  1. 0:00Popular business ideas do not make real
  2. 0:02money. That is why Zomato built
  3. 0:04HyperPure to supply vegetables and
  4. 0:06cooking oil to restaurants. And Viva
  5. 0:08crossed 1,000 crore just making sauces
  6. 0:11for KFC and Domino's. Even an uncle in
  7. 0:14my neighborhood who buys old metal and
  8. 0:16cardboard from factories, people call
  9. 0:18him Kabadiwala and laugh at him. But he
  10. 0:20told me he makes 3 lakh a month because
  11. 0:23nobody wants to do this work. So there
  12. 0:25is zero competition. Today I'm showing
  13. 0:27you five boring businesses making crores
  14. 0:30in India right now. I got full details
  15. 0:32on how to start each one and the last
  16. 0:34one does not even need you to step out
  17. 0:36of your house. Stay till the end for
  18. 0:38that. Number five, vending machines. You
  19. 0:40buy a machine, place it in an office or
  20. 0:42college or hospital, fill it with chips,
  21. 0:44cold drinks, and chai. People tap their
  22. 0:47phone, pick a snack, you earn. No staff,
  23. 0:49no rent, no salaries. The machine works
  24. 0:5224 hours and never takes a day off. Each
  25. 0:55machine earns 15 to 30,000 monthly and
  26. 0:58costs 1 and 1/2 to 3 lakh. But if you do
  27. 1:01not have that, many companies now let
  28. 1:03you start on a sharing basis where you
  29. 1:05pay nothing up front and just split the
  30. 1:08earnings. Once the first machine makes
  31. 1:10money, you add the next one. 20 machines
  32. 1:13at 20,000 each is 4 lakh every month and
  33. 1:16all you do is refill them once a week.
  34. 1:19India has very few vending machines
  35. 1:21compared to Japan and America. So as UPI
  36. 1:24grows, this market has at least 10 years
  37. 1:26of growth ahead. But you are selling 10
  38. 1:28and 20 rupee items one by one, so there
  39. 1:31is a limit. What if one single client
  40. 1:33paid you [music] lakhs every month and
  41. 1:35kept paying year after year? That is
  42. 1:37exactly what the next one does. Number
  43. 1:39four, supplying raw materials to
  44. 1:41restaurant. India's restaurant business
  45. 1:43is expected to almost double by 2030.
  46. 1:46Every restaurant needs oil, masalas,
  47. 1:48sauces, and packaging delivered daily
  48. 1:51and most owners are juggling 10 to 15
  49. 1:54unreliable suppliers. Deliveries are
  50. 1:56late, quality keeps changing, and the
  51. 1:58owner wastes hours managing all of them.
  52. 2:00You fix that headache. Buy from
  53. 2:02wholesalers and supply to a group of
  54. 2:04restaurants in one area. Start with just
  55. 2:07one thing, like packaging or spice
  56. 2:09mixes. If you have 3 to 5 lakh, buy your
  57. 2:11first stock and deliver. If you have
  58. 2:13less, work as a middleman connecting
  59. 2:15restaurants with manufacturers and take
  60. 2:18a cut without buying any stock. Once a
  61. 2:20restaurant trusts you, they will not
  62. 2:22switch because finding a new reliable
  63. 2:24supplier is too risky for them. One
  64. 2:26client pays 50,000 [music]
  65. 2:28to 2 lakh monthly. 10 restaurants is 5
  66. 2:31to 20 lakh. Udaan built a billion-dollar
  67. 2:33business doing this. You just need one
  68. 2:35neighborhood, solid income. But, there
  69. 2:37is something even more boring, even more
  70. 2:40invisible, making even more money. I'm
  71. 2:42sure you held this product today, but
  72. 2:44never thought about who makes it. Number
  73. 2:46three, cardboard boxes. Packman
  74. 2:47Packaging in Greater Noida makes 20
  75. 2:49crore a year from plain brown cardboard
  76. 2:52boxes. The box your Amazon order comes
  77. 2:54in, your Flipkart delivery, your Swiggy
  78. 2:56parcel. They make 1 lakh boxes daily and
  79. 2:59ship to 300 cities. Online shopping is
  80. 3:02growing 25% yearly. So, more orders
  81. 3:05means more boxes, and that will not
  82. 3:07change for 20 years. Setting up your own
  83. 3:09unit costs 15 to 30 lakh, but you can
  84. 3:11start as a supplier who buys in bulk
  85. 3:13from factories and sells to local shops
  86. 3:16and online [music] sellers. That needs
  87. 3:17only 2 to 5 lakh. Learn the business,
  88. 3:20build clients, then set up manufacturing
  89. 3:22when ready. [music] Nobody makes reels
  90. 3:24about cardboard, and that is exactly why
  91. 3:26competition is almost zero. 20 crore is
  92. 3:29impressive, but what about something
  93. 3:31even tinier, even more invisible, making
  94. 3:34almost four times more? This one made me
  95. 3:37rethink what a good business even looks
  96. 3:40like. Number two, clothing tags and
  97. 3:42labels. 75 crore a year from tiny cloth
  98. 3:45labels stitched inside your clothes.
