  1. 0:00These are the only six AI businesses
  2. 0:02worth starting before 2027 because after
  3. 0:05personally making millions of dollars
  4. 0:06with AI in the past year and spending
  5. 0:08over 1,000 hours inside of Claude, I've
  6. 0:11seen which AI businesses [music]
  7. 0:13actually work and which ones don't. So,
  8. 0:15today I'm going to be ranking my six
  9. 0:17favorite AI businesses so you can pick
  10. 0:20one and prepare yourself for 2027. And
  11. 0:22I'm going to break down every business
  12. 0:24into three aspects. How hard is it to
  13. 0:26start? How much money do you need? And
  14. 0:28how much can you actually make? And then
  15. 0:31I'll rank each one on a tier list from S
  16. 0:34tier to F tier. And at the end, I'll
  17. 0:36tell you which one I would pick if I was
  18. 0:38starting out from zero today. And it all
  19. 0:40starts with AI YouTube automation. This
  20. 0:42is when you start a faceless channel and
  21. 0:45use AI to make the videos for you. Now,
  22. 0:47I know as you guys already know, YouTube
  23. 0:49is my bread and butter. From this
  24. 0:52channel alone, I've made close to $10
  25. 0:55million from brand deals, digital
  26. 0:57products, and just posting content. And
  27. 0:59I still think the ultimate form of
  28. 1:01passive income is a video that gets
  29. 1:03views [music] every single day. I'm
  30. 1:05going to be super real with you though.
  31. 1:06YouTube is very against lazy AI content.
  32. 1:10They actually penalize it pretty hard
  33. 1:11these days. And since everybody can make
  34. 1:13the same exact videos as you, the
  35. 1:15channels pumping out AI slop are getting
  36. 1:18destroyed. But the channels that win
  37. 1:20pick one topic and make videos people
  38. 1:22actually want to watch. A perfect
  39. 1:24example of this is a channel called Mac.
  40. 1:26It started in May of this year and it
  41. 1:29already has over 88,000 subscribers and
  42. 1:32over a million views on a single video.
  43. 1:34And when you actually watch it, it's
  44. 1:36mostly simple stick figure drawings that
  45. 1:39change every few seconds. No fancy AI
  46. 1:42garbage animations, just a simple
  47. 1:44easy-to-watch video. You can make every
  48. 1:46one of these images for free inside of
  49. 1:48Google Flow. Let me show you. So, this
  50. 1:50is one of those videos that I was
  51. 1:51talking about on this channel that has
  52. 1:531.7 million views in the last 4 months.
  53. 1:57You You see this channel is pumping out
  54. 1:59new videos pretty much every single day.
  55. 2:02Sometimes multiple videos a day and
  56. 2:04they're able to do this because of AI.
  57. 2:06If I wanted to do this, this is exactly
  58. 2:08how I would get it done in a couple of
  59. 2:10minutes. So I'm here inside of Chat GPT
  60. 2:12and I'm simply going to ask it, I want
  61. 2:14to create a faceless channel just like
  62. 2:18this one. I want to use stick figures
  63. 2:21and tell stories of human history. Give
  64. 2:23me the best video idea possible based on
  65. 2:28data. Then we're going to paste the
  66. 2:30channel here of our competitor and now
  67. 2:32it's going to do research and find us
  68. 2:34some good ideas to use on this channel.
  69. 2:37There's a lot of debate going on between
  70. 2:39which platform is better between Claude,
  71. 2:41Chat GPT, Gemini. These days I'm heavily
  72. 2:44using Chat GPT again. They recently
  73. 2:47rolled out Astra which is their newest
  74. 2:49model and it's so freaking good. I like
  75. 2:51it better than Claude, it's faster, it
  76. 2:52gives better answers. It's for me the
  77. 2:55best platform, it's the one I use every
  78. 2:57single day. I still think Claude is
  79. 2:58better. If you guys want to build a full
  80. 3:00website or app, the code feature over
  81. 3:02there is unbeatable. But for day-to-day
  82. 3:04tasks, research, planning, Chat GPT is
  83. 3:07the easiest and best one to use. So
  84. 3:09that's what we're going to use in most
  85. 3:10of the examples today. So as you can
  86. 3:11see, it's literally scanned through a
  87. 3:13bunch of top performing videos on
  88. 3:15YouTube. It looked at this competitor's
  89. 3:17channel and it gave us this idea. How
  90. 3:20did humans survive a night in the ice
  91. 3:23age? Which is actually fire. Like that's
  92. 3:24something I would click on if it was
  93. 3:26midnight and I was bored and I saw that
  94. 3:27pop up on my recommended tab. So now
  95. 3:30that we have the video idea itself, we
  96. 3:32can say, write me a two-minute script
  97. 3:35for this video. Now guys, if you're
  98. 3:37going to go and do this, obviously you
  99. 3:38want to do a 20 to 30-minute script, but
  100. 3:41I want to save time on this video and
  101. 3:42just give you the TLDR. So we're going
  102. 3:44to go ahead and do that and it's going
  103. 3:46to pump out a two-minute script that we
  104. 3:48can then turn into a voiceover and
  105. 3:49create our own AI video. So now we have
  106. 3:52a basic script for this video. 20,000
  107. 3:54years ago falling asleep could be the
  108. 3:56most dangerous thing you did all day. No
  109. 3:58heating, no sleeping bag and outside a
  110. 4:00winter that absolutely does not care if
  111. 4:02you wake up. It's a pretty decent
  112. 4:04script. Just off the rip, we have
  113. 4:05something that we can work with. And
  114. 4:07then, we can go and say,
  115. 4:10"Make me a prompt for a stick figure
  116. 4:13image that matches the style of Max, and
  117. 4:17give me one for every single line of
  118. 4:21this script." So, now it's generating us
  119. 4:24a master prompt. So, one that we can
  120. 4:26paste on every single message, and then
  121. 4:28it's giving us the individual prompts
  122. 4:31for each actual slide. If we look at
  123. 4:33these sample videos, you could see
  124. 4:35they're really not complicated at all.
