  1. 0:00These are seven Claude AI side hustle
  2. 0:02ideas that can pay a full-time income
  3. 0:04and at least one of them is going to fit
  4. 0:05something that you already do, already
  5. 0:08own, or already know. And everybody
  6. 0:10keeps saying that AI is coming for all
  7. 0:11the work. Well, here's what the actual
  8. 0:13marketplace data says. Upwork's own data
  9. 0:16shows demand for top AI skills grew 109%
  10. 0:19in 1 year, and AI integration went up
  11. 0:22178%.
  12. 0:23So, businesses are paying for this and
  13. 0:25almost nobody is showing up. And I've
  14. 0:27been early on this. I was making AI
  15. 0:29videos back in 20 22 and I said that
  16. 0:31Claude was better for business back in
  17. 0:322024 before most people even used it.
  18. 0:35And that side business that I started
  19. 0:36when I was a pharmacist with over
  20. 0:38$300,000 in student loan debt has now
  21. 0:40done over $10 million and my team runs
  22. 0:43on Claude every single day. And we
  23. 0:44typically spend over $10,000 a month
  24. 0:46testing out all the different amazing
  25. 0:48features that you can do on Claude so
  26. 0:50that you don't have to. Right, so you
  27. 0:51don't need to spend anywhere near close
  28. 0:52to that. In fact, most of this stuff you
  29. 0:53can do with the free plan. So, every
  30. 0:55claim is going to have a name source on
  31. 0:57the screen. It's going to be researched
  32. 0:58by real humans, not AI slop. And my
  33. 1:00personal pick is going to be the last
  34. 1:02one. So, if you appreciate me making
  35. 1:03this type of content and you want me to
  36. 1:05make more of it in the future, then let
  37. 1:06me know by gently cheersing that like
  38. 1:07button and let's jump into it right now.
  39. 1:11Okay, so first one on the list is going
  40. 1:13to be faceless AI content. And I'm
  41. 1:15opening with this one because it's the
  42. 1:16one that every guru has sold you since
  43. 1:18AI came out. And the pitch goes like
  44. 1:19this. You crank out 100 videos with some
  45. 1:22AI app, you post them all over,
  46. 1:24basically spam them across the internet,
  47. 1:25and you pray that one of them blows up.
  48. 1:27Volume, luck, and a robot doing all the
  49. 1:29work. That's the whole business model.
  50. 1:30Now, here's the problem. YouTube's own
  51. 1:32monetization policy says it out loud
  52. 1:34now. To make money, your content has to
  53. 1:35{quote} be your original creation {end
  54. 1:38quote} not be mass-produced, generic,
  55. 1:40repetitive, or manipulative. And they
  56. 1:41literally renamed the policy for
  57. 1:43repetitious content to inauthentic
  58. 1:45content so that nobody could pretend
  59. 1:47that they didn't know. And then, they
  60. 1:48enforced it. In January, YouTube ran a
  61. 1:50sweep and countless amounts of AI slop
  62. 1:52channels got deleted. Billions of views
  63. 1:55were taken off the platform. One person
  64. 1:56had 16 channels alone, they got 35
  65. 1:59million subscribers deleted and 4.7
  66. 2:01billion views deleted and gone. And
  67. 2:03that's just one person who owned
  68. 2:05channels. Imagine working for years
  69. 2:07building up your AI channel empire just
  70. 2:09to have them all deleted. And there were
  71. 2:11many channels that were making $30,000 a
  72. 2:13month that got wiped overnight. And
  73. 2:14there's actually a website that shows
  74. 2:15you every channel that YouTube has
  75. 2:17terminated. You scroll through it and
  76. 2:19surprise, surprise, a whole lot of them
  77. 2:20are AI slop. So, why is this number one
  78. 2:23on a list of things that actually pays?
  79. 2:25Because the purge is the opportunity.
  80. 2:27Most of your competition just got
  81. 2:28removed from the map. And the exact
  82. 2:30thing that AI cannot fake, a real human
  83. 2:32being with a point of view, just became
  84. 2:34the most valuable asset online. And I'm
  85. 2:36not guessing at the line between the
  86. 2:37two, right? Now, Wizzy B Com, who's one
  87. 2:39of our community members, is a faceless
  88. 2:41channel example that we like to point
  89. 2:42to. He started completely anonymous,
  90. 2:44completely faceless, and later he made
  91. 2:46the decision to transition into a
  92. 2:47personal brand channel. But before he
  93. 2:49transitioned, he got to a seven-figure
  94. 2:50business. But he made faceless content
  95. 2:53in a very specific way. With what's
  96. 2:55known as the hybrid personal brand
  97. 2:57method. So, one, he didn't use AI to
  98. 2:59create all of this content. The source
  99. 3:00of the content came from him, his ideas,
  100. 3:03and his thoughts. Two, he used his real
  101. 3:05voice. This is a big one. YouTube does
  102. 3:07not like you using synthetic AI voices,
  103. 3:09even if it's a clone of your real voice.
