  1. 0:00These are five jobs begging for people
  2. 0:02who are starting over because everyone
  3. 0:04thinks starting over means starting at
  4. 0:06the bottom, minimum wage, being the
  5. 0:0840-year-old intern fetching coffee for a
  6. 0:1025-year-old manager, and that is
  7. 0:12complete
  8. 0:13The jobs that pay the most aren't the
  9. 0:15ones that everyone's fighting over with
  10. 0:17a stack of credentials. They're the ones
  11. 0:18that nobody knows exist. No competition,
  12. 0:21no resume screening, and the employer
  13. 0:23trains you because they literally can't
  14. 0:25find anybody for the job, either. Some
  15. 0:27pay close to six figures or more. Some
  16. 0:29are physical, some you can do sitting
  17. 0:31down, and one of them doesn't even have
  18. 0:33a ceiling. Now, before I retired, my
  19. 0:34business partners and I helped thousands
  20. 0:36of people land jobs, and most of them
  21. 0:38were starting from zero. So, every
  22. 0:40figure here comes from real sources like
  23. 0:41the Bureau of Labor Statistics, as well
  24. 0:43as real people doing it, and it's not AI
  25. 0:45slop. My team and I put a lot of time
  26. 0:47and effort into these videos, and the
  27. 0:49weird ones come first, and the best ones
  28. 0:50are at the end, so don't you dare skip.
  29. 0:53Now, if you appreciate me making this
  30. 0:54type of content, and you want to see me
  31. 0:55make more of it in the future, then let
  32. 0:57me know by gently cheersing that like
  33. 0:58button, and let's jump into it right
  34. 1:00now.
  35. 1:01Okay, first one on the list is going to
  36. 1:03be a content creator, okay? So, a
  37. 1:05content creator makes stuff like videos
  38. 1:07or writing or whatever for people who
  39. 1:09want to know what they know. And I call
  40. 1:11this one the ceilingless career because
  41. 1:14every other job on this list has a
  42. 1:15number attached to it, a top end, a
  43. 1:17ceiling. This one doesn't have one. A
  44. 1:19great example of this is a channel
  45. 1:20called Asian Dad Energy. This guy got
  46. 1:22laid off after 25 years in tech, and so
  47. 1:25he sat down in his home office, and he
  48. 1:27filmed the layoff, the anxiety, the
  49. 1:29sacrifice, the part that basically
  50. 1:31nobody talks about. And that was his
  51. 1:32very first video. He had no audience, no
  52. 1:34editing skills, and no plan, and that
  53. 1:37video did 1.3 million views. And
  54. 1:39according to ViewStats, it made over
  55. 1:40$6,500.
  56. 1:42Not bad for something that probably took
  57. 1:44him about 20 minutes to make, and it was
  58. 1:46almost like a video diary. And since
  59. 1:48then, he's now at over 100,000
  60. 1:49subscribers, and according to VidIQ,
  61. 1:51he's making about $5,400
  62. 1:53a month just in AdSense alone. Oh, and
  63. 1:56that's not the only way he's making
  64. 1:57money. Look at all these other ways that
  65. 1:59he's making money on his channel as
  66. 2:00well. He's got a coaching link, a
  67. 2:02newsletter, merch, a buy me a coffee,
  68. 2:04he's got lots of different affiliate
  69. 2:05links, etc., etc. If he's monetizing
  70. 2:08properly, he's realistically clearing
  71. 2:09six figures easily. And I've watched
  72. 2:11this happen again and again, so this is
  73. 2:13no surprise to me at all. I felt dozens
  74. 2:15of people use what they already know, a
  75. 2:17lot of the time it has to do with their
  76. 2:18career or something they spend a lot of
  77. 2:20time doing or their life circumstances,
  78. 2:22like in the case of Asian Dad Energy
  79. 2:23with just getting laid off, or something
  80. 2:25that they're passionate about. I felt
  81. 2:26people with just about everything make
  82. 2:28money from YouTube, right? But they all
  83. 2:30have one thing in common, and that is
  84. 2:31they are solving other people's
  85. 2:32problems. And the greatest thing about
  86. 2:34YouTube is you can just combine it with
  87. 2:36what you already know. So, let me go
  88. 2:37through a few examples of this, right?
