- 0:00piles, right? So, we are pile right
- 0:03here. And the the the biggest problem
- 0:08with this residence over here, these two
- 0:11residents over here.
- 0:11>> Yeah.
- 0:12>> The back of their house, we have a a
- 0:15huge sewage problem.
- 0:17>> Okay.
- 0:18>> That the manhole right there
- 0:20>> uh beside his house.
- 0:22>> Yes, sir.
- 0:23uh when it rains and we sit up and
- 0:26observe it that it actually was filling
- 0:29up and once it fills up with water it
- 0:32going to make the water bag up the
- 0:34sewage water bags up know to their
- 0:37house.
- 0:37>> Yeah.
- 0:38>> And so this this is an area right here
- 0:40>> and it's it's a breach in the line
- 0:43somewhere.
- 0:44>> Okay. because ain't no way sewage should
- 0:46be able to Now they just had a had
- 0:50repairs done supposedly on the sewage.
- 0:53>> Mhm.
- 0:54>> But we still having uh issues with the
- 0:57sewage
- 0:58>> and and I think this is another area
- 1:01where you can see water is uh
- 1:06it's got to be a breaking line somewhere
- 1:08>> cuz that water just
- 1:09>> Yes. Cuz that water is uh
- 1:11>> it's so clean and clear.
- 1:12>> It's clean. Yeah. And uh
- 1:14>> and uh but over here like I said uh
- 1:17that's where having the sewage problem
- 1:19at over here.
- 1:20>> Okay. So you got a sewage and water
- 1:22problem.
- 1:22>> Yeah. Yeah. We got to find out where
- 1:24this water is coming from. Uh there.
- 1:27>> Yeah.
- 1:29>> And these basically the the areas in
- 1:32town. Okay. We having we having the
- 1:34problems. So if we can uh
- 1:38isolate these areas and and get them
- 1:41taken care of, we can it it'll open up
- 1:43other things that we can do on another
- 1:45phase that you that that that but this
- 1:48should take care of a lot of your
- 1:50problem. I think you you mapped it out
- 1:52pretty good.
- 1:55>> Yeah. And so what we going to do, we
- 1:57going to, like I said, put it on a map
- 1:58and we going to start, you know, taking
- 2:00some good pictures and just kind of do a
- 2:03write up on what what the issues are and
- 2:06then, you know, we going to run
- 2:07everything by you and uh what what's her
- 2:10name? Miss Lisa.
- 2:11>> Lisa.
- 2:11>> Yes, sir. We going to run it by you all
- 2:13so make sure that we cover everything.
- 2:15So
- 2:16>> cuz it's about telling the story now.
- 2:18Okay.
- 2:19>> The story of what what need to be done.
- 2:21>> Yes. Okay. Well,
- 2:23>> that sounds good.
- 2:28So, we got a a tight deadline. I think
- 2:30they want us to submit everything by the
- 2:34uh end of this month.
- 2:35>> Okay.
- 2:36>> Yeah. So, we going to be we going to be
- 2:37working real hard to get all that taken
- 2:40care of.
- 2:40>> Yeah. That's go. Yeah. Because that's
- 2:43that is vital right there. No. Yeah. we
- 2:45can get uh get this uh you know some
- 2:50funding to uh right
- 2:51>> get the railroad and try to
- 2:53>> alleviate these problems.
- 2:55>> And then the thing we looking at now is
- 2:57I think we going to have to do two
- 2:58applications. We going to have to do one
- 3:00for water and one for sewers.
- 3:02>> Okay.
- 3:02>> So you know I hope that don't they don't
- 3:04compete with each other. I'm we we
- 3:06hoping that they give you both.
- 3:08>> Yeah.
- 3:08>> Yeah.
- 3:09>> Yeah.
- 3:13Now is this is this a a program where
- 3:16money was allocated you know to uh do
- 3:19some projects?
- 3:20>> Yes, it seemed like it was applicated to
- 3:22it uh uh based on our understanding. Uh
- 3:25uh so we just have to do this uh uh
- 3:28preliminary engineering report
- 3:30>> and and I think that Miss Lee has been
- 3:32submitting information to CMPDD or
- 3:36whatever. So all that information
- 3:38they'll use that to come up with, you
- 3:40know, how they going to uh fund the
- 3:42project.
- 3:42>> Is is this is this something that um
- 3:44they doing every year or just a project
- 3:47that uh they
- 3:49>> they just are working on uh now?
- 3:52>> Now I I don't know if they doing it
- 3:53every year. Uh I know Mel might have uh
- 3:56the the one that was with us the last
- 3:58time. Okay. he might have more details
- 4:00on it, but I know that it seemed like C
- 4:03CCID,
- 4:04I mean, not CCID, but CMPDD,
- 4:07they are they're excited about it and
- 4:09and so the lady there u u she's been u
- 4:13um sending notes about information she
- 4:16need and I think Miss Lisa's been
- 4:19sending her stuff. So, so it seemed
- 4:21like, you know, they they're pushing to
- 4:23get this taken care of
- 4:24>> because we we uh another area that that
- 4:28which I've been telling telling the
- 4:30board members of this is the gas.
- 4:33>> Yeah.
- 4:33>> You know, we uh we uh we have a problem
- 4:38with uh
- 4:40well, it's big problem for is gas as
- 4:42well.
- 4:42>> Yeah. Okay.
- 4:43>> I hope some near future where we can we
- 4:46can uh get something
- 4:48>> all Yeah. address all that
- 4:49infrastructure. Yeah. Cuz the gas uh you
- 4:53know