  104. 3:11Just have a human being record the
  105. 3:13content. And three, he basically chose a
  106. 3:15cartoon character to represent him. And
  107. 3:17so, even though he was anonymous, it
  108. 3:19felt like there was a real human being
  109. 3:21behind the brand. And then four, he
  110. 3:23actually had a air of mysteriousness
  111. 3:25that made people very curious about who
  112. 3:27he was and they'd stick around just to
  113. 3:29find out who he was when he did his face
  114. 3:31reveal, which he eventually did. And so,
  115. 3:32there's a right way to do YouTube
  116. 3:34automation or faceless YouTube content
  117. 3:37where you can actually make money from
  118. 3:38it. And then later on, you can choose
  119. 3:40whether you want to show your face or
  120. 3:41not, and you can build your channel in
  121. 3:42such a way where it can evolve over
  122. 3:43time. And then there's the wrong way of
  123. 3:45doing it where, first of all, you're
  124. 3:46probably not going to get views cuz it's
  125. 3:48way harder to get views without showing
  126. 3:49your face. Second of all, even if you do
  127. 3:51get views, chances are YouTube is
  128. 3:53probably going to ban you or demonetize
  129. 3:55you. Third of all, if YouTube somehow
  130. 3:57doesn't ban or demonetize you, it's
  131. 3:59going to be incredibly easy for other
  132. 4:01people to copy you. Think about it. If
  133. 4:02it's truly completely AI generated, what
  134. 4:05is stopping the 1.5 billion people in
  135. 4:07India from making the exact same
  136. 4:08content? Nothing. That's the answer. So,
  137. 4:11you're going to be competing against 1.5
  138. 4:13billion extra people from India, as well
  139. 4:14as other countries, if you make this
  140. 4:16type of content. And they don't need
  141. 4:17that much money to survive, and they're
  142. 4:19probably not going to feel bad about
  143. 4:20just copying your content. And you're
  144. 4:22not going to be able to enforce
  145. 4:23anything. And I'm also happy to report
  146. 4:24that out of all the creators that are in
  147. 4:25our community, not a single one has had
  148. 4:28a channel banned, right? Not one.
  149. 4:30Because there's a real human being
  150. 4:31directing it. Claude is the assistant,
  151. 4:33but you are the channel. Now, with that
  152. 4:35being said, if you're curious about how
  153. 4:36to do YouTube the right way,
  154. 4:37step-by-step as a complete beginner,
  155. 4:39even if you're not tech-savvy, and you
  156. 4:41want help picking your niche, and then
  157. 4:43picking your monetization method, or if
  158. 4:44you already have a niche, making your
  159. 4:46niche 10 times better, and then properly
  160. 4:48monetizing it so you don't have to get
  161. 4:49millions of views to make money, then
  162. 4:50that's exactly what I'm going to be
  163. 4:52going over in the live training that I'm
  164. 4:53going to be doing this week. So, click
  165. 4:55the first link in the description and
  166. 4:56the pin comment below to check that out.
  167. 4:58Also, I'll be giving away an AI that we
  168. 4:59spent thousands of hours on called the
  169. 5:01niche validator that's designed to help
  170. 5:03you pick your niche, or if you already
  171. 5:05have a niche, it's designed to help you
  172. 5:06make it 10 times better. And this is the
  173. 5:08most popular AI tool that we've ever
  174. 5:10given out. Literally hundreds of
  175. 5:11comments from people that absolutely
  176. 5:13love this. So, do not miss out on that.
  177. 5:15Additionally, I'll be answering
  178. 5:16questions before, during, and after the
  179. 5:17live training. It's completely free, and
  180. 5:19I look forward to seeing you there. So,
  181. 5:20click that link in the description and
  182. 5:21the pin comment below to check it out.
  183. 5:23All right, YouTube just got 10 times
  184. 5:26easier, and nobody is talking about it.
  185. 5:28You used to need an entire film crew,
  186. 5:31and it used to be a full-time job for
  187. 5:32you to just do any work at all on
  188. 5:34YouTube. But now, you can get work done
  189. 5:36in as little as 15 to 30 minutes a day,
  190. 5:39and you can actually grow a full-time
  191. 5:40YouTube channel. That's exactly what
  192. 5:42I'll be talking about at the live
  193. 5:44training that we're doing this week.
  194. 5:46Exactly how to start YouTube
  195. 5:48step-by-step for beginners. So, click
  196. 5:50the link in the description and the pin
  197. 5:51comment below to check that out, guys. I
  198. 5:53will be answering questions before,
  199. 5:54during, and after the live training.
  200. 5:56It's completely free. Plus, I'll be
  201. 5:58giving away an AI that is designed to
  202. 6:00help you pick your niche if you don't
  203. 6:01have one in the first place, or if you
  204. 6:03already have a niche, it's going to help
  205. 6:04you make it 10 times better. So, really
  206. 6:07looking forward to talking with you
  207. 6:08guys. This is stuff that we've never
  208. 6:10talked about before, so click that link
  209. 6:11in the description and comment below. I
  210. 6:13look forward to seeing you there.