  125. 4:37It's these basic stick figure images
  126. 4:39that stay on screen for about 2 to 3
  127. 4:41seconds at a time, and there's a simple
  128. 4:43voice over under the video. So, now we
  129. 4:45can go and we can generate our first
  130. 4:48image that we would use in a video like
  131. 4:50this. So, we can copy the master style
  132. 4:53prompt, and then we can copy the very
  133. 4:56first line that we want to create. And
  134. 5:00we can even give it a little reference
  135. 5:02image. So, I'll take a simple screenshot
  136. 5:05of this channel here, and then it's
  137. 5:07going to give us an image in the style
  138. 5:10that we want, and it's going to give us
  139. 5:12our first piece of our story. So, boom.
  140. 5:15There we go. We have our first image for
  141. 5:17this video, and this whole process has
  142. 5:19only taken me just a couple of minutes.
  143. 5:21So, then we can go through and generate
  144. 5:23all these images, and we would have
  145. 5:25enough to tell a simple story. With
  146. 5:28every image being on screen for 3
  147. 5:30seconds, if we had 37 of these images,
  148. 5:34we have a video that's a couple minutes
  149. 5:36long. To do a 20-minute long video, we
  150. 5:38wouldn't need but 100 images, give or
  151. 5:41take. And to generate that, it doesn't
  152. 5:43take that long. You just have to copy
  153. 5:44and paste. The last thing we would need
  154. 5:45to do is create a voice over. Now, you
  155. 5:48could record the voice yourself, but of
  156. 5:50course AI has a solution for that as
  157. 5:52well. This is one of my favorite AI
  158. 5:54tools. It makes the most insane voice
  159. 5:56overs ever. It's called Eleven Labs, and
  160. 5:58basically to demonstrate, let me come
  161. 6:00back into ChatGPT right here, copy a
  162. 6:03little piece of this script, paste it
  163. 6:05into here, and the cool thing about 11
  164. 6:07Labs is it has literally hundreds of
  165. 6:10thousands of different models. So, you
  166. 6:13have Brian here.
  167. 6:14>> Hi, I'm Brian. I'm a Gemini. I don't
  168. 6:16like long walks on the beach.
  169. 6:18>> Sally.
  170. 6:18>> Don't smother each other. No one can
  171. 6:20grow in the shade.
  172. 6:21>> Okay, so it's been a really fascinating
  173. 6:23journey.
  174. 6:24>> You've got all these different voices.
  175. 6:25But, for the sake of this video, I want
  176. 6:28like a British storyteller. Like, here
  177. 6:31we go, Michael Dan, British documentary.
  178. 6:33>> No one had opened Henry's diary in a
  179. 6:35century.
  180. 6:36>> Perfect. And then, we click on generate
  181. 6:38speech, and it's going to turn this
  182. 6:40script into Michael's voice. Check it
  183. 6:42out.
  184. 6:42>> 20,000 years ago, falling asleep could
  185. 6:45be the most dangerous thing you did all
  186. 6:47day. No heating, no sleeping bag, and
  187. 6:50outside, a winter that absolutely does
  188. 6:53not care if you wake up.
  189. 6:55>> you can adjust the variables right here.
  190. 6:57You can make it faster, you can make it
  191. 6:59sound more exaggerated, you can do
  192. 7:01things to make it sound a little bit
  193. 7:02more human-like. But, just off the first
  194. 7:04generation, it sounds good. So then, all
  195. 7:06we would have to do is download this
  196. 7:07file, download our images, overlay them
  197. 7:10on top of each other, and we've got a
  198. 7:12video that could potentially go on to
  199. 7:15get hundreds of thousands of views. And
  200. 7:17this is just one simple example of a
  201. 7:19faceless channel, but this one is a
  202. 7:22perfect one to look at because it's so
  203. 7:23freaking simple. YouTube pays you based
  204. 7:26on the amount of views that you get
  205. 7:27because they're able to show ads on your
  206. 7:30videos. And based on everything that I
  207. 7:32know about how YouTube pays, I would
  208. 7:34estimate that this channel is making
  209. 7:36anywhere from 5 to 10,000 dollars a
  210. 7:38month, and the content is fully AI
  211. 7:40generated. So, how hard is it to start?
