  1. 0:00In this video, I'm going to break down
  2. 0:01seven cloud-based workflows that will
  3. 0:03help you grow way faster on social
  4. 0:05media. And these are the opposite of AI
  5. 0:07slop. They're specifically designed to
  6. 0:09make it way faster to improve your
  7. 0:11content strategy and figure out what
  8. 0:12video to make next. For each one, I'm
  9. 0:14going to give you all the claw skills
  10. 0:16for free, a tactical example of how it
  11. 0:18works and explain why and when you'd
  12. 0:20want to use it. By the way, if you don't
  13. 0:21know me, my name is Callaway. I have 2
  14. 0:23million followers. I've done billions of
  15. 0:24views. And I've built my personal brand
  16. 0:26in two different spaces, content
  17. 0:28strategy and AI. So, this is the exact
  18. 0:31intersection I spend all day working on.
  19. 0:33If you're watching this and you know you
  20. 0:34should be using AI more, but you haven't
  21. 0:36quite figured out the right workflow to
  22. 0:37make it faster, I think you're going to
  23. 0:39love this video. All right. Now, I
  24. 0:40actually want to start with a little
  25. 0:41mini bonus skill. Call it number zero.
  26. 0:43This is the niche interviewer skill.
  27. 0:45Every single person that makes content,
  28. 0:46no matter what your niche is or what
  29. 0:47platform you use, should spend 5 minutes
  30. 0:50running this skill. It's six super easy,
  31. 0:52straightforward questions that will
  32. 0:53create this positioning dock and this
  33. 0:55positioning blueprint card for you. And
  34. 0:57this really helps you establish who your
  35. 0:58target viewer is, exactly what their
  36. 1:00pain points are, and it acts as a great
  37. 1:02foundation to build from for all the
  38. 1:05rest of the advanced workflows I'm going
  39. 1:06to walk through right now. If you want
  40. 1:07to run this, I've linked the niche
  41. 1:08interviewer for free below. All right,
  42. 1:10let's get into the first official
  43. 1:11workflow. This one's called the format
  44. 1:14finder. The main goal of the format
  45. 1:15finder is to help you figure out what
  46. 1:17formats are working best in your niche
  47. 1:19and discover new formats that aren't
  48. 1:21currently being used that could be
  49. 1:23whites space opportunities for you.
  50. 1:25Here's how it works. To start, all you
  51. 1:26have to do is run the skill file that I
  52. 1:28have linked below. Drop that in a new
  53. 1:30claw chat and just say run this. First,
  54. 1:32it'll ask you a couple questions to help
  55. 1:34qualify exactly who your target viewer
  56. 1:36is. And this is essentially building on
  57. 1:37that niche interviewer skill that I just
  58. 1:39talked about. And the reason it's doing
  59. 1:40this is to help you find the top
  60. 1:42competitor channels in your niche that
  61. 1:44are actually talking to the same
  62. 1:46audience that you're targeting. It'll
  63. 1:47then analyze the top videos from all of
  64. 1:49those channels. And it screens out
  65. 1:51anything they made that's not related to
  66. 1:52you, like lifestyle videos or daily
  67. 1:54updates. Once those are screened out,
  68. 1:56it'll take the remaining top five to 10
  69. 1:58videos and do a deep analysis on each
  70. 2:00channel. Now, for each video that it
  71. 2:01analyzes, it pulls out both the story
  72. 2:04structure format, how the information is
  73. 2:06laid, and the visual layout, how the
  74. 2:08visuals are laid, and it plots it on
  75. 2:10this heat map matrix. And you can see
  76. 2:12the vertical labels on the left side,
  77. 2:15those are formats, storytelling
  78. 2:16structures. And the labels on the top
  79. 2:18horizontally, those are visual layouts.
  80. 2:20Now, the reason this is so helpful is
  81. 2:22because this makes it super easy to see
  82. 2:24exactly what format combinations are
  83. 2:26crushing and where there's white space
  84. 2:28that nobody's currently serving. For
  85. 2:30each cell in this matrix, you can click
  86. 2:32on it and it will link below the exact
  87. 2:34videos from the analysis that represent
  88. 2:36it. Also, if you want even more
  89. 2:37examples, you can always use the
  90. 2:38Sandcastles.ai collections tab. In here,
  91. 2:41if you filter by formats or editing
  92. 2:43styles in the upper right, we have every
  93. 2:45single type of format and editing style
  94. 2:47listed. And if you click in, you'll see
  95. 2:495 to 10 very highquality examples that
  96. 2:52you can model off of. So, for example,
  97. 2:53if I see that the listical format and
  98. 2:55the split screen edit is open, but it
  99. 2:58recommends I should try it. If I want to
  100. 3:00see what those look like, I can go to
  101. 3:01the collections tab in Sandcastles, go
  102. 3:02to formats, find listical, watch a few
  103. 3:05of those, and do the same thing for
  104. 3:06split screen. And this just makes it so
  105. 3:08easy to get exposed to top examples that
  106. 3:10you can model. This one is a super
  107. 3:12helpful skill to run if you want to get
  108. 3:13exposed to the best performing formats
  109. 3:15in your niche. And of course, this is a
  110. 3:17foundation that you can then fork from
  111. 3:18here. So once you run this, you could
  112. 3:20then say, "Hey, I want to build on top
  113. 3:22and add this, add this, go expand to
  114. 3:24other niches. You can have full
  115. 3:26flexibility in Claude." If you want to
  116. 3:27run this one, just like all the other
  117. 3:28workflows I'm about to go through, the
  118. 3:30instructions are linked for free below.
