  1. 0:03As architects and interior designers,
  2. 0:04we're constantly moving between ideas,
  3. 0:07drawings, and visualizations. And the
  4. 0:09faster we can iterate, the stronger our
  5. 0:11projects become. The ability to
  6. 0:13transform 2D drawings into clear 3D
  7. 0:15visuals, test furniture options, or swap
  8. 0:18finishes instantly can completely change
  9. 0:21our workflow. Whether we're working on a
  10. 0:23client presentation, submitting a
  11. 0:24tender, or participating in an
  12. 0:26architectural competition. In this
  13. 0:28tutorial, I'll walk you through five
  14. 0:30powerful AI prompts inside Rayon that
  15. 0:32will help you design, visualize, and
  16. 0:35refine your projects faster than ever
  17. 0:37before. From generating aometric
  18. 0:39drawings to creating custom CAD blocks,
  19. 0:41producing realistic 3D renders, or even
  20. 0:44replacing furniture or materials, these
  21. 0:47prompts will save you hours and unlock
  22. 0:49new creative possibilities. If you want
  23. 0:51to follow along and try each of these
  24. 0:53prompts for yourself, you can create a
  25. 0:54free account on Rayon Design. The link's
  26. 0:57below. So, let's jump straight into
  27. 0:59prompt one. Whether you need 3D
  28. 1:00axonometric views to help your clients
  29. 1:02better understand your drawings, or you
  30. 1:05prefer working in 2D and 3D in parallel
  31. 1:07to develop your design concepts, Rayon
  32. 1:10now offers the fastest way to turn your
  33. 1:12floor plans and sections into Axo views
  34. 1:15with a single click. Architects and
  35. 1:17designers typically start with 2D
  36. 1:18drawings before investing time in full
  37. 1:203D modeling. While 3D is essential for
  38. 1:23spatial clarity, it often comes later in
  39. 1:26the process once your concepts are a bit
  40. 1:28more resolved. But now you don't have to
  41. 1:30wait. Rayon is the fastest way to create
  42. 1:32perfect architecture drawings. You can
  43. 1:34import your DWDs, your PDFs and images.
  44. 1:37You can edit or redraw them accurately
  45. 1:39from scratch or you can create your own
  46. 1:42from a template which is provided. When
  47. 1:44you're ready to see your work as an
  48. 1:45Exxon view, we can open up the AI chat
  49. 1:49tab. We can click plus and we can take a
  50. 1:52screenshot directly from the drawings on
  51. 1:55our canvas. So I can do this from a
  52. 1:57floor plan for example.
  53. 1:59So I can create a screenshot of this
  54. 2:02floor plan. Then I can use the prompt
  55. 2:04create axonometric
  56. 2:07view from this floor plan.
  57. 2:13[music] Rayon will generate the
  58. 2:15axonometric view automatically and when
  59. 2:17it's ready we can preview it. So you can
  60. 2:19see there it's extruded up the floor
  61. 2:21plan and created our axonometric view
  62. 2:24which looks perfect. We can then choose
  63. 2:26to reuse the image or insert the image.
  64. 2:28And there it is directly into our
  65. 2:31canvas. Now let's try one using the
  66. 2:33elevations. So again I can do add a
  67. 2:36screenshot.
  68. 2:38Choose a screenshot here which then
  69. 2:40lives in our AI panel. Again I can use
  70. 2:43the prompt create
  71. 2:47aometric view from these elevations.
  72. 2:52Press enter.
  73. 2:55And here we have an axonometric view. We
  74. 2:57can preview that, review it. I can
  75. 3:00insert that image. With that inserted,
  76. 3:02we can place it on our canvas um into
  77. 3:04our client presentation or into our
  78. 3:06design workflow. We can continue to
  79. 3:08refine the axonometric by prompting AI
  80. 3:10to adjust it. So something like the
  81. 3:13design, the materials or the FFN. So
  82. 3:16let's for example add another screenshot
  83. 3:19of our metric and we can say add a
  84. 3:24subtle
  85. 3:26green color to the trees and remove the
  86. 3:33cars from the garage.
  87. 3:38So that's obviously looking back at that
  88. 3:41axonometric that we've created and then
  89. 3:43adjusting it with the AI.
