how quickly can you start? Look, I'm
  370. 13:07going to be honest, there's a bit more
  371. 13:09setup than my first idea because you
  372. 13:11have to learn the tool and how the
  373. 13:12conversations work, but you can have
  374. 13:15this up and running within a week or so.
  375. 13:17As for competition, this is better known
  376. 13:19than the real estate idea and there are
  377. 13:21already people offering lead
  378. 13:23reactivation, but there are far more
  379. 13:25local businesses sitting on neglected
  380. 13:27leads than there are people willing to
  381. 13:29go in and do it properly. So, the demand
  382. 13:32is still bigger than the supply. And the
  383. 13:34only downsides is a bit more setup and a
  384. 13:37bit more competition, which is why it
  385. 13:38was close to A tier, but for those two
  386. 13:41reasons, I'm actually going to put this
  387. 13:43in B tier. Let's see what Mark's got for
  388. 13:45us next.
  389. 13:47>> [music]
  390. 13:49>> This is all about getting paid to turn a
  391. 13:51business's terrible website into one
  392. 13:53that actually brings in customers. You
  393. 13:55see, most local businesses know their
  394. 13:58website is bad. It's slow. It looks like
  395. 14:00it was built in 2003, and it's
  396. 14:02impossible to use on a phone. But,
  397. 14:05redesigning it means finding a designer,
  398. 14:07waiting weeks, and paying thousands, so
  399. 14:09they just leave it. Luckily for you, AI
  400. 14:12can now build a modern website in
  401. 14:13minutes, so you can offer a makeover for
  402. 14:16a fraction of what an agency charges and
  403. 14:18still make a healthy profit. So, here's
  404. 14:20exactly how I'd do it. Step one, find a
  405. 14:23local business with a bad website, and
  406. 14:25there's loads out there. I'm going to
  407. 14:27head over to Google Maps and search for
  408. 14:30something like
  409. 14:32gardeners
  410. 14:34in
  411. 14:35Kent.
  412. 14:37And as you can see, a lot of these have
  413. 14:38websites that are outdated, slow, or
  414. 14:41don't work properly on mobile, so just
  415. 14:43click through a few and you will find
  416. 14:46plenty. Let's use this one for a quick
  417. 14:48demo. Now, apologies if this is your
  418. 14:50business, but you could really do with a
  419. 14:53makeover. Step two, use an AI website
  420. 14:56builder to make them a new one. So,
  421. 14:58let's go to my dashboard. It asked me to
  422. 15:01describe the website, so I'm going to
  423. 15:03type in something like modern
  424. 15:08mobile-friendly
  425. 15:09website
  426. 15:11for
  427. 15:12a gardening business
  428. 15:14in Kent,
  429. 15:16England.
  430. 15:18>> [snorts]
  431. 15:18>> Right.
  432. 15:19I'll then just have a look at their
  433. 15:21services, opening hours, and reviews,
  434. 15:23then list all that stuff in this prompt.
  435. 15:27Now, the more detail you give it, the
  436. 15:28better the results, and then press
  437. 15:31enter.
  438. 15:34And look at that. It's built a full
  439. 15:36website layout, text, images,
  440. 15:39everything. Now, if I want to change
  441. 15:41something, I can actually drag things
  442. 15:43around myself, or I could just tell AI
  443. 15:46what I want it to do for me. Look, it
  444. 15:49won't be perfect, so you'd always have
  445. 15:51to check the details, but as a starting
  446. 15:53point, that is insane. Here's the old
  447. 15:55website next to the new one. It's a
  448. 15:57night and day difference in my opinion,
  449. 16:00and let's just check it on mobile.
  450. 16:03There you go. How about that? That is
  451. 16:05pretty perfect, to be honest. Step
  452. 16:07three, send it to the business as a free
  453. 16:10sample. Now, I'm going to email them,
  454. 16:13"Hi,
  455. 16:14I noticed your website wasn't working
  456. 16:16well on mobile, so I put together a
  457. 16:20quick redesign.
  458. 16:22Here's what it could look like.
