  1. 0:00It's a Thursday night, and you're
  2. 0:01scrolling how I made $5,000 a month with
  3. 0:03ChatGPT videos. There's 20 of them on
  4. 0:06your page right now. Course sellers are
  5. 0:08selling Lambo thumbnails with
  6. 0:09unverifiable Twitter screenshots.
  7. 0:11[music]
  8. 0:11You're probably thinking, "Show me a
  9. 0:13public Gumroad page. Show me one real
  10. 0:15working adult with a number you can pull
  11. 0:17up on your phone right now." And that's
  12. 0:18exactly what this video is. Five real
  13. 0:20ways to make money with ChatGPT in 2026.
  14. 0:23Every one of them has a public number or
  15. 0:26a public category I can point you to.
  16. 0:28There are five ways I'll walk you
  17. 0:30through. They start at just $17. For
  18. 0:32four out of five, you can have your
  19. 0:34first real dollar in the door within 30
  20. 0:36days. And number two is the one to
  21. 0:38actually start with this weekend. If you
  22. 0:39came here for a Twitter screenshot of a
  23. 0:41guy holding a Lambo key, you can close
  24. 0:43this tab. You won't see Twitter
  25. 0:45screenshots or Lambos in this video.
  26. 0:47Every number in this video is on a page
  27. 0:49you can pull up on your phone right now.
  28. 0:51Public Gumroad sales counters and public
  29. 0:53Fiverr order counts. And yeah, I know.
  30. 0:55I'm about to spend this whole video
  31. 0:57telling you the AI you've been using for
  32. 0:59free is actually how you can make money
  33. 1:00with it. But, hang on for a second
  34. 1:02because the working adult in front of
  35. 1:04the screen has been using ChatGPT at
  36. 1:06work for free for the past year. What
  37. 1:09matters isn't the tool. The tool is the
  38. 1:10same everybody has. What matters is what
  39. 1:13you do with the prompts you already
  40. 1:14typed in 20 times this month at your day
  41. 1:17job. Way number one is build a list of
  42. 1:19custom GPTs on the GPT store. It needs
  43. 1:22to be niche specific, though. It needs
  44. 1:24to solve a recurring task that a
  45. 1:26specific category of users perform every
  46. 1:28week. For example, a marketplace listing
  47. 1:30optimizer for print-on-demand sellers or
  48. 1:33a risk [music] snapshot drafter for
  49. 1:35insurance underwriters or even a shift
  50. 1:37handout note template for ICU nurses.
  51. 1:39Pick one category, build the GPTs, and
  52. 1:42that's it. And take a look at this.
  53. 1:44That's the public GPT store right now.
  54. 1:46chat.openai.com/gpt.
  55. 1:48>> [music]
  56. 1:48>> The top builder list is publicly
  57. 1:51available. Here are a few categories
  58. 1:53with proven traction. Writing
  59. 1:55assistants, coding helpers, and niche
  60. 1:57analysts. And pull up Gilmore. It's the
  61. 2:00top creative coding GPT on the public
  62. 2:02store right now. They're a real working
  63. 2:04builder with a real listing you can pull
  64. 2:06up on your phone tonight. And here the
  65. 2:08numbers for method one. OpenAI launched
  66. 2:11a revenue sharing program for top GPTs
  67. 2:13in 2024. OpenAI bases payouts on usage.
  68. 2:17The top-tier builders on the store earn
  69. 2:18between $500 and $7,000 per month
  70. 2:21through that program. You can pull up
  71. 2:23the actual numbers. Creators have
  72. 2:25discussed them on Reddit and OpenAI
  73. 2:27shared them at its Dev Day back in 2024.
  74. 2:30The biggest drawback is that most custom
  75. 2:32GPTs make zero from the revenue share
  76. 2:34program. The pay only kicks in if you're
  77. 2:36in the top 1% of the store. The best way
  78. 2:39to use the custom GPT store is to build
  79. 2:41a custom GPT to drive traffic to an
  80. 2:44owned product. The GPT is the lead
  81. 2:46magnet. The Gumroad listing is the
  82. 2:48income. If the revenue share triggers,
  83. 2:50that's a bonus. The Gumroad listing is
  84. 2:53what you build the math on. And here's a
  85. 2:55quick check before we go further. And
  86. 2:57what's the ChatGPT prompt you've already
  87. 2:58typed in 20 times this month at your day
  88. 3:00job? Drop it in the comments. It could
  89. 3:02be one word, one sentence, or the prompt
  90. 3:04you keep copying out of the same
  91. 3:06conversation because it works and you
  92. 3:08don't want to rebuild it. I read every
  93. 3:09one of these and they tell me what video
  94. 3:11to make next. But hold on for a second.