  211. 6:15>> Next is going to be building and selling
  212. 6:17small apps. And no, you do not need to
  213. 6:19know how to code. And this is the only
  214. 6:21second income on the list that bills
  215. 6:22people automatically every single month
  216. 6:24while you sleep. Now, an example of
  217. 6:25somebody who did this is the guy named
  218. 6:27Peter Levels. And just one app, Photo
  219. 6:29AI, where you basically just upload some
  220. 6:31selfies and it gives you a professional
  221. 6:32headshot, that single app does around
  222. 6:34$138,000
  223. 6:36a month. And he has a bunch of other
  224. 6:37apps in his portfolio as well. And
  225. 6:39Forbes has his whole portfolio at over
  226. 6:40$3 million a year with no team, no
  227. 6:43co-founders, and no investor money. But
  228. 6:45you might be thinking, "Okay, Shane, but
  229. 6:47that guy is a famous developer." Fair.
  230. 6:49So, watch the boring version. This is
  231. 6:50Angus Cheng. He built a website that
  232. 6:52does exactly one thing. It turns PDF
  233. 6:54bank statements into clean spreadsheets.
  234. 6:56And that is genuinely the entire
  235. 6:58company. And it does $40,000 a month.
  236. 7:01About 39,000 of that is profit, and he
  237. 7:03has zero employees.
  238. 7:05>> I bootstrapped this entire business by
  239. 7:07myself.
  240. 7:07>> And that's the actual lesson. The
  241. 7:09mistake that everybody makes here is
  242. 7:10building something clever. Don't. Pick
  243. 7:12one annoying problem from a job that
  244. 7:14you've already worked on and build the
  245. 7:16boring little tool that deletes it.
  246. 7:17Because that same job also taught you
  247. 7:19exactly where those customers hang out.
  248. 7:21So, how do you do this with Claude?
  249. 7:23Well, you never make Claude guess. You
  250. 7:24feed it the real problem first. You open
  251. 7:26Claude and you say, "Build me a working
  252. 7:28web app that does exactly one thing."
  253. 7:30For instance, it might turn a
  254. 7:31contractor's rough job notes into a
  255. 7:33formatted estimate in PDF format, and
  256. 7:35that might save a contractor hours every
  257. 7:37single day. And guess what? They're
  258. 7:38going to be willing to pay for it. And
  259. 7:40maybe you might also say, "One page, no
  260. 7:42login, works on a phone. And Claude can
  261. 7:44build a working version in the same
  262. 7:46afternoon. So a real contractor is
  263. 7:48clicking around in it before you have
  264. 7:49spent a dollar. And when that contractor
  265. 7:51asked to keep it, the follow-up prompt
  266. 7:53is add Stripe checkout at $9 a month
  267. 7:55with a 7-day free trial. And one more
  268. 7:57thing, because this is the part that
  269. 7:58people miss. I have a community member
  270. 7:59that runs Wall Street Zen. And he
  271. 8:01already had a stock market analysis
  272. 8:02software, what he didn't have was people
  273. 8:04finding it. So when you're making
  274. 8:06software, you would have to be aware
  275. 8:07that building it is one thing and
  276. 8:09promoting it and actually finding
  277. 8:10customers to buy it is another. Because
  278. 8:11you could have the best product in the
  279. 8:13world, but if nobody knows you exist,
  280. 8:15they're never going to try your product
  281. 8:16out. And for Wall Street Zen, that
  282. 8:17industry is very saturated and very
  283. 8:20competitive. So make sure to pick niche
  284. 8:22industries to make software for.
  285. 8:23Luckily, that wasn't much of a problem
  286. 8:24for Wall Street Zen because they shifted
  287. 8:26their strategy from SEO to YouTube. So
  288. 8:28people actually get to see how their
  289. 8:29software works visually. And that
  290. 8:31promotes it to people who are following
  291. 8:32the stock market. And Claude will build
  292. 8:33whatever you point it at. Your job is
  293. 8:35pointing at a problem that you have
  294. 8:36personally watched people suffer
  295. 8:37through. So next is going to be content
  296. 8:40repurposing. So a community member of
  297. 8:41mine, Wiz, who we mentioned before,
  298. 8:43built this exact business. And it's safe
  299. 8:45to say that it grew into a seven-figure
  300. 8:47business. And almost everybody who hired
  301. 8:48him already watched his YouTube videos,
  302. 8:50so the videos did the selling before he
  303. 8:52said a word. And Wiz basically runs a
  304. 8:54Twitter and LinkedIn agency, where he
  305. 8:55takes large pieces of content, which
  306. 8:57could be in the form of an interview,
  307. 8:59and he creates viral Twitter and
  308. 9:00LinkedIn posts about them. Now, he uses
  309. 9:02interviews, and if you want to run the
  310. 9:04same thing, you can do it that way. But
  311. 9:06if you have a customer who's really busy
  312. 9:07and they just have a lot of content, you
  313. 9:09can just repurpose their content that
  314. 9:11way as well. Because here's the thing,
  315. 9:12every founder who records anything is
  316. 9:14sitting on footage that they already
  317. 9:15paid to make. And none of them do
  318. 9:17anything about it. So your entire job is
  319. 9:19making the thing that they already made
  320. 9:21actually work. So a 90-minute recording
  321. 9:23becomes clips, show notes, social posts,
  322. 9:26and a newsletter. And you can sell a
  323. 9:27month of work, not just a clip. And if
  324. 9:29you're thinking you can't edit, well,
  325. 9:30the real product is deciding which 40
  326. 9:32seconds out of the 90 minutes matter.
