- 0:00Have you ever wondered why, in a world
- 0:03where people are pressured from all
- 0:05sides, some women remain calm and
- 0:08self-assured? They don't raise their
- 0:11voices, don't prove they're right to
- 0:13everyone, don't chase approval, and yet
- 0:16, there is a quiet, steady strength
- 0:18around them. And then there are others.
- 0:21Those who live for years in subtle
- 0:23anxiety, trying to please everyone,
- 0:25adapting to others, and apologizing for
- 0:28things they didn't do. And they look
- 0:31for happiness far away—in a new city,
- 0:33a new job, or new people around them.
- 0:36They search, but never quite find it.
- 0:38So, where is this secret hidden? In the
- 0:41right book, another self-help course, a
- 0:43strict daily routine, a list of good
- 0:46habits, or beautiful words in front of
- 0:48a mirror? All of this might help a
- 0:51little, but it is not the answer. Carl
- 0:54Gustav Jung, one of the deepest
- 0:56psychologists of the 20th century,
- 0:58believed that true confidence isn't
- 1:01born from what a person adds to
- 1:03themselves, but from what they dared to
- 1:05face within and managed to reclaim on
- 1:08the path to inner wholeness. Today, we
- 1:11will walk this path step by step. If
- 1:15you are tired of endless roles, if a
- 1:16quiet desire to live your real life,
- 1:18rather than meeting others '
- 1:20expectations, has lived inside you for
- 1:22a long time, then this talk is for you.
- 1:25Perhaps at the end of this road, you
- 1:27will see the person you have always
- 1:29been. You just happened to forget.
- 1:32First. They stop running away from
- 1:35their shadow. There is something most
- 1:38women were never taught. Not everything
- 1:41unpleasant inside you needs to be
- 1:42ripped out by the roots. Moreover, it
- 1:45is precisely the parts you have hidden,
- 1:47suppressed, or deemed unacceptable that
- 1:50quietly control your life. They
- 1:52influence your decisions, your
- 1:55reactions, the people you choose, and
- 1:57why you end up in the same situations
- 2:00over and over again. A happy, confident
- 2:03woman is not someone who always smiles,
- 2:06is always composed, and always keeps
- 2:08her feelings under control. It is
- 2:11someone who has stopped running from
- 2:13the dark corners of her own soul. Jung
- 2:15called these corners the shadow. The
- 2:18shadow does not come from the outside.
- 2:20It is not something foreign or hostile.
- 2:23It is a part of you that existed before
- 2:25you learned how to be "convenient." It
- 2:28is the anger you swallowed when you
- 2:30were treated unfairly. It is the envy
- 2:33you immediately deny because you fear
- 2:36appearing petty. It is the desire to be
- 2:38seen and recognized, hidden behind the
- 2:41habitual phrase: "I don't need that at
- 2:43all." Over time, these parts do not
- 2:46disappear. They simply go deeper, to
- 2:48where they can no longer be seen. But
- 2:51you continue to feel them through
- 2:53sudden flashes of irritation, through
- 2:56tears you can’t explain, through the
- 2:58same patterns that repeat in your life
- 3:00as if an invisible hand were writing
- 3:03them for you. Imagine a young woman
- 3:06named Alina. She always considered
- 3:08herself a person without unnecessary
- 3:10emotions. Calm, rational, composed.
- 3:14That’s how her colleagues,
- 3:15acquaintances, and neighbors saw her.
- 3:18And in casual interactions, that was
- 3:20indeed the truth. But the moment she
- 3:23was around people truly close to her,
- 3:25everything changed. She was wounded by
- 3:28trifles. She would be silent, endure,
- 3:31and smile, only to suddenly explode
- 3:33over a minor thing, unable to
- 3:35understand where such intensity of
- 3:37anger came from. After every such
- 3:39outburst, she would scold herself for
- 3:41being overly sensitive and promise
- 3:43herself to hold on even tighter. There
- 3:46was one thing Alina didn’t understand
- 3:47. She never allowed herself to truly
- 3:51feel and name her hurt at the very
- 3:53moment it arose. Every time something
- 3:57stung her, she would brush it off: "
- 3:59It’s nonsense, it’s not worth the
- 4:01attention, this isn't about me." But
- 4:04unlived feelings do not just dissolve.
- 4:07They accumulate like water behind a dam
- 4:08, waiting for the moment when the
- 4:10pressure becomes stronger than the wall
- 4:12. The issue wasn't that Alina was too
- 4:15sensitive. The issue was that her true
- 4:18feelings were never given the right to
- 4:21exist. And when she started to honestly
- 4:24acknowledge them, to quietly tell
- 4:26herself: "Yes, I am hurt right now. Yes
- 4:28, I am angry." Her reactions gradually
- 4:31became more understandable and calm.
