  13. 0:28especially forget about making organic
  14. 0:30content for your stores none of these
  15. 0:32are driving factors to why people are
  16. 0:34going to buy your product online just
  17. 0:36slow down and think about it what
  18. 0:38actually makes someone buy a product
  19. 0:40online it's either when you need
  20. 0:41something specific for a task in that
  21. 0:43case you just go to Amazon or when
  22. 0:45something Sparks that impulse Buy in you
  23. 0:48something that Sparks the intuition for
  24. 0:49you to buy that product online it's when
  25. 0:52you see a product and you automatically
  26. 0:54feel drawn towards it it's like you just
  27. 0:56need that product and it's most likely
  28. 0:58because of the advertisements it is
  29. 1:01literally the one component that drives
  30. 1:04all e-commerce sales and it's the only
  31. 1:05thing you guys need to focus on when
  32. 1:07you're building your Drop Shipping and

  42. 1:27let's begin so today we'll be covering
  43. 1:30ing a lot of different things why
  44. 1:31creatives matter examples of good and
  45. 1:34bad creatives what makes a winning
  46. 1:36creative how to run your creatives types
  47. 1:38of different creative styles using ugc
  48. 1:41to automate creatives the importance of
  49. 1:43testing high volume of creatives and
  50. 1:46lastly and most importantly how to
  51. 1:47actually scale your creatives and
  52. 1:50finally the steps that you need to take
  53. 1:51with your e-commerce brand to start
  54. 1:52making money today we're going to be
  55. 1:54going over this video in chronological
  56. 1:56order so it's crucial you don't skip
  57. 1:58ahead because if you do things won't
  58. 1:59really makes sense and you'll miss out
  59. 2:01on a lot of knowledge that you can apply
  60. 2:03for your e-commerce brand now there's a
  61. 2:05lot of different things that can get
  62. 2:06involved in running your e-commerce
  63. 2:07brand and it can get overwhelming at
  64. 2:09sometimes but first we need to cut out
  65. 2:11the noise and actually focus on what
  66. 2:13matters why creatives matter firstly we
  67. 2:16need to establish why creatives are the
  68. 2:18most important part about this business
  69. 2:20and guys just so we're on the same page
  70. 2:22here A Creative means what the actual ad
  71. 2:24is whatever that is a video a image um a
  72. 2:29graphic whatever the actual ad is when
  73. 2:31you see it on Facebook or Tik Tok that
  74. 2:33is what I'm referring to as a creative
  75. 2:36think about this guys back in the day
  76. 2:38what made you remember a product was it
  77. 2:39the product itself was it how pretty the
  78. 2:41website is probably not it was always
  79. 2:44the culture and community that the brand
  80. 2:46has cultivated which was all done
  81. 2:48through advertising and commercials for
  82. 2:50example Coca-Cola has gained massive
  83. 2:52popularity by associating Santa Claus
  84. 2:54with their brand in 1931 Coca-Cola
  85. 2:57needed to get more sales they were
  86. 2:58losing money in the winter so they hired
  87. 3:00artist for their
  88. 3:02[Music]
  89. 3:08brand to create a warm Santa Claus who
  90. 3:11was decked out in red and white to drink
  91. 3:13Coca-Cola to promote their brand and it
  92. 3:15became an instant hit Santa was known
  93. 3:17everywhere the Santa was appearing in
  94. 3:18all Coke ads following this coke became
  95. 3:21an instant hit they became a holiday
  96. 3:23staple with sales surging through the
  97. 3:25roof people started to love the brand
  98. 3:26that's all because they involved
  99. 3:28something unique in their ads and their
  100. 3:30creatives from that point on coke wasn't
  101. 3:32just a summer drink it became a holiday
  102. 3:35tradition and it did it through
  103. 3:36commercials and creatives or take this
  104. 3:38in 1998 Nike wanted to expand past
  105. 3:41hardcore athletes and reach normal
  106. 3:43everyday people the solution was their
  107. 3:46just do it campaign it featured real
  108. 3:48athletes trying to speak to normal day
  109. 3:50people to tell them to push their limits
  110. 3:52and strive for greatness the impact was
  111. 3:55so huge that this small creative
  112. 3:57campaign literally took over their whole
  113. 3:59entire ire brand sales soared and Nike
  114. 4:02became a cultural icon and guys they
  115. 4:04still use the same angle till this day
  116. 4:07they're more Brands to date like consu
  117. 4:09that use the fact that men are insecure
  118. 4:11about their height and they use that in
  119. 4:12the dating sense to promote their height
  120. 4:15boosting products now I'm not saying you
  121. 4:17need to go out there and be the next
  122. 4:18Coca-Cola or the next Nike but there is
  123. 4:20a lot to learn on how they advertise and
  124. 4:22how real businesses play the game you'll
  125. 4:24start to see things a bit differently
  126. 4:25and how you can take your creatives to
  127. 4:27the next level and guys this all applies
  128. 4:29to e-commerce and Drop Shipping in 2024
  129. 4:32there are countless other examples of
  130. 4:33brands that have went from 0 to 100 just
  131. 4:35because they had either one or a couple
  132. 4:38really good creatives guys I'm trying to
  133. 4:40make this point that creatives and
  134. 4:42commercials are the sole thing that make
  135. 4:44you remember and buy a product no one
  136. 4:46else talks about this and this is why I
  137. 4:48decided to make this video because guys
  138. 4:50it literally will be the make or break
  139. 4:52of your e-commerce and Drop Shipping
  140. 4:54brand if you guys don't focus on making
  141. 4:55the best and creatives that actually
  142. 4:57work you'll find yourself very hard to
  143. 4:59make money with e-commerce but once you
  144. 5:01start to put a little bit more Focus to
  145. 5:02it a little bit more attention on making
  146. 5:04the best creatives possible you will
  147. 5:06make a lot more money and then
  148. 5:07throughout the video I'm going to
  149. 5:08explain what actually makes a good
  150. 5:09creative because a lot of people have
  151. 5:11the misconception that the best creative
  152. 5:13out there is what they think the best
  153. 5:14creative is whereas the best creative
  154. 5:16out there is what the customer thinks
  155. 5:18the best creative is this will all make
  156. 5:20sense throughout the video but guys just
  157. 5:21remember creatives are the most
  158. 5:23important part of running a business in
  159. 5:262024 whatever that be e-commerce or
  160. 5:28anything else so it's pretty clear at
  161. 5:30this point that creatives are really
  162. 5:31important now the real question that