  327. 9:33And the actual cutting of the work you
  328. 9:35can easily hire somebody from the
  329. 9:36Philippines to do for $3 an hour. Or you
  330. 9:38can just use Claude to do it as well,
  331. 9:40and there's even specialized AI tools
  332. 9:41such as Opus that will find the best and
  333. 9:43juiciest clips and cut them for you
  334. 9:45automatically. So, here's the prompt.
  335. 9:46Here's the transcript of a 90-minute
  336. 9:48podcast with timestamps. Find the 10
  337. 9:50moments that would work as a standalone
  338. 9:52vertical clip, and for each one, give me
  339. 9:53the exact in and out timestamps, why it
  340. 9:56holds attention on its own, the six-word
  341. 9:57hook to burn on the screen, and the
  342. 9:59caption. Then you mine everything that
  343. 10:00you didn't clip, and now write the show
  344. 10:02notes with the chapter markers, 20 posts
  345. 10:04pulled from the parts you didn't clip,
  346. 10:05and the newsletter, all in the host's
  347. 10:06voice. So, what Claude can't do is
  348. 10:08watch. It reads words, so it might miss
  349. 10:10the moment that only works because of a
  350. 10:12face or a pause. So, that way you can
  351. 10:14still scrub the 10 marked spots
  352. 10:15yourself. Next, let's talk about
  353. 10:16creating and selling your own online
  354. 10:19course. And this is where your second
  355. 10:20income stops tracking with the actual
  356. 10:22hours that you work. So, here's an
  357. 10:24example. This is Chris Haroun. He made a
  358. 10:26course called An Entire MBA in One
  359. 10:28Course, and in his own words and in his
  360. 10:29own words in an article with
  361. 10:31Entrepreneur, it has sold close to
  362. 10:33500,000 times and generated
  363. 10:35a passive income stream of seven figures
  364. 10:37in net profit. Now, here's the part that
  365. 10:38I want you to notice. He did not invent
  366. 10:40anything, right? He worked at Goldman
  367. 10:42Sachs. He worked at hedge funds. He did
  368. 10:44venture capital. And then he recorded
  369. 10:46what all of that taught him. And he got
  370. 10:48paid twice for the same 20 years. And
  371. 10:50you probably already know something that
  372. 10:51people ask you about for free, right?
  373. 10:53Your friends, or your coworkers, or your
  374. 10:54patients, or your clients, or your
  375. 10:56customers, or people that you help, they
  376. 10:58come to you for certain advice. And
  377. 10:59that's the course, right? That's the
  378. 11:01thing that you want to make a course on.
  379. 11:02Now, most people don't even make a
  380. 11:03course in the first place because they
  381. 11:05think it's just way too hard and it
  382. 11:06would take a long time to write it and
  383. 11:08get it out. That's something that Claude
  384. 11:09can help with. And then of those who
  385. 11:11actually do finish their course, many of
  386. 11:12them can't even promote it, and again,
  387. 11:14that's something that Claude can help
  388. 11:16with. But let me give you an example.
  389. 11:17Right, so this is a community member of
  390. 11:18ours, and his niche sounds like a joke,
  391. 11:21right? This is Steven, and he teaches
  392. 11:22one piece of very niche CAD software,
  393. 11:25which is Siemens NX. That's it. Nearly
  394. 11:2840 years in fabrication and design, and
  395. 11:30he just teaches the one program. And
  396. 11:32right after releasing it and using our
  397. 11:33Claude AI systems to promote it, he made
  398. 11:35over $12,000 in course sales with about
  399. 11:3890% of that revenue coming directly from
  400. 11:40his YouTube channel. And the coolest
  401. 11:41thing is, one of the people who bought
  402. 11:42his course on this super niche software
  403. 11:44that only certain types of engineers use
  404. 11:46is an engineer that was working at Meta.
  405. 11:48And right, and this person had never
  406. 11:49spoken to him in his entire life. So,
  407. 11:51the best engineers in the world were
  408. 11:53buying his course. Now, let's talk about
  409. 11:55how to do this with Claude. It's the
  410. 11:56interview move again, right? You say,
  411. 11:58"Interview me one question at a time
  412. 12:00until you understand a skill that I have
  413. 12:01that people would actually pay to
  414. 12:02learn." Then let's talk about who is
  415. 12:03stuck without it and the result that
  416. 12:05they get. Then give me another six
  417. 12:06modules, the lessons inside each and the
  418. 12:08single transformation that this course
  419. 12:10sells. And that module map comes back in
  420. 12:12minutes. Then the follow-up is write the
  421. 12:14sales page and the five email launch
  422. 12:16sequence. And the rule is simple, right?
  423. 12:18Sell it before you build it. Take real
  424. 12:20money from five people first and then
  425. 12:21let their questions build the
  426. 12:23curriculum. And if five people won't put
  427. 12:24money down, Claude just saved you three
  428. 12:26months. Now, obviously, make sure to
  429. 12:28over-deliver to those first five people.
  430. 12:29Basically, just give them free coaching.