- 4:34Instead of silently building up and
- 4:36exploding, she learned to see what was
- 4:38happening inside before it turned into
- 4:40a storm. The shadow works subtly. The
- 4:44more strongly it is denied, the more
- 4:46persistently it seeks a way to manifest
- 4:48. Not to destroy you, but so that it
- 4:51might finally be seen. But if you don't
- 4:55recognize yourself in it, you start
- 4:56noticing it in other people. You are
- 4:59enraged by someone else’s selfishness
- 5:01, not realizing that you yourself have
- 5:03long dreamed of putting yourself first
- 5:05for once. You judge someone else’s
- 5:07overconfidence, failing to see how much
- 5:09you yourself crave recognition. Thus, a
- 5:12vicious cycle arises. The more you deny
- 5:15, the more often you get triggered.
- 5:18Jung once said something like: "Until
- 5:21you make the unconscious conscious, it
- 5:23will direct your life and you will call
- 5:25it fate." This is not just a beautiful
- 5:29philosophical thought; it is a profound
- 5:31psychological truth. If you don't look
- 5:33at what lives in your shadow, you are
- 5:36not in control of your life. You are
- 5:39merely reacting according to old
- 5:41patterns that formed long ago, from
- 5:42unhealed wounds, from those parts of
- 5:44yourself that no one ever accepted. A
- 5:47happy woman is not one who has no
- 5:49shadow. She is the one honest enough to
- 5:53look at it and not turn away. And this
- 5:56transformation is not like a bright
- 5:58flash of insight. It begins quietly, in
- 6:00pauses that seem insignificant. In the
- 6:04moment when, instead of blaming
- 6:06circumstances, she slows down and asks
- 6:09herself, "Why did this hurt me so much?
- 6:11" When, amidst vague anxiety, she
- 6:15doesn't escape into chores or her phone
- 6:17, but gently turns inward to listen to
- 6:19what has stirred within her. Such
- 6:22questions are uncomfortable, but it is
- 6:24precisely in this discomfort that a
- 6:26door quietly opens, through which she
- 6:29becomes closer to herself. There is a
- 6:32huge difference between becoming better
- 6:35and becoming whole. Many women try to
- 6:38improve themselves by crossing out
- 6:40everything they consider bad: not to be
- 6:42angry, not to be envious, not to seem
- 6:45weak. But that is like trying to make a
- 6:48painting more beautiful by erasing all
- 6:50its dark shades. The result is not
- 6:52perfection, but a flat image without
- 6:55depth or volume. A happy woman does not
- 6:58strive for flawlessness. She learns to
- 7:01encompass everything: both light and
- 7:03shadow. This does not mean justifying
- 7:06bad deeds or allowing yourself to hurt
- 7:08others. On the contrary, when you see
- 7:11your shadow, you have a choice. You can
- 7:14feel anger and yet not offend anyone.
- 7:17You can notice envy and not let it
- 7:19control you. You can want more and not
- 7:22feel guilty, because you are no longer
- 7:25driven by forces you aren't even aware
- 7:27of. You begin to talk to them. Perhaps
- 7:31this is where everything begins to
- 7:33change. Not when the outside world
- 7:36becomes easier, but when your internal
- 7:39reactions stop pulling you along
- 7:41blindly. When you realize that anger is
- 7:44not an enemy but a signal, and that
- 7:46anxiety shouldn't be stifled, it should
- 7:48be listened to. You stop reacting
- 7:51automatically and start to understand
- 7:53why you react that way at all. From
- 7:56this is born a quiet self-mastery. It
- 8:00is not loud, it doesn't seek attention,
- 8:03but it is enough to know when to stop
- 8:05and when to move forward. The shadow no
- 8:08longer pulls you by invisible strings.
- 8:10You can see it, name it, and decide how
- 8:14to act. And in that moment, you don't
- 8:16just understand yourself better, you
- 8:18once again become the author of your
- 8:20own life. But one encounter with the
- 8:23shadow is not enough. Even when you
- 8:26begin to see yourself more clearly,
- 8:28there remains another, subtler layer
- 8:30that keeps you at a distance from
- 8:32yourself. Second. They take off the
- 8:36mask and stop living for approval.
- 8:38There are moments when you suddenly
- 8:41notice that you have long been
- 8:42accustomed to answering as is accepted,
- 8:45saying what should be said, and doing
- 8:47what is expected of you. You have
- 8:50become so accustomed to it that you no
- 8:52longer stop to ask yourself, "Is this
- 8:54even me?" Everything is going as it
- 8:57should; everything looks right. You are
- 8:59perceived and approved of. And yet,
- 9:02deep inside, there is a strange silence
- 9:05, as if some part of you is standing
- 9:08aside and silently watching. If you are
- 9:11attentive enough, in such a moment you
- 9:13can see something simple and
- 9:15frightening. Perhaps you have been
- 9:18playing a role for so long that you
- 9:20have forgotten what it is like to just
- 9:22be yourself. A happy and confident
- 9:24woman is not one who has never worn a
- 9:27mask. On the contrary, she wore one for
- 9:30a very long time. She knows what it is
- 9:33like to be compliant so you aren't left
- 9:35, to be good enough to be noticed, and
- 9:38to deftly adapt to every situation and
- 9:40every person. She knows how to be the
- 9:43version of herself that others expect.