  163. 5:32arises is how do you actually create one
  164. 5:35section three what makes a good creative
  165. 5:38it all begins on who you're targeting
  166. 5:40assuming you've already selected your
  167. 5:42product this is the stage where you want
  168. 5:43to lock in the creative angles that you
  169. 5:45want to take launching creatives without
  170. 5:47a clear angle or demographic behind it
  171. 5:50is like pouring diesel into a petrol car
  172. 5:52yes it's fuel but sure as hell won't
  173. 5:55make the engine run if you're unsure to
  174. 5:57find the right kind of customer I'm
  175. 5:58going to give you some details here that
  176. 5:59can help you with that issue but A good
  177. 6:01rule of thumb to follow guys is you want
  178. 6:03to know the customer like you know the
  179. 6:04back of your hand this means you know
  180. 6:06things like what time they wake up what
  181. 6:07they ate for lunch what job do they have
  182. 6:10how old are they what race are they are
  183. 6:12they introvert are they extrovert what
  184. 6:14are some of their biggest insecurities
  185. 6:15which is a very important one do they
  186. 6:17have a spouse where do they live what do
  187. 6:19they do for fun these are all things
  188. 6:21that are very important and I can't
  189. 6:22count the amount of times where I've met
  190. 6:23another marketer another successful
  191. 6:25online entrepreneur and their
  192. 6:27understanding of the customer has just
  193. 6:28blown me away I've truly seen guys the
  194. 6:31the richest people I know in either
  195. 6:33e-commerce affiliate marketing or
  196. 6:35whatever it may be understand their
  197. 6:37customer literally like the back of
  198. 6:38their hand moral the story is you need
  199. 6:40to know them extremely well some of
  200. 6:42these guys including myself can talk for
  201. 6:44hours about their target demo on the
  202. 6:46brands that they run and the way you
  203. 6:47find this information guys takes lots of
  204. 6:50work not only do you have to test stuff
  205. 6:52for yourself launch creatives launch
  206. 6:54different ads different landing pages to
  207. 6:56find out your customer over time but it
  208. 6:58does require a lot of res SE before even
  209. 7:00launching your first ad we talk a lot
  210. 7:02about this in our big guide video that
  211. 7:03I'll put somewhere here on the screen
  212. 7:05nevertheless knowing your customer is
  213. 7:06very important some quick ways I can
  214. 7:08mention that will help you understand
  215. 7:10your customer a bit better after you
  216. 7:11decided what product you want to sell
  217. 7:13and before you started to make creatives
  218. 7:14is one going to Amazon finding top
  219. 7:17listings on Amazon with that specific
  220. 7:19product are products really similar to
  221. 7:21that going down to the reviews and
  222. 7:23questions and comments and seeing what
  223. 7:24people are talking about for example
  224. 7:26with a red light therapy product you
  225. 7:28might see a lot of reviews and questions
  226. 7:29about does this work on wrinkled skin
  227. 7:32does it work for anti- wrinkling
  228. 7:33anything wrinkle related now then you
  229. 7:35know that you want to start advertising
  230. 7:37your creatives around anti- wrinkling
  231. 7:39and how it's so good for wrinkles that's
  232. 7:41a really good example I've given before
  233. 7:43another great example I can give you
  234. 7:44guys is going over to Reddit or Facebook
  235. 7:47groups any sort of form where people are
  236. 7:49talking about products like the one
  237. 7:50you're selling or exactly the one you
  238. 7:52are selling will give you a lot of
  239. 7:53insight on exactly what you guys need to
  240. 7:55focus on in your creatives in terms of
  241. 7:57some specific examples of find the
  242. 7:59Target demographic you guys need for
  243. 8:02your products you want to take a look at
  244. 8:04these if you're targeting Beauty
  245. 8:05insecurity and selling a product like
  246. 8:07hair oil or like some sort of lash serum
  247. 8:09what are the traits of your ideal
  248. 8:11customer maybe this Serum is targeted
  249. 8:13towards young Asian women so you want to
  250. 8:15make sure your creatives and angles
  251. 8:16articulate that this could mean hiring a
  252. 8:19young female Asian ugc Creator to make
  253. 8:21your videos so it resonates with the
  254. 8:23audience there's a lot of Korean
  255. 8:24skincare brands that do this that give
  256. 8:26you that glass kind of look I've so
  257. 8:29products like this in the past and I've
  258. 8:30noticed that when you use Asian people
  259. 8:32in your ads it sells more because Asian
  260. 8:34people are the people that buy that
  261. 8:36product but let's say you didn't even
  262. 8:37have this thought in the first place and
  263. 8:39when selling that product you just made
  264. 8:40generic content without any sort of
  265. 8:42angle or Direction behind it you're
  266. 8:44going to find it really hard to find
  267. 8:46results and you're probably not going to
  268. 8:47make any sales example number two maybe
  269. 8:49you're selling a red light therapy
  270. 8:50product one of my favorite product lines
  271. 8:52before you even launch your first ad you
  272. 8:53want to see what other people are
  273. 8:55marketing with their ads typically a
  274. 8:57product like that you're sell to
  275. 8:58middle-aged women women being 45 to 50
  276. 9:01that are looking to look younger again
  277. 9:03they want to go back to their youthful
  278. 9:05days now the content that you make
  279. 9:06around this product needs to Target that
  280. 9:08demographic another way to do that is
  281. 9:10just rip Tik toks you find online with
  282. 9:12older women using the product and we're
  283. 9:14going to talk about ripping later in the
  284. 9:15video but just know that there's a lot
  285. 9:17of ways to get content off the bat so
  286. 9:19before moving on make sure you have a
  287. 9:20really clear picture on who your ideal
  288. 9:23customer is the best practices would be
  289. 9:25taking a product that already is selling
  290. 9:27online that already has momentum pivot
  291. 9:29the angle to a new demographic that
  292. 9:31you're confident will buy then create
  293. 9:33your brand community and culture around
  294. 9:36that angle really quickly guys if you
  295. 9:37want more specifics on how we really do
  296. 9:39e-commerce in 2024 how we're actually
  297. 9:41Printing and making a lot of money
  298. 9:43online with our branded drop shipping
  299. 9:44stores as always don't hesitate to book
  300. 9:46a call below with me and my team for now
  301. 9:48let's move on to what these creatives