  95. 3:14It was December 26, 2022, the day after
  96. 3:16Christmas. I uploaded a video called I
  97. 3:19tried to earn $7 every 60 seconds. I've
  98. 3:22been making make money online tutorials
  99. 3:24for a year and pulling just 50 views a
  100. 3:26video. But this one was different. I
  101. 3:28tested a method that didn't work and I
  102. 3:30said so on camera. That single video has
  103. 3:33done 1.2 million views. It has brought
  104. 3:36in over 30,000 subscribers and paid out
  105. 3:38around $21,000 in AdSense revenue. The
  106. 3:42part that matters for tonight is 9.4
  107. 3:44million impressions, 9.9 click-through
  108. 3:47rate, and 72.7% of the views came from
  109. 3:50people searching make money online.
  110. 3:52That's called search intent. People
  111. 3:54typing what they want. The exact same
  112. 3:56setup as someone typing chat GPT prompt
  113. 3:58pack for real estate agents in Gumroad.
  114. 4:01Find where people enter their problem
  115. 4:02and show up there. Three things you're
  116. 4:04already thinking. You're thinking I'm
  117. 4:06not a developer. This doesn't apply to
  118. 4:08me. Or I don't have an audience to sell
  119. 4:10to. Or everyone is already using chat
  120. 4:13GPT already and I'm too late. You've
  121. 4:14heard those reasons in your head
  122. 4:16hundreds of times. Each one of those is
  123. 4:18real. I'm not going to tell you they're
  124. 4:19wrong. They're the reason every other
  125. 4:21five ways to make money with chat GPT
  126. 4:23video didn't land the way you needed it
  127. 4:25to. The three things they're missing is
  128. 4:27the prompts you've been typing in at
  129. 4:28work over the past year are the asset.
  130. 4:31The prompts you've refined at your day
  131. 4:33job, the way you've learned to coax it
  132. 4:35into formatting the kind of thing your
  133. 4:36industry needs, the workarounds you
  134. 4:38found when it kept giving you the wrong
  135. 4:40answer, that's the asset. The skill you
  136. 4:42stopped seeing as a skill is the one.
  137. 4:44That's the one you should be selling.
  138. 4:46Next Thursday, if you don't act on one
  139. 4:48of these methods, you'll spend another
  140. 4:50night opening how I made 5K with chat
  141. 4:52GPT videos and closing them at 9:47
  142. 4:55having learned absolutely nothing.
  143. 4:57You'll spend another quarter telling
  144. 4:58yourself you're too late to AI. You'll
  145. 5:00spend another year using chat GPT every
  146. 5:02day at work for free and watching
  147. 5:04strangers on Gumroad charge $20 for
  148. 5:06prompt packs you already have on your
  149. 5:08laptop. Method number two and the one
  150. 5:10I'd start this weekend. Sell a prompt
  151. 5:12pack on Gumroad and charge between 9 and
  152. 5:14$17. The already prompts you use on chat
  153. 5:17GPT for your day job. And here's what
  154. 5:19you're going to do. You open your chat
  155. 5:21GPT history right now and scroll. You're
  156. 5:23looking for the prompts you've reused.
  157. 5:25The ones you've copied into three
  158. 5:27different conversations because they
  159. 5:28kept working. For example, the email
  160. 5:31draft prompt, the meeting summary
  161. 5:32prompt, or even the spreadsheet cleanup
  162. 5:34prompt. The thing you've typed in 20
  163. 5:36times. Strip the company specific names.
  164. 5:39Strip the internal codes, but keep the
  165. 5:41universal framework. Bundle 10 or 15 of
  166. 5:44them into a PDF. Title the listing with
  167. 5:46the problem they're searching for. For
  168. 5:48example, prompt pack for real estate
  169. 5:49agents or 12 chat GPT prompts for
  170. 5:52listing descriptions in your voice.
  171. 5:54Here's a real example. Riley Brown sells
  172. 5:56an AI prompt pack on Gumroad. Go to
  173. 5:58riley.gumroad.com.