- 9:46An obedient daughter, a convenient
- 9:48colleague, a friend who always listens,
- 9:50a proper woman without any sharp edges.
- 9:53And precisely because she is so good at
- 9:56it, it is especially difficult for her
- 9:58to notice how she is gradually
- 10:00disappearing from her own life. Jung
- 10:03called this mask the persona. The
- 10:05persona is not fake in the simple sense
- 10:07of the word. It is more subtle than
- 10:09that. It is a layer that formed very
- 10:12early and was reinforced every time you
- 10:15were praised for being good, scolded
- 10:17for being difficult, loved for being
- 10:20understanding, and distanced when you
- 10:22were too unlike others. Gradually, you
- 10:25don't just learn to wear this mask; you
- 10:28begin to believe that it is who you are
- 10:30. And when this belief takes root, any
- 10:33internal disagreement seems like a
- 10:35mistake that needs to be fixed or
- 10:37hidden. But there is a truth that is
- 10:40rarely spoken. When you live for
- 10:43approval, you give others the right to
- 10:45decide who you are. Your worth stops
- 10:48coming from within and begins to depend
- 10:50on other people's reactions. One
- 10:53compliment can make you happy for the
- 10:55whole day, and one cold look can make
- 10:58you doubt everything. Such confidence
- 11:01is never stable. It is like standing on
- 11:04the surface of a lake; the slightest
- 11:06ripple disrupts your balance. Imagine a
- 11:09woman whom everyone talks about. It is
- 11:11so easy to be with her. She never
- 11:13refuses a request, is always soft, and
- 11:16avoids any arguments. She is loved, she
- 11:18is trusted, and it is comfortable to be
- 11:20around her. But few people know that
- 11:23every time she says "of course" while
- 11:25wanting to say "no," some part of her
- 11:28feels betrayed. This feeling isn't loud
- 11:31, but it accumulates. And one day, she
- 11:34realizes that she no longer knows where
- 11:36her boundaries lie, because she has
- 11:38never truly lived within them. The
- 11:41danger of the mask is not that it makes
- 11:43you fake. The danger is that it
- 11:45distances you from your own living
- 11:48experience. You start living on
- 11:50autopilot. What should I say now? How
- 11:53should I act? How should I appear to be
- 11:56liked? You become a master of
- 11:58adaptation and less and less honest
- 12:00with yourself. And here is the paradox.
- 12:03The more you are loved for the mask,
- 12:06the lonelier you feel. After all, no
- 12:08one knows the person hiding behind it.
- 12:12Jung wrote that the greatest privilege
- 12:15of human life is to become who you
- 12:18really are. But to become yourself, you
- 12:22first have to admit that you once
- 12:24stopped being yourself. This admission
- 12:26is unpleasant. It is like looking in a
- 12:29mirror where the reflection seems
- 12:31familiar but somehow feels like a
- 12:33stranger. A woman begins to remove her
- 12:36mask not with loud changes in the world
- 12:39, but with a very small step. She stops
- 12:42agreeing automatically. Before
- 12:44answering, she pauses and listens to
- 12:47what she is actually feeling. At first,
- 12:51it may be just a short hesitation, a
- 12:53moment of silence before responding,
- 12:55but this pause reveals something new.
- 12:58For the first time, she allows herself
- 13:00to choose instead of just reacting.
- 13:02This path is never easy. When you stop
- 13:05pleasing others, you immediately notice
- 13:08how people's attitudes change. Someone
- 13:10will get uncomfortable, someone will
- 13:13drift away, someone will say, "You've
- 13:15changed." And in such moments, old
- 13:17fears return. The fear of being
- 13:20rejected, the fear that you will no
- 13:22longer be loved. This is exactly where
- 13:24many put the old mask back on. Not
- 13:27because they want to, but because they
- 13:29aren't stable enough yet to endure
- 13:31someone else's disapproval. But a woman
- 13:33who truly passes this stage realizes
- 13:36something important. Approval bought at
- 13:39the price of losing yourself is not
- 13:41love. It is a deal, and the longer it
- 13:44lasts, the higher the price. Not on the
- 13:47outside, but on the inside. In those
- 13:49quiet cracks that appear in the soul.