  302. 9:50actually look like because before you
  303. 9:52copy a trend you want to make sure what
  304. 9:54a good and bad one looks like section
  305. 9:56four examples of good and bad creatives
  306. 9:59I'm we're going to play you a series of
  307. 10:00three sets of two videos I want you to
  308. 10:03decide which one is more appealing to
  309. 10:04you left or right all right guys so
  310. 10:05we're going to play the first creative
  311. 10:06here I want you guys to tell me is it
  312. 10:08good or bad ASMR and I'm going to tell
  313. 10:11you guys what I think as well I want you
  314. 10:13guys to guess in the comments though is
  315. 10:14this creative good or bad put it in the
  316. 10:16comments okay so I'll tell you straight
  317. 10:19up guys that was the worst creative I
  318. 10:22have ever seen in my life but it's good
  319. 10:26that I show you that because a lot of
  320. 10:27the times people are going to tell you
  321. 10:28what to do but I always find it better
  322. 10:29when someone tells you what not to do
  323. 10:31because in life in general it's always
  324. 10:33easier to avoid than attract I've always
  325. 10:36said this it's always easier to avoid
  326. 10:37bad things cuz when you avoid all the
  327. 10:39bad things you eventually start to do
  328. 10:41the right things by accident right so
  329. 10:43that was a really bad creative there's a
  330. 10:45lot of reasons why that creative sucked
  331. 10:46but let's go over the main ones first of
  332. 10:48all the product sucked in that creative
  333. 10:50right that's not a type of product you
  334. 10:51want to sell because it's not a shortcut
  335. 10:52if you guys want more details on how to
  336. 10:54find winning products click our big guy
  337. 10:56video somewhere on the screen but that
  338. 10:58was a horrible problem now let's say it
  339. 11:00was a good product that creative just
  340. 11:02did not convert the reason being is
  341. 11:04because it doesn't sell the product and
  342. 11:06you'll see more in the other creatives
  343. 11:08when we show you guys what a good
  344. 11:09creative looks like when someone is
  345. 11:11talking about the product when someone
  346. 11:12is telling their personal experience
  347. 11:14with the product I've always said really
  348. 11:16good ugc just looks like a positive
  349. 11:18testimonial review people want to buy
  350. 11:21from people when you're scrolling on
  351. 11:22Facebook and you see ad of someone
  352. 11:24talking about this new weight loss
  353. 11:25supplement that they're taking and how
  354. 11:26it's working and how their boyfriend now
  355. 11:28is paying more attention to them blah
  356. 11:30blah blah you're going to want to buy
  357. 11:31that more than some ASMR video ASMR
  358. 11:33videos don't really sell products that
  359. 11:35there's nothing actually behind it
  360. 11:37that's Sparks that impulse buy remember
  361. 11:39guys when you're selling online with
  362. 11:40Facebook ads Tik Tok ads whatever it may
  363. 11:42be you're going off of impulse purchases
  364. 11:45and why would someone impulsively buy a
  365. 11:47product when there's nothing there to
  366. 11:48sell them these creatives don't sell as
  367. 11:51much as I hate to admit it these type of
  368. 11:53videos have never worked and will never
  369. 11:55work this is one of the biggest
  370. 11:57misconceptions with e-commerce cuz
  371. 11:58people will watch a video like this
  372. 12:00they'll think oh it's great it shows the
  373. 12:02product let me run it as an ad and then
  374. 12:04they don't make any sales and they'll
  375. 12:06just say e-commerce in Drop Shipping is
  376. 12:08dead whereas it was just a video you
  377. 12:10used and this is why I'm making this
  378. 12:13goddamn video guys because I can't count
  379. 12:15the amount of times people have came to
  380. 12:17me said their product isn't working and
  381. 12:19then they show me videos like this no
  382. 12:21[ __ ] it isn't working because the videos
  383. 12:23you're using don't actually sell the
  384. 12:25product moving forward we're going to go
  385. 12:27over the next creative
  386. 12:29I just got back from the pool this is so
  387. 12:33weird one of my friends um might be
  388. 12:37coming back in town to hang out with me
  389. 12:39that's a guy you know what I'm saying
  390. 12:42this literally happened today while I
  391. 12:44was wearing the stone a guy at the pool
  392. 12:46ask my number which never happens and
  393. 12:50he's very cute very very very much my
  394. 12:54type and the weirdest one of all my
  395. 12:58friend's grandma
  396. 13:00was checking me out I'll repeat myself
  397. 13:04my friend's grandma was checking me out
  398. 13:07I didn't even think I look that cute
  399. 13:09today but man was it a confidence
  400. 13:12booster all right guys so for the people
  401. 13:14that have been following me for a while
  402. 13:16you guys know that corelon was actually
  403. 13:17one of my ex winning products I scaled
  404. 13:20this product to over a million dollars
  405. 13:22in sales we actually have a YouTube
  406. 13:23video about me just talking about my
  407. 13:25journey with this product I'll plug it
  408. 13:26on the screen here as well but this
  409. 13:29product did really well for me and this
  410. 13:30was actually one of the creatives that
  411. 13:31we scaled to over A4 million dolls in
  412. 13:34spend this creative is a banger it's one
  413. 13:37of the best creatives I've ever seen now
  414. 13:40I am so grateful that I can be the one
  415. 13:42to show you guys a bad and a good
  416. 13:43creative that actually scales right this
  417. 13:46type of creative this exact creative
  418. 13:47right here has made me I think we we
  419. 13:49spent a quar million on it we brought
  420. 13:51back around 500 to $600,000 in revenue
  421. 13:54on this one ad it's crazy right and the
  422. 13:57reason why this creative did so well is
  423. 13:59because it is the complete polar
  424. 14:01opposite of the first creative I showed
  425. 14:03you look it's a positive testimonial
  426. 14:06it's someone talking about their
  427. 14:08experience with the product and on top
  428. 14:09of that as well it's a really good
  429. 14:10product to begin with she was talking
  430. 14:12about her experience and yes the
  431. 14:13marketing claims might have been
  432. 14:15aggravated and aggressive but it still
  433. 14:18made a lot of money when she was talking
  434. 14:19about her experience with the product
  435. 14:21the content was really unique and was
  436. 14:23really authentic key word there being
  437. 14:26authentic guys authentic cont content