  431. 12:31And you can, of course, drip your course
  432. 12:32out one module at a time. So, maybe one
  433. 12:34new module each week and then you can
  434. 12:35present it live to the five people who
  435. 12:37bought your course. But you might be
  436. 12:39thinking, "Okay, Shane, but a course
  437. 12:40sounds like a lot of work." Okay, then
  438. 12:42don't build one. Promote somebody
  439. 12:43else's. That's exactly what my brother
  440. 12:44Zach does. Right? So, he's 50, he spent
  441. 12:46nearly 30 years in the trades and he's
  442. 12:48about as technologically challenged as a
  443. 12:50human can be. And he doesn't sell
  444. 12:51anything on his own outside of his
  445. 12:52career. And he recommends Course
  446. 12:54Careers, trade training that answers the
  447. 12:55one question that his audience asks him
  448. 12:57all day long, which is, "Which trade
  449. 12:59should I pick and how do I develop the
  450. 13:00skills for it?" And then he promoted
  451. 13:02other products as well. And because he
  452. 13:03was promoting other people's products,
  453. 13:04he was able to get to $18,000 in a
  454. 13:07single month. And notice something,
  455. 13:08almost every person that I've mentioned
  456. 13:10in this video has a YouTube channel,
  457. 13:12right? They make content online. And
  458. 13:13that's not a coincidence. Every single
  459. 13:15side hustle on this list works, but they
  460. 13:16all need one thing and that is traffic.
  461. 13:19Some people would call this
  462. 13:20distribution. But basically, people need
  463. 13:22to know that you exist. If they don't
  464. 13:23know that you exist, they're not going
  465. 13:24to buy your stuff. And YouTube is
  466. 13:26without a doubt the best way for them to
  467. 13:27find you. Now, you can make the YouTube
  468. 13:29content and then if you want to make
  469. 13:31social media content on other platforms,
  470. 13:32what you can do is syndicate the content
  471. 13:34to the other platforms. But YouTube is
  472. 13:36the best platform and you should treat
  473. 13:37it as your mother platform and then
  474. 13:39syndicate the content from your main
  475. 13:41videos. So, Zach works about 4 hours a
  476. 13:43week and Claude does the rest. And
  477. 13:45again, if you want me to walk you
  478. 13:46through exactly how we helped Zach set
  479. 13:47that up, I'm going to be running a free
  480. 13:49live training this week. Link's in the
  481. 13:50description and the pin comment below.
  482. 13:52Should be the first link down there. And
  483. 13:53just for showing up, like I said, you
  484. 13:55get my niche validator. It tells you
  485. 13:56which niche actually pays you or fixes
  486. 13:58the one that you're already in and
  487. 13:59that's the decision that everybody gets
  488. 14:01wrong. And it's the one that decides
  489. 14:02everything else. Because you want to
  490. 14:03choose the right niche where you know
  491. 14:05who you're talking to, you know what
  492. 14:06problem you're helping them solve and
  493. 14:08therefore, you know what content to make
  494. 14:10for them and what you can sell them. And
  495. 14:12most people get this completely wrong.
  496. 14:13Time out. Time out, guys. If you ever
  497. 14:15thought, "I should be on YouTube, but I
  498. 14:17never started because of the time or the
  499. 14:19editing or not knowing what to say or
  500. 14:21not knowing how to get started," AI just
  501. 14:23solved all of those problems for you.
  502. 14:26Because you can now make money from
  503. 14:27YouTube working less than 4 hours a
  504. 14:29week. 15 to 30 minutes a day is all you
  505. 14:31need. And this works even if you have a
  506. 14:33full-time job, you run a business,
  507. 14:35you're already doing YouTube and you
  508. 14:37failed at it, or you're doing YouTube
  509. 14:38and you're doing pretty well, but you're
  510. 14:39struggling with monetization, or you're
  511. 14:41just a normal person who isn't techy at
  512. 14:43all. Which is exactly why this week I'm
  513. 14:45hosting a live training on exactly how
  514. 14:48to start YouTube step-by-step for
  515. 14:50beginners. It is 100% free. No cash at
  516. 14:53all. And on top of that, I'm going to be
  517. 14:55handing out even more bonuses at the
  518. 14:57training. Now, just to give you one
  519. 14:58example, you'll be getting my niche
  520. 14:59validator pro that's powered by Claude
  521. 15:01and we have a chat GPT version as well.
  522. 15:04And this is a super valuable piece of
  523. 15:06software where you can finally figure
  524. 15:07out what the best niche for you is. Or
  525. 15:10if you already have a niche, it's going
  526. 15:11to help you make it 10 times better. So,
  527. 15:13do not sleep on this one. Go and grab
  528. 15:14your spot down in the description and
  529. 15:16the pin comment below because the only
  530. 15:18way to get it is by joining the the So,
  531. 15:20if you wait, you might miss out. Now,
  532. 15:22with that said, at the workshop, you
  533. 15:24will get to meet me personally. I'll be
  534. 15:25answering questions before, during, and
  535. 15:27after the workshop directly. So, I'm
  536. 15:30looking forward to seeing you there. So,
  537. 15:31go click that link in the description
  538. 15:32and the pinned comment below. It's
  539. 15:34happening this week. So, get it on your
  540. 15:36calendar, and if for some reason you
  541. 15:37can't make it, or you weren't able to be
  542. 15:39there, still go click that link in the
  543. 15:41description because it will
  544. 15:42automatically put you on a wait list to
  545. 15:44notify you when we'll be running our
  546. 15:46next live training. And you will be the
  547. 15:47first one to hear about it. So, yeah,
  548. 15:49looking forward to seeing you there. And
  549. 15:50now back to our regularly scheduled
  550. 15:52programming. All right, next is making
  551. 15:54business plans. And there's many places
  552. 15:56you could sell this, but one place would
  553. 15:57be Upwork. And here's an example. This
  554. 15:59guy's name is Evan Fisher. He started
  555. 16:00writing business plans on Upwork at a
  556. 16:02point where he had about $10.21 in his
  557. 16:05bank account. And he grew that into a
  558. 16:06million-dollar one-person business
  559. 16:08writing business plans and even the
  560. 16:10pitch decks that go along with them. And
  561. 16:11his firm's website now says its pitch
  562. 16:13deck and investor strategy have helped
  563. 16:15startups raise over $5 billion.