  90. 3:46So again, we can preview that. You can
  91. 3:48see the colors been added to the trees
  92. 3:50and the cars have been removed. So
  93. 3:52again, I can insert that image. I could
  94. 3:55replace my previous one.
  95. 3:59You know, if I wanted to, I can even do
  96. 4:01things like um upscale the image using
  97. 4:05Rayon's AI tool.
  98. 4:10Stay tuned for even more prompts coming
  99. 4:12up later in the videos. Architects often
  100. 4:14design bespoke furniture or specify
  101. 4:16unique projects from different brands,
  102. 4:18but accurately representing those items
  103. 4:21in floor plans can be timeconuming. So,
  104. 4:23we typically drop in generic CAD blocks
  105. 4:26and clarify the real project later in
  106. 4:28our spec sheets. With Rayon,
  107. 4:29representing the actual CAD blocks you
  108. 4:31need becomes effortless. Whether it's
  109. 4:33generating a CAD block from an image of
  110. 4:35a real product or creating a custom
  111. 4:37block using just a text prompt, you can
  112. 4:39do it in seconds. Okay, so we're going
  113. 4:41to open up the AI panel on the left hand
  114. 4:43side and we're going to click the
  115. 4:45toolbox icon which is down here and
  116. 4:48we'll go to generate product. From here,
  117. 4:51you can either describe the CAD block
  118. 4:53that you want by using a text prompt or
  119. 4:55we can upload an image of an item that
  120. 4:58we're going to recreate precisely and
  121. 5:00Rayon will do the rest. is even going to
  122. 5:02generate a complete block family
  123. 5:04including the top, the front, and the
  124. 5:06side views. So, it's ready to use
  125. 5:08seamlessly in plan sections and
  126. 5:10elevations. So, for this kitchen scene,
  127. 5:13we're going to say um an espresso
  128. 5:16machine. Say I want that to sit on the
  129. 5:19counter. Rayon will firstly create an
  130. 5:21image of an espresso machine and then it
  131. 5:24will translate that into a catalog. So,
  132. 5:26there we have it. There's the example
  133. 5:28image.
  134. 5:30So, it's going to remove the background,
  135. 5:32bake the 3D object, vectorize the
  136. 5:34projections, and then estimate the block
  137. 5:36dimensions before it brings it in as a
  138. 5:37CAD block.
  139. 5:42And there we have it. So, we've got the
  140. 5:45um coffee machine, we've got our three
  141. 5:47different views. I can import that block
  142. 5:50family into my block library, which I'll
  143. 5:52do now. Um, and then I'm going to import
  144. 5:55the front view here.
  145. 6:00There we go. Spot on.
  146. 6:04Place that on the worktop. Obviously, I
  147. 6:06can do things like change the line
  148. 6:08types,
  149. 6:10the widths. For example, I could even
  150. 6:13add a fill, something like that. Okay,
  151. 6:15but what about if I had an image of a
  152. 6:17product that I wanted to match? So,
  153. 6:19again, I'll go to toolbox. I'll go to
  154. 6:21generate product and I can add a file.
  155. 6:25So this um stool for example,
  156. 6:29it's quite attractive funky terraso
  157. 6:31stool. I can add that in and it will do
  158. 6:34exactly the same process. So remove the
  159. 6:36background, bake the 3D object,
  160. 6:37vectorize it, and then estimate the
  161. 6:39dimensions.
  162. 6:43And there we have it there. So we've got
  163. 6:45our top, side, and front views. Um we
  164. 6:48can import that directly into our block
  165. 6:50library. Um, and I can insert the
  166. 6:52elevation as a block straight away.
  167. 6:58Once again, I could um adjust the line
  168. 7:00weights if I wanted to. So, just go into
  169. 7:02the block and change the line weights.
  170. 7:06And again, that will be living inside
  171. 7:08our block library. So, you can see there
  172. 7:11it's named stool. We can find that in
  173. 7:14our list here. And we have those
  174. 7:16different views. And because we've got
  175. 7:18those top, front, and side, they
  176. 7:21seamlessly go into our plan section
  177. 7:23elevations perfectly. And if you're
  178. 7:25wondering to yourself what the block
  179. 7:26library is, it's the library of 10,000
  180. 7:29blocks that live within Rayon. And these
  181. 7:32are a whole host of different elements
  182. 7:34from things like furniture. You can have
  183. 7:37top, front, and side views of already
  184. 7:39built into Rayon. So check it out. In
  185. 7:41architecture and design, speed matters.