  438. 14:29works and I want you to remember that
  439. 14:31authentic content works when you're
  440. 14:32selling a product online when you're
  441. 14:34trying to come up with content and
  442. 14:35creatives for your product just remember
  443. 14:36the more authentic it looks the better
  444. 14:39it will print the more authentic it
  445. 14:41looks the better it will print and the
  446. 14:43reason for that is because people want
  447. 14:45to see content that they resonate with
  448. 14:47people want to see content that is
  449. 14:48organic to the platform now what do I
  450. 14:50mean by that I mean when you're
  451. 14:51scrolling on Tik Tok and you're
  452. 14:53scrolling on Facebook and you see
  453. 14:54something that looks like an ad you're
  454. 14:56not you're going to swipe off right
  455. 14:58because why would you stay on an ad
  456. 15:00you're here to be entertained not to be
  457. 15:02sold when you have an ad that looks like
  458. 15:04an organic video those do a lot better
  459. 15:07because people don't even realize
  460. 15:08they're being sold until the end and the
  461. 15:10beautiful thing about all this when you
  462. 15:12bring it together it works with the
  463. 15:14right products when I mean by right
  464. 15:15products are products that are shortcuts
  465. 15:17again if you want more help with finding
  466. 15:19the right products be sure to click
  467. 15:20somewhere on the screen where we put in
  468. 15:21the big guide video moving forward I'm
  469. 15:23going to show you guys another set of
  470. 15:24creatives one of them being bad and one
  471. 15:26of them being good now mind you we just
  472. 15:28went through the easy round easy meaning
  473. 15:30is going to be really easy to identify
  474. 15:31what the bad creative is and what the
  475. 15:33good creative is as we move forward with
  476. 15:35the second batch is going to be a bit
  477. 15:36harder so let's see if you guys got it
  478. 15:38this is how I used to work in my garage
  479. 15:40grabbing one flashlight find it's not
  480. 15:43working grabbing another then hunting
  481. 15:45for a spot to set it up and you get the
  482. 15:47idea it was timec consuming and I had
  483. 15:50had enough this is how I fix stuff in my
  484. 15:53garage now yep that's right I only need
  485. 15:56to weigh that as it is 100%
  486. 15:59handsfree unlike a classic flashlight it
  487. 16:02has 350 lumens covering
  488. 16:05230° with a 300t reach plus five
  489. 16:09lighting modes including a bug repellent
  490. 16:12red light no flashlight could beat this
  491. 16:14not to mention the long lasting battery
  492. 16:178 hours of bright light Count Me In
  493. 16:20thanks tonight muddy my garage is bright
  494. 16:22my neck is safe and my wife is happy
  495. 16:25don't wait until you strain your neck
  496. 16:27get your night buddy headlamp as a now
  497. 16:31as I said as we move forward with this
  498. 16:33game show style of the video it's going
  499. 16:35to be harder and harder to identify what
  500. 16:37the good creative is and what the bad
  501. 16:39creative is however I can tell you guys
  502. 16:42right now this creative that I just
  503. 16:43showed you it's not horrible but it's
  504. 16:45the bad creative guys this creative is a
  505. 16:48bit too professional and like I just
  506. 16:51mentioned before the type of content
  507. 16:53that works in 2024 the type of content
  508. 16:54that's going to make you a lot of money
  509. 16:56is not that professional style content
  510. 16:58it's going to be the content that is
  511. 17:00authentic and that looks organic to the
  512. 17:02platform this creative might make good
  513. 17:04money on Facebook and at the end of the
  514. 17:06day you want to be testing a lot of
  515. 17:08creatives regardless and we'll talk
  516. 17:09about this later in the video how
  517. 17:10creative volume is the most important
  518. 17:12part nevertheless you want to be testing
  519. 17:13a lot of creatives regardless so you
  520. 17:15would still test a creative like this
  521. 17:17however it's not the best creative out
  522. 17:20there you would want to prioritize
  523. 17:21creatives that are way more authentic
  524. 17:23and don't have this overly edited vibe
  525. 17:26to it don't get me wrong I could see
  526. 17:27this creative doing well on Facebook but
  527. 17:29I'm going to have to give it the bad
  528. 17:31creative in this set let's move on to
  529. 17:33the next creative here women are
  530. 17:34ditching eyelash extensions for this
  531. 17:37lushful lash serum makes your eyelashes
  532. 17:38grow in only 4 weeks you basically swipe
  533. 17:41the serum over your lashes every night
  534. 17:43before going to bed and that's it after
  535. 17:453 to 4 weeks you'll start seeing your
  536. 17:46eyelashes growing back stronger and
  537. 17:48longer now people ask me all the time if
  538. 17:50I have fake eyelashes the best part is
  539. 17:52that it's also on sale for 70% off today
  540. 17:54but it's a limited deal you have to try
  541. 17:56it out for yourself
  542. 18:01now this is the second creative in the
  543. 18:03medium batch so what I will say is this
  544. 18:06this creative is still a bit more
  545. 18:08professional than I would prefer I like
  546. 18:10my creatives to be less professional
  547. 18:11just like the Carnelian example I gave
  548. 18:13you guys before but this is the winner
  549. 18:16in the batch this is the good creative
  550. 18:17in the batch and the reason being is it
  551. 18:19is definitely less edited and more
  552. 18:21authentic than the first creative I
  553. 18:22showed you now one part of this creative
  554. 18:24that really makes it sell well is the
  555. 18:26before and after now before and afters
  556. 18:29sell this I I want you guys to remember
  557. 18:31that if you're ever selling a product
  558. 18:32that's Fashion Beauty weight loss
  559. 18:34whatever it could be always make sure to
  560. 18:36put a before and after in your creative
  561. 18:38because it's going to amplify how good
  562. 18:40that creative actually performs before
  563. 18:42and afters are huge guys and if you're
  564. 18:44missing out on adding before and afters
  565. 18:46in your creative you could be missing
  566. 18:47out on making a lot of money with Ecom
  567. 18:49it is genuinely a make or break so the
  568. 18:51reason why this creative has won in the
  569. 18:53medium round of this game show is
  570. 18:55because it has a before and after moving
  571. 18:57forward here to the hard level now guys
  572. 19:00I don't expect anybody watching this
  573. 19:01video to be able to tell what the good
  574. 19:03and bad creative is but as always let's