- 13:52When she begins to preserve at least a
- 13:54small part of her authenticity, she
- 13:56gradually builds a foundation of
- 13:58confidence that doesn't depend on
- 13:59others' opinions. Think about the
- 14:02difference between a tree that has been
- 14:04pruned into a perfect shape and a tree
- 14:07that grows freely. The first pleases
- 14:09the eye, but it must be constantly
- 14:11trimmed and maintained, or the shape
- 14:13will collapse. The second might not be
- 14:17as uniform, but it grows by its own
- 14:19design and holds firmly to the ground
- 14:20with its roots. A woman living in a
- 14:24mask is like a pruned tree. A woman who
- 14:27has removed it begins to grow again in
- 14:30accordance with her true nature. Modern
- 14:33psychology describes a similar state
- 14:36with the word congruence. It is the
- 14:38agreement between what a person feels
- 14:41inside and how they behave on the
- 14:43outside. Studies show that people with
- 14:46high congruence generally suffer less
- 14:48from anxiety, are mentally stronger,
- 14:50and feel a greater sense of purpose in
- 14:52life. And someone who constantly acts
- 14:56against their true feelings more often
- 14:58lives in prolonged inner tension, even
- 15:00if they look perfectly calm on the
- 15:02outside. As the mask slowly slips away,
- 15:05it isn't always confidence that
- 15:07immediately takes its place; more often
- 15:09, it’s a void. You are no longer who
- 15:12you were, but you don't yet know who
- 15:14you have become. This is one of the
- 15:16most disorienting stages. Yet it is in
- 15:19this very space that something real
- 15:21begins to take shape. Not from the
- 15:23expectations of others, but from the
- 15:25raw, honest experience of meeting
- 15:26yourself. And then, as a woman lets go
- 15:29of the need to please everyone, a
- 15:32subtle shift occurs within her. She no
- 15:35longer acts with a glance toward
- 15:37outside opinion, but starts living from
- 15:39a clearer internal center. Perhaps she
- 15:42will no longer be loved in the same way
- 15:44she once was. Perhaps she will cease to
- 15:46be convenient in the way people are
- 15:48used to. But in return, every word she
- 15:51speaks and every choice she makes
- 15:53carries a truth she no longer doubts.
- 15:56This freedom is quiet. It is born not
- 15:59from fighting the world, but from no
- 16:01longer needing to reshape yourself to
- 16:03fit it. And when a woman stops living
- 16:06for approval, rejection stops wounding
- 16:08her so deeply. After all, her worth is
- 16:11no longer in someone else’s hands,
- 16:13but in how firmly she stands on her own
- 16:15ground. When the mask is slowly removed
- 16:19, a free space emerges. And in that
- 16:21space, she relearns how to connect with
- 16:24the source of strength that was always
- 16:26within her. Third. They reclaim their
- 16:30feminine nature and nurture it with
- 16:33care. When people talk about femininity
- 16:36, they often make the same mistake.
- 16:38They reduce it to softness,
- 16:40submissiveness, self-sacrifice, and the
- 16:43habit of always putting others first.
- 16:46But if femininity is limited to only
- 16:48this, it ceases to be a source of power
- 16:50. It turns into an invisible mold that
- 16:53many women squeeze themselves into for
- 16:56years, becoming smaller and smaller.
- 16:59Truly happy and confident women don't
- 17:01lose their femininity, yet they don't
- 17:04live by outdated, narrow notions of it.
- 17:07They do something more nuanced. They
- 17:11return to their natural softness, their
- 17:13sensitivity, and warmth, while building
- 17:15a stable balance by grounding
- 17:17themselves in their own clarity and
- 17:19resolve. Deep within every woman, two
- 17:23parallel currents flow. One is soft,
- 17:25intuitive, feeling, and connects her to
- 17:28others. The other is clear, focused,
- 17:31rational, and ready for action. When
- 17:34these currents lose their balance, life
- 17:37begins to waver. Some retreat entirely
- 17:40into feelings and self-sacrifice,
- 17:41easily dissolving into others and
- 17:43losing their boundaries. Others become
- 17:46too rigid, controlling everything and
- 17:48keeping everything in its place. And in
- 17:50the end, they stop hearing their own
- 17:52heart. True confidence does not live in
- 17:56either extreme, but in the ability to
- 17:58let both sides coexist without
- 18:00destroying each other. Many women were
- 18:03taught to love, but were never taught
- 18:05how to remain themselves within that
- 18:07love. They know how to care, to give,
- 18:10to understand, but they get lost when
- 18:12it comes time to say no, set a boundary
- 18:15, or protect their own needs. Over time
- 18:18, they burn out in the very
- 18:20relationships that once seemed like
- 18:22their support. And the reason is not
- 18:24weakness. The reason is that their
- 18:27inner core, their ability to guide
- 18:29their own lives, never had the chance
- 18:31to develop healthily. On the other hand
- 18:34, there are women who have learned to
- 18:36be strong by completely abandoning
- 18:38their softness. They told themselves: "
- 18:41I must be completely independent. I
- 18:44don't need anyone. I cannot afford to
- 18:46be vulnerable." They achieve much and
- 18:49handle things perfectly, but inside
- 18:51there is a distance that is hard to put
- 18:54into words. A distance from their own
- 18:57feelings. It is hard to hurt them, but
- 19:00it is also hard for them to feel true
- 19:02intimacy. Over time, such strength
- 19:04turns into a shell, rather than a
- 19:06source of life. Happy women do not
- 19:09choose one side. They learn to hear
- 19:12both parts of themselves, like two
- 19:14different rhythms in one melody of life
- 19:16. They allow themselves to feel deeply
- 19:18without drowning in their feelings.