  119. 3:32The skills are inside that, and I'll
  120. 3:33walk you through how to step byep do it.
  121. 3:35All right. Now, the second main workflow
  122. 3:36for today is called the audience
  123. 3:37bullseye builder. And if you've tried
  124. 3:39this one before, based on previous
  125. 3:40videos that I've talked about, this
  126. 3:42version is very much new and improved. I
  127. 3:44think every single person that is trying
  128. 3:46to make content to drive conversion to a
  129. 3:48lead magnet, an offer, a product or
  130. 3:50service would benefit a lot from running
  131. 3:52this audience bullseye builder. Now, the
  132. 3:54big question we're trying to answer with
  133. 3:56this workflow is how broad or narrow
  134. 3:59should I make my content if I'm trying
  135. 4:01to optimize for views, for conversions,
  136. 4:03or both? And this really is the
  137. 4:05million-dollar question if you're a
  138. 4:06business owner trying to drive for
  139. 4:08conversion. Well, this skill and this
  140. 4:09workflow is exactly how you figure it
  141. 4:11out. Here's how this new and improved
  142. 4:12audience bullseye builder actually
  143. 4:14works. First, again, it's going to start
  144. 4:15with some framing questions around your
  145. 4:17avatar. And again, you can feed in the
  146. 4:19niche interviewer answers. That's why
  147. 4:20you want that doc. You can feed that in
  148. 4:22if that's easier. It'll then use those
  149. 4:24answers to build this five ring
  150. 4:26bullseye. The center of the bullseye is
  151. 4:27the exact audience segment that you're
  152. 4:29looking for specifically. And then each
  153. 4:31ring progressively from there is getting
  154. 4:33slightly broader and broader. So, you
  155. 4:35can see for mine, the center of the
  156. 4:37bullseye is business owners using social
  157. 4:39media to grow their business. That is my
  158. 4:41ideal target audience if I could draw it
  159. 4:43up. Then one ring out from there, still
  160. 4:44pretty narrow, would be any creator,
  161. 4:46prneur, creator, entrepreneur, anyone
  162. 4:48building a personal brand. Still very
  163. 4:50close to me, but this can apply to
  164. 4:51people trying to just get views or
  165. 4:53conversions. I'm laser focused on
  166. 4:55helping people trying to turn views into
  167. 4:56dollars. So, some of this is relevant,
  168. 4:58but not all. Then the third ring is
  169. 5:00anyone growing on social media in any
  170. 5:02way. Then the fourth ring is anyone
  171. 5:04making any video content on any
  172. 5:06platform. And then lastly, the fifth
  173. 5:07ring would be marketing or psychology
  174. 5:09concepts applicable to anyone. Now, once
  175. 5:11it maps these rings for you and you
  176. 5:13agree that that is the hierarchy, it
  177. 5:14will deep analyze all the videos you've
  178. 5:16made on your channel and it will plot
  179. 5:18them in the rings on the bullseye. And
  180. 5:20of course, if you're just starting out
  181. 5:21and you don't have your own videos, you
  182. 5:22can definitely run this on someone
  183. 5:24else's channel. But I really recommend
  184. 5:25once you get at least 25 of your own
  185. 5:27videos, this is paramount to run on your
  186. 5:30own channel as well. I recommend taking
  187. 5:31in every video you've ever posted to do
  188. 5:33this. That's what I did with like the
  189. 5:35130 videos that I've posted on my
  190. 5:36marketing channel. Now, what's super
  191. 5:37helpful here is not only does it plot
  192. 5:39the videos and where they fit on the
  193. 5:41rinks, but it scores the views, the
  194. 5:44conversion, and the conversion rate per
  195. 5:46video, per ring, and it also does this
  196. 5:48on separate bullseye by topic bucket.
  197. 5:51You can see the tab at the top by
  198. 5:52bucket. If you click on that, it will
  199. 5:54break it out by topic bucket. Now,
  200. 5:55here's why this is so valuable. This
  201. 5:57reveals the sweet spot for what topic
  202. 6:00breadth you should attack if you're
  203. 6:02going for views, conversions, or both.