  212. 7:42This business model for a beginner is
  213. 7:45one of the easiest ones to start. I
  214. 7:47showed you guys the process live. It's
  215. 7:49not complicated. You find what's
  216. 7:50working, you add your little twist on
  217. 7:52it, and you will get views if you do it
  218. 7:53for long enough. What's the startup cost
  219. 7:55for a business like this? Well, it's
  220. 7:57honestly not that high. You need money
  221. 7:59for the AI tools, you need money for a
  222. 8:01computer, you can't do this from a
  223. 8:03phone. In general, you could start this
  224. 8:05business with less than a hundred
  225. 8:06dollars. The only thing that's expensive
  226. 8:08is the credits [music] on the AI tools.
  227. 8:10If you're constantly making stuff, you
  228. 8:12are going to run out of credits and
  229. 8:14you're going to have to re-up, and that
  230. 8:15can dig a hole in your pocket if you're
  231. 8:17not careful. But, the big flaw with this
  232. 8:19business is the [music] earning
  233. 8:20potential. As we saw, there is a channel
  234. 8:23that is getting millions of views, but
  235. 8:25still only making three to 5,000, maybe
  236. 8:2910,000 dollars a month at their best
  237. 8:31month. So, even if you absolutely knock
  238. 8:33this out of the park, the earning
  239. 8:35potential is pretty low for a channel
  240. 8:37like this because YouTube doesn't pay
  241. 8:39that good on these AI based channels.
  242. 8:41So, all in all, I'm going to go ahead
  243. 8:43and put this business model in the C
  244. 8:46tier. It's a good starter business, but
  245. 8:48you're not going to be able to actually
  246. 8:49make any serious money with this. Now,
  247. 8:51the next business model uses the same
  248. 8:54exact idea of creating AI organic
  249. 8:57content, but the earning potential is
  250. 8:59literally 100 times higher. It's called
  251. 9:02AI organic drop shipping. As you guys
  252. 9:04know, drop shipping is the business
  253. 9:06model that changed my life. I've been
  254. 9:08doing it all the way back since 2017,
  255. 9:10and I've helped more people get started
  256. 9:13with it than pretty much anybody in the
  257. 9:15world. And I still think, to this day,
  258. 9:17it is one of the best business models
  259. 9:19for beginners out there. But, it's
  260. 9:20always had one big challenge, and that's
  261. 9:22the ad cost. You used to need to spend
  262. 9:24money to run ads before [music] you
  263. 9:26could ever make a single sale. And this
  264. 9:28is where most beginners got stuck. Well,
  265. 9:30now you don't need that anymore. With
  266. 9:31AI, you can make videos for your
  267. 9:33products in minutes and post them
  268. 9:35organically on TikTok, Instagram Reels,
  269. 9:38or Facebook for free. Now, we're able to
  270. 9:41use AI to find the product, build your
  271. 9:43store, write the copy, and make the
  272. 9:45videos for you. All you have to do is
  273. 9:47post. One of my business partners,
  274. 9:49Manny, is the perfect example of this.
  275. 9:52He's just 21 years old. He was watching
  276. 9:54this channel when he was working at
  277. 9:56Crumbl Cookie, and he started AI organic
  278. 9:58drop shipping with zero dollars to his
  279. 10:00name. Now, he's doing it full-time and
  280. 10:03making over $10,000 a day fully from
  281. 10:06organic content. I want to show you guys
  282. 10:08a live breakdown of what this business
  283. 10:10actually looks like so you can get the
  284. 10:12picture for yourself. So yo, listen.
  285. 10:14This stupidly simple store of a bag that
  286. 10:18automatically picks up your dog's poop
  287. 10:20so you don't have to reach out and grab
  288. 10:22it yourself. This store is getting
  289. 10:25millions of views organically on social
  290. 10:28media. You can see this video right here
  291. 10:30that they posted 1 week ago has 5,000
  292. 10:33likes. And if we dig deeper into their
  293. 10:35real views overall, you can see their
  294. 10:37most recent video which they just posted
  295. 10:40has 1.2 million views. This video right
  296. 10:42here has 1.9 million views. And these
  297. 10:44videos are so simple. They are basic AI
  298. 10:48generated videos of a dog pooping in a
  299. 10:51bag which I had to cut off because I
  300. 10:52don't want to get demonetized for that.
  301. 10:54But you guys can see firsthand this
  302. 10:56takes less the effort of what you would
  303. 10:58do for an AI faceless channel and when a
  304. 11:01video pops off the upside is crazy.