  186. 7:43Whether you're trying to win over a
  187. 7:44client, prepare a competition entry, or
  188. 7:46pull together a school project, being
  189. 7:48able to communicate a clear and
  190. 7:50compelling vision quickly can be a
  191. 7:52gamecher. That's where Rayon's AI steps
  192. 7:55in. It cuts out hours of manual work,
  193. 7:57lets you explore more ideas in less
  194. 7:59time, and helps you take on more
  195. 8:01projects without compromising quality.
  196. 8:03Once your floor plans and sections are
  197. 8:04ready, you can generate a clean,
  198. 8:06realistic 3D render from any viewpoint
  199. 8:08directly from the AI panel with just a
  200. 8:11single click. Okay. So, in Rayon's AI
  201. 8:13panel again on the left hand side, we
  202. 8:15can open the toolbox and we can go to
  203. 8:18stylize and we're going to choose a
  204. 8:20realistic look with our render
  205. 8:23selection. So, we'll do stylize render
  206. 8:26and then I can add content. So, by
  207. 8:28adding a screenshot of this floor plan,
  208. 8:30for example,
  209. 8:32and that will directly upload it to
  210. 8:34Rayon's AI tool.
  211. 8:39So you can see there it's it's created
  212. 8:42um a realistic model view um of the
  213. 8:46floor plan and I can insert directly
  214. 8:49that into rayon for example
  215. 8:53or I can adapt it. So I could describe
  216. 8:56things that will adjust the elements
  217. 8:59within the image. So I could say for
  218. 9:01example um make the image brighter,
  219. 9:11add a wooden background,
  220. 9:15um and remove cars from image.
  221. 9:23There we go. So we've lightened up the
  222. 9:24image. We've added in a different
  223. 9:26background um and removed those cars.
  224. 9:29And once again, I can insert that into
  225. 9:32my drawing or I could upscale it or I
  226. 9:35could keep amending it um as I see fit.
  227. 9:39And we could do exactly the same thing
  228. 9:40as a elevation. So we could select um
  229. 9:44this elevation here again. We'll go to
  230. 9:45our AI chat. We'll go to the toolbox.
  231. 9:48We'll go to stylize render. And then I
  232. 9:52will add
  233. 9:54a screenshot
  234. 9:57here.
  235. 10:01And we can preview that
  236. 10:03and I can adjust as I see fit. So I
  237. 10:06could say um brighten the image
  238. 10:12and change the wooden cladding for
  239. 10:18black stained timber.
  240. 10:25Preview that there. And
  241. 10:28I can perfectly insert
  242. 10:31into my drawing.
  243. 10:34And you'll notice how it keeps all the
  244. 10:36geometry exactly the same. Um, which is
  245. 10:39spot on.
  246. 10:41We even got our two little figures in
  247. 10:43there as well. Now, let's move to the
  248. 10:45final two prompts, which are focused on
  249. 10:47enhancing existing renders and images
  250. 10:49for the projects. Once you have a render
  251. 10:51you like, the next challenge is testing
  252. 10:53different furniture, lighting, and decor
  253. 10:55options without starting your
  254. 10:57visualization from scratch. Maybe you
  255. 10:59want to see how a specific armchair fits
  256. 11:01the space or compare pendant lights or
  257. 11:03try out a new interior style, all
  258. 11:05without rebuilding the scene manually.
  259. 11:07And with Rayon, you can update your
  260. 11:08render instantly. It's a fast, intuitive
  261. 11:11way to experiment, impress clients, and
  262. 11:13make confident design decisions. So we
  263. 11:15can jump back to one of the projects
  264. 11:17that we looked at previously and take
  265. 11:19one of the existing renders for example.
  266. 11:21So we can upload an image of an asset
  267. 11:23that we want to test whether it's an
  268. 11:25armchair or a pendant light or any sort
  269. 11:27of decorative element and we can go to
  270. 11:29the AI panel and we'll upload that
  271. 11:33screenshot of our render first. So add
  272. 11:36screenshot. I'll take a screenshot of
  273. 11:39this render and then I can add a file.