  575. 19:06get into it if you've ever wondered how
  576. 19:08gymnasts get their bikini lines shaved
  577. 19:09so smooth and bump free I'm going to
  578. 19:11teach you I'm a former teen Canada
  579. 19:13gymnast and I would have to shave every
  580. 19:15other day because as you can see I have
  581. 19:17very dark hair and fair skin this ended
  582. 19:19up causing a lot of irritation on my
  583. 19:21bikini line and now my bikini line Looks
  584. 19:23like this so I'm going to teach you my
  585. 19:25shaving tips and my shaving routine to
  586. 19:27prevent razor bumps and inro hairs and
  587. 19:29to get the smoothest closest shave first
  588. 19:31get the jodal safety edge razor
  589. 19:33multi-blade plastic razors never give a
  590. 19:35perfectly close shave and they increase
  591. 19:37your risk for cuts and razor bumps but
  592. 19:39this razer's single blade literally
  593. 19:41gives the closest shave ever and the
  594. 19:43safety edge technology Mak sure there's
  595. 19:45a 0% chance that you'll get razor bumps
  596. 19:47or Cuts they had a 30-day satisfaction
  597. 19:50guarantee so go try yours now for free
  598. 19:52now this creative right here I want you
  599. 19:53guys to put in the comments is this a
  600. 19:55winner or a loser put it in the comments
  601. 19:56right now I want to hear and whoever
  602. 19:58guesses is right we're actually going to
  603. 19:59we're actually looking for someone as a
  604. 20:01sign not guys we're looking someone for
  605. 20:02our next video to actually build a store
  606. 20:04with so the people who are commenting on
  607. 20:06our videos when I say comment you will
  608. 20:08automatically be entered in that
  609. 20:09giveaway so let's see if you guys win
  610. 20:10but like I was saying this creative is
  611. 20:13actually the good one it's the winner
  612. 20:15and there's a lot of things behind this
  613. 20:16creative that actually makes it a really
  614. 20:18good creative I'm going to explain to
  615. 20:19you guys why we picked this one as the
  616. 20:21winner first things first it's authentic
  617. 20:23like I said earlier and I think you guys
  618. 20:24get the point by now authentic content
  619. 20:27Works authentic content prints and the
  620. 20:29thing is with this specific creative
  621. 20:31even though it was a little bit more
  622. 20:32professional and she was doing the whole
  623. 20:34green screen thing it was very authentic
  624. 20:35but she talked about her own personal
  625. 20:37experience with the product on top of
  626. 20:39that as well it was a very good product
  627. 20:41so it was very easy for her to sell it
  628. 20:42she had a lot of real life examples as
  629. 20:44well of her actually using the product
  630. 20:45so the b-roll throughout the creative of
  631. 20:47her actually using it on her leg using
  632. 20:49it on a balloon these type of things
  633. 20:51people love to see and it actually helps
  634. 20:53to push the sale now as always I prefer
  635. 20:55more authentic style of content more
  636. 20:57organic style content the carelian
  637. 20:59creative will be at the top for me but
  638. 21:01this creative is still a really strong
  639. 21:03creative getting to the next one here
  640. 21:05guys look at this headline USA Today
  641. 21:07ticktockers are zapping their skin with
  642. 21:09red light dermatologists say they are on
  643. 21:11to something this headline according to
  644. 21:13dermatologist LED light therapy can
  645. 21:16transform your skin so I'm going to let
  646. 21:19you in on a little secret on the easiest
  647. 21:20way to get into this trend which will be
  648. 21:22sticking around solo wave 4- in-one
  649. 21:25technology tool with four Awards this
  650. 21:27year and Counting for the incredible
  651. 21:29results that people see so fast and by
  652. 21:32the way we back ourselves if you don't
  653. 21:34see a change in 30 days or less we'll
  654. 21:37give you a refund that's how much we
  655. 21:39believe in our tool these headlines
  656. 21:41don't lie listen to your dermatologist
  657. 21:44it's Redlight therapy time so guys while
  658. 21:46this is not a horrible creative and this
  659. 21:48is something that I would still
  660. 21:49definitely test when I'm testing
  661. 21:51products and just testing creatives in
  662. 21:52general it is not as good as the last
  663. 21:55creative I showed you and the big reason
  664. 21:57behind that is because a couple things
  665. 21:59one she said we we is the big no no when
  666. 22:03it comes to creatives you do not want
  667. 22:04your creators to say we because remember
  668. 22:06people don't want to feel like they're
  669. 22:08being sold and when you say the word we
  670. 22:10like hey we give you a guarantee we give
  671. 22:12you offer they feel like oh this is just
  672. 22:14an ad whereas if it's someone talking
  673. 22:15about like I bought this and this is my
  674. 22:17experience with it the brand is cool
  675. 22:18blah blah blah that's way more authentic
  676. 22:20and people really feel like it's
  677. 22:21authentic testimonial to the product now
  678. 22:25while like I said earlier I would still
  679. 22:27test this creative and I would test all
  680. 22:29these creatives except the ASMR one I
  681. 22:30would test all these creatives because
  682. 22:32at the end of the day creative volume is
  683. 22:33the most important thing I would still
  684. 22:35hope that the right ones do end up
  685. 22:37scaling the ones that I showed you guys
  686. 22:39as the winners in this game show I hope
  687. 22:41that interactive thing was a little
  688. 22:42helpful for a lot of you guys because I
  689. 22:43know no one else has actually came up
  690. 22:45here on YouTube or any of these other
  691. 22:46online platforms and showed you guys a
  692. 22:48bad and good creative side to side and I
  693. 22:51wish when I started my e-commerce
  694. 22:52Journey someone did that for me so I'm
  695. 22:54really grateful I could be that person
  696. 22:55for you the trend of being able to spot
  697. 22:58good and bad creatives are going to be
  698. 23:00very crucial later on in this video as a
  699. 23:02huge part of being able to get ads up is
  700. 23:05actually being able to rip ads online
  701. 23:07tweak it and improve it and then run it
  702. 23:09as your own ad we'll get into this
  703. 23:10section shortly here but now let's get
  704. 23:11into the basics of running your own
  705. 23:13creatives section five how to run your
  706. 23:15creatives now with all the previous
  707. 23:18chapters established let's get into the
  708. 23:19specifics of running your own creative
  709. 23:21now we need to find a way to be able to