  564. 16:17Now, read that number again because he
  565. 16:19started with $10.21.
  566. 16:21So, nobody is coming to save you, and
  567. 16:23nobody has to. And business plans are
  568. 16:25not going to be that hard even if you
  569. 16:26don't have experience because Claude is
  570. 16:28your partner in writing here. So, a
  571. 16:30business plan is mostly structure,
  572. 16:32meaning the market, the numbers, the
  573. 16:33strategy, and the story written in a
  574. 16:35format that investors expect. And Claude
  575. 16:37already knows the format, so your job is
  576. 16:39to bring the specifics, which Claude can
  577. 16:40also help you do. And if you don't know
  578. 16:42how to do this, there are a lot of free
  579. 16:43resources to get help you make business
  580. 16:44plans. Just as an example, there's this
  581. 16:46girl here on YouTube named Jillian
  582. 16:47Perkins. And she basically outlines how
  583. 16:49to write a business plan, and that video
  584. 16:51actually got 2.6 million views and made
  585. 16:53her over $13,000 just from AdSense
  586. 16:55alone, according to ViewStats. So, you
  587. 16:57could watch that video, learn the
  588. 16:59structure for free, and then let Claude
  589. 17:00do the heavy lifting. And the gist here
  590. 17:02is you would tell Claude something like,
  591. 17:04"Write me an investor-ready business
  592. 17:05plan for this company with the market,
  593. 17:07the numbers, and the strategy laid out
  594. 17:08in the format that investors expect."
  595. 17:10And then, you just paste everything that
  596. 17:11you have about the business below that,
  597. 17:13whatever the investors want to see, and
  598. 17:15you should have a very solid business
  599. 17:16plan at that point. All right, the next
  600. 17:18one is ghostwriting and I picked a
  601. 17:19specific person for this one because he
  602. 17:21answers the question that everybody
  603. 17:23watching has about H. So, this is
  604. 17:25Michael Levin. He left a law career,
  605. 17:27Columbia Law, and became a ghostwriter.
  606. 17:29An entrepreneur reports that he now
  607. 17:30charges over $100,000 per book and he's
  608. 17:33written or ghostwritten more than a
  609. 17:35thousand books across 35 years. Over
  610. 17:37$100,000 for one book that nobody even
  611. 17:40knows that he wrote. Now, here's the
  612. 17:41honest part because I'm not going to
  613. 17:43sell you a fantasy. Claude will
  614. 17:45absolutely do the transcript to outline,
  615. 17:47the chapter structure, the first drafts,
  616. 17:49and the line editing as well. What
  617. 17:50Claude will not do is win you the
  618. 17:52$100,000 client. And that's a human
  619. 17:53being sitting across from another human
  620. 17:55being. But, the reason that fee is that
  621. 17:57high is that the work used to take a
  622. 17:59year at least. Many people spent three
  623. 18:01years or five years writing their books.
  624. 18:04But, you can help them write it a lot
  625. 18:05faster and it really doesn't take that
  626. 18:07long, not even close to that long with
  627. 18:08the help of AI now. And by the way, you
  628. 18:10don't have to do books. You could be a
  629. 18:11ghostwriter for LinkedIn or Twitter,
  630. 18:13right? So, land three executives at
  631. 18:15$2,000 a month and your month starts at
  632. 18:17$6,000 before you've opened your laptop.
  633. 18:19An example of that, by the way, in this
  634. 18:20niche is the number that the guy himself
  635. 18:22posted. This is channel called Nicholas
  636. 18:23Cole and this video called how to become
  637. 18:25a LinkedIn ghostwriter, five steps to
  638. 18:27land your first client, did really well
  639. 18:29and it's a good place to get started.
  640. 18:30And he's ghostwritten for over 300
  641. 18:31founders and executives. And he publicly
  642. 18:33stated that he made $3.7 million from
  643. 18:36ghostwriting in five years. So, how do
  644. 18:38you do this with Claude? Well, the whole
  645. 18:40business is voice matching and that's
  646. 18:42exactly what a Claude project full of
  647. 18:44their old posts is for. So, basically,
  648. 18:46you'll load it up, right? Find
  649. 18:47everything that they've ever written,
  650. 18:48all the content that they've ever made.