  459. 16:24Happy to make changes." Step four, if
  460. 16:27they like it, charge them to finish it
  461. 16:29and put it live, then offer to look
  462. 16:30after it monthly. So, how much can you
  463. 16:33make? Well, most local businesses will
  464. 16:35pay a few hundred to a couple of
  465. 16:37thousand dollars for a new website,
  466. 16:39which is far less than an agency would
  467. 16:41charge. Then you can add a monthly fee
  468. 16:43for hosting, updates, and small changes,
  469. 16:46which turns a one-off job into a
  470. 16:48reoccurring income. Your costs are an AI
  471. 16:50website builder and a bit of your time.
  472. 16:53So, how quickly can you start? Honestly,
  473. 16:56straight away. There's not much to learn
  474. 16:58because the AI does the design. What
  475. 17:01you're really learning is what makes a
  476. 17:02website work for a local business, such
  477. 17:05as clear services, easy contact details,
  478. 17:08and a good mobile layout. You can have
  479. 17:10your first sample done this week. What
  480. 17:12about the competition? Well, there are
  481. 17:15already lots of people building
  482. 17:16websites, and AI has made it easier for
  483. 17:19everyone. But, most of them just make
  484. 17:21something that looks nice. If you focus
  485. 17:23on sites that get customers to call or
  486. 17:25book, you'll stand out. The downside is
  487. 17:27that it's crowded, and like the other
  488. 17:29service ideas, it's mostly one-off jobs
  489. 17:32unless you build them up into a monthly
  490. 17:33client. For that reason, I'm going to
  491. 17:36put this one in the B
  492. 17:38C.
  493. 17:40Do you know what? This a hard one. I'm
  494. 17:42going to break the rules a little bit.
  495. 17:43I'm going to put it between the two.
  496. 17:46Right, back over to you, Eman.
  497. 17:49>> [music]
  498. 17:52>> This next one is all about getting paid
  499. 17:54to make the [music] ads the brands run
  500. 17:56on TikTok and Instagram without needing
  501. 17:58a camera or being an influencer. You
  502. 18:00see, before any of this, I actually ran
  503. 18:02a marketing agency. And back then, if a
  504. 18:04client wanted new ads, it was this whole
  505. 18:07operation. You needed designers,
  506. 18:09copywriters, and video editors. And for
  507. 18:11UGC ads, which are the ones where
  508. 18:13someone unboxes and uses a product, you
  509. 18:16had to ship products to creators. You
  510. 18:18had to wait for them to film, and only
  511. 18:20then could you turn that footage into
  512. 18:22ads. It was slow, it was expensive, and
  513. 18:25every new ad costed you time and money
  514. 18:28before you even knew whether it would
  515. 18:30work. But, you probably didn't realize
  516. 18:31that today you can create more than 10
  517. 18:33variations in one afternoon from your
  518. 18:36laptop for a fraction of the cost. So,
  519. 18:39here's exactly how you do it. Step one
  520. 18:41is you're going to pick an AI ad
  521. 18:42creation tool. There are loads of them
  522. 18:44out there.
  523. 18:45>> Now, for this demo, I'm going to use
  524. 18:46Hicks field, but to be honest, the same
  525. 18:47steps apply for most of the other tools.
  526. 18:49Step two is just upload all the data
  527. 18:51that it needs. I need to upload an image
  528. 18:53of an avatar, then some images of the
  529. 18:56products. We have this lip plumper I
  530. 18:58found earlier, so let's use that. Step
  531. 19:00three is just describe what we want her
  532. 19:02to do. The woman sits on her bed, holds
  533. 19:04the product to the camera, and looks a
  534. 19:07bit excited. She opens it, applies it
  535. 19:09while talking, and then gives it a
  536. 19:12thumbs up. And then for the actual
  537. 19:13words, something like, "So, everyone
  538. 19:15kept asking me what I was wearing on my
  539. 19:16lips, so here it is. This is the one.
  540. 19:19It's my everyday go-to now. Super easy
  541. 19:21to put on and I've had so many
  542. 19:22compliments. Link below if you want to
  543. 19:24try it." Now, let's click generate.
  544. 19:29>> Everyone kept asking what I'm wearing on
  545. 19:30my lips, so here it is. It's this little
  546. 19:32plumper I literally carry everywhere
  547. 19:34now. So easy to just click and
  548. 19:37swipe on.
  549. 19:39It's my everyday go-to, super easy, and
  550. 19:42I've had so many compliments. It's kind
  551. 19:43of funny.
  552. 19:45Links below if you want to try it.