  89. 2:39One of my community members, Isaiah, was
  90. 2:41about to get laid off. He found my free
  91. 2:42stuff, started showing up to the free
  92. 2:44live trainings that I do, which by the
  93. 2:45way, I'm doing a live training this
  94. 2:46week. Click the link in the description
  95. 2:47and the pin comment below to check that
  96. 2:49out. And then just used it, right?
  97. 2:51Watched my free videos, watched my free
  98. 2:52live trainings, didn't buy anything. And
  99. 2:54then off the free content alone, he
  100. 2:56pulled $20,000 in a single month. Then
  101. 2:59he came and worked with us directly, and
  102. 3:01now he's done over $100,000 in revenue.
  103. 3:03So, that's an example of someone
  104. 3:04monetizing what they're already good at
  105. 3:06because he was helping people get better
  106. 3:07at singing. Then there's Nurse Jen, who
  107. 3:09monetized just telling people what she
  108. 3:11was already telling people on a
  109. 3:12day-to-day basis. She went from zero to
  110. 3:14a full-time income in just a couple
  111. 3:16months, and she was literally just
  112. 3:17telling people what she was already
  113. 3:19telling her patients on a day-to-day
  114. 3:21basis, but just recording it with her
  115. 3:22webcam on her laptop and putting it on
  116. 3:24YouTube. Or Josh, who's helping people
  117. 3:26get jobs in the IT and cybersecurity
  118. 3:28industry. He first started YouTube as
  119. 3:29just a way to network within his
  120. 3:30industry and got his dream job from it.
  121. 3:32And they literally reached out to him.
  122. 3:34Then the YouTube channel kept growing,
  123. 3:35he started making 5,000 a month, so it
  124. 3:37was a really good side hustle, then
  125. 3:3810,000 a month, now it's making almost
  126. 3:40as much as his full-time job, even
  127. 3:41though he's doing it as a part-time
  128. 3:42thing, and then 30,000 a month, now he's
  129. 3:44making more than his full-time job, and
  130. 3:46then eventually he got all the way up to
  131. 3:47over $180,000 in a single month with our
  132. 3:50help in using my system. Or how about my
  133. 3:52own brother who literally just monetized
  134. 3:55talking about different trades careers
  135. 3:57because he spent 30 years in the trades
  136. 3:58and it's literally just common sense to
  137. 4:00him. But what's common sense to some
  138. 4:01people is really good intel and really
  139. 4:03good information to others, right? So
  140. 4:05even though it's common sense to him,
  141. 4:0699% of people don't know. And he made it
  142. 4:09from zero to a full-time income in less
  143. 4:10than 1 month. So, the way to get started
  144. 4:12here is to attend my live training.
  145. 4:14Click that link in the description and
  146. 4:15the pin comment below to check that out
  147. 4:17and I will tell you exactly how to do
  148. 4:18it.
  149. 4:19>> All right, YouTube just got 10 times
  150. 4:21easier and nobody is talking about it.
  151. 4:24You used to need an entire film crew and
  152. 4:27it used to be a full-time job for you to
  153. 4:28just do any work at all on YouTube. But
  154. 4:31now, you can get work done in as little
  155. 4:33as 15 to 30 minutes a day and you can
  156. 4:35actually grow a full-time YouTube
  157. 4:37channel. That's exactly what I'll be
  158. 4:38talking about at the live training that
  159. 4:41we're doing this week. Exactly how to
  160. 4:43grow your YouTube channel. So, click the
  161. 4:44link in the description and the pin
  162. 4:45comment below to check that out, guys. I
  163. 4:47will be answering questions before,
  164. 4:48during, and after the live training.
  165. 4:50It's completely free. Plus, I'll be
  166. 4:52giving away an AI that is designed to
  167. 4:54help you pick your niche if you don't
  168. 4:56have one in the first place or if you
  169. 4:57already have a niche, it's going to help
  170. 4:58you make it 10 times better. So, really
  171. 5:01looking forward to talking with you
  172. 5:02guys. This is stuff that we've never
  173. 5:04talked about before. So, click that link
  174. 5:05in the description and comment below and
  175. 5:07I look forward to seeing you there. All
  176. 5:08right, next one we're going to talk
  177. 5:09about is a pile drive operator. So, a
  178. 5:12pile drive operator runs the machine
  179. 5:14that slams enormous columns into the
  180. 5:16earth so that bridges, ports, and
  181. 5:18skyscrapers have something to stand on.