  710. 23:23test products test angles and creatives
  711. 23:26without wasting loads and loads of time
  712. 23:29and especially without wasting loads and
  713. 23:31loads of money to Target creatives and
  714. 23:33angles on the market please don't waste
  715. 23:35your time targeting on the adset level
  716. 23:38of your campaigns this stuff is outdated
  717. 23:40guys in 2024 the algorithm works like
  718. 23:43this you target people through your
  719. 23:45creatives if you want to Target fat
  720. 23:46people you'll have fat people in your
  721. 23:48creatives if you want to Target black
  722. 23:50people you'll have black people in your
  723. 23:51creatives that's just how it works guys
  724. 23:53but instead of making your own content
  725. 23:56instead of hiring actors paid ug C
  726. 23:58creators meaning user generated content
  727. 24:00creators to make the content for you
  728. 24:02there's another cheeky way you can go
  729. 24:04about getting your own content when
  730. 24:05starting out we can actually do
  731. 24:07something extremely convenient a method
  732. 24:09so good that you would actually be self
  733. 24:11sabotaging if you didn't do it off the
  734. 24:13bat although some do say it's unethical
  735. 24:15and I will warn you it is a bit
  736. 24:17unethical now I have to stress this is
  737. 24:19primarily for testing purposes only and
  738. 24:22it by no means is a long-term strategy
  739. 24:25to running and scaling a real e-commerce
  740. 24:28business but it is amazing for
  741. 24:30identifying what a good creative is and
  742. 24:32what isn't when starting out your
  743. 24:34e-commerce and Drop Shipping business
  744. 24:36now this is what we call ripping content
  745. 24:38now guys this isn't outright just
  746. 24:40stealing a video launching it as our own
  747. 24:42there's a lot more that goes into it
  748. 24:44this is far too basic and would
  749. 24:46immediately just get flagged and banned
  750. 24:48instead we will take existing organic
  751. 24:50content remove and edit certain parts of
  752. 24:52the video maybe like adding a custom CTA
  753. 24:54to it uh call to action at the end or
  754. 24:56adding a specific hook to to the video
  755. 24:58or even enhancing the video for the
  756. 25:00angle that we want to push to our
  757. 25:02customer and then we use it for our ad
  758. 25:04creative now like I said earlier guys
  759. 25:06this is solely for testing purposes and
  760. 25:09the limits are honestly through the roof
  761. 25:12when it comes to ripping content I know
  762. 25:14guys out there that have ripped videos
  763. 25:15and spent over 50k a day with them on
  764. 25:18Facebook I mean at the end of the day
  765. 25:20ripped content does scale and especially
  766. 25:22if the video is already viral it already
  767. 25:24has some organic traction and no one is
  768. 25:26running it as an ad and you really rip
  769. 25:28it and run it on your own a lot of the
  770. 25:30times that video is going to do well and
  771. 25:32it's proven to work a lot of people do
  772. 25:34get caught in the Rut of just launching
  773. 25:36ripped content and never getting content
  774. 25:38of their own and that's why they never
  775. 25:39see Monumental success with e-commerce
  776. 25:42but don't get me wrong you can make a
  777. 25:43lot of money with ripped content no one
  778. 25:45has really gone on front of the camera
  779. 25:47and talked about like the ethical part
  780. 25:48of riting and like how to do it properly
  781. 25:50and a lot of other stuff behind that
  782. 25:52because it is a taboo subject and a lot
  783. 25:54of people don't want to get into it but
  784. 25:56I'm here to give you guys the unfiltered
  785. 25:57truth the reason why I started my
  786. 25:59personal brand was to be the bridge
  787. 26:01between what actual Ecom is what the
  788. 26:03actual killers and whales are doing and
  789. 26:05showing you guys the real Untold Truth
  790. 26:07of the industry and a big part of that
  791. 26:09is when testing products you want to rip
  792. 26:11content and you can make a lot of money
  793. 26:13doing it as well to do this you can find
  794. 26:14a lot of untapped content on Tik Tok
  795. 26:17Facebook Instagram YouTube shorts Etc I
  796. 26:20honestly find most of it on Tik Tok and
  797. 26:22you can save the videos without a
  798. 26:23watermark using a platform like
  799. 26:24ticks.com and then you can import the
  800. 26:27videos into edit platform like cap cut
  801. 26:29and add whatever you need to it whatever
  802. 26:31that be branding text to it a custom CTA
  803. 26:34a new hook whatever you want to add to
  804. 26:36it you could easily just do that in cap
  805. 26:38cut it can all be done on your phone
  806. 26:39guys I've made creatives that have spent
  807. 26:41over half a million dollars literally on
  808. 26:43my phone on cap cut but guys before you
  809. 26:45start ripping content it is vital you
  810. 26:47understand the winning structure of a
  811. 26:49creative the most important part being
  812. 26:51the hook at the entry point of the
  813. 26:53creative that actually stops the scroll
  814. 26:55and grabs attention now for this it's
  815. 26:57best to just bash out and be aggressive
  816. 26:59aggressive claim is one of the best
  817. 27:01things you can have in your hook don't
  818. 27:03worry if you over exaggerate because at
  819. 27:05this point we just need to put your foot
  820. 27:07in the door to get the customer to stop
  821. 27:09their scroll a lot of the times you're
  822. 27:10competing with other guys who don't care
  823. 27:12how aggressive their hooks are so if you
  824. 27:14want to play The Almighty safe route and
  825. 27:16make your hook as less agress as a
  826. 27:18possible what's going to happen is
  827. 27:19you're going to get out bided and
  828. 27:21outperformed by guys like Mew who just
  829. 27:22don't care and they're going to make
  830. 27:23their hook super aggressive so don't
  831. 27:25play by the rules make your hook as
  832. 27:27aggressive as possible a lot of good
  833. 27:29examples of this are going to be stuff
  834. 27:31that actually Sparks emotion for example
  835. 27:33not too long ago we were selling a
  836. 27:35product that helps shave down there if
  837. 27:37you know what I mean and we needed to
  838. 27:39come up with really good hooks for this
  839. 27:40product so idea we had was we took a
  840. 27:43random video a random Tik Tok of someone
  841. 27:45crying online we took like 2 to 3
  842. 27:47seconds of that video and we plugged it
  843. 27:50as the hook to a normal creative and on
  844. 27:53the text that said something along the