  274. 11:42So let's take a stall that we had
  275. 11:44earlier and I can say swap the green
  276. 11:51sofa for this blue
  277. 11:55store.
  278. 12:00So we can see that there we can preview
  279. 12:02it and I can insert
  280. 12:06that into our image. Similarly, I could
  281. 12:09do, you know, exactly the same thing
  282. 12:12with one of these renders. So, again, I
  283. 12:15can do add a screenshot. I can add
  284. 12:19a file. So, say it's this pendant light.
  285. 12:23So, add this pendant
  286. 12:30hanging above
  287. 12:32safe.
  288. 12:39We can see that there that's been added
  289. 12:41in. And again, we can insert
  290. 12:46our image. You know, I could even change
  291. 12:49that further by adding it again
  292. 12:55and say um something like uh change the
  293. 13:00style of this room to be
  294. 13:06scandi for example.
  295. 13:09So we can completely shift the interior
  296. 13:11style by using a really simple prompt.
  297. 13:18So we can very quickly iterate on what
  298. 13:20we're doing, you know, and show the
  299. 13:22client a number of options for, you
  300. 13:25know, interior styling, for example, and
  301. 13:27Rayon updates the scene accordingly.
  302. 13:29Now, let's move to the final prompt
  303. 13:31where we'll take the renders even
  304. 13:33further with custom materials and
  305. 13:34finishes. Once your render is in place,
  306. 13:36one of the fastest ways to elevate or
  307. 13:38refine your design is by testing
  308. 13:40different wall finishes, materials, and
  309. 13:43textures. Whether you're exploring paint
  310. 13:44colors, wallpapers, [music] wood panels,
  311. 13:47tiles, or custom patterns, changing
  312. 13:49materials manually can be slow and
  313. 13:51repetitive. With Rayon, you can swap
  314. 13:53materials instantly, making it easy to
  315. 13:55compare options, refine concepts, and
  316. 13:57present polished variations to your
  317. 13:59clients. So now we can upload an image
  318. 14:02of a material that we want to apply,
  319. 14:04such as a wallpaper pattern or a wood
  320. 14:06texture or tile finish. So, we go to the
  321. 14:09AI panel and we can upload a screenshot
  322. 14:12of the material. So, I've got this
  323. 14:15bright patterned wallpaper. Um, we take
  324. 14:18a screenshot of the image. So, this is a
  325. 14:22render from the [music] template.
  326. 14:24And then we can use a prompt like uh
  327. 14:27replace the wall material
  328. 14:32with this wallpaper.
  329. 14:39So in seconds, Ray maps the exact
  330. 14:41texture onto the walls, adjusting the
  331. 14:43lighting and the perspective to the
  332. 14:45same. I can insert that into the image
  333. 14:47here. And we can try it again exactly
  334. 14:49with the floor. So again, I can
  335. 14:54I can add my image. I can add my
  336. 14:59material. So it's this green terratzo.
  337. 15:03And I can say replace the floor material
  338. 15:07with this TAT type.
  339. 15:15We have a new floor material. We can
  340. 15:17insert that in to the image. It really
  341. 15:20is incredibly useful for exploring
  342. 15:23interior design options, testing
  343. 15:24material pallets, and building mood
  344. 15:27boards directly from the render. And
  345. 15:29that wraps up the five most powerful AI
  346. 15:32prompts. every architect and designer
  347. 15:33should be using. With these tools, you
  348. 15:36can go from 2D drawings to axonometric
  349. 15:38views, build custom CAD blocks, generate
  350. 15:40photorealistic renders, and refine
  351. 15:42interiors with new furniture, decor, and
  352. 15:44materials, all just with a few clicks.
  353. 15:47If you've been looking to speed up your
  354. 15:49workflow, impress your clients, or
  355. 15:50explore more design options in less
  356. 15:52time, these prompts are a gamecher. And
  357. 15:55the best part, you can try all of them
  358. 15:57right now. To test every prompt from
  359. 15:59this video, go ahead and create your

  364. 16:08drop a comment with the prompt ideas
  365. 16:10that you want to try or share your
  366. 16:12experience if you've already
  367. 16:13experimented with Royon's AI tools.
  368. 16:15Thanks for watching and happy designing.