  182. 5:20And this is a job that nobody's heard of
  183. 5:21and that's not an insult, that's the
  184. 5:23entire advantage. So, there's a video
  185. 5:25explaining what pile drivers do here and
  186. 5:27there's lots of videos online showing
  187. 5:29what pile drivers do and how pile
  188. 5:31drivers are trained, etc., etc. For
  189. 5:33instance, here's one from Deshawn who's
  190. 5:34being interviewed on what it's like to
  191. 5:36be a pile driver. Now, according to the
  192. 5:37Bureau of Labor Statistics, the median
  193. 5:39pay here is about $73,000 a year and it
  194. 5:42is incredibly easy to get into. In In
  195. 5:45cases, you don't even have to have a
  196. 5:46high school diploma or related
  197. 5:48experience, and they train you on the
  198. 5:49job. So, here's how to start. Don't
  199. 5:51apply to pile driver operator, you won't
  200. 5:54get it cold. Go to the union instead.
  201. 5:55Search your state plus carpenter's
  202. 5:57apprenticeship or operating engineers
  203. 5:59local, and then apply to the
  204. 6:00apprenticeship. It's free, they pay you
  205. 6:02from day one, and pile driving is a
  206. 6:04division inside of it. So, if there's no
  207. 6:06local near you, search Indeed for
  208. 6:07laborer at any marine, bridge, or
  209. 6:09foundation contractor, and tell them on
  210. 6:11day one that you want to get on the pile
  211. 6:13crew. It's really not that hard to get
  212. 6:15in. You basically just have to make
  213. 6:17yourself available. But maybe you don't
  214. 6:18want to do physical work, and maybe you
  215. 6:19don't want to be a content creator, even
  216. 6:21though it's something you can easily do
  217. 6:22on the side, and you can combine it with
  218. 6:23just about anything that you do, and
  219. 6:25it's a great way to build your personal
  220. 6:26brand to get your dream job. Maybe you
  221. 6:28just want a simple online job that's
  222. 6:30easy to get. Okay, fair enough. Let's
  223. 6:32talk about becoming a claims adjuster.
  224. 6:34So, somebody's roof gets destroyed, they
  225. 6:36file a claim, somebody has to go find
  226. 6:38out what actually happened and what it's
  227. 6:40actually worth. So, you're basically a
  228. 6:41desk detective, and the insurance
  229. 6:43companies will teach you every bit of it
  230. 6:45because they can't hire fast enough. So,
  231. 6:47a good example of this is the channel
  232. 6:49called claims adjuster of the year. The
  233. 6:50whole channel is about becoming a claims
  234. 6:52adjuster as a beginner. And one of the
  235. 6:54beginners is named Ivan, who went from
  236. 6:56zero to his first claims adjuster job in
  237. 6:58under two months. There's another
  238. 6:59channel called adjuster TV with over
  239. 7:0140,000 subscribers, and this channel
  240. 7:03talks about how to start adjusting
  241. 7:04claims the fastest way. And claims
  242. 7:06adjusters, even at the entry level, make
  243. 7:08about 55 to 85,000 dollars a year, and
  244. 7:11there are jobs they can go into that pay
  245. 7:13even more than that. So, here's how to
  246. 7:14start. Search the exact words claims
  247. 7:17adjuster trainee or claims
  248. 7:19representative trainee or desk adjuster
  249. 7:21trainee. And sure, you can try out
  250. 7:23claims adjuster, but a lot of the time
  251. 7:25that'll pull the experienced roles, and
  252. 7:27you'll just think that the door's shut
  253. 7:28when it isn't. You're just knocking on
  254. 7:29the wrong one. And companies like
  255. 7:31Progressive, Travelers, and Zurich all
  256. 7:32run formal training programs. And some
  257. 7:34states want a license, which is a course
  258. 7:36and a test. It's usually a few hundred
  259. 7:38bucks and a couple of weeks. And in
  260. 7:39order to check out if your state needs
  261. 7:41that, just go ahead and use chat GPT or
  262. 7:43Claude, tell it your location, and ask
  263. 7:45if you need that to become a claims
  264. 7:46adjuster. All right, next is a railroad
  265. 7:49conductor. So, a freight train can be 2
  266. 7:51mi long and weigh 15,000
  267. 7:53tons. Let me say that again, 15,000
  268. 7:56tons. And one person is responsible for
  269. 7:59knowing what's on it and that none of
  270. 8:00it's going to kill anybody. And that is
  271. 8:02the conductor. So, a good example of
  272. 8:03this is a channel called Rolling
  273. 8:04Exposure. The guy ran 5 years on BNSF as
  274. 8:07a conductor and put the whole thing on
  275. 8:09camera. And he's even got a video called
  276. 8:11I wasn't ready for the railroad
  277. 8:12conductor hiring process, which tells
  278. 8:14you exactly how honest the channel is.
