  1. 0:00As-salamu'alaykum. All right, so I'm a
  2. 0:01Muslim revert, alhamdulillah. And in the
  3. 0:03last few years, I made millions of
  4. 0:05dollars running online businesses. But
  5. 0:08since AI came into this digital world,
  6. 0:11everything went 10x, alhamdulillah
  7. 0:14rabbil alamin. But listen, in this video
  8. 0:16is not about me. It's about you. How you
  9. 0:18can do the same thing in this digital
  10. 0:20world full of opportunities. Since AI is
  11. 0:23here, the whole world is changing. And
  12. 0:25in this video, I'm going to give you the
  13. 0:27seven high-level services that you can
  14. 0:30start with AI to set up your own halal
  15. 0:34online business. Now, let's start and
  16. 0:36dive straight into it. Bismillah. Number
  17. 0:39one, the first solution that you can
  18. 0:41provide as a service with AI is customer
  19. 0:44support automation. Now listen, there
  20. 0:46are hundreds of millions of businesses
  21. 0:49worldwide. And every single business has
  22. 0:52a problem, right? Has things in its
  23. 0:54daily processes, daily to-do's that you
  24. 0:56can help with. And this first one is
  25. 0:58regarding to support. Every business
  26. 1:00needs to answer emails, answer questions
  27. 1:03from customers, clients, orders, issues.
  28. 1:07And this is the big frustration for
  29. 1:09many, many businesses. I mean, back in
  30. 1:10the days and and still a lot of
  31. 1:12businesses, they have tens of employees
  32. 1:14sitting behind a desk answering emails,
  33. 1:17phones, calls, everything. Inbound,
  34. 1:21outbound. But AI can do this. I mean, we
  35. 1:24all know it. ChatGPT, the chat AI bots
  36. 1:26and whatsoever. You can talk to it and
  37. 1:28it answers. And the same counts for
  38. 1:30businesses. The solution that you can
  39. 1:32sell is that you prompt an AI chatbot
  40. 1:35fully based on the customer's needs, the
  41. 1:38businesses, the information in of
  42. 1:40itself. So that instead of having 10
  43. 1:43employees for a couple thousand dollars
  44. 1:45per month, you can now sell a solution
  45. 1:47like this for maybe a thousand dollars,
  46. 1:49two thousand dollars. It doesn't cost
  47. 1:51you any time really to set it up. You do
  48. 1:53it in one day, couple hours. You can
  49. 1:56sell it for thousands of dollars. It's
  50. 1:57not about the hours that you put in or
  51. 1:59the energy that it takes you to do it.
  52. 2:01It's about being valuable. Like I said,
  53. 2:03if you manage to build that chatbot in a
  54. 2:06couple of hours, it doesn't matter
  55. 2:08because it saves a lot of money, a lot
  56. 2:10of time, and that's why it's worth so
  57. 2:12much. So, when you are selling services,
  58. 2:15you always look at the value that you
  59. 2:17can bring to the table, not the amount
  60. 2:18of time that it cost for yourself. Now,
  61. 2:21business idea number two. And here we
  62. 2:23get a little bit more complex. All
  63. 2:25right. AI content agents. I mean,
  64. 2:28listen, like I said, every single
  65. 2:30business has processes, problems, and
  66. 2:32things that you can solve and you can
  67. 2:33handle. And in this case, it's about
  68. 2:35content, one of the most crucial things
  69. 2:38in today's day and age. I mean, if you
  70. 2:40as a business in the past, you know,
  71. 2:42when the internet came, if you didn't
  72. 2:44have a website, you were missing out.
  73. 2:45But right now, it's not just a website
  74. 2:47that you need, it is also content,
  75. 2:49social media. People are spending on
  76. 2:51average a couple hours a day blindly
  77. 2:53scrolling. There's a lot of opportunity
  78. 2:55for businesses. Some businesses are
  79. 2:57already making content. It costs a lot
  80. 2:59of money, a lot of friction. Some
  81. 3:00businesses are not even doing any
  82. 3:02content. And that's why I'm saying 90%
  83. 3:04of the businesses need help with that.
  84. 3:06That's where you can jump in, not just
  85. 3:07by blindly editing and putting a lot of
  86. 3:09hours into it. No, by building an AI
  87. 3:12agent that can do that. And that is the
  88. 3:14solution. You have a bunch of programs
  89. 3:17such as Opus AI that can do clipping,
  90. 3:20short-form, social media content, where
  91. 3:22you just simply upload one video a long
  92. 3:25from video of 10 minutes, and it clips
  93. 3:27it into multiple short-form videos. But
  94. 3:29you can also just open Claude and ask
  95. 3:32it, "How do I do this?" And you explain
  96. 3:34the specific situation, and it outlines
  97. 3:37for you a complete plan where you can
  98. 3:38either build it with Claude or it
  99. 3:40recommends you the right software.