  553. 19:46>> Look, there we have it. I would say that
  554. 19:48this has turned out pretty nicely. Now,
  555. 19:50if I was doing this for real, I would
  556. 19:51then take this video, I would send it to
  557. 19:53the brand, and see if they want to pay
  558. 19:55me to make more. And you wouldn't post
  559. 19:57the first version without checking it.
  560. 19:59Of course, you look at the product, the
  561. 20:00claims, and the branding, and really
  562. 20:02make sure that it all makes sense. It's
  563. 20:04the same value-first approach as Mark's
  564. 20:06website revamp idea. So, how much can
  565. 20:09you make? Well, this is where it gets
  566. 20:10serious because brands pay real UGC
  567. 20:12creators somewhere between $100
  568. 20:16or more for a single video depending on
  569. 20:18the creator and the usage rights.
  570. 20:21Package that as a monthly retainer for a
  571. 20:23set number of ads, and you could charge
  572. 20:25a few thousand dollars a month per
  573. 20:27client. But, how quickly can you start?
  574. 20:29Look, as you've seen, making a
  575. 20:30nice-looking ad is fast and easy, but
  576. 20:33making an ad that sells is a different
  577. 20:35skill because you have to learn hooks,
  578. 20:38angles, and what makes people stop
  579. 20:40scrolling. So, how competitive is it?
  580. 20:42Well, this is actually the most crowded
  581. 20:43idea that I've brought to the table
  582. 20:45today. AI ads are getting a lot of
  583. 20:47attention, and more people are offering
  584. 20:49them. The market is huge, so there's
  585. 20:51still room, but you're walking into a
  586. 20:54busy room. Now, that doesn't make it a
  587. 20:55bad idea. Out of everything on this
  588. 20:58board, it has the biggest earning
  589. 20:59potential. The demand never stops
  590. 21:01because brands always need new ads every
  591. 21:04week, and it pays monthly. But, it's
  592. 21:06only A tier if you're willing to learn
  593. 21:08how ads actually work. If you just want
  594. 21:11to start this week with no experience,
  595. 21:13it's a tougher road. So, I'm going to go
  596. 21:15ahead and put it into A-tier for
  597. 21:17potential with that big warning attached
  598. 21:20next to it. Okay, let's see what Mark
  599. 21:22has for us now.
  600. 21:27>> This is all [music] about getting paid
  601. 21:29to use AI to answer a business's
  602. 21:31customers questions for them. So, nobody
  603. 21:34on their team has to type the same reply
  604. 21:36for the hundredth time. You see, most
  605. 21:38businesses get the same questions over
  606. 21:40and over again. "Where's my order?
  607. 21:43What's your returns policy? Are you open
  608. 21:45on Sunday?" And someone has to answer
  609. 21:47every single one, usually while trying
  610. 21:50to run the rest of the business. Now,
  611. 21:52you might be thinking, "Why wouldn't
  612. 21:53they just add an AI chatbot themselves?"
  613. 21:56Well, I know from [snorts] experience
  614. 21:58that a chatbot dumped on a website with
  615. 22:01no training gives the wrong answers,
  616. 22:03which is worse than having no chatbot at
  617. 22:05all. Setting it up properly with the
  618. 22:07right information, the right tone, and
  619. 22:09knowing when to pass a customer to a
  620. 22:11human is what businesses will pay you
  621. 22:13for. So, here's exactly how I'd do it.
  622. 22:16Step one, pick an AI support tool. Now,
  623. 22:19there are loads of them out there such
  624. 22:20as Tidio or Chatbase. They all work in a
  625. 22:23similar way, so try a few and see which
  626. 22:25one suits the type of business you want
  627. 22:27to work with. For this demo, I'll use
  628. 22:29Chatbase, but the same steps apply to
  629. 22:32the others. Step two is to feed it
  630. 22:35everything you know about the business.
  631. 22:37Let's use this one for a quick demo.
  632. 22:39Now, I'm going to paste their website in
  633. 22:42here so that it can read the pages. Of
  634. 22:45course, the more information you give
  635. 22:47it, the better the answers. So, feel
  636. 22:49free to download their frequently asked
  637. 22:51questions and returns policy. I'm just
  638. 22:53doing the website address for the sake
  639. 22:55of speed. Step three, set the rules and
  640. 22:58test it. I'm just going to type
  641. 23:00something like,
  642. 23:02"You are
  643. 23:03a customer support assistant.