  305. 11:03Basically, they watch these videos, they
  306. 11:06come to your page, they click the link
  307. 11:08in the bio, they come to your store, on
  308. 11:11your store you have the product for a
  309. 11:13cheap price, they check out and you get
  310. 11:15to keep all the profits. And obviously,
  311. 11:17we're drop shipping so you don't have to
  312. 11:18have any inventory. You can ship this
  313. 11:19directly from China and this is honestly
  314. 11:23the craziest way to do drop shipping
  315. 11:24that I've ever seen. Y'all know I'm unk
  316. 11:26these days, okay? I've been in this game
  317. 11:28for so long. I've seen all the different
  318. 11:30eras from the Instagram influencers to
  319. 11:32the Facebook ads to the Snapchat ads to
  320. 11:35the original organic strategy where you
  321. 11:38had to make videos with your girl or
  322. 11:40with your mom promoting the product.
  323. 11:42This is the craziest way to do drop
  324. 11:44shipping that I've ever seen and it's
  325. 11:46actually crushing. The fact that
  326. 11:48stupidly simple stores selling the most
  327. 11:50basic products are getting millions of
  328. 11:52views for me is the ultimate green
  329. 11:54light. If you tried to take this product
  330. 11:56and run it on ads, it wouldn't work. But
  331. 11:58on organic, it's absolutely crushing and
  332. 12:00it cost them $0 to do that. With this
  333. 12:02amount of views, you can estimate that
  334. 12:04this store is easily making a couple
  335. 12:06hundred dollars a day in sales, probably
  336. 12:08a little bit more but I'm being
  337. 12:09conservative here. And these videos
  338. 12:11don't take but 10-15 minutes to create.
  339. 12:13If you guys want to watch me and Manny
  340. 12:15do [music] this entire process live, I
  341. 12:17just added a new section in my free
  342. 12:20course where we break down this entire
  343. 12:22strategy step-by-step, click-by-click.
  344. 12:25You're going to see us go in and find a
  345. 12:26product, create a viral video for it,
  346. 12:29and build a store 100% with AI. And
  347. 12:32we're going to give you all of this
  348. 12:33content for free. And if you get access
  349. 12:35to this in the next couple of days, I'm
  350. 12:37even going to build your first store for
  351. 12:40you with my AI store builder. So, you're
  352. 12:42going to get my most up-to-date training
  353. 12:45and my AI store builder for free.
  354. 12:47Transparently, the reason why I'm able
  355. 12:49to do this is because I partnered with
  356. 12:51Shopify and they pay me to bring people
  357. 12:54on board to their platform. But we only
  358. 12:56get results if you guys get results. So,
  359. 12:59that's why we give away the course for
  360. 13:00free. We give away the store builder to
  361. 13:02make sure that you guys have the best
  362. 13:04possible chance at making this work.
  363. 13:06This is the craziest offer I've ever
  364. 13:08done in my career and I don't know how
  365. 13:10much longer we're going to be doing it.
  366. 13:11So, if you want access to this, click
  367. 13:13the link below this video. You can fill
  368. 13:16out the information and my team will
  369. 13:17reach out with the next steps. Anyways,
  370. 13:19how hard is this business to start?
  371. 13:21Well, to be honest, this business ranks
  372. 13:24on the easy scale for difficulty. The
  373. 13:26hardest part is learning how to create
  374. 13:28the AI videos, but we break that down at
  375. 13:31length inside of the free course. And
  376. 13:33honestly, you just have to recreate the
  377. 13:35videos that worked for other people. You
  378. 13:36don't have to come up with any brand new
  379. 13:38ideas. In terms of startup capital,
  380. 13:40dropshipping used to rank as one of the
  381. 13:42worst businesses because of this. But
  382. 13:43now that we don't have to run ads, it
  383. 13:45costs you next to nothing, maybe one to
  384. 13:47$200 to get this store off the ground.
  385. 13:49Whereas before, it might have cost you
  386. 13:51thousands before you saw a real profit.
  387. 13:53And lastly, the earning potential is
  388. 13:55pretty much limitless. I'm not promising
  389. 13:57you're going to get results like that,
  390. 13:59but if you have a page that is
  391. 14:00consistently smacking 100,000 view
  392. 14:03videos, who's going to stop you? You're
  393. 14:05going to keep getting sales as this page
  394. 14:06grows. Shamelessly, boys, I'm putting
  395. 14:08this in the S-tier Listen, when it was
  396. 14:11with Facebook ads, I could not feel
  397. 14:13right putting this as an S-tier
  398. 14:15business, but now that the organic side
  399. 14:17has been introduced, it's hard to beat
  400. 14:19this. This is better than TikTok Shop,
  401. 14:21this is better than day trading, this is
  402. 14:23one of the craziest opportunities I've
  403. 14:25ever seen. But, it's not for everybody.
  404. 14:27And if you feel like you want to try
  405. 14:28something else, I recommend you check
  406. 14:29out building custom AI agents. Right
  407. 14:32now, businesses are paying thousands of
  408. 14:34dollars to replace their employees with
  409. 14:36AI, and I know that because I'm one of
  410. 14:38them. I have an agent in my company that
  411. 14:41runs every single day and tells me
  412. 14:43exactly how well my business performs.