  99. 3:47Size [music] tags, brand logos, washing
  100. 3:50instructions that not a single human
  101. 3:52being has ever actually [music] read in
  102. 3:53the entire history of clothing. Over 200
  103. 3:56people working, machines running all
  104. 3:58day, millions of tags for big brands.
  105. 4:00Started small 30 years ago and quietly
  106. 4:02built a huge business around something
  107. 4:04that exists to be thrown away. Every
  108. 4:06piece of clothing needs four to five
  109. 4:08labels. India is one of the biggest
  110. 4:10clothing makers in the world. As long as
  111. 4:13people wear clothes, labels will be
  112. 4:15needed. The textile market is crossing
  113. 4:16350 billion dollars by 2030. Meaning
  114. 4:20more labels [music] every year. Start
  115. 4:22with one or two printing machines at
  116. 4:23three to 10 lakh. Find one garment
  117. 4:25company and that single client keeps
  118. 4:27your machines running for years because
  119. 4:29brands order in huge numbers again and
  120. 4:31again. Now, every business I showed you
  121. 4:34needs some money to start. Machine,
  122. 4:36stock, a vehicle. But what if you do not
  123. 4:38have three or five lakh? What if all you
  124. 4:40have is a laptop? This last one is for
  125. 4:43you. And uh a company doing this right
  126. 4:45now is worth 20,000 crore. Number one, a
  127. 4:48listing website for one type of business
  128. 4:50in one city. IndiaMART is worth 20,000
  129. 4:54crore and all they do is list businesses
  130. 4:56and help buyers find them. A website
  131. 4:58with businesses organized by what they
  132. 5:01sell. That simple idea is worth 20,000
  133. 5:03[music] crore. You pick one type of
  134. 5:05service in one city. Wedding decorators
  135. 5:08in Jaipur, gym equipment sellers in
  136. 5:10Delhi, interior designers in Bangalore.
  137. 5:12[music] Build a simple website using
  138. 5:14Cloud. List every business of that type
  139. 5:17with photos, prices, reviews, and phone
  140. 5:19numbers. Make it the best place on the
  141. 5:21internet to find that service in that
  142. 5:23city. Businesses pay you 500 to 2,000 a
  143. 5:27month. You also charge a small fee when
  144. 5:29you send a real customer their way. 100
  145. 5:32businesses listed, 20 paying 1,000
  146. 5:34monthly, that is 20,000 from one
  147. 5:37category in one city. Do it for five
  148. 5:39categories and you are at one lakh a
  149. 5:41month with no stock, no staff, no
  150. 5:44office. When If searches best wedding
  151. 5:46decorators in Jaipur on Google, your
  152. 5:49focus website ranks higher than a
  153. 5:51generic IndiaMart page. You own that
  154. 5:54search result and people find you free
  155. 5:56every day. As more small businesses want
  156. 5:58to be found online, this demand only
  157. 6:01keeps growing. Total cost is a domain,
  158. 6:04hosting, and cloud under 5,000 rupees.
  159. 6:07Cheapest business on this list with the
  160. 6:09biggest long-term potential. Quick
  161. 6:11recap. Five, vending machines for daily
  162. 6:13passive income. Four, supplying
  163. 6:15materials to restaurants for lakh level
  164. 6:17monthly payments. [music] Three,
  165. 6:19cardboard boxes riding the online
  166. 6:21shopping wave at 20 crore. Two, clothing
  167. 6:24tags making 75 crore from the most
  168. 6:26invisible product ever. One, a listing
  169. 6:29website starting under 5,000 rupees.
  170. 6:32None of these are trendy, none are
  171. 6:33viral, none will get on Shark Tank. That
  172. 6:35is exactly why they work. While everyone
  173. 6:38fights [music] over flashy markets,
  174. 6:39these boring businesses sit quietly
  175. 6:41making money year after year. Pick one.
  176. 6:43Start this month. I post videos every
  177. 6:46week showing how real businesses make
  178. 6:48money behind the scenes. Subscribe if
  179. 6:51you do not want to miss the next one.
  180. 6:53Thanks for watching. See you in the next
  181. 6:55one.