  651. 18:50And then you typically also interview
  652. 18:52them as well. So, you load it up, you
  653. 18:53interview them and you say, "Read the 20
  654. 18:55posts in this project and write me a
  655. 18:56voice guide, sentence length, how they
  656. 18:58open, the five opinions that they
  657. 18:59repeat, the words they never use, then
  658. 19:01draft eight posts in that voice from the
  659. 19:03call transcript that I just uploaded."
  660. 19:05And the raw material is one recorded
  661. 19:0645-minute call per month where you
  662. 19:08basically just pull real opinions out of
  663. 19:10a very busy executive and that is the
  664. 19:12skill that they're paying you for so
  665. 19:13that they only have to spend 1 hour a
  666. 19:15month on it and you take care of
  667. 19:16everything else. And you, along with
  668. 19:18Claude, can turn those opinions into a
  669. 19:19month's worth of content. So, the next
  670. 19:21one has to be the best dollars-to-hour
  671. 19:23ratio on this entire list, and that is
  672. 19:25going to be stacking YouTube affiliate
  673. 19:28and Amazon influencer. So, Business
  674. 19:30Insider profiled a guy named Jud
  675. 19:31Albright. He's a stay-at-home dad, and
  676. 19:33he makes more than $20,000 a month
  677. 19:35between YouTube and ad revenue and
  678. 19:37affiliate commissions, and he works
  679. 19:38about 8 to 10 hours a week. And Business
  680. 19:40Insider verified that income with
  681. 19:42documentation. So, this is not some
  682. 19:44random screenshot on Twitter. And Jud is
  683. 19:46actually one of our clients, right? He's
  684. 19:48part of our community. And he went from
  685. 19:50$7,000 a month to a $24,000 AdSense
  686. 19:53month alone right after starting to work
  687. 19:55with us. And he closed his first $3,000
  688. 19:57coaching client as well. And all of it
  689. 19:59is screenshot backed. Now, here's what I
  690. 20:01actually want you to take from Jud, and
  691. 20:02it's not the 20 grand. It's the
  692. 20:04stacking. Same videos, same audience,
  693. 20:06three separate revenue lines running
  694. 20:08through them all at once. AdSense was at
  695. 20:10the floor, affiliate on tools that he
  696. 20:12genuinely uses, and he became an Amazon
  697. 20:13influencer on top of that. Well, I
  698. 20:15highly recommend that you attend our
  699. 20:16live training this week. Click the first
  700. 20:18link in the description and the pin
  701. 20:19comment below. It's completely free and
  702. 20:20we'll go deep into exactly how to do
  703. 20:22this. But with that being said, we also
  704. 20:23have some resources which we'll put in
  705. 20:25the description and the pin comment
  706. 20:26below. It'll be the third link down
  707. 20:28there. They can help you get started on
  708. 20:29this, and they're going to be free
  709. 20:30Claude skills, free prompts, etc. And
  710. 20:32the truth is, this is the thing that
  711. 20:33works better than anything else because
  712. 20:35every second income idea on this list
  713. 20:37actually does work. And honestly, most
  714. 20:39second income ideas out there in general
  715. 20:41do work, but they all have one thing in
  716. 20:42common, and that is they need traffic.
  717. 20:44And making content on YouTube is one of
  718. 20:46the easiest and best ways to get that
  719. 20:48traffic. Now, one thing you need to take
  720. 20:49into account is where do your customers
  721. 20:51of any of these ideas actually come
  722. 20:53from? Because all of these can work if
  723. 20:54the customers know where to find you,
  724. 20:56and that's what makes YouTube the best
  725. 20:58second income idea out of all of them
  726. 20:59because it unlocks all of the side
  727. 21:01hustles and all the second income ideas
  728. 21:02on this list. Because you can be good at
  729. 21:04anything, and just promote what you're
  730. 21:06already good at, right? So instead of
  731. 21:07starting a race at the very beginning,
  732. 21:10you start the race 90% of the way done
  733. 21:12because you're just going to teach
  734. 21:14people on YouTube about something that
  735. 21:15you're already good at, something that
  736. 21:17you already know a lot about. Whereas if
  737. 21:18you just go and try some random thing
  738. 21:20out there, you're going to have to learn
  739. 21:21the whole skill and that's going to be
  740. 21:23like starting the race at the very
  741. 21:24beginning. And the best thing is Claude
  742. 21:26can do most of the heavy lifting for
  743. 21:27you, even if you're not tech savvy. And
  744. 21:29this works because Claude has made all
  745. 21:30of this 10 times easier. And a perfect
  746. 21:32example is my brother Zach, right? He
  747. 21:34spent 30 years in the trades and like I
  748. 21:35mentioned before, he's not very tech
  749. 21:37savvy. He's never made a video in his
  750. 21:39life. And he started a channel about the
  751. 21:40trades and by day 29, he made $214 in a
  752. 21:43single day in AdSense. That's a $78,000
  753. 21:46a year run rate. So he went from zero to
  754. 21:48a full-time income in less than 1 month.
  755. 21:50And then closing out year one, he made
  756. 21:51over $18,000 in a single month. And it's
  757. 21:54not just the trades. Remember Steven?