  413. 14:45It pulls data from all my payment
  414. 14:46processors, my team's chats, my Facebook
  415. 14:49ads, and it tells me [music] how much
  416. 14:51profit we made and all the areas that we
  417. 14:53can improve. I hate to say it, but I was
  418. 14:55able to replace one or two people that
  419. 14:57work for me because of how good this
  420. 14:59agent runs. And you might think that's
  421. 15:01evil, but that's just the way the world
  422. 15:03is heading. There's some pretty crazy
  423. 15:04stuff that I've set up inside of my
  424. 15:06company that if somebody had approached
  425. 15:07me about it a year or two ago, I
  426. 15:09definitely would have paid them for it.
  427. 15:10And most business owners don't have the
  428. 15:12time down and play with Claude to build
  429. 15:15these automations or agents. So, that's
  430. 15:17where you come in. So, let me show you
  431. 15:19three automations that business owners
  432. 15:22are spending real money on right now.
  433. 15:24The first thing you can offer it to
  434. 15:26build is an AI dashboard like the one
  435. 15:28that I use that pulls all of the data
  436. 15:31from the business and puts it in one
  437. 15:33central location. It pulls their sales,
  438. 15:35their ad spend, their payments, their
  439. 15:36customer info, their leads, their
  440. 15:39requests, and puts it all under one
  441. 15:41umbrella. The pitch to them is that this
  442. 15:43is going to replace a bunch of monthly
  443. 15:44subscription costs that they have and
  444. 15:46keep everything under one app. It's also
  445. 15:49going to get them out of those super
  446. 15:50cluttered manual spreadsheets that their
  447. 15:52team has to update every single day. You
  448. 15:54could charge a one-time setup fee to
  449. 15:56businesses in your area of anywhere from
  450. 15:59$300 to $1,000 to set something like
  451. 16:01this up. [music] The challenge, of
  452. 16:02course, is going to be on the sales
  453. 16:05side. You have to make a list, you have
  454. 16:07to go and find companies in your area,
  455. 16:09you have to get on the phone, call them,
  456. 16:11and sell them, but this is a great way
  457. 16:13to get your feet wet with making money
  458. 16:15with AI, and there are businesses that
  459. 16:17will pay for this. The second thing is
  460. 16:18an AI speed to lead agent. Essentially,
  461. 16:21this is an agent that [music] instantly
  462. 16:24reaches out to leads. You can have them
  463. 16:26do a phone call or do a text. Businesses
  464. 16:29that contact leads within an hour are
  465. 16:31seven times more likely to close them.
  466. 16:34So, when you approach local businesses
  467. 16:36that have a slow sales team or a
  468. 16:38non-existent one, this can be a great
  469. 16:40way for them to clean up some of those
  470. 16:42dead leads without having to pay a sales
  471. 16:44manager or that is constantly on the
  472. 16:47phone. There's a video that breaks down
  473. 16:49exactly how to set up one of these speed
  474. 16:50to lead agents, and I'll make sure to
  475. 16:52put it in the description for those of
  476. 16:54you that want to do something like this.
  477. 16:55And the last thing is in the same realm,
  478. 16:57it is AI customer service. Basically,
  479. 16:59you are just setting up an AI agent
  480. 17:02that's trained on your company protocol
  481. 17:04to respond to all of your emails and
  482. 17:06messages. This one, you can easily
  483. 17:07charge companies hundreds of dollars a
  484. 17:09month to set up because they can replace
  485. 17:12an employee that's doing this. And as we
  486. 17:14saw before with 11 Labs, AI is getting
  487. 17:16so freaking good that it feels like a
  488. 17:18real human. It's even faster than a
  489. 17:20human sometimes. So, calling local
  490. 17:22businesses and offering to set up an AI
  491. 17:24customer service agent is not a bad idea
  492. 17:27for those of you that want to sell these
  493. 17:28agents. There's literally hundreds of
  494. 17:30ideas of agents that you could sell to
  495. 17:31these businesses. I'm just giving you
  496. 17:33three simple ones so you can do your own
  497. 17:35research. So, how hard is this business
  498. 17:37to start? Well, to be frank, this
  499. 17:39business falls under the medium
  500. 17:41difficulty. The reason why this is is
  501. 17:44because to sell this businesses, you
  502. 17:46have to be pretty proficient yourself.