  100. 3:42Because one thing I have to be very
  101. 3:43honest with you, with all the business
  102. 3:45modules and the ideas that I'm sharing
  103. 3:46here, it depends on what client you're
  104. 3:48working for. But that's the beautiful
  105. 3:50thing. You don't have to know where to
  106. 3:52start. You don't have to be the expert.
  107. 3:53AI is your 24/7 mentor.
  108. 3:57>> [music]
  109. 3:57>> Is your 24/7 agent, your assistant that
  110. 4:00helps you to do that. So, the solution
  111. 4:03in here in this business module, this
  112. 4:04idea, is that you build a solution for
  113. 4:07content. Because once again, a company
  114. 4:09that wants to hire a full-time editor
  115. 4:11that can manage all of the content and
  116. 4:12whatsoever, couple thousand dollars per
  117. 4:14month. If you just set up a solution,
  118. 4:17set up a good process, you eliminate a
  119. 4:19lot of friction because you take care of
  120. 4:21that responsibility. You produce good
  121. 4:23content, you let it edited by AI, you
  122. 4:25publish it for the company, and you can
  123. 4:27charge $1,000, $1,500 per month. It's a
  124. 4:31recurring service such as the support.
  125. 4:33Over here, it's something that
  126. 4:35a company needs on a daily basis, not
  127. 4:37just one time, on a daily basis. And you
  128. 4:40know, it's not just the editing part. It
  129. 4:42can be writing scripts, good hooks and
  130. 4:44ideas, content planning, analyzing as
  131. 4:46well what kind of content works well,
  132. 4:48what can be better, what hooks do work
  133. 4:50well, etc., etc. So, you streamline the
  134. 4:53entire process, and you become super
  135. 4:55valuable without having any content
  136. 4:57experience yourself. Subhanallah. And
  137. 5:00before I dive into idea number three, I
  138. 5:03want you to know as well that for us
  139. 5:05Muslims, we sometimes have a little
  140. 5:06little bit of doubt and questions around
  141. 5:09AI. Is it halal? What do we need to keep
  142. 5:11in mind? And all I can tell you, apart
  143. 5:13from big disclaimer, I'm not a shaikh,
  144. 5:15I'm not a scholar, but I've done my
  145. 5:17research and I've talked to many people
  146. 5:19around me. I'm a Muslim that fears Allah
  147. 5:20Subhana Wa Ta'ala, and I want to stay
  148. 5:22far away from things that are not
  149. 5:24putting barakah in my businesses. AI is
  150. 5:26a leverage, okay? As long as you don't
  151. 5:28use it for creating fake images, use it
  152. 5:31for anything negative, everything in
  153. 5:33business, you know, it's about
  154. 5:34intention, and it's about what is the
  155. 5:36real output that you are producing. A
  156. 5:38website, is it [music] haram? Content,
  157. 5:41is it haram? Doing support, is it haram?
  158. 5:43No. So, as long as you are not lying, as
  159. 5:45long as you stay ethical, and as long as
  160. 5:47your intentions are good yourself, then
  161. 5:50I would say keep doing and keep using
  162. 5:52the opportunity right over here. Now,
  163. 5:55let's move to number three. And that is
  164. 5:58AI email marketing. Well, you might
  165. 6:00think that email is dead. That's really
  166. 6:03not the case. For many, many businesses,
  167. 6:05especially e-commerce stores, email
  168. 6:08marketing is one of the main sources of
  169. 6:10revenue, and it's the most profitable
  170. 6:12one. Because it might surprise you, but
  171. 6:14there are a lot of online businesses
  172. 6:17that have huge email lists, contacts,
  173. 6:19leads that are waiting there, and
  174. 6:21nothing is happening. All you have to do
  175. 6:24is find a business that has a lead list,
  176. 6:26you build a campaign, and you run their
  177. 6:28entire email pipeline, their entire
  178. 6:31system, just by using AI. And here as
  179. 6:33well, we all know that ChatGPT can write
  180. 6:35a nice email, but it's not just about
  181. 6:37writing that email. It's about
  182. 6:38strategically planning, analyzing, what
  183. 6:41kind of things will work. If you are
  184. 6:43helping an e-commerce store, and there
  185. 6:44is a summer action, like a discount that
  186. 6:47you want to do for the summer, you need
  187. 6:49to strategically plan it in advance. You
  188. 6:51need to know what is the ideal customer
  189. 6:54needs, the profile, the identity. Like,
  190. 6:56you need to know who you are talking to.