  204. 6:04Now, here's the really interesting
  205. 6:05thing. Most people would assume the
  206. 6:06closer you get to the center, the lower
  207. 6:08the views go and the higher the
  208. 6:10conversions. You're getting narrower and
  209. 6:12narrower for your audience. And vice
  210. 6:13versa. The broader you go, the more
  211. 6:15views you get, but the conversions go
  212. 6:17down. But here's what really shocked me.
  213. 6:19I ran this data on my entire channel,
  214. 6:21and the data did not confirm that
  215. 6:23conclusion. It turns out for me and for
  216. 6:25the other people I ran this on, there's
  217. 6:26a very clear answer. One of these five
  218. 6:29rings drives both lots of views and lots
  219. 6:32of conversions. It outranks for both.
  220. 6:34And so, actually, that is the altitude
  221. 6:37breadth versus depthwise that you want
  222. 6:39to make your content at, at least if
  223. 6:40you're me or these other people that I
  224. 6:42ran it on. Now, this data will change
  225. 6:44based on your channel and your niche.
  226. 6:45But it's so valuable to run this. That
  227. 6:47one insight alone that I just found here
  228. 6:50will be worth millions of dollars to me
  229. 6:51over time because it tells me not to
  230. 6:53make videos a certain way and to
  231. 6:55specifically make them a different way.
  232. 6:57Now, if you scroll lower in the report,
  233. 6:59it not only highlights which ring is
  234. 7:00best, but it tells you what that means
  235. 7:02tactically. Use these words, say these
  236. 7:05phrases, make sure this filter applies
  237. 7:08to this audience when you make a video.
  238. 7:10That is so helpful to have. And to be
  239. 7:12honest, I do this full-time and I never
  240. 7:13would have realized that unless I ran
  241. 7:15this report on my own data. So, if you
  242. 7:17want to run this on your own channel or
  243. 7:18any competitor in your niche, again,
  244. 7:20I'll link all the instructions and the
  245. 7:21skills below. And this should be pretty
  246. 7:23obvious by now, but in order to run
  247. 7:24these types of reports, you're going to
  248. 7:26need both the skill instructions, which
  249. 7:28I'm giving you for free, and you're
  250. 7:30going to have to pipe in the performance
  251. 7:32data for each video. If you don't have
  252. 7:34the performance data for the video, this
  253. 7:36doesn't work because it can't properly
  254. 7:37score the effectiveness. The only way to
  255. 7:39get that performance data into Claude so
  256. 7:41that it can do this magic analysis is
  257. 7:43via the Sang Castles MCP. And I'll
  258. 7:44explain all that in the instructions.
  259. 7:46All right, the third workflow is
  260. 7:47actually extremely helpful and it really
  261. 7:48surprised me as well when I ran it. This
  262. 7:50is called the CTA analysis. In every
  263. 7:53single one of my short form videos, I'm
  264. 7:54using a spoken CTA at the very end to
  265. 7:56try to drive conversion. So, this one
  266. 7:58skill is specifically designed to only
  267. 8:00look at the CTAs at the end of your
  268. 8:03script. It then runs statistical testing
  269. 8:05to figure out, are there certain terms
  270. 8:07or phrases or lengths of the CTA or way
  271. 8:10that you tease the lead magnet that
  272. 8:12drives conversions higher? Now, I'll be
  273. 8:13honest. When I first ran this, I wasn't
  274. 8:15sure I was going to find anything
  275. 8:16significant cuz most of the time I'm
  276. 8:18just playing around and like
  277. 8:19experimenting with different ways of
  278. 8:20doing things. But it turns out there are
  279. 8:22four attributes for how I do the CTAs
  280. 8:25that when used together literally 4x the
  281. 8:28conversion from my videos. Just by
  282. 8:30following what it said, I drive 4x more
  283. 8:31leads. Without any of these four things,
  284. 8:33I drive like 8.3 leads per,000 views.
  285. 8:36And with doing it, it's 31.3. Now, the
  286. 8:38interesting thing is there are dozens of
  287. 8:40little tweaks that I've tried over the
  288. 8:42hundred videos that I've done, and most
  289. 8:44of them have no statistical
  290. 8:45significance. These four are the only
  291. 8:47ones that show a pop consistently. So,
  292. 8:50just understanding what those four are
  293. 8:52will immediately lift the ROI on my
  294. 8:54effort because I can drive more
  295. 8:55conversion moving forward. Now, again,
  296. 8:57you're probably sensing a theme here
  297. 8:58through these first three and it will
  298. 9:00continue through the other four that I
  299. 9:01walk through. There is so much gold
  300. 9:03hidden in the data from patterns that
  301. 9:06you can't see with your eye that AI can
  302. 9:08surface for you. And the only way to
  303. 9:10surface them is to know what to ask for
  304. 9:12and to give your LLM the data so that it
  305. 9:15can hunt for those golden nuggets. So,
  306. 9:17if you want to run this CTA analyzer,
  307. 9:18which I recommend anyone do if you've
  308. 9:20been using CTAs or to study a channel in
  309. 9:22your niche that's crushing with lead
  310. 9:23genen, I'll link that one below as well.