- 19:21They act with clarity without becoming
- 19:23cold. They know how to care for loved
- 19:25ones without losing themselves in that
- 19:27care. They can spend time alone without
- 19:30feeling empty, because they don't need
- 19:33someone else to feel whole. There is a
- 19:36very accurate image for this. Imagine a
- 19:38river. If it has only water but no
- 19:41banks, it overflows and loses its
- 19:43direction, turning into a swamp. If
- 19:47there are only banks but no water, a
- 19:49dry riverbed remains. And only when
- 19:53there is both, does the current become
- 19:55strong, clear, and purposeful. Feminine
- 19:59softness is like water, fluid, alive,
- 20:02full of feeling. Reason and inner
- 20:05determination are like banks that hold
- 20:07the flow and keep it from losing its
- 20:10way. When there is harmony between them
- 20:13, a woman is neither swept away by
- 20:15emotional waves nor constrained by
- 20:17rigid control. Jung wrote that the
- 20:19meeting of two personalities is like
- 20:22the contact of two chemical substances.
- 20:24If a reaction occurs, both are
- 20:26transformed. This thought applies not
- 20:29only to relationships between people,
- 20:31but also to the inner world of each
- 20:33person. When different parts within you
- 20:36truly meet, without denying or
- 20:38suppressing each other, transformation
- 20:41happens. You no longer live with one
- 20:43half, trying to replace the other with
- 20:45something. You become whole. A simple
- 20:49and profound example can be seen in how
- 20:51a woman makes a decision. If she is cut
- 20:55off from her sensitivity, she chooses
- 20:56only with her head—what is expected,
- 20:58what is reasonable, what is right. But
- 21:01then a feeling of emptiness remains, as
- 21:04if something wasn't quite right. If she
- 21:07relies only on fleeting feelings, she
- 21:09may be carried into hasty decisions
- 21:11that she will later regret. But when
- 21:14both sides unite, a shift occurs. She
- 21:18begins to recognize decisions that are
- 21:20simultaneously reasonable and deeply
- 21:23true. True in a way that they don't
- 21:25need to be explained to anyone. Such
- 21:27women usually possess a special, calm
- 21:29presence. Not because they are trying
- 21:32to impress, but because they are fully
- 21:35centered within themselves. They don't
- 21:38need to say much to prove their worth.
- 21:40Their confidence is quiet, but
- 21:42impossible not to feel. It shows in
- 21:45their gaze, in the way they listen, and
- 21:48in how they move through life without
- 21:50fuss or tension. It is important to
- 21:53understand that this balance doesn't
- 21:55appear on its own. It comes through a
- 21:57very real process. And this process is
- 22:00not always pleasant. It begins when a
- 22:03woman realizes she has lived in one
- 22:05extreme for too long and begins to
- 22:08relearn how to trust the other. When
- 22:11she allows herself to be soft without
- 22:13seeing it as a weakness, and allows
- 22:15herself to be strong without fearing
- 22:17she will stop being a woman. When she
- 22:21stops asking what people will think and
- 22:24starts asking what is truly right for
- 22:26her, a quiet change takes place. She no
- 22:30longer looks for balance on the outside
- 22:32in someone who will complete her
- 22:34missing part. She doesn't need someone
- 22:37strong to lead her, nor someone weak to
- 22:39validate her significance. She enters a
- 22:42close relationship already whole. Not
- 22:45to be completed, but to grow alongside
- 22:48another person. Protecting your
- 22:51feminine nature doesn't mean returning
- 22:53to an old, tight mold. It means
- 22:55returning to your most natural state,
- 22:58where feelings and reason no longer war
- 23:01, but support each other. And when this
- 23:04happens, confidence no longer needs to
- 23:06be acted out. It becomes a quiet and
- 23:09steady feeling within, like a home you
- 23:11can return to, no matter how the world
- 23:14changes outside. But to maintain this
- 23:17connection with yourself, there is
- 23:19something no one can bypass. Moments of
- 23:21silence when there is no one to lean on
- 23:24but yourself. Fourth. They accept
- 23:28solitude as a part of inner growth.