  191. 6:58So, all of the concepting and ideation
  192. 7:01can be done with AI. Writing and
  193. 7:03planning it can be done with AI.
  194. 7:05Managing and analyzing can be done with
  195. 7:07AI, without you needing any of that
  196. 7:09expertise. And again, here you have to
  197. 7:11look at not just how much time does it
  198. 7:13take for you, how much energy and
  199. 7:15friction or whatsoever. No. You look at
  200. 7:16how valuable it is. And now the fourth
  201. 7:19halal business idea with AI is AI design
  202. 7:22and creative direction. Now, once again,
  203. 7:25we first have to identify the problem,
  204. 7:27because if there is no problem, you're
  205. 7:29not able to help. Just like content,
  206. 7:31support, and all of those things, a lot
  207. 7:33of businesses, they need to put daily,
  208. 7:35on a daily basis, marketing campaigns,
  209. 7:38visuals, designs, logos, anything like
  210. 7:41that. They need to put it out there in
  211. 7:43order to be seen, in order to generate
  212. 7:44money. And good designers, they are
  213. 7:46pretty expensive. They are slow, or
  214. 7:48maybe if you hire one outside, the
  215. 7:50communication is not good. There's a lot
  216. 7:52of friction in here. And most
  217. 7:54businesses, they settle for less than
  218. 7:56what they actually know is possible. But
  219. 7:58because they want don't want the
  220. 7:59headache of hiring, firing, and all of
  221. 8:01this stuff, they choose to not really
  222. 8:03put attention [music] into it. And this
  223. 8:04is where you can jump in with the
  224. 8:06solution. You use AI tools, designing
  225. 8:08tools to produce high quality visuals.
  226. 8:11Fast, clean, and very accurate. And this
  227. 8:14can include everything. It's pretty
  228. 8:15broad. It can be social media graphics
  229. 8:17and post, ad creative for campaigns, or
  230. 8:20brand kits, logos, you know, business
  231. 8:23cards, posters, pitch decks,
  232. 8:25presentations, whatever [music] it is.
  233. 8:28Businesses need this on a daily basis.
  234. 8:31And you kind of act as their creative
  235. 8:33director. And one thing you might ask
  236. 8:35before we move to 0.5, is like, if this
  237. 8:38is so easy, if you can just set up and
  238. 8:40choose an AI and whatsoever, why
  239. 8:42wouldn't the business owner do it
  240. 8:44himself? And this is a good question to
  241. 8:45ask. But the reality is that most
  242. 8:48businesses, if you just look in general,
  243. 8:50most business owners are above 35, 40
  244. 8:53years old. They really don't know what
  245. 8:55is going on in terms of AI. And it is
  246. 8:57pretty overwhelming. Yes, AI can do a
  247. 8:59lot, but how do you know what kind of
  248. 9:01tools you need to use, where to find it,
  249. 9:02and and a lot of AI tools are still
  250. 9:04making mistakes. But you sit down, and
  251. 9:07you analyze each one of these services.
  252. 9:09You pick one, you become the best in it.
  253. 9:11And because you have done all the
  254. 9:12research, businesses are
  255. 9:15happy to pay you instead of figuring it
  256. 9:17out your themselves, and they are busy.
  257. 9:19They are so busy that if you come with a
  258. 9:21solution, they are happy to pay for it.
  259. 9:23So, don't underestimate yourself. Now,
  260. 9:25business idea number five is AI website
  261. 9:28and software building. This comes pretty
  262. 9:30close to the designing part, which which
  263. 9:32I just talked about. But instead of just
  264. 9:34designing visuals and logos, right over
  265. 9:36here, we're talking about developing and
  266. 9:38designing websites or software
  267. 9:39solutions. I mean, it might surprise
  268. 9:41you, but the most technical and specific
  269. 9:44things that required a lot of work,
  270. 9:46study, research, such as developing. I
  271. 9:49mean, developing code and going through
  272. 9:51it, very overwhelming. But you know that
  273. 9:53AI can do these things actually the
  274. 9:56best. So here, one step back. The
  275. 9:58problem. What is the problem? Every
  276. 10:00single business, they need a website,
  277. 10:03right? They need to be seen. If I want
  278. 10:04to buy something, I need to find a
  279. 10:06webshop. I need to find information
  280. 10:08about the businesses. So this is an
  281. 10:09essential aspect of running a business.