  311. 9:25All right, the next one, number four, is
  312. 9:26something I am very excited about. And
  313. 9:28this one is a brand new feature in
  314. 9:30Sandcastles that ports into Clawude.
  315. 9:32This bridge is super powerful. It's
  316. 9:34called the Hook Genius Report. So, in
  317. 9:36Sand Castles, we now have this feature
  318. 9:37called reports. If you haven't tried it
  319. 9:39yet, just look at the left side and
  320. 9:40you'll see a tab dedicated to it. When
  321. 9:42you run a report, it's basically like a
  322. 9:44starter analysis that gets you aimed at
  323. 9:46whatever the question that we think is
  324. 9:48most important and you can then port
  325. 9:49that data into Claude and have a
  326. 9:51conversation with it. Now, today, at the
  327. 9:53time of this recording, there are two
  328. 9:54core report templates out, and we're
  329. 9:56rolling a lot more out soon. There's the
  330. 9:57content strategy analysis and the Hook
  331. 10:00Genius. In this video, I want to
  332. 10:01highlight the Hook Genius, cuz I think
  333. 10:02it's crazy. Now, the Hook Genius report
  334. 10:04is basically an answer of exactly how to
  335. 10:06make winning hooks based on any channel
  336. 10:08you choose. So, if you want to run this
  337. 10:10report, you press the plus in the upper
  338. 10:11right, you click the Hook Genius type,
  339. 10:13and then you can customize the optional
  340. 10:15configs to reveal how many videos you
  341. 10:17analyze. So, for this one, I'm going to
  342. 10:19do my own channel, although I could do
  343. 10:20any channel I want. one channel at a
  344. 10:22time. And I'm gonna actually look at my
  345. 10:24most recent 50 videos. You could also do
  346. 10:26biggest outliers. You could run this
  347. 10:27recurring, but I'm just going to do one
  348. 10:29shot 50 videos, most recent. Now, you
  349. 10:31can see once it's finished, and this is
  350. 10:32in sand castles, it will give me this
  351. 10:33visual report, which shows on the left
  352. 10:35side three to five hook strategies that
  353. 10:37are working really well, explained super
  354. 10:40clearly with other hook examples using
  355. 10:42that format, as well as the original
  356. 10:44videos linked below. It also gives me a
  357. 10:46few not to do, what the losers from that
  358. 10:48batch of 50 had in common that I should
  359. 10:50stop doing. And this alone is an
  360. 10:51extremely helpful single point of focus
  361. 10:54around how to improve your hooks. But
  362. 10:56the real power is what you can do with
  363. 10:57this now. So if you click that little
  364. 10:59code icon in the upper right, it's the
  365. 11:00second button from the top right. It
  366. 11:02gives you a prompt that you can copy
  367. 11:04directly into a new chat in Claude. As
  368. 11:06long as you have the Sandcastle MCP set
  369. 11:08up, literally just open a new chat in
  370. 11:10Claude, paste that in, and press go.
  371. 11:12What this does is pull in all of that
  372. 11:14data analysis, but it now allows you to
  373. 11:17talk back and forth with it. And so you
  374. 11:19can see here now we're in Claude. I
  375. 11:20built this super robust Hook Genius
  376. 11:22dashboard. And if you scroll to the
  377. 11:24bottom, I actually have a little like
  378. 11:25mini SAS app that allows you to drop in
  379. 11:27a topic and it will write 10 hooks for
  380. 11:29you based on the principles learned from
  381. 11:31this particular report. So the beauty of
  382. 11:33this is like now that I have this core
  383. 11:34data, my most recent 50 videos analyze
  384. 11:37specifically with hooks using all of the
  385. 11:39principles that I know that's why we
  386. 11:40built this in. You can now have a
  387. 11:42conversation with it. You can build
  388. 11:43other things with it. You can build SAS
  389. 11:45apps on top of this. you have this core
  390. 11:47nucleus of data that you can build on
  391. 11:49top of. So this particular flow would be
  392. 11:51starting in the Sand Castle's report
  393. 11:53builder, running the report on your
  394. 11:54channel or any channel, and then porting
  395. 11:56it over to Claude and having that
  396. 11:57conversation. I'll link all the
  397. 11:59instructions below for this one and the
  398. 12:00skill that I ran in Claude to build that
  399. 12:02hook topic builder as well. All right,
  400. 12:04the next workflow, number five, breaks
  401. 12:06down something that I've really never
  402. 12:07covered on this channel, but it's super
  403. 12:08important. I believe all great content
  404. 12:10channels really map back to a simple
  405. 12:12principle called content formulas.