  644. 23:07>> [snorts]
  645. 23:08>> Keep the answers short and friendly.
  646. 23:13Only answer using the information
  647. 23:15provided." Now, that's important. "And
  648. 23:17if you don't know,
  649. 23:19say so and offer to pass the customer to
  650. 23:24a human." Now, for the most important
  651. 23:26part, the testing. That's the bit most
  652. 23:29people skip. So, I'm going to ask,
  653. 23:32"What's your return policy?"
  654. 23:37Okay, nice. Well, that lines up exactly
  655. 23:40with the business's actual policy. Of
  656. 23:42course, you should take some time asking
  657. 23:44as many questions as you can and
  658. 23:46double-checking the answers because if
  659. 23:48the bot makes up an answer, that's how
  660. 23:51businesses end up in trouble. So, how
  661. 23:53much can you make? Well, most people
  662. 23:56charge a one-off setup fee plus a
  663. 23:58monthly fee to keep it updated. How
  664. 24:00quickly can you start? Well, most of
  665. 24:03these tools set up in an afternoon and
  666. 24:05there's no coding involved. So, what
  667. 24:07you're really mastering is how to write
  668. 24:09good instructions and test the bot
  669. 24:11properly. Now, for the competition, I'd
  670. 24:14say this is medium to high. Chatbots are
  671. 24:16everywhere now and businesses can sign
  672. 24:19up to these tools themselves. But a lot
  673. 24:21of the ones you see are set up badly, to
  674. 24:23be honest. If you focus on getting the
  675. 24:25answers right, adding guardrails, and
  676. 24:27keeping it updated, you'll definitely
  677. 24:29stand out. The downside is that the
  678. 24:31tools are easy for businesses to buy
  679. 24:33themselves and if the bot gets something
  680. 24:35wrong, the blame lands on you. For that
  681. 24:38reason,
  682. 24:39I'm going to put this in the B tier.
  683. 24:42Alrighty, man, come on in. Let's talk
  684. 24:44about the last one together.
  685. 24:47>> [music]
  686. 24:50>> This idea is the one E-Man and I both
  687. 24:52agreed [music] is the biggest
  688. 24:53opportunity right now and it's exactly
  689. 24:56what we've been saving the STS spot for.
  690. 24:58>> That's right. We both asked ourselves,
  691. 25:00if we had to start again from zero today
  692. 25:04with everything that we know about AI,
  693. 25:06what's the single best way that we would
  694. 25:08choose to make money? And we actually
  695. 25:09landed on the exact same answer. And as
  696. 25:12Mark said, it beats everything else on
  697. 25:15this board.
  698. 25:15>> So, you're probably thinking, why
  699. 25:17haven't we told you what it is? I'll be
  700. 25:19completely honest with you. Cramming it
  701. 25:21into 5 minutes at the end of this
  702. 25:23YouTube video would ruin it. You get the
  703. 25:25idea, get excited, try it half-heartedly
  704. 25:28for a weekend, do it wrong, and quit.
  705. 25:30Exactly like most people do with every
  706. 25:32idea we've talked about today. This one
  707. 25:34deserves better than that, and quite
  708. 25:36frankly, so do you. That's why we've
  709. 25:39decided to show you how to do it
  710. 25:40properly.
  711. 25:41>> Exactly. So, November 7th, we are
  712. 25:43hosting a completely free 5-day event
  713. 25:46called the AI Income Challenge. And
  714. 25:49we're not just going to reveal this
  715. 25:50idea, we're going to build it out with
  716. 25:52you one day at a time. A real
  717. 25:55step-by-step plan that you can actually
  718. 25:57follow along in real time. So, here's
  719. 25:59what to do right now before you click
  720. 26:01off this video. Go to the link in the
  721. 26:03description, save your free seat for the
  722. 26:05AI Income Challenge starting November
  723. 26:077th.
  724. 26:07>> So, if you want to be there live when we
  725. 26:09reveal it, make sure to save your spot
  726. 26:11with the link in the description. And if
  727. 26:13you want to keep growing your wealth in
  728. 26:15the meantime, I'm going to leave another
  729. 26:16video right up there. But don't click on
  730. 26:18it just yet. Make sure to subscribe if
  731. 26:20you want to grow your wealth, okay? I'll