  174. 6:00You can pull it up on your phone. There
  175. 6:01is a live sales counter on his listing.
  176. 6:04Riley is a real working creator with a
  177. 6:06real public number. The numbers run like
  178. 6:08this. $17 * 30 sales a month is $510.
  179. 6:13200 sales a month is $3,400. You earn
  180. 6:16more when you create more prompt packs.
  181. 6:18But here's the biggest drawback. Gumroad
  182. 6:20does not have a built-in search the way
  183. 6:22other marketplaces do. You'll need to go
  184. 6:24where your buyers are already hanging
  185. 6:26out. That could be on TikTok, LinkedIn,
  186. 6:28or a forum for your niche. And to make
  187. 6:30sales, do this. Show up consistently,
  188. 6:32answer questions, and solve problems.
  189. 6:34After people have seen you help them
  190. 6:35three or four times, they'll buy it from
  191. 6:37you. And after that, you email the list
  192. 6:39and they keep coming back. It's a real
  193. 6:41trade-off, but owning the customer is
  194. 6:43worth it. Way three is next. While I
  195. 6:46walk you through it, the worksheet I'm
  196. 6:47building with you tonight is at
  197. 6:48notes.platformproof.com.
  198. 6:50Drop your email if you want it sent over
  199. 6:52while we keep going. The same email
  200. 6:54opens every other worksheet for this
  201. 6:56channel, too. And hold on a second.
  202. 6:58Before that $21,000 video, the first
  203. 7:00time I'd ever made real money online was
  204. 7:02$130 in about 12 hours. I just watched a
  205. 7:05Franklin Hatchett video about answering
  206. 7:07questions on Quora with a Bluehost
  207. 7:09affiliate link. I answered seven
  208. 7:11questions about people wanting to start
  209. 7:12a website. But by launch, Quora had
  210. 7:14taken two of them down for violating
  211. 7:16their affiliate link policy. By the time
  212. 7:18I got home from work that evening, Quora
  213. 7:20had taken two more down. And two of
  214. 7:22those questions had triggered Bluehost
  215. 7:24commission emails. That's how I made
  216. 7:26$130 from a tool I'd already had open in
  217. 7:29another tab. This is the same idea. Find
  218. 7:31one task that one type of person does
  219. 7:33every week and build the tool for that.
  220. 7:35I was the same as you, probably sitting
  221. 7:38on a prompt list you already use at
  222. 7:39ChatGPT every day at work and not
  223. 7:41[music] seeing it as an asset. Notice
  224. 7:43what you already do. The skill is what
  225. 7:45you sell. Way number three, sell DALL-E
  226. 7:48image generation as a productized
  227. 7:49service.
  228. 7:50>> [music]
  229. 7:50>> ChatGPT Plus comes with DALL-E built
  230. 7:52right in. The image generation that
  231. 7:54small business owners, social media
  232. 7:55managers, real estate agents, and
  233. 7:57marketplace sellers pay between $25 and
  234. 7:59$75 per gig for right now on Fiverr. You
  235. 8:02can pull this page up for yourself. It's
  236. 8:04a public Fiverr DALL-E gig category.
  237. 8:06It's at
  238. 8:07fiverr.com/categories/graphics-design/ai-artist.
  239. 8:12The top seller has 1,400 completed
  240. 8:15orders at an average price of $40. You
  241. 8:17can package it as a service with a fixed
  242. 8:19price and a fixed turnaround time.
  243. 8:21That's what a product service is. It's a
  244. 8:23service sold like a product with the
  245. 8:25same product every time. Then pick the
  246. 8:27niche you'll sell it to. For example, I
  247. 8:29generate real estate listing photos for
  248. 8:31Phoenix area agents or I make product
  249. 8:33mock-up images for print-on-demand
  250. 8:35sellers. Niche gigs beat generic gigs
  251. 8:38every single time. And here's the math.
  252. 8:40Four gigs a week at an average of $40 is
  253. 8:43$640 a month part-time. 10 gigs a week
  254. 8:46is $1,600 a month. The drawback here is
  255. 8:48that some Fiverr DALL-E sellers compete
  256. 8:50on volume. They're willing to sell 50
  257. 8:52images for just $20. That becomes a race
  258. 8:55to the bottom. The working adult here
  259. 8:57competes on judgment plus niche, not on
  260. 8:59volume. The buyer who needs Phoenix real
  261. 9:01estate listing photos isn't looking for
  262. 9:0350 generic AI images. They're looking
  263. 9:05for a person who understands the
  264. 9:07listing. The card in the top right is
  265. 9:09the Claude AI version of this video.