  406. 12:14Content formulas are very simply these
  407. 12:16three things. Topic plus format plus
  408. 12:19visual layout. Those three things
  409. 12:20combined together create little
  410. 12:22containers or series housing that you
  411. 12:24can create a lot of episodic videos
  412. 12:26within. Essentially, they're kind of
  413. 12:28like the patterns that show up on
  414. 12:30someone's channel. Now, most creators
  415. 12:32are trying to get to like five to 10 of
  416. 12:34these different content formulas that
  417. 12:35all work that they can run over and
  418. 12:37over. And when you see a person's
  419. 12:38channel and you watch a lot of their
  420. 12:39videos and you're like, I really like
  421. 12:40their style, what you're really
  422. 12:41referring to is the different content
  423. 12:43formulas they make all provide value to
  424. 12:46you in a similar visual package. Now,
  425. 12:48ultimately, if you're someone trying to
  426. 12:50grow with content and improve your
  427. 12:51personal brand, what you're really after
  428. 12:53is like three to four topic buckets, two
  429. 12:56to three different formats, and one to
  430. 12:58three different visual layouts. And when
  431. 13:00you multiply those each together, those
  432. 13:02are all your different content formulas.
  433. 13:03The sweet spot obviously is that the
  434. 13:05content you make within those formulas
  435. 13:07needs to work. It needs to drive reach
  436. 13:08and conversions and you have to like
  437. 13:10making it. So this content formula minor
  438. 13:12skill that I'm showing on the screen now
  439. 13:14is specifically designed to look at your
  440. 13:16channel and bucket all the different
  441. 13:18content formulas by performance that
  442. 13:20have worked for you. And it also goes
  443. 13:22out to your niche and finds the
  444. 13:23different content formulas working for
  445. 13:25your competitors. So for example, on my
  446. 13:26channel, the marketing channel, I have
  447. 13:28really four hero topic buckets that I
  448. 13:30make over and over. I've got three to
  449. 13:32four different formats and then I just
  450. 13:34have the one main visual layout, the
  451. 13:36split screen cinematic. So if you
  452. 13:37multiply that together, four times four
  453. 13:39times one, I basically have like 16
  454. 13:41different content formulas that I can
  455. 13:43create between. You've got hooks and
  456. 13:45storytelling in listical in split
  457. 13:46screen. You've got hooks and
  458. 13:48storytelling in breakdown in split
  459. 13:49screen. You've got hooks and
  460. 13:50storytelling in tutorial in split screen
  461. 13:52and so on. Now over time at the
  462. 13:54beginning I tried many many
  463. 13:55combinations. I was spraying around
  464. 13:57formats and topics just trying to find
  465. 13:58these different formulas that worked.
  466. 14:00And so content in the beginning, really
  467. 14:01what it is is you experimenting across
  468. 14:04those three variables, topics, formats,
  469. 14:05and visual layouts until you find these
  470. 14:08formats that consistently perform. Now,
  471. 14:09if you look at this visual that it
  472. 14:11produces, you can see it ranks the
  473. 14:13performance of your content formulas
  474. 14:15based on what you've tried so far. And I
  475. 14:17can see this performance in aggregate or
  476. 14:18I can click across the top to the
  477. 14:20different topic buckets and then see the
  478. 14:22ranking within those. As I scroll down,
  479. 14:23it also shows me a heat map of different
  480. 14:26pieces of the formula that I could swap
  481. 14:27in that I haven't yet tried. And of
  482. 14:29course, it runs the same thing for the
  483. 14:30other top channels in my niche so that I
  484. 14:32can see what they're doing that I'm not
  485. 14:34doing where there might be opportunity.