  503. 17:49I'm not saying you have to be a master,
  504. 17:50but you got to be pretty savvy to make
  505. 17:52some of these custom agents. It's not
  506. 17:53easy for somebody who never did it
  507. 17:55before. In terms of how much money you
  508. 17:56need, it's practically nothing. I think
  509. 17:58out of everything on the list, it's
  510. 18:00probably the lowest startup capital of
  511. 18:02them all because all you got to do is
  512. 18:04make a list of local leads, call them
  513. 18:06up, and try to close somebody on the
  514. 18:07phone. And the earning potential for
  515. 18:09this is also in the middle. I mean,
  516. 18:12realistically, I told you guys that you
  517. 18:14could sell some of these agents for 300
  518. 18:16to 1,000 bucks. But, how many of them
  519. 18:18could you actually sell? Maybe you're
  520. 18:20going to sell five, 10 a month. For you
  521. 18:22to take this business to the point where
  522. 18:24it's making 50, 100, 200 thousand
  523. 18:27dollars a month, you have to get so many
  524. 18:28freaking sales and you have to deal with
  525. 18:30so many individual clients that for me
  526. 18:32it's just not something that I would put
  527. 18:35all of my effort into. So, I'm going to
  528. 18:36go ahead and put this business in the B
  529. 18:38tier. This is a cool side hustle that
  530. 18:40you can use to get your feet wet and
  531. 18:42start making your first AI money, but
  532. 18:44this is not going to be the thing that
  533. 18:45actually takes you to financial freedom
  534. 18:47in my opinion. Fourth business model is
  535. 18:49AI copywriting. Look, now that you can
  536. 18:51build an app or a store with AI in a
  537. 18:53couple of hours, having a product to
  538. 18:56sell isn't the hard part anymore. The
  539. 18:58most important skill is marketing and
  540. 19:00being able to write those words that get
  541. 19:02customers to buy. That's what
  542. 19:04copywriting is. Copywriting as a service
  543. 19:05blew up in 2020 and right now it's
  544. 19:08having a huge comeback because almost
  545. 19:10everything being written online is AI
  546. 19:12garbage. Business owners can tell and
  547. 19:14the people they are selling to can too.
  548. 19:17So, if you know how to use AI to write
  549. 19:19words that don't sound like a robot and
  550. 19:21actually get them to generate sales,
  551. 19:23companies will gladly pay you a couple
  552. 19:25thousand dollars a month to spend an
  553. 19:27hour a day prompting AI. The easiest
  554. 19:29place to start with this is email.
  555. 19:31[music] Every business has an email list
  556. 19:34they barely use and you can get them an
  557. 19:36instant ROI by activating their email
  558. 19:39list with AI copywriting. Let me
  559. 19:41demonstrate this. All right, so we're
  560. 19:42here in a new instance of ChatGPT and
  561. 19:44I'm going to give it a simple prompt
  562. 19:46basically saying you are my email
  563. 19:48copywriter for my dental business. Write
  564. 19:50a three email sequence for we could say
  565. 19:53$49
  566. 19:55dental cleaning using the exact words
  567. 19:57our customers use. We'll say first-time
  568. 20:00dental cleaning. And just so we can get
  569. 20:02some more accurate messaging, I'm going
  570. 20:05to go ahead and paste the dentist that I
  571. 20:07go to here in Miami so it knows an
  572. 20:09actual business for reference. So, then
  573. 20:11we can go ahead and paste this right
  574. 20:12here and it's going to give us a nice
  575. 20:15and clean email sequence that we can
  576. 20:17then go and send out to the customers of
  577. 20:19this business. Now, you might
  578. 20:20immediately be thinking, well, couldn't
  579. 20:22the business owners just use AI
  580. 20:25themselves and reach out to these
  581. 20:26people?" But, the reality is, especially
  582. 20:28some of these more old-school local
  583. 20:30businesses, these people don't even know
  584. 20:32about this. They don't even think about
  585. 20:33it. It doesn't cross their mind. You are
  586. 20:35basically selling the gap of knowledge.
  587. 20:38You are selling the fact that you know
  588. 20:40about this and they don't. And there's
  589. 20:42value in the middle there. If you think
  590. 20:44about any service, that's really all
  591. 20:45you're selling anyways, and this is no
  592. 20:47different. So, boom, this is a
  593. 20:49three-email sequence that is going to
  594. 20:52drive more sales into this business's
  595. 20:56dental cleaning operation. It starts by
  596. 20:59hitting them with a check-in, seeing
  597. 21:01when's the last time they had their
  598. 21:02cleaning. Then, it follows up with a
  599. 21:04concern that customers have, which is
  600. 21:07nerves. And then, it follows up after
  601. 21:09day six with a final opportunity to get
  602. 21:12this offer and get their teeth cleaned.
  603. 21:14But, then, to take this text to the next
  604. 21:16level, we can humanize it. I'm going to
  605. 21:18go ahead and paste this in the
  606. 21:20description. This is a prompt that you
  607. 21:22can plug into ChatGPT that makes it an
  608. 21:25expert copywriter and makes it humanize
  609. 21:28all the copy, so it feels like it's
  610. 21:30actually coming from a person. So, we
  611. 21:31can go ahead and we can paste this here,
  612. 21:34go back to chat, and say, "Okay, this is
  613. 21:37great, but it feels like AI. I'm going
  614. 21:39to give you some parameters to follow so
  615. 21:41we can humanize all of our copy going
  616. 21:43forward." And then, we're going to paste
  617. 21:45that into there, and now it's going to
  618. 21:47be trained on what we want it to say.