  845. 27:54lines like um life is so hard when blah
  846. 27:57blah blah and just the person like
  847. 27:59sobbing right it was really aggressive
  848. 28:01and it was really to the point and boom
  849. 28:03the creative just played after that and
  850. 28:04the creative did really well there's a
  851. 28:06lot of other examples to where we took
  852. 28:08uh products like weight loss products
  853. 28:09and we took a hook of someone just
  854. 28:10squeezing up their shirt having a bunch
  855. 28:12of sweat come out and we use that as a
  856. 28:14hook to our video or there's other times
  857. 28:16when we're using specific Styles like Ai
  858. 28:19creatives and we have ai images of
  859. 28:21someone like crying or whatever it may
  860. 28:23be something just aggressive that Sparks
  861. 28:25em motion that actually gets them to
  862. 28:27stop the scroll Ro by using genuine
  863. 28:29customer reviews of the product whatever
  864. 28:31if we ripped it or not it doesn't matter
  865. 28:33that's going to establish trust in the
  866. 28:34customer that's going to push them to
  867. 28:36buy the product if you can actually
  868. 28:38further back this up with before and
  869. 28:40afters like we talked about in the
  870. 28:41beginning of the video that's going to
  871. 28:42amplify the emotional fact that the
  872. 28:44creative gives off and it's going to
  873. 28:46really help you guys make a lot of money
  874. 28:47with Ecom last part of the video being
  875. 28:49the CTA you might hear me say this in
  876. 28:51the beginning of the video but CTA
  877. 28:53stands for call to action this is
  878. 28:54actually a very small part of the video
  879. 28:56a lot of the times it's just the
  880. 28:58extension of the body of the creative
  881. 29:00ctas are super important because they
  882. 29:02actually push the customer to buy the
  883. 29:03product however it's a double-end sword
  884. 29:05you don't want a super aggressive CTA
  885. 29:08because it's going to make the customer
  886. 29:09feel like they're being sold and guys
  887. 29:11remember when people feel like they're
  888. 29:12being sold to they don't want to buy
  889. 29:14they have to organically come to the
  890. 29:16conclusion themselves it has to be
  891. 29:18natural right so when it comes to the
  892. 29:20creatives that are like CTA screens is
  893. 29:22what we call them when the whole screen
  894. 29:23kind of turns white and it says like
  895. 29:25shop now website blah blah blah you you
  896. 29:28to refrain from using that style of
  897. 29:29content because it makes people feel
  898. 29:31like they're being sold to on the other
  899. 29:33side all you guys need to do is just
  900. 29:34have a small line of text somewhere at
  901. 29:37the end of the creative that says buy
  902. 29:38one at 50% off or um Sumer sale ending
  903. 29:41today or whatever your offer may be it
  904. 29:43needs to be small and subtly articulated
  905. 29:45at the end of your creative guys
  906. 29:47remember subtly articulated that's how
  907. 29:49you want to sell your product now when
  908. 29:50you run your own creatives I want you
  909. 29:51guys to follow these following rules for
  910. 29:54each product you test you want to test
  911. 29:56at least 15 to 25 five creatives per
  912. 29:59product I'm going to repeat that cuz
  913. 30:00it's very important you want to test 15
  914. 30:03to 25 creatives per product test each
  915. 30:06day you're going to run a total of five
  916. 30:08creatives guys testing is Progressive
  917. 30:10you're not going to launch all the
  918. 30:11creatives right off the bat you're going
  919. 30:13to slowly launch Five at a time for
  920. 30:15example on day one you launch five day
  921. 30:17two you launch another five day three
  922. 30:19comes around maybe the original five you
  923. 30:20launch is doing really bad so you'll cut
  924. 30:22that campaign then you'll launch the
  925. 30:24other five it's always better to
  926. 30:26progressively test your products five a
  927. 30:27day for 3 to 5 days rather than just
  928. 30:29throwing it all on ads manager on day
  929. 30:31one you want to make a habit to change
  930. 30:34up the angle on every batch of five
  931. 30:36meaning that the first batch of five for
  932. 30:38the red light therapy product for
  933. 30:39example might be for anti- wrinkle and
  934. 30:41the next batch of five will be tailored
  935. 30:42more towards like black skin and black
  936. 30:44skin creators and the next batch of five
  937. 30:46might be tailored towards more Asian
  938. 30:47people and the next batch of five might
  939. 30:49be tailored towards something completely
  940. 30:51different it's really important you guys
  941. 30:52break up your batches so they're a bit
  942. 30:54different from each other so you can
  943. 30:55spread as wide as possible nevertheless
  944. 30:57as you're testing creatives don't
  945. 30:59hesitate to launch variations cuz guys
  946. 31:01remember it's high creative output is
  947. 31:03key 25 creatives is a decent amount of
  948. 31:05creatives so some of the creatives might
  949. 31:06be similar to each other there might be
  950. 31:08variations what separates A variation
  951. 31:10and a completely new creative is solely
  952. 31:12that A variation is only one small
  953. 31:15change from the original creative for
  954. 31:17example if I have one original creative
  955. 31:19and I changed the hook five different
  956. 31:21times those are five variations of
  957. 31:23creative one the original creative so
  958. 31:24don't hesitate to launch more variations
  959. 31:26as you're testing your product
  960. 31:28especially if the creative itself has
  961. 31:29shown some promise now that is some
  962. 31:31serious sauce for you guys who've made
  963. 31:33it this far and this should really clear
  964. 31:35up a lot of misconceptions you guys have
  965. 31:37about the testing phase when running
  966. 31:38your product because at the end of the
  967. 31:40day I've consumed like all the e-com and
  968. 31:42Drop Shipping content out there and I
  969. 31:44see time and time again misconceptions
  970. 31:46being pushed through guus who actually
  971. 31:48don't do the [ __ ] business model and
  972. 31:51the thing is I made my personal brand
  973. 31:53just to show you guys the real truth
  974. 31:55behind what actually Ecom is and what
  975. 31:57you actually need to be doing in the
  976. 31:59space so I hope that last section we
  977. 32:01just had cleared up a lot of
  978. 32:02misconception for you guys section six
  979. 32:04type of creative Styles in this section
  980. 32:07guys we're going to be unreeling some of