  486. 14:35Now, just to zoom out and make sure
  487. 14:36everyone's clear, the reason why you'd
  488. 14:38want to run something like this, or
  489. 14:39really a lot of the reports I've
  490. 14:40covered, is that you're trying to figure
  491. 14:42out what content do I make next that's
  492. 14:44going to work. Content is a very simple
  493. 14:46game. It's test a bunch of these pieces
  494. 14:48until you find content formulas that
  495. 14:50work and then just hammer them over and
  496. 14:52over until they stop working. this
  497. 14:53process of test and double down or test
  498. 14:55and kill over and over. That's what all
  499. 14:57the top channels are doing. So these
  500. 14:59skills that I'm walking through, these
  501. 15:00workflows, they help you see the answers
  502. 15:02for what to do if you don't know exactly
  503. 15:05how to interpret the data. And for
  504. 15:06example, if you find this content
  505. 15:08formula thing to be extremely valuable,
  506. 15:09you can just set up a recurring task in
  507. 15:11Claude to have this run auto once a
  508. 15:13week. You're only posting maybe seven or
  509. 15:15five new videos each week. So it'll
  510. 15:17ingest those extra ones and run this
  511. 15:19again and tell you if that ranking
  512. 15:20changes. Now, if you're really good at
  513. 15:22seeing patterns, you may not need to run
  514. 15:24all these different workflows cuz you
  515. 15:25could just look at your page on
  516. 15:27Instagram or scrolling on sand castles
  517. 15:29and you can see, oh yeah, there's the
  518. 15:30pattern. Boom, boom. But even as someone
  519. 15:32who's extremely good at seeing patterns
  520. 15:33is one of the things I'm best at, I find
  521. 15:35it hard to remember hundreds of videos
  522. 15:38worth on my channel and other people's
  523. 15:39channels and be able to triangulate
  524. 15:41everything automatically. Having these
  525. 15:43workflows helps extend my pattern
  526. 15:45matchability. And so that's why all of
  527. 15:47these skills are very helpful,
  528. 15:48especially if you're not good at seeing
  529. 15:49the patterns. Again, like all the rest,
  530. 15:51I will link this one below with
  531. 15:52instructions for exactly how to run it.
  532. 15:53All right, the sixth one that I built
  533. 15:55out was my attempt at creating the best
  534. 15:57go-to content strategy coach. And here's
  535. 16:00my vision with this one. I wanted to be
  536. 16:02able to take any channel I discover on
  537. 16:04social media and figure out exactly when
  538. 16:06it broke out and why it broke out. Often
  539. 16:09times, you'll see these small channels
  540. 16:10that just sputter along with like no
  541. 16:12performance and all of a sudden, boom,
  542. 16:14it just absolutely explodes. And
  543. 16:16sometimes it's choppy, but something
  544. 16:18changed at that inflection point that I
  545. 16:19want to understand why. What did they
  546. 16:21see? What did they change? And why did
  547. 16:23it work? So, what this skill will do,
  548. 16:25and I tested it on my own channel, is it
  549. 16:27will take all the videos that they've
  550. 16:28posted, and it will map it into
  551. 16:30different eras of growth on their
  552. 16:32channel. It will then analyze each of
  553. 16:33those eras to figure out what were the
  554. 16:35topics and formats and script writing
  555. 16:37approaches that they were using and when
  556. 16:39did that change. It literally can map
  557. 16:41the growth changes. Now, what's cool is,
  558. 16:43as an example, I ran this on my own
  559. 16:45channel. So, the first era was like my
  560. 16:46first 15- 20 videos where I was just
  561. 16:49testing and spraying all over. I was
  562. 16:50trying to use the outlier data, but I
  563. 16:52had no idea what topics would work, what
  564. 16:53formats I'd want to make. I only had
  565. 16:55that one visual layout. Luckily, I made
  566. 16:57that decision from the beginning, but I
  567. 16:58was kind of testing all around. Then it
  568. 17:00goes into season number two, which was
  569. 17:01kind of like 1 month in to 1 month ago,
  570. 17:04like a 4mon window where it calls it the
  571. 17:06two lanes found. Essentially, I stumbled
  572. 17:08across things that worked. AI content
  573. 17:10workflows as a topic and then some
  574. 17:12formats that were repeated and I just
  575. 17:14started to slowly double down into those
  576. 17:17things. Now, the third phase which
  577. 17:18started like a month ago to now is
  578. 17:20called the consolidation where I
  579. 17:21continued to refine, kill things that
  580. 17:24weren't working and promote things that
  581. 17:25were. This idea of broad test and then
  582. 17:27narrowing in until I found the content
  583. 17:30formulas that worked. Now, what's really
  584. 17:32important is not seeing that there are
  585. 17:33three eras, but if you scroll down, you
  586. 17:35can read the exact explanation at each
  587. 17:38era for what changed and what held true.