  758. 21:56Siemens NX, one piece of CAD software,
  759. 21:58$12,000 in course sales, 90% of it
  760. 22:01straight off of YouTube. And he was
  761. 22:02literally just teaching what he already
  762. 22:04knew a lot about. something that almost
  763. 22:06everybody in our community has in
  764. 22:07common. We help pull the right niche out
  765. 22:09of them so they don't have to go from
  766. 22:11zero to 100. They can just get to go
  767. 22:12from 90 to 100 because they're literally
  768. 22:14just teaching stuff that they already
  769. 22:15know. And just because it's common sense
  770. 22:17to you, doesn't mean it's going to be
  771. 22:18common sense to most people out there.
  772. 22:20And it doesn't even need to take a big
  773. 22:21channel. This is Carla for instance and
  774. 22:23her videos get 100 to 200 views each.
  775. 22:25And when her channel had about 1.5
  776. 22:26thousand subscribers, she landed a
  777. 22:28$106,000 a year contract from a video
  778. 22:31that got 100 to 200 views. So yeah,
  779. 22:33attend my live training, click that link
  780. 22:34in the description in the pin comment
  781. 22:35below if you're interested in that. It
  782. 22:36is without a doubt the best second
  783. 22:38income you can possibly do. Now I know
  784. 22:4099% of you are just going to enjoy my
  785. 22:42free videos. You're going to enjoy the
  786. 22:43free resources that my team and I spend
  787. 22:44hundreds of hours putting together. And
  788. 22:46you're going to enjoy the live training
  789. 22:47that we're doing this week. Definitely
  790. 22:49attend that. Don't miss out on that one.
  791. 22:51As well as the AI that we give away in
  792. 22:52the live training and the step-by-step
  793. 22:54guide on how to get started. Right?
  794. 22:55You're just going to get all of that
  795. 22:56completely free and it's going to give
  796. 22:57you a ton of value and we are never
  797. 22:58going to end up working together and
  798. 23:00that is completely fine. I always want
  799. 23:02to give 10 or even 100 times more value
  800. 23:04than what I receive, but I also know
  801. 23:06that there's going to be a small
  802. 23:07percentage of you out there, 1%, maybe
  803. 23:090.1% of you, that want a one-on-one
  804. 23:11mentorship experience, or you want us to
  805. 23:13literally just do the work for you. So,
  806. 23:15if that sounds like you, go ahead and
  807. 23:17click the second link in the description
  808. 23:18and the pin comment below to book a call
  809. 23:20directly with myself or my team. On this
  810. 23:22call, we'll figure out where you are
  811. 23:23right now, where you want to be, we'll
  812. 23:24make a plan to get there, and we'll see
  813. 23:25if we're a good fit to work together or
  814. 23:27not. But, only book a call if you are
  815. 23:29very serious about growing and making
  816. 23:30money on YouTube. We are very limited in
  817. 23:32the amount of calls we can take, and
  818. 23:33we're even more limited in the amount of
  819. 23:35people that we accept into the program.
  820. 23:36Typically, we only accept about 18% of
  821. 23:38people who apply. So, only do this if
  822. 23:40you are very serious about growing and
  823. 23:41making money on YouTube, treating it
  824. 23:43like a business, and you want to start
  825. 23:45right away. And if that sounds like you,
  826. 23:46click that link in the description and
  827. 23:47the pin comment below, should be the
  828. 23:49second one down there. The types of
  829. 23:50people we typically work with are going
  830. 23:52to be professionals with at least 10
  831. 23:53years of experience, or people who are
  832. 23:55overachievers, but basically people that
  833. 23:56have something to teach, right? They
  834. 23:57have experience to teach other people.
  835. 24:00It doesn't have to be business or making
  836. 24:01money-related. We have people in the
  837. 24:02relationship niche like Damien and
  838. 24:04Kennedy that made it to a full-time
  839. 24:05income. We have people in the
  840. 24:06spirituality niche. We have lots of
  841. 24:08people in health or fitness niches,
  842. 24:09right? Anything where you can help other
  843. 24:11people solve their problems. Those are
  844. 24:13the types of people that we like to
  845. 24:14accept in the program. We also work with
  846. 24:15business owners that want to get more
  847. 24:17views, grow their brand, get more leads,
  848. 24:18get more sales from YouTube.
  849. 24:20Additionally, it helps with every other
  850. 24:21marketing process that you have in your
  851. 24:23company, and it really just helps make
  852. 24:24your company better in general because
  853. 24:26the leads that are coming from YouTube
  854. 24:27are going to be very warm, and they're
  855. 24:29already going to know, like, and trust
  856. 24:30you. But, we also work with YouTubers
  857. 24:32who are getting a lot of views but
  858. 24:33struggling with monetization. And we
  859. 24:34also work with YouTubers who are
  860. 24:36crushing it, but they want to crush it
  861. 24:37even harder. And we work with people who
  862. 24:38have large followings on other social
  863. 24:40media platforms, or they have like a
  864. 24:42book or something like that, and they
  865. 24:43want to bring that audience over to
  866. 24:44YouTube cuz they know that YouTube is
  867. 24:45the best. So, if that sounds like you,
  868. 24:47click that second link in the
  869. 24:48description and the pin comment below,
  870. 24:49and we look forward to talking with you.
  871. 24:50And also check out this video right here
  872. 24:51where we go over exactly how we got my
  873. 24:53brother Zach from zero to a full-time
  874. 24:55income in less than 1 month.