  981. 32:08the biggest kept secrets in the Ecom
  982. 32:11space there are countless different
  983. 32:12types of creative Styles when it comes
  984. 32:13to running your own Ecom and Drop
  985. 32:15Shipping Store online as time goes on we
  986. 32:17find more Styles pop up left and right
  987. 32:19here are the top styles that we're using
  988. 32:21right now for our brands that by the way
  989. 32:23do over $50 to $60,000 a day in sales
  990. 32:26the first style which is the most common
  991. 32:27is what we call Standalone Standalone is
  992. 32:29just someone talking about the product
  993. 32:31similar to the style that I showed you
  994. 32:33guys earlier in the examples nothing too
  995. 32:35crazy somewhat of like authentic
  996. 32:37customer review Style with someone who
  997. 32:38just talking about the product to
  998. 32:40emulate the style all you guys need to
  999. 32:41do is just rip something online or get a
1000. 32:43ugc Creator to talk about your product
1001. 32:45style two is what we call compilations
1002. 32:47now this is where things get a bit
1003. 32:48interesting now this is when you take
  1004. 32:50multiple Standalone videos either
1005. 32:51multiple Standalone or ripped videos and
1006. 32:54you compile them together to make a
  1007. 32:56compilation video is pretty
  1008. 32:57self-explaining to you'll take what we
1009. 32:58call the hot point of each creative and
  1010. 33:00combine them into a compilation video
  1011. 33:02for example if you're selling like a
1012. 33:04gifting product something that someone
1013. 33:05will give to someone else on like
  1014. 33:06Christmas or Mother's Day whatever it
1015. 33:08may be it'll take the hot point of the
1016. 33:09creative which is the most replayed part
1017. 33:11which for gifting is always when the
1018. 33:13person receives a gift and like that
  1019. 33:14initial reaction and you'll put that
1020. 33:17gifting part like that part where they
1021. 33:19receive the product back to back on a
  1022. 33:21maybe like a 35 to 1 minute compilation
1023. 33:24video now with these type of videos they
1024. 33:26only do well for certain products
  1025. 33:27typically when it's a reaction based
1026. 33:29product like gifting for example these
1027. 33:31type of creatives really do work well
1028. 33:33and if you can get one of them to work
1029. 33:34you can get a hundred of them to work
  1030. 33:36because it's just a matter of making a
1031. 33:38lot of variations of what is already
1032. 33:40working now here's my favorite one that
1033. 33:42we've been scaling a lot recently and we
1034. 33:44talk a lot about this in our private
1035. 33:45Community if you guys want to join our
1036. 33:47private Community just book a call with
1037. 33:48me and my team below so we can qualify
1038. 33:50you but this style is called AI style
1039. 33:53now if you really want to push it guys
1040. 33:54instead of just ripping content you can
1041. 33:56actually custom make content Within
1042. 33:57minutes with AI tools we use tools like
1043. 34:0011 laabs mid Journey AIC creators.com we
1044. 34:04use all these different websites to
1045. 34:05create AI creatives that essentially
1046. 34:07look like real creatives you can use
1047. 34:09tools like mid Journey make images
1048. 34:11around your product and make a script
1049. 34:13that you use with 11 labs and bring them
1050. 34:15both together with cap cut this is
  1051. 34:16something that we've been experimenting
1052. 34:18with a lot this style of creative really
1053. 34:20does well and when it comes to scripting
1054. 34:21guys especially when it comes to AI
  1055. 34:23creatives if you're confused on what
1056. 34:25exactly to include in your scripts what
1057. 34:26to talk about when you're selling your
1058. 34:28product just remember what we talked
1059. 34:29about earlier you can go to Amazon you
1060. 34:31can go to Reddit you can go to Facebook
1061. 34:33groups that are surrounding people
1062. 34:34buying your product or your product
1063. 34:35itself and find specific angle specific
1064. 34:38things people are talking about remember
1065. 34:40guys most of the people are buying for
1066. 34:41the same reason and if you could find
1067. 34:43out what those core reasons are it's
1068. 34:44going to be a lot easier to make these
1069. 34:46creatives and a lot easier to actually
1070. 34:47get sales with your e-commerce brand in
1071. 34:492024 section seven using ugc to automate
1072. 34:52your creatives so you know how to run
1073. 34:54your ads you have the creative Styles
1074. 34:56down to a t now now you need to know how
1075. 34:58to automate this process cuz if you
1076. 35:00don't you're going to be stuck working
1077. 35:01in your business always finding new
1078. 35:03angles always finding new things and
1079. 35:04you'll never be able to step away and
1080. 35:06make money on the go instead of working
1081. 35:08in the business you rather work on the
1082. 35:10business and add systems so it scales
  1083. 35:12further we've mentioned this term a lot
1084. 35:14earlier but let's Deep dive in it what
1085. 35:16is ugc and why is it important ugc
1086. 35:19stands for user generated content like I
1087. 35:21said earlier and it's really simple all
1088. 35:22it is is just a custom content a custom
1089. 35:24video that a creator has made for you
1090. 35:26that you can use for your ads now to
1091. 35:28start off you can make these videos
1092. 35:30yourself if you really want to but to be
  1093. 35:31honest it mostly won't work because
1094. 35:33you're not the target demo of the person
1095. 35:35buying the product you selling example
  1096. 35:37if you're a guy trying to sell a woman's
1097. 35:39product which in these cases if you
1098. 35:40really want you can get friends and
1099. 35:41family to help you with the videos but
1100. 35:43to be honest there are countless people
1101. 35:44out there that would make the video for
1102. 35:46you and a more professional matter some
1103. 35:49top places to find UTC creators can
1104. 35:50range from Tik to Creator Marketplace
1105. 35:52Billow which I have no affiliation with
1106. 35:54I'm just telling you guys what we use
  1107. 35:56and lastly Twitter T now I won't go too
1108. 35:58in depth on this because we have a lot
1109. 36:00of other content that we talks about
1110. 36:01this Twitter ugc strategy and we talk a
1111. 36:04lot about it in our in our Circle
1112. 36:05program however Twitter is a great place
1113. 36:08to find ugc creators you simply just
1114. 36:09need to make a new Twitter account
1115. 36:11whatever that be similar to your current
1116. 36:13account or something that says like ugc
1117. 36:14Scout whatever it may be and you make
  1118. 36:16tweets looking for # ugc creators you'll