  588. 17:41That is the insight that you just never
  589. 17:43would see unless you were an expert at
  590. 17:45doing this. Now, one pro tip here, cuz
  591. 17:46I'm going through like all these
  592. 17:47different analyses, and you may be
  593. 17:49thinking like, "Oh, this looks like a
  594. 17:50lot of work." As long as you analyze all
  595. 17:52of your own videos one time in
  596. 17:53Sandcastles and you basically have your
  597. 17:55channel fully analyzed, you can cut this
  598. 17:57data with all these different skill
  599. 17:59reports for free over and over. It's
  600. 18:02just that base data getting that in one
  601. 18:04time and then you can just slice and
  602. 18:05dice it every way you want. You can run
  603. 18:07the coach, you can run the channel
  604. 18:08formula thing, you can run the format
  605. 18:10finder. All of these are just different
  606. 18:11ways of slicing the data and you just
  607. 18:13need that one base analyzed set of your
  608. 18:16data. Obviously, if you do this across a
  609. 18:17lot of competitors, you have to analyze
  610. 18:18each of their video sets. But for sure
  611. 18:20at the base, you should analyze your
  612. 18:22own. And every time you post a new
  613. 18:24video, you should be automatically
  614. 18:25analyzing that in sand castles to make
  615. 18:27sure it's all ready to go. That's really
  616. 18:29the beauty of what this is. I'm showing
  617. 18:30you all these different lenses for how
  618. 18:32to cut the data. You go to the eye
  619. 18:34doctor and they're like they're dropping
  620. 18:35all the lenses in front of you. These
  621. 18:37are all different lenses looking at the
  622. 18:39data in different cuts. And that's what
  623. 18:41really surfaces these hidden patterns in
  624. 18:43different ways. I would specifically use
  625. 18:44this workflow, the strategy coach. If I
  626. 18:47found a channel that ripped out of
  627. 18:49nowhere in my niche and I wanted to
  628. 18:50understand what exactly they changed or
  629. 18:53if my channel ripped out of nowhere and
  630. 18:55I was like, I don't know what I did
  631. 18:56differently, this is the perfect skill
  632. 18:57to run. All right, now I wanted to end
  633. 18:58this video with an absolute banger. So,
  634. 19:01if you're still here, this is probably
  635. 19:02the best one. I buried it cuz I wanted
  636. 19:04the real OGs to find it. This is called
  637. 19:06the positioning canvas. I honestly can't
  638. 19:08believe I'm giving this for free. This
  639. 19:09is the best workflow endto- end you
  640. 19:12could run for channel strategy and
  641. 19:13positioning. So what this is is an eight
  642. 19:16claude skill pack. You dump all eight
  643. 19:18skills at once and then you answer
  644. 19:20questions as you go for like 45 minutes
  645. 19:21to 60 minutes and it will build out the
  646. 19:23entire content strategy for you. This is
  647. 19:25like a V3 evolution on a video that I
  648. 19:28posted a couple months ago where I did
  649. 19:30the plastic surgery thing. This is like
  650. 19:31a better version of that. Now, for this
  651. 19:33example, what you're seeing here, I
  652. 19:34pretended to be this guy Marcus Reyes,
  653. 19:36and I run a home remodeling company in
  654. 19:38Charlotte, North Carolina. Specifically,
  655. 19:40we do bathroom and kitchen remodels, and
  656. 19:43we only work at this like premium price
  657. 19:45point. So, my goal is in this fictional
  658. 19:47example, how can I make content to drive
  659. 19:48in more customers. Where should I
  660. 19:50target? What format should I make? What
  661. 19:52topic should I make? And that's a really
  662. 19:53common scenario that we see in SFA. When
  663. 19:55business owners come in, they have a
  664. 19:57business, all they need is to pour gas
  665. 19:59to get leads to their business. This is
  666. 20:01the workflow you should run on the
  667. 20:02strategy side. So this is how it works.
  668. 20:04The first step is obviously the niche
  669. 20:05interviewer flow. So if you did that
  670. 20:06already, you can just copy that in. If
  671. 20:08you haven't done it, you would do it
  672. 20:09here. If you already have a channel
  673. 20:11that's been posting, you'll be able to
  674. 20:12put that channel in and it will
  675. 20:13automatically analyze your last 30
  676. 20:15videos just to get a sense of like what
  677. 20:17have you been doing as a foundation.
  678. 20:19Next is the competitor scout where based
  679. 20:21on those interview answers in the niche
  680. 20:22interviewer, it'll find all the channels
  681. 20:24that are your competitors and start
  682. 20:25bringing those in so that it can analyze
  683. 20:27the niche. Again, just like before,
  684. 20:29it'll pull in their best videos. It'll
  685. 20:31screen out the ones that are not related
  686. 20:32to you. And then it will create a
  687. 20:34fingerprint on each of those videos so
  688. 20:35we can understand what's working. Then
  689. 20:37it goes through and builds your niche
  690. 20:39bullseye. And again, this is like a more
  691. 20:40simplified version of the bullseye I
  692. 20:42talked about before where it brings
  693. 20:43those five concentric rings to try to
  694. 20:45understand the topic depth that would be
  695. 20:47best for you. In this case, it not only
  696. 20:49maps the topics, but it also maps the
  697. 20:51competitors on the bullseye. So you can
  698. 20:53figure out like, oh, this person's
  699. 20:54crushing. Which ring are they targeting