  619. 21:49It's going to be trained on how humans
  620. 21:51actually talk, and as a result, we're
  621. 21:53going to get much better copy. All
  622. 21:54right, so it's downloaded that new
  623. 21:55information, and we can say, "Now,
  624. 21:58recreate those three emails in a
  625. 22:01human-like tone." And it's going to go
  626. 22:03ahead and create us those emails again,
  627. 22:05but in a much more human, natural way.
  628. 22:08And you can use this to write any type
  629. 22:10of copy, whether it's on a website,
  630. 22:12email, SMS, you name it. This works. So,
  631. 22:14there you go. Now, we've got some fresh,
  632. 22:16human-like copy that is extremely
  633. 22:18valuable to a business like this because
  634. 22:20let's say they had an email list of
  635. 22:2120,000 people. I can promise you this
  636. 22:24three-email sequence is going to close a
  637. 22:26couple of deals and put some more money
  638. 22:27in their pocket. So, in terms of
  639. 22:29difficulty, this business is extremely
  640. 22:32easy to start. AI is literally doing
  641. 22:34everything for you. The only challenge
  642. 22:36is reaching out to the businesses and
  643. 22:38doing the sales side. If you'll notice,
  644. 22:40sales is a through line between pretty
  645. 22:42much all these businesses except for
  646. 22:44e-commerce. So, having the ability to
  647. 22:46sell is one of the most crucial skills
  648. 22:49you're going to need to have if you want
  649. 22:50to become a successful entrepreneur. In
  650. 22:51terms of how much money you'll need, you
  651. 22:53don't need any money to start this. You
  652. 22:55need next to nothing to start this. You
  653. 22:56just need to have a little bit of grit
  654. 22:58and hustle and you can start this with
  655. 23:00less than 100 bucks, to be honest. The
  656. 23:01earnings potential for this is honestly
  657. 23:03amongst the lowest of anything on the
  658. 23:06list we're going to be talking about
  659. 23:07today. This is more of a side hustle
  660. 23:09than a real business. You couldn't
  661. 23:11really make more than 3,000 to 5,000
  662. 23:14dollars a month doing something like
  663. 23:15this, but there is potential for you to
  664. 23:17make a little side income, for sure. So,
  665. 23:19that puts this business in the B tier.
  666. 23:23It's a good side hustle, but it's not
  667. 23:25something that's going to really change
  668. 23:27your life like crazy. The fifth business
  669. 23:29model is the one that has made me the
  670. 23:30vast majority of my money online,
  671. 23:33digital products. Courses, [music]
  672. 23:35ebooks, templates, communities, anything
  673. 23:38you can sell completely digitally, this
  674. 23:41is one of the best opportunities for
  675. 23:43people out there looking to make money.
  676. 23:44And for the longest time, I never talked
  677. 23:46about this because this model was only
  678. 23:48accessible to the experts. After I had
  679. 23:51my first big success in e-com, I started
  680. 23:53selling digital products. I started
  681. 23:55creating PDFs and courses and this
  682. 23:58massively sped up my journey to becoming
  683. 24:01financially free. I started out by
  684. 24:03selling cheap $20 courses and now have
  685. 24:06sold digital products up all the way to
  686. 24:07the price of 30 grand. I even built one
  687. 24:10digital product business that went on to
  688. 24:12do over 5 million dollars in revenue and
  689. 24:15got acquired in a multi-million dollar
  690. 24:18deal. Digital products changed my life
  691. 24:20in the craziest way possible and now AI
  692. 24:23has made them easier for people to get
  693. 24:25started with and actually possible when
  694. 24:27they weren't previously before. AI has
  695. 24:29made this model accessible to people of
  696. 24:31all skill levels because you don't need
  697. 24:33to have all the knowledge before you
  698. 24:35create the product. You can spin up a
  699. 24:37professional PDF in like 15 minutes and
  700. 24:40upload it in 60 seconds. The hardest
  701. 24:42part is actually getting customers for
  702. 24:44that PDF or digital product. The process
  703. 24:46is simple. You can use AI to do deep
  704. 24:49research and help you come up with some
  705. 24:51good digital product ideas. You can
  706. 24:52create the entire digital product
  707. 24:55directly on Chat GPT. You can sell
  708. 24:57anything from an ebook to a digital
  709. 25:00guide to an online course. And then, you
  710. 25:03can go and sell those products directly
  711. 25:05on Shopify or on platforms like Etsy.
