9. 1:19And this meeting was called to go into
10. 1:21executive session
11. 1:23um to discuss with legal counsel
12. 1:25representing the agency matters relating
13. 1:26to agency enforcement actions or to
14. 1:28discuss with legal counsel representing
15. 1:29the agency litigation or potential
16. 1:31litigation
17. 1:32to which the agency, the governing body,
18. 1:34or a member acting in official capacity
19. 1:36is or likely to become a party when
20. 1:38public knowledge regarding the the
21. 1:39discussion is likely to result in an
22. 1:41adverse legal or financial consequence
23. 1:43to the agency.
24. 1:44No action will be taken.
25. 1:47So, um if I can ask um
26. 1:49folks in the audience, it's just you,