  700. 20:56in terms of topic depth? and is that
  701. 20:58actually working for conversion? Now,
  702. 20:59the next thing is something that we've
  703. 21:01never done before, which is the
  704. 21:02contrarian take vault. And this is very
  705. 21:04important. If you want to make content
  706. 21:05that resonates in your niche, typically
  707. 21:07you need to share non-conensus
  708. 21:09perspectives or contrarian takes against
  709. 21:12common beliefs. And so, what this skill
  710. 21:14will do is it will automatically mine
  711. 21:15all the top competitor videos for the
  712. 21:18common things they all say, and it will
  713. 21:19pitch you them so that you can share if
  714. 21:21you have a contrarian take. Now, you
  715. 21:23don't have to force it and lie, but
  716. 21:24often times we find business owners have
  717. 21:26three to five like hero principles that
  718. 21:28are different from their niche. You want
  719. 21:30to document those and get those saved in
  720. 21:32a vault, and that will help you moving
  721. 21:34forward. Step five is to help you with
  722. 21:36brand association. So, I like to think
  723. 21:37of this like Google Adwords for the
  724. 21:39brain. If there was a word or phrase or
  725. 21:41series of words that you could be known
  726. 21:43for, when they say those words and I
  727. 21:44hear them, I think of you, that that
  728. 21:46would work for your business. What you
  729. 21:47want to do is try to understand what
  730. 21:48those words and principles are and make
  731. 21:50sure they map to the content strategy
  732. 21:52we're building. So, this exercise and
  733. 21:54this skill will help you document those
  734. 21:55and guide the piece moving forward. Step
  735. 21:58six is the uniqueness mapper where it
  736. 22:00takes all those competitor channels and
  737. 22:01plots them across the five different
  738. 22:03attributes for how you could be
  739. 22:04different in your niche. Topic,
  740. 22:06substance, avatar, format, and visual
  741. 22:09layout. It maps what they're doing and
  742. 22:11then provides options for whites space
  743. 22:13for what you might want to do. Step
  744. 22:14seven then is the formula lab where just
  745. 22:16like we said before the content formulas
  746. 22:18topic plus format plus visual layout it
  747. 22:20maps what you've done what they're doing
  748. 22:22and where there's white space as well.
  749. 22:24And then it takes all of that in step
  750. 22:26eight and builds out this singleshot
  751. 22:28positioning canvas which really is like
  752. 22:30the one document you need to understand
  753. 22:33everything about your niche exactly how
  754. 22:35you should position where there's white
  755. 22:36space and how to attack it. It's
  756. 22:38basically as if you paid a detailed
  757. 22:40strategist $10,000 to spend two weeks
  758. 22:42canvasing your page and niche and it
  759. 22:44does it automatically for you in like 60
  760. 22:46minutes. Now, you can probably tell as I
  761. 22:48was going through this eight-step
  762. 22:49workflow, there's a lot of those pieces
  763. 22:51that are included that I already
  764. 22:52mentioned as individual oneshot
  765. 22:54workflows. The individual oneshot
  766. 22:56workflows are much more robust and
  767. 22:58in-depth. They're basically
  768. 22:58self-containing. But if you want to run
  769. 23:00this whole exercise to get that canvas,
  770. 23:03these have like simplified versions of
  771. 23:05those run here. What I recommend you
  772. 23:07doing is go through the individual
  773. 23:09workflows first, those six that I
  774. 23:11mentioned first. Get a feel for like
  775. 23:12what the insights would be. And then if
  776. 23:14you want to run this full positioning
  777. 23:16canvas now that you have clarity on
  778. 23:18what's going to happen for these
  779. 23:19different things like the formula finder
  780. 23:20and the bullseye, you can run through
  781. 23:22this too. I'm telling you, if you spend
  782. 23:2345 to 60 minutes doing this, it'll give
  783. 23:26you like 5 to 10 very non-obvious
  784. 23:28insights that will for sure improve your
  785. 23:31content moving forward. All right, guys.
  786. 23:33That is all I wanted to cover in this
  787. 23:34video. When I was writing this, I kind
  788. 23:36of had the feeling that this was going
  789. 23:37to be probably the best social media
  790. 23:39growth for Claude video, at least when
  791. 23:41it comes to workflows, ever put on
  792. 23:42YouTube. So, if you agree, let me know
  793. 23:44in the comments. I spent a lot of time
  794. 23:45trying to put this one together. If
  795. 23:47you're a business owner and you're
  796. 23:48trying to figure out how do I use
  797. 23:49content to grow my business faster, how
  798. 23:51do I turn views into leads and sales?
  799. 23:53That is what I'm laser focused on on
  800. 23:55this channel. So, you can probably tell
  801. 23:56this will be one of the best channels
  802. 23:58you could possibly follow. Make sure to
  803. 23:59like this video, subscribe, and just
  804. 24:01tell me in the comments what you're
  805. 24:02still struggling with on the content
  806. 24:04front that you need my help with. If you
  807. 24:06want to work with me one-on-one, you
  808. 24:07want to get my content brain on your
  809. 24:09personal brand or on your content
  810. 24:10strategy to fix it and get you ripping,
  811. 24:12I've got links below for that as well.
  812. 24:14All right, we'll see you guys in the
  813. 24:15next video. Peace.