- 23:31There is a truth that many women were
- 23:33never prepared for. The path to oneself
- 23:35almost always passes through solitude.
- 23:39Not loud solitude, when there is no one
- 23:41around at all, but a quiet feeling of
- 23:43distance from what once seemed familiar
- 23:46, safe, and right. It is the moment you
- 23:49suddenly realize you no longer fit into
- 23:52old conversations, old connections, or
- 23:54even the previous version of yourself.
- 23:57And in this silent space, many become
- 24:00anxious. They rush back to the familiar
- 24:03, just to avoid being alone with
- 24:05themselves. But happy and confident
- 24:07women take a different path. They are
- 24:10in no hurry to fill this void. They do
- 24:13not consider solitude a breakdown that
- 24:15needs to be urgently fixed. They
- 24:17understand that this is a necessary
- 24:19stage of inner growth. For when you
- 24:21start living more honestly, you no
- 24:23longer fit into connections built on
- 24:26the role you once played. And when the
- 24:29old layers fall away, what appears in
- 24:31their place is not new people at first,
- 24:33but a deep silence alone with yourself.
- 24:36Many people confuse solitude with
- 24:38abandonment. Abandonment carries a
- 24:40feeling of lack, as if without another
- 24:43person you are incomplete. But solitude
- 24:45, as part of growth, is structured
- 24:47differently. It is like stepping into a
- 24:49quiet room after many years of constant
- 24:52noise. At first, the silence seems
- 24:54uncomfortable, even unsettling, but if
- 24:56you don't rush to break it, you start
- 24:58to hear what was previously drowned out
- 25:00. Your true thoughts, your true
- 25:03feelings, questions you have been
- 25:06running from for so long. One woman
- 25:09shared that after moving to another
- 25:11city, with no old friends, familiar
- 25:14work, or known streets left nearby,
- 25:16what scared her most wasn't the
- 25:18separation from the past, but the
- 25:20evenings when there was no one to write
- 25:22to or share with. At first, she filled
- 25:26this void with anything she could,
- 25:28taking on extra tasks, constantly going
- 25:31out, scrolling through her phone for
- 25:33hours. But the more she kept herself
- 25:35busy, the more tired she became. Until
- 25:38one day she decided to just stay home
- 25:41and do nothing. The silence felt heavy
- 25:44at first, but gradually she realized
- 25:46that for years she had used the hustle
- 25:48and other people to avoid meeting
- 25:50herself. And for the first time in a
- 25:53long while, she asked herself: "What do
- 25:55I truly want, rather than how others
- 25:57want to see me?" That is how solitude
- 26:00ceases to be an enemy. It becomes a
- 26:02necessary space for returning to
- 26:04yourself. Jung wrote that loneliness
- 26:08does not arise from having no people
- 26:10around, but from being unable to share
- 26:13what seems important to you. As long as
- 26:16a woman does not understand herself,
- 26:18she can be surrounded by people and
- 26:20still feel lonely. But when she begins
- 26:23to hear and understand her inner world,
- 26:25loneliness loses its bitter taste. It
- 26:28becomes a choice, a conscious pause,
- 26:31rather than a fear. And here is what is
- 26:33especially important. Only by learning
- 26:36to be alone and not feel a void, can
- 26:38you be with others and not lose
- 26:40yourself. If you need people to fill an
- 26:43inner hole, you are more likely to
- 26:45agree to unhealthy relationships just
- 26:48to avoid being alone. But when you get
- 26:51used to your own presence, your demands
- 26:54on life change. You choose people not
- 26:57because they just happen to be nearby,
- 26:59but because they are truly in harmony
- 27:00with who you are becoming. In solitude,
- 27:04uncomfortable truths also rise to the
- 27:06surface. Without distractions, you
- 27:08start to notice the recurring patterns
- 27:10of your life. Why are you drawn to the
- 27:13same types of people? Why is it so
- 27:15difficult for you to say no? Why do you
- 27:17so often feel that you are not good
- 27:19enough? These are not easy questions,
- 27:22but they are necessary. Without space
- 27:25to reflect, you will keep going in the
- 27:27same circles without even noticing.
- 27:29This process can be compared to murky
- 27:31water in a glass. As long as it is
- 27:34constantly stirred, everything remains
- 27:36cloudy. But if you leave it alone. And
- 27:38although it seems like nothing is
- 27:41happening at first, the sediment
- 27:43settles, and the water becomes clear.