  282. 10:12It is not something like, "Oh, maybe
  283. 10:13they need it." No, every single business
  284. 10:16needs this. Instead of working entire
  285. 10:18weeks on developing a website with
  286. 10:20custom code and this and that, you just
  287. 10:22go to a software called Lovable, for
  288. 10:24example, or Webflow or Framer. These are
  289. 10:27all tools that you can use. And just
  290. 10:29like ChatGPT or Claude, you just talk to
  291. 10:31it, whatever you need and whatever
  292. 10:33you're thinking, and it builds it for
  293. 10:35you. The only thing with a website is
  294. 10:37that a website by a business, they only
  295. 10:39need a website once. Not just like
  296. 10:41social media, they need it every single
  297. 10:43month. So also here, you can charge a
  298. 10:44lot of money for it, okay? I used to
  299. 10:47charge $5,000 per website and per
  300. 10:49project. We are still doing development
  301. 10:51projects with our agency, but the thing
  302. 10:53it's a one-time project. It's not a
  303. 10:54monthly project. Yes, you can do monthly
  304. 10:56hosting and support or some
  305. 10:57optimizations, but it's slightly
  306. 10:59different. So you need to ask yourself
  307. 11:01as well, what do you prefer? A monthly
  308. 11:02recurring project or just making
  309. 11:04websites, new website every single
  310. 11:06month. The business model, the idea
  311. 11:08number six is building an AI personal
  312. 11:11assistant. And this is not only valuable
  313. 11:13for your clients or for other projects.
  314. 11:16This is also very valuable for yourself.
  315. 11:18Recently, a couple weeks ago, I've built
  316. 11:21my own internal personal assistant. And
  317. 11:23not just a personal assistant, an
  318. 11:25executive operator. I connected all my
  319. 11:28tools in my business, from my daily
  320. 11:30conversations in Slack and email and
  321. 11:32WhatsApp, all the way to operating
  322. 11:35tools, my calendar, software we use
  323. 11:37lovable designing [music] tools, and I
  324. 11:39can literally just grab my mobile phone
  325. 11:41over here, and I can talk to my personal
  326. 11:44assistant called Ray. I'm like, "Hey,
  327. 11:47just send me this. Just plan in a
  328. 11:48meeting. Send a message to this
  329. 11:51employee, whatsoever." And it does it
  330. 11:52for me. It analyzes everything that
  331. 11:55happens inside of my business, which
  332. 11:57literally removes 6 hours per day. I can
  333. 12:00just only focus on high-level tasks
  334. 12:02instead of going through my emails the
  335. 12:04whole day and whatsoever. It's like
  336. 12:05having a personal assistant, but then
  337. 12:07one who is 100 times smarter, 24/7
  338. 12:10available, super fast, and strategic.
  339. 12:12So, if you choose one of the other
  340. 12:14businesses that you want to run, then
  341. 12:16still I would highly, highly recommend
  342. 12:18you to also build your own personal
  343. 12:20assistant. [music] Again, the problem
  344. 12:21business owners, they need help with
  345. 12:23scheduling, summarizing their
  346. 12:25planning, and research emails, all of
  347. 12:28this headache. And you can sell that as
  348. 12:29a solution. Me myself, I did it because
  349. 12:32I wanted to research it, but it took me
  350. 12:33a couple of days to figure it out. If
  351. 12:35someone came with to me with the exact
  352. 12:37solution directly, I would love have to
  353. 12:39to just pay a couple hundred dollars or
  354. 12:40a couple thousand dollars maybe even for
  355. 12:42it. Now, idea number seven, and this is
  356. 12:44the last one in this list, is AI HR and
  357. 12:47recruitment. So, of course, AI can do a
  358. 12:50lot, but not everything. Hiring is still
  359. 12:52one of the most essential things in a
  360. 12:54business. You need [music] a team. What
  361. 12:55about physical businesses, for example,
  362. 12:57plumbers or whatsoever that go to to to
  363. 13:00houses to like AI cannot do this, right?
  364. 13:02And also in in digital like like
  365. 13:04businesses, you still need employees.
  366. 13:06But hiring, finding the right people is
  367. 13:08a big problem for businesses. Checking
  368. 13:11their CVs and like all of the
  369. 13:12information, scheduling interviews,
  370. 13:14onboarding new stuff, and all of that.
  371. 13:16Maybe for fun you should look how much a
  372. 13:18recruitment company actually can charge.
  373. 13:20It's a lot, but it's also because it's