  279. 8:16But, how do you become a railroad
  280. 8:18conductor? Well, the steps are here in
  281. 8:20this video from Railroad Talk and
  282. 8:21Outdoors. He gave some great tips on how
  283. 8:23you can stand out as a railroad
  284. 8:24conductor.
  285. 8:25>> People want to work for the railroad, so
  286. 8:26I'm going to mention these things you
  287. 8:27can put on your resume and make you
  288. 8:28stand out.
  289. 8:29>> What does a railroad conductor actually
  290. 8:31do? Well, it's pretty obvious, but if
  291. 8:32you want to know the little nitty-gritty
  292. 8:33details, there's a video from The
  293. 8:35Wheeling that shows exactly what a
  294. 8:37railroad conductor does. And railroad
  295. 8:39conductors make about 57 to 87,000
  296. 8:42dollars a year. And again, this is on
  297. 8:43the lower side and there are positions
  298. 8:45you can get into down the line that make
  299. 8:47even more money as you work for longer
  300. 8:48amounts of time. Plus, this is a career
  301. 8:50that likely is unionized, so you're
  302. 8:52going to have pretty good benefits. But,
  303. 8:53here's how to start. Go straight to the
  304. 8:54carriers, BNSF, Union Pacific, [snorts]
  305. 8:57CSX, Norfolk Southern, Amtrak, and apply
  306. 9:00on their own career sites, not a job
  307. 9:02board. They hire in waves, so if the
  308. 9:04posting isn't up, set the alert and
  309. 9:06wait. Expect a medical, a background
  310. 9:08check, and a drug screen, and be honest
  311. 9:10about the schedule. Nights, weekends, on
  312. 9:12call, away from home, that's the trade
  313. 9:14for 78,000 with nothing on your resume.
  314. 9:17All right, next is an insurance sales
  315. 9:19agent and they help individuals and
  316. 9:21businesses protect their assets and
  317. 9:23loved ones from financial loss. And they
  318. 9:25assess client needs, they explain
  319. 9:26different policy options such as life,
  320. 9:28health, auto, or home insurance, and
  321. 9:30they guide customers through the
  322. 9:31purchasing process. So, this was
  323. 9:33explained by a channel called Career
  324. 9:35One-Stop and they showed what an
  325. 9:36insurance sales agent does. Another good
  326. 9:38example is a guy named Peter Roberts,
  327. 9:40and he has a really cool video called
  328. 9:42"Watch Me Make $13,929
  329. 9:45in 3 Days Selling Life Insurance at
  330. 9:47Home." Now, you might be thinking, "Oh,
  331. 9:49well, he does this for a long time, and
  332. 9:50he just knows how to talk to people on
  333. 9:52the phone." Well, I saw a video from
  334. 9:53Moan doing cold calling for the first
  335. 9:55time, and that video got 413,000 views
  336. 9:58because people can really relate to him.
  337. 10:00And yeah, this is uncomfortable. You do
  338. 10:01have to reach out to people and try to
  339. 10:03sell them something, but that is the
  340. 10:04reason why there's not a lot of
  341. 10:05competition. And if you look at
  342. 10:07insurance sales agents on Glassdoor, it
  343. 10:09says they make about 97 to $171,000
  344. 10:12a year on average. So, the money is
  345. 10:14really good here. Now, here's how to
  346. 10:15start. Get the license first. Search
  347. 10:17your state plus life and health
  348. 10:18insurance license. It's a pre-licensing
  349. 10:20course and a state exam. It's usually a
  350. 10:22few hundred dollars and 2 to 3 weeks.
  351. 10:24Now, you might be annoyed by having to
  352. 10:26take these exams and these
  353. 10:27certifications, but the truth is these
  354. 10:29exams and certifications in many cases
  355. 10:31are the barrier to entry, and if it
  356. 10:33wasn't for these, there'd be way more
  357. 10:34competition. So, don't be scared by an
  358. 10:36exam that just takes a couple weeks to
  359. 10:37study for. It's really not that big of a
  360. 10:39deal. Then, take a salaried agent
  361. 10:41training role over a pure commission one
  362. 10:43for your first year because straight
  363. 10:44commission with no book of business and
  364. 10:46no savings is how people quit in month
  365. 10:48four. And then, watch Peter Roberts'
  366. 10:49first 30 days before you sign anything.