  266. 9:11Five ways to make money with Claude AI
  267. 9:13in 2026. It's the same kind of breakdown
  268. 9:15with a different tool, a different lane,
  269. 9:17and five different [music] ways. Watch
  270. 9:18it when you finish this one. Seeing the
  271. 9:20same idea on a different tool helps you
  272. 9:22figure out which lane fits your skill
  273. 9:24stack better. Way number four is to sell
  274. 9:26ChatGPT voice mode as a productized note
  275. 9:29taker. Coaches, consultants, podcasters,
  276. 9:31small firm lawyers, and freelance
  277. 9:33journalists all have hours of recorded
  278. 9:35audio they need someone to transcribe
  279. 9:38and summarize. Right now, they're paying
  280. 9:40transcription services between 30 and
  281. 9:41$100 per reported hour, or they're doing
  282. 9:44it themselves poorly at midnight. You
  283. 9:46can sell a productized package including
  284. 9:48three deliverables per hour of audio. It
  285. 9:51can include a clean transcript, three
  286. 9:53key insights pulled from the audio, and
  287. 9:55a one-page summary. You could charge $50
  288. 9:58for every hour of audio you process. On
  289. 10:00the left is a manual transcription, 4
  290. 10:03hours per hour of audio. And on the
  291. 10:05right is ChatGPT voice mode, 15 minutes
  292. 10:08per hour of audio plus your judgment on
  293. 10:10the summary. You save the customer hours
  294. 10:12of work, and they keep coming back. Here
  295. 10:15are the numbers. 5 hours of audio a week
  296. 10:16at $50 an hour is $250 a week. That's
  297. 10:20$1,000 a month part-time. And the best
  298. 10:22part is you keep the client list, and
  299. 10:23you can repeat bill the same coaches
  300. 10:25[music]
  301. 10:26and lawyers every week. The drawback
  302. 10:28here is that ChatGPT voice mode has a
  303. 10:30usage cap on the plus tier. If you go
  304. 10:32above 10 hours of audio per week, you'll
  305. 10:34need to upgrade to the team tier at $25
  306. 10:36per month, or use the API directly. The
  307. 10:39math still works, just budget for the
  308. 10:41tool upgrade for more than 10 hours a
  309. 10:43week.
  310. 10:47If you wait, here's the cost. Every
  311. 10:48month you keep using ChatGPT at work for
  312. 10:50free, somebody on Gumroad ships the
  313. 10:52prompt pack you already have on your
  314. 10:54laptop and pockets the money you didn't
  315. 10:56make. The hardest part is accepting that
  316. 10:58the work you've already done counts.
  317. 10:59[music] You don't need developer skills,
  318. 11:01an audience, or even perfect timing.
  319. 11:03Riley Brown isn't a developer. He sells
  320. 11:05prompt packs on Gumroad. His sales
  321. 11:07counter is public. The 1,400 order
  322. 11:09Fiverr Dolly seller isn't a developer.
  323. 11:12They're a person who picked a niche and
  324. 11:13ran ChatGPT image generation as a
  325. 11:15productized service for a year. The
  326. 11:17gurus made ChatGPT income mean build an
  327. 11:20AI agent or launch a SaaS because
  328. 11:22[music] viewers click those videos
  329. 11:23first. Both are real, but both are also
  330. 11:26really hard. The play the working adult
  331. 11:28is missing is the one that doesn't
  332. 11:29require developer skills. It's the
  333. 11:31prompts already on your laptop packaged
  334. 11:34once listed on the right platform with
  335. 11:36one person who needs them seeing the
  336. 11:38page. Way number five is to sell a
  337. 11:40ChatGPT powered Etsy SEO service. You
  338. 11:43are not opening an Etsy shop and let me
  339. 11:45say that again, you're not opening an
  340. 11:47Etsy shop. You are selling a service to
  341. 11:50Etsy sellers. That seller is the client,
  342. 11:52ChatGPT is the tool, your service is the
  343. 11:55deliverable. And here's the part that
  344. 11:57ties back to Monday's video. Lawrence
  345. 11:59process showed you the marketplace owns
  346. 12:01the customer [music] list. This way
  347. 12:03flips that. You are not selling on the
  348. 12:04marketplace, you are selling to the
  349. 12:06sellers stuck inside it. It's the same
  350. 12:08insight just the opposite side of the
  351. 12:10table. Here's the gig, $50 for 10
  352. 12:13listings. You can include the title,
  353. 12:15description, and 13 tags for each
  354. 12:17optimized for the keyword that client
  355. 12:19tells you. You feed the client's keyword
  356. 12:21into ChatGPT with a structured prompt
  357. 12:23and then drafts 20 descriptions in an
  358. 12:25hour. ChatGPT drafts the descriptions,
  359. 12:27you edit them, and then ship them. Check
  360. 12:29the screen. That's the public Fiverr
  361. 12:31Etsy SEO page. It's at
  362. 12:32fiverr.com/categories/online-marketing/sim-services/etsy.