  712. 25:08There are people selling digital
  713. 25:09products on Etsy absolutely printing
  714. 25:12money. You can see this person right
  715. 25:13here did over 9.7 thousand sales of a 99
  716. 25:17cent digital calendar right here. This
  717. 25:19person did 8,000 sales of a $17 digital
  718. 25:23calendar. And all this stuff has been
  719. 25:25cooked up with AI. My digital product
  720. 25:27business right now is doing close to a
  721. 25:29million dollars a month. This business
  722. 25:31model is absolutely amazing so long as
  723. 25:34you have a platform to help you get
  724. 25:36customers. And Etsy is a really good one
  725. 25:37to do that. The way you take it to
  726. 25:39another notch is using distribution. So,
  727. 25:43making AI videos, having people talk
  728. 25:45about your digital product in their
  729. 25:47videos, creating an AI influencer that
  730. 25:50actually goes and sells the digital
  731. 25:53product for you. This is some real game
  732. 25:55right now. And this is what the top
  733. 25:56digital product guys are doing. AI
  734. 25:58influencers is actually the last
  735. 25:59business model we're going to talk about
  736. 26:01on this list. But first, let me give a
  737. 26:03ranking to this one. In terms of how
  738. 26:04hard it is to start, this is in the
  739. 26:07medium level. It's extremely saturated
  740. 26:10and extremely competitive. Everybody is
  741. 26:12launching digital products right now.
  742. 26:14And you also have to get traffic, which
  743. 26:17is not easy in this space. But to create
  744. 26:20the product itself is really easy. And
  745. 26:22you can test a bunch of different ideas
  746. 26:23in a short time frame. So, this is a
  747. 26:25medium in terms of difficulty. Just like
  748. 26:27most of the ideas on this list, you
  749. 26:29don't need a ton of money to start. You
  750. 26:31can start this business model with like
  751. 26:33$50 to your name realistically. But the
  752. 26:35earning potential for this is damn near
  753. 26:37limitless. I mean, I already told you
  754. 26:39guys I made millions of dollars with
  755. 26:41digital products. I've seen people all
  756. 26:43around me crush it with this business
  757. 26:44model. It's limitless what you can earn
  758. 26:46with a digital product. And because you
  759. 26:48don't have to ship anything, there's no
  760. 26:49fulfillment cost, so everything you make
  761. 26:51you get to keep. And it's because of
  762. 26:52this that this is another S-tier
  763. 26:55business. Honestly, if you can crack the
  764. 26:57code on this, you have yourself an
  765. 27:00amazing scalable business. One of my
  766. 27:02students inside of my free course
  767. 27:05started an AI drop shipping store, but
  768. 27:08then he stumbled on a digital product
  769. 27:11idea and took everything that he learned
  770. 27:13from AI organic drop shipping and
  771. 27:15launched a digital product instead. And
  772. 27:18he just recently had his first $100,000
  773. 27:21month in sales with a fully digital
  774. 27:23product funnel. So, these two businesses
  775. 27:25are really cool because they go
  776. 27:27hand-in-hand and the skills transfer
  777. 27:29over perfectly. By the way, none of the
  778. 27:30results I'm saying in this video are
  779. 27:32typical. I'm not promising any of these
  780. 27:34things. I'm not guaranteeing you can get
  781. 27:36them. I'm just sharing them with you
  782. 27:37guys for a little bit of motivation. And
  783. 27:39the last business model I want to talk
  784. 27:41about is AI influencers. These are
  785. 27:44social media accounts where the person
  786. 27:45isn't real. The face, the voice, the
  787. 27:47videos, all of it's made with AI. Now, I
  788. 27:49know you guys already saw me show you
  789. 27:51some examples of this, but where this
  790. 27:53gets crazy is that some of these AI
  791. 27:56influencers are now landing real brand
  792. 27:59deals like actual creators. The most
  793. 28:01famous one recently was Aitana Lopez,
  794. 28:03who was reported to make around 3,000
  795. 28:06euros a month on average and up to
  796. 28:0810,000 in a good month without ever
  797. 28:10existing. Now, honestly, it's a bit
  798. 28:12scary and I think pure AI content is
  799. 28:15more of a side hustle than a real
  800. 28:17business unless you build something of
  801. 28:19structure around it like the examples I
  802. 28:21showed you before. Simply because
  803. 28:23everybody in the world can make the same
  804. 28:24exact videos as you. So, the real smart
  805. 28:26play is using an AI influencer as the
  806. 28:29face of your own product like the
  807. 28:31digital product or AI drop shipping
  808. 28:33model that I showed you.
  809. 28:34Difficulty-wise, AI influencers is
  810. 28:37extremely difficult because to break
  811. 28:39through and become successful is almost
  812. 28:41impossible because anybody can spin up
  813. 28:44one of these accounts. You need like
  814. 28:45literally zero dollars to do this
  815. 28:47business model, which is the exact
  816. 28:50reason why I said it's difficult to make
  817. 28:51it work because anybody can do it. But
  818. 28:53hey, if you get a creator that goes on
  819. 28:56to become successful, there is some
  820. 28:59upside in there for sure. But this is
  821. 29:01definitely not the business model I
  822. 29:03would do at all. Sadly, this business
  823. 29:06ends up in the D tier. Meaning that the
  824. 29:08clear winner of this tier list has to be
  825. 29:11AI organic drop shipping or AI digital
  826. 29:14products. If you're looking to build a
  827. 29:16sustainable and scalable business with
  828. 29:18AI in 2027, these are the only two
  829. 29:21opportunities that I would focus on.