  367. 10:51His channel's a great resource. So,
  368. 10:53every single one of these jobs is real,
  369. 10:55and I meant every word of that. But go
  370. 10:56back through it. Every job on this list
  371. 10:58has a second job standing right there
  372. 11:00next to it. The guy who got laid off
  373. 11:02after 25 years and made $6,500 off one
  374. 11:05video about the worst day of his life.
  375. 11:07And the truth is you are sitting there
  376. 11:08with one thing that can't be taught,
  377. 11:10can't be certified, and can't be
  378. 11:11automated. You have life experience. You
  379. 11:14know, you started over. You know what
  380. 11:15that feels like, and almost nobody who's
  381. 11:17already comfortable does. And that is
  382. 11:19not a gap in your resume, that is an
  383. 11:21asset if you use it the right way. So,
  384. 11:23go get one of these jobs. Seriously, go
  385. 11:25get it, especially if you need a job
  386. 11:26right now. And then, film it while
  387. 11:28you're at it. Right? Nobody wants the
  388. 11:29polished version. Asian Dad Energy
  389. 11:31didn't get 1.3 million views on his
  390. 11:33first video because he was good. He got
  391. 11:35them because he was honest and authentic
  392. 11:37about the worst day of his life. If you
  393. 11:39want me to walk you through exactly how
  394. 11:41that second part actually works, the
  395. 11:42part where the story becomes the income,
  396. 11:44that's what this free workshop that I'm
  397. 11:45going to be talking about this week is
  398. 11:46all about. So, click the link in the
  399. 11:47description and pin comment below to
  400. 11:48check that out. And I know that 99% of
  401. 11:50you won't do anything with it, and
  402. 11:51that's completely fine. This stuff is
  403. 11:53free for a reason, but definitely check
  404. 11:55out the workshop. There's literally no
  405. 11:57reason for you to not check out the
  406. 11:58workshop because even if you don't want
  407. 11:59to make money from it, it's an
  408. 12:00incredible way for you to build your
  409. 12:03personal brand so that you're never
  410. 12:04going to have to reach out to anybody to
  411. 12:06get a job again. So, there's a secret
  412. 12:08side of my business that most of you
  413. 12:09have no idea exists, and I actually have
  414. 12:11a coaching program on personal branding
  415. 12:13and growing on YouTube and making money
  416. 12:15on YouTube. This is good for complete
  417. 12:16beginners, maybe even people who just
  418. 12:18want to get a job by growing their
  419. 12:20personal brand, as well as business
  420. 12:21owners, all the way up to people who are
  421. 12:23very advanced on YouTube. And they get
  422. 12:25to work directly with myself and my team
  423. 12:26to help them reach their goals. Now, we
  424. 12:28are opening up three to five spots, and
  425. 12:30this is pretty rare. We usually don't
  426. 12:32have these open. We usually only limit
  427. 12:33them to a select amount of people as
  428. 12:35well, but we're opening up three to five
  429. 12:36spots, and you can check those down the
  430. 12:38description and the pin comment below.
  431. 12:40And in this program, you will get to
  432. 12:41work directly with myself and other
  433. 12:42people who are highly successful on
  434. 12:45YouTube. Everyone in our program has
  435. 12:46100K plus subscriber plaques. Just as an
  436. 12:48example, Sean was able to go all the way
  437. 12:50from being stuck, not making very much
  438. 12:52money on his channel, to making over
  439. 12:53$500,000 in a single month. Now, that's
  440. 12:56an example of one of my more advanced
  441. 12:57students, but there are lots of examples
  442. 12:59of people starting off from scratch, and
  443. 13:00they got to 5K a month or 10K a month,
  444. 13:02etc. So, check that out down the
  445. 13:03description and the pin comment below,
  446. 13:05and I look forward to working with you
  447. 13:07and see if you're a good fit to work
  448. 13:08together. And by the way, if you want to
  449. 13:09check out a video where I go over in
  450. 13:10more detail exactly how we helped Josh,
  451. 13:12go ahead and click this video right
  452. 13:14here.