  363. 12:37[music]
  364. 12:39The top sellers there have over a
  365. 12:40thousand completed orders. Here are the
  366. 12:42numbers for this one. 10 clients a week
  367. 12:44at $50 [music] is $500 a week. That's
  368. 12:47$2,000 a month. You can scale it as you
  369. 12:50build a portfolio and repeat clients.
  370. 12:52The drawback here is the Fiverr category
  371. 12:54is saturated. The generic I do it gigs
  372. 12:56get ignored. You break in by niching. I
  373. 12:59do this for handmade jewelry sellers or
  374. 13:01for digital download sellers. Niche
  375. 13:03specific beats generic every time same
  376. 13:06as way number three. If you want the
  377. 13:08exact steps for the prompts you already
  378. 13:10use process, how to pick which prompts
  379. 13:12to package, how to ship them, and how to
  380. 13:14write the Gumroad listing so strangers
  381. 13:16searching the problem find it, that's
  382. 13:17all inside of Offer Engine. It's just
  383. 13:20$17 and it's the second link in the
  384. 13:22description. So, here's what to do next.
  385. 13:24It's not What learning ChatGPT, building
  386. 13:26an AI agent, or launching a SaaS? You
  387. 13:28already use the tool. Package the
  388. 13:31prompts you already typed 20 times this
  389. 13:33month at your day job. Strip the
  390. 13:35company-specific names, list the pack on
  391. 13:37Gumroad with the problem they're
  392. 13:38searching for in the title. Find where
  393. 13:40your customers are already hanging out,
  394. 13:42and that could be on Pinterest,
  395. 13:43Instagram, or even TikTok. Be helpful by
  396. 13:46answering questions and solving
  397. 13:47problems. That's it. That's the entire
  398. 13:49process. You don't need a course, or an
  399. 13:51audience, or to quit your day job. The
  400. 13:53answer to making money with chat GPT is
  401. 13:56a Gumroad listing and a prompt pack you
  402. 13:58already wrote at your work last
  403. 13:59Thursday. I know it sounds crazy, but
  404. 14:02the public Gumroad sales counters are
  405. 14:04real, and the public Fiverr order counts
  406. 14:06are real, and the math on way too is on
  407. 14:09the screen tonight. Now, you walked in
  408. 14:11scrolling how I made 5K with chat GPT
  409. 14:13videos at 9:47 p.m. You walk out with
  410. 14:16five ways, five public sources you can
  411. 14:19verify on your phone tonight, and one
  412. 14:20prompt list to package this weekend. You
  413. 14:23walk out knowing the AI you already been
  414. 14:25using is enough, that the skill is what
  415. 14:27you package, that you don't need to be a
  416. 14:29developer, have an audience, or a
  417. 14:32course. You walk out knowing the Twitter
  418. 14:34screenshot people are not the only
  419. 14:36people making money [music] with this
  420. 14:37tool. There are real working adults with
  421. 14:39public Gumroad pages and public Fiverr
  422. 14:41leaderboards are doing it without ever
  423. 14:44holding a Lambo key. Now, if you've made
  424. 14:46it this far, you are who I built the
  425. 14:47channel for. My goal with Platform Proof
  426. 14:50is to help 1 million working adults make
  427. 14:52their first $3,000 online with the
  428. 14:54skills they already have.