- 27:45Clarity doesn't come from doing more,
- 27:49but from giving yourself enough silence
- 27:52to see deeper. Women who embrace
- 27:55solitude do not become withdrawn or
- 27:58cold. On the contrary, they are often
- 28:01capable of very deep intimacy, but that
- 28:03intimacy is no longer born from a need
- 28:06to be saved or completed. It is born
- 28:08from awareness and good intent. They
- 28:12know how to love without dependency,
- 28:14how to be near without losing their
- 28:16boundaries. And this is only possible
- 28:18because they have already met
- 28:20themselves in the silence. Of course,
- 28:22this path is not always comfortable.
- 28:24There will be days when you doubt your
- 28:26decisions. There will be moments when
- 28:30you want to return to the familiar,
- 28:32just to feel safe again. But if you
- 28:35stay in this process, you will notice a
- 28:38subtle change. Silence will stop
- 28:40scaring you. You will stop chasing
- 28:43attention and approval. You will start
- 28:45feeling whole, even when no one is
- 28:48around. A special confidence is born on
- 28:51this foundation. It doesn't make noise,
- 28:53doesn't seek to prove itself, and
- 28:55doesn't depend on circumstances. It is
- 28:57born from the knowledge that you can be
- 29:00alone and be just fine, that you don't
- 29:03need to give yourself away in pieces to
- 29:05keep someone near. Such confidence
- 29:08cannot be taken away, because it is not
- 29:10built on anything external. In the end,
- 29:13solitude stops being something to avoid
- 29:16. It becomes an important part of the
- 29:19soul's maturation. It is like a door
- 29:21that everyone must pass through if they
- 29:23want to truly understand themselves.
- 29:26And happy women are not those who have
- 29:28never known loneliness, but those who
- 29:31learned to walk through it, sit beside
- 29:33it, and turn it into a quiet companion
- 29:36on the path home to themselves. And
- 29:39when a woman goes through this
- 29:41loneliness deeply enough, she touches
- 29:44something even more important: a
- 29:46process in which the scattered parts of
- 29:49her soul slowly begin to find their
- 29:51place. Fifth. Happiness and confidence
- 29:55as the fruit of individuation. Carl
- 29:58Jung never believed that the goal of
- 30:00life was to become a better version of
- 30:03yourself in the way people talk about
- 30:05it on every corner today. He was not
- 30:08interested in perfection. He did not
- 30:10urge people to squeeze themselves into
- 30:12foreign frames and imposed standards.
- 30:14For Jung, the highest goal of
- 30:15psychological development was wholeness
- 30:18, not improvement. And the path that
- 30:20leads to this wholeness, he called
- 30:23individuation. To put it simply, it is
- 30:25the path of returning to yourself.
- 30:28Individuation isn't about adding
- 30:30something new to yourself. It’s about
- 30:32stripping away everything that doesn't
- 30:35truly belong to you. Borrowed beliefs,
- 30:38learned roles, layers you built up just
- 30:42to survive. It’s the moment you meet
- 30:46your shadow, the parts you once
- 30:48rejected, and start to accept them as
- 30:51part of your life. It’s when your
- 30:55inner child, suppressed softness, and
- 30:57even memories once deemed insignificant
- 31:00finally come into the light of
- 31:02awareness. Individuation is not like a
- 31:05dazzling flash of light. It is more of
- 31:08a descent, a movement inward toward the
- 31:10roots. There you meet your wounds,
- 31:14reconcile with your past, and learn to
- 31:16live with the fullness of your being—
- 31:19strength and vulnerability, reason and
- 31:21intuition, shadow and light. And only
- 31:25when these parts unite do you step out
- 31:27of a split life, where you are
- 31:29constantly trying to become someone
- 31:32else, and start living truly, leaning
- 31:34on yourself and feeling firm ground
- 31:36beneath your feet. One woman who walked
- 31:40this path said: "It’s like I lived
- 31:43for 30 years in a mask. I always acted
- 31:46exactly as others expected me to.
- 31:48Always smiling, even when everything
- 31:50inside was crumbling. But when I
- 31:53started returning to that little girl
- 31:55within, to the parts I was once ashamed
- 31:58of, I realized I hadn't truly lived a
- 32:00single day before, and from that moment
- 32:03on, there was no going back." The path
- 32:07of individuation is not easy. There
- 32:09will be periods when you feel lost. The
- 32:12old world is no longer yours, and in
- 32:14the new one, you don't yet know who you
- 32:15are. This path requires the courage to
- 32:18enter unknown territory. Old memories,
- 32:22imposed beliefs, nameless fears. Jung
- 32:26believed that a person cannot truly
- 32:28mature until they face the psychic
- 32:31inheritance they carry, the voices in
- 32:33their head that don't belong to them,
- 32:36but to a mother, a grandmother, society
- 32:38, or someone else's idea of how things
- 32:41should be. A woman on the path of
- 32:43individuation gradually separates
- 32:45herself from these voices. Not to
- 32:48reject or devalue them, but to
- 32:50understand what is truly hers and what
- 32:53is merely an echo of someone else's
- 32:55words. And here is where the hardest
- 32:58part begins: the resistance of the
- 33:00outside world. When you change, you
- 33:02involuntarily force others to face
- 33:05themselves, and not everyone is ready
- 33:07for that. A woman who starts saying "no
- 33:11" where she once always said "yes," who
- 33:13distances herself from connections that
- 33:16felt restrictive, who no longer tries
- 33:18to please everyone. She isn't being
- 33:21rude, she isn't rebelling; she simply
- 33:24stops playing the role. But even that
- 33:26can be enough to make those around her
- 33:29feel uneasy. They ask her: "Why have
- 33:32you become so distant?" What happened
- 33:34to you? You used to be so much kinder.
- 33:37And often, there is something else
- 33:39behind these words. I’m not used to
- 33:41you being no longer so easily
- 33:43manipulated. One woman shared that
- 33:45since childhood, she had been the
- 33:47emotional pillar for her entire family.
- 33:50The one who reconciled those who
- 33:52quarreled, who listened, comforted, and
- 33:54carried the burdens of others. The
- 33:56anxieties of her adult siblings,
- 33:59endless family disputes, and grievances
- 34:02confided only to her. When her strength
- 34:05ran out, she didn't stop loving her
- 34:07family, nor did she stop respecting and
- 34:09caring for her mother. She was still
- 34:11there, helping out, checking on her
- 34:14health and how she was doing. But she
- 34:16stopped carrying things that didn't
- 34:18belong to her. She stopped being a
- 34:21mediator in every adult conflict, began
- 34:24to gently but clearly set limits on her
- 34:26energy, and in response, was told she
- 34:28had become cold, ungrateful, and only
- 34:31cared about herself. It was painful,
- 34:35but deep down she knew she was finally
- 34:37living honestly, and despite the pain,
- 34:40it was liberating. Jung called such
- 34:43moments an encounter with the self. Not
- 34:46to conquer it, but to understand it.
- 34:50When there is no longer a divide
- 34:52between the ideal and the real self, a
- 34:54woman begins to rebuild her inner world
- 34:57: values, beliefs, relationships,
- 34:59boundaries, and even the way she moves
- 35:01through life. Every day, she chooses to
- 35:04live consciously rather than on
- 35:06autopilot. And each such choice becomes
- 35:09another brick in the foundation of her
- 35:12new identity. Not the one society
- 35:14molded, but the one that grew from
- 35:17within. Perhaps you are somewhere on
- 35:19this path right now. Perhaps you have
- 35:22already felt lost, made decisions that
- 35:24others didn't understand, or stood
- 35:27between two worlds, not knowing where
- 35:29you belonged. If you'd like, share your
- 35:32story in the comments. Perhaps your
- 35:35words will help someone feel that they
- 35:36are not alone. The deeper a woman goes
- 35:39on this path, the differently she
- 35:41begins to view the world. What once
- 35:45seemed immutable—others 'opinions,
- 35:47status, external success—may waver,
- 35:50yet it no longer destroys her. Not
- 35:53because she is indifferent, but because
- 35:55she no longer defines herself through
- 35:58these things. She builds a new system
- 36:00of values, one where honesty with
- 36:02herself is more important than the
- 36:04desire to fit any role, where those who
- 36:06remain by her side are those with whom
- 36:08she doesn't need to make herself
- 36:10smaller. This freedom is not like a
- 36:13capricious "I do what I want." It is a
- 36:16quiet freedom, like someone standing in
- 36:18the middle of a vast desert who is not
- 36:21afraid, because they finally know who
- 36:23they are. From this place, she becomes
- 36:26unshakable. Not because she no longer
- 36:29feels pain, but because she no longer
- 36:31runs from it. Individuation ends one
- 36:34way of life: living by templates, by
- 36:36others' expectations, and by
- 36:38conventional correctness. And at the
- 36:41same time, it reveals something very
- 36:44beautiful: your own true life. Not your
- 36:46mother's life, not someone else's ideal
- 36:49image, but the life you write yourself,
- 36:51chapter by chapter, through the
- 36:53conscious choices of each day.
- 36:56Ultimately, the secret of happy and
- 36:58confident women is not to become better
- 37:00than others. It is to never betray
- 37:03yourself again. They stop trying to be
- 37:06a model that everyone will love. They
- 37:09no longer beg for approval from the
- 37:11outside, but return to who they are,
- 37:14honestly facing the feelings they once
- 37:16hid. Happiness then stops being a goal
- 37:19that needs to be chased. It becomes a
- 37:22natural state, like breathing, like a
- 37:25heartbeat, like the calm gait of a
- 37:27person who no longer doubts themselves.
- 37:31And for the first time, they are truly
